Starting point is 00:00:00 This family is on the brink of Civil War. Mobland, the hit original series is now streaming on Paramount Plus. The other Harrogans don't know than it? And Google us. From the underworld of Guy Ritchie. Do you want to step up the ladder? I won't comment dead. Starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Do I have to do everything myself? You want to want! I'll give you a... Moblad, new season is now streaming on Paramount Plus. Kevin Reddington, the attorney of Lindsay Clancy, has just gotten some bad news from that holdout juror. He's now decided to fight back. Listen to this. Reddington wants the juror Michael Disronville investigated, questioned on the record. His cell phone seized and juror questionnaire checked. He claims Desronville lied under oath
Starting point is 00:00:50 about lawfully following the reasonable doubt standard. In an exclusive interview with Fox, Desronville's attorney, Edward Paltzic says Redington has gone. too far. Do you intend to file a bar complaint? 100%. You continue to attack the juror. You're attacking the juror outside the courtroom, inside the courtroom, everywhere. Kevin Reddington is not behaving rationally anymore. I would argue it's been a long time since we've seen anything rational from that defense attorney, especially how he's gone in front of the camera, how he demanded a pardon, how even he's being celebrated by these feminists.
Starting point is 00:01:32 No, I don't think Reddington is the guy you look at for morals or clarity about this case. He is doing exactly what he was hired to do, obviously, and that's why he's seeking an acquittal, which we're going to hear more about that tomorrow. But again, the concerning thing right up front that we should all be aware of, why is he continuing to go after this holdout juror? Reddington has filed multiple court motions to stop a retrial. He argues Clancy should be. acquitted because of insufficient evidence. He also claims trying Clancy again amounts to double jeopardy.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Reddington spoke to Fox Digital over the weekend before the Paltzic interview. I really don't care when that thinks. I think the biggest misconception is that this side individual is referred to as the fold of juror. He, in fact, is the obstructionist juror. And every motion that has been filed is legitimate. It's all based on sound law facts. Jury. questions and I'm doing what I should do. Representing less soon. Did you notice the language you used there? He's calling the holdout juror an obstructionist.
Starting point is 00:02:39 I mean, who says things like that? I mean, he's doing exactly what he was called to do, serve on the jury. He didn't agree with the evidence. He's not forced to agree with the evidence. He's not mandated to agree with the evidence. He could reason with the evidence and still come up with a different verdict in the end. That's exactly why it's called the jury. your peers. I mean, attacking him is not helping Redington's case. And I would argue he's becoming a much
Starting point is 00:03:05 more distraction. And again, who's been forgotten in all of this, the three children who were murdered? Tomorrow, the judge could rule on whether to acquit Clancy due to insufficient evidence. We also could hear arguments or have future arguments scheduled for Reddington's motion to investigate the holdout juror and the double jeopardy claims. A retrial date could also be set as early as this fall. But the district attorney, has not yet officially said whether he intends to retry this case at all. Yeah, so I think the reality is the damage has been done. I mean, why would anyone want to serve on the jury if the judge does approve a retrial,
Starting point is 00:03:42 especially if you are a man and you're black? Why do that to yourself? After you've seen the treatment, the rhetoric, the harassment, would you serve on that jury, be honest? Something tells me probably not. but I think more concerning is that the kids get no attention, their sacrifice gets no attention, their murders get no attention, and the person really getting all the attention more than the holdout juror
Starting point is 00:04:08 is a defense attorney who's clearly selfish and is seeking more influence for himself. Reddington essentially said he committed a crime. Your response to that? That is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard in almost 20 years of practicing law. It is categorically false. Accusing a juror of committing a crime. Accusing a juror of committing a crime. Kevin Reddington is clearly attacking the Sixth Amendment.
Starting point is 00:04:38 Share your thoughts below to this latest update. I can't wait to see what goes down tomorrow. Do you guys believe she's going to get a retrial or do you believe the case will ultimately be dismissed? I don't know which way it's going to go, but I'll definitely be tuning and let me know if you'll be doing the same. Now let's go to our next update. James Tyler Rico, again, continues to get caught flip-flopping. And this time, it's on this particular issue. Listen to this. One of the youth noticed that you didn't call yourself a liberal or a conservative, but a progressive. And that youth was wondering if you could explain progressivism in your understanding. Don't reach much into it. I consider myself a liberal too. So I just, I like the word progressive, but, you know, I consider myself a proud liberal. Of course he considers himself that way because it's what's going to help him get elected.
Starting point is 00:05:27 This is what Democrats do, right? They switch up. They change their messaging. They try to change their image as we get closer to the midterm election. And he's going to do whatever he can to get these votes. And unfortunately, which I do believe this, and I do not hope I'm wrong, Texans will see right through that. Now, I understand, you know, there are some people who do not like Ken Paxson. They don't like his personal story or his history.
Starting point is 00:05:53 But Ken Paxson as an attorney general, are you guys going to tell me as Texans that he was unsuccessful? Wasn't he one of the best attorney generals since serving in tech? I mean, you guys will have to let me know on that because I'm not from Texas. But when I look him up and I look at his record, clearly he delivered. What is James Tolariko delivered exactly? More woke statements. When Jesus healed the sick, he didn't ask for a deductible. So when I fight for universal health care, I'm doing it on biblical grounds.
Starting point is 00:06:36 When Jesus fed the hungry, he didn't price gouge to turn a profit. So when I say that no child in the state of Texas should go to bed hungry, I'm doing it on biblical grounds. And when the Hebrew prophets saw corruption in high places, they spoke truth to power. So when I take on the politicians who are serving themselves and not the people, I am doing it on biblical grounds. Okay, let's just pause in regards to this rhetoric and look at some numbers. According to cashew.com, which is a prediction market, and you can trade on cashew.com. In fact, if you trade it with $25, they'll give you $25. Just scan the QR code that you see here on the screen or use my promo code DeVore or just go to calci.com 4.R. 4 slash Dvorie.
Starting point is 00:07:26 James Tyler Rico is up to 59%. Ken Paxson is at 41%. And a lot of people believe that the prediction market in the polls are overselling Democrats and their support and underselling Republicans and how they will end up turning out. I pray that is true. So check out the prediction market. You can trade more than just elections. You could do sports and culture and crypto, commodities, climate, economics. Again, when you trade $25, Calci will give you $25.
Starting point is 00:07:58 Scan the QR code you see here on the screen. So now that you've seen the craziness from Tyler Rico, there's still more. Listen to his pastor described capitalism in the following way. And I think capitalism is in death throats. I mean, I think it's, you know, everything over more. That's the next chapter of human rights. It's like life, liberty, pursuit, happiness is not capitalism.
Starting point is 00:08:24 That every person has a right. Right. To medicine, to a liberal wage stuff, that's not radical. The only nation, the developed nation that doesn't have that stuff. Right. And they're calling that communism. Right.
Starting point is 00:08:36 So to me, to just stop looking at the label, what is it that you want? Marx was basically clothing in the Book of Acts. Yeah. And it's like Christians don't really. realize that. It's like, yeah, yeah. Because you can't really see it because we're so glam in this culture that we can't.
Starting point is 00:08:52 We can look at and you just didn't see it. Gandhi and Martin McCain were Democratic Socialists. And it's, that's the next chapter. And it's not, it's not this horrific thing. It's like that's what the rest of the civilized world calls sanity. If I was standing in front of him, I would have asked him, so you're, you mean what Canada is doing is sanity.
Starting point is 00:09:12 What we see happening in the UK is sanity. What has happened in Venezuela in Cuba is sanity. One could argue it's insanity. So I'm not too sure where he was going with that. But guys, you know, James Tyler Rico has no business being this close in this election race in 2026. Okay. The fact that he is tells you there's a problem in our politics. There's a problem in Texas, clearly.
Starting point is 00:09:38 And there's a problem with the Republican Party. I pray this doesn't happen. but at least what we should be doing is exposing Tyler Rico as much as we can making the case. But yeah, I mean, when you get clips like this, it's hard not to shake your head and say, what the heck is going on? Why does someone like him even have a shot? I don't know. Maybe you guys have a different take.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Share it in the comments section below. But here is what President Trump had to say to America regarding the upcoming election. Listen to this. We have great people and we're running against communist, lunatic, socialists. We're running against people that are going to open up the water. We have a border just came out 17 months in a row. We have no people coming in zero, which is hard to believe even, but that's what it is. I don't put out the numbers.
Starting point is 00:10:28 And we have a strong border. We have the best economy, the biggest investment in the history of our country. Think of that. $21 trillion is being invested. With China, it's $3 trillion. with Biden from the last, it was a half a trillion for four years. It would have been negative, or 21 trillion, the biggest amount in history. And that money's building plants like today.
Starting point is 00:10:55 I don't know if this number is a big number, $18 billion. I don't even think we're including that number. But we have $21 trillion being invested in our country. We have the highest number of jobs in the history of the United States. America. We have the best crime numbers in the history of our country, despite the fact that they allowed 25 million people, many of whom were criminals, into a country. I agree with everything that the president had to say there. It's a lot of what I've said on the show, but there's only one problem. If we're going to be honest about everything, it's the war with Iran. I mean, that will
Starting point is 00:11:29 continue to overshadow a lot of these accomplishments, like no border crossings. That is historic. Trump accounts. Historic. Okay, no tax on tips, Social Security overtime. Historic? I mean, when was the last time something like that happened? Okay? And obviously the current tax system is what was made public or, excuse me, permanent. And we can go on and on. But I do have to say that. Now, I think James Tyler Rico has other issues.
Starting point is 00:11:56 And this might come back to haunt him and might actually be his downfall because Jasmine Crockett still is sticking it to Tyler Rico. Listen to this. And a little bit of midterm politics before I let you go. you had endorsed Jasmine Crockett in that Texas Senate primary, and she has obviously been out there campaigning on the trail, and she released, her PAC released a list of endorsements today. She left James Tala Rico off the list.
Starting point is 00:12:22 He, of course, is the nominee for Senate in Texas. Would you tell her, do you have an understanding why that is? What's going on there? I don't. I mean, I wish she would get behind. Telarico's run a brilliant campaign. I was proud to support Jasmine. She was someone who was very effective on the Oversight Committee where I serve.
Starting point is 00:12:45 But these elections are too important for any individual to have a personal grievance or to have personal disagreements with a candidate. So the drama continues between James Tilarico and Jasmine Crockett. And the Democrats cannot force her to do exactly what they want her to do. And that's why I stated it is a problem for Tiler Rico. How much will it impact the vote? or turnout that is that obviously remains to be seen. Based on history, based on generalities, and what we should expect, James Taylor Rico should lose.
Starting point is 00:13:25 But every poll out there is trying to make the American people, particularly people in Texas, believe otherwise. And I don't think I'm buying that, by the way. All right. Our final update comes from ICE. Here's what they've been up to lately. Listen to this. The Department of Homeland Security now planning a, quote, surge in sanctuary cities, putting leaders there on alert, especially in cities like Minneapolis and here in Chicago after what we've seen play out over the past year.
Starting point is 00:13:51 DHS identifying 11 states plus Washington, D.C. as part of this latest crackdown, but adding that no one is off the table. Senior border correspondent, Ali, Bradley, is live in Del Rio, Texas. So, Ali, this latest alert comes after a confusing weekend for ICE officers. Yeah, you're exactly right here, Nicole. Some more mixed messaging when it comes to ICE enforcement operations. Some officers describing it as a bit of whiplash here. So ICE sources confirmed to me that some verbal guidance went out to some officers that was guidance that was asking them to refocus their efforts on illegal immigrants with criminal backgrounds. But after multiple reports surfics suggesting officers have been told to stop arresting non-criminales,
Starting point is 00:14:36 DHS pushed back publicly on X saying that was false. Now here's what you guys need to know about this. One, mass deportations, arrests, detainment, deportations, all of that is happening. Number two, conservatives or Republicans, people who voted for Trump, don't believe they're happening at the correct number or at a higher number that they would ideally want. three, people have gone sour on Mark Wayne Mullen for a story like this because it demonstrates the lack of leadership within DHS. Why are messages like this getting leaked to the press? And why is it contradicting what the guidance is? Why is the president getting a phone call and having to say something that's opposite than what's being told to the press? That's a problem
Starting point is 00:15:28 from Mark Wayne Mullen and he needs to clean it up. And number five, we still have violent criminal legals in our country. That's got to be the focus to get them out sooner rather than later because we know almost every single week we do a story about an American who's been killed by one of these criminals. And so I hope
Starting point is 00:15:47 that they're not slowing down, but that they're speeding up. The department insisted no one is off the table and that ICE will continue arresting any illegal immigrant who crosses its path. ICE sources tell News Nation they're basically getting guidance from social media and that directives are unclear right now.
Starting point is 00:16:03 Now, this isn't the first time we've seen confusion over enforcement priorities. Back in July, DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen ordered a temporary pause on most ICE vehicle stops following two deadly shootings in Texas and Maine. But President Trump reversed that decision almost immediately posting on true social that traffic stops were one of ICE's most important enforcement tools. Now, this all comes as DHS has initiated what is calling a nationwide public safety surge in sanctuary cities, saying, quote, our brave officers will be targeting criminal illegal aliens, many released from jails by sanctuary politicians. The borders are saying they're going to flood the zone. Okay, this reminds me earlier in September when I did the debate in Vegas, one of the prompts
Starting point is 00:16:46 was titled, all legal aliens should be deported. I believe that. The only exception I was entertaining was, you know, some kid, toddler, you know, six-year-old or less. who was dropped over the border and then, you know, whoever dropped them over the border fled. I mean, you know, maybe there's something there. Any rate, the bottom line is this. There are people who are in this country lawfully
Starting point is 00:17:12 who are struggling to stay in this country because the immigration system is not like a fast food restaurant. It's processing time. It's a delay. It's the government and it's inefficiency. And they have been asked to do what they are supposed to do and they're doing it. But even in those particular situations,
Starting point is 00:17:29 those people are subject to deportation when the system doesn't move fast enough and their papers expire. And they leave the country. But you tell me, where in this world does it make sense that they have to leave this country but not individuals who entered the country unlawfully? It makes no sense to me.
Starting point is 00:17:47 So I don't want to hear about rumors, leaks, miscommunication, Mark Wayne Mullen, man, clean it up. Because the other distraction that's continuing to play out is in the Republican Party. Listen to this. Consider the context here, this whiplash happening just ahead of the November midterm. Some Republicans have accused President Trump of going too far on deportations.
Starting point is 00:18:10 But Secretary Mullen has this message for anybody complaining about immigration enforcement, Democrat or Republican. We don't pick and choose which laws we enforce. We just simply enforce the nation's laws. And people sometimes they get upset with that. And I also spoke to Borders'ar, Tom. Holman about all of this. He reiterated what President Trump told me. There is no pulling back of any kind on their immigration enforcement agenda. Homan told me that after record-setting ICE arrest in June, July, and August, right now, September is on track to set an all-time new record for ICE arrest. That is great news, by the way. The problem, though, is that some American people will be essentially distracted from the internet warriors who claim that these numbers are fake, that deportations are not happening.
Starting point is 00:18:59 We've gotten to that level. Okay. And these are people who consider themselves to be Republican. So definitely be careful who you listen to. There's no doubt that deportations must happen. They are happening. I think we can do more. But we live in a different time.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I mean, imagine if the Internet, social media, and the way mainstream media is today existed under the Obama administration. I mean, I believe he'd be facing the same level of backlash. I really do. I just do. I mean, this guy literally separated families, which was a whole story, by the way, and the media loved it almost. And maybe, I guess, I might be wrong in the idea that they would treat them just as bad as they treat Trump.
Starting point is 00:19:44 Probably not. But I think Americans would probably have some similar reaction. But in the end, why don't you guys show your thoughts? Because I truly believe that this administration has to do whatever they can to deport as many people as they can because once their time is up, their time is up and we don't know what's going to happen after 2028. It could be a Democrat president. If so, all this good work pretty much goes in the trash. So get as many people as you can out of this country, require them to do it the right way. And if Congress could do their job and truly fix whatever is wrong with our immigration system
Starting point is 00:20:19 and do it permanently, then Democrats, if they do take charge, wouldn't be in a position to tinker with anything. It would take them a lot to overhaul it. But anyways, those are kind of my thoughts about that. And if I circle back on what we talked about at the beginning of this video with Lindsay Clancy, again, that defense attorney, he is a mess and he is something else.
