Joe Kent, the individual who just resigned and called out the president for lying to the American people about Iran.
Starting point is 00:00:37 He's now under investigation by the FBI for leaking classified information. And Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, were just in a closed door hearing with Congress. Things exploded during that hearing. We'll get to much more stories in this video, of course. Let's hear what's happening with this investigation. Take a listen. We got breaking news. Just a moment ago, sources are saying that Joe Kent, the former director of,
Starting point is 00:01:00 of the United States National Counterterror Center, this is from Semaphore, he just resigned. He's now under FBI investigation for allegedly leaking classified information. And the investigation predates his departure. Congressman, your reaction to that tonight. Wow. Well, there's a lot there, and I think that we need
Starting point is 00:01:27 to let this investigation play out, but we shouldn't tolerate any leakers in the administration, particularly regarding classified national security interests and information. So we'll let this play out and see where it goes. But if he was leaking, he ought to be held accountable just like anybody else would be. Now, five minutes ago, he seemed to think that Iran was a big threat, and then suddenly that threat went away. It was very odd.
Starting point is 00:01:51 All right. So let's go over the true update regarding Joe Kent. At this point in time, he just wrapped up his podcast appearance on Tucker Carlson. show where he doubled down on the same statement that Iran posed no imminent threat to the United States of America. He went on to say that the president has manufactured this and is lying to the American people. He went on to say that Charlie Kirk spoke to him in person in the West Wing and asked him to help him convince the president not to go after Iran. Okay, those are his statements. That's number one. Number two, at the same time, the FBI is now investigating him for leaking
Starting point is 00:02:24 classified information. Now, we don't have confirmation on is that in relation to why he was fired at the Department of Defense, or was that during his time under Tulsi Gabbard? I think it's probably the DOD, just to be clear on the timing. Bottom line is, serve this country honorably, by the way, but that doesn't mean we have to agree with his public challenge to this administration. That's exactly what he's doing here. I'll explain it, but first hear from his friend, Dan Bongino. Take a listen.
Starting point is 00:02:50 On a plaque in a facility, I can't really talk about. And when you read the story there, it's a tough story to read. But, you know, again, as I've said with other, yeah, the sacrifice is beyond reproach. That doesn't mean that this current opinion is any more fact-based because it's not. I'm really sorry, Laura. I mean, I read probably a lot more intelligence than he did because they don't have a law enforcement function, the National Counterterrorism Center. They're an analytical clearinghouse.
Starting point is 00:03:19 They're valuable. However, I had access to just about everything. And how you could come to the conclusion that the Israelis did it and there was no imminent threat here? Really? What about the anti-ship ballistic missiles, the drone program, 440 kilograms of 60% enriched nuclear material? Their constant death to America chance, I mean, you know, that's called evidence. In some limited circles, we call that, you know, a clue. I mean, I don't know at what point you thought this wasn't an imminent threat after you've read a lot of the stuff I read.
Starting point is 00:03:52 And by the way, that's just the open store stuff we can talk about on the air. I promise you, the president, I promise you, has a bevy of material that if he could do the men and black thing and erase your mind tomorrow, if he told you right now, you would come to the imminent threat conclusion in a snap. When the words imminent threat are mentioned, we have to understand in what context does that mean. Are we talking imminent threat on U.S. soil, an attack against California, an attack somewhere else in the world? or an attack on our military assets and soldiers in that region. So when the president is talking about imminent threat, he's talking about in the region, not in Florida, not in California. He's talking about Iran plan to attack our military soldiers who were abroad.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Now, if we just kind of be objective here, probably the percentage chance of that actually happening was probably 50, 50, maybe 55, maybe 60%, depending on the day you do the, you know, assessment essentially. I mean, I think that is fair to say. So even if it's a 50-50 chance, doesn't the president have the authority to make the decision that pretty much says, I believe they pose an imminent threat? We need to go ahead and deal with them. Now, if you believe the president doesn't have the authority to do that, then what we should be doing is calling on Congress to change the U.S. Constitution or the law governing the decisions from the president. The problem is they'll never do that.
Starting point is 00:05:18 because if we look at Barack Obama, then I don't even have to go down that road, but I think you guys get what I'm saying. Now, I just want to play a quick clip from Joe Kent, so you can hear it from his own mouth, what he had to say to Tucker. Take a listen. Was Iran on the verge of getting a nuclear weapon?
Starting point is 00:05:35 No, they weren't, you know, three weeks ago when this started, and they weren't in June either. I mean, the Iranians have had a religious ruling of Fatwa against actually developing a nuclear weapon since 2004. that's been in place since 2004. The Iranian strategy, it's actually pretty pragmatic. The Iranians are obviously aware of what's taking place in their region, and their strategy was to not completely abandon their nuclear program
Starting point is 00:06:00 because they saw what happened to Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. All right. So on one hand, he says they posed no imminent threat. They were not going to build any nuclear weapons, but they were not going to abandon their nuclear program. Now, I don't know how you can calculate that in your mind. You let me know in the comments section, if that even makes sense.
Starting point is 00:06:18 This is why I pose my question very carefully every single time. I'm not even asking about the possibility of someone building a nuclear weapon. I'm asking about the possibility of them building the capability up to build one, meaning the infrastructure, the supplies, okay, the uranium, right? The scientists. I mean, if they put everything in place that would allow them to build one, that's still a problem, folks. And the question's the same. Would you want the cartel members to have the capability?
Starting point is 00:06:47 to build a nuclear weapon, yes or no? I'm sure the answer would be known. If it is, there's no way you would let the IRGC have access to that. All right. Now, having said that, let's go to Bill O'Reilly, and what he had to say about this? There's a lot of stuff in there. But I was primarily interested in the word imminent.
Starting point is 00:07:07 That's how I start the interview. So what does that mean exactly in the decision-making process to attack Iran? And Graham walks through it, walks through it. And listen, maybe he's wrong. But he's got the president here, as you know. They talk every day. And Graham's got the intel. He gets it every day.
Starting point is 00:07:34 Now, another interesting story that I stumbled upon is that in the Trump administration, there are people who have titles, but they don't do anything. And one of them was a counterterrorism guy who wrote the letter saying, it's not a minute. He was iced because he is part of a cabal that believes that Israel is driving his train. And that infuriates President Trump.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Great news. The federal EV rebate is back. Eligible customers get up to $5,000 with the federal EV rebate on select. like 2027 Volt and 2026 Equinox EV models. Visit your local Chevrolet dealer today for more details. Getting ready for a game means being ready for anything. Like packing a spare stick. I like to be prepared.
Starting point is 00:08:34 That's why I remember, 988, Canada's suicide crisis helpline. It's good to know, just in case. Anyone can call or text for free confidential support from a train responder anytime. 988 suicide crisis helpline is funded by the government in Canada. Let's talk about this because this is really important if you think about it. Do you owe back taxes or have unfiled tax returns? Or have you filed every year but still keep owing money? Did you retire and suddenly get hit with a big tax bill you didn't expect?
Starting point is 00:09:06 Well, you should probably talk to my friends at Tax Network USA because their balance is not going to go down. Penalties were grow, interest compounds, and many of you are about to owe again for this upcoming tax year with no plan in place. So this is where Tax Network USA comes in with over 15 years in business. There hasn't been a tax case they haven't seen or resolved. They specialize in tax controversies and help taxpayers nationwide get back on track by resolving back taxes and unfiled returns once and for all. So call them 1866-686279. That is, 1866-686-0279, or just visit TNUSA.com for slash debori. Or you could simply click the link in the description.
Starting point is 00:09:50 below. So no matter what side you're on regarding this particular story, here are just three objective facts for you. One, it is an objective fact that these Iranian regime and their proxies are responsible for the deaths of American soldiers over the past few decades. That is an objective fact. There's no way to debate that, to deny it, to erase it. It's a fact. It's also an objective fact that they have not abandoned their nuclear program. Okay? That is an objective fact. If they abandoned the program, there would be no agreement. We wouldn't even be having this conversation.
Starting point is 00:10:27 Okay? So this is an objective fact. And number three, they're on the record. Their own foreign minister said this year they were up to 60% of enriched uranium. So if you use those three facts, then clearly one could argue they'd pose some level of an imminent threat. To what degree, that's up for debate. But that's why the United States presidency has the authority to conclude that. Okay, let's put a button on this.
Starting point is 00:10:59 I want you guys to pay attention to this poll from CNN regarding the president and everything going on here. Take a listen. Yeah, you know, sometimes you look at the polling data and there are numbers that just jump off the screen at you. And this is one of those because just take a look here. Maga, GOP, view of Trump. Approve 100%.
Starting point is 00:11:19 If you are a member of MAGA and the GOP, you approve of Donald John Trump. Zero percent say that they disapprove. You don't have to be a mathematical genius to know you can't go higher than 100%. He is the 19172 Miami Dolphins. Now there are some Republicans who disapprove of Donald John Trump, but they are not members
Starting point is 00:11:42 of the Make America Great Again movement. The bottom line is this, If you are a member of MAGA, you approve of Donald Trump. All right. So bottom line to this entire story, Joe Kintz is being investigated. He's publicly challenged in administration. You know it's a public challenge when you write the letter. You post it on X and then you appear on Tucker Carlson's platform like within 24 hours.
Starting point is 00:12:05 Okay. Three, it is a fact that Iran has the capability and the history to strike U.S. forces in that region because they've done it before. What is unknown is whether or not that specific or near-term threat would take place because we don't have access to that classified intelligence. Neither did Joe Kent. So this was likely, if anything, at a minimum was a judgment call by the Trump administration. And at the end of the day, they're going to have to deliver the results to justify it. I think that's fair. Next story.
Starting point is 00:12:37 If you're speaking about things that are unfair, Epstein files. So Pam Bondi, Todd Glenn. had to appear in a closed door hearing today in front of lawmakers to answer questions about the ongoing status of the case, which in my opinion is going nowhere. And we all know why that is. The Attorney General Pam Bondi speaking right now after a closed door hearing in front of the House Oversight Committee on the Epstein Files looks a little defensive. Take a listen.
Starting point is 00:13:01 We did our very, very best to protect their identities. And so we're proud of the work that we've done on this. Go ahead. Next question. The Democrats on the committee walked out. They called it a quote. fake hearing and said you were just trying to get around appearing for a deposition.
Starting point is 00:13:16 Can you respond to those? Sure. We were there to answer questions. It's the evening. We came at their convenience. We gave them really as much time as they wanted. And one congresswoman screamed C-SPAN wasn't in there, so she didn't want to ask questions. Yet all day long
Starting point is 00:13:32 they've been on social media saying they had all these questions. We sat there saying anything you want to ask us, ask us, anything you want to ask us. And they screamed C-SPAN wasn't there. They are one of and then they stormed out of the meeting. All right. Let me share the understanding of the story here.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Pam Bonnie, Todd Blanche, at the end of the day, walks into Congress so they can do this oversight closed-door hearing where they're asking her questions about the satisfaction. You understand that. When they start to get into the questions, James Comer had to shut down one of the Democrats because they were basically screaming at Pan Bonney. And because he tried to shut her down,
Starting point is 00:14:11 all the Democrats stood up, and they walked out. I just want to make some comments. We just walked out of what has been, quite frankly, a complete disrespect of the process of one of our members. And quite frankly, the American public should be outraged at what is happening right now. I want to just start by saying that we opened up what was supposed to be a briefing by asking the Attorney General, which I did multiple times if she would commit to follow the subpoena that is in place that compels her to answer questions that's under oath, transcribed, and then made available to the American people. And she refused on multiple occasions to commit to following the subpoena that Chairman
Starting point is 00:15:00 Comber actually just put out. The problem with these shenanigans from Democrats, it's very easy to see it for what it is. stage. It's another way to get attention. Um, and Tim Burchard and James Comer both called them out for it. Take a listen. I mean, that's all staged. We knew that was going to happen. They started off at the beginning. They didn't want to ask questions. And why not? You could, and they said, we're going to wait until whenever. Why not ask them then and then ask them again. And then if she said something that was totally different, you'd have them. Ask any questions. Attorney General's here. Uh, but they, they said they wanted C-SPAN in here. They want, they want the cameras.
Starting point is 00:15:37 Very typical behavior of the Democrats. Very disappointing because I really felt like there were a lot of the Democrat members that cared about getting the truth. But I've never seen members storm out of a briefing with the Attorney General and the entire leaders of the Department of Justice in there to answer questions and they don't ask a single question. Now, this angle that James Comer is taking and also Tim Burchard, I'm more likely to believe them because I've seen that behavior from Democrats repeatedly. They don't want to engage in true debate. They don't really want to ask questions. They want to make a show. They want to get attention. They want to weaponize this particular issue of the Epstein files. And quite frankly, this is the only thing they've actually been very effective. And if you think about it, they haven't been effective in anything except the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:16:28 And guess what? It's not because they got the bright idea. Essentially, it's because of an unforced error. from the Trump administration. I think that's exactly what's happened, and it will continue to happen. Just so we're all clear, no one's being held accountable, folks, okay? And I don't like it. You don't like it. It's unfair to the actual victims, but in my opinion, this is a stain on politics. This is a stain on the DOJ. And it proves once again that there's a different level of justice for people who are ultra rich and have power of influence not only within our government, but within Hollywood, et cetera, versus people like me and you. All right, let's hear from the individual who was, I guess, offended by James Comer because he shut her down and that's what led to them
Starting point is 00:17:12 walking out. Hear her explanation. So instead I ask Chairman Comer, if he would compel her to come to our deposition. If she did not come, would he force her to or if he would move for contempt hearings as he did for other people who did not respond to our subpoena. Instead of answering, as an adult, he said that I was bitching, which is, again, something that would not be allowed if we were operating under the roles of this committee, because engaging in personalities is actually something that we are not able to do. If C-SPAN and the public were there, I'd imagine that he would not act that way. Neither here nor there, we expected A.G. Bondi to be adversarial.
Starting point is 00:17:50 We expected her to be confrontational, and we expected her to not. offer us much information. But that's why I introduce impeachment articles because she has already been obstructing justice. She has already weaponized the DOJ. She has already ended investigations into Trump and his ally. She has used this role essentially as one to help the president. She does not answer to the president. The DOJ does not have the right or the privilege. All right. I had to stop it here because, and I would encourage you to rewind it. I want you to to look at the body behavior of the lawmakers behind her. They look like they want her to wrap it up. Okay. So political theater is the point here. All right. All right. Now, this is a stunning update that just came out of
Starting point is 00:18:37 nowhere for most people, including the governor of California, who's been a staunch supporter of Caesar Chavez, all the way dating back to the Obama administration, who's the one who decided to actually recognize it as a particular holiday. He is now being. exposed. One of these civil rights advocates who worked for him, who was part of the actual movement, she is now coming out saying that not only did he rape her, but he got her pregnant twice, and she had to give those kids up for adoption. This is just a crazy story all around. I want you guys to first hear how PBS is reporting this, and then I'll read something to you. Take a look.
Starting point is 00:19:16 Look statement today. Dolores Huerta alleged that Chavez assaulted her in a vehicle. She said she stayed silent then and for decades after because, quote, I believe that exposing the truth would hurt the farm worker movement I have spent my entire life fighting for. I have kept this secret long enough. She says she was impregnated by Chavez and that those children were then raised by other families. The two other women who spoke to the times were daughters of longtime organizers for the union. Both said Chavez's abuse went on for several years, starting to be a time. at the ages of 12 and 13. Both suffered depression, panic attacks, and one attempted to end her life
Starting point is 00:19:58 multiple times. At least a dozen other women told the times that they had also been harassed by Chavez over many years. The reactions to all of this has been swift. A number of cities and organizations are now canceling upcoming celebrations or events that are tied to Cesar Chavez Day. Now, the thing that really grabs everybody's attention, it just wasn't her. I mean, there's multiple people now coming out, alleging the same type of sexual behavior or abuse. And this all comes from the New York Times investigation that revealed Chavez sexually abused Warta and several other women throughout his rise. She says this dates all the way back to Delano, California, which I know exactly where that's been.
Starting point is 00:20:38 I've been there before. 1966. I mean, this is a long time ago. She said he drove her out to a secluded field and then did what he had to do and moved on. Now, the stunning part of the story. about all of this is she chose not to report the assault because of the hostility towards the forum worker union movement at the time and also believed no one within the union would believe her story. And that probably is true back in the day if you think about it. I'm not, I don't see,
Starting point is 00:21:09 I could reason why she didn't say at that time, but man, she waited generations to finally say something. And it just goes to show our problem as a society, how we properly. people up. We put them on pedestals. We name high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, streets after these people, not even realizing what really happened in their closet, if that makes sense. Let's go to Gavin Newsom. Here's what he had to say. Well, I appreciate the question, and it's appropriate one. I mean, we're all absorbing. You know, we heard some rumors. It was early yesterday, a few days ago. Someone said something may be coming out in investigation as it relates to this. And this is March 30 I think at the end of the month.
Starting point is 00:21:51 It says our Chavez day. And every year the governor of California proclaims that says their Chavez day. It's in statute. And how many days I've marched, how many times I've been with students, you know, talking about the movement. And how many photographs I have in my house of Bobby Kennedy, sayser Chavez. I woke up this morning. It was right there. And so it's been hard to absorb this.
Starting point is 00:22:15 You know, Jen and I are very close with the Lord. so many of us are, but very close. I've been for decades and decades, and none of us knew. And we were sharing all this. And so we're just, I think all of us are processing it. And, you know, and just these kids have to process enough. I mean, I think there's, Brooks on it was three dozen schools in the state are named after Cesar Chavez. All right. So number one, I'm not going to punish you anymore. So you don't have to worry about hearing Gavin Newsom's voice ever again throughout this video. Number two, on a more serious note, it didn't sound like what I heard the rest of the clip that the governor was really interested in
Starting point is 00:22:55 removing Caesar Chavez's name off of high schools and streets and all that. And definitely didn't sound like he was going to get rid of the holiday itself or stop Californians from recognizing it. So it really begs the question, how will the woken state in the country truly respond to this? I think that's going to be interesting. Now, we know how Texas is. responding because Greg Abbott put out a statement earlier, he said the state of Texas will not observe the Caesar Chavez Day holiday. I am directing all Texas state agency heads to comply. In the upcoming legislative session, I will work with Texas lawmakers to remove Caesar Chavez Day from the state law altogether. Reports of the horrific, it widely acknowledged sexual assault allegations against
Starting point is 00:23:36 Caesar Chavez rightfully dismantled the myth of this progressive hero and undermines the narrative that elevated Chavez as a figure worthy of official state. celebration. Two weeks before the holiday in honor of Cesar Chavez, United Farm Workers, says it will not be taking part in any of those activities. In a statement, the organization said it has learned of deeply troubling allegations that Chavez, one of the union's co-founders, behaved in ways that are incompatible with the organization's values. The statement says that some of the reports are family issues that is not their story to tell or place to comment on. Later, adding, far more troubling are allegations involving a
Starting point is 00:24:15 abuse of young women or minors. UFW says it has not received any direct reports and that they do not have firsthand knowledge of these allegations, but adds they are serious enough that they felt compelled to take urgent steps to learn more and provide space for people who may have been victimized. The Cesar Chavez and UFW Foundation issued similar statements. The latter saying in part, as a women-led organization that exists to empower communities, the allegations about abusive behavior by Cesar Chavez go against everything we stand for. Although at times criticized for his past stances on undocumented immigrant labor,
Starting point is 00:24:53 for decades, Chavez has widely been venerated for his work to organize and unionize farm workers across the country. All right. So now that you have all this information, what is the angle? What should you be thinking about? Well, let's go down the list here. Number one, it's actually reported that Caesar Chavez did not believe in illegal immigration, folks. So there's a lot of debate around that. Some people think he's being thrown under the bus
Starting point is 00:25:17 because of that. But my only response to that would be why now? Okay. But this might do one for you. The second fact that's come out is she actually has had kids with his brother, four of them. Now again, I don't know her personally. I haven't verified the actual DNA records, but this is what reports are saying. And so then it begs to question, all right, what's going on there. And number three, it goes back to what I said in the beginning. Why now? Why now? But number four, which I think is the most important question for our society. Why do we continue to prop up people like this? Whether he is a person who is being thrown under the bus or he is evil scum, why do we continue to put people on a pedestal? It's an interesting question.
Starting point is 00:26:06 All right, here's a clip that circulated online that backs up the claim that Caesar Chavez did not believe in illegal immigration. Would you say that it's at this particular moment as important as any of the other problems facing the union? Oh, yes, in the last three weeks it has become, the last two weeks it has become an emergency for us. Well, there's an awful lot of illegals coming in. By the hundreds, by the thousands, our people are not only in some of the crews for the, where there is now strike breaking. Some of the schools are 100% illegal, outright openly,
Starting point is 00:26:44 with no attempt to disguise it. And so it's so bad now that we estimate 60% to 70% of the farm workers in California, of the resident worker, of the citizen, is out of a job because of the wet back. They're coming in by the thousands.
Starting point is 00:27:00 Just unbelievable. See, they're coming in with a consent of the Immigration Service, which is part of the Department of Justice. How else would they come? We, for instance, know that if you go to Coachella, you go around the El Paso area, the second-day immigration checkpoints have been unmanned now for, oh, at least three, four weeks. They're closed.
Starting point is 00:27:23 They're at night. They're dark. There aren't any patrolmen there. It's a gimmick. Now, doesn't that sound familiar as far as our border is concerned? Now, the point that he goes on to make is that illegal aliens are actually a problem for legal migrants, people who do the right thing, all right? They're working in our forearms. They got their papers. They're doing the thing or they follow the actual law. When you bring illegals into our country or allow them to, they actually become a problem for these people ultimately.
Starting point is 00:27:55 And we've seen that. And so I think that's why the poll, when you talk to people who are naturalized, they're much more harsher against illegal immigration than, American citizens. All right. Let me get your guys' thoughts to these stories in the comments section below. I mean, this is a stunning thing regarding Siever-Chavez. Where are you at on this issue? Do you believe the reports are true? Do you have a theory about why now? Let me know in the comment section below. Then let's go to Pam Bonney and that entire walkout from Democrats that was clearly staged. And then now Joe Kent is being investigated by the FBI for leaking classified information. Interesting stories, of course. But give me your thoughts and everything you got in the comments section below.
Starting point is 00:28:34 All right, next story involves an Iranian intelligence chief who was eliminated by Israel. Come to find out this is the same man that tried to assassinate President Trump. Now, if you guys missed on that update and more stories from earlier today, click on the video because it's coming up right now.
