So we have Gavin Newsman, Chuck Schumer, humiliating themselves yesterday after the Supreme Court ruled against President Trump on tariffs.
Now, we know the president was already prepared.
He's issued new tariffs as a result of that ruling.
Bottom line is, Gavin Newsom and Chuck Schumer are demanding tariff refund checks.
So first, they weren't for tariff dividend checks.
Now they're for tariff refund checks.
Why is that exactly?
Well, we're going to answer that in today's video.
But first, like this video, share this video.
Leave your thoughts in the comment section below.
And please not forget to subscribe to our channel.
Let's hear exactly what Schumer had to say. Take a listen.
Yeah, today this is only going to bring us more chaos.
But what happens if they don't return the money, right?
Treasury Secretary Scott Besson already said,
I'm not so sure the American people or businesses are going to be getting this money back.
See, in court.
They'll be back in court.
If the tariffs are illegal, then the money must be returned.
And Trump keeps trying to ignore the law, break the law, flaunt the law.
But for in many, many cases, including this one, the courts, the courts have held him responsible.
And in about two-thirds of the cases that we've gone to sue Trump on, not just the Senate, but, you know, people who care about him breaking the law, he's lost.
Including to a lot of, when a lot of Trump judges ruled, including today, where two Trump judges ruled against him.
Okay, I just want you guys to know that's a lie.
80% of the rulings from the Supreme Court have been in favor of the president.
Obviously not this tariff decision, but it's actually a clarification of what laws he should have been using this entire time. So it's not actually a loss. But fine, if we frame it the way that they want us to frame it. He's still lying about two thirds. And then what's happening in this story today is you have Chuck Schumer and Gavin Newsom now demanding checks to be sent out to Americans as a refund. So I just want to make sure I'm clear. They weren't on board when the president offered a tariff dividend check.
But now they're on board on a tariff refund check.
Can you guys help me understand that?
All right, here's what Gavin Newsom had to say.
As it relates to the tariffs, the tariffs were illegal from day one.
We were in Fresno.
We were the first state.
I was the first governor to announce the lawsuit with Attorney General Bonta
on the illegal tariffs under the emergency authority that Donald Trump was asserting.
Shocking to me that three members of the Supreme Court actually agreed with Donald Trump.
There's nothing in the International Economic Emergency Power Act that gives the President of the United States unilateral authority to impose a tax increase on ranchers, on farmers, on small businesses, on you and me.
Donald Trump should return that money immediately.
He has an obligation, $1,151 per family that were taxed by Donald Trump.
He took hundreds of billions of dollars from working folks from ag community, from small businesses,
for this vanity play, this illegal action.
And he finally was held to account.
The rule of law won out.
I actually agree with Gavin Yusim on one thing.
He's talking about refund checks.
So let's go back to it.
They didn't support dividend checks, but now they support refund checks.
So could we extend that to essentially using his same logic to the failed high speed rail in
California, will you refund Californians for that failed project or the failed homeless
project or everything else you screwed up in that state like electricity prices?
Where are the refund checks for that?
I mean, because we can apply the same logic here.
I mean, it's under Gavin Newsom's leadership that people had to leave the state to find a more
affordable economy lifestyle in other states.
There's no disputing that.
But he claims that California is a national model.
ladies and gentlemen, he's a complete joke.
All right, let's go to Jesse Waters,
because I think he makes my point for me.
Take a listen.

Tariff stimmy checks with Trump's name on it right before the midterms.
I'm into it.
Anyway, most of the tariffs were eaten by foreigners, importers.
Some prices went up, yeah, but inflation's gone down since Liberation Day.
But as long as we're playing along, I love the idea of a refund.
Are we getting refund checks for the $9 billion the Somali stole?
because when there's fraud on my credit card,
American Express pays me back.
Are we getting refund checks for Bidenomics?
The average family paid thousands of dollars more a year.
Should I check the mailbox?
We spent hundreds of billions on migrants.
They're hotels, health care, phones.
I want a refund.
Are California taxpayers going to get the $24 billion back
that Gavin spent on the homeless?
do California taxpayers get the $16 billion back from the train to nowhere that Gavin never built?
But the majority of the terrorists have actually been effective, especially if you're talking about steel and aluminum,
which are very essential industries, especially if you're talking about keeping that back here in America.
But listen, the bottom line to it, folks, it's not the tariffs that has caused an economic crisis in our country.
It's the previous administration that had record inflation under their watch.
And if you don't have a recession after record inflation, overall, the prices are not going to really come down that much.
But they don't want to tell you that.
So let me show you this next clip where you get to see very clearly that they still hate the Supreme Court.
So even after the Supreme Court ruled in their favor, look at how ungrateful they are.
The truth is that this is the first major decision where they have actually disagreed with the president on any of his priorities.
So, yes, they got one right, but that doesn't negate everything else that they've done.
Donald Trump doesn't like to govern.
Donald Trump likes to rule by decree, and the Supreme Court finally stood and said you can't do that on this one issue.
Quick if I could.
I mean, the reason there's not National Guard on the streets in Chicago right now is the Supreme Court blocked that too.
You see, it's all perception.
You see what you want to see.
When I do the show, guys, that's why I like showing you both sides.
So you could see from different perspectives and make up your own mind.
It's all narrative.
None of it is actually trying to educate people on anything.
But the education piece that often is not communicated is that I told you 80%.
So that means 20% of the rulings at the Supreme Court were against the president,
but they're never going to acknowledge that.
So I guess you can't make these liberals happy.
And these are the same people that were supporting Biden
when they wanted him to ignore a Supreme Court ruling regarding student loan forgiveness.
this. You just can't make it up. All right, let's go back to Gavin Newsom. Here were his final thoughts.
Take a listen. Donald Trump should return that money immediately. He has an obligation,
$1,151 per family that were taxed by Donald Trump. He took hundreds of billions of dollars
from working folks, from ag community, from small businesses for this vanity play, this illegal
action. And he finally was held to account, the rule of law,
one out. And what did Donald Trump do? He had a tantrum today. And he decided to tax you all again
across the board, 10% across the board under some new authority. He's unhinged. Donald Trump
is increasingly unhinged. Even his hand-picked Supreme Court said what he was doing was
lawless. Now, if anybody knows about lawlessness and mismanaging and not being able to govern
and is more obsessed with petty politics and what's happening on social media,
it'd be Gavin Newsom,
which is why Kevin O'Leary ripped them the shreds on Fox business yesterday
because California is floating this new policy to tax the wealthy even more.
Take a listen to this.
It may be popular.
The problem with it is you're already seeing the outcome.
When you basically start taxing people for success,
it's un-American.
And they, as the Constitution provides,
of states they move to places like where I am Miami in fact it's getting so bad
here Stuart I can't get over the bridge to dinner at night the traffic's insane and
we can also you know ask Mondawing to stop too because he's killing me with
all these guys from New York but having said that here's why this narrative
doesn't really make sense for Californians why wouldn't they ask let's say I
have a company and revenues are going down and my expenses are going up I
go to the CEO and say why is my business
falling apart like this. Why is it that everything's upside down? My revenues are going down,
in this case, because people are leaving the state, and all my expenses are going up because you can't
manage the place. You're a terrible manager. Why don't I just fire you and hire somebody else,
and I do that all the time? So why don't the people of California say, we have terrible managers?
I don't care if to look at the municipal level or the state level. They never talk about
why expenses are going up, why they should cut government. Their services aren't any better
than where I'm getting here in Miami.
And we control these things.
We have better managers.
So get the whacking stick out and do the right thing and hire somebody else.
This is nothing to do with politics.
This is just bad management.
The whacking stick is the solution.
This is very important for me, okay?
Let me just ask you this.
How many times have you received spam calls, spam messages?
And you're sitting there wondering, how did they get my information?
Well, they got it because your personal information is being sold.
on the dark web. And I'm talking about your name, your email address, your mailing address,
even your social security number. My wife and I were plagued with spam calls. And this is why
today's video is sponsored by ORA. ORA helped us clean up our data. Get it removed. Stop the
spam calls. It's dangerous out there. And we know the federal government isn't going to protect us.
So we have to protect ourselves. That's why you have to use ORA. And not only will they get you

Well, anybody with common sense knows what he is saying is factually true.
I mean, you got to get rid of these people.
Vote different people in.
That's exactly what California is about to do.
Potentially, you're going to have two Republicans.
actually running for the governorship because the way their primary works. But the point being here
is that the people with common sense, it's not the majority of people who live in California.
Okay. I'm just going to tell you that right now. When you're talking about L.A. and San Diego and San Jose
and San Francisco and Sacramento, that's the majority of the population. It's blue cities. So they're still
going to have these problems, unfortunately. And while they're up there complaining about the president
and his tariffs, they should be focusing on what's happening in their backyard.
Now, the guy leading up the charge when it comes to this wealth tax is none other than Bernie Sanders.
Here's what he had to say.
So the issue comes down to whether or not we ask the wealthiest people in this country,
many of them living right here in California, to start paying their fair share of taxes
so that three million people in this state can get health care.
And I think the answer is pretty obvious.
Yes, that's what we've got to do.
Oh, we've already seen Larry Page, Peter Thiel, David Sacks, Larry Ellison start to move out of this state.
Oh, isn't that something?
Oh, but the argument, yeah.
Here's what the argument is.
Yeah. The argument is it is outrageous. What they are saying to the people of California is,
it doesn't matter to us. We're billionaires and we're getting richer and richer,
and if children die because they can't get to a doctor, tough luck, we have the power, California.
I'm sorry, I have to pause it there because he totally blew right past that question.
It doesn't matter what these billionaires think. They will do what's in the best interests of them just like a broke person would. Okay. I mean, I don't understand why they ignore human behavior. All right. There's no reason that you have these companies like Valero as an example or Apple or Tesla or SpaceX or Twitter and all these other big corporations that moved out of the state. The only reason why they did it is because it's over it's overregulated and too much taxes. It's that simple. And what do you?
you getting in return for that amount of tax? Homelessness, a high-speed rail to nowhere,
terrible infrastructure, high electricity prices, high cost of living, high cost of insurance?
It's not worth it. It's got nothing to do with saying, we want people to die because they're not
getting health care. Disingenuous by Bernie Sanders, no question. That is why I will be introducing
a national wealth tax. Where are they going to run that? Maybe they'll run to Saudi Arabia.
I suspect that's where they'll go.
But, you know, at some point, you've got to stand up to these guys.
But that's the Newsom argument that we should do it nationally.
But if we do it just here, it's going to hurt California's revenue.
I'm going to introduce the legislation and ain't going to pass right away.
And if California can do it, this will be a message, by the way, not only to America,
it'll be a message to the world because this oligarchy is taking over countries all over the world.
It's the same oligarchy that his wife has benefited from, his wife.
wealth has benefited from. And every socialist, there is a capitalist, right? We all heard that
statement from Kevin O'Leary. So as much as they claim that they want the wealthy to pay their
fair share, why don't they actually change the law? They still refuse to do so, by the way,
because what we're really talking about are taxes. And the wealthy have the appropriate CPAs
and tax advisors to find whatever loopholes are necessary to not pay the tax. I mean,
that's just the reality to it. All right. And so it's fascinating that they're still coming out,
And speaking about that, instead of focusing on actual fraud, which is what the administrator of the
Small Business Administration did yesterday, where she said this.
Committing over $8.5 billion in fraud, that's in addition to the agency's recent actions in
Minnesota, where you saw nearly 7,000 borrowers worth roughly $440 million suspended.
Kelly, what's going on?
Where specifically is the fraud?
Well, Maria, this fraud relates to the pandemic era.
loan programs that were broadly defrauded. And it was widely reported that about 200 billion,
as much as 200 billion, could have been fraudulently gained out of the $1.2 trillion that went out
for small business lending. So it's breathtaking. What's even worse is the Biden administration
swept it under the rug, started forgiving those fraudulent loans. We're going back and saying
that will not stand. We're going to have accountability. There's going to be restitution and
jail time for people who defraud
hardworking taxpayers and
honest deserving small businesses.
8.6 billion
minimally in California
that shows these socialist welfare
state policies don't work.
They attract criminals that want to defraud
American citizens and we're making sure
that we draw the line on that.
Yeah, so when you see that, I think Bernie Sanders
and Gavin Newsom and Chuck Schumer should all
be focusing on returning money
back to the taxpayers instead of trying
to attack people who have
been successful in our society, which brings me to what's about to happen next Tuesday coming
up here, February 24th, the state of the union. Already rumblings are happening where a majority of
the Democrats will not be in attendance. They are staging a boycott. Let's start with Chuck Schumer
because he was asked about this if he's going to attend. And as usual, because he is the establishment,
he's going to show up. Take a listen. The president's speaking at the state of the union on Tuesday.
A number of Democrats have already said they're not going to attend. What is your position on this?
As of now, because I respect the whole institution, but I don't respect Donald Trump one bit, I will go.
But the bottom line is there are a lot of my colleagues who aren't going to go.
What do you think about that?
I think that's fine with me.
Everyone should make his own choice.
As a Democratic leader, I am going to go as of now, but who knows what will happen in the next few days.
I don't even know what type of answer that really is.
see, this is what they've done to themselves, right?
They radicalize their base so much that their base are going to be upset that they have people
like Chuck Schumer attending the State of the Union, which is exactly what any elected representative
in our government should be doing.
Nobody should be boycotting this.
I mean, the State of the Union goes back generations, okay?
It's a common courtesy.
It's a tradition.
And if you don't like the State of the Union, change the law or something on that matter
and get rid of it, you know?
But again, this is the petty policy.
And when you have again, Senator John Federman coming out and contradicting his party, I think that tells you everything you need to know.
So here's what he had to say.
Some of you guys aren't showing up to the state of the union.
They're going to boycott the state of the union, the Democrats.
You think that's a good idea?
Yeah, no.
I mean, if you want to boycott it, that's really, you're up to it.
But I just hope they don't do the kinds of things that some did last year.
I mean, there's just no dignity if you have paddles, if you are yelling and saying those kind of thing.
I mean, you can agree or disagree on things, but if you're going to show up, just do it with dignity because, you know, really need to respect the office.
And now they're doing like a counter programming.
And, I mean, that's never going to go well.
I mean, it's like, regardless who the president is, you know, the counter never really lands.
And it's really kind of just doesn't compare.
You should just knock some sense into these people.
You're a big guy.
Just boom.
Knock the paddles out of their hands, Senator.
And I do plan to go to the state of union.
And I do hope all the other Democrats that choose to come that we don't do the same kinds of
things that happened at the last year.
I mean, it was really undignified and just the thing.
No, I don't care who the president is.
Don't yell and disrupt at that.
It's like you really should respect the office, the office.
You don't have to like the occupant, but respect that.
Yeah, you see, Senator John Federman is what I would hope are politicians.
can get back to. Can we just agree to disagree? Is it okay to do that today? I know some of you guys
watch my show, you don't agree with everything that I'm saying. It's okay. I may not agree with
everything you're saying. It's okay. But I think people who exercise critical thinking know that
emotionally. So, you know, they don't act erratic when someone, they come into contact disagrees with
them. But people on the left on the other hand, well, you know how it goes. They call you a bigot,
races, et cetera. So I wonder how they're going to react to this statement from the president
because he was asked yesterday about the state of the union and if the Supreme Court justices
are still invited. I think you'll find his answer funny. Take a listen.
Supreme Court justices who ruled against the policy striking it down. Are they still invited
to your state of the union next week? And will you speak with that? They are invited. Barely.
Barely. Three are happily invited. No, no. They're
barely, they're barely invited.
Honestly, I couldn't care less if they come, okay?
All right, so that's classic President Trump.
And we'll see, obviously, how the state of the union goes.
We might actually live stream it and talk about it together as we go through it.
We'll see.
But point being here, and the bottom line to this entire video today, it's more hypocrisy.
It's more selective outrage.
It's continuing to not educate the public properly with what's really happening.
and Democrats are just doing their whole anti-Trump tour every time a ruling goes into their favor, essentially.
And the whole thing from Gavin Newsom, I mean, that is just total humiliation.
He has no room to speak about what the president is doing based on what he's done to the state of California.
And I know Democrats agree with me on that.
All right.
Well, you guys let me know in the comment section what you guys think of all of these stories in today's video.
Just put your thoughts and everything you got in the comments section.
below. Now, in our next story, it again involves the president and how prepared he was for the
ruling that came from the Supreme Court when they claimed that Aipa, which is the statute he used
for almost half of the tariffs he imposed, is unconstitutional and cannot be used that way. Well,
as soon as that came out, he had already made a huge announcement, which involves imposing 15%
tariff globally. And I think you guys know exactly where we're going. So if you guys are interested
and all that, just click on it because the video is coming up right now.
