But things got heated because he claims it is not criminality for someone to cross the border illegally and commit heinous acts against American citizens. Let's listen to this.

Last week, there were a number of rapes of young, a baby of a six-year-old. Would these types of things be worthy of protest? We need to keep our community safe and we need to hold people accountable when they have harmed others when they have broken the law. But let's be clear, immigration is a civil violation, not a criminal violation. So we need to stop treating the equivalent of a parking ticket like people are breaking the law and need a militarized police force breaking down their doors. So the comparison here is not one of criminality. It is whether we are respecting international law. You would not say that ICE has done yeoman's work when it comes to getting tens of thousands

of violent criminals out of this country, would you applaud them for that? No, I would certainly not applaud ICE like Jared Moskowitz and 75 Democrats did, signing a letter of gratitude. I think that ICE should be abolished and that the people at the head of this agency and the people that are shooting people en masse. And the criminal should stay. The ICE agents that are killing people should be prosecuted and held accountable under United States courts of law.

I mean, these are phenomenal questions. I don't know why these DSA candidates do this to themselves, but it's good. I want them to continue to defend their ideas because here's where it all breaks down. You say ICE should be abolished. So who is going to enforce immigration law? If someone crosses the border illegally and commits a heinous act against an American citizen, who will arrest these people? Who will deport them?

Because if we don't have ICE to do it, nobody's going to do it. I mean, and of course they can answer that question because I don't really believe they're interested in enforcing immigration law, which is why he had this to say. Should the criminal stay? So the criminal should stay. Let's be clear about who we're ascribing criminality to because my concern is an out of control federal law enforcement agency. But what is the crime? Because again, we're talking about civil violations. Wraping a child, raping a two-year-old.

Killing a two-year-old. Killing Lake and Riley. Of course, of course those people should be held accountable. We're in agreement on that. And I think your viewers would also, we're in agreement that people should be held accountable for violent crimes. But immigration in and of itself is not a criminal violation. It is a civil violation. Okay.

So let's just pause right there because he doesn't answer the question, by who? Yeah. So who's going to arrest these people? Who's going to hold them accountable? Because according to the way that you see things, it's ice that are the, villains. They are the criminals. They are the people who should be prosecuted, not people committing crimes like this. Again, all you have to do is ask these people, these questions, and their ideas obviously break down and crumble. And that's good news. I guess the problem is some people are still,

I guess, attracted to soft communism, because that's essentially what Democrat Socialists of America, that's who they are. They're soft communism, okay? But anyways, here's the rest of the interview where it just completely goes off the rails. I think that painting a broad brushstroke with a few exceptions is not fair to the immigrants that have come to the United States. A few exceptions? Relative to the number of people, relative to the number of people that have immigrated to the United States, yes.

What is the number? When you say fewer crimes than American citizens. What is the number that you would allow? What is the number that is fine with you? Is there a benchmark? Is it fine? How many children can be raped and it's fine? if you're in relation to the immigration community.

If we're going to talk about children being raped, then we need to hold this pedophile president, Donald Trump, accountable, and all those that have been implicated by the Epstein files that the Department of Justice is still not leaking. And they've sent APEC after Thomas Massey for having the temerity to hold accountable to pedophiles that are in control of our government.

Okay. We see how that ended, unfortunately. But you know what? DeVore likes to do research. And I like to do research using left-leaning resources. So if we go over to Wikipedia, which is peer propaganda, by the way, I search killings by illegal immigrants of the United States of America. 21 names come up. 21. Understand something. On this list, you're missing some of the biggest names that we are aware of. Sheridan Gorman. Lincoln Riley is there. Stephanie Mentor is not on here and others. So there's much more than this. I'm using a left-leaning

resource. And even that number is higher than the number of migrants who have been killed by ICE agents because that's the number they like to use to argue. Even when we use their data, they lose is my point here. And the good news for us, Democrat voters who were interviewed by Fox News earlier today, even they are sounding the alarm about how radical their party is becoming. Take a listen to this. Since I'm a centrist, I don't like anything on the extremes on either side. So I'm pretty unhappy with things going farther to the left in the Democratic Party. And I think that that's, I mean, when it comes to governing people, I don't see a lot happening

when people are far in the left and far in the right. I think people need to be closer to the center to be able to work or, across parties and actually get something done. However, Democrats continue to go far left is obviously a bad look. And quite frankly, I encourage it because I want the Republican. Party to at least continuing to maintain control, because I don't think they'll drive this country off a cliff in the way that the soft communists will. Now, the other concern for Democrat voters happens to be anti-Semitism. Anti-Semitism is your number one concern this voter cycle. Real quickly, Corey, your thoughts. I think that anti-Semitism has become extremely normalized when the mayor of New York is addressing a country in the Middle East. That's the only Jewish state in the world. I think it's it's just he's trying to promote his own agenda and it's

fanning the flames of the divisiveness that's going on. And I have personally experienced a horrid normalization of anti-Semitism and just how wide it's become. And that's why we started the video off showing you what's possible. What is coming for the Democrats, individuals who cannot defend their policies, but they are confident in their policies. Think about this for a second. I learned this from Thomas Seoul when he described Barack Obama as president. He said that he's mostly wrong, but never in doubt. That is a dangerous, confident, ignorant person. I think that's the proper way to put it. And that's who these DSA candidates are. That's what these soft communists are. That's what Mayor Mondani is.

He's confident, but he's mostly wrong. And people need to wake up to this. So that actually takes us to our next story about what the Trump administration is doing in response to how dangerous Democrats have been in regards to illegal immigration. They are now confiscating a commercial driver's license, particularly in the state of Indiana. Listen to this. Trump today announcing the Freedom Hallers Initiative. He wants to replace undocumented truckers with veterans. It's actually something Indiana is already doing.

National correspondent Alex Capriello has the story live from Gary, Indiana. Today, he's there now. Alex. Yeah, Connell, so here at News Nation, we have covered several fatal crashes that happened all across the country at the hands of immigrant truck drivers and also a few that have happened right here in Indiana. So today was an opportunity to hear from the Attorney General of the state himself, who basically said, look, we're going to be on the front lines and prove to the rest of the nation that we can be ahead of this crackdown that obviously President Trump really wants to emphasize. And he gave us the numbers, too. He said that Indiana has revoked around 1,800 commercial driver's licenses at the hands of immigrant drivers.

He also said that he's going to begin holding driving schools accountable. A driving school right here behind me was the backdrop for this press conference. And he said that begins by ensuring that the driving schools ensure that they do sort of citizenship tests and also at the very least make sure that their students do speak English and speak it well. Also, the driving schools, he says that don't abide by these rules are going to be punished. Now, this is big news for me. This is exactly what I believe 77 million people voted for. I think majority of America can definitely get on board with this. If you can't speak English, you can't read English, you have no business with a driver's license. Now, I'll tell you a personal story, and this is actually a pet peepe of mine, just so we're clear.

Every now and then we'll order Uber Eats or DoorDash, whatever. and the person delivering their food can't speak English. I get, listen, I'm a very calm person, but DeVore gets upset. I mean, I really get annoyed. And then what they do is they get you to touch their phone so that they could close out the transaction properly. Wait a minute. Why would I be touching your phone to do your job?

Right? I mean, and some people say, well, divorce is not that big of a deal. It's a first world problem. I'm with you. But shouldn't we have standards as a country? and that standard at a minimum should be speak English. Okay, let's hear more. You can't speak English.

If you can't prove your legal status in the state of Indiana, your CDL is gone. You're also not going to learn at an Indiana trucking school or that trucking school is going to get fined $50,000. And the driving school instructors that we spoke to say, one of the biggest issues that they have are non-English speakers trying to actually get their CDL. They speculated that that's the reason why a lot of these laxidical schools actually allow so many of these immigrant drivers to actually bypass that and get on the road. Okay. I think that's great news. And again, we have to have a standard. I don't know how much clearer I can make that.

Now, obviously, Democrats are already pushing back on this, particularly Anna Presley, who's a race hustler, who never has anything intelligent to say. and I'll prove it to you in this clip, she claims that migrant truck drivers are the greatest patriots in the country. They are some of the greatest patriots you will ever meet. They love this country. And they are making positive.

They have been making positive contributions to it every day. What we've seen is that instead of going after the worst of the worst, in many cases, they've gone after the best of the best. People that have lived here for decades, who have families, who have not, committed any crimes at all who've been productive members of society but then there's a trade

off with that type of thinking housing costs go up inflation goes up demand on our essential resources as a country goes up so costs go up and who has to foot the bill for all of that american citizens and that's a part they don't want to bring up so what do they do because they know this is an issue financially they say we're going to tax the billionaires that's how we'll find the money Guys, they're not going to get the money. We know that already. California tried to get the money.

Massachusetts has tried to get the money. Maine has tried to get the money. Minnesota has tried to get the money. Washington has tried to get the money. And you know what has happened every single time? The wealthy leave. And their tax revenue drops. It doesn't work.

But they're stubborn, which is why the president is spot on on this. Here's what he had to say. American highways and roadways have been terrorized by unquestorized by unqualified illegal aliens dangerously driving big rigs, all because radical left maniacs at the state level have issued them commercial driver's licenses, even though they're not entitled to have them. Last year alone, illegal aliens with commercial driver's licenses

caused at least 30 deaths and many, many very seriously injured. Guys, let's just do the mental exercise together. Let's say you go to China, okay? but you don't speak Chinese. All right. But you want to get a commercial driver's license to drive in China. Do you think they're going to give you one? If you go to Russia and you try to do the same thing and you don't speak Russian,

do you think they're going to give you a driver's license? Come on. Let's be honest about it. So, I mean, again, common sense is lacking to say the least. But the good news is there are some people who are Democrats who still have some. level of common sense, and that's Harold Ford Jr. on the five when he had this to say about this story. It is hard to believe you could get a commercial, to your point, Kennedy, a commercial driver's license and not be able to speak English if you are in a country where English is the

predominant language. Now, I would also say we as Americans, one of the reasons that so many of these people are finding employment in these things is because we're not doing these jobs. We have to be honest with ourselves as a country that the work that needs to be done in our country, many Americans don't want to do it. Now, this is not a case for us to bring in illegals to do it, but we're all benefiting when the illegals are doing these jobs. So I would urge the president, not only to make it possible for veterans to get the training to do these kinds of jobs, we ought to have a massive effort in DP. You've been as louder and constructive as anybody on this on this show about the ways we need to educate high school students and even college

students, giving them the opportunity to gain these skill sets to work, to build businesses. I'm totally in agreement with Hereford, Jr., especially about the younger generation. I really believe we should be prioritizing them a little bit more. I think we should definitely crack down on universities, ensure that the pipeline is something that is faster than it's ever been for people to get into university and then find a job that actually pays more than what the university costs. I think what President Trump has done with the executive order that says that universities must prove that the degrees that they're handing out, that people are getting student. loans against that they can prove that the job they're going to get when they get out is more than the tuition itself. So the administration's already on that, by the way. And I think trades should be prioritized. I think fixing things with our hands, using our hands should be prioritized.

But see, this is where great leadership, strong leadership comes into play. Because what we're talking about is doing the hard right, not the easy wrong. The easy wrong would be to keep doing what we've been doing this entire time. Universities continue to prioritize their bottom line. professors continue to be activists, and the young American gets left out to dry. Okay. So, yeah, I'm totally on board with this. And the way we do it is get the illegal immigration or get the illegal aliens out of our country and replace them with people who are looking for jobs. I mean, I think that I may be oversimplifying, but I think you guys know what I mean.
