In my six months of being the mayor, I've had the privilege of appointing a dozen qualified judges from a range of backgrounds, including Jewish judges.
I want to be clear that any suggestion that the composition of the advisory committee was motivated by religion is false.
Mayor Monta Dhani is responding to criticism by some New York attorneys over the lack of Jewish representation on his judicial panel.
Ali Baumman spoke with some of those attorneys about the possible ripple effects through the court system.
Who decides which judges will preside over New York City courtrooms?
The mayor has final say, but an 18-member advisory committee vets and nominates judges.
Last week, Mayor Mamdani unveiled who will serve on his advisory panel.
Okay, so this is just the latest backlash that the mayor is facing as he continues to get slammed by Jewish leaders.
Also later in this video, you'll see that even grocery store owners are now suing him because of his government-owned grocery stores.
But first is first.
This act of leaving Jewish leaders off his judicial panel is the next confirmation of how he sees Jews in New York City.
And I don't think it takes rocket science to figure this out.
Now, of course, he will deny it and he will say there's nothing here to see.
But I don't think people of New York believe that.
Let's continue.
In a city with such a high population of not just Jews, but Jewish lawyers,
I find it hard to believe that there was not one Jewish former lawyer or law professor or
law school dean, former judge who was qualified for this position.
So here's the brutal truth about what's happening in New York City.
This is exactly what they voted for.
That's the surface level response to this.
right? But let's go a little deeper. You have Jewish leaders now really complaining about Mondani,
obviously because there was a Jewish man stabbed outside of a mosque just last week, as you guys are aware,
that a lot of the Jewish businesses have been left off of lists that normally the mayor's office would include on,
and now this update. But here's the interesting thing about it. According to historical context and voting patterns,
Jews vote for policies like this.
So maybe this time around, they'll rethink who they vote for and who they truly support.
Now, if you're Jewish and you watch the show, maybe you can provide a little insight on why, in my opinion, the Jewish culture, according to the numbers, would vote for something like this.
I find that ironic.
Okay, why don't we go to the mayor?
Because I'm sure he has something to say about this, right?
In my six months of being the mayor, I've had the privilege of appointing a dozen qualified judges from a range of backgrounds, including Jewish judges.
The mayor responded Wednesday that he did not ask for the religion of committee candidates.
I want to be clear that any suggestion that the composition of the advisory committee was motivated by religion is false.
I don't you guys share your thoughts about this so far.
Do you buy his reasoning that, hey, there's nothing here to see?
Let me know.
And while you're at it, please subscribe to the channel.
hit that like button at this moment so we can get this video out to more people like me and you.
And I'm so grateful that you guys decided to watch this video today.
Now, of course, as you have heard already, what are these Jewish attorneys doing exactly?
Well, they're sending a warning letter to the mayor.
Attorney Elizabeth Forspan, along with other Jewish legal professionals, have now sent a joint letter to Mayor Mom Dani,
expressing their disappointment over the lack of Jewish representation on the committee.
It's very, very disappointing, but it's very concerning.
You know, there is a high level of anxiety in the Jewish community in New York now.
And this does not make people feel any better.
Okay, so let's go back to why I find this entire story ironic, because this is what black people deal with in America.
And I'm talking about the race hustlers out there that say, hey, where are the representation?
We need more people who look like us to serve in positions of power.
So that's the IQ test I have for you guys.
Do you think this story is a nothing burger?
Or do you think Mondani is discriminating against Jews because obviously he's a Muslim?
And, you know, this isn't the only situation, by the way, that we can point to during his reign as mayor where it appears that way.
I'm curious.
I'd really love for you guys to answer that.
Now, the bottom line to this entire story, not only did he deny what's going on here, but they doubled down.
They refused to appoint any judge at this point in time who is Jewish.
Listen.
Okay, so we just heard the mayor, but do we have any idea how many Jewish candidates were vetted for these positions?
So, Jess, we don't have an official count.
The attorneys group did name one candidate in particular, a former judge who was rejected.
And the mayor today said that that came.
candidate in particular was rejected because he previously served on Galane Maxwell's legal defense team.
Okay, so they're standing by this decision saying that it's equitable. No plans to change at this point.
All right. If you've been following us for some time, you know we usually catch the local stories before mainstream media.
How do we accomplish that exactly? Well, we use this tool called ground news. This is the best tool you could be using to cut through the noise that's on the internet and figure out what the full picture is about stories in the media. And I'll give you a great example. This right here.
It's called a blind spot story, meaning only one side of the political spectrum is reporting on it.
This title, just listen to me here.
Video shows unfazed individuals during theory attack on New York federal building by X soldier.
This is the rhetoric that the left was using when the federal building was attacked by raging leptus.
You see how they water it down?
And if you were using this tool by ground news, you could see what the angles are from that side of the political spectrum.
And that's what Ground News is all about.

Okay.
So I think the reasoning they offered up there
in regards to why that Jewish judge was not appointed or hired,
kind of makes sense to me.
But again, this is just the long list of items
against the mayor. And we're going to move to the next one here, which is pretty short.
These immigrant-led coalition who own the supermarkets in New York City, they're threatening a
lawsuit against the mayor over his government-owned grocery stores. Let's listen.
The legal fight over New York City Mayor Zohraamam Dani's taxpayer-funded grocery store plan is
already taking shape. An immigrant-led coalition of supermarket owners, bodegas, and small
business groups known as the Multicultural Business Coalition says,
that it is preparing to sue the city, arguing that government back stores with taxpayer subsidies
and below market prices would create unfair competition and threaten neighborhood businesses.
Yeah, the coalition says it's giving City Hall a chance to meet before filing suit.
But if no deal is reached, the courtroom could become the next battleground over one of Momdani's signature campaign promises.
Now, this is the right move from the supermarkets.
It's not the bodegas, just so we're clear.
They're not in this fight yet.
But if things keep going the way that they are, I wouldn't be surprised if they join.
Bottom line is, supermarkets are already pushing back.
And we know why that is.
Again, let's look at the facts of the case.
A government-owned grocery store does not have to turn a profit, is more vulnerable to being robbed, okay?
More vulnerable to having low inventory because the price is so low, people immediately buy the items, and then they are sold out.
So how long does it take to replenish that?
And while this is all happening, who's paying for it?
New Yorkers.
So it violates supply and demand principles and free markets.
Now, let's go to one of these individuals who's leading up this lawsuit and what he had to say.
I'm suing the city.
And we want to sit down with the mayor, but they did not want to sit with us.
So what we're doing is legally sending a letter.
If they don't in three weeks, we're going to have to file.
We've tried everything to sit down with the mayor and it has not happened.
This lawsuit will not, I want to be very clear, it will not bring in the bodegas because the bodegas are not the ones that are risk right now.
It is the supermarkets.
They're the ones, and you know, you've helped a lot of supermarkets, you've done a lot for small business.
You know the margins are 3%.
To have 30% and fund it and use the money, also what they're doing is illegal because they didn't do a study to see how the impact study.
So there's a lot there that Mondani is going to have to deal with.
But, guys, we should be aware of what's happening in New York City because it is a in real-time
case study of what is to come if more Democrat socialists of America rise to power, whether
that is at the level of city government, state level as a governor potentially, like in
Wisconsin.
This is what's coming.
And so we should be aware and understand how to push back.
Now, having said that, let's move to our sanity report.
today. This is where I'm going to be reacting to clips about American culture, clips that have gone
viral online, and grade them. Where we're going to start first is in Los Angeles. And I don't
think this is a shocker to you, but it definitely deserves our reaction. This man says that he was
able to buy a meth pipe from a government-owned store. Let's play this now. This is a meth pipe.
I didn't get it from a drug dealer or Hunter Biden. I got it from a government-funded nonprofit in the
middle of Los Angeles for free. This is the Skid Row Care Campus. It opened last year with a mission
to do harm reduction. That might sound nice, but in reality, they're handing out drug paraphernalia
to the homeless, no questions asked. We went inside with a hidden camera to see exactly what was going
on. It's hard. It's simple. The staff gives out free pipes, needles, and drug supplies,
and the homeless smoke crack and shoot fentanyl in the courtyard.
No treatment, no rehab, no rules.
The worst part about all this is that you're paying for it.
Last year, local, state, and federal taxpayers sent $26 million to the Skidro Care Campus.
So your money is being used to fund left-wing activists and provide free meth pipes to the homeless.
So let's stop there.
26 million a year.
And listen, I would love to see the data on this, by the way.
Why are we giving end to their addictions?
I'm sure they probably have used some studies.
But let's just do this.
If we're going to go down this road and give them the meth pipe and we have to pay for it,
make sure it's not in downtown.
Okay?
Put that outside of town in some area that the local population,
who's actually producing and contributing to society,
doesn't really have access to.
I mean, that would make much more sense to me.
But in regards to tax dollars and why people continue to be homeless,
Karen Bass gets an F.
She's literally feeding one of the main reasons why people are homeless.
It's because they have substance abuse issues.
They're drug addicts.
Why would they get off these streets if they're continuing to be addicted to drugs?
I think you guys know the answer.
Okay, let's go to our next one here.
this continues to show why we do have a problem in America in regards to the value of life,
particularly babies in the womb.
According to this black woman here, an unborn baby is a parasite.
Let me tell her.
You want to know what it is?
It's a parasite.
Okay.
So no.
Yes, it is.
It is a literal living type of thing.
It's a parasite inside of its house.
It cannot survive outside of its host.
Do you know what a parasite is?
Yes.
It is something that's a parasite.
within something else, it cannot survive outside of the mother.
It can't survive outside of a host.
In order to be a parasite, it has to be a different species from the hose.
And two humans can only reproduce a human.
No, babe, no.
Yes.
A parasite is a living type of organism that cannot survive outside of its host.
A fetus cannot survive outside of its mother before 20 weeks.
I've been saying that the whole fucking time.
All right, I think that that's, that that's,
enough there. Obviously, a pre-born child cannot be a parasite for biological reasons. I'm not even
going to insult your guys' intelligence on that. The argument in regards to that the baby can't survive
without their host, the same exists when they are born. I mean, if they don't get that milk,
they're going to die. What are you talking about? They still need their host, meaning the mother,
to produce food or go to the store and get manufactured milk one way or another. Someone's going to have
to feed that baby and that baby ain't fed, that baby's going bye-bye. So does that standard still hold?
These people are idiotic. And not only that, this is a woman coming from a community that commits
42% of the abortion rate. I don't think we'll be taking advice from them in regards to abortion.
All right. So obviously, she gets an F-minus. Next one here. This is really going to blow your brains.
Leftis says that she thinks racist in America should actually not
face any consequences. Let's just say somebody who has raped a woman. Would you like them to be out
in the street? I think my answer is yes, even though that's a challenging answer to say. So if you got
would you like you're a rapist to be out of the street? Well, like let me finish because I have been
and they are out in the street. And I'm not sure like them going to jail is a solution to like whatever's
going on inside their heart or even my own heart that like contributed to that experience that I'm
having. And I don't want more people to get raped, but I don't know for certain that going into a
jail in the United States is going to shift anything inside of their like operating system so that
they'll make a different choice again. Okay. Let's just grant her argument. When people go to prison,
nothing changes. They're still a criminal for the rest of their lives. If we let them out,
they'll commit the same heinous act again. Oh, bingo. That's why they're sent to prison. Because if we let them out,
they are more than likely going to commit the same crime again.
Okay.
So the rate of individuals leaving prison and then returning is high.
It's been high for a very long time.
So we could argue that prison really isn't there to fix someone,
but what they are there at a minimum is to keep ignorant women like that safe.
But I don't think she realizes that.
I don't think she's thinking about safety.
And I wouldn't wish that experience upon anyone, especially her,
but sometimes people like her, maybe if they knew what actually goes through when something like that happens,
she probably wouldn't say things like that. And for that reason, she gets an F.
All right. Let's go to our next one. This is your standard raging liberal with severe case of TDS who says that if you still support MAGA, you are automatically a pedophile.
Am I the only one that these days just assumes that if you still identify as MAGA, you are automatically a pedophile?
and a Trump supporter in this day in 2026, July of 2026, if you're still actually supporting
that whole movement, you just automatically assume they're a pedophile.
Because it takes one to support one, right?
I mean, why on earth, other than being completely absent of any type of intellect whatsoever,
would you choose to support this?
Why?

Well, I have a couple of reasons for you.
and I think this is being objectively fair.
It's not necessarily about supporting MAGA or supporting Trump.
It's about understanding what the alternative is.
I just talked about how during COVID they lied to us, they kicked us out, they silenced us,
they canceled some people, kick military personnel out of the military.
They were tyrannical.
You're telling me that is not as worse as what's happening now.
I think it's worse than what's happening now.
And secondly, for someone who has had sexual abuse when he was a child,
I don't think I'm a pedophile.
And that's the problem with tribalism, folks,
is people let the talking points infect their brain to the point they have brain rot,
and they can't exercise the powerful word, also known as discernment.
And just because someone decides to support the policies of President Trump
doesn't automatically make them a pedophile.
If someone wants to support some of the principles that the MAGA movement talks about,
doesn't automatically make them a pedophile.
But when you come out and you talk that way, I would argue,
it automatically makes you an ignorant person.
And that's why she gets an F.
