Another shocking legal blow has come to Los Angeles,
in two forms. One, the superintendent of their school district, yeah, his house was raided by the FBI
this morning. And two, the mayor has been hit with a new lawsuit from the fire chief that she fired.
Also, Zoro Mondani, he's continuing to double down on protecting criminals. But the police union
is speaking out. Let's get to what happened with the superintendent. Take a listen.
Breaking today, federal agents raiding the Los Angeles Unified School District headquarters and the home
of Superintendent Alberto Carvalo. The FBI confirming that it executed search
warrants, but withholding any further detail. The superintendent has recently made headlines for fighting
with federal officials over immigration enforcement efforts in his district. Now, bottom line up front,
we do not know why his offices are being searched, and that is plural. His San Pedro home, his office in
LAUSD, downtown LA, and another location in Miami, all are tied to the same location.
I quote, we have been informed of law enforcement activity at Los Angeles Unified School of District
headquarters and at the home of the superintendent. The district is cooperating with the investigation
and we do not have further information at this time. I'll get to the club of where he admits out loud
that he's been in the country illegally, by the way, which is stunning. It just shows you how much
they're daring the federal government to do something. But before we get to that, let's hear more
information of what was happening on the ground there. Take a look. That's right. And we can confirm
that FBI agents are here at L.A. Unified headquarters in downtown Los Angeles right now. And
apparently very covert operation as they serve a search warrant on what they say is an address
and not necessarily a person, actually on two addresses. Let's start with a confirmation that we
received from the FBI this morning and take a look. In writing, they said, quote, we can confirm
that the FBI is serving a court authorized warrant. However, the affidavit in support of the
warrant has been sealed by the court and we therefore have no further comment. The department
of justice was overseas the FBI, also basically saying the same thing that they have, they are
serving a warrant, but a judge has signed that warrant. So it is sealed. And we cannot get the
details on exactly what federal agents are looking for. Now, the fact that this whole thing has been
kind of hush, hush, kind of tells you the seriousness of what's going on here. Why would they keep it
under wraps, right? I mean, that's like my first question. My second question is, how
How could someone who crossed the border illegally or entered the country unlawfully become the superintendent of Los Angeles Unified School District?
Someone please explain that to me in the comment section.
It's another example, and I think it's a stunning one, that shows how far California is going as it relates to illegal immigration.
This is going to bring more attention.
Now, if you don't believe me, listen to it in his own words where he admits that fact.
And I want to confess to you, for those of you may not know.
I would be a hypocrite if I did not fight for those who today are facing conditions that over 40 years I faced as an undocumented migrant to this country.
I want to repeat that.
I would be the biggest hypocrite in the world, regardless of my position today, if today I did not fight for those who find themselves in the same predicament I faced over 40 years ago.
when I arrived in this country at the age of 17 as an undocumented immigrant.
Education made me and saved me.
I became a teacher, a principal, a superintendent leading the nation's largest districts.
Four times selected as national superintendent of the year, do not underestimate the power of the immigrant child who may very well become an adult who does well and good by America.
All right, well, just a few things. I don't think anyone's underestimating immigrants who come to the country the right way and have children. I mean, one could argue most of the entrepreneurs who are well off are actually immigrants. They're not from America. They work very hard. But listen, this attack is not regarding, okay, so number one, no one has a problem with immigrants who immigrate to this country the right way. We all support that. We want
that actually. The fact that you're willing to go through what you have to go through to become a
citizen in this country tells me you deserve it. But when you cross the border illegally, no thank you.
You don't deserve it, in my opinion. This isn't the only, I guess, shocking story in the news regarding
Los Angeles. Let's go to this one. The LA Fire Chief is now suing Mayor Karen Bass. And I would
add on to this, I think the citizens, the residents of Pacific Palisades and the Eaton Fire should
be suing the mayor themselves. Take a listen to this. Former fire chief, Kristen Crowley, is now
suing L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, claiming Bass, quote, orchestrated a campaign of retaliation against her
after Crowley recalled attention to budget cuts and staffing issues that might have contributed
to the inadequate readiness for and response to the January 7, 2025 fire that ripped through
L.A.'s Pacific Palisades neighborhood. The lawsuit alleged,
that Bass, quote, sought to avoid accountability by shifting blame and lying, including falsely
claiming that she was not aware of the nationally anticipated weather event, falsely claiming
that the LAFD's budget was not cut, and falsely claiming that LAFD's resources would have supported
an additional 1,000 firefighters to fight the blaze. In the wake of the fire, then Chief Crowley
made her prior concerns public.
And the lawsuit claims Bass retaliated by ousting her from her position on February 21st, 2025.
And one of the biggest quotes that stands out to me in the lawsuit is this.
Karen Bass sought to avoid accountability by shifting blame and lying, including falsely claiming
that she was not aware of the nationally anticipated weather event, falsely claiming that LFD's
budget was not cut and falsely claiming that LAPD's resources were.
have supported an additional 1,000 firefighters to fight the blaze, claims contradicted by public
records and Bass's own prior statements. And essentially all she's doing is calling the mayor a liar.
Through a statement from her senior advisor, Bass said the lawsuit has no merit and hit back at Crowley
saying, quote, Ms. Crowley was removed from her post for her failure to pre-deploy and her decision
to send 1,000 firefighters home instead of keeping them on duty.
The morning, the fires broke out.
And Sandra, as officials fight over who is most responsible for the failures,
thousands of families are still fighting to rebuild their homes and lives.
Now, will she win this lawsuit?
You know, something tells me they'll probably settle it,
because usually that's what happens.
Number two, does Karen Bass deserve to be sued?
Yeah, I think she does.
Absolutely.
We know of the deleted text messages.
We know the covering up of what,
went down and how she instructed certain things to be removed, kept under wraps. Yeah, I think
she should be sued and investigated. Will anything come out of it? I don't know. But I'll tell you what,
Spencer Pratt is coming up for the mayor. He's going to be running for that in that position,
and he needs people to sign his petition to make it onto the ballot. So we're going to link that
below this video. So if you're in Los Angeles, sign it because I don't think you want a Marxist
running that city any longer. All right. Let's go to a mind-known.
clip that I want to show you next. Because on one hand, Karen Bass and the rest of her party believe
an equal pay, right? They believe in equality and equity. Why are they paying the new fire chief
$18,000 more than the one that she got rid of? It's a good question. Listen to it for yourself.
He will now be paid $18,000 more than Crowley. His new annual pay will be $473,000. That pay increase
came in a 12-0 vote. Mayor Karen Bass recommended more salary and was approved at the beginning
of the year. Crowley previously earned an annual salary of nearly $370,000. You've seen the conversations
happening online lately. Censorship is coming back, believe it or not. Platforms do control
narratives, and there's a way to fight back. And that's exactly what Rumble is doing here.

So more bad news for people who live in Los Angeles.
Not only do you have a new fire chief who's getting paid almost $500,000 in a year,
but he's just as bad and just as woke as the rest of them.
I'll prove it to you.
Here he is being confronted by a reporter that essentially asked him,
hey, why did you guys water down the report and not tell the full truth to the public?
Here's what he had to say.
Are we closer to learning who watered down this report and who ordered that to be watered down?
So just like the mayor's state of the city address, I think we need to look forward.
We need to look for what's ahead.
That's behind us.
But residents kind of want those answers.
Well, I understand that.
But they have to understand what are they going to do with those answers?
They want to point fingers.
They want to point Blaine.
No, they want the truth.
That's what they want.
They want transparency.
They want to trust the city again, particularly the Los Angeles Fire Department and the mayor.
And I don't think that's ever going to happen as long as those people are in charge.
I mean, all we have to do is look at their record.
That's all we have to do.
Is it any cheaper living in Los Angeles?
No.
Is gas cheaper?
Is electricity cheaper?
Are there better resources?
Are there streets in better condition?
Is education better?
Is health care better?
No.
Is homelessness better?
Absolutely not.
It's a failed record.
And if people were smart,
they take the red flag from what happened with Pacific Palisades
and say, we're done with these people.
But again, something tells me that's not going to happen.
Now, I told you not just one mayor, but two mayors are suffering major blows politically,
and now we go to Zora Mondani.
He is continuing to not only humiliate himself, but stab the NYPD in the back.
He doubles down on the idea that the perpetrators who assaulted the officers should not be arrested.
Take a listen.
Critics this morning are blasting New York mayor, Zaharanamandani,
for not taking that attack seriously.
A massive social media-inspired snowball fight in Manhattan's Washington Square Park.
got out of hand when a mob of young men started throwing snowballs and ice at police officers.
The NYPD says some officers were struck multiple times and were injured.
The police commissioner Jessica Tisch branded what happened as disgraceful and criminal,
and police right now are seeking to arrest the attackers.
But Mary Mum Donnie, who has a history of anti-police dances, is not.
He dismissed the attack as, quote, kids throwing snowballs.
He just conducted a photo op with little girls.
kids, real ones. They were building a snowman. And again, he did not call for those who attack police
to be arrested, even though that is what the NYPD is seeking. Okay, so number one, I'm not shocked
that Mondani is continuing to double down because he has contempt for the police department.
If it was up to him, police officers wouldn't really exist. Number two, NYPD, though, they feel a
little different. They've already put this up looking for the actual criminal, if that's what you
want to call them. Here's a photo of him. This is the individual who actually threw ice and snow at
the officer causing, according to their language, injury to their head, neck, and face. And number
three, things like this are going to continue to happen because individuals like him will not be
held accountable. That's just the bottom line to it. Now, let's go to the clip from the mayor himself,
doubling down. I've said that what I saw was a snowball fight. It should be treated accordingly. It was
one that got out of hand, but that's what it was. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you. Yeah. So, Mr. Mayor, are you willing to revise your statement regarding the snowball fight?
Given that this was not exactly a friendly back-and-forth snowball fight. The police that were there were not throwing any snowballs.
They were getting pelted themselves. And number two, have you considered or would you consider banning these crowdsourcing events because they can and sometimes do get out of hand?
So I'm not going to be banning snowball fights or organized snowball fights.
Yeah, we used to learn this in the military.
The way you do one thing is how you do everything, right?
That's exactly who the mayor is.
He's downplaying something like this.
What else will he downplay?
Actual murders and pedophiles and things like that that are disrupting the safety of the community.
I guess New Yorkers are going to have to find out, but I will tell you this,
the union for the police officers, they're not liking this one bit.
Take a listen.
The police union response to that is blunt.
Quote, this was an assault by adults throwing chunks of ice and rocks that landed two police officers in the hospital with head and face injuries.
By ignoring their injuries and dismissing the incident, the mayor has sent a disgraceful message to every police officer who serves this city.
The NYPD has released photos of four men so far, ages 18 to 20.
They are wanted for assault on officers, which is a felony.
One photo appears to show a suspect raising an ice block, allegedly, to attack one of the officers.
There will be a protest later on this afternoon at the mayor's official residence, that is Gracie Mansion, held by supporters of the police.
They are sending a message to Mayor Mamdani that attacking New York's finest is not kid stuff.
Now, this is not the only protest that has popped up as a result of his failure to make the best decision for New York.
It's just continuing to get out of control for the mayor.
week there's a new story about how upset New Yorkers are becoming. And when you are clearly
shunning the police department, I mean, you're, that is the wrong road to go down in my opinion.
But hey, who cares, right? Because the mayor is focused on other things, like helping
illegals register with his help from ALC, which is why they released this ad the other day.
Take a look.
Hello.
My Spanish no is the no.
No, no, no, you preoccupies, Alcali.

schooling. And, you know, maybe we're being partisan here. I just think that at a minimum,
if you're going to be the mayor of New York City, you should have the backs of the NYPD.
Crime is already a problem there. But again, crime is not an issue for Democrats because they don't
care to police it at all. So giving you guys this thoughts in the comments section below to both
these mayors, Karen Bass and Zohra Mondani. She's facing a lawsuit. Do you think it's going to be
successful. And secondly, what do you make a Mondani essentially not having the backs of NYPD
officers, especially after they've been assaulted? Just give me your thoughts, your opinions,
and everything you got in the comments section below. All right, let's go to our next story.
Now, before the State of the Union address last night, which we did go live and cover,
Democrats pulled an insane stunt. They brought a perpetrator who worked with Jeffrey Epstein
to the State of the Union address. Roe-Conna was absolutely a
