The aftermath from the Lindsay Clancy case has taken a terrible turn. The media is now attacking the lone juror. Take a listen. NBC10 Boston has discovered new details about the holdout juror from the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. Of course, that trial ended last week deadlocked, no verdict because of a loan holdout. Now, after the mistrial, our NBC10 investigators pulled court records that were tied to that juror. And we found a 2021 charge for assaulting his wife that was later dismissed. an active restraining order that a nephew had taken out against him, and that has still been in effect, even while he sat through weeks of testimony and a pending eviction over unpaid rent.

So, why does that matter to the trial? Well, before you're seated, you fill out a questionnaire. It asks whether you've been arrested, charged with a crime, or served with a court order. It says right here, your experience with the law. And NBC-Tens legal analyst says that if these boxes had been checked, honestly, it's a lot. It's hard to see either side keeping this juror on the jury. Now, this is a local affiliate out of Boston. And the catch line here in case you missed it is if you don't go along with 11 other white people on a jury and you're the black person and you don't do exactly what we asked you to do, we are going to turn to the media to destroy you. That's exactly what's been happening to this black man who believed that Lindsay Clancy was guilty.

Think of all of the coverage over this past week from the jury themselves. going on to local affiliate and mainstream media blasting this guy. Now the media is targeting him. When the Clancy trial ended with no verdict, several jurors told us how the loan holdout refused to engage in deliberations. He would not interact with us. He was very arrogant. He really did not take anything that anybody said.

When the NBC10 investigators contacted the jurors family members, they said he'd been estranged since the alleged incident with his nephew. Yeah, so not only does he have the media targeting him with these hit stories, but then you have members of the jury reaching out to his family. I would like to believe that some violation of the law and this whole media tour that the jurors have been on over the past week, I like to believe that's against the law as well. I thought when you serve on the jury, especially something like this, you can't be talking about the case after the fact. I mean, there should be a certain period of time where you are required to be quiet. I mean, this is not a good look.

in our society. And furthermore, even if these charges against him are true and, you know, there should be a restraining order against them. It sounds like the attorneys didn't even do their job in vetting these people on the jury. So what does that say about them? None of them knew of his involvement with the Clancy trial. One described him as a narcissist who she believed should have never served as a juror in such an important case. What should happen next? Should the court be reviewing that questionnaire and seeing how it was answered? No doubt that the questionnaire will have to be reviewed, and the district attorney will look at both the questionnaire and the answers and look at the information to see whether that was

truthful. It is, in fact, a crime not to do so. So tonight we've reached out to the Plymouth County DA's office to ask about our findings, along with Clancy's defense team. Both are declining to comment right now, but we'll let you know if that changes. Jury questionnaires are not public records, so it's unclear if the document in question still exists, or if it was destroyed in the wake of the mistrial. Okay, so this level of intimidation and harassment has to be a violation of some law, right? Well, according to

Benny Johnson, he posted a potential one here. Massachusetts General Laws, 268, 13, Bravo, intimidation of witnesses, jurors, and persons furnishing information and connection with criminal proceedings. NBC10 Boston's account even got a community

note over posting this hit piece on that loan juror. And by the way, he isn't the only person that served that jury who had crimes in his record, so to speak. Well, technically, he has not been convicted of anything, but this woman was, she was actually charged with simple assault and battery. This is the same woman who complained that he couldn't get over the logic that Lindsay Clancy murdered her children. So NBC10 Boston, you looked into the lone juror. What about the other 11? Did you bother to look into their situations? Yeah, I would suppose

the answers probably know on that. Guys, this case thinks, the high heaven for so many different reasons. And here is the latest one. According to the view, what happened with Lindsay Clancy is due to the patriarchy and sexism. I'm going to point out the fact that women and medicine,

people generally don't believe women when they come in and say something's wrong. They attach you on the head and they said, oh, you just, you know, you just, it's the same sort of argument that this Hegseth person is using about why women shouldn't be in military because we get periods.

Okay. So I, it's not as... It's statistically correct. There are studies that show that when women go to the hospital and say, I feel pain or I don't feel well, they are dismissed. Dismused. Yes. And I know this. So let's go back through the list of why this case is ridiculous.

A mother murdered her three children. A mother who had nannies, grandparents, and a husband who worked from home. By all accounts, she had a good life. then you had a jury made up of 11 white people and one black person, nine women and three men. Eleven of the jurors felt that she was not guilty, except one, who was a black man. And then you had Massachusetts law who puts the burden on the prosecution to prove that she was sane in that moment when murdering her kids,

not putting the burden on the defense to prove that she was insane in that moment when she murdered her kids. It's reverse. And now you have the jurors making their rounds on national TV ripping that loan juror. You also have the defense attorney continuing to beg President Trump for a pardon for Lindsey Clancy, even though she hasn't been convicted of anything, and even though this case is a state case, not a federal one. Why are people seeking so much attention with this case?

That's question number one. And question number two, what is Oprah doing? Yeah, what does she doing? Let me show you. This happened the other day. And the other thing that I would just be remiss to not say is, I hope this never happens again. We know statistically it really will. It will. I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsay, who don't have her same access and education, her melanin, her privilege. there are women of color sitting around this country in prisons for this same thing that we've never heard of.

And I just want to remind us to have the pink shirts and the energy for them as well. I mean, if you're like being, this case has been disturbing for you in so many different ways, I would imagine. And I just went through them, including this latest clip, which is all about skin color now. Let's make sure black women who murder their kids, they get the same level of support as Lindsay Clancy. No, let's make sure women like that do not get any support and they're held accountable. How about that? Okay. Here's the positive side to all of this in case you're interested in one.

Shout out to Ron DeSantis for at least offering up a common sense solution to this madness. Let's go to our next update, which is not common sense and talk about bad optics, as they say, or talk about the statement that says, believe them when they tell you who they are. Here is Zeramondani and AOC being caught laughing during the 9-11 ceremony in New York City. Take a look at this. Merneth Lachman Ganesh K. Ladkut. James Patrick Ladley.

Yeah, so I don't think you would be laughing at this ceremony, especially as the mayor. I would imagine during the reading of the names, it would actually be a moment of silence. It wouldn't be a time of talking. I mean, I'm sure me and you would agree, we probably have been at a feteral or some serious ceremony at some point in time of our life.

lives and we did speak and we did laugh. So I'm not saying it's it's an unreasonable expectation for him not to laugh. It's the timing of him doing that. And it just goes to show that one, he's not present, that he's only there for optics, which clearly backfired. And by the way, it's not even my opinion. Why don't we listen to the families, okay, and what they had to say about the mayor being there. Take a look. I think it's disrespectful and I think it's actually very authentic. I've been following that over the past couple weeks, and I saw that I think they had upwards of 700,000 New Yorkers requesting him not to be here. I mean, as the mayor, I would assume he has the right to be here. He is the mayor of New York City, but who he represents and the people he's affiliated with, which I've only learned through social media.

I don't have any solid concrete facts. I'm only going by what I've seen and read. I feel that he should stay away. Hopefully persuade Anthony Zora and Mandani to not come to the 9-11 ceremony today. He showed up anyway. That's possible. Okay, listen, guys, Zoro Mondani was only nine years old when 9-11 even took place.

Family just moved there two years prior. This isn't a man that is really a great representation of, New York and its values. I'm not even a New Yorker, and I felt that way. I could be wrong. But according to the feedback and the rhetoric that we're hearing on the ground from 9-11 families, it's not good. So he should have taken people's advice and essentially set this one out. He didn't want to do it. I heard about it and I signed it because it's not supposed to be a political event. And that's why President Trump, whatever people want to say about him, didn't come to this ceremony because it's not supposed to be political. But obviously,

any dignitaries or politicians are going to be here. So everything that the mayor does is political because he's a snake and he's also a communist. And we don't like communists here in the United States. We fight wars over communism and against jihadi radicals. It probably would have been a better decision not to attend, but I don't think that's what guides his decision making. So he's going to be there regardless. Regardless, I don't think we should impart too much importance to his decision,

not to attend because that's not what this is about. Now, there's something else that happened yesterday during this ceremony that I felt was a little stunning. It was Rudy Giuliani shaking Zora Mandani's hand. Now, we have to understand. Rudy had a lot of strong things to say about him. So it begs the question, why would they have this following interaction? Take a look.

We want to look at some of the arrivals there. We're seeing Mayor Zeramandani with former Mayor Rudy Giuliani. And this is really an extraordinary moment here, shaking hands. The mayor who led New York through the attacks besides the mayor who was just nine years old that morning. How do you guys feel about that? I mean, give me your comments below to what you've seen so far. I mean, I don't think I would have shaken his hand. I mean, and again, DeVore is really tactful and more of a professional type.

But if I was the former mayor and I was Rudy Giuliani and I felt the way I'd, did about Zoroamandani and what he represents. I don't know if I would shake his hand. Maybe I would in the end. I don't know. I don't know. Would you? Maybe it's a better question.

Now, if that story didn't piss you off, I think this one will. Because in Fairfax County, Virginia, in regards to 9-11, they're going a little too far now. Take a look. Fairfax County, Virginia schools issued a six-page guide for teachers marking the anniversary. Critics say it places significant emphasis on protecting Muslim students from anti-Muslim bias while giving comparatively very little attention to extremist ideology behind the attacks. You know, radical Islam, military families and first responders not getting mentioned. This goes back to gentle governance, ladies and gentlemen. This is what happens when the federal government or your local government cares more about people's feelings than they do, accountability and the truth.

Here's the bottom line to it all. When you have to essentially clean up what happened on 9-11, you're losing the plot. Why is it that they want to shield young Americans from learning the truth? The brutal truth, that is, about radical Islam or jihadists, as we call them. What's wrong with that? I didn't know there was a problem learning about that. I guess based on this logic, don't teach people about crime. Don't teach people about assassinations.

Don't teach people about terrorist attacks at all. because you're clearly not going to teach people the full story of it. This is where we're at as a country. This is why you have to stand up. You've got to speak out locally. If this is happening in your jurisdiction, you must speak up. Because I'm telling you, Congress is not always your main problem at your kitchen table. It's usually the people locally who's doing damage to your community.

This is an example of that. I can't believe this is happening in the school district Harris, where they're not really telling the children the truth, they're watering down American history. The school district is only a few miles from the Pentagon and several military bases. And it only mentions military families three times and first responders once. And Harris, you just said all these heroes that ran toward the danger. These first responders mentioned once in Fairfax County School District.

Fairfax, we know, is very progressive. It's very liberal. Republicans are facing obstacles, though, like we have never seen before. And it is very dangerous and it's very scary. and they want to twist our foundational principles that have been in America for 250 years that have worked very well. Why can't these teachers be taught

teach them the difference in a terrorist organization, al-Qaeda and Islam? Yeah, to give attention to those differences would take away the tribal environment that we find ourselves in. This is why I hear on the show, I like to show both sides. I appreciate nuance.

I believe I tell it like it is, even with the president and this current administration and the Republican Party. because you deserve the full truth. Not some of the truth, not part of the truth, not what works in my best interests or what makes me feel good. No, the truth.

That's how we become a better society. But that's not the way the left operates, as you guys are aware. And that's not the political climate we find ourselves in today. I'm sure you are aware of that as well. And that's why I said earlier the call to action is people need to stand up. Parents need to speak out. Leaders need to speak out. I don't care if you're not a leader.

You should be speaking out about this stuff, especially if it's happening in your own backyard, because you have more influence there than you would on Capitol Hill. But at any rate, who knew we'd get to a point 25 years removed from 9-11, where the mayor of New York City would be Muslim, and now schools across the country are watering down what happened that day because they want to protect people's feelings. So the takeaway for me in today's video are a few things, and they're troubling.

One, women refuse to hold each other accountable. Just see the Lindsay Clancy case. We now essentially are witnessing a movement similar to the likes of Luigi Mangione. There is a movement behind him, and there's a movement behind Lindsay, which makes Lindsay more of the hero. Excuse me, it makes her actually the victim and not her three children. which is insanity, and they're doubling down to the point where they have to attack this lone juror. And you know it's disingenuous because they don't even look into the other 11 jurors when one of them actually was charged with assault and battery.

So what does that tell you? At this point, I'm also losing faith in the local media. Those local affiliate news channels are, in my opinion, they've been much more accurate than mainstream media. Why would Boston do such a thing? Maybe if you're from Massachusetts, you can explain it. In 9-11, Don't you wish you could just hit skip on the worst parts of your life? You know the same way you can skip an ad?

The response was a mess as far as how they handle the insurance claims, bailing out the airlines, how long it took them to even finally build Freedom Tower, as they call it now. It's a mess, okay? America deserves better. The families of 9-11 deserve better. And unfortunately, they're not going to get better,

as long as Mondani is the mayor of that city. So what can people do about it? What can New Yorkers do about it? Maybe they'll think twice about who the next mayor will be.
