All right, so it's another day and another example of Democrats refusing to condemn the violence against ICE officials. President Trump also weighed in with his reaction, and the Department of Justice is now suing the state of California for violating Title IX. We're going to show you what both sides are saying in this video and then give you the bottom line. Mayor Bass, this is kind of more of a broader national question. And reports indicate that ICE agents and police officers in Texas have been targeted in ambushes, including an Alvarado where Salon's and tactical gear allegedly lured officers with fireworks before opening fire. Given your strong opposition to federal immigration enforcement actions in Los Angeles, how would you address similar escalations of violence against law enforcement in Texas? And what steps would you propose to prevent such unrest from spreading to Los Angeles while balancing community safety in your sanctuary city policies? Well, let me just say that the quote-unquote riots that were reported never happened.

We did have a couple of incidences of vandalism and looting, but the way it was portrayed nationally was like the whole city was up in flames, the comparison to 1992, which was completely 100% inappropriate. And I think the example that you use, I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with it, it was from some other state. Yes, Texas, 11. I have no idea what happened in Texas. What I do know is what happened in Los Angeles. 11 people were... Mayor, 11 people were arrested for trying to attack ICE agents and federal law enforcement.

So I was just trying to get your perspective on how you're going to contain the situation here in Los Angeles and the unrest. I can't respond to Texas. Okay. Thank you. Okay. So number one, this is another day and another example of Democrats refused to condemn the violence against ICE officials. As you know, the violence is up 700%, which leads me to number two. Instead of focusing on helping ICE officials, she wants to sue the Trump administration

to get a lower court judge to issue an injunction to block ICE officials from doing their job in her sanctuary city, which also brings me to number three. She wants to protect all immigrants. Key word, all immigrants, which in my opinion means criminals. Take a look. Courts, we will still go to for a remedy as we are today. It is critical that we use every single venue, every single possibility of seeking justice. And that's what we're doing today. And I do hope that the courts especially issue this injunction and stop this.

But one thing about our city, and I say this every time because I think it's so important, our city is definitely united. You don't see dissension here. You see a city that is united because this is who we are. We are a city of immigrants and we will stand with Angelinos regardless of what country they came from, when they got here, or why they're here. And so with that, I am proud to stand in unity as we filed this lawsuit and seek justice. And hopefully that will come in the form of an injunction.

Bottom line is, she's not going to find much success. with this. But this is their next move, and it's the only thing they can do besides doing their

job, which she's not going to do. She claims she wants to keep Angelino safe, but she allows criminal legal aliens to reside in her sanctuary city, and she prevents local law enforcement from collaborating with federal authorities to get them out. So how does that make sense exactly? And here's the other question. How does her response when it comes to McArthur Park make sense? because we know federal authorities went in there on Monday to sweep the place. She claims the place is safe. They say it's not who's telling the truth here. Well, let's first hear her side of the story, and then I'll show you the other side.

They've said that at MacArthur Park is run by MS-13, that they're gangs, that there's all sorts of problems, drug use there. And you know what? We have a police department. We have a police department that is clearly- Do you think they're doing a good job there, though? Well, I absolutely think they are, and we've been working together along with. with the council person. These problems can't be solved overnight. The park is in much better situation than it was. We've had a dramatic drop in violent crime. And so what problem were they

here to solve? We didn't ask for them to come. Chief McDonald didn't say, hey, we need some help. Nobody asked for their help. So what was the point? Okay. So number one, she's a blatant liar. It's like she took a page out of Gavin Newsom's political book. Just gaslight the people. Don't tell the truth and try to make it sound good because that's what she's doing. Listen, you don't even have to be involved in politics to know that you're not interested in going to majority of the parks in Los Angeles County because most of them are not in good condition because, number one, there's a lot of homeless. Number two, there are people doing drugs there. Three, there are gang activities. I'm not saying 100% of the parks are that way, but most of them are. And this happens

to be the park with a long history of having drug and gang issues. So, for her to act like it's all good, just shows you how disingenuous she is as a leader. Now, to prove my point that she is a liar, because I want to make sure I back up my statements, here is NBC for local affiliate on the ground there in Los Angeles, did a story last year in 2024 September showing how bad McArthur Park really is. Take a look. The problems in and around MacArthur Park are getting worse. And those who spend time there every day say they're fed up. Those complaints continue weeks after Langer's Deli threatened to close due to drugs, crime, and other issues.

NBC4's Alex Rozier was at the park today. He joins us live on what he heard out there as well. Alex. Colleen and Annabelle, we are live tonight a few blocks from MacArthur Park, as we felt that this is really the closest we can get and report live safely nearby. But today we went into the park and got a close look at a very sad situation. MacArthur Park has the potential to be one of the prettiest parks in the city. But if you visit it today, this is a sampling of what you'll see. This is a forgotten part. Complaints from the community continue weeks after Langer's deli across the street

threatened to close after nearly 80 years in business. I've been complaining about this for ages. Norm Langer blames nearby crime, drug use, and mental illness as a reason he's lost a third of his long-time business. It's somewhat out of control. The park is in Los Angeles Council member Eunice Hernandez District. She said in part, quote, the challenges facing MacArthur Park are not new, but we are bringing in unprecedented resources to address the decades of neglect that have devastated the area. She later said her office launched a street medicine team and secured $3 million that will help people here

who are in need of housing or impacted by substance use. All right. So one, where did they get the three? million dollars. Number two, did they actually spend the $3 million because we know if you were to do an audit on homelessness in California, they can't tell you where the money went. They can only tell you that it was spent. So again, this is a complete joke. I had to show you guys that clip because again, this is happening under Karen Bass, and it shows you how much of a liar she really is and that she still refuses to condemn the violence against ICE officials, which takes me not only

from the state level, but to the federal level with Hakeem Jeffries, was asked to the same question about the violence. Here's what he said. Many of your Democratic colleagues are facing angry voters back in their districts. According to Axios, some are even being told they need to be more willing to go out there and get shot when fighting, that was a direct quote, get shot, when fighting back against some of Trump's policies, one House Democrat saying, quote, and I'll read it to you, our own base is telling us that what we're doing is not good enough.

There needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public. How do you respond to that, Leader Jeffries? Are Democrats not meeting the moment, not doing enough to fight these developments? Well, we are in a more is more environment in terms of the unprecedented assault on the American way of life in our country that has been launched by Donald Trump and compliant House Republicans. More speeches, more rallies, more protests, more sit-ins, more press conferences, more town hall meetings in Democratic districts and Republican districts. We're in a more is more environment and will continue to lean in aggressively.

Okay, so that's all you need to know about this first story. Democrats refuse to condemn violence against ICE officers. This is not your father or your grandfather's Democrat Party. They are so far gone. It's not even funny at this point. Now, to back up my statement and why this is just getting out of hand, now you have Senator Booker and Senator Alex Paddy. introducing a bill that would require ICE officials to show their ID when they plan to detain

someone. Take a look. You have a new bill proposed by two Democrat senators, Booker and Padilla, California, and New Jersey requiring immigration officers to display clear identification while doing law enforcement work. I mean, it's so despicable that they don't, they're pretending they don't understand why these guys have to have their faces covered. You have a tweet from Geraldo Rivera, once of Fox News fame, saying it's deeply disturbing to see masked ice agents sweeping into neighborhoods and parks seeking anyone with brown skin. Memo to ice, I don't blame you. I blame your bosses. But note this, a job cannot be honorable if it requires you to hide your face when performing your duty. The faces are hidden so people can't go after their families. Now, the problem with politics is usually logic is not factored in. So logic will tell you the reason why they're doing this,

as you just heard, is to protect their families, to protect their identity, because they're dealing with people who are part of the cartel, MS-13, et cetera, et cetera. But that's not good for Democrats, because we know they don't even like ICE to begin with. And quite frankly, they've already been encouraging their base to attack ICE officials, which we've seen in a multitude of stories at this point. Now, here is President Trump just this morning responding to this news. Take a listen. Two Democratic senators now, Cory Booker and Alex Padilla, have a new bill out.

They want to require CBP and ICE officers to have legible IDs, and they don't want CBP or ICE officers covering their faces. Would you ever sign that? Well, they wouldn't be saying that if they didn't hate our country, and they obviously do, I'm surprised that they would do it, knowing a little bit about them. I don't know them well. But these officers are doing a tremendous job. They're great patriots. If you expose them because of, you know, statements like have been made by Democrats and others on the left, usually, mostly, I think probably exclusively. You put them in great danger, tremendous danger.

And it's sort of funny when people pick it in front of Columbia in front of Harvard and they have masks on more than masks. I mean, you can't see anything. Nobody complains about that. But when a patriot who works for ICE or Border Patrol puts a mask on so that they won't recognize him and his family, so they can lead a little bit of a normal life after having worked so hard and so dangerously, there's a problem with that.

So they have their, this is why this is the problem with the Democrats. They have a lot of bad things going on, their heads. They've really become very, they've lost their confidence, number one, and they're really, they've become somewhat deranged. I want to do whatever's necessary to protect our great law enforcement people, and they are right at the top of the list. And what's fascinating to me is you have yet to hear illegal aliens being shot and murdered by ICE officials, but what you have heard is American citizens and illegal aliens shooting at ICE officials, which led to one law enforcement officer being shot in the neck. So how can we really compare those? But that's what

Democrats are trying to do in their head, this math that doesn't make sense. And so now what we're going to do is show you a clip from the ICE deputy director of what she had to say, including the names of Democrats who are co-sponsoring this bill. Take a look. So there are some Democrats now who want to make moves to identify ICE officers who are involved in these deportation proceedings. It's a so-called visible act. Here are the co-sponsors. Cory Booker, Alex Padilla, among them, Richard Blumenthal, Tammy Duckworth. What this act would do would require a clear display of agency name or acronym when somebody is affecting an arrest. Clear display of officer name or badge number, no face coverings that obscure officers' identity with exceptions for safety or

specific operations. Your response to all of this, I mean, these officers go out on the seats, they're fully identified. They identify themselves. They're wearing body armor that has the name of the agency on it. But for safety reasons, not wanting to be doxed, a lot of them are wearing face coverings. You're seeing them wear face coverings because the Democrats continue to take the sides of the criminals and put our ICE officers in danger. You saw this over the last couple of weeks. arrest numbers continue to increase from ISIS standpoint. And with that, what we're seeing is a huge increase of violence against ICE officers up over 700%. These ICE officers are serving the American people, putting the American people first, and the Democrats want to go after their families and

their kids and docks them and make sure that they're unsafe. And in reality, they are just enforcing the immigration laws that are on the books in the United States. They are keeping the American people safe. At this point, I feel like I sound like a broken record. I'm having to repeat myself constantly, as it pertains to this entire debate. And it's fascinating that Democrats themselves have not realized this. If you truly want to see change in our country, it requires two things. Number one, you need to be a product of what you want to be sold, meaning you need to be the change that you want to see. And two, you need to put pressure on your congressional leaders to change the law.

I don't get why they don't realize that. And for the record, historically, that is exactly what has happened in our country when we wanted to see changes. I don't know. Let's use an example like the Civil Rights Act. Nothing changed until elected leaders started to get pressure to pass a piece of legislation like that. But what do I know?

I'm just an American citizen. I love my country. I'm not an idiot. I know burning down businesses. I know attacking law enforcement officials is not going to. give me the results I want. If I want change, I should be going down to Capitol Hill and pressuring my elected leaders to do so. I think that just makes too much sense. And maybe that's why they don't see it. Now, here's President Trump weighing in once again, and he believes someone is

behind this funding the violence. Take a look. In Alvarado, Texas, a few days ago, 10 people wearing all black allegedly set off fireworks outside an ICE office to lure the officers out so they could ambush them, shoot at them. They had guns and vests and two-way radios. Do you think that this was an isolated incident, or do you think there's a national threat of a left-wing militia that is targeting ICE and CBP? Well, I think you have some very stupid people in the left

who have some money that are making it available to these people, because you look at the guns they had, they were brand new. You look at even the clothing they were wearing, it looked like it just came out of some military shop. So you have some very stupid people that, if anything ever happened, they'd be the first to go. They don't understand that. They'd be the first to go. They'd be the first ones hit.

But there is money being put behind people. When you look at the weapons they have, the newness of the weapons, rifles that just came out, and they have the latest model. So there's something going on, and we'll get to the bottom of it. And what do you think the penalty should be for these people who are? they are found guilty for people who shoot at ICE officers. Very, very stiff. Very stiff. A long time in jail.

A long time. And one got hit yesterday in the neck. And he fortunately, it's going to be okay. But he got hit yesterday in the neck. No good. All right. So the most frustrating thing about all of this to me is the hatred they have for President Trump is more important than they love they have for this country.

And what I mean by that is instead of attacking ICE officers, instead of disrespecting their service, their sacrifice, they should be protesting their congressional leaders. But as I say that, I know that makes sense. The problem is it won't make sense for people who are radical. So let's continue to pray that things do not escalate as it pertains to the safety and the well-being of these ICE officers. Now, let's go to our next story. and this is all about Gavin New Scum once again. Now, the timing of this announcement also is going to get overshadowed by the whole Jeffrey Epstein debacle because it involves Pam Bondi. They have now announced an official lawsuit against California for violating Title IX.

What does that mean? California continues to allow boys to play in girls' sports. And now the Department of Justice is taking them to court over it. Take a look. The Justice Department suing California over alleged Title IX violations. The lawsuit cites Governor Gavin Newsom's own words that biological males competing to women's sports is, quote, deeply unfair. The Justice Department slams policies that eviscerate equal athletic opportunities for girls, and they also require girls to share in intimate spaces such as locker rooms with boys, causing a hostile educational environment that denies girls' educational opportunities.

We investigated this, the Office of Civil Rights, that the Department of Education investigated. We told Governor Newsom that we'd be in the... investigating these violations. We found California to be in violation of Title IX. We turned it over to the Justice Department, and they announced this morning that they were filing suit against California. So, you know, this is something that President Trump campaigned on. His promises made and promises kept. I think it's just, it is just totally unfair to have men competing against women in sports and also to share their intimate locker facilities, et cetera.

And women fought hard for these rights. And it is the law and the president means business with it. All right. So for my critical thinkers out there, multiple things can be true about this announcement. Number one, it's exactly what California deserves. They should absolutely lose in court and boys do not belong in girls' sports. Bottom line. And number two, what is also true,

that the Department of Justice, led by Pambani and their timing of this announcement, once again, is going to be overshadowed by their incompetence surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. And politically, that's just a reality. You know, it's not my opinion. All you have to do is just pay attention to the comment section of every post coming from Pan Bondi. None of them are good. All right.

And that leads me to number three. They did put a video together, her and Linda McMahon. And I want you to hear what she had to say. Take a look. Thank you, Secretary McMahon, for all of your hard work. And today, the Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against California, Department of Education, and the governing body for women's sports in California. We've made it very clear. Only women in women's sports under Title IX. An example in California, a boy who was in track and field. He would have lost every race. Yet in women's sports, he won over three dozen. Those medals should be returned to the women. As well as no boys will be allowed in women's locker rooms. No longer.

We have sued Maine. We're in litigation with Minnesota. We've sent multiple letters. And if you do not comply, you're next. The Department of Education and the Department of Justice, we will protect girls in girls' sports. Yeah. So these states that are run by Democrat governors, they don't care what President Trump has ordered. Okay. They hardly respect Title IX. They really wanted to do what Biden was trying to do, which is to change Title IX, but the Supreme Court struck that down. Let's thank common sense on that one. I don't believe this is really going to stop California from doing what California does. They're woke. There's no question. I mean, let's just first start with this whole Governor Gavin Newscom and continuing to defy title nine.

They are now investigating James Comey and John Brennan. This is the former FBI director and former CIA director in regards to the Russia hoax. Now, some people are not buying this announcement because they question the timing of it, given the debacle of Jeffrey Epstein. But we talked about it.
