Starting point is 00:00:00 In today's video, the media gets fact-checked after accusing President Trump of deporting American citizens. Democrats are claiming Trump supporters are angry at the president, and Scott Besson shuts down fears about the economy. Three U.S. citizen children have been deported with their mothers. Now, this is according to the Washington Post. The family's lawyer says one of them is a four-year-old with stage for cancer, deported without medication or ability to contact doctors. The family's lawyers are also saying their clients were denied communication with family and legal representatives before being deported. And it's raising concerns about the issue of due process, that it's being violated. So let me ask you, is everyone on U.S. soil citizens and non-citizens entitled to due process? Yes, of course.
Starting point is 00:00:51 But let me tell you, it looks at an immigration standing, the laws are very specific. If you're in this country unlawfully, you have no right to be here and you must be removed. That's what the law says. Somehow over the last 20 years, we've completely lost this notion that somehow or completely adopted this idea that, yes, we have immigration laws. But once you come into our country illegally, it triggers all kinds of rights that can keep you here indefinitely. That's why we were being flooded at the border. Okay, so let me just pause this, just briefly here, to explain the context. In this first story, Marco Rubio has to fact check Ms. Welker there because that's what the media likes to do.
Starting point is 00:01:25 They will take a story and turn it into something that it's not, which in this case, it's Trump is deporting American citizens who are two, four, and seven years old. But when you actually dive into the facts, that's not actually the case. And I'll show it to you here shortly. But let's first hear what Marco Rubio has to say in response. On the headline, that's a misleading headline. Three U.S. citizens ages four, seven, and two were not deported. Their mothers who are legally in this country were deported. The children went with their mothers.
Starting point is 00:01:54 If those children are U.S. citizens, they can come back into the United States if there's their father or someone here who wants to assume them. But ultimately, who was deported was their mothers who were here illegally. The children just went with their mothers. But it wasn't like, you guys make it sound like ICE agents, kicked down the door and grabbed the two-year-old and threw them on an airplane. That's misleading. That's just not true. Just to be clear, because I do want to get to the overhaul at the State Department, is it the U.S. policy to deport children, even U.S. citizens, with their families, and I hear what you're saying, without due process, just to be very clear there.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Well, no, no, no, no, again, if someone's in this country unlawfully, illegally, that person gets deported. If that person is with a two-year-old child or has a two-year-old child and says, I want to take my child with you, with me, well, then you have two choices. You can say, yes, of course you can take your child, whether they're a citizen or not, because it's your child, or you can say, yes, you can go, but your child must stay behind. And then your headlines would read, U.S. holding hostage, two-year-old, four-year-old, seven-year-old, while mother deported. Now, let's just put the nail in the coffin on this entire story. Who? We got a district court judge appointed by President Trump. What is he saying?
Starting point is 00:03:08 He's claiming that what the DOJ lawyers are saying is false. It's not true that the child wanted to be deported with her mother or that the mother requested that if she was going to be deported, that she'd take her child, with her. He's not buying that story. And I'll give you the quote from him directly. He says this. The government contends that this is all okay because the mother's wishes that the child be deported with her. But the court doesn't know that. So what do the lawyers have to say in response? We're talking about the DOJ. They produced a letter written in Spanish from the child's mother that read, quote, I will take my daughter with me to Honduras. What more evidence do you need, Judge, to let this case be what it is.
Starting point is 00:03:51 It's a mother who's an illegal alien who is getting deported. She requests her child to go with her. End of story. Why are we turning this into something that it's not? And here's what Chuck Schumer had to say this morning about this story. A judge overseeing one of the cases
Starting point is 00:04:07 expressed his, quote, strong suspicion that the government just deported a U.S. citizen with no meaningful process. If that's the case and the federal government deported U.S. citizens with no due process, process. What can you, as one of the top elected officials in the country, do about it?
Starting point is 00:04:26 Well, first, what he's doing here is just outrageous and against every, every iota of what Americans believe. And it's not, this is not the only instance. There are reportedly other instances where U.S. citizen children were deported without any due process. Due process is a hallmark of what our country is all about. rule of law and ICE and Trump seem to break it in every single way. He believes he's a king. He is not. And the American people are totally against what he is doing in this regard. All right. Well, before I even respond to what Chuck Schumer had to say, will you do me a favor, please? Like, share, and subscribe to our channel. If you do want to support us further, all you have to do is go to the link in the description below and buy us a cup of coffee.
Starting point is 00:05:15 So can you guys answer this question in the comments section for me? What is the due process for a two-year-old whose mother is an illegal alien? According to what I'm hearing from Chuck Schumer, and I'm just speculating here, that the two-year-old needs to go to the courtroom and speak in front of a judge? I'm not understanding. Can the two-year-old say which parent that they want to stay with? Is a two-year-old allowed to do that at that age? Or is the due process when the mother writes a letter in her own native language?
Starting point is 00:05:45 it's stating that she wants to take the child with her back to Honduras. Please, can someone make sense of this? Now, this actually takes this to our next story. Late last night in Colorado, DEA agents raided an illegal nightclub in Colorado Springs and arrested over 100 illegal aliens. Take a look. Before, go on, go on, dad, get it. Before we show you what the special agent in charge to say, I just have to say, I just have to point this out because this continues to be a reoccurring thing.
Starting point is 00:06:44 people are so disgusted when they hear that someone was detained. When there's a law enforcement official, if you guys are police officers or you have experiencing this, please confirm it in the comments section. But my understanding is this, and it's very clear, if a law enforcement official is doing an investigation, they have the authority to detain someone so that they can complete their investigation. That doesn't mean you're arrested and you're going to prison. Now, maybe I'm wrong because according to the CBS poll that was published this morning,
Starting point is 00:07:14 which we're going to get more into later in this video. They are reporting that 73% of Americans say it is not acceptable if a legal U.S. resident is mistakenly detained, not deported, detained. Now, when you dive deeper and you separate it by Republicans, it's only 47% believe that it's not acceptable. So, again, if you're in law enforcement official, please, in the comments section. And by the way, there's a difference between detaining someone, deporting. someone and arresting someone. Now, let's hear from the special agent in charge. Jonathan, give us some perspective here. 300 law enforcement officers. What brought about
Starting point is 00:07:54 this kind of requirement, this kind of need to be here with that show of force? So this is an underground illegal nightclub, okay? And what was happening inside was significant drug trafficking, prostitution, crimes of violence. We seized the number of guns in there. We had active duty service members who were running security at the club and involved in some of these crimes. And in fact, we had over a hundred illegal aliens inside as well. And those over 100 illegal aliens were taken into custody by ICE. Active duty service members helping as security here. Can you elaborate on that at all? So it's an ongoing investigation, but we had over a dozen active duty service members in the in the club tonight, either as patrons or working as
Starting point is 00:08:43 armed security. And furthermore, in case you guys didn't hear it, TDA and MS-13 gang members were inside this illegal nightclub. So for the Democrats out there who continue to claim that this is not an issue, it's not a crisis. There you go. There's another example. Here's the other thing. And I'm going to just do it for the mainstream meeting now. Here's your headline. ICE agents have now detained active duty service members during an ICE raid. That's what you guys are probably going to see. Okay. And here's what Pam Bondi had to say this morning, DAAHQ apprehended over 100 illegal aliens at an underground nightclub, frequent by TDA and MS-13 terrorists, cocaine, meth, and pink cocaine was seized. Two people were also arrested on existing warrant.
Starting point is 00:09:27 As we approach his 100 days in office, President Trump's directive to make America safe again is achieving results. And speaking of results, President Trump is approaching 100 days in the White House. This is our next story, where the media is continuing to spend the first 100 days. as a utter disaster, they go even further and say Trump supporters have remorse. Yeah, they're still talking about that. Let me show you an example. Let me just say, I mean, the 100 days, there's never been a president who has botched the first 100 days of his presidency more than Donald Trump has.
Starting point is 00:09:57 And you don't have to take that as a subjective view. It's the view shown in scientific polling of the American public. The public is deeply, deeply, deeply against what Trump is doing. The Pew poll that came out this week, he's minus 19 points underwater in terms of his approval rating. If you ask the American people about what they feel about his handling of every single issue that you can poll on, he's underwater on every single one of them. And so he's done, he's been very radical in his first 100 days. And I think we knew that would be true. But I don't think we'd know that he would turn the American public, including a large portion of his own base against him so quickly.
Starting point is 00:10:36 Obviously, Democrats love saying those words that Trump supporters are now angry at him and they are turning on him because for Democrats, that's what they want to believe. So it doesn't matter if it's true or not. They want it to be true. So they will obviously be energized by that. But when you actually ask Trump supporters whether or not they are upset at the president and are they now turning on him, I think you already know what their answers might be. And Frank Lutz actually did a focus group. And here's what Trump supporters said. I need to ask you an issue that no one's brought up and that has crashed your 401 case, most of you, which are tariffs.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Stock market is way down. It needed a correction. Oh, so you support it. Yes. You bet. Yep. And I have to tell you, my 401k wasn't impacted at all. How many, first off, how many of you did not lose any money over the drop, over the crash of the stock market?
Starting point is 00:11:43 One individual, two people. So, the Biden administration, I lost more money than the Trump administration by far. The 2020, they crashed it by 25%. Yeah. For the whole year. No one's upset over this? No. No.
Starting point is 00:12:02 Nobody. There's not a single four. It's a period in the history of the stock market where the stock market hasn't appreciated at an average rate of about 7%. It's so, yeah, there's ups and downs and corrections, and sometimes people are foolish and they jump out, you know, buy high, sell low, but if people just get in and stay the course, they'll be just fine. So let's actually back up their statements with facts, okay?
Starting point is 00:12:29 And I really want you to pay attention to this because I think this is truly valuable. all right in 2008 negative 30% return when it came to the S&P 500 you know what happened the following year a 26.5% increase meaning it recovered the last time that it dropped was in 2018 negative 4.4% it bounced back at a 31.5% increase and then in 2022 which was under joe Biden, by the way, negative 18.1 percent. Bounce back the following year, 26.3 percent. And this year to date, we're at negative 5.7 percent. So when you look at the numbers, it tells a different story than what the media wants you to believe. Yeah. And I was about to say, I'm not a day trader. I try not to look at it very often, which is, I think, a good thing. But I also trust that
Starting point is 00:13:27 that Trump and all of his advisors that are involved with the tariff issue, know what they're doing. So I'm just going to hang on. I know it'll correct at some point. Yeah, I'm not really worried about it. How much more are you willing to pay for products and services that come out of China? How much do prices have to go up before you say, this is not that great. I'd rather not buy from China. I'd rather pay more money and buy it.
Starting point is 00:13:57 American. Same. And prices only go up if demand is inelastic and if there's no alternative supplies. And they're doing a brilliant job. They're surrounding China with countries that want to manufacture stuff as well. And we do need to bring the stuff back, the strategic stuff for sure. But China is going to be in the soup if they don't knock it off. So then this begs the question since he wanted to bring up tariffs in China. How do Americans really feel about buying Chinese goods. Well, according to the American Alliance for Manufacturing, they surveyed that particular question, and it revealed that 77% of Americans prefer to buy goods made in the United States, especially during the holidays, and 82% said they would buy more if available. And then what
Starting point is 00:14:44 about Frank Luntz claiming that tariffs would cause prices to rise? What then? Well, according to this survey, 79% of Americans said they would be more likely to buy American-made products if the tariffs drove up prices on foreign-made goods, according to a survey of 600 U.S. adults by the U.S. plastics maker duress. Okay, so there are three takeaways. Number one, Trump supporters do not have buyers' remorse, if that's the term they want to use. We are not turning on President Trump, and we're not disappointed.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Number two, now, if we're in the same position next year, I'm sure a lot of Trump supporters will have something to say. But we are giving the president the benefit of the doubt, because he deserves it. And it's only 100 days, by the way. Now, that doesn't mean he's without criticism. There's definitely plenty of things we would do differently, especially when it comes to messaging. There's certain people I wouldn't put in front of a camera.
Starting point is 00:15:38 That's just me. But number three, we need to trust the American people. They clearly want to buy American-made products, but they're not available. And this leads us to a statement from Scott Bessent today, the Treasury Secretary, where I think he sums up exactly where we're headed. The goal is to get countries to stand with us, against China, does it worry you at all that investors seem to be losing confidence in the U. Well, again, you're saying losing confidence. And I don't think that this is necessarily
Starting point is 00:16:08 losing confidence. And anything, I've been in the markets for 35, 40 years, anything that happens over a two-week, one-month window can be either statistical noise or market noise. And we're in this for the long term, and the important thing is that we are setting the fundamentals for a strong dollar, a strong economy, strong stock market, and for investors to know that the U.S. government bond market is the safest and soundest in the world. Right now, the U.S. has a barbell economy. We have a very advanced financial system. We have a tech exploration and development that is the envisement. in the world. On the other side, we are a natural resource economy led by energy, which the previous administration tried to stifle. And in between is where working class Americans have lost out. And we want to bring back these manufacturing jobs or create these manufacturing jobs of the future. And we are meeting with companies that want to do this every day.
Starting point is 00:17:13 So this is an example where the Trump administration is doing the right thing, policy-wise. But politically they're running out of time because the midterms is next year. And so they have to show results, right? Results would look like what? Signed trade agreements with major countries, lower mortgage rates, the tax cuts made permanent, you know, especially when you're talking about no tax on Social Security tips or overtime. If he's able to pull all that off, that's great. because the warehouses and the companies, that's going to take multiple years. They're not going to have that done by next year. It just doesn't work that way.
Starting point is 00:17:55 Inflation is down, rates are down, gas prices are down. I think what you're going to see, and I think what was revealing in Scott Besson's interview is the next 100 days, which is the rebuilding 100 days, which is cutting deals on the terrace, which is calming people down as far as where we're going in the economy, the tax cuts that are probably likely coming to the economy. I think the one thing you can say about President Trump is that he's doing exactly with what he said he was going to do. And this is why President Trump should get the utmost respect and patience because he's actually doing what he said he was going to do. You tell me the last politician that actually did exactly what they said they were going to do.
Starting point is 00:18:38 I mean, this really hasn't happened in a very long time. And that's why you're seeing on the screen here, 87% of Trump voters agree. He is keeping his campaign promises. Now it's time to get your reaction in the comment section below, and I want you to let me know how you feel about the two, four, and seven-year-olds that were deported along with their mothers. Yes, their mothers were illegal aliens. Do you believe they got due process? Or do you believe that President Trump, according to the media, is purposely targeting American citizens, particularly American children? Let me know what you guys think about that story in the comment section below.
Starting point is 00:19:13 Now, yesterday, which is really entertaining, if you ask me, AOS. was humiliated by Democrats. They're actually laughing at her presidential campaign and her soft announcement. If you missed out on that story and more from yesterday, all you have to do is click on that video because it's coming up right now.
