And another major mistake from Zoramandani, he is now threatening landlords to seize their properties if they don't do exactly what he wants them to do.
Ken Paxson has officially beat out John Corny in the primary, making it 38 and O for President Trump and his endorsements.
And Jackson Dart is now in the news because he introduced President Trump, which makes him a racist according to the Internet.
Let's first start with Mondani and what he is proposing.
Take a look.
Through our new citywide campaign, Fix the City, we will focus on the worst landlords in New York City.
When necessary, we will take aggressive legal action to remove negligent owners and property managers.
And for buildings that have suffered chronic neglect, we will work to transfer ownership to responsible stewards.
Stewards that include community land trusts, non-profits, non-profits, or even the tenants themselves.
The third core plank of our plan is years overdue.
We will deliver the transformative investments that public housing has long needed, but not received.
So that's Zoroamandani today, celebrating the idea of seizing real estate in New York City from landlords he deems as unfit.
Now, this is an interesting announcement to say the least, and it sounds a little tyrannical if you ask me.
but let's just stick to the facts because New York City's housing problem is very simple.
Too many people, not enough units.
That's it.
That's the whole equation.
Now, I know I'm oversimplifying it, but the bottom line is the supply is not there.
So seizing buildings from bad landlords doesn't add a single unit.
Neither does freezing rents.
Neither does deciding who's a responsible steward.
I love to see what matrix they come up with that dictates whether or not someone is a good or bad landlord.
I want to ask, how did the rental rip-off hearings play a role in establishing this housing plan?
The rental rip-off hearings were critical in both underscoring the urgency of this work.
We all understand this, and yet in New York City, the longer you deal with a problem that remains unsolved,
the more intellectual it starts to feel. It is as if it is a part of life.
But when you sit across the table from a tenant who shows you a video of a mother with a young child who's disabled and how that mother has to carry that child in her bare hands every day from the school bus up the steps of the apartment building because that elevator is broken, you leave that room with an understanding of just how quickly this city needs to move to ensure that we're following up on code violations.
I agree with that. That's exactly what the city should be doing. But that's not going to address the housing.
crisis that has plagued New York City for quite some time now. They will continue to have a supply
issue because as it stands right now, the laws, the regulations, the permits just do not allow
the housing that would be required to truly bring rents down. So they will continue to have a rental
problem and he can cap rents all he wants. You're not going to bring the cost of living down
in New York City if the supply isn't there. It violates all principles.
But that is a good thing.
It violates all principles.
Now, let's go to this pastor out of New York City who went off on a tangent regarding
Zoroamandani and Democrats.
And the reason why I'm playing it, because I want to be objectively fair here.
And I'll give you my reaction.
But I first want you to hear it.
Watch.
When that boy, Mondami came on the scene, this nigger is a Muslim.
He is a jihadist, if you will, interfater if you must.
Hamas.
supporting anti-Jesus Muslim.
And niggas are talking about he got a good program.
I don't get what damn how good his program is.
He's a Muslim.
And Jesus is Lord.
And I'm voting for him and ain't tell nobody else to vote for.
The hell's wrong with you.
I'm tired of the Democrat Party making bitches out of our women and pussies out of our men.
I'm tired of it.
I'm tired of it.
All right, guys.
That's a little too much.
for me, okay? I'll be honest with you. And like I said, I'm objectively fair here. I don't,
I don't go to church to hear all that, okay? I don't want pastors get it into politics in that way.
Now, his emotions are right, but he should keep that outside of the church sermon, in my opinion.
Listen, at the end of the day, Zoroamandani will be judged by the results he's able to deliver
to New York. That's the bottom line to it. And so maybe his program will work. Maybe his brand of
socialism will work. It doesn't really matter what I think. Doesn't really matter what you think.
What matters is what will the results show. So far, they have not worked out in his favor.
All right. Let's go to our next update, and this is about the primaries. So Ken Paxson has officially
defeated John Cornyn as he moves to now face off with James Tilarico. But I want to react
to some of the voters who CNN interviewed right outside the voting station because I just find
their answers to be interesting, and I think you will, too, listen to this.
We're supporting Cornyn about whether they could vote for Paxton if you were to win the nomination.
Who'd you vote for? Cornynardin.
Why'd you vote for Cornyn?
Because Trump did not endorse him.
That was a big factor.
It makes me sick that the Republican Party is completely controlled by one man, Trump.
If Paxton wins a nomination, could you vote for him in the general election?
Hell no. No way.
What about in the general election if Paxing against the nomination?
could you vote from in November?
Yes.
I mean, I think I could, I mean, obviously I got to see who the other candidate is,
but I pretty much know who that's going to be.
So probably.
Yeah, Paxton versus Tolerica.
You prefer Paxton?
I think I would probably vote for Paxton.
Okay, let me clarify something here that I don't think gets enough attention.
Just because you are a Republican doesn't mean you are a conservative.
If you are a conservative, doesn't mean you're a Christian.
You'd be shocked at how many people have conservative values but do not actually practice Christianity.
You may be MAGA, but it doesn't mean you are a conservative or a Republican.
There's a lot of overlap.
And the bottom line is because there's such a diversity, which I find to be interesting,
that the Democrat Party screams about diversity.
But I would argue the Republican Party or people on the right are much more diverse
because intellectually we don't agree on everything.
So this guy's entitled to his opinion.
If he doesn't want to vote for Paxton, that's totally fine.
But to vote for James Tyler Rico in the state of Texas,
I didn't grow up here, but I'm not stupid either.
That would be a terrible move.
Let's go to this other voter.
Watch.
I was torn because I was going to go with Cromen.
Cornyn.
Cornyn.
But then Trump backed in.
I like who he.
He backs and so I went Republican.
So the president's endorsement was the deciding factor.
Yeah, it was.
I made one vote, and that was for Cornyn.
And why is that?
Primarily because he's not supported by Trump.
Oh, so President Trump's decision to endorse Paxton went against him.
Absolutely.
And why is that?
I think he's ruined my Republican Party.
I think he's divided America.
I think he's bad news.
and I still lean Republican, so I voted for Corny.
Would you vote for Paxton in November if he is the Republican nominee,
or would you consider James Tallerica?
No, it'd be Paxton then.
Die-hard Republican.
Now, before I sit down to do this video,
my wife and I, we went over to the voting station
and cast at our ballot for the primary,
and I'm sure you guys know who I voted for.
But the fact of the matter is this.
So the Republican Party is going to continue to have this war about post-Trump.
Okay.
So you're going to have the Mitt Romney's of the world or the rhinos of the world, sort of speak, that would try to regain power again.
You're still going to have to deal with people who identify as MAGA because they're not going to, you know, disappear all of a sudden because President Trump is leaving the White House.
And then you're going to still have the tried and true conservatives.
And, you know, so this is going to continue.
to be a fight is all I'm trying to communicate here.
A lot of concern, Anderson, nervousness, that this could be the end of a career that has
spent decades here in Texas that led to Cornyn holding a Senate seat since 2002, sending to the
top ranks of the Senate Republican leadership, but could see it come to an abrupt halt,
all in large part because of the president's late decision to get behind Kent Paxton
in this critical race that could determine the next Senate majority.
I talked to Senator Cornyn earlier today, and he bluntly warned,
Republicans against nominating Paxton, continue to attack them up until the final days of the campaign.
I asked him, why not back off these attacks, given that Paxton himself has called on the party to unite,
calling the party to have a positive message and to focus on James Tolerico instead.
But Cornyn defended his decision to go, continue to go negative, saying that voters deserve to hold Paxton accountable.
All right, let's go to calci.com here.
I think it's safe to say that the president still holds power over the Republican Party.
77 million people voted for him, okay?
And he's a force to be reckoned with.
He won't be here forever.
So hopefully they enjoy it while he's here because once he's gone, that's it.
All right.
So according to calci.com, Texas Republican Senate rent off margin of victory has now climbed to 20 plus points.
This is insanity.

This is a prediction market that you can obviously place bets against or for.
And yeah, the numbers are coming in.
...nights ago, next door in Louisiana, Senator Bill Cassidy became the first elected incumbent senator since 2012
to be denied renomination, to lose in a primary.
A Republican Bill Cassidy, who was opposed by Donald Trump in that Louisiana primary,
He was trounced in that primary.
Now, here we are about 10 days later, and here's Senator John Cornyn, elected in 2002, a 24-year incumbent.
And again, if this is what we're going to be looking at here in Texas when all is said and done something like this,
again, again, the power of that Trump endorsement, you know, they're going to be talking about that again.
And again, now, that would be two incumbent senators in the span of 10 days.
defeated in primaries.
We hadn't seen it in 14 years before that.
Yeah.
And according to the numbers, this is going to be 38 and O for President Trump
regarding the people he endorsed who end up winning their primaries.
38 and O.
Say what you want, but the numbers don't lie.
All right, let's talk about a little bit of culture.
Here is the view today, losing their minds,
because the quarterback of the New York Giants, Jackson Dart,
introduced the president of the United States and last week's rally.
Take a listen to this.
Only fair game, apparently, is when it supports the left.
Athletes are praised for political activism,
but only if it checks certain boxes.
Apparently, Giants quarterback Jackson Dart's introduction of President Trump
checked the wrong box.
Without further ado, I'm grateful.
I'm honored.
I'm pleasure to introduce the 45th and 47th president of the United States America, President Donald J. Trump.
Benign, uncontroversial, not even political, and yet even DART's own teammates called him out over it.
Giants linebacker Abdul Carter posting on X before deleting it, thought this blank was AI.
What we doing, man.
Another former NFL player, Emmanuel Ocho, took it further.
It's time to have an uncomfortable conversation about what the hell.
hell is going on in New York. Jackson Dart, the quarterback, supporting President Donald Trump?
Here is my issue. Jackson Dart, you know how several of your brothers, your teammates,
your friends, your rider dies, how they might feel about this individual. So I don't think
there's a lot of wisdom or discernment in very publicly supporting an individual who many of your
teammates feel offended by. I heard zero of this conversation when Steph Curry, for example,
spoke at the Democratic National Convention
in support of Kamala Harris.
All right, shout out to Will Kane,
because I think he summed it up pretty quickly there,
but I want to actually focus on another thing here.
See, the argument against Jackson Dart
isn't that he's wrong.
It's that most of his teammates on the New York Giants are black.
So he's wrong for introducing President Trump
because President Trump, in their eyes, is a racist.
That's how convoluted their criticism is here.
It's astounding.
Now, I want you to see.
sit with that for a second. The claim is that a grown man's political choices should be
dictated by the racial makeup of the people he works with. You just can't make it up. Let's go
to the view. Here they are doubling down on that very idea. There's somebody to back a guy
like Trump whose history and discrimination and racism goes back to housing discrimination.
In the 70s. In the 70s. Dei attacks and posting pictures of the Obama's as apes.
When he's on a team that's 55% to 60% the NFL is that many people,
that much percentage of black people, blacker, that that is just the definition of stupidity
and racist, in my opinion.
And the people on the field, having been on teams, you know, the whole point is, we're in this
together and it's kind of got that foxhole mentality.
We're out there, we're playing together.
To not, even if that is what you believe, which I let anyone, that's the beauty of America,
it's the most liberal belief, that we can all have our own belief.
I get that.
But there would be consequences.
You're the quarterback,
which is a central player on that field.
Are you paying attention to what's happening here?
They keep saying that everyone's entitled to their opinion
right before explaining why this 23-year-old quarterback
and his opinion makes him racist.
Imagine that.
That's how they do it.
Here's the thing about this.
Steve Kerr, Greg Popovich,
even Stefan Curry at times,
has called out the president during press conferences
that have nothing to do.
with politics.
I'm only tuning in for sports,
but they have no smoke for them.
Clear double standard and selective outrage here.
That's all it is.
It's a lack of consistency.
If you don't like it when people on the right do it,
you should call it out when people on the left do it.
But that doesn't happen in the United States of America
because tribalism is leading what they're saying.
That's behind all of the rhetoric.
And the majority, it's actually 75% of New York Giants
and the NFL as a whole are black or non-war.
white to not think about the most recent offenses from the eight video to these voting rights
things, which even people that aren't that dialed in are recognizing, wait, are you now just
going to marginalize and completely disenfranchised to have thought about how that might feel
to your team?
And that's the bottom line, folks.
They care more about people's feelings than they do about the results.
And that's what people get elected for, not by the way they make you feel, but hey,
this person's more likely to get the results I want.
The probability is higher.
Doesn't mean they always will.
Doesn't mean they're going to deliver on every single promise.
But who's more likely to get there?
And if we go back, President Trump versus Kamala Harris,
I mean, the border alone proves that he was the right choice.
I mean, let's just say his presidency ends.
He doesn't do anything else for the rest of his presidency.
At least he closed the border.
Can we give him that?
Is that okay?
All right.
Why don't you guys give me your thoughts in the comments section below to the stories?
As usual, what do you make a, uh,
Kid Paxson went in the primary, beating out John Corny officially.
He will face James Tilerico.
What do you make, Mondani, continuing to double down on socialism policies,
now threatening these landlords that if they don't do what he wants them to do,
he's going to seize their properties.
And then give me your reaction to Jackson Dart, especially if you are a Giants fan.
