Starting point is 00:00:00 In today's video, we have a shocking story coming out of D.C. A judge just issued an apology to the failed assassin from the White House Correspondence Dinner. Also, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass just got obliterated by Spencer Pratt. And what the heck is Mondani doing? He's turned his back on NYPD again and called out ICE after things got violent over the weekend. Let's first hear what this judge had to say. Take a listen. On Monday, a federal judge apologized to the man accused of attempting to assassinate president.
Starting point is 00:00:30 Trump at this year's White House Correspondence dinner. The federal judge overseeing Cole Allen's case in Washington, D.C., apologizing to him Monday for the treatment Allen's received while behind bars. You know, I don't think a judge should really be apologizing for how a jail is keeping somebody who's charged with really any criminal case. That's up to the jail and how they maintain safety and security and his mental health. Allen faces charges for shooting a Secret Service agent in his attempt to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondents' dinner.
Starting point is 00:01:02 Monday's emergency hearing was held due to the federal judge's grave concerns about Allen's conditions in custody, including what he described as seemingly unprompted solitary confinement after the Department of Corrections placed Alan on suicide watch. A move, the defense argued, was unnecessary and too severe. The government said Allen had been placed on suicide watch because he made comments about not expecting to survive this trip to Washington. A suicide watch seems in a very appropriate thing to do. They're the ones where the buck stops with.
Starting point is 00:01:33 If something bad happens within the jail, they're going to be held responsible. Alan was removed from solitary confinement before the hearing. So two things are happening at the same time. You have this judge that is coming out and apologizing to Mr. Allen for the conditions he was exposed to while being locked up. And we will get to that apology. And at the same time, breaking news about an hour or so ago, where, a gunman opened fire and was killed by a secret service, and this was in the vicinity of the White House where the vice president's motorcade was traveling. So, I mean, this is insane when you continue to hear stories like this, of course.
Starting point is 00:02:12 But I guess my question for you guys, and please answer it right out front, what's more insane? That we still have people looking to assassinate this administration, particularly the president now, I guess the vice president, or the fact that a judge is apologizing to this failed assassin for the conditions that he was exposed. to take a listen. Let's turn to the suspect in the White House Correspondents Association Dinner shooting. He had been placed in severe lockdown, was on temporary suicide watch, requiring a padded cell, no access to phone calls, books, etc. A federal magistrate judge today said that that was not based on any known medical assessment. And he actually apologized to the suspect saying it was partly the court's role to ensure inmates are subjected to fair conditions. It's, well, I was surprised. What did you make of it all? Yeah, I did a triple take
Starting point is 00:02:57 when I saw that story, Jake. This is a ridiculous statement by this judge. First of all, to compare this would be assassin of the president to the January 6th defendants is ludicrous. The January 6th defendants should have been prosecuted. That was rightful. However, most of them were prosecuted for misdemeanors for nonviolent crimes. Even the most serious January 6th defendants were not charged with using a firearm in the course of violence like this individual. We're certainly not charged with attempted murder or attempted assassination. So that's a ridiculous comparison. Second of all, it's perfectly fine for judges to make sure that inmates are being held under humane, reasonable conditions. But to apologize, as this judge did on the record, to a person who just tried to essentially decapitate the leader of our entire government, of our executive branch.
Starting point is 00:03:44 That's ridiculous. This person is entitled to due process. He's entitled to a fair trial, but not an apology from anybody. I find it rich that this judge wanted to call a hearing to issue an apology. Where's that same level of empathy for people who were prosecuted due to January 6th? Of course, it doesn't exist. And we'll show you a clip talking about that point. Secondly, screw January 6th.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Why is it that lower court judges have been infiltrated by political activism? We were just talking about this with universities, now K through 12. Everybody wants to get in on politics these days for some reason and make a point. Which brings to the point number three, his job as the judge is not to issue apologies. Just apply the law. And that's totally fine. It's crazy this world that we're living in today. Uncommon times, as I like to say.
Starting point is 00:04:32 Let's go to Newsmax. Here's their reaction. For the judge to apologize. What does that, I mean, it's just so bizarre to me. Well, it's bizarre. And I have to tell you, it's particularly close to home for my firm because we represent about 50 January 6 defendants who, you know, we're now preparing to sue the federal government for what they endured.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Conditions that you wouldn't wish on your first enemy, conditions that we wouldn't find appropriate for terrorists, solitary confinement for weeks, months, years, denied religious services, denied the right to get a haircut to communicate with their attorneys effectively, and never once did anybody in the judiciary extend them anything even close to an apology. So when I hear we have someone who was plotting
Starting point is 00:05:21 to assassinate the president of the United States getting treated with kid. I mean, I wasn't there. I didn't attend the proceedings, but what's based on being reported, it shocks the conscience. It truly does. Okay. I think we've heard enough. This story is outrageous, no doubt
Starting point is 00:05:37 about it. And I told you what's happening at the same time is this one right here, government exchanged fire with Secret Service near Washington Monument. The motorcade of Vice President Jady vans passed the scene soon after the shooting. Interesting. Secret Service agents on
Starting point is 00:05:53 the exchange gunfire. The suspect was not publicly identified, was transported to a hospital and placed in police custody. Matt Quinn, Deputy Director of Secret Service, told reporters during a news conference. In fact, we have a clip of the news conference. Let's go to that now. Take a look. The United States Secret Service police. Approximately 3.30 this afternoon are plainclose officers and agents that consistently patrol the outer perimeter of the White House complex, identified a suspicious individual that appeared to have a firearm. They called in support from our marked uniform Secret Service police to make contact with that individual. Upon making contact, that individual fled briefly on foot,
Starting point is 00:06:36 withdrew a firearm and fired in the direction of our agents and officers. They returned firing engaged. That individual was hit. He's since been transported to the hospital. I have no comments on his condition. I can tell you that at least one, we believe only one bystander was hit by the suspect. That individual, it's a juvenile, did not sustain any life-threatening injuries, but he's also receiving treatment at the hospital.
Starting point is 00:07:05 You know, I'm really excited to find out who this person really is, what their name is, and what motivated them to do this. I think we can kind of guess. But let's move on to our next update. Spencer Pratt, just obliterated Karen Bass on an interview with Foxx. news. This comes as both of them have been exchanging blows on social media because obviously the election is heating up and most people think Spencer Pratt is going to win. I'm one of those individuals. I think it's a far gone conclusion. I think he's captured the culture of it all. And by the way,
Starting point is 00:07:40 her record is terrible. She has nothing to run on essentially except take my word forward, if that makes Honestly, before this, I had never heard of Spencer Brad. So you are missing out on anything, so it's okay, but please go on. Exactly. But the thing I am concerned and feel about him is that I feel like he's exploiting the grief of people in the Palisades. And I think that's right. That's right. That's the main thing. And I think he is about his own celebrity.
Starting point is 00:08:09 He's famous now again. Exploding grief. Pratt is currently living in a trailer after his. his home was destroyed in the Palisades fire. I saw it myself firsthand when I interviewed him there just a few weeks ago. You heard the statement there at the very beginning. That was Katie Fang, who was actually let go from MSDNC because a show was a joke. And as the president says, lightweight, she says Spencer Pratt is nothing to think about. We shouldn't even know who he is. And of course, the mayor just let her say that, knowing this is going to go back, this is going to
Starting point is 00:08:42 come back on her. But what does she have to, I guess, campaign on? She has nothing. In fact, the only thing she has is what you see here on the screen, a nice endorsement from the former Vice President Kamala Harrison failed presidential candidate. And I can't think of a worst endorsement a person could receive in today's political climate. But she'll take it because I think this is probably the only major endorsement that she's been able to pick up. And so let's just go to Spencer Pratt. Here was his reaction. Obviously, Kamala Harris loves Karen Bass because of Karen Bass letting the
Starting point is 00:09:17 Pacific Palisades and Malibu burn down. Kamala Harris was able to get a $2 million discount on her new house in Malibu that if Karen Bass hadn't let burn most of Malibu and most of Palisades to the ground, she would have never been able to get that $2 million discount. So
Starting point is 00:09:33 it really does not matter who endorses Bass because the people that endorse me are the women and mothers that want to feel safe again. in the streets of LA. And my two opponents will not enforce any laws, and that's why women and mothers and kids do not feel safe in the streets of LA. So she can have all the political endorsements she wants.
Starting point is 00:09:54 She can go do all the photo ops she wants with Trump in the White House. And they're calling her Maga Karen all over X because she was the one walking out with the maga teddy bear out of the White House. So she'll take any endorsement to keep her corrupt politician career going here. Okay, so let's go to kowshi.com prediction market to see where is Spencer Pratt? Where is Karen Bass and Miss Rahman here? Who's very interesting. So, okay, so the story obviously is Spencer Pratt versus Karen Bass.
Starting point is 00:10:25 But the real story is that this woman, Miss Rahman, who currently serves on the city council of Los Angeles, by the way, she's like Mondani 2.0, by the way. So if you think Karen Bass is a problem, the worst scenario here technically, would be ramen winning. Okay. Now, anyways, Spencer Pratt sits at 19%. Ramen sits at 52%. Karen Bass at 29%. So yes, you have two Democrats going against each other.
Starting point is 00:10:53 They work together, which is interesting. And then you have Spencer Pratt here. Another way to look at this, if we back up here, is the primary. So there is a primary, which obviously is taking place already. And right now there's a 49% chance that will be ramen versus Bass. and then 35% chance, Rahman versus Pratt. If you guys want to be able to bet on this,
Starting point is 00:11:14 go to kashi.com for slash devori. They'll give you a $10 credit if you use my promo code on your first $100. That's kashi.com forward slash devori. All right, one more clip. Here's more of what Spencer Pratt had to say. Take a listen.
Starting point is 00:11:27 These politicians do not have to live the consequences of their decisions. My ad is that simple. And for Nithia Raman to say, her kids, the funniest part about that is I was in a suit outside of a public street for one second. She fights moms in her district that want to get drug dealing drug addicts away from schools and parks.
Starting point is 00:11:50 And she fights these moms, she's on camera saying there's no difference between one foot and 500 foot with drug addicts near kids. So now she's concerned about the safety of kids when that has to be her kids. What about all the parents who have kids that you fight because there actually are, drug addicts that are exposing themselves naked in front of kids all across her district. So these people are diabolical, truly. Now, here's the full story. Spencer Pratt has taken care of the hard part, which is what? The culture part of running an election campaign.
Starting point is 00:12:25 There's no doubt he's dominated social media, dominated podcasting, has the ear of the streets, sort of speak. He's talking the right message, speaking on the correct issues. Now what he has to do is secure the right funding, because, you know, there are going to be people, they're going to put up a lot of money behind Bass and Rahman. And he's got to be able to at least somewhat match that. And what's interesting was this report of the former owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, Jenny Bus, that is, she donated the max amount to Spencer Pratt. So maybe that's the signal for more to come. But here's more of the
Starting point is 00:13:00 election side of it all as far as Newsmax is concerned. Take a look. Well, there's two things that he's going to have a challenge with. Number one, he, is the anti-establishment candidate, so he's not going to be able to raise a lot of money. And number two, it is an overwhelmingly Democrat city by voter registration. However, the one thing that he has going for him, he's not Karen Bass. Karen Bass has done such a tremendously awful job, all the Democrats that have run L.A. into the ground
Starting point is 00:13:30 and run good people out of California. L.A. has hemorrhaged population because people can't afford to live there. They can't stomach living there anymore. Jobs have been destroyed. Lives have been ruined with crime and grind, with homelessness and the crime wave. The schools are an utter disrepair, so our kids are not going to be able to get a good education. By every measure, it's a failed state. So he's positioned himself as the change candidate. And right now, Los Angeles voters, they're looking for change. So I think his message is absolutely spot on, but they're going to try to partisanize this race, and that may work to a certain extent. And of course, it's going to be hard for him to get his ad out beyond just, you know, social media and conservative platforms. He's got to raise a lot of money to get the message out in the general election. I do believe that he's likely going to get to the general election, but that's where the money's going to matter. So bottom line for me here is more of a personal statement for people who watch my show that I know live in Los Angeles. It's actually
Starting point is 00:14:32 a good part of the people who watch my show. Los Angeles makes up a big part. I'm praying for you guys. I really do hope someone like Spencer Pratt wins anybody by Karen Bass, please. And not Rahman either. She's worse. She's Mondani, which takes us to our next story. Zoro Mondani condemns ICE after police and protesters clash in Brooklyn over the weekend. Now, in case you guys missed this clip, I mean, this thing got out of hand. And it continues to show how radical people are on the streets and how emboldened they feel. to push back even with the local police. This all comes, as you know, immigration has not stopped.
Starting point is 00:15:09 Deportations are still being carried out. Raids are still being executed. And any time someone gets an inclination that this is happening in their community, what do they do? They show up in mass and they get violent. And that's exactly what happened here. Unfortunately, the mayor still didn't want to call out that behavior. Take a look.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Let me first start with the incident as a whole and then we can get into the specific videos. First and foremost, I want to be very clear that there was no prior coordination or planning between the NYPD and ICE ahead of this incident. NYPD officers were not dispatched to the hospital to participate or facilitate an ICE operation. Rather, they were responding to 911 calls regarding a protest outside of the hospital. And as I've made very clear that our laws leave nothing, no room for interpretation about the fact that our NYPBPBs, will not participate in civil immigration enforcement. And I've also been very clear about my views on ice raids as a whole. I think that they are cruel.
Starting point is 00:16:10 I think that they are inhumane. I think that they do not serve any interest of public safety. Now, I've seen some of the videos from the incident. I saw a video that you referred to of an officer grabbing a New Yorker and throwing them onto the floor. That is incredibly disturbing. And that is being actively investigated right now. I haven't seen the video of a white shirt.
Starting point is 00:16:30 with those comments that you... Okay, let's understand exactly what happened so we can prove to you why his comments are out of this world. It started on Saturday night outside a medical center in Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, where dozens begin gathering after reports that ICE officers had brought in a man they had detained. In fact, they got so bad.
Starting point is 00:16:49 They had to pull the man from the hospital and get out of there because literally they were going to be overtaken, if that makes sense. The DHS said that during the arrest, this individual had refused to comply with officers' orders, and that a physical tussle occurred during which agents used force to make their rest. Okay. The DHS added that this individual requests and medical attention prompting agents to bring him to the hospital for evaluation.
Starting point is 00:17:15 And that's where obviously people got word and things exploded. Now, in case, you know, video does better than words, let me show you. It's just chaotic that they're literally giving this man medical attention and you guys want to engage in some violent action against these ice agents. Now, who would embolden them to feel this way, act this way, behave this way? Well, definitely the power of repetition, obviously executed by the algorithm, but fed by these political individuals. Let me show you an example.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Abdul El-Sahid had this to say over the weekend about ice agents. Take a look. The only logical path is to abolish ice. So abolish ice, which we know is a main talking point now from the, the radical candidates that are running for election in the midterms. This is one of their main talking points, by the way. And what's interesting is Bernie Sanders is right there up there with them. I mean, this guy is applauding the protesters, the agitators, the insurgents that were on the ground in Minneapolis when we had the total debacle over there, which got out of hand, of course.
Starting point is 00:20:03 Here he is congratulating people for being a part of that. Take a look. I want to thank you all for the role that you have played in standing up to Trump's domestic army called ICE. There is a reason why the last No King's rally was centered at your state capital in St. Paul, and why 150,000 people came out to that rally. Minnesota's grassroots resistance to the illegal, unconstitutional, and brutal actions of ICE inspired the entire nation. You see, that statement tells you he's willing to tolerate the violence that is coming from that progressive side of the party.
Starting point is 00:21:05 He's willing to tolerate it. If it means we can stop Trump in this administration, then let's do it. Whatever we can do, whatever it takes is the mindset. Now, obviously, as a political party, when you lose the presidential election, you're desperate, right? And when you win the presidential election, it seems that we've gotten a little distracted. I think that's fair to say as the Republican Party is concerned. But I'm telling you guys, this is dangerous stuff. And that's not to scare anybody.
Starting point is 00:21:36 But, I mean, just imagine how they behaved under Biden administration, progressives. Now, imagine if they gain power. What will happen this time around? Okay, so give me your thoughts in the comments section below to these stories today, including that apology that the judge had for that failed assassin. Just stunning stuff to say the least.
