Starting point is 00:00:00 The investigation into Ilhan Omar takes an interesting turn as she is now calling on for her supporters to cough up more money for her defense. Listen to this. So listen to this. Late last night, Omar's political operation sent a fundraising email to supporters specifically mentioning the raid. The email reads in part, quote, as many of you know, Trump's DHS agents raided Ilhan Omar's house this morning in a highly unusual move that is being widely condemned as a dangerous and authoritarian. attack on a political opponent. We have been warning that Trump has been targeting Ilhan since he first got back into office, calling her garbage, targeting her district with ICE and constantly making racist attacks on her and on all Somali Americans. Now, the email goes on to read.
Starting point is 00:00:46 We're humbly asking chip in $10 or any amount you can afford today to support Ilhan Omar. We have to be ready for anything that comes our way. Every dollar we can goes a long way. Thank you. Now, to be fair, this is what politicians normally do. When their name is in the news in this particular way and they're getting a lot of attention, it's one of the best times to raise money. And that's exactly what Ilhan Omar is doing, including the likes of Elizabeth Warren, the DSA, even President Trump. I mean, I'm just being fair here. This is what politicians do. So the act of doing this really isn't the problem.
Starting point is 00:01:23 It's the fact that this raid isn't happening because the president forced the deal. DOJ to do it, a federal judge had to sign off on this. And that's the interesting part. And the federal judge that potentially signed off on it, because we don't know the name technically, you could speculate about the name, isn't someone that the president appointed. So there must be something here. What about these financials disclosure? This disclosure, she was given a pass by the House ethics, but somehow $30 million, $30 million magically appeared, then it magically disappeared. Well, I can tell you that is subject of an investigation as well. And it's, doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what the House does. It doesn't matter, you know, what this agency
Starting point is 00:02:03 or that does. We're looking at the facts. Based upon the facts, we'll follow them wherever they take us. This is your office that's doing this. Yeah. Janine Piro, proper answer there. She doesn't want to appear like she's putting her thumb on the scale. She should follow the facts and the facts lead to Ilhan Omar not being able to be prosecuted. Then people need to accept that. I mean, that's the part of a constitutional republic. That's the part of our justice system. If there's no evidence to prosecute somebody with, then we can't prosecute them. And if we forced the prosecution, then we're literally no better than what we've seen or what we saw that is under the Biden administration as they made up obviously these sham charges against the president. But you know what's interesting?
Starting point is 00:02:45 I could reason with what Ilhan Omar is doing, right? I could reason with her asking her supporters for money because she knows the heat is on her. What I can't reason with is how Sunny Haulson on the view had this to say. about this entire situation? I think you make a good point there because he is throwing racist red meat at his base. I'm not saying that his entire base is racist, but I'm saying that all the racists are part of his base.
Starting point is 00:03:12 And so what I will say is that this is xenophobic. I think it's racist. He called Somalia a non-country, which has 20 plus million people. It's an African country. So this is par for the course. The point that she made about how MAGA, the entire base is not racist, but there are racist within the base. You know, I don't think that's the most extreme thing she's ever said.
Starting point is 00:03:41 But it just points to how she really feels about people who support President Trump. There's no reason to make that point. Nothing about this investigation suggests that someone's being racist. I mean, she is a person who most administrations, not just the Trump administration, the Biden administration, as well, investigated for immigration fraud. I mean, it is what it is. Now they're investigating her for financial fraud, potentially, allegedly, right? So nothing about that is racist. And what Sadi Haas is doing is conflating other issues with this one. And by the way, what the president had to say about Somalia is not technically racism, okay? You may say it's
Starting point is 00:04:22 a lack of judgment. You may say it's not a very empathetic statement. You may call him an a hole over it, but I wouldn't say it rises to the level of racism, but this is what she obviously obsesses with. And he keeps on calling her Elon. I think he's talking about the wrong Elon because the Elon that he should be talking about is the Elon that in 2013 during a Milken Institute panel discussion with his brother described his own immigration process as a gray area. I think we have a clip.
Starting point is 00:04:56 they did fund us they realized that we were illegal immigrants well I mean I'd say it's a great area so I think that perhaps the Justice Department should open up an investigation
Starting point is 00:05:13 into Elon Musk that isn't the first time that Sonny Hawson and the left has tried to target Elon and whatever his immigration status was in the past I mean one is for sure his immigration status today is definitely Definitely above board, lawful, not only his level of contribution to America.
Starting point is 00:05:31 So, you know, trying to make that point really is irrelevant, falls flat, in my opinion. But it's the game of like that always happens, right? It's what aboutism, okay? So, you know, you guys are targeting Ilhan Omar. What about Elon Musk? Now, let me put a button on this story because what's interesting is the legal side of it. Listen to this. Could there be a statute of limitation?
Starting point is 00:05:56 issue here? Yeah, that's one of the curious things about this case because Ilhan Omar came into this country in the mid-90s when she was 12 years old. So if this has anything to do with that, it's going to be well out of the statute of limitations. But I should say there are some immigration laws where it's a continuing crime if the person remains in the country. And it could be that other paperwork was submitted around Ilhan Omar's continuing presence here, although she's a citizen, or it could be that there was other paperwork submitted around other people who are family or friends. We just don't know. But yes, I think one of the things any responsible prosecutor would have to look at is not only is there a crime here, but is there a crime that's still within the statute of
Starting point is 00:06:38 limitations that can still be charged? Not immediately obvious to me what that might be, but it's something the judge would have reviewed as well. And that's the non-sexy point that I don't think gets enough attention. A federal judge signed off on this raid. That's all already a thing. All right. That's already a ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, something's really going on here. And then secondly, the fact that he had to recognize there was a legitimate crime that that could have been committed. I mean, if there's no legitimate crime that could have been committed, there would be no raid. Right. So that's what I said. I think that interesting legal point is sound. Now, you're not going to expect that from the likes of Hillary
Starting point is 00:07:18 Clinton because according to her, this is all about women. I think we have to support each other more than ever. We have to stand up for each other more than ever. We have to speak out, use our voices the best we can to call out those who are trying to tear down women. I don't think it's an accident that the first person that Trump and Hague Seth fired was the woman commandant of the Coast Guard. second person was the very experienced combat veteran black Air Force General, who was the chairman of the Joint Chiefs. And the third person was the first woman to serve as chief of naval operations who had a 40-year stellar career in the United States Navy. And then the list went on and on and on. So maybe you guys have already heard about this, but it is a disturbing update.
Starting point is 00:08:14 A curriculum is being used in hundreds of schools around the country and many parents don't even know it. It's called rights, respect, and responsibility sounds good on the surface. But behind those simple words are lessons with graphic depictions of naked children requiring young children as young as five to name and identify genitalius. And parents who are sounding the alarm on this are getting ignored by their school district. This is why our friends at Alliance defending freedom are gathering 100,000. thousand signatures on a petition to get this program kicked out of schools and to protect parents' rights to direct their kids' education. So sign that petition by texting Darken to 83848. That is 83848 or visit join ADF.com or slash darken. No matter how many times they
Starting point is 00:09:03 try to repeat that type of rhetoric and wanting the American people to believe it, we're just not going to allow that to distract us from the facts. The facts, again, based on the merits of what's happening here, is a warrant was signed off on by a federal judge. The crime that could potentially have been committed, which we don't know what that is at this point, had to have been reviewed by a judge. And this isn't just some Trump or judge, if that makes sense. This is a deep blue judge. Listen to this. And, you know, listen, all of the pieces are in the right place. There is nothing, nothing below board about this. You've got a deep blue Democrat federal judge signing off on this.
Starting point is 00:09:47 And by the way, think about the climate in which this judge signed off. With all that heat on Jack Smith, with all the microscopes over investigating Congress members, they're still coming through with this. There's definitely, you've got to imagine some there there to at least start asking questions. And let's let it play out. Let's answer the question. He nailed it. Why don't you guys show your thoughts in the comments section below?
Starting point is 00:10:08 where do you think this is going to lead to more disappointment in regards to her not actually being prosecuted or is there truly something brewing here? I want to read your comments below. All right. So now let's go to our next update. Kimberly Gerefoil has resigned after being accused of taking money from Trump donors, promising them that they would have more access to the administration and in the end, that's not exactly what happened. Listen to this. We have breaking news right now. Kimberly Gilfoyle has resumed. designed. Earlier today, as you know, the brand new press secretary for the White House made the announcement that she was leaving her post as the ambassador for Greece. And we have
Starting point is 00:10:50 part of an ex post that she just put out moments ago. And I want to share some of that with you. It is lengthy. She expresses a lot of feelings about this and personal nature and so much gratitude. She starts with serving as the United States ambassador to Greece has been the honor of a lifetime. I will forever be grateful to President Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for entrusting me with the extraordinary privilege of representing the greatest country in the history of the world. It goes on to say, while my time as ambassador may be coming to an end, my commitment to the President and the America First Movement and the country I love will never end. It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve the United States of America. And again, it's a lengthier post. You can go to Kimberly Gilfoyle's ex account if you want to read the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:11:41 But a lot of gratitude there as Kimberly Gilfoyle exits as ambassador to Greece. And this is why I've stated quite a few times that the vetting within this administration is poor. You know, it shouldn't have even gotten to this level. This has been happening for quite some time. She's had multiple inspector general complaints, investigations into her conduct as the ambassador of Greece. And now we are where we are. You know, this isn't going to impact kitchen table issues, obviously, but this is somewhat of a distraction of many distractions for the administration to have to respond to. So it makes sense that the president, without hesitation, by the way, asked for her to resign.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Listen to this. She was almost surprised for you to learn about these allegations. No, she wasn't a member of my family. She, I guess, dated my son a long time ago, but she wasn't. now. She, uh, she, uh, she went to agree. She was doing her good job, but we didn't like what we were reading. So what did you make him know, that like he's just a president. On Kimberly Guilfoyle, the Daily Mail has been reporting on her since last year. The president said yesterday to reporters that he is considering firing her. Do you know a timeline for that? And also
Starting point is 00:12:56 potentially who could be on the short list to replace her if he does? Uh, we have asked Ambassador Guilfoyle to resign. She has been a wonderful asset to the team and we wish her well. Okay. So there's a president confirming that. There's Katie, his new White House press secretary confirming it. And so it's over for her. She's out. All right. Now, let's go to the actual
Starting point is 00:13:19 victim in this particular situation. His name is Eric. Here is the case that he's making about what happened here. Did you ever do any business with her? No, I pay her three times. times, three times, to show up and speak at Patriots Day Freedom Fest. That was it. Now, I did also tell her that if she would help me with the medical protective Dr. Durrani situation, that when the case settled, I'd give her a million dollars. Guess what she did? Zero. Zilch. And the other thing I want
Starting point is 00:13:54 everybody to know, too, everything I did with her was above board until the $100,000, American Express. that she was desperate for me to pay before her confirmation hearing. There was no issues. There was no illegality or unethical conduct by her up until then. But that was unethical as hell. And she knew it because she wanted to cover it up. Okay. So there's additional allegations which I'm about to show you.
Starting point is 00:14:23 But I just can't for the life and me understand why she would be asking him for a $100,000 credit card payment on her Amex. What is going on there? Right? That's just messy stuff. And kind of the purpose of being an ambassador is not to jack it up. You know, you're an ambassador. Don't screw it up.
Starting point is 00:14:40 Okay. You know, do the right thing. That's not what happened here. In fact, let me give an example of the allegations. $100,000 credit card requests, $300,000 in previous payments. An alleged quid pro quo, Deeter claims, Kimberly, offered to help him gain access to the Trump administration's officials and resolve personal legal. and tax matters in exchange for financial support. There it is, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Disputed messages, the Wall Street Journal reviewed messages allegedly showing Kimberly asking leaders to avoid documenting their financial agreements. Her attorney has challenged the message's authenticity. Well, that makes sense. Investigation reports indicate that the State Department's IG has examined complaints involving Kimberly's conduct as ambassador to Greece. So the question here is, what was she really doing? Right?
Starting point is 00:15:38 I mean, come on. You've got to be better than that. Now, this woman was married to Gavin Newsom, which is when you really think about it. That's interesting. Then, obviously, Donald Trump Jr., and then now she is where she is. Bottom line is, guys, this is another distraction. It's interesting. And I think maybe Eric finally learned his lesson.
Starting point is 00:15:59 And he is a Trump donor, by the way. So it's not like he wants to see Trump fail on this. So the fact that he's ringing the alarm, there's definitely something there. All right. At any rate, why don't you guys share your thoughts about these two big stories today? What do you make of what we're seeing in this Hillary Clinton in this Ilhan Omar investigation? Do you guys find it credible? Do you believe something is going to happen here?
Starting point is 00:16:23 And then also share your thoughts about Kimberly having to resign. If you guys got value from this show today, please make sure you like it. share and subscribe. You miss out on our sanity report. Click on the next video because it's coming up right now.
