So we have two breaking news stories, starting with the Supreme Court.
They have ruled in favor of South Carolina's decision to defund Planned Parenthood.
And the second story is the Pentagon held a press briefing this morning in regards to the military airstrikes against Iran.
Things got heated.
So we're going to show you everything and then give you the bottom line.
The Supreme Court today issued a major ruling on abortion, deciding Planned Parenthood cannot sue.
the state of South Carolina over its efforts to defund it. It is a decision that could embolden other
red states to make similar moves and cut Medicaid funding for clinics that provide abortions.
Okay, so we have another ruling from the Supreme Court that is rooted in common sense.
If you're in red states or you lean conservative, you don't believe in taxpayer money should
be funding abortions. That's just the bottom line to it. Now, if you're on the left,
you believe not only is this cruel, but this is an assault on women's
health care. And that's why we're going to use Ground News so I can show you what both sides are saying.
That way you can think for yourself. If you guys want to follow along, just go to ground.
Dot News 4 slash Tivori. Now, as an example, take a look at this outlet that lean left.
Supreme Court hacks away at civil rights and latest cruel ruling. Now, if you're a person who doesn't
think for yourself and you're unwilling to do the research, you would eat up that propaganda right
there. Now, before we go any further, let me show you this clip from MSDNC because that's exactly
the rhetoric that they're running with. Take a listen.
Okay, Dr. Patel, so give us a sense of what this ruling means for plant parenthood clinics
in South Carolina, and if this at all will curtail women's ability to get care in any way,
shape, or form. Yeah, Alex, it does have a pretty widespread impact on care. Maybe just helpful
to say that there are many states, including South Carolina, that have already banned kind of use
of funds for reproductive health care, specifically abortion services. So this was not a debate.
about whether or not that federal funds or state funds could go to abortion services.
That decision has been made clear. What's at issue here is that clinics like Planned Parenthood,
the majority of their services are for health care, cancer screenings, prenatal care,
all types of health care. And here in this decision was specifically the ability to carve out
Planned Parenthood as an entity from receiving Medicaid funds. So in essence, it's not just saying
no to abortion very specifically, which it has already done.
It's basically limiting access to a majority of general health care services.
And just as you point out, it's not just for South Carolina.
This decision paves the way for other states like Texas, like Missouri, other states
that have already said that funds could not be used for abortion services to expand that.
So as usual, when it comes from the left, they speak from a place of victimization,
okay?
Instead of saying that this ruling confirms that states have the legislation.
legislative authority to decide what they want to fund, they go the route of saying, this ruling
takes away women's health care. And in my opinion, that's hyperbolic and misleading. However, when you
look at articles that lean right, like what you see here on the screen from Fox News, Supreme Court
rules against Planned Parenthood and Medicaid funding dispute. It's like night and day when you're
reading what both sides are saying. And for the record, if the left again wants to cry about this
ruled in from the Supreme Court, you know what they should do? They should get Congress to change the
law. But the sad reality is most people don't even know that because they're not even thinking for
themselves. This is why I want you to use a tool at Ground News so you can see the full picture
and make up your own mind. So if you want to use this tool for yourself, all you have to do is go to
ground.com or you can download the mobile app. Just use promo code DeVorey and it's going to give
you access to everything that I showed you in this video, including 40% off the vantage plan.
ruled this morning that South Carolina is allowed to deem Planned Parenthood is not a qualified
health care provider and that will block it from receiving Medicaid funds. Does the
White House have a statement on that ruling? And would the President support a stand-alone
bill from Congress to defund Planned Parenthood at a federal level rather than like each state
determinant? I'll let the President speak on that legislative priority. But as for the Supreme Court
ruling. The president has always maintained that Americans should not be forced to violate their
conscious and their religious liberty by having their tax dollars fund abortions. And we're glad
the Supreme Court ruled on that side today or yesterday. Now, allow me to share my perspective
on abortion and why I see it the way that I do. It comes down to two main reasons. Reason number
one, both of my parents were drug addicts and I was adopted. And look how I turned out.
Do we really need to be telling people their first option when they don't want to give birth to a
a baby is to get an abortion, why can't the first option be adoption? That's number one.
Number two, in case you guys didn't know this for people who are African Americans in our
country, 39.4% of black women make up abortions every year. That is astonishing. That is
the devil, if you ask me. That's ridiculous. And who's behind majority of those abortions?
Planned parenthood. And by the way, when nearly four in 10 abortions is coming from only one
community. This isn't about women's health care, ladies and gentlemen. This is a freaking
crisis. Well, Planned Parenthood really got its clock clean today because you're talking about
an organization that drives over 30% of its revenue from government sources. And the state
is saying, look, you're providing abortion services as well as other services, and that makes
you ineligible in our state. And what the court said is they can do that. And so if South
Carolina could do it. You can bet other states are going to go forward and they're going to do it too.
Really interesting. So sorry, and not to conflate, but to the Medicaid ruling and the Justice Jackson
dissent on that. South Carolina asked us to haul out that provision so that the state can evade
liability for violating the rights of its Medicaid recipients to choose their own doctors. The court
abides South Carolina's request, I would not. That was Justice Jackson and that. Tell us what
we should know about this. Jonathan? Well, I think that that's what most of us expected from
the oral argument. But what the court was saying is that there's no footing here, no clear
basis upon which to bring that action. And it's not going to create one. And this, again, is
a more fluid approach to how these laws are interpreted by Justice Jackson. And the majority
just won't do that. Well, it's great that they don't subscribe to the way Justice Jackson
sees things, because according to her, everything comes down to emotion and victimization.
And that's really who we don't need on the Supreme Court, but this is the country we live in, folks.
Half of the country operates their life that way when it comes to politics, but we know that is not
the solution to governing this country. Now, of course, ghetto Jasmine Crockett had a pipe in,
and I want to set the record straight with her. She said, first, they came for abortion. Now it's birth control,
cancer screenings prenatal care. Let's be real. This ain't about protecting life. It's about weaponizing
poverty and race to strip away care, choice, and dignity from communities that dare to seek
basic care and a system already built to fill them. So two main points. It's about weaponizing
poverty. Okay, isn't that what Planned Parenthood is doing to black women today? That's number one.
And then she says they're coming for birth control, cancer screenings, and prenatal care. No, they've been coming
for black babies for generations on in. Wake up. And it's interesting, you'll never hear them
say any of that. You'll never hear her acknowledge that 40% of black women get abortions. Stop it.
Okay, so let's go to our story, which happened earlier this morning from the Pentagon where they
held a press briefing to not only confirm that President Trump was correct, but to provide the
receipts that Iran's ability to enrich uranium, their entire program has suffered a major setback
and in some cases, these sites were totally obliterated.
Take a listen.
There's been fawning coverage of a preliminary assessment.
I've had a chance to read it.
Every outlet has breathlessly reported on a preliminary assessment from DIA.
I'm looking at it right now.
Again, it was preliminary, a day and a half after the actual strike.
When it admits itself in writing that it requires weeks to accumulate the necessary data to make such an assessment, it's preliminary,
It points out that it's not been coordinated with the intelligence community at all.
There's low confidence in this particular report.
It says in the report, there are gaps in the information, it says in the report,
multiple linchpin assumptions are what this assessment.
A linchpin assumption, you know what that is?
It means your entire premise is predicated on a linchpin.
If you're wrong, everything else is wrong.
And yet, still, this report acknowledges it's likely severe damage.
Again, this is preliminary, but leaked because someone had an agenda to try to muddy the waters and make it look like this historic strike wasn't successful.
I'm going to get to the chairman in a moment because he's going to lay out the particulars for you based on his professional military experience.
But here's what other folks are saying.
The DIA, that put that report out, says this is a preliminary, low confidence report, and will continue to be refined as additional intelligence becomes available.
All right. So this briefing confirms the outrage, ladies
of gentlemen. Of course, CNN's going to downplay it and say, no, you guys are wrong for criticizing us.
We're just asking questions. Okay, let's get real here. You guys pushed a story that was based on bits and pieces, as we said yesterday.
And not just bits and pieces, but it was a preliminary report that was marked low confidence and did not have the information it needed to even come to the conclusion that CNN pushed out there.
I mean, that is wrong on so many levels.
It's crazy.
And just to make sure I'm not the one losing my marbles on this because I'm really outraged by it.
Here is Bill O'Reilly confirming my same thought process.
Take a listen.
CNN used four anonymous sources to try to diminish the bombing raid, what they do.
But even worse was the news outlets had picked it up as fact.
So anonymous sources are easy.
You can get anybody to say anything.
And when I read the article, I said,
how do these anonymous sources know?
There's nobody on the ground there.
There's nobody who went under the mountain to see.
The Iranians can't even do that because the mountain may collapse on them.
There's absolutely no primary source reporting on the damage
that the American planes caused.
None.
So you got four anonymous people saying, well, I might have heard this, I might have heard that.
It's absurd.
No competent journalistic editor would have printed that article.
But since CNN is in business to make Trump look bad, as you said, every moment of every day, they throw it out there.
But I think we all know that the journalism industry in America and the world is at the lowest end.
the lowest point in the history of that industry is right now.
Now, the big difference between people like me who are on YouTube doing our own podcast
and people like CNN is CNN has the resources to run down these statements and confirm
them to be true or false.
I don't have a staff of a thousand people.
I can say, hey, are you in Egypt today?
Hey, can we send someone over to Iran today or to Israel to confirm this or that?
We don't have that.
They do.
So the burden of truth, the standard for them is much higher.
And so when they put out a story like this, yeah, they should get all the backlash that they are receiving because they know better than that.
And that's why when CNN brings on experts, they're twisting themselves into a pretzel to try to explain what the truth is.
Take a listen to this clip.
With the objective being, Iran can never have a nuclear weapon and its enrichment program has to be completely destroyed.
I think from what I've seen, the 20,000 centrifuges, you had about 17,000 in the tons, about
3,000 in Fordo, they are all completely destroyed. I am very confident those centrifuges are gone.
Isfahan, which is the conversion facility, key part of the fuel cycle also appears have been destroyed.
So if you add it up from what we're seeing, massive, catastrophic setback for Iran's program,
the term of art obliterated, destroyed, I kind of step out of that.
this is an analytical process
it's important for the professionals now
in the intelligence community, be able to do their work
without political pressure and come
out with their assessments and we'll
know soon enough. There's a lot of work going on here.
Yeah, so the bottom line to what he was saying
and I'll give you the short version is
Iran's ability to build
a nuclear weapon has been totally
obliterated. Do you guys get the message now?
I don't care if you say destroyed. I don't care
if you say severely damaged.
It's not going to happen for Iran.
at this moment. Okay? I think I said this yesterday. It's fascinating that they're playing
semantics to it people with this reporting. Now, what's interesting, Warhawk Lindsay Graham
had the same response I did. Take a listen.
Obliterated is a good word for me to use. I can feel people in South Carolina, nobody is going
to work in these three sites anytime soon. They're not going to get into them anytime soon.
Their operational capability was obliterated. There's nobody working there tonight.
It was highly effective.
There's no reason to hit those sites anytime soon.
None.
If you're like me, I don't care about the weeds, okay?
Because it's not relevant at this point in time.
It's too early for you to be getting into the weeds
and trying to come up with this elaborate story that these strikes were ineffective.
All CNN had to do was say this.
Military air strikes were conducted.
Here's where they hit.
And here's what the Pentagon expects to have happened in the end.
Here's the damage that they are expecting.
Here's what they are saying.
And even though we may have some conflicting reports, it's too early to give that any attention.
Let the experts go to work and then we will report on it further.
I don't see what's wrong with that.
But remember, you heard what Bill O'Reilly said, CNN is all anti-Trump.
And I believe that's the only way they're able to get attention.
I think I said this in another video.
CNN is literally competing with MSDNC these days.
Who's going to be more anti-Trump?
And I have a perfect example to show you because the congresswoman Tammy Duckworth went on to CNN and she made a disgusting remark about how President Trump treats countries that have nuclear weapons.
Take a listen.
And if anything, this attack and what Trump has done is only going to unite our adversaries like North Korea, Russia, the PRC to come to help Iran.
And if you were Iran, if you were Iranian leadership, what this taught you was they better get nuclear weapons very quickly because look at how Trump.
treats countries that have nuclear weapons like North Korea, right? He goes and he pals around with
dictators and then he shows he kowtows to Russia. So if you were Iranian leadership, the lesson
learned is we better actually speed up and try to get nuclear weapons as quickly as possible.
He's actually accomplished the opposite of what we're trying to do.
Okay, so Tammy Duckworth, in case you guys don't know, is a military veteran just like myself.
And I would say that I am most frustrated by people like her who know better.
She's literally undermining the president of the United States.
She wants the president to fail.
This is why she suggests encouraging countries to build nuclear weapons quickly here.
Think about that for a second.
An American senator is telling countries, our adversaries, to build nuclear weapons fast.
That is just sickening.
But this is the world we live in, Trump derangement syndrome, where the media cannot help themselves.
They are not going to report on the president fairly.
they're not going to show you what both sides are saying.
They're going to paint a narrative,
and Tammy Duckworth fits right into CNN's narrative,
and that is to undermine the president of the United States.
And that also includes people that are associated with the president,
like Pete Hexat.
I want you to pay attention to this question from a reporter
whose question why Pete Hexat
did not specifically disclose that one of the B2 bomber pilots was a woman.
I know if you acknowledge the female pilots
that also participated in this mission,
early messages that you sent out only congratulated the boys.
So when I say something like our boys and bombers, see, this is the kind of thing the press does, right?
Of course, the chairman mentioned a female bomber pilot.
That's fantastic.
She's fantastic.
She's a hero.
I want more female bomber pilots.
I hope the men and women of our country sign up to do such brave and audacious things.
But when you spin it as, because I say our boys and bombers is a common phrase, I'll keep saying things like that.
Whether they're men or women, very proud of that female pilot, just like I'm very proud of those male
pilots, and I don't care if it's a male or a female in that cockpit, and the American people
don't care. But it's the obsession with race and gender in this department that's changed
priorities. We don't do that anymore. We don't play your little games. And little does that
reporter know, a B-2 bomber pilot, they already get enough of their ego shroped, okay? There's not
many people who can fly that aircraft, okay? They don't need extra recognition from CNN. They don't
need the Secretary of Defense to personally highlight them. They're getting all the attention
that one can want. Trust me on that. It's the way the military works. That is a very
highly specialized position, which gets highly specialized respect. So it's just interesting that
the media, again, like Pete Hacks has said, is so obsessed with gender roles. And again,
it's in an effort to undermine this administration. Now, the bigger question is, where do we go
from here? Well, I can tell you what Congress is up to. They're still trying to figure out
if they're going to pass this resolution to restrict the president from ordering military action in the future.
Now, one Democrat, Senator Federman, is totally against this. Take a listen.
On the Cannes resolution, which will come up tomorrow night, we'll vote.
Well, I'll say this. I love that man, and he's coming in from a very principled side,
but I'm gunning, and I'm going to vote now on that, simply because I would never want to restrict any future president.
Republican or Democrat to do this kind of military kind of exercise that was very successful.
Okay, and that's a perfect example of the type of Democrat that I'd like to see more of.
Okay, I don't support their policies, but I do support them at least coming to the table to have
conversations and delivering responses to the media that is not based in emotion in Trump derangement.
I mean, why can't we get back to that?
And they're so deranged that even after the briefing, they are still purposely contradicting the president.
Take a listen.
President Trump said that the nuclear stockpile was completely and totally obliterated.
I did not receive an adequate answer to that question.
What was clear is that there was no coherent strategy, no end game, no plan, no specific, no, no, no, no, no,
no detailed plan on how Iran does not attain a nuclear weapon.
What you know now, would you have authorized?
Knowing what you know now, if the president had come to Congress to get approval to authorize
this mission, would he have had your vote?
No.
Ultimately, the only way to truly constrain Iran's nuclear program is diplomacy.
You cannot bomb knowledge out of existence.
No matter how many scientists you kill, there are still people in Iran who know how to work
centrifuges.
Okay.
So we had Chuck Schumer and Chris Murphy.
In regards to the minority leader, again, that is a disrespectful statement to the
Secretary of Defense, to the generals, to the people, part of the planning, and the military
personnel who executed a flawless operation.
He said there was no planning.
I mean, what planet is this guy living on?
And then Chris Murphy has the balls, I guess, to say, oh, only diplomacy is the, is the
solution. If diplomacy was the solution, then what's the purpose of having a military?
I'd only like to say that it is so nice, it's so comforting to have a competent national
security team in place. We heard an excellent briefing down there. I'm not giving you any
details, but I, for one, am comforted by having a president who was decisive. We took action
to protect America, to protect our ally, Israel, and at least for a while,
take away the threat of a nuclear Iran. So again, it's nice to have a competent place. Thank you.
Okay, so let's hear from you guys in the comments section below. Let's just say the truth is somewhere in the
middle. We did severely damage these nuclear sites. Iran's ability to continue to enrich uranium
is not happening right now at this point. But at the same time, this isn't going to stop Iran
from seeking to build a nuclear weapon in the future. Let's say all those things are true. Did President Trump
still make the right decision? Wouldn't you rather slow them down? Wouldn't you rather exercise
diplomacy first, military action later? That's exactly what the president did. Or would you rather be
like the Democrats who have to disagree with everything to the point where they are going on
public television and undermining the president of the United States in front of our adversaries?
Let me know what you guys think about that and the newer developments that we talked about
with that particular story. And let's not forget what we talked about in the beginning with the
Supreme Court exercising common sense again. Why would we use taxpayer money to fund abortions?
Why is it that black women are responsible for 40% of abortions? And why is it that Planned Parenthood
is behind all that? I think those are interesting questions that we would like answers to.
But anyways, give me your thoughts about all that in the comment section below.
All right. So in our next video, it's all about Mr. Mondani, the Democrat Socialist at MSDNC is proud to prop up
after he won the Democrat primary election to run in the New York City mayor election.
And of course, this has sent shockwaves through politics.
And so if you missed out on the details of that and why there's huge implications on both sides of the political spectrum,
all you have to do is click on that video because it's coming up right now.
You know,
Oh
