So it looks like Senator John Federman has had enough because he just went off on Zora Mondani
and the Democrat Socialists of America.
He doesn't even refer to them as such.
He actually calls them the dirtbag left.
It was a really big night for the dirtbag left, you know, last week, without a doubt.
And some of the crazy things that they've said, you know, like clearly anti-America, you know,
anti-Western civilization.
And they actually, one of them was even part of the group.
they wanted to end all Western civilization.
So overall, that's a wing of the party, without a doubt, but they're not Democrats, they're not
socialist.
Several of, many of them have actually, are in Navajo communists.
So between P. Hustle in Maine and some of the other winners, you know, in New York, that's,
you know, they should form their own party and run on all the things that they've had to delete
on social media.
Yeah, you hear that?
Because one of the individuals
who did win her primary election,
she had comments
about Kamala Harris
and that Joe Biden is a racist,
all this other stuff,
and she has since deleted those tweets.
Also, you have a candidate
out of the state of Colorado today.
She has her primary election,
and she's poised to essentially unseat
a Democrat who's been there for 30 years.
And he's right that what's happening here
is they have hijacked.
the Democrat Party, and the unfortunate part is Democrats did it to themselves. So I guess if I was
Senator John Federman, I'd probably be going off too. So this takes us to the latest announcement
from the leader of the Democrat Socialists of America, Zaraamandani. And what this
announcement is all about is how he believes socialism can solve the issues of capitalism.
And we raise taxes on the wealthiest New Yorkers, instead of taking more from those with the
Throughout this process, I've been reminded of the words of the Austrian economist, Friedrich Hayek.
If socialists understood economics, they wouldn't be socialists.
These past months have shown us anything.
It is that socialists not only understand economics, just as well as the capitalist who came before,
but that we can solve their years of mismanagement through an embrace of our principles.
That is just insanity, folks.
It really is.
He should sit down with Thomas Sowell if he really wants a lesson on economics.
This guy, I don't believe Zoroamandani is stupid.
by the way. I do believe he's an intelligent individual. He understands how to get people's
attention. He understands how to sell a message. But that doesn't mean the message he's selling
is actually going to manifest itself in positive outcomes for the city of New York. Now, someone's
going to have to pay for all of this. And me and you both know that because that's the way
capitalism works. The money has to come from somewhere. So this guy saying that he's going to
use socialist principles to solve the issue of capitalism, ladies and gentlemen, I can't find
a best example of what we would call an oxymoron in that particular situation.
But he goes on because during this announcement today, which is all about approving the budget for
New York City, a reporter confronted him on one of those socialist policies that
everybody was going to ride the bus for free.
So where are we at on that?
Here's what he had to say.
Okay, let's just pause before I offer up my reaction here.
If you could do me a favor, that would be great.
Make sure you like this video.
Every time you do, just so you guys understand, the video gets a little bit.
the video gets promoted and it gets shown to more people on YouTube. Now, if you guys have been
following me from the very beginning, I think it's kind of obvious that YouTube hasn't really
been a fan of me lately. So the more you like this video, the more this video is going to get
out. And make sure you share it with your family and friends and subscribe to the channel.
I'm so grateful that you took the time out to watch the show today. All right, let's get back
into it. I'm wondering if you see this Fairfares expansion as an acceptable alternate path
to free buses. Are you still committed to doing that in four years? And then,
And for Speaker Menon, I wonder if you agree with the mayor's sentiment early in his remarks that,
essentially paraphrasing here, socialist can solve the problems of capitalism and work to end the
mismanagement under Adam.
Do you think socialism is the solution here?
I'll say on the first question, you know, when I was running for mayor, I spoke about
the importance of raising eligibility to 200% of the federal poverty level.
and this does that we raise this fair, fair eligibility to a historic amount.
Wait, what's the status of the bus is being for free?
I mean, he totally gaslights her on that.
No doubt about it.
And then when she asked the question, which is a legitimate question, hey, for the people to your left and right,
do you guys actually believe socialism is the solution to capitalism?
I mean, if that was a case, people would be immigrating to countries that are socialist, right?
I mean, that's where most people would be going.
No, most people are coming to the United States of America because we have a capitalist system,
we have a constitutional republic, and we have the best freedoms one could have as a country.
So the fact that they laugh at that just tells you their level of arrogance and how they believe what they're doing is the right thing.
But again, we'll let the results do the talking here.
Now, if you want to look at people who are already defending this, because as I told you guys,
politicians have already had to make a choice.
Some are on board.
As you guys heard, Senator John Federman, he is not on board, but he's just a minority.
Okay.
Most Democrats at this point are bending the need to this movement.
And when you look towards the pundits, particularly on CNN, you know why they're defending
Zer Ramandani and why they say his policies are going to work?
Well, it's because he, I guess, decided to jump in a pool the other day.
How happy New York is right now?
Do you know how cool it is to see your mayor?
No, no, no, no, do you know how cool it is to see your mayor?
mayor jumping a pool with kids because of the mayor jumping in the pool.
I care about the future of New York.
I care about my safety.
I care about my children.
Homicides are down in New York City.
Yeah.
Rift freezes are happening.
Campaign problems are being delivered.
You're punishing capitalism.
You're saying, you're saying, you're saying,
with a socialist mayor.
He's going to drive everyone to Panama.
No, he's not.
He's not.
How do you see?
You've got how many billionaires or early?
I just think they're like, y'all.
Okay.
They may not go to Panama because you know where they're going to go?
to Florida. That's probably what's going to happen. And that's what's been happening. Or they'll go to
Texas. They'll go to the southern states. Or they'll go where they have tax-friendly programs, right?
I don't even believe homicide is down, by the way. I'd like to believe those numbers are being cooked
in some ways, shape, or form. I only say that because that seems to be the behavior in a lot of
these blue cities. They don't actually report the numbers properly. So I'll push back on that.
And are New Yorkers really happy right now? Just because the mayor can jump
in a pull? I mean, I know that sounds weird, but that's the defense. Okay. If you're from New York,
you tell me, let DeVoree know if he's wrong here. I'm just not buying into socialism like they are.
Now, let's go to Hakeem Jeffries. Because here's what his reaction is to all of this,
including the primary election for the other Democrat socialist out of the state of Colorado.
It's a close race and we'll see what happens. Ultimately, it'll be in the hands of the people
of Denver, but the reality is we have an unsettled
electoral environment, which is going to be the case
when Donald Trump is president.
Really? It's not the case when you guys
continue to attack the president, attack his supporters.
Yeah, that's intellectually lazy.
And he can't say much about Democrat socialists of America at this point
because he's got a job to do. The last thing he needs is them attacking him
like they were attacking Scott Winer, if you guys catch my dread.
So he's going to be really careful with his words moving forward.
And that's why Chuck Schumer has had nothing to say.
Why are they so silent?
It's because they know if they truly spoke out against them,
just like Senator John Fetterman did at the beginning of this video,
it'd be over for them publicly.
All right, let's go to our next update.
This is in regards to what happened on Capitol Hill today.
as another hearing on sanctuary city policies took place this time.
The mother of Sheridan Gorman was the main witness call to testify.
Remember, Sheridan Gorman was murdered by an illegal alien in the city of Chicago in the area that the governor walked and said that was actually safe.
Most people don't talk about that, but that's exactly what went down.
So the mother of Sheridan showed up, and she had a lot to say, which led to sparks flying all over the place.
But before we get to her testimony, I want to show you the disgusting behavior of Democrats.
This one believes that sanctuary city congressional hearings are a waste of time.
Unfortunately, this hearing is the fourth time in this committee that we've had a hearing on sanctuary cities, the fourth time.
And there's many other things that we could be doing other than this.
I would have loved to have had some hearings on the unconstitutionality of the president's executiveity of the president's
executive order on eliminating birthright citizenship.
This is something that the Supreme Court just ruled today in a six-three majority.
So why have another hearing then?
If the Supreme Court has spoken, what would be the purpose of just on her own merits, right?
What would it be the purpose of having another hearing if the Supreme Court, the highest court in the
land, has already said it's not happening.
I'm not understanding her point there.
And secondly, it just goes to show they lack empathy when it comes to victims who've been killed
by illegal aliens. That's exactly what you're seeing right there. They claim they have all the
empathy in the world. They have a funny way of shown it as relates to the victims that happen to be
American citizens. It was unconstitutional. And yet this was an executive order that caused so much
fear and trauma across the country. We could have been discussing that, but we haven't. Instead,
we have had this series of hearings that are designed to attack the very trust policies that
research has shown over and over again have actually saved lives. Oh, no. I know she didn't just say that.
Research that's funded by far left NGOs, I would imagine, liberal institutions to skew numbers to show that,
yeah, you know, Sanctuary City policies actually keep people safe. Okay, really? I mean,
Sanctuary City policy is not just about illegal immigration. It's also about soft on crime
policies. So when someone is arrested over 70 times and finally commits that murder, that's
sanctuary city policy working, correct? When someone gets stabbed in their neck on a light rail,
that sanctuary city policy working. When someone gets stabbed just for looking in the sky and
hanging out with her friends, that sanctuary city policy working. Correct? And I can go on and on and on.
I mean, just the level of arrogance, guys.
So let's go to Jim Jordan because he had a response to this smug attitude from that congresswoman.
Here's what he had to say.
Hey, Mr. Chairman, we don't want to coerce anyone.
We just want to stop the stupid policy of sanctuary jurisdiction that led to the tragedies
that these families are going to testify and talk about today.
The gentlelady from Washington, the ranking member said this is the fourth hearing on sanctuary jurisdiction.
I'll have five, six, seven, eight.
I'll have whatever amount of hearings it takes to stop a plan.
policy that is so ridiculous.
And understand.
Never forget what sanctuary jurisdiction is in the simplest of terms.
Politicians tell local law enforcement, like Sheriff Redmond, don't work with federal law
enforcement in enforcing federal law.
That is dumb.
And it's fatal, as we know.
And a lot of police departments across America have spoken out against it.
See, isn't it interesting?
They don't want the president and the federal government.
to be involved in state matters.
But then they want it the other way, right,
where they use that same logic
to enforce their own tyrannical policies.
For an example, what happened with COVID,
where they made everyone wear a mask?
Why didn't states then push back on that?
You see, when it comes to what they want,
they'll bend all the rules, if not break them.
But when they're not getting their way,
and when I say they, I'm talking about the Democrat Party
and people leading these blue cities,
they'll do whatever it takes,
even if it means at the expense of the people of their cities.
That's the sad part about all this.
So let's go to Sheridan Gorman's mother.
Here's what she had to say as she pushed back on that Congresswoman for being so disgusting.
If someone felt invisible, Sheridan saw them.
That was my daughter and that is who she was until the day she was stolen from us.
And I honestly can't make sense of it.
I cannot make peace with it.
And in what world does the child who spent her life make?
making sure no one was lonely, died terrified and alone on a peer in Chicago.
In what world does the girl who saw everyone become invisible to the people in power
responsible for protecting her?
This cannot be explained away, and it cannot be buried beneath the list of unrelated issues
that you all paraded before us.
Thanks for telling me without telling me that, you know, you're here, but you don't want to be.
This is the fourth time you've had angel families.
Thanks for telling me you don't care.
This cannot be buried under your slogans, your statistics or excuses, and this just can't stand.
So today, I bring this back to the buddy bench.
I think Congress needs one.
I think every governor, every mayor, every sanctuary city official and politician,
shifting blame and interest, hiding behind their slogans and talking points should have to all sit on one.
Yeah.
You know, there's tradeoffs in policy.
I think the problem with politics today is no one is paying attention to the tradeoffs.
See, what is the tradeoff with sanctuary city policy?
It prevents federal law enforcement from preventing the senseless murder of Sheridan Gorman.
It prevents the senseless murder of Lincoln Riley.
Right? And we can go on.
Stephanie mentor out of the state of Virginia was killed at a bus stop as well by an illegal alien.
females at a high school were groped, sexually assaulted by an illegal alien as well.
He was allowed to enroll.
See, if we let federal law enforcement do what they're supposed to do, people would be safer
because there would be collaboration there.
And it wouldn't have to do all these raids that you're seeing because there's collaboration.
Collaboration, if it's not there, ICE, they have to figure it out.
But again, as we talked about that at length, especially last year,
They don't want to accept that. In fact, they have contempt for the victims.
I challenge you all to sit down with me. Take my hand. Look me in the eye and then explain to me because I just don't understand.
Explain why people here illegally matter more than your American citizens.
Explain why sanctuary policies matter more than my Sheridan's life.
Explain my cooperation with ICE was too much to ask for. But asking our American people.
Here's the thing, Ms. Gorman.
care. That's really the bottom line to it. They don't care. If they did, they wouldn't be complaining
about having the fourth congressional hearing in regards to sanctuary city policies, right?
You wouldn't have heard that Congresswoman complaining about it. They literally don't care.
That is the unfortunate part about all of this. So this actually takes this to a clip that we had
with Dr. God Sadd, who talked about how the left actually does.
doesn't care about sanctuary city policies.
Let's take a look at that now.
So the first answer to your question is,
it doesn't matter how much evidence you give me
that these sanctuary cities are going to ultimately harm the people
that you supposedly care about.
I don't care.
It doesn't matter how many times you tell me
that socialism has been tried in endless ways,
in endless societies,
it always results in the same outcome.
I don't care,
because I could always find some quote,
justification to explain why the evidence you're sharing is not somehow relevant.
And that is the nail in the coffin for me. Because how else do you explain their contempt,
their disillusion, their gaslighting, the arrogance, just what you see in that congresswoman,
how she treated the angel families? Aren't the American citizens as well? Don't their lives
matter? Don't their lives have just as equal value to migrants that you care so much about?
I mean, anybody who's reasonable would say, of course they do.
And their voices should be heard, even if we have to hear it 10 times.
Okay.
I'm going to stop because this is the type of story that really gets me going.
So again, two big updates today, as you guys seen,
John Federman went off on Zora Mondani and the Democrat Socialists,
which led to Mondani making his own announcement about taxing the wealthy
and arguing that socialism is the solution to capitalism.
Then I showed you what happened on Capitol Hill, you give me your thoughts about it all and how you're able to make sense of everything we talked about in today's video.
