Starting point is 00:00:00 Behind every F-35 jet is a Canadian company, horizontal tails built in Winnipeg, engine sensors from Ottawa, and stealth composite panels crafted in Loonenburg to name just a few. Thanks to thousands of skilled Canadian workers, the F-35 aircraft is delivering unmatched capabilities for 20 allied nations around the world, and will generate more than $15.5 billion in industrial value for Canada. Starting point is 00:00:30 So the shooting that took place at the San Diego mosque earlier today, where there was actually two shooters, three people who have been left dead. Well, the media has already decided to manipulate people on the details. Also, Spencer Pratt is now trolling Karen Bass with another viral ad, and the president had a huge announcement and a big win for seniors. Let's start with what happened in San Diego. Take a listen. The news we started this show with the deadly shooting at that mosque in San Diego, the Islamic Center of San Diego. multiple law enforcement officials just briefed tell CNN that hate speech, bigotry was scrawled on one of the suspects' weapons.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Let's get right to CNN's Josh Campbell. Josh, tell us more. Well, San Diego police said a short time ago they were treating this as a hate crime until it's not is how the police chief described it, but we're getting these critical new details about the alleged suspects in the incident. Multiple law enforcement sources tell CNN that one of the suspects in the shooting took a firearm from their parents' home left a suicide note that contained writings about racial pride. The specifics of the language were not immediately clear.
Starting point is 00:01:38 But as you mentioned, we're also learning about what was actually on one of the weapons that was left behind at the scene. Speech was scrolled on the weapon used in today's shooting. And that tracks with some of the past performative aspects of various attacks that we've seen, where the alleged suspect or gunman wants people to know what the motive is. Sometimes it's difficult. Authories have to really bear down and work hard to try to figure out what was motivating something to do, someone to do something. Here it appears they're laying it out with their purported suicide note left at one of
Starting point is 00:02:10 the suspects home containing racial language and racial language left on the barrel of the gun itself. Now, you just heard part of what the motive was according to the media. And this is why I said they've been caught line. Because as we go through the story, you're not only going to see a pitcher, but you're and learn the history of this mosque. And you're going to start asking the question, how could someone who potentially was the shooter allegedly and who was also Muslim, allegedly, how could that be a hate crime exactly? Just a little over two hours ago, authorities were
Starting point is 00:02:42 called to the Islamic Center of San Diego due to reports of gunshots. He said they arrived within about four minutes, police did, and then found these three men victims in the parking lot of the mosque. He said authorities then went to try to enter the mosque, as they often do, they'll try to identify any potential shooter. But then police got calls of yet more shots fired at another area near the mosque. They then went to that location. They said they learned that there was a landscaper there who had been fired upon, but thankfully was not struck by bullets. But here, I have to admit, it's the most strange, bizarre, however you want to describe it, part. Authorities say that they found two men ages 17 and 19 in a vehicle. They believed to be the suspects. They
Starting point is 00:03:32 believe they died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. That raises a lot of questions about, hey, who those people are, but obviously what potential motivation there was here. We have had this question over the last couple hours, whether the shooter or shooters, plural, may have been associated with this mosque or whether this was complete, you know, targeted violence from the outside. side, we did appear to get some indication of an answer to that from the police chief because he said that they've now brought in the FBI, the San Diego Field Office. He said they are treating this as a hate crime until they've determined that it's not. Yeah, so they say it's a hate crime that is behind this. But how could that be if it's a Muslim killing other Muslims?
Starting point is 00:04:14 You guys answer that question for me in the comment section. Now let's go to the source of this problem. What would motivate someone who's 17 years old to pick up a firearm and kill someone? It's the ideas that are in their mind. And how did they get the ideas? Well, they're clearly eating up negative information every day, whether that's from the Internet or the people they're hanging around. See, we seem to, in America, forget about personal responsibility. And this is why it's so important to protect your mind and your children.
Starting point is 00:04:42 You know, you've got to be careful who they're listening to. Because this is not normal behavior as my point. You only get to this level of behavior because of what you think about all day long. And these people are thinking nothing but negativity and how some people need to be killed as a result. And we've already seen this. All right, let's go to the president. Here's what he had to say in reaction. They're giving a briefing on it a little while.
Starting point is 00:05:10 At the mosque, they're giving a briefing. And it's a terrible situation. I've been given some early updates, but we're going to be going back and looking at it very strong. All right. So it was brief. Now, here's an exercise you'll have to, or I encourage you to play with during this week as the reactions roll it. So according to the reporting, I'll read it to you verbatim. Hate speech on the gun.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Anti-Islam writings in the car. A note about racial pride. Two teams drove to the San Diego Moss already planning this. And the security guard who kept it from being worse died essentially doing his job. So the question is this. How will people react to those writings? And will they show it to us? I mean, that's another question.
Starting point is 00:05:52 So let's wait until we actually see it as proof. Let's say it's all real. It is true. How will they react to that? But here's what people need to know about this mosque. The Islamic Center of San Diego has had a controversial reputation in the community for years because of its ties to two 9-11 hijackers. Nawaf al-Hasmi and Khalid al-Madar were known to have attended the Islamic Center of San Diego
Starting point is 00:06:14 while living in San Diego before the attacks. They also learned how to fly planes in Miramar. And more recently, the mosque's Imam, Taha Hassan, well, he became a controversial figure in the community himself. He was initially brought into San Diego for his interfaith efforts to help bridge relationships between the Muslim, Jewish, and Christian communities. But after October 7th, major outrage, after making comments that resistance is justified when people are occupied, comments many people viewed as defending or rationalizing Hamas. He has spewed a lot of anti-Israel rhetoric from his pulpit. his wife also facing controversy after October 7th, after she posted an image depicting a star of David beheading babies, a post that sparked outrage in the Jewish community. The mosque has also frequently held events with CARE, the Council on American Islamic Relations.
Starting point is 00:07:01 And as many of you know, CARE was named in 2008 as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest Hamas terror financing case in U.S. History, the Holy Land Foundation, care has denied wrongdoing, was never charged with a crime, but the organization's history and ties have remained a source of controversy for years. Now, as we continue to follow this story, we don't know yet the full motive or the identity of the shooters. All right. That was Stella Escobito. She's a news anchor out of San Diego, currently with one American news network, but also work formerly for CBS affiliate. Bottom line is, she lays it out. The history behind this mosque.
Starting point is 00:07:36 So as the mainstream media ramps up their propaganda, I want to make sure that you get all of the information that is available at this point. I told you, people on the right. particularly people who don't like Muslims, you will hear them spew words that say, all Muslims need to be deported. That's what you'll hear. On the left, you'll hear gun control, and when it comes to the media, you're going to hear lies and them misleading you. But the fact remains regarding this story, it's a tragedy. No place of worship, regardless of the religion, should be targeted.
Starting point is 00:08:09 And the bottom line here is, I believe this is a breakdown again of the family. because that young man lost his way somewhere, somehow, and where was his father? It's a very good question. One more clip for you as we wrap up this story. Police say they are, quote, treating this as a hate crime until it's not. And we are already hearing from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department here and on the East Coast from the NYPD, the patrols are being increased around area mosques. Attacks on houses of worship, be they mosques, synagogues or churches are a growing concern for law enforcement across the country.
Starting point is 00:08:48 But what makes this one a particular concern is the fact that there were two shooters that is highly unusual and speaks to coordination. So law enforcement will be urgently trying to determine if the shooters were self-motivated or inspired by, possibly even directed by, some sort of organized groups. Brett. Jonathan Hart live in Los Angeles. Jonathan, thanks. Okay, let's just pause for this quick, important update. Do you owe back taxes or have unfiled tax returns? Did you retire and suddenly get hit with a huge tax bill you didn't expect?

So take advantage of the free investigation call with them today by giving them a call. That number is 1866-686-0279. that is 1866-68-6-8-6-0279 or go to tnusa.com for slash devori. All right, so let's stay in California as we go to Spencer Pratt. And at this point, I mean, he's just trolling Karen Bass. I mean, he's having fun and he continues to put out this content that just shows he is, he might be a force to be reckoned with here. I mean, a lot of power players are now coming out publicly and saying that they're voting for Spencer Pratt.
Starting point is 00:10:38 And so this could be a huge not only IQ test for the people of Los Angeles, but a huge shift overall, especially what that area has been plagued with. So let's go to this ad that he just put out, and I think you guys will find it fun. Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down, and I had to take a minute to run for mayor. I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air. Before I spent most of a note to the rubble yope to my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as a prince. That is just gold. And obviously it's a reaction to people criticizing him for having a hotel room at the Bel Air Hotel or living with his grandfather in another city.
Starting point is 00:12:14 And the interesting part about these people when they criticize them for that, it's like, well, where else is he supposed to live? His house burned down. You want him to live on the dirt? I'm not understanding what the criticism is exactly. Like they were looking for this moment of hypocrisy because he might have been staying at the Bel Air Hotel. Let's just saying he stayed there. Let's say he is staying there. What is the problem with that exactly? I think that he is tapping into a general sense of anger that people have,
Starting point is 00:12:41 not just in Los Angeles, but in many other places around our country. All right, Kennedy, you've been following this very closely. A big weekend in the race. Why are people angry in Los Angeles? That's so weird. Actually, Karen Bass, I have been all across the country, especially recently. I've lived in Los Angeles at the better part of my adult life, and I will tell you people are angrier there than they are anywhere else in the country. And they are no angrier than in Pacific Palisades where, like Spencer Pratt, they have been displaced. And under your mayorship insurance companies, they don't have to pay for people to rebuild their homes. And they know the longer they delay, the more likely people are to take settlements that
Starting point is 00:13:29 are pennies on the dollar that are a pittance for anything that would actually allow them to rebuild their homes and their lives. And she just nails it because it's the basic things as an elected representative. You keep people safe. You keep the streets clean. You take care of the children. But that's not what Karen Bass has been up to. And quite frankly, a lot of these socialists around the country, that's not their concern.
Starting point is 00:13:55 Their concern is being empathetic towards criminals. towards crime, towards illegal immigration, towards homeless. And the problem with that is you, what? You forget about the people who got you elected. That's exactly what happened with Karen Bass. So we'll see, again, this current election is about the primary. So who's going to advance? And I'm confident it's going to be Spencer Pratt and Karen Bass.
Starting point is 00:14:22 Well, you brought up the IQ test for California, and California is actually seeing there's like 900,000. Republican ballots already. I mean, that's like five times what it normally is in early voting. Yeah, and not only that, you know Spencer Pratt, his ads have been making the rounds
Starting point is 00:14:41 and they've been going viral. Those ads are not paid for. Those are not political ads. Those are just people using AI to make ads. So there is an angry constituency out there that is ready for change. And look, California at base has a very capitalist mindset.
Starting point is 00:14:55 You know, for all the communist speeches you hear at the Oscars, Hollywood is the most capitalist enterprise in America. They do not want their dreams crushed anymore than anybody else. So every now and again, they wake up as if from a deep sleep and they elect a Republican. And that's why common sense is all you need. Okay, common sense would tell you people like Karen Bass have no business running cities. Not at all.
Starting point is 00:15:21 There's no way. New York City is finding that out every single day. Seattle's finding that out. Chicago has definitely found that out. And the problem is it's not even the people. It's just the policies that they support. They don't work. And what do they say as a response?
Starting point is 00:15:40 Well, it didn't work then. I have a better way of doing it. It's just interesting. The people of these cities are telling these elected representatives what they need. But for some reason, they're not able to connect the dots. And it's a total contradiction. In fact, let's go to this next story because the president gets it regarding drug costs in America. So he had in a ceremony today, an announcement.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Mark Cuban was there, by the way, of all people. And it's official. Trump RX will now list over 600 generics on the website. And so this is supposed to be a record-breaking update. Let's listen to it now. Today I'm thrilled to announce that we're increasing the number of drugs available on Trump RX by nearly seven times adding over 600 affordable generics to the website working with industry partners. Cost-effective generic drugs are often available at just a tiny fraction of the price of their brand name equivalents.
Starting point is 00:16:41 And in theory, they're the same thing. Sometimes they're better with the same dosage, the same effectiveness, and the same active ingredients. Yet many consumers do not think to ask for them. they don't know about them. By incorporating this massive catalog of low-cost generics at TrumpRX.gov, consumers will now have one source to ensure that they're getting the lowest possible cost on their prescription. So they have a real option now.
Starting point is 00:17:09 Today they have something that they've never had before. They've never had anything like this or even close. Now let's stop for a second. Zoom out. See, this is a policy where the president has been doing a lot of good work on. But do you think it's going to get any attention? No. Not during this entire war with Iran.
Starting point is 00:17:28 It won't. That is the consequence of what's happening. And so, you know, I love hearing this. I love when we're taking care of our seniors and refining ways to make sure that they can continue to live a nice life. And so kudos. But again, will this get any attention? No. But I will tell you what did get attention, Mark Cuban.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Take a look. Thank you for having me, Mr. President. I think other than you, I've been the biggest proponent of TrumpRX.com. And the reason for that is Republicans want cheaper drugs, independents want cheaper drugs, Democrats want cheaper drugs, and together, I think we're going to do something special. What makes cost plus drugs different is that when you click through Trump RX to our site, not only will you see a great price, but you'll see our actual cost
Starting point is 00:18:18 and that we only market up 15%. And what makes this incredible, Mr. President, all the volume and all the people that are going to come from the site, as our volumes go up, our costs go down, which means we'll be ended up charging less to people over a period of time. Yeah. So you got to hear what Mark Cuban had to say about this. I mean, it's a total surreal situation. I mean, remember, it was Mark Cuban that endorsed Kamala Harris. I mean, I'm sure he regrets it, but he won't say that publicly, of course. And really, what does that matter at this point? Do you have people getting together to solve problems? This is exactly why you elect people who think this way. They're businessmen. They're all in it to make sure that they can go to the marketplace and provide a good product.
Starting point is 00:19:02 So again, that's a great thing here. But the Kamala Harris point, let's go to it, because here's what the president had to say about that. It's pretty remarkable seeing you and Mark Cuban up there and the fact that, obviously, Mark Condors Kamala Harris back in 2020. Well, he made a mistake. It was a big mistake. What does this say about what you two are building here? Well, it says we love people.
Starting point is 00:19:24 We love our country. He wants to, he's got a good company, and he's going to do a lot of business with this. And I'm going to get drugs out through Amazon, through the whole group, and we're going to get drugs out. And Mark wanted to be a part of it. And I think Mark was very gracious. He said, this is something that really works. The first time you've seen it. Now, the pushback with Trump RX is that all the president really did is rebranded what already existed.
Starting point is 00:19:49 But this is way beyond that at this point. They have expanded the list. Okay, I told you guys, it's over 600 different generic drugs. So that's a plus. Costs are going to come down with the collaboration of Mark Cuban and what he's been doing. And three, it's a one-stop shop. So that kind of makes sense. Now, if you've been in this and you have first-hand experience in it,
Starting point is 00:20:11 please educate us in the comments section below. I won't be using the website. So I can only go based off what's being reported, of course. But as we cap off this story, let's go to Mark Cuban because when he went outside to do a press gaggle where they asked him a bunch of questions, he didn't care too much about the Kamala Harris question. Take a look. Do you regret supporting former vice? I'm not going into my politics at all. Have you always been? I love that because that's what the answers should always be.
Starting point is 00:20:41 But somewhere along the way, our society got wrapped into everything has to be led with politics. No, it doesn't. I don't need to know your politics to get things done. And if only we can get back to that as a country. But give me your thoughts in the comments. I actually blow to these stories. What did you make of that ad from Spencer Pratt? Obviously, it's a play on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air,
Starting point is 00:21:02 classical show with Will Smith. They don't make those today, obviously. And what is your reaction to the shooting at the San Diego Mosque? And this announcement from the president. If you enjoy this video, please make sure you like, share and subscribe. I see comments all the time. Hey, DeVore, I usually see you on my feet.
