All right. Some big, big stories for you here. Number one, another Democrat is obstructing eyes from doing their duties, which led to his arrest. Number two, Congress is moving to block President Trump from issuing military action against Iran. And number three, Los Angeles is demanding the federal government to pay for damages that was caused by the rioters. Of course, I'm going to show you what both sides are saying, and then give you the bottom line. Where is it? Sir, where is the warrant? I would like to see the warrant.

Let's go. You don't have the law. You don't have the authority to arrest U.S. citizen. Sir, you don't have the authority to arrest U.S. citizen. You don't have the... I'm not obstructing a citizen. I'm standing right here in the hallway. I asked to see the judicial warrant.

Hello. I am... Since you have no authority to arrest U.S. citizen, where are you taking me? And with what authority? Okay, so what you're running to be the mayor of New York City of New York City. So, maybe he wanted to get arrested. Who knows? Now, to make sure you guys are clear about all this. He wasn't arrested. He was detained, just like the Senator out of California. You get detained. You get detained. You get escorted out of the building. You get escorted out of the building. You get escorted out of the building. then they release you. But of course, Democrats are going to make this

bigger than what it really is. And an example of that is the governor herself from New York. Here's what she had to say about it. Do you want to know what I really think? Please. It's bullshit. How dare they take an elected

official who's been going down there for weeks to escort people who are afraid to walk into a courthouse in the United States of America because despite them having legal status and following the rules and making their appointments that they don't know what's going to happen to them. being traumatized, small businesses, people walking down the street. When I was there in August, the streets were mobbed. People were walking down the sidewalks. There were vendors everywhere. The traffic was crowded. Today, there was silence. People are living in fear. One woman just told me the ice agents are going in and out of buildings there.

They came here with legal status. Temporary protective status was legal. Tens of thousands of people came here. with legal status, and it's literally ripped away from them. Okay, so it's clear that she's wrong, and I'll explain to you why. Number one, most of these people came to the country illegally, and then after a certain period of time, the Biden administration granted them temporary protective status.

Now, the Supreme Court didn't just rule once, but they ruled twice, that the temporary protective status could be revoked, and it has been revoked. So technically, as of today, they are not in this country legally anymore. Now, what I want to do first is show you what Ground News is saying because it shows us what both sides are reporting about this story. And also it's going to highlight the new narrative surrounding President Trump that they want people to believe and I want to debunk it. Take a listen. And are going to make sure that at least they get as much help as we can provide as New York City, as New York State can provide to help them avoid being separated or being detained. But then when we went back upstairs, again, we had these next two cases, this Yoruba gentleman, and then Edgaro, who we just tried to walk out of the building. And I think you saw the video. All I tried to do was just hold Edgaro's arm and ask the ICE agents, do you have a warrant? And they would not show me the warrant.

And I said I'd let go of his arm as soon as they showed it to me. And they did not show it to me. and you saw what happened. Now, what you just heard there is what the left wants you to believe about what took place. That is one side of the story. That's number one. Number two, they are not required to have a judicial warrant to do so. And more importantly, if they have a deportation order that's been issued, by immigration judge, they can arrest anyone at any time, anywhere, and that anyone obviously is the migrant who received that order. So as far as I am concerned, they're following the law. Now, you may argue, why do they single this individual out? Well, it's very clear he was obstructing them from doing their constitutional duty. That's why. So again, these are Democrats trying to score political points. I don't think it's going to work. But in our next clip,

but maybe my perception is wrong you guys let me know all right now we can go to our next story which is troubling It is being reported that there is bipartisan support in the House where they're looking to pass a bill, both Republican and Democrats, that would prevent President Trump from executing military action against Iran. Now, we already understand that declaring war is something that has to come from Congress, not the president. But military action? Yeah, that's troubling. So let's hear more about this and what one Congresswoman thinks on CNN.

Take a listen. In the House of Representatives, a bipartisan measure by Rokana, a Democrat and Thomas Massey, a Republican. they're going to put forth a measure that would force President Trump to get approval from Congress before entering this conflict in some kind of greater way. A, how do you feel about that measure? And B, how would you vote on it? I think the Constitution is pretty clear. Only Congress has the power to declare war.

And the president should be consulting with Congress. I know you had my colleague, Mr. Meeks, on here just prior. And he's exactly right. the president should be engaging with members of Congress from both sides, you know, as a co-equal branch of government, you know, the branch that has the authority to declare war. If this is something that the president is considering, the American people deserve a say in that through their representatives in Congress. This is an incredibly serious time. And it needs to be handled with the utmost thoughtfulness and care. Okay. So that's one way of looking at it. President

Trump has not declared war, so of course they're jumping the gun here. That's number one. Number two, look at Thomas Massey. He posted this earlier this morning. I just introduced an Iran war powers resolution with Representative Rokana to prohibit U.S. involvement in the Israel-Iran war. This is not our war. Even if it were, Congress must decide such matters according to our Constitution. Is this now Congress trying to usurp the president's authority? If he wants to issue military action, not declare war, but military action, let's say some drones, some air support, things of that nature in regards to taking out Iran's nuclear program, does he need Congress approval for that? So that's where it gets a little dicey. And here is Senator Bernie Sanders doing the

same thing, but he's making it all about President Trump. Tonight I introduced legislation to stop President Trump from leading us into an illegal war with Iran. Another war in the Middle East could cost countless lives waste trillions more dollars and lead to even more deaths more conflict and more displacement now what's interesting is not necessarily what bernie sanders said here because i think that is to be expected and he has some good points about what it would lead to no question but the surprise here is what senator john federman had to say in response take a listen but just that line about reckless and illegal attacks what do you think about that and do you consider yourself far from the Democratic norm in your party?

Well, I mean, I'm going to vote that down. I've got in a habit of voting some of his kinds of votes down. Of course, I'm always going to stand with Israel through this. Now, if I'm an outlier in Democratic, I mean, I guess perhaps, I'm unapologetically very pro-Israel. And now here, it's what's true,

is that Iran has nuclear ambitions 100%. And now he can't ever, allow them to acquire a bomb. And now what's these also true is that they have created the proxies. They have Hamas and Esbalah. So now let's hold them accountable for this. And again, we have absolutely magnificent what Israel has done since Saturday when this launched as well, done with such precision and lethality. And we want to support that. Now, I think we absolutely got to follow them into this and take out the nuclear facilities because it might not even a true, true path for real peace in the region.

Now, because now taking out Iran at this point, that's necessary if you ever have a chance to have any real peace in the Middle East. Okay. So there's a couple of problems facing President Trump. One has to do with his own base, accepting the reality that America has been involved, will continue to be involved. And so the better question is, to what degree is acceptable? That is where the debate needs to take place.

That's number one. Number two, as I just showed you, Congress looks like they're gearing up to stop the president from doing anything. And I think part of it is because they want to see him fail, particularly Democrats. And I would argue Republicans are not really great supporters of President Trump either. Let's just be real about that. Now, number three, and this is really unfortunate to me. It's concerning. Tulsi Gabbard. On June 8th, when the National Security Council was convened at Camp David, she was not there. And you know why? Because she was not invited. And that's the interesting part about all this. Now, before, Before I go any further, I want you to hear what the president just said about Tulsi Gabbard not only being absent, but the fact that she has publicly stated in her latest assessment that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon. Here's what the president said. Mr. President, you've always said that you don't believe Iran should be able to have a nuclear weapon. But how close do you personally think that they were to getting one? Because Tulsi Gabbard testified in March that the intelligence community said Iran wasn't building a nuclear weapon. I don't care what she said.

I think they were very close to happen. Okay, so that triggers a few questions for us, right? Number one, if President Trump is not listening to Tulsi Gabbin in regards to this conflict, then who is he listening to? I think that's a legitimate question based on these reports. Number two, at the same time, people need to pump the brakes. He is the president of the United States. He has earned the patience and the lead way to obviously lead us in the right direction as a country.

And before people start jumping the gun and get in ahead of themselves, they need to let this play out and see what President Trump decides to do first. And the good news here is President Trump is not a war hawk. He's not a Lindsey Graham, okay? He's going to think through this, let it play out, and then make his decision from there. I think he's shown to do things like that in that way. I think he's shown to do things in that way. Now, speaking of Lindsey Graham, he was right on Fox News once again pissing off conservatives by saying this.

Take a listen. Can you guarantee that? Can President Trump in any form? I mean, can you make the commitment that this would not lead to a longer war? I can guarantee you that if the Ayatollah gets a nuclear weapon, he will use it. I believe that with all my heart and soul. So the men and women who serve, they're the ones going, not people answering a poll. And if you ask them, would you be willing to risk your life to stop the Ayatollah from having a nuclear weapon?

All of them would say yes, because it makes their country, our country, safer. So we live in a world where you've got to confront problems. You want to avoid World War III? Learn the lessons from World War II. People in World War II appeased Hitler to the point that it got so much out of hand. We had a World War and 60 million people got killed. So we live in a world where you pay now or you pay later. Let's stop this threat before he gets a nuclear weapon.

Let's end this reign of terror. Let's do it now. It's not going to take 20 months. But I can't guarantee your freedom and your safety unless we're willing to fight for it. I can guarantee you this. If we don't fight for our freedom, we will lose it. I don't know about you, but I felt that was a little tone deaf by Lindsey Graham there. But listen, we shouldn't be shocked by his comments.

I mean, this is who he is. He wants to go to war. People think he gets off in regards to going to war. You see how he was budding up to Zelensky just recently, where it costed the federal government $400,000 in hotel fees. So I'm not shocked there, but I did want to show. you that clip because he's committed. He's all in. Now, let me go to this next story because this is also troubling. So Los Angeles has technically restored order. And at this point, you know what

they're demanding from President Trump? They want him to pay damages to the city. Take a listen. I am demanding full accountability and reimbursement for the local cost incurred, including injuries to local officers and damages caused by the chaos unleashed when the Trump administration recklessly, recklessly deployed the military and ICE agents into our communities. They are the ones who created this unrest, and they are the ones that need to foot the bill. So that's Democrats, once again, refusing to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they want me and you to actually pay for these damages. Because if they're demanding it from the federal government, where does federal government get their money from tax dollars? So it's just ludicrous. That's the first thing.

Secondly, the real cause to the civil unrest is sanctuary city policies that prevent local law enforcement from collaborating with federal authorities. See, Democrats can't have it both ways, right? If you're not going to collaborate with ICE, you can't demand to know who ICE is going after. I don't understand how that's supposed to work. Now, let's hear from Mel Gibson. And ripped into Governor Gavin Newsom and the L.A. Mayor Karen Bass. Take a listen. Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass have already proven their incompetence and poor leadership during the Los Angeles wildfires. Now, as we experience rampant lawlessness and civil unrest, it's never been more clear. They're unable to respond effectively and responsibly during

calamity. And I asked my fellow Angelinos, why are Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass still in office? How much more of their destructive decision-making, masquerading his leadership are we going to tolerate? It's time to take back our community and our state and put the power and the privilege in the hands of competent leaders whose goals are to protect us and the way of life this nation was founded upon and promises to offer. Okay, so no question what Mel Gibson was saying we agree with. you know, Mayor Karen Bass, she's clearly incompetent. She proved it time and time again and will continue to. And Gavin Newsom, we know his story. No secret there. Now, the good news here is that the Department of Justice, particularly the United States Attorney for the Central District of California, announced charges for the people who were throwing rocks at police vehicles during

these riots. Take a look. As you saw on the news on June 8th, our highway patrol officers were violently and viciously attacked by individuals from an overpass above the 101 freeway, throwing rocks and explosive devices and lighting CHP cars on fire. On Friday, federal agents and the CHP arrested Mr. Adam Charles Palermo for his role in the attack on our CHP officers. Palermo was caught on video participating in the attack. His social media account contained a collage of photographs and videos depicting a man holding flying debris, a CHP patrol car on fire and various other damage to CHP patrol cars. In the caption, he wrote,

all of the protests I've been involved in, which is well over 100 now, I'm most proud of what I did today. Mr. Palermo is charged with a violation of 18, United States Code Section 844I attempted arson of a vehicle used in interstate or foreign commerce. He faces a mandatory minimum penalty of five years and a statutory maximum penalty of 20 years.

He will not be doing any protests for the next foreseeable future. So this is the right move for the Department of Justice. These people should be held accountable. There's no justifiable reason to assault law enforcement officers, their property, and even government property. It just doesn't make any sense. And I'm glad that they're doing this. Now, of course, because they are doing this,

what do you think Democrats are saying about this? Now, we know we don't really care what they say. But again, you might have people in your life, friends, family, colleagues who are buying into this propaganda. Let me show you an example of just that. Take a listen. I mean, I grew up in a dictatorship. And I don't even remember ever witnessing anything like that to have a democracy, a piquan of hope for the world to now be turned into one of the, you know, one of the worst countries. where the military are in our streets without any regard for people's constitutional rights, while our president is spending millions of dollars prompting himself up like a failed dictator

with a military parade, it is really shocking and it should be a wake-up call for all Americans. Yeah, so listen, she's the last person we would ever take political advice from. She also has zero credibility. We know her history. It's not good. I'm shocked she's still in Congress, to be honest with you. And this is why I posted this on X as a response. If this country is so bad, why do people risk dying just to make it here?

And it's the only country where people assume that risk without hesitation. Make it make sense. Again, if this country is so bad, why are you here? It just doesn't make sense. I've always been a guy that if I'm sitting there complaining, I either need to be a part of the solution or I need to go. Okay, so let's hear from you guys in the comments section below. Number two, what do you make of that senator at California who was crying on the Senate floor? Who does that exactly? And number three, you heard what Senator John Federman had to say about Iran. He's all in, just like, Lindsey Graham. And the fact that Congress is moving to prevent Trump from issuing military action against Iran, I find that to be interesting.
