Two stunning updates for you. One, 21 Democrat attorney generals are now suing the Trump administration.
You're going to want to watch to find out why. And Letitia James out of New York makes a fool
of herself during an interview with CNN. It just does not go her way. We're going to get to both
of these stories in this video, show you what both sides are saying and give you the bottom line.
More than 20 Democratic attorneys general. They're suing to block a Trump administration policy that bars illegal migrants from accessing
federally funded programs.
But President Trump, I'm sure maintains this is money that could be going to Americans,
not to illegal immigrants.
What's the administration's response to all of this?
It's unsurprising. And the Democrats, I say this all the time, but clearly they learned
nothing from November 5th, where nearly 80 million Americans voted to put America first
because they were fed up with seeing illegal alien criminals from all over the world take
their housing and their tax funder benefits. If you look at Medicaid, for example, a program that was intended for the most vulnerable
Americans in our society, pregnant women, disabled people, homeless who truly need these
benefits, that program was being just wrought out by illegal aliens.
One point four million of them were receiving those benefits.
Okay.
So just a few things about this lawsuit from Democrats.
Isn't it interesting how they've been crying about American citizens getting kicked off
healthcare because of the one big beautiful bill?
I mean, that's what they're claiming.
But in the same breath, they don't mind undocumented migrants or what I would call them illegal
aliens from getting access to the same healthcare, which would lead to what?
Bankruptcy.
Okay, don't believe me, just look at what's happening with California, which leads into point number two. I thought undocumented migrants or
illegal aliens cannot get healthcare or what they would call Medicaid. But for whatever reason,
they're filing this lawsuit because it's all about fighting against President Trump and instead of
working with the president to make sure that the worst of the worst are being
targeted and they're handing over their information to help ICE go after these people, they're just
filing these ridiculous lawsuits. Now, the story really isn't the lawsuit, by the way. The story is
Attorney General Leticia James was on CNN this morning to make the case about this lawsuit,
but instead of seeing and focusing on the lawsuit, they wanted to focus
on the illegal alien who shot the Border Patrol agent in the face. And let's just say things did
not go very well for Letitia James. Take a look. I want to ask you about this Border Patrol agent
who was shot in New York City over the weekend. Two undocumented immigrants with final removal
orders are in custody for their involvement in this one person of interest. Mora has a criminal history and I just want to lay this out
for our viewers who are not familiar I know this is a little lengthy but it's
important and that criminal history includes charges for assault on a
pregnant woman and a stabbing charge in January according to two senior law
enforcement officials DHS detailed three arrests in the last two years in New
York City his alleged accomplice Christian Christiane Ibar Baroa, also entered the country illegally and has
a criminal history that includes charges of reckless endangerment and felony grand larceny.
He pleaded guilty to petite larceny at the Bronx County Supreme Court in June of this
year and was conditionally discharged according to DHS. Is this the kind of incident
where there may be a case where law enforcement, local law enforcement should be coordinating
with immigration authorities? Both of them had these removal orders, these final removal orders.
So let me just say I'm so glad that the officer is doing well and we pray for a speedy recovery.
Two, let me also say that it is now time for Congress to enact comprehensive immigration
reform. Three, individuals obviously who have criminal convictions or criminal convictions,
obviously it is the policy of the great state of New York to cooperate with ICE agents
Okay, so she thinks people are stupid right number one. We know she really doesn't care about ICE agents. All right, that's not that's the first thing secondly
She claims it's a great time for immigration reform
It's always a great time for reform, but you guys will never do it
All right
And that has nothing to do with an illegal alien who's been arrested multiple times and released back into the community who ended up shooting a border patrol agent in the face.
That has nothing to do with that, by the way. But okay. And number three, they're not coordinating
with ICE because if they were, he would have been gone already. I mean, it just doesn't make any
sense. However, individuals who serve you each and every day who come to this country seeking a
better opportunity individuals fleeing violence individuals who want that will
want the same thing that you and I want and that is to raid to care for their
families individuals who serve us each and every day those are the individuals
who need protection and that's why the state of New York and other Democratic
Attorneys General are standing up for those families and for those individuals who unfortunately are
being kidnapped in the middle of the night by masked agents with no insignia
no identification and taken away from their families. You hear them emitting it
out loud they're fighting for undocumented migrants. Think about what that means. Not
for the veterans, not for the parents, not for the children, not for overall American
citizens who truly need help out there, especially in New York. No, they're fighting for the
migrants because that's who Democrats are in love with. And I guess they believe going
down this road with this strategy is going to get them the results they want.
I just don't see that happen, especially as we've seen the polls and how overall Americans
feel about undocumented migrants, but it gets worse for her because she still can't explain
how could an illegal alien who committed multiple crimes had a deportation order, two of them, and
was still released back into the country.
What is the answer for that, especially in the state of New York?
Again, we have no problem with the worst of the worst.
But unfortunately, they're focusing on too many innocent individuals, individuals who
work in our farms, in our small businesses, who go to church, who go to school.
I understand what you're saying because voters also, voters make a distinction,
a lot of them in the polls show it,
between undocumented immigrants without criminal records,
people you're talking about,
and those who have them, right?
Especially in these extreme cases,
like we look at in this case in New York City.
But to that point, in this case in New York City. But to that point, in this case,
why should those voters think that this is something
other than the system not working?
I mean, if you're talking about waiting
for comprehensive immigration reform,
I've been in Washington for 20 years,
they've been trying for a long time, it doesn't happen.
So why, in the case of cities taking a step is and states
taking a step, is this an example where there could be that coordination instead
of waiting decades for Congress to act? At the outset I indicated to you that in
fact New York State and other Democratic states cooperate with ICE when it comes
to criminal convictions but when it comes to criminal convictions,
but when it comes to innocent individuals,
individuals who serve as your nanny, who clean your home,
individuals who are our neighbors,
individuals who unfortunately are just trying
to make ends meet each and every day.
Okay, but both of these individuals
had multiple arrests after deportation orders.
Why are those not opportunities?
And that is why in the state of New York,
when it comes to individuals,
as you indicated, individuals with criminal convictions,
then we cooperate with ICE.
But it's important that we make a distinction
between those individuals with criminal convictions
and those individuals again,
who are just trying to make ends meet each and every day.
All right.
That is a perfect example of someone who loves to gaslight.
Okay.
The question that was asked is very simple.
We're talking about a criminal legal alien.
He committed multiple crimes in New York.
He was released back into the community not once but twice and then ultimately committed a heinous act against an American citizen and that's your answer as the attorney general?
Pathetic.
No question about it.
And that's the unfortunate part about our country is people are so tribal, they're so
caught up in this whole political theater that they lose sight of logic and common sense
and that it's okay to say, hey, you know what?
We should be coordinating better with ICE to
prevent this scumbag and people like him from doing this again.
We love our American citizens.
We love our country and we want our people to be safe.
But that doesn't come out of her mouth because she's in love with migrants basically, because
that's the whole political game that Democrats are playing right now.
Now in response to this ridiculous interview
and this lawsuit, let's take a look at what DHS spokesperson
had to say and then Tom Homan, take a look.
Homan, the borders are said today that more agents
could be headed to New York City.
Is that likely?
What does that look like?
I mean, if these sanctuary city politicians won't let us
in their jails, that is the safest way to make an arrest.
If these individuals would have been in the jails, these two with rap sheets a mile long,
whether it be assault, armed robbery, or even kidnapping, worn out in Massachusetts, if
those sanctuary city politicians would have let us in the jails, we wouldn't need to be
flooding the zone with our border patrol agents.
We could just arrest them in those jails and it would be a lot safer for all New Yorkers.
But that's not happening.
So I wonder what the footprint looks like going forward.
Then we will be out on the streets making those arrests of the worst of the worst, like
these individuals.
All right, let me just add on to something that she said.
They're going to double down on the number of ICE agents that they're going to place
in New York.
And they should, because
Democrats have made a fatal mistake. Instead of working with the Trump administration and
prioritizing handing over criminal legal aliens who have been inside their local jails, what's
going to happen now is these ICE agents are going to start detaining and they have already
undocumented migrants.
People who may have never committed a crime and a lot of people out there don't like it.
For example, Joe Rogan doesn't like it.
But my push back to Joe Rogan is what do you want ICE to do?
If these sanctuary cities do not allow them to pick up the worst of the worst because
they release them back into the streets. They give them no intelligence.
They provide no collaboration.
What you just want ice to sit on their hands.
Now I know in a perfect world, everybody would agree with me, but mainstream media doesn't
care about that.
What they care about are these polls that allegedly show the American people are no
longer supporting President Trump as it pertains to his handling of these deportations and overall immigration strategy.
But here's what Tom Homan had to say in response.
First of all, I don't believe the polls.
Second of all, if there's any movement in the polls at all, it's because of the other
false stories out there about ICE.
Like I read in the paper every day that the majority of people in ICE custody are not criminals.
Wrong.
The majority are criminals. But now the that the arguments are they criminal enough is a
d u i dangerous enough what ten thousand people a year died in the allies i think
the allies of crime
so you know they've been together so we don't back and forth that house here's a
crime is it
but i look at the numbers yesterday
a majority are criminals have a criminal history
who are the rest of the people in our custody to There are national security threats. They may not have a criminal conviction, but there
are national security threats based on intelligence reports. For instance, ICE arrests over 200
Iranian nationals that are currently in custody. Yeah, they're not documented criminals, but
they're national security threats. They need to be detained. There's also what we call
expedited removal cases. There are certain immigration arrests that we make within the combines of the board within
two years that we process through expedited removal, which by statute, by federal law
were required to detain so that the media just aren't telling the truth about who were
in detention.
Bottom line is this.
The important detail is that you don't have to be convicted in order to get deported.
Think about how long the conviction will take.
So somebody rapes a neighbor, how long until they are convicted?
Six months maybe?
And I think that's fast, depending on the city, of course.
So this person just gets to stay in the country for another six months.
They're released back into the community thanks to Cassius Bale.
So then what? Is that really what American people want? So they want the person to be released back into the community and hopefully they get a conviction in time before they commit another
crime again. I mean, the math just does not add up on this. And that's why the media
refuses to report on this properly. On the second part of that, I see all the stories that the majority of people ICE arrests
are not criminals.
That's just a fake story.
We are prioritizing criminals in public safety threats, but who are the other people you
see us arresting?
Fugitives.
Those who had due process at great taxpayer expense.
A federal judge ordered them removed.
Rather than leaving, they became
a fugitive and they're in the wind. The law requires us to execute those removal orders.
That is what it is. That's a job for ICE. You know, if federal judge orders them removed,
we are supposed to remove them. So we're removing final orders.
Yeah. So imagine that using Democrats logic. ICE agents are waiting until 2 a.m in the morning they're masked up
they slip into someone's home and disappear them in the middle of the night but this someone has a
legal order to be deported out of this country that someone is in the country unlawfully that
someone may have committed a crime but has not been convicted yet, did get arrested by local PD, was released back into the community.
Okay, that someone could be a father, a brother, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, an uncle, a father, a mother, just like all the other American citizen criminals that go to Democrats are upset about. And so the bottom line here is no matter how you feel about this entire situation,
the change is only going to come from people in Congress.
Now they did host a hearing today about this very subject.
But what's interesting about the timing of this hearing is that after Thursday,
they go on vacation for an entire month.
Republicans say there's a lot of cleanup on border security after the Biden years. They
also criticize sanctuary policies by cities and states.
The damage done by the Biden administration's deliberate open border policies cannot be
understated. We are still feeling the consequences of it today. But President Trump,
D.H. Secretary Noem, and Border Zahar Tom Homan are turning the tide.
Democrats concede they failed to address border security last fall. That cost them votes.
But today, Democrats contend voters did not support the types of immigration crackdowns
which are carried out daily by the Trump administration.
immigration crackdowns which are carried out daily by the Trump administration. ICE has become a paramilitary force and our Republican colleagues just infused it with
billions and billions of more dollars so they can continue their terror campaign.
It operates completely lawlessly without any accountability with masks, no ID, unmarked
cars.
Now, House Republicans plan to pass a border security bill this week.
It would bolster penalties for illegal immigrants who were deported and returned.
But a bipartisan dispute over the Epstein files tanked those plans.
The House leaves for its August recess tomorrow.
Now, to be fair, Congress goes on vacation every year at this time for this amount of days. They
don't come back until September 6th. But it doesn't solve the issue that we have as a country
where Congress, given the power that they possess, they should be able to act on a lot of the
executive orders from President Trump up to this point. And they just haven't. Yes, we did get the one big, beautiful pass, amazing accomplishment, but that's your job.
That's what you're supposed to do.
I mean, how many executive orders did President Trump sign?
They haven't even touched 10% of that.
So I think you guys are getting my point here.
But the bottom line to this entire story is Democrats are continuing to defend the criminal
illegal aliens.
They can't even bring it to themselves to admit that they are not working with ICE in
the way that they should to prevent these crimes from happening.
Number two, President Trump is doing the right thing.
The results show it.
It doesn't mean that ICE is innocent.
100% of the time, they're going to make mistakes like every other agency will make mistakes
just like all the mistakes that were made under Biden's administration.
So nobody's perfect.
And number three, ultimately, for the people who are criticizing President Trump, I implore
them, do your research.
Okay.
Ask the question, why is a legal alien who committed crimes not once, but twice and ultimately a third time
was released back into the community multiple times was never handed over to ICE. Why are you
not crying about that? And with that, I want to hear what you guys have to say in the comment
section below to this entire video, especially on the point of how Democrat sanctuary cities
are releasing criminal illegal aliens back into the community.
Thanks to cashless bail,
they do not hand this criminal over to ICE in any capacity
unless they have a criminal conviction.
But how long will the conviction take?
Cause it's not gonna happen overnight.
So in that point, you're putting American citizens at risk. But how long will the conviction take? Because it's not going to happen overnight.
So in that point, you're putting American citizens at risk.
And that's why we saw the heinous act that went down Sunday with the border patrol agent
getting shot.
Let me know your thoughts about all that in the comment section below.
Now in our next video, we talked about that particular legal alien who shot the border
patrol agent.
We also talked about how it led to that point and this explosive
interview from Hunter Biden, who pretty much admits that his
father was drugged up the entire time of his presidency, but
he also goes scorched earth on Democrats and calls them out
one by one.
So if you miss out on that video and more stories from yesterday,
all you have to do is click on it because it's coming up right now.
