Starting point is 00:00:00 All right. So in an interesting turn of events, Mr. Khalil has been released from custody. This comes as a district court judge has ruled against President Trump. Also, Mayor Karen Bass is still attacking ICE officials, and we will react to that. And finally, it's no secret that ICE is continuing to face backlash, but the question is, are they following the law? Well, we're going to dive deep into that in this video. So let's start here. to dehumanize everyone here. Whether you are a U.S. citizen, an immigrant, or just a person on this land, doesn't mean that you are less of a human. Thank you so much. Mahmoud, a quick question from The Guardian. So the Trump administration has labeled
Starting point is 00:00:45 you a national security threat. They have fought tooth and nail to keep you detained in one of the most renowned and punitive detention centers in the country. If you had any message for the Trump administration? Trump and his administration, they chose the wrong person. for this. That doesn't mean that there is a right person for this. There is no right person that who should be detained for actually protesting a genocide, for protesting their university, Columbia University that is investing in the genocide of the Palestinian people. Okay, so that's Mr. Khalil. Speaking for the very first time after being detained, he was located in Louisiana for quite some time where his case was in front of
Starting point is 00:01:30 of an immigration judge and they ruled against him. The judge said that he was able to be deported and did issue a removal order. The problem here and why this is even a story is because a district court judge in New Jersey overruled that order and said that he needed to be released. And so just to answer your question straight up right now, who has more authority, a district court judge or an immigration judge? It's a district court judge. So of course, the Trump administration is already appealing this ruling to the appeals court,
Starting point is 00:01:59 the Third Circuit, to be exact, and who is already taken advantage of this development? None other than AOC. Take a list. Thank you, everyone. First of all, first and foremost, I think we speak on behalf of so many people across this country, across the state of New York, but also across so many communities in the United States and welcoming Mahmoud home to be here and to be reunited with his wife and his newborn son. Mahmoud Khalil was imprisoned for 104 days by this administration, by the Trump administration, with no grounds and for political reasons.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Because Mahmoud Khalil is an advocate for Palestinian human rights, he has been accused baselessly of horrific allegations simply because the Trump administration and Our overall establishment disagrees with his political speech. This was a form, his detention by ICE being taken from his home, as well as other advocates, Ms. Oz-Turk in Boston, Massachusetts, ripped off of the street. Being taken is wrong. It is illegal. It is a violation of his First Amendment rights.
Starting point is 00:03:22 It is an affront to every American, and we will not allow, and we will continue to resist the politicization, and the continued political persecution that ICE is engaged in. Okay, so what you heard from there from AOC is the classic talking points, particularly from progressives. We have to understand their way of seeing things. They despise law enforcement, particularly ICE. They have no respect for these individuals. They could care less. And here's what Homeland Security had to say in response to this ruling.
Starting point is 00:03:51 An immigration judge, not a district judge, has the authority to decide if Mr. Khalil should be released or detained. On the same day, an immigration judge denied Khalil Bond and ordered him removed one rogue district judge ordered him release. This is yet another example of how out of control members of the judicial branch are undermining national security. Your conduct not only denies the result of the 2024 election, it also does great harm to our constitutional system by undermining public confidence in the courts. So bottom line is that we're going to wait for the Third Circuit of Appeals to respond to the Trump administration. I'm sure they're seeking an emergency stay. Mr. Khalil is home. He's not going to get deported anytime soon.
Starting point is 00:04:29 That's the bottom line. Okay, so let's move to our next story. Mayor Karen Bass has continued to go into the news and attack the Trump administration. Now she's claiming Los Angeles is safe because of her decision making. And also, we're going to take a look at a couple of clips from ICE and their method in regards to detaining people. Let's start with what she said. After you have a major sporting event, you might have a lot of celebration. And then there's a few people that hang around and create confusion.
Starting point is 00:04:56 There was vandalism for a couple of days. Our police department, sheriff department, and other surrounding agencies had the situation completely under control. And by the way, the only thing the National Guard is doing here is protecting one building. That's all. They're not involved in crime control. So if you look at why we have peace in Los Angeles, it's because of me as the mayor, our police chief, our sheriff. We had the situation completely under control. this was unnecessary, which is why I call it an experiment.
Starting point is 00:05:28 They are testing to see how far can they go as the federal government in seizing power away from the state and local authorities. Okay, so before I even respond to what she had to say there, if you guys have been getting value from our channel, please like, share and subscribe. If you guys want to support us further, go to the link in the description below, shop our merch store to get our new shirt. I support ice with the matching coffee mug. And you can also buy us a cup of coffee. and don't forget, follow us on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. All right, well, that's your standard talking point. No question about that.
Starting point is 00:06:01 And we already know the truth here. Mayor Karen Bass has made decisions that does not make Los Angeles safe. That's why ICE has to go in. I mean, it's that clear as day. And if she really wanted to make it safe, she would make sure that the policies of her sanctuary city would allow the collaboration with federal authorities. Now, here is the Deputy Ice Director responding to the mayor's statement.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Take a list. This is just not true. I mean, we've seen violence in this city for days on end. We saw it again last night. We continue to see this time and time again from the Democrats, just not admitting that they're wrong here. That the men and women of ICE continue to go after the worst of the worst. They're protecting the American people. They're leading from the front and leading from the charge, even in Democrat-controlled cities. And they will continue to arrest the worst of the worst. Every day, these riots will not stop them. And they continue to have the support of the American people of President Trump and of Secretary Nome. Yeah, so overall, that is the truth. I mean, majority of Americans support deportation. No question. It's just Los Angeles who seems to be Trump deranged and willing to set things on fire in order to protest. Now, what I want to do over the next couple of clips is show you videos of ICE agents
Starting point is 00:07:15 detaining people. I want us both to take a look at it. And then I want to actually discuss, is there something wrong with what they're doing? I want us to actually see the clips that people are losing their minds over and claiming that ICE is ripping people away. Let's take a look at the first one. What are you guys doing? He works with this company.
Starting point is 00:07:52 You can't fucking block him like that. Are you fucking going to impede it? Are you imping? Are you going to do it? Okay, quick disclaimer. Clearly, we don't have the full clip of what happened because that's the way social media works.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Now, having said that, let's talk about the multiple issues here. What Democrats will say, particularly progressives, is that ICE is ripping this man off his job. Now he won't be able to provide for his family. and they're going to put this company out of business. Conservatives will say, well, this guy is undocumented. Why hasn't he fixed this situation? Or he's an illegal alien, which is even more of a problem.
Starting point is 00:08:32 Or what's even a bigger problem than all of this is why are American businesses continuing to employ undocumented or legal aliens? Meaning they're not actually using E-Verify, which is what? Against the law. And to be neutral and unbiased here, the law is very clear. If you're undocumented or you're an illegal alien, you are subject to deportation. So all the people who are crying about what ICE is doing, why are you not crying to your congressional leaders? Why are you not marching on Capitol Hill?
Starting point is 00:09:06 That's what I find to be interesting. Now, let's go to another scenario. Here is ICE at a courthouse doing the same thing. Take a look. All right, senor, listen to me. Here me. Almost a little bit, okay? All right, you know what's interesting about that clip?
Starting point is 00:09:35 Okay. All right. You know what's interesting about that clip? It's peaceful, right? I would love to see more of that. Not this chaotic. a strategy to obstruct ICE officials from doing their job. Now, let's get to the matter at hand, because I would say this probably disturbs people
Starting point is 00:10:00 on the left the most. Why are ICE officials showing up at courthouses and taking these individuals into custody there? Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's probably one of the smartest strategies from ICE, if you really think about it, because where would an illegal alien or an undocumented migrant go if they got a ticket or they got to get their papers straight or they did something wrong and they're called into court, yeah, that's where you would go. Or they do have an immigration hearing. Or they are checking in like they've been doing on an annual basis. You know what's interesting about all these scenarios? Is that every single one, ICE has the authority to deport that individual on site. Just because someone's been checking in annually does not
Starting point is 00:10:44 mean they have a free pass, especially if it's proven in the system that they've overstayed their visa, they did not renew their papers, or an immigration judge has issued a removal order. That is what the mainstream media and progressives don't want to tell people. They just think, oh, this is illegal. It's not, ladies and gentlemen. Okay, so now that you've seen those clips, what about what happens when a U.S. citizen is detained? Well, why don't we take a look? Why are you running?
Starting point is 00:11:11 He said he's a U.S. citizen. He said he's a U.S. citizen. I'm freaking, man. How about to run? All right. All right. Okay, so you're probably wondering. Why don't you know what the hell? You don't know what the hell? You don't do nothing to wrong, you're choosing. Why are you looking? Okay, so you're probably wondering, why did I choose that clip? Because it demonstrates the bottom line to the number one question I continue to see. Do ICE officials have the authority to detain U.S. citizens? Well, when you're talking about an enforcement operation, the answer is, yes, temporarily, because they don't know under their reasonable suspicion if this person is a
Starting point is 00:11:54 U.S. citizen or not, okay, especially if they do look like an illegal alien. Let's just be honest about it. But once they realize that the person is a U.S. citizen or the person tells them that they are a U.S. citizen, they got to let them go. And that's exactly what happened there. And I only wanted to bring this up, because what you're going to hear from progresses is that, oh, ICE is detaining and arresting and attempting to deport U.S. citizens? No, they're not. What's happening is they're going into these operations. Things get a little chaotic. People are not answering questions, so then they just detain all of them. And then they figure out, okay, who is actually undocumented, who's illegal, and who isn't. Now, you may be asking,
Starting point is 00:12:32 well, why don't they know that information already? That's a great question. Why don't we ask the people who are in charge of sanctuary cities who refuse to share the information? Now, what happens in a sanctuary city when law enforcement decides to share that information well you're going to be shocked because that's what this next clip is all about take a look at this you're way way way too close to that summer he even had the break check yet to get you off a little bit about just a warning that work for you i'm so sorry Where are you from? You got a little bit of an accent. I'm from Utah.
Starting point is 00:13:17 You're from Utah. Okay. How long you lived in Utah for? I'm like 12 years. Born and raised or no? Oh, no. I was born in, oh my gosh. I just forget.
Starting point is 00:13:33 I was born in Brazil. Oh, that's cool. Yeah, my parents, too. And then, like I said, this is just a warning. So once you get where you're going, you can just throw it away. There's no court. There's no fine. There's no nothing.
Starting point is 00:13:49 Let's take it easy on the semis. Okay. That semi is. I'm sorry. Okay. So allow me to explain why I chose that particular clip and what's going on here. Well, first understand who that is. She's a 19-year-old woman from Brazil by the name of Caroline.
Starting point is 00:14:02 She came to her country on a student visa. Her student visa did expire. Then she filed an asylum claim in 2022. Now, hold that thought in your mind. police. In the video you just watched, it's a Colorado sheriff pulling her over for a traffic violation. In the kindness of his heart, he lets her off with a warning. But then he shares her information with ICE officials, which led to what? Ice ultimately detaining her. Of course, Colorado caught when? Because Colorado is what? A sanctuary state. And so currently, she's out on bond.
Starting point is 00:14:32 And here is where people get it wrong time and time again. If you come to the country legally, great. But if your visa expires, you hear unlawfully. And even if you file an asylum claim after your visa has expired, you're still here unlawfully until an immigration judge grants your asylum claim. So, according to ICE, she is subject to deportation because that's what the law is. Now, unfortunately, for this Colorado sheriff, he's been placed on leave. Now, let's pause for a moment. I purposely wanted to show you different stories, different clips, different locations of people who are being detained by ICE. Clearly, in all of these situations, they are not breaking the law. They are following the law that Congress has passed. So I'm going to
Starting point is 00:15:18 say it one more time, when you start to hear somebody complain about what ICE is doing, you know what the number one thing you should be telling them? Why are you not taking this up with your congressional leader? And why are they not proposing a new immigration law as it relates to what ICE is allowed to do? I have not heard any proposal from Democrats so far. All I've heard is them complaining about what's happening. Now, speaking of complaining and where it really gets disgusting is what the Los Angeles mayor said about ICE officials and their uniforms. Take a look.
Starting point is 00:15:48 We have this NBC News headline about what happened at Dodgers Stadium. Dodgers block ice agents from entering stadium in Los Angeles. Team says your reaction to that. Well, first of all, it's kind of what I was referring to. They called them ice agents. Apparently they weren't. apparently they were border control, but the point is, is that we don't know who these mask men are who jump out of cars, pull guns on people. And so I said it wasn't them. You look at their
Starting point is 00:16:17 uniforms, they look like they got them off of Amazon. We have no idea who these people are. They refuse to identify themselves. So you have the city in terror, because especially, you know, we have sectors of our economy that are completely dependent on immigrant labor. Okay, so first off, clearly, once again, political theater, attacking ICE officials in regards to their uniform, I find that to be childish. It clearly says in bold letters, either CBP or ICE. Okay, so people know exactly who they are. And secondly, she claims that the economy is so dependent on immigrants. Let's say I agree with her. You know what, Mayor? You're right. Immigrants who are here legally, right? Is that who you're talking about? Because if you're talking about immigrants who are
Starting point is 00:17:07 here illegally, then we definitely have a problem. And you know what is a bigger problem than all of this in the end? Is that Democrats still cannot answer a simple question. What is your guys's illegal immigration policy? When an illegal alien crosses the border or they are caught in a sanctuary city, what is your policy to either remove them? What are you going to do with them? What is your plan exactly. I want you to take a look at this exchange that happened earlier this morning with Van Jones. Let me ask the two Democrats at the table. What's the Democrats' policy on illegal immigration? Well, we have two parties. One party wants to step. Give me any of them. What is one of them? Well, one is open borders, which is nuts. And the other one is comprehensive
Starting point is 00:17:50 immigration reform. What does that mean and look like? All I've seen are protests and people trying to obstruct. I almost had a bill that passed, right? Almost. But then Donald Trump entered. right on immigration, this was a bipartisan. This was because Joe Biden was behind in the point in the polls by 20 points. It was a bipartisan bill. No, I agree. I was into this bill. That was the Republicans. I agree.
Starting point is 00:18:13 I agree. That's what happens. We are six months into a Donald Trump term. We are very close to midterms. I cannot tell you what the Democrats' policy on illegal immigration is. That's a problem. Yeah. So as you witness there, Van Jones was struggling to even define what the policy is, what the plan is, even a vision of what it might look like. And that's where Democrats go wrong with this entire
Starting point is 00:18:37 debate. They cry about what ICE is doing. They believe Trump is cruel and he is dehumanizing people. And the fact that the matter is, it seems to me that President Trump, ICE, and the homeland security individuals, they have a plan. They have a strategy. And you guys don't. And so how can you cry when you don't even have an alternative solution for people? Complaining and crying and burning cars and obstructing ice, that is not a solution. She said it very clearly, and that is a Democrat asking that question. So I love this video that I put together today for you guys, because I believe it gives you what you need. The next time you come across someone who's crying about what's taking place, you should ask them some of these questions. Now, here is Scott Jennings
Starting point is 00:19:21 responding to the fact that Democrats continue to get even more emotional and believe that getting arrested is a solution. Take a look. Well, I agree with some of that. They are emotional. And the last part, they do want the public to see, but what they're doing is clearly creating stunts. These are political stunts. I mean, this is designed to, I mean, it's sort of like porn for their base. There's a lot of capital right now the Democratic Party for getting arrested. In the case of Padilla, who if you handed me $10 million right now, if I could pick him out of a lineup, I don't think I could do it, charging into a press conference, lunging towards a stage. I mean, I'm sorry, but screaming that, I'm a senator,
Starting point is 00:19:57 I don't know who you are. I still don't know who the guy is. And so, that's not good enough. He's the U.S. Senator. If he wanted a meeting with her, he could have had one. And he did get one as soon as it was over with. I find it curious, he had a staffer posted up in there to film the whole thing. These are clearly stunts. The guy who went to lock arms and interfere with the detention of an illegal in New York City. I mean, the energy in the Democratic Party right now is around doing everything they can do to protect the illegal immigrant populations in the United States, which is still baffling to me. But more than anything, more than anything, the theater kids have taken over. And they're
Starting point is 00:20:30 desperate to create theater, and that's all it is. It is not serious to try to lunge at the Homeland Security Secretary in a press conference and expect any, you know, reasonable outcome. There it is. There is no reasonable outcome for what Democrats are deciding to do. Again, I'm going to keep telling you, if you come across people, remind them that do you really believe protesting by burning up cars, damaging federal property, you know, obstructing ICE from doing their job? You really think that is the proper strategy and solution for what's happening? Obviously, the answer is no. But you know what? Let's get your guys' thoughts about all this in the comments section below. I showed you guys multiple clips, multiple scenarios. Tell me what you guys
Starting point is 00:21:09 think about it. Tell me what you think about Mr. Khalil being released by a district court judge. We already know the Trump administration has appealed this to the Third Circuit of Appeals. We'll see what happens there. But ultimately, I want to hear from you guys in the comments section below. All right. So yesterday, J.D. Vance visited Los Angeles. And I would probably say the Los Angeles, mayor she lost her mind okay and you have to see what she had to say because i think it was disgusting so if you miss out on that video more stories from yesterday all you have to do is click on that video because it's coming up right now
