All right, so we have some big updates for you on the fourth day of the chaotic situation in Los Angeles. The governor is now suing President Trump for deploying National Guard troops. CNN publishes multiple polls rebuking Democrats' narratives, and Mayor Karen Bass delivers a disastrous interview. Let's start here. I think what's so important is it is his top issue so far, and the reason it is his top issue is because take a look at the individual nuggets in here. Why are people approving of Trump on immigration, approve of these different immigration actions, while Trump's administration's program to deport those here illegally? Look at this. 54% approval. How about agents searching your hometown for those that they think are

here illegally? Again, positive territory here, above 50% for Donald Trump. So it's not just on the broad issue of immigration where Trump is doing well. It's on the specifics. When you dive into the issues. Trump is above 50% and his actions are above 50% at least with those most directly connected to what's going on right now out in Los Angeles. All right. So that was seen and once again proving that President Trump is correct. And the American people support what he is doing, especially when it comes to mass deportations. Okay, so I just find that to be interesting. And secondly, he claims that CHP, they don't need any help. They're good. They got it. And once again, ladies and gentlemen, Gavin Newsom says one thing. But when you look at the reality, it's the total opposite. Take a look at this footage. Get down! Get down!

Gotcha bitch! You just saw, unfortunately, a CHP officer injured from a rioter who was throwing rocks at them, okay? And let's not forget, CHP did lose vehicles in the process here. At least one vehicle that we saw on the video footage was set on fire by a rioter. So when you hear what Gavin Newsom has to say, it's not matching up with what's actually happening. Now let me take you to the other part of this interview from Newsom, where now he's a attacking Tom Homan. Tom Homan, the Borders are said to me yesterday, he did not rule out, literally arresting

you, nor Mayor Bass, if you interfere in his words. He said you hadn't yet. He's a tough guy. Why doesn't he do that? He knows where to find me. But you know what? Let your hands off four-year-old girls that are trying to get educated. Let your hands off these poor people are just trying to get, live their lives, man,

trying to live their lives, paying their taxes, been here 10 years. But that's not going to happen. All right, folks, let's just be real here. And for the record, Tom Holman did not explicitly say that he wants. Gavin Newsom arrested. Now, I won't defend him. I'll play the clip and you make up your own mind about that. But before I show you what Tom Holman said, let's first hear the president, because moments ago, he said this about Gavin Newsom. Take a listen. Gavin Newsom is he's daring Tom Holman become an arrest him. Should he do it? I would do it because of Tom. I think it's great.

Gavin likes the publicity, but I think it would be a great thing. He's done a terrible job. Look. I like Gavin Nuss and he's a nice guy, but he's grossly incompetent. Everybody knows. All you have to do is look at the little railroad he's building. It's about a hundred times over budget. We're putting a flagpole over there under budget. I always do under budget. And that's one of the single reasons why President Trump is unlike any other president we've had before

because he is purposely saying that not because he truly is ordering Tom Homan to do it. He's saying it because he knows the media will obsess over it and they will be distracted by it. including Democrats. Now, just to be clear here for anybody in the back, Tom Homan does not have the authority to arrest anyone, okay? The only person, if it was even going to be a legitimate order, it would go through the attorney general. So pump your breaks if you're going to lose your mind over that statement. Now, here's Tom Homan responding to the governor. Take a listen. He says, quote, he's a tough guy. Why doesn't he do it? He knows where to find me. So Tom, arrest me. Let's go. That was the governor of California talking to you.

look i'm not biting on that the NBC reported an interview me very dishonest we did a 20-minute interview and it cuts out a little clip that makes me and takes my words out of context and we do have a clip to show you of Tom homin and that interview that he is referencing so just to give you a little bit of context this is the original interview from Tom homin on Saturday with NBC now what NBC ended up doing was cutting down that interview into a sound bite that they felt was the most controversial point where Tom Homan was responding to the question about the, I guess, idea that Governor Newsom or Mayor Karen Bass could potentially be prosecuted or arrested for impeding law enforcement officials.

Well, you know what mainstream media did once that clip came out. They started running with the title that Tom Homan has threatened to arrest the governor and the mayor. Now, let me play you the clip and you make up your own mind on what you think he said. Take a listen. And there have been threats, you know, previously. that if you stand in the way of your enforcement operations, you know, you could be subject potentially to arrest.

Are you saying that about Mayor Bass and Governor Newsom, or they at risk of being arrested? I'll say it about anybody. You cross that line. It's a felony to knowingly harbour and conceal. It'll go handling it. It's a felony to impede law enforcement to doing their job. Do you think that the mayor of L.A. is doing that?

If she crossed that line, we'll ask DOJ to prosecute. Do I think she's crossed the line? I don't think she's crossed the line yet. Yeah, so I don't know about you, but I didn't hear Tom Homan threatened Mayor Karen Bass or Governor Gavin Newsom in regards to arresting them for impeding law enforcement. What he was clearly stating there was that if people do that, they could be referred for prosecution by the DOJ. Now, MSNBC, I did go to their website and I pulled this up right here. Trump's Borders are threatens arrest for immigration

interference, warns Newsom and Bass not to cross that line. I mean, so, That's where he's getting it from. That's why Tom Homan had to come out today and respond because Main Showing Media was already running with the soundbite saying that he's threatening them. Guys, this is what's happening in the news today. It's like high school. Now, let me show you a little bit more

of what Tom Homan had to say about Governor Newsom. Take a look. So there was no discussion about Rustin Newsom. And so, you know, what he's done, he failed that state. He waited two days of that city burning and people getting hurt. Officers being assaulted before he made any, declaration of an awful unlawful assembly. He's late to the game. President Trump isn't

late to the game. Men and women are vice are not late to the game. And let's make this clear. I keep hearing this term ICE raids, ICE raids. What happened with how this riot started is that ICE was serving a series of criminal warrants at a business being investigated from money laundering, custom fraud, sending money to criminal cartels in Colombia, Mexico, that fund cartel activities in the United States. It's part of it. overall conspiracy that ICE is investigating. So we're arresting bad people. And that's the defense that Tom Holman and ICE officials have for what they're doing. They are going after criminals. But according to Democrats, that's not what's taking place here. They continue to push the idea

and want people to believe that President Trump is going after innocent people. And not only that, he is violating the Constitution when he ordered the National Guard to respond. Now, before I give you the facts around that order from the president, let's hear Gavin Newsom say. this about that order. Take a listen. What is your main message to the people, California, in this moment? Oh, that Donald Trump is reckless. He's immoral. He's taken the illegal and unconstitutional act and federalizing the National Guard, and he's putting lives at risk. I mean, is it truly unconstitutional? I know it's been done before.

Well, I mean, in his own executive order, it directs the Department of Defense to collaborate with state governors. So by definition, it's illegal. There was no collaboration. There was no counsel, no consideration of the rules of engagement. It was a reckless act that has led to conditions that have been exacerbated and it's putting people's lives at risk. So can't he declare an insurrection and go forward with this? Yeah, he potentially can.

And there's latitude. But as it relates to the actual language in his executive order, there's a reason we're going to court tomorrow and the reason we're confident that we will succeed. All right. So in order to respond to Gavin Newsom in the most appropriate way, I'm going to pose this response in the form of a question and then answer it. Here is the question, ladies and gentlemen.

Does the president of the United States have the full authority to activate the National Guard in order to protect federal assets, buildings, even ICE detention centers? Because local law enforcement are unable to do so. And can the president issue this order without the consent of the governor? The answer is yes, ladies and gentlemen. That's why Title X exists. It allows the president to activate National Guard to protect federal property and personnel if local law enforcement is overwhelmed, and he could do it without needing the governor's approval. However, what he cannot do is deploy these troops to engage in civilian arrest or general law enforcement duties unless the president invokes the Insurrection Act. And that's the bottom line, folks. If you review all the video footage up to this point, You do not see National Guard troops engaging in those type of duties. All you see them doing is standing there protecting federal buildings. So I think Newsom is heading for another loss.

Now, speaking of losing here, which is what Democrats will continue to experience on this issue, you had the LAPD chief come out last night and basically confirm what President Trump was saying that these rioters and these protests are getting out of control and local law enforcement can't handle it. But that's not stopping Democrats from claiming that these protests are still. peaceful. Let's listen to the police chief now. Take a listen. Tonight we had individuals out there shooting commercial-grade fireworks at our officers. That can kill you. And we have adapted our tactics to be able to have a chance to be able to take these people into custody and to be able to hold them accountable. We are overwhelmed

as far as the number of people out there engaged in this type of activity. And the type of things that they're doing, they'll take backpacks. And the backpack will have have a cinder block in it. They have a hammer and they'll break up the cinder block and use that, pass it around to throw at officers, to throw at cars and throw at other people. We've seen people with hammers and you've broadcast it breaking the bollards behind the federal building and taking the rocks, if you will, or pieces of concrete and throwing them at officers. We've had liquid of who knows what description thrown at officers. There's no limit to what they're doing to our officers.

You would think at that point if the Los Angeles Police Department chief comes out and makes a statement that way, the Democrats would temper down on their rhetoric. No, in fact, they disagree with the police chief. They claim what he is saying is false, that these protests are peaceful, and he's just making things up. Here's an example of that Congresswoman Maxine Waters just said this this morning on CNN. Take a listen. Well, I was surprised at the way that the police chief was describing all of this. There's been no violence where anybody that was protesting, hit anybody, shot anybody, threatened anybody. Nothing has happened.

And so he doesn't know what to do probably because this is a sanctuary city, and the police don't have the authority. All that he's got to do is call the work with the governor. The governor was not even called when he sent in the National Guard. The mayor was not even called. The president is initiating this purposely. Listen, I don't know what's more shameful from the congresswoman, the fact that she is now criticizing the police chief or that she is failing to recognize what the law actually says, which is why I have it here on the screen. Look it up for yourself.

It clearly states what the president is allowed to do with the National Guard. National Guard and Federal Service, they could be called up whenever the United States or any of the Commonwealth's or possessions is invaded or is in danger of invasion by a foreign nation. Okay. Number two, there is a rebellion or danger of a rebellion against the authority of the government of the United States and the president is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States. Now, pay attention to this really quickly here. Orders for these purposes shall be issued through the governors of the states. Not orders for these purposes shall be consented from the governor. Okay. Do you see the difference there? And that's why I'm telling you they're going to lose on this. Now, here is another Congresswoman. and making the same argument. Take a listen. You have outliers that throw things and cause damage. And so, yes, the LAPD came in, and they called it an unlawful assembly. I believe that the LAPD has this underhand, and they are very, very experienced in riot control.

So this is something that they can handle. We do not have to have the National Guard here. certainly do not have to have the Marines here. This is a manufactured crisis. Yep, there goes that talking point once again that this is a manufactured crisis. Now, the vice president did speak out in response to Mayor Karen Bass, which I'm about to show you a clip of what she had to say this morning, which was atrocious. But here's what he said. People who were already violating the law are only violating the law because President Trump started enforcing the law. This is the logic of Newsom and his stooges. I mean, I totally agree with it. They want to put it all on President Trump

and take zero responsibility. That is where Democrats go wrong every single time. Now, here is what the mayor had to say earlier this morning on CNN. Take a listen. Hi, Mayor. Thank you so much for joining us. Hi. Hi. So what are you and your police force? I know how busy you are preparing for the hours ahead. What are you expecting on that front? Well, I just have to say that if you dial back time and go to Friday, if immigration raids had not happened here, we would not have the disorder that went on last night. I will tell you that it is peaceful now, but we do not know where and when the next raids will be. That is the concern because people in the city have a rapid restampance network. If they see ice, they go out and they protest. And so it's just a recipe

for pandemonium. Okay, wait a minute. We have to pause. I hope you heard what she just said there, that the people in the community have set up a rapid response network in order to do what? Resist ICE officials. And in some cases, obstruct them from doing their job. And she totally supports it. This is crazy. The state of California, as you well know, is expected to file a formal lawsuit over President Trump's deployment of the National Guard, perhaps as early as today. Your own police chief says the level of violence he's seeing in Los Angeles is, quote, disgusting.

So why not welcome more boots on the ground? Well, no, I think the issue here is state power and state sovereignty. And so we do not believe, and what the governor is doing is separate from what's happening in the city. But what was the reason that the president had to take the power from the governor and federalize the National Guard? Okay, so we've already litigated that throughout this video. I showed you the law forebathom what it says. I expect that the governor will lose on that. So why are they continuing to push that talking point?

Because they know people won't do their research. They know people will just eat up exactly what they say. And it's just easy for them to be lazy and blame President Trump for everything instead of taking responsibility. Now, what's interesting here is that CNN continues to press the mayor. and they confront her over this poll that shows that Democrats are continuing to suffer on this issue. Take a listen. Are Democrats out of touch on this issue? Well, I think if you did the polling in Los Angeles, I'm not sure it would be that way, considering we are a city of immigrants.

And then people might approve that policy, but do people really approve the federal government coming in and seizing power from a state and from a city? So I drill down a little further on that poll because I do not believe that Americans support the federal intervention in a city takeover or state takeover. Given the point where it has escalated to, do you think the National Guard is needed now? No, I don't think the National Guard is needed now. Things in L.A. are calm. I will tell you that I'm saddened by the extent of the vandalism in the form of graffiti all through the downtown area. but it is important for people to know that even in downtown, this is isolated to a few streets. This is not citywide civil unrest taking place in Los Angeles.

Yeah, of course, she's in denial about what the poll says. And remember, ladies and gentlemen, all of these polls for most of the time are not really in support of what President Trump is doing. A lot of them are skewed towards Democrats, of course. I don't find many Trump supporters answering polls these days. And if you are one of them, please let us know in the comment section. now let's get back to the matter at hand she is now saying that everything is calm there is no civil unrest in the city but when i tell you about this next story it makes you question what she is saying because now it's being reported that waymo which is the robo taxi electric vehicles that are in these larger cities where people get to

you know ride to wherever they want to go and it's the car driving itself well they had to suspend the service in downtown L.A. because of the civil unrest. Take a look at this video footage. Yeah, so there's a couple of things that are disturbing about this entire situation. Number one, Waymo's response. Number two, the individual on top of that Waymo vehicle, waving Mexico's flag, or number three, that the individuals who called the car over there repeatedly, not to actually take a ride, but to intentionally set them on fire. Now, here's what a spokesman from Waymo had to say, they are removing the vehicles from downtown Los Angeles and is suspending service in that area where the incidents occurred out of abundance of caution. Quote, we do not believe our

vehicles were intentionally targeted, but rather than that, happened to be present during the protests. Yeah, but what they're failing to understand is you don't get five Waymo cars on the same block for no reason. You get them on the same block because somebody downloaded the app and requested the vehicle five times. Now, understand this as well. In addition to setting Waymo cars on fire, protesters also damage and looted several

businesses on Sunday, including Jordan Studio 23, a sporting goods store in downtown L.A., as well as a T-Mobile and Adidas store, according to CBS. So in the end, ladies and gentlemen, you'll have to make up your own mind on who you believe. Is it President Trump and his administration when they say, listen, we're just executing law and order here? Number one, we are going after criminals who should not be here in the first place. We have done our research. We did our homework. We scoped it out.

This is where they're located. We're going in. We're getting them. And then we are deporting them. Or is it Democrats, particularly Gavin Newsom, who claims that President, Trump violated the U.S. Constitution when he activated National Guard troops to respond to these ICE detention centers and federal buildings that were not able to be protected by local law enforcement. And also that these protests are peaceful according to the mayor. I guess you have to

make up your own mind on who you believe. And that's why I want to get your reaction in the comment section below about this entire story.
