Starting point is 00:00:00 After 19 years, they're back. Frankie Munes, Brian Cranston, and the rest of the family reunite in Malcolm in the middle, life's still unfair. After 10 years avoiding them, Hal and lowest demand Malcolm be at their anniversary party, pulling him straight back into their chaos. Malcolm in the middle, life's still unfair. A special four-part event, streaming April 10th on Hulu on Disney Plus. In today's video, by breaking news, the OJ, is now investigating this racial equity plan from Mondani that he's planning to implement. Representative Salazar is being ripped to shreds by branding Gill over the Dignity Act,
Starting point is 00:00:36 and the president has offered an update regarding the ceasefire with Iran. Let's start with Mr. Mondani and what he had to say today. Take a listen. Now, in this report, what we've seen, it's a report that is both coupled with a true cost of living report, is that the inequities in this city, the racial inequities are stark. We are talking about findings that have shown that the wealth of a median white household in this city, is more than $200,000, while that of a black household is less than $20,000. This is not an indictment of any one New Yorker. It is an indictment, however, of policies and politics that have persisted for far too long.
Starting point is 00:01:13 Our commitment now is to act upon these findings to do so in concert with New Yorker's comments, as we've now opened a public comment period for the next 30 days, to ensure that we have a city where we are reckoning with the long history of racism here and starting to act upon a framework that puts, equity right at the center of it. Thank you. So we're back with Mondani here as he continues to wreak havoc on York by pushing social justice programs. Those are priority number one. They're based on someone's skin color. And essentially what he's saying in this report that's been released is that black people have been pushed out of New York City. They've been, people have been racist against them
Starting point is 00:01:53 regarding housing and other programs throughout the city. And so he wants to fix all that. And what he fails to realize is that no government policy will fix the paradigm of an ethnic group. That is just the bottom line to it. The change has to come within. The change has got to come from the community themselves, or I also like to say the culture as well. No politician can save an ethnic group. That is just clear as day. But he doubles down. Take a listen. Now the racial equity plan for which we are currently taking public comment, it will only further this work that is already underway. It will put the goals of 45 city agencies under one racial equity framework, allowing us to better focus our efforts against a crisis. Now we know that all of New York City is facing the crisis
Starting point is 00:02:43 of costs. We also know that that crisis is not born evenly. From 2000 to 2020, more than 200,000 black New Yorkers were pushed out of this city because they could not afford living in the most expensive city in the United States of America. I remember running into a reverend and I was asking him where he was going. His church was in Harlem. He said he was heading to the airport. I said, where are you headed? He said, I'm going to South Carolina because that's where a lot of my parish lives now. They live there because they can't afford to live here any longer. We can't allow that to be the case in this place that we love. The interesting part, everybody agrees to that, but the policies that he's pushing is going to make it worse.
Starting point is 00:03:24 How do we know this to be true? That way we're not sounding like it's hyperbole or partisanship is because just in the basic example, how can someone cap rents and then raise property taxes and not think there will be a housing crisis as a result? I'm not saying I'm the guy with the solution or the perfect ideas. I could tell you what's not going to work based on simple economics. capping rents and raising property taxes. Or raising taxes on corporations and implementing a wealth tax that will drive businesses out of the city, and that's already happened.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Or what about the illegal immigration front? We know they're still putting up a lot of money for that. Yeah. So they don't want to actually face the real issues here. That's why it's being reported that the DOJ is investigating this program. for racial discrimination. Take a listen. Some of the conversations we had earlier for those created boards by the city that are paid for taxpayer dollars to look at homelessness that we've seen, reparations, yet nothing seems to
Starting point is 00:04:36 come out of these things, but money keeps going out. So following that announcement, DOJ Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dillon was right on top of it, Councilwoman. She says this, based on Mom Donnie's proposal. sounds fishy slash illegal will review. The DOJ already looking into this racial equity plan. Counselwoman, your thoughts? Well, how equitable can this plan be when the mayor's own law department insisted that all references to DEI be scrubbed from the plan because they were concerned it would open a door to a legal challenge from the Trump administration? which is an indication that they're catching on on how to respond so they can continue to implement DEI principles or policies. So, Hermey Dillon here, sounds fishy for slash legal, will review.
Starting point is 00:05:33 So that's exactly what the story is here. DOJ is going to review whether or not this is in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. Now, we can't have it both ways. If we have scholarship programs where the language says you can only get a scholarship if you're black, That's a violation of the U.S. Constitution. They don't need to make it sound that way. They don't even have to make it sound that way. They don't even have to use that language.
Starting point is 00:05:56 Okay? Just say, hey, listen, if you qualify because you're in this income bracket and you live in this particular area, you can potentially receive a scholarship. See, in both situations, leading with skin color will always become a problem. And it's easy to sue against if you think about it because it's the violation of the U.S. Constitution. I'm not a legal expert. but that's the way that I see it. But again, that's not what members of Congress are focused on. Let's go to Senator Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren.
Starting point is 00:06:26 Here's her take. But let's not confuse wanting to work with being forced to work because the Trump administration is taking a sledgehammer to Social Security. Instead of hanging those workers out to dry, we should be expanding and protecting Social Security, especially when tariffs and war are now driving up prices for our seniors for everybody in this country. So Mr. Adcock, how could we pay for bigger Social Security benefits? Our preferred solution would be making the wealthy pay their fair share.
Starting point is 00:07:03 Yeah, that seems right to me. Look, we've got to make sure that the wealthiest Americans pay their fair share and not force seniors to work until they drop dead. Right now, a billionaire, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, pays as much in Social Security taxes as someone who makes $175,000 a year. I've got a bill to fix that, and it would raise enough money to increase benefits by $200 a month for every senior and help stabilize Social Security. make sure it is round for the long haul.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Given what we know from the behavior of Democrats, especially if they seize power again, and what we're talking about is debanking, which is why Rumble Wallet is a thing. They are part of the solution. If you want to have a non-custodial wallet, if you want to have access to your money, particularly crypto,
Starting point is 00:08:03 and I'd have to worry about the bank ripping it away from you in the still of the night, yeah, Rumble Wallet, will do it for you. And not only that, you can use Rumble Wallet to tip your favorite creators. Only have to do is go to wallet.rubble.com, download the app. It'll allow you to buy your own crypto, like Bitcoin for an example. You could also buy Tethergold, which is backed by real gold bars. And did I mention that you can tip your favorite creator, maybe me, possibly? Well, there's a button on the Rumble platform that lets you do it. It's called Tipjar. Just hit that and you can send
Starting point is 00:08:36 crypto to your favorite creator. Again, download the app today, empowering voices, and enabling transactions, free speech meets financial freedom with rumble wallet. So the bottom line here to this first story, it doesn't matter what socialist policies we implement. It doesn't matter what social programs we try to implement. If we don't fix the spending that's coming out of Washington that triggers inflation because they can't help themselves, it doesn't matter how much money you throw at people. We're always going to be dealing with a crisis of affordability because it's the people in Washington that don't, they literally do not respect economic principles.
Starting point is 00:09:15 What they respect is getting money into their pocket and serving the people who pay for their campaigns. That's the real issue here. But again, I guess New York is going to have to find out if socialism actually works. Let's go to our next story because we're going to move to the Republican side because there are some policies there that also are not going to work. And we're talking about the Dignity Act. This would be essentially mass amnesty.
Starting point is 00:09:40 for illegal aliens who've been in the country for at least 10 years. This is being introduced by Representative Salazar out of Florida. And here's Brandon Gill ripping it to pieces. Take a list. Proposed dignity, I guess they call it the Dignidad Act. It's in Spanish Republican Maria Salazar, Florida, co-sponsoring this Dignity Act. It's making headlines again.
Starting point is 00:10:02 A seven-year legal status for those who came in basically before Biden opened the floodgates five years ago. It provides permanent legal status to Dreamers. 19 other Republicans supporting this, and they're getting a lot of heat from the base who are calling this an amnesty bill. Salazar says calling it amnesty is a lie, and detractors want to keep a broken system alive. She even said to you on X, read the bill before you open your mouth. They say this is just trying to fix this system, that no criminals, we're going to make a more orderly system of immigration here. What do you say? Well, this is an amnesty bill. It's rank amnesty, and everybody knows it. You know, I'll start by saying you don't have to go on a media tour to convince the
Starting point is 00:10:44 American people that your bill isn't amnesty if it's truly not amnesty. And my colleague and friend Maria Salazar has done just that. She's been trying to convince people that this is something that is in line with what we ran on last cycle. And it's simply not. This is a bill that would immediately give legal status to 10 million, at least 10 million illegal aliens in the United States. Okay. So bottom line here is she's having a bad couple of days for good reason. She continues to attack people who've been essentially ripping up this piece of legislation like Congressman Brandon Gill for good reason. She claims it's not mass amnesty. It is. It's just wrapped up in different language. The result will be the same here, folks.
Starting point is 00:11:24 And so many people have already torn into this bill. They've read it because essentially if you see what she said, read the bill before you open your mouth. I mean, everybody started reading the actual bill and exposed her for the liar that she is regarding this piece of legislation. She's not the only one here. folks is Mike Lawler who's pushing this as well. The problem again, and I've said this from the very beginning when this was actually announced, Republican voters are not going to go for this. Majority of Americans, whether you're Democrat, independent, or Republican, the polls are simple. Majority of Americans support deporting people who are here unlawfully. 30 years, 20 years, 10 years, one year, one day. If you're in the country unlawfully, they want you to go.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Right now, that includes a direct path to citizenship for Dreamers, which is about, two and a half million illegal aliens. You know, the problem with this, apart from the fact that amnesty is bad in and of itself, it's the context. It's that we ran on a platform of deportation's last election cycle. We had four years of open borders under the Biden administration where Republicans came in and we said we've had enough of this.
Starting point is 00:12:31 We're actually going to stand up from the area where people secure the border and deport illegal aliens. That is our job. it is an absolutely grotesque and unforgivable betrayal for us to start pushing amnesty. I don't think this bill is going to go anywhere and I'm going to make sure it doesn't. So the cold hard truth here, folks, to really fix something will cause a lot of pain. This is a great life lesson, right? Sometimes the price we must pay for the success we're looking for is truly inconvenience.
Starting point is 00:13:03 That is the price. And it is inconvenient. No question for someone who's been in the country 15 years unlawfully. taxes, might I add, then all of a sudden they must leave. I understand there's an inconvenience there, but here's the bottom line to it. You should have never been in the country to begin with. That's the problem here. We have to think first principles. We got to go to the root cause. The root cause is there's too many people in the country unlawfully. So what should happen if that is you, and you've been here for more than 10 years, screw the Dignity Act, self-deport,
Starting point is 00:13:39 paid to do so and then come back the right way. We give them dignity. At some point in the future, another legislator will write another law to give them path to citizenship. Right now, what we need to do is to buy peace for these people, allow them to stay, to continue working because they are needed. And that's where we have a difference of opinion. I do not believe we need illegal aliens in our country. I don't believe by deporting people who are in the country in lawfully, let's say there's 20 million of them, I don't believe that will wreck the economy. In fact, I think the opposite will happen. It will be a total paradigm shift. We'll naturally adapt. That's the part that they don't want to admit. Again, it's a price that must be paid, and this is why I don't believe she's a great
Starting point is 00:14:23 leader. Great leader would make a decision that is highly uncomfortable. This is an uncomfortable decision to deport 10, 20 million people from this country is uncomfortable, inconvenient, nasty, messy, doesn't look good whatsoever. Most people are not going to like it when they experience it, but it must be done. It's the hard right, not the easy wrong. So let's go to Mike Lawler because he also sponsors this piece of legislation. Here's what he had to say. You've been critical about Trump's immigration crackdown under Christy Noem.
Starting point is 00:14:55 This seems to be a much softer tone. Is that what you want? Well, I think the focus, as it should be, is on the worst of the worst and the criminal aliens that need to be detained and deported. As Mark Wayne and I have talked previously, I mean, we both agree. We need to end sanctuary jurisdictions across the country. You look at what happened in Minneapolis. The reason it exploded is because of sanctuary policies that refuse to allow local law enforcement the ability to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement officials. So we agree on those things. I think.
Starting point is 00:15:35 think as far as the larger population that is here, Mark Wayne is right about, you know, especially the people that came in under the Biden administration and the need for self-deportation. But I have pushed for the Dignity Act because I do believe that we need to have a overhaul of our immigration system to make it work for the long term, to bring people out of the shadows, the folks who have not committed a crime who are working, who need to, you know, pay taxes, pay a fine, cannot get citizenship, but can stay here legally to participate in our workforce, we need to have a solution for that larger population. Yeah, so listen, there's a difference of opinion here.
Starting point is 00:16:16 If I'm going to compromise on something because I actually had a say in all of this, I would compromise by paying people to leave. I'd pay them even more money, okay? I'd pay them whatever they're asking to leave. Because what I'm not going to compromise on is mass amnesty, especially when you're talking about the quantity of people, it essentially will remove all value of doing things the right way. Immigrating to this country the right way. If you're just going to hand out mass amnesty at that type of level.
Starting point is 00:16:44 All right. I guess we've got to do something. That is for sure because if we don't do anything, we're going to continue to hear stories like this coming out of Virginia. Take a listen. Two admitted killers, both illegal aliens with long rap sheets and outstanding deportation orders just scored a sweetheart deal. five years only in prison after stabbing a man to death and dumping his body in the woods. It's not justice, it's a disgrace. And you can thank Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano.
Starting point is 00:17:11 He's one of the most radical prosecutors in the U.S., but of course he's in line with the priorities of Abigail Scamberger, the governor of Virginia, when he goes soft on illegal aliens at the expense of innocent law-abiding Virginians. They're asking you to discontinue Sanctuary City policies, any comment along those lines? Governor? Governor, any comment on the DHS request?
Starting point is 00:17:37 Yeah, DHS wants these people not release and wants them in custody. But no answers from Skamburger, zero accountability, just silence. And of course, the security detail always running interference. So voters look like they're noticing. She won her election, remember,
Starting point is 00:17:51 in a double-digit landslide, but now Scamberger's approval rating is down to 47%. So imagine that. Not only, as common sense Americans are refighting against what you just heard in that clip, radical district attorneys, radical governors who are handicapping local police, who continue to enable and emboldened these criminals who are in the country unlawfully to commit crimes. Yeah, we're fighting against that.
Starting point is 00:18:16 But now you're telling me we got to fight against our own Republican Party when it comes to giving people a pass. Yeah, it's just a tough mountain. And I don't think it's going to be successful. based on the outrage that we've seen. All right. Now, speaking of outrage, I think now we can go to this whole Iran situation.
Starting point is 00:18:37 As you guys know, a ceasefire was announced yesterday and not shocked, not surprised whatsoever. Of course, there's a lot of backlash as a result of it. And what I mean by that is
Starting point is 00:18:48 you can't satisfy the people who have TDS. Either he's crazy for seeking to eradicate the IRC, or he's crazy for coming up with a ceasefire because he'd chicken out. It doesn't matter what he does. He's going to be wrong regardless, right? So there's a flurry of developments
Starting point is 00:19:07 happening in this U.S. Iran. It's a fragile ceasefire. It's later in the day there, obviously. There's seven and a half hours ahead, I believe you said. So we are waiting to see how this is going to go. There's a question about the Pakistani prime minister. He helped negotiate the ceasefire. He posted this just moments ago.
Starting point is 00:19:24 Violations of ceasefire have been reported at a few places across the conference. zone, which undermine the spirit of the peace process. I earnestly and sincerely urge all parties to exercise restraint and respect the ceasefire for two weeks as agreed upon so that diplomacy can take a lead role towards peaceful settlement of the conflict. I don't think any of us saw the Pakistanis as the mediators here, but they stepped up. And we also have Mark Ruta, the Secretary General of NATO at the State Department right now, soon to be at the White House. So what's going on. Yeah, Iran shares a border a lot of countries. But Pakistan,
Starting point is 00:19:58 one of them. So geographically, it would make sense in that part of the world. Iran's news agency called the Fars are saying that oil tankers passing through the strait have been stopped because of Israel's ceasefire breach. So that going on. And there's a report out there that says that the president might not send J.D. Vance to Pakistan for the meeting in Islamabad on Friday. Might be a little soon for that. Yeah, we're just kind of like piecing this together right now. Some of this could play out the way we're saying it, and some of it may not. I think it's tenuous. at the moment. And we've said it many times that ceasefires in the Middle East are tricky things. All right. So this is from Clay Travis earlier today. Yesterday, many experts told you we were
Starting point is 00:20:37 heading for nuclear war and spent the entire day losing their minds. Today, the Dow opens up 1,300 plus points. S&P rises nearly 3%. Oil has dropped $20 a barrel. As always, it pays to be rational. Congrats to those who didn't lose their minds. So that's the obvious surface level situation that happen online. And, you know, I think for for the sake of making this concise, the problem here with people is they're so used to emotionally reacting to everything that the president does. And they feel so passionate in their emotional reactions. The problem is, if everything is a reaction and everything is a problem, you lose sight of the word discernment. You know, longer are the moral authoria, what is right or wrong, or what is a big deal or a small deal.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Excuse me. That is the problem with a lot of these people online. Now, let's actually talk about something more deeper with all of this, the straight or humus. The fact of the matter is, the country of Iran still holds leverage over that straight. There's no doubt about that today. Now, the president has already come out and made the claim that, hey, you know, we're going to be working with them.
Starting point is 00:21:59 to open it up and secure it. Maybe there will be a partnership where lots of money can be made. We'll see. Okay, we'll see. But that's what the president's saying at this point. Let's listen to that now. I had a conversation with the president this morning about all of this. He clearly believes that it was his threats that caused the Iranians to agree to things that they wouldn't have agreed to before.
Starting point is 00:22:23 He acknowledged that China played a role here in bringing about this ceasefire agreement. and obviously Pakistan as well. But I asked him about some of the many unanswered questions here. Iran is saying in their 10-point proposal that they would maintain control over the Strait of Hormuz. They're talking about charging a toll of $2 million per ship that Krepos passes through it. They didn't have control of the strait before the war,
Starting point is 00:22:52 so this would be a step back. I asked President Trump if he's okay with that, If he's okay with Iran charging a toll, and his answer was quite stunning. He said, maybe it will be a joint venture. And I said a joint venture between the U.S. and Iran. And he said, yes, he said, it's a beautiful thing. It's a beautiful thing. Maybe we'll do that.
Starting point is 00:23:13 He made it clear that U.S. forces are going to remain in the region. But he said peace talks are going to begin Friday, and that he believes they will move quite quickly. many, many unanswered questions, but Perry also very little question that the world is more at ease today than it was 24 hours ago. It really comes down to two big things. Actually, three big things. One, their leverage over the Strader Hermose. Two, their stockpile of enriched uranium. And three, their continuous funding of their proxy terror networks.
Starting point is 00:23:48 Okay. What's going on with all three of those? as of today, as of the ceasefire, are those things that will be worked out diplomatically? That's what it sounds like. But based on the language from the president, would we be satisfied with that? I don't think so. I don't think so. But let's go to this latest update as well.
Starting point is 00:24:09 State media reports that Iran has halted the passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz after Israeli attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon. Earlier today, we know two vessels were able to go through this. passageway. But again, state media is reporting that the Iranians are choking off the strait. I just got off the phone with a senior Israeli official who was sounding the alarm about this action by the Iranians, saying only just a few hours into this ceasefire, the Iranians are already showing that they are trying to leverage their control over the strait and put pressure on global energy trade. And it also comes after reports overnight indicate that an Iranian
Starting point is 00:24:47 attack hit Saudi Arabia's east-to-west oil pipeline. there was significant damage that was currently being assessed. This is important because this pipeline is the only outlet for Saudi crude exports. And as the Iranians are putting pressure on the straight, they once again are trying to leverage this ability to put pressure on global energy exports. It comes after we got a new statement from President Trump this morning about Iran's nuclear program. The president on true social said the United States will work closely with Iran, which we have determined has gone through what they will be a very productive regime change. There will be no enrichment of uranium and the United States will, working with Iran,
Starting point is 00:25:27 dig up and remove all of the deeply buried nuclear dust. The president referring to Iran's enriched uranium there. Yeah. So again, we don't know much. Okay. We can't come up with a definitive conclusion until we see where this ceasefire is actually going to go. Will there be an official agreement?
Starting point is 00:25:43 We won't know any of that until Friday. We'll see if those talks actually take place and we'll see what they public. publicly will admit to. Okay, but one thing is for sure, the media continues to get this wrong, such as CNN, which led to them being called out by the president because they essentially said that this ceasefire was based on Iran's 10-point plan. And they got that piece of information from the Iranian state media, which we know is filled with propaganda.
Starting point is 00:26:13 And it actually led to Caroline Leavitt saying this just earlier. I've seen a lot of inaccurate coverage today from the media about these negotiations and these plans already. So let me be clear and correct the record. The Iranians originally put forward a 10-point plan that was fundamentally unsurious, unacceptable, and completely discarded. It was literally thrown in the garbage by President Trump and his negotiating team. Many outlets in this room have falsely reported on that plan as being acceptable to the United States, and that is false. With the president's deadline fast approaching and the United States military completely decimating Iran with each passing hour, the regime acknowledged reality to the negotiating team. They put forward a more reasonable and entirely different and condensed plan to the president and his team.
Starting point is 00:27:02 President Trump and the team determined the new modified plan was a workable basis on which to negotiate and to align it with our own 15-point proposal. The president's red lines, namely the end of Iranian enrichment in Iran, have not changed. And the idea that President Trump would ever accept an Iranian wish list as a deal is completely absurd. The president will only make a deal that serves in the best interests of the United States of America, and he is at negotiating team will focus on this effort over the next two weeks, so long as the Strait of Hermuz remains open with no limitations or delays. These extraordinarily sensitive and complex negotiations will take place behind closed doors over the course of the next two weeks. All right. So why don't we hear from you guys in the comments section below?
Starting point is 00:27:50 What do you make of the latest update regarding this ceasefire? What do you think of Mondami still continuing to push this racial equity plan? And then when do you make up the Dignity Act that would essentially give illegal aliens mass amnesty? Give me your thoughts, your opinions, and everything else in the comment section below. All right. Our next story involves the Virginia governor because her new. approval rating is the worst in the history of Virginia governors. This comes as she is also implementing radical policies and people are finally catching on to the idea that this is not
Starting point is 00:28:22 what they voted for. You guys missed out on that update more. Click on the video because it's coming up right now.
