In today's episode, the merger between Skydance and Paramount has been approved.
South Park attacks President Trump and Ron Klein testifies on Capitol Hill
about Joe Biden. We're going to get to all these stories in this video,
show you what both sides are saying and give you the bottom line.
Breaking news, the FCC just moments ago approving Skydance's $8 billion merger with Paramount
Global.
The merger has been in limbo for nearly a year, but tonight it's approved.
A week after Paramount announced that Stephen Colbert, a huge Trump critic, would be taken
off the air.
Of course, Paramount says Colbert was canceled for financial reasons, but major questions
remain.
It was the top rated show in late night.
It comes as the White House tonight
is going after South Park,
which is also owned by Paramount,
and its explosive season premiere,
portraying President Trump in bed with Satan
and making repeated references to Trump's anatomy.
Totally and utterly South Park style.
I'll spare you those details,
but here is just a bit of what the audience saw.
Another random bitch commented on my Instagram that you're on the Epstein list. The Epstein list? But here is just a bit of what the audience saw.
The White House came out today and actually responded.
They called the show fourth rate, claiming it's hanging on by a thread in a desperate
attempt for attention.
Okay, so first things first, the whole South Park situation, nobody is offended by that.
I'm not triggered by it.
I'm sure President Trump isn't either because this is who South Park is.
Nobody is safe.
But according to liberals on the left that love to try to score political points or capitalize on the moment
They claim there's a conservative meltdown over South Park making fun of Trump is funnier than the actual episode itself
Listen, there's nothing more to say about that because nobody cares
Okay, second thing is now we can all move on from this whole CBS Paramount situation
thing is now we can all move on from this whole CBS Paramount situation. Stephen Colbert's show has been canceled and everything's good, right? Now here's what the FCC chair had to say in response
to the most pressing question. Did Stephen Colbert's show get canceled because of the merger?
Let's just go ahead and get it out of the way. Did President Trump have anything to do
with the cancellation of Stephen Colbert's show? Well, here's what's important to keep in mind as a broader dynamic.
When President Trump ran for election, he ran right at these legacy broadcast media
outfits in the New York and Hollywood elites that are behind it.
And he smashed the facade that these are gatekeepers that can control what Americans think and
what Americans can say.
And once you do that, you've exposed the business model of a lot of these outfits
as being nothing more than a partisan circus.
And so I think there's a lot of consequences that are flowing from President Trump
deciding I'm not going to play by the rules of politicians in the past
and let these legacy outfits dictate the narratives and the terms of the debate.
And he's succeeding. Just look at what's happening. NPR has been defunded. out because American people do not trust these legacy gatekeepers anymore. And all of this, I think, is consequences of that broader dynamic. Okay, I ask a very direct question. I did not
hear a yes or a no in your answer. I heard a maybe. Yeah, ultimately, these are business
decisions for CBS to make and for these outfits to make. And I'm shocked at the type of stuff
that you just played. They don't find to be in their profitable business interests.
Okay. Yeah, I don't know why he wasn't able to answer in their profitable business interests. Hmm
Okay. Yeah, I don't know why he wasn't able to answer that question. I think it's easy No, President Trump did not directly have anything to do with Stephen Colbert show getting canceled
But Stephen Colbert did I mean look at his ratings overall?
Look at his sponsorship revenue. Look at the cost to do the show All of it is losing in the end and even though CNN and other media outlets claim
Hey, Stephen Colbert is the number one late night TV show
They leave out the part in a declining industry where there's where they're losing money every year
I mean, so it just doesn't make sense. And so again, I like to show you what both sides are saying. So here's MSNBC's response to the merger and what South Park had to say.
Take a look.
Sam Cedars, a host of the Majority Report and he joins me now.
I got to say, Sam, when it gets bleak out there and when people are being cowards,
it just it is a real shot in the arm to see the South Park people being like, absolutely not.
Totally. see the South Park people being like, absolutely not. Totally, and I'll tell you, you really,
it's a real shame you didn't keep playing that video.
Yeah, I mean, I think the big thing about this is,
and you know, it's the case that they got
what is classically known in showbiz as FU money
just yesterday, but they're standing up to Trump and they're risking, you know,
in many respects, we don't know what the context of their agreement is with Paramount.
What they're doing, it's, you know, could be somewhat risky and it's showing a lot more
courage than we've seen from places like you mentioned, like Columbia or law firms or frankly Paramount itself in trying to essentially appease Trump
so that they get this FCC green light for this deal.
Yeah.
So this is why I do the show in the way that I do it.
Because if these people want a little bit more credibility, just tell the full story,
right? The full story is Stephen Colbert show was losing money I already went
over that multiple times in other videos he was losing up to 40 million dollars according
to reports and an industry that is continuing to decline which is cable TV and he's not
funny anymore if he was at all because he's too woke and Trump deranged.
That is the bottom line.
So that's one part to it.
And the second part here is that Skydance knows by merging with Paramount, we need to
get their finances in order because currently as it stands, they're bleeding money.
So in that regard, it also makes sense.
But listen, I mean, we could go all day long with this.
I think you guys are getting my point.
And here is the FCC chair again.
Now he's on Newsmax.
They literally ask him the same question.
Let's see if he actually answers it directly.
Take a look.
He is the president.
These are lawsuits.
How much is this factoring into the decisions
and the negotiations between CBS, CBSU and these other networks?
Yeah, something really significant is happening right here and it goes back to
President Trump. When he ran for office again, he ran directly at these legacy
national broadcasters and for years people cowed down to the executives
behind these companies based in Hollywood in New York and they just
accepted that these national broadcasters could dictate how people think
about topics, that they could set the narrative for the country.
And President Trump fundamentally rejected it.
He smashed the facade that these are gatekeepers that can determine what people think.
And everything that we're seeing right now flows from that decision by President Trump.
And he's winning.
I mean, look, PBS has been defunded. NPR has been defunded. CBS is committing to restoring
fact-based journalism. You see it, you know, everything from, you know, Joy Reid is gone
at MSNBC. All these things aren't isolated pinpricks. They go back to this emperor has
no close moment where President Trump stood up to these legacy media gatekeepers and now
their business models are falling apart. And that ladies and gentlemen is the bottom line to this first story.
Late night TV, particularly cable TV is a dying industry. There's no question. The only reason why
these news channels are still even on the airwaves is because they get paid by pharmaceutical
companies. That is the big money maker. Without pharmaceuticals and other advertisers, they would be dead in the water by now.
So it's only a matter of time. And that's exactly what happened with Stephen Colbert.
Advertising revenue went down and the rest is history. Now this takes us to our next story,
which is all about history because the former White House chief of Staff for Joe Biden testified on Capitol
Hill this morning.
And we already know what this is in regards to Biden's mental cognitive decline, his drug
use and who was actually making the decisions.
I think you'll be surprised by what Congressman Tim Bertrand had to say.
Take a look.
Ron Klain is currently giving a deposition before committee staffers.
Unlike Andy Thomas
C. and Anthony Brunel and Dr. Kevin O'Connor, he did not take the fifth. We spoke with Ro Khanna
and Congressman Andy Biggs after the first session just before the lunch break. Here's what they said
about his testimony. I found Mr. Klain to be very credible. He answered every single question.
very credible. He answered every single question. He was fully cooperative. There were times where he was asked about personal conversations he had with the president and he was forthcoming,
even if he could have said it was a private matter.
He was very careful. He was saying the things that I kind of expected him to say, which is reflective
of the Whipple book and some of the articles written about that. But he's been answering
the questions, I think, forthrightly in the way he sees the world.
You're not there for the deposition today, but you've been talking with your colleagues
on the committee.
What have you been hearing?
I think that it's disclosing what's going on and just the track they took to get things
done.
Of course, the auto pen is what everybody's looking at, but I think the interesting thing
to note is with this, if you've ever talked to prosecutors, especially the mob or other groups like that, they always they find somebody who will talk,
who this guy is an honorable man, and he sees the writing on the wall. And these other people are
trying to avoid probably a prison sentence and they're being ill advised, I would say,
and he's been advised correctly. Yeah. So the big takeaway for me is we don't know what he said
about the former president. We don't know if anything that he said was compromising
to the former president but we do know this. Congress is taking action, physical
action backing up what they said they were gonna do and that's what we really
want to see from the Justice Department as well. Who in the former administration
is going to be prosecuted for some of these crimes
I can't wait to see if that actually plays out. In fact, I hope that it plays out
I want Pam Bonnie to be successful because if she is successful that means President Trump is successful and people are being held accountable
So I guess it is good news that mr. Klein at least had something to say besides
pleading the fifth and I suspect once the
Once the mortar starts falling off the brick wall a few of more of these are going to come forward because they're going to say man
I'm going to be implicated in this thing and they're going to have to start talking
But I find it to be very credible and you know and the thing is to the national media chastised people like me I was banned from stations because I said things that he was in he was inept and mentally and
Unstable to to be the commander-in-chief and that was years ago and now all of a sudden it's it's just commonplace
So I think that that can't be said enough
Now one thing is for sure about mr. Klein is that he was used in a book already
from a Democrat. It's called Uncharted. That was all about, I guess, if you want to call it exposing
Biden's mental decline or what was leading up to the election last year. And of course, Fox News
had to bring that up because did he go into depth about that during the deposition?
We don't know because it was closed.
But I think it is worthy hearing exactly what he's already on the record of saying about
Biden and I would call this a compromising statement at the very least.
Take a listen.
He was not chief of staff during that time, but he was heavily involved in the former
president's debate prep.
And he has been talking about his experience,
his observations during that time.
In fact, he told author Chris Whipple
that Biden was quote, exhausted and out of it
in those days before that debate.
An excerpt from the book Uncharted reads,
25 minutes into the second mock debate,
the president was done for the day.
I'm just too tired to continue
and I'm afraid of losing my voice here and I feel bad.
That's what Klain said according to the excerpt.
And then he said, I just need some sleep.
I'll be fine tomorrow.
And he went off to bed.
So that is a concern for the Oversight Committee.
What was going on around that time?
The chairman wants to know whether the president
was using a controlled substance and how it
impacted his decision making.
Now, Hunter Biden has already backtracked a bit from that interview.
He interviewed with YouTuber Andrew Callahan, and then he clarified to ABC News that he
wasn't saying his father took Ambien right before that debate.
He was simply describing the president's trough travel schedule.
What a convenient walk back by Hunter Biden there because he knows he's in hot water for
what he said.
I mean, let's just be real.
That's the difference between, well, it's kind of the difference between the left and
the right, okay?
Because I'm finding even in myself, when I'm being fair in my coverage of President Trump
in the administration, I see people in my comments start getting all upset with me
when I'm just telling the truth.
Now, that's fine, I get it.
That's the cost of doing business as a commentator.
But people on the left, collectively,
they can't handle criticism to save their life whatsoever.
That is clear, and that's my main point here.
And ultimately, will this go anywhere?
I hope so.
Again, I want them to be successful in holding people accountable.
That is what I'm all about.
Results driven.
Let's just bring this home, Pam, Bonnie.
Can we do that, please?
And speaking of bringing things home, let's get your guys' reaction in the comment section
below to both of these stories.
It's good that Mr. Klein was forthcoming.
We don't know exactly what was said, but I'm gonna leave you with the question.
Do you believe we're gonna get results with this type of investigation into the prior
administration as it relates to Biden's mental decline?
Democrats have already cashed in.
They wrote a book about it.
Conservatives have known since day one and were, in my opinion, banned off social media
for talking about it.
But now we are where we are.
And my question for you, if you could put in the comment section, do you believe this
is going to yield some results?
And then going back to the first story, which included the South Park roast of President
Trump last night, which I'm not offended by.
Are you offended by it?
According to liberals, MAGA is melting down over it.
Let me know if you've seen anybody losing it because of what South Park had to say.
And I think we all are okay with Stephen Colbert show being canceled in the end.
And it doesn't really matter the reason at this point.
Okay.
So let me know your thoughts about everything in the comments section below.
Now in our next video, Jerome Powell got humiliated on live television by President Trump when
he showed up at the federal chair building to not only audit,
but confront Jerome Powell over this I would call ridiculous
$2.5 billion renovation project.
If you missed out on that clip, I think you're going to enjoy it.
All you have to do is click on that video because it's coming up right now.
