Nick Shirley is slamming Thomas Massey for his latest criticisms in regards to the independent
journalist after he uncovered another major fraud scheme this time out of the state of New York.
Let's hear more.
This might be a bit shocking.
Remember when I went and exposed the adult daycare scam inside of New York City?
These adult daycares were billing for an impossible amount of patients inside of Flushing Queens
for adult daycares.
For instance, this guy right here operated at an adult daycare that received $44 million of your taxpayer.
I exposed it plain and simple and Governor Hockel in Mayor Mandami absolutely went completely silent.
And it's super funny because when I exposed the daycare fraud in Minnesota, then New York City gave $4.5 billion to two-year-olds.
And I said, why are you guys doing that?
They said, well, this initiative extends when they did a two-year-olds, but intellectually you may be eligible.
Governor Hockel started beef with me and I was like, well, I'm going to finish it.
Yeah, and no question did he finish it because this story actually came out over the week.
owner of suspiciously vacant adult daycare
billed Medicaid for $32 million while donating
to Kathy Hochle and other Democrats.
Now, if a Republican was caught doing this,
it'd be full court press in the media.
Me and you both know this,
which is why we're bringing it up today.
Anyways, there was a personal donation of $10,000
as well as another $5,000 through this adult daycare.
Various businesses have claimed that least $32 million
from Medicaid since.
2018. This is one of the owners. That's what he looks like. Okay. All right. Now, I'm going to show you more
what Nick Shirley had to say, and then we'll get to Thomas Massey. Watch. So the reason why these
politicians get so mad at me when I expose the fraud is because I'm exposing the very dollars
that benefit them in their political agendas inside of their own state. These politicians have
learned that fraud is the best way to gain control of a large group of a population because why would
a group in a community cut off the hand that feeds them.
And more specifically, why would any community ever vote against somebody who is giving them money
no matter what?
We have so much money here inside the United States that we are able to hand out millions
upon millions of dollars and no one will even notice.
And now that somebody's looking and these politicians are being exposed, they're all freaking
out and Kathy Hockel is one of them.
Now, here's why you guys clicked on the video.
Thomas Massey, slamming Nick Shirley for this.
Okay, he goes on to say this. Hard to take Nick Shirley seriously until he starts calling out Johnson, Thune, and Trump for funding the daycare fraud in every omnibus and CR bill with no guardrails.
Now, last time I checked, it was not the president's responsibility to pass a CR bill that is Congress.
So I don't know what the president has to do with that. I don't even know what Nick Shirley has to do with that.
That has everything to do with you, sir, Thomas Massey, and your colleagues, where you guys have failed to do common sense things for the American people, like.
rooting out fraud. Now, it is true that Thomas Massey put a bill forward to crack down on daycare fraud.
That's true. But going after Nick Shirley, I don't understand how that works in the end, right?
It just doesn't make sense. So Nick Shirley fired back and said this. In other words,
why can't a 24-year-old solve all the government spending problems? You people in D.C. are a large part
of the problem. All you do is complain and whine on X while your job is to actually work for us.
I've exposed and save America billions. What have you done, quote?
question mark. That's a very good question. Here's what some MAGA people feel about Thomas
Massey. Take a listen. Here's the other thing. I was like, okay, maybe he's got a legitimate argument.
Then I dug into his past. He voted against President Trump's wall. He voted to increase the
debt ceiling bill two weeks prior. He voted to certify the fraud on January 6th. He said,
Devin Nunes, who uncovered all this Russia spying, he said Devin Nunes is deep state.
And I'm like, you are exposing yourself right now, sir.
You are the deep state.
You are anti-Maga, you're anti-WAL, your anti-Fiting election fraud, and we don't need
cowards like that in the United States Congress.
We need warriors, like Byron Donalds.
At the end of the day, there's a lot of fraud that is going on, ladies and gentlemen.
But the biggest fraud is what's happening in Congress.
Okay.
And that's why it takes me to a guest I wanted to invite onto this show.
So I'm going to show you an interview.
Just give you guys a heads up so you're not blindsided, okay?
It's a great conversation with my friend Ross Gibbons about the fraud happening in Congress.
Okay.
So it's easy for Thomas Massey to, I guess, trash Nick Shirley.
But what is he saying about the fraud that's been happening within Congress in regards to stock trading?
And Ross Gibbons is a guy who spent the last 20 years following the trades of people in Congress.
He knows exactly how these people in Congress work, like Ilhan Omar, Rokana, and Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy is a whole other thing.
Anyways, who are actually profiting off the backs of hardworking patriots.
And I've also gotten a lot of emails and DMs from people who said, hey, when are you going to have Ross back onto the show?
Well, this is your lucky day.
So make sure you guys continue to tune in.
He has also agreed to hold a live training event on Thursday, August 20th at 3 p.m. Eastern time, completely free.
We can learn the secrets to piggybacking these completely legal insider trades.
The link is below this video already.
You can click that or sign up or you can even scan the QR code that will pop up on the screen.
So Ross, thank you for being here, sir.
How are you?
Vory, good to see you.
Yeah, likewise.
So I think one of my questions right up front would be Nick Shirley,
proved $9 billion of fraud with a camera and public records, right?
Took it to the Senate.
And this week, the congresswoman at the center of it all won her reelection, or her primary,
that is, by 80%.
Why don't voters or even people in Congress care about this issue?
I mean, on the right, I know we have rhinos who seem to act like they care, but they
really don't.
And clearly, the left doesn't.
So what do you make of all of this?
I don't think either side cares, to be honest with you. They just kind of passed the baton back and forth, deciding who's going to vote down the insider trading bill this year. And listen, the American people are awake at this. And it doesn't seem to matter who we elect. The corruption doesn't stop. And it used to be just insider trading. And that's something that like no one liked, but it wasn't stealing our money. You know, it wasn't taking our tax dollars. What we've seen here in Minnesota,
what we've seen in Minnesota, we've seen across the country, the fraud and abuse.
I mean, we're, I think we're desensitized the numbers.
When you hear these tens and hundreds of millions of dollars and billions go in here,
like a billion dollars is a massive amount of money, and we would just throw it around.
So it kind of feels like they watch Pelosi get rich for 10 or 15 years.
They watch the other senior senator of trade inside and never get in trouble.
They kind of said, let's see how far we can take it.
And look, I mean, she won an 80 percent.
of the vote? Are you kidding me? That's not an American populist voting for her. Look at the woman.
It's a takeover of an American state. And, you know, she looked the other way to the people that voted around.
I think it's that simple. Yeah. You know, it's also stunning that Nick Shirley was able to prove this fraud in a matter of months with just a camera.
I mean, if he could do that with just a camera and knock it on doors, what is the purpose of the oversight?
committee, which is where our tax dollars are going. But in your 20 years, this is where I really
want to go. Has anyone inside the system ever been rewarded for essentially doing what Nick Shirley
did? Or do you think maybe they were caught or maybe they were stopped before blowing the whistle?
I think the upside of being a whistleblower is nowhere near the downside. I think the risks far outweigh
the reward. And you know, you make a good point. Like,
This is a kid with no access to anything with a camera on public records.
I've got access to all the public trading records.
I can prove, well, prove 98% of the way that half of Congress does this.
There was one member of Congress who was actually caught insider trade.
The only investigation I'm aware of where the Ethics Committee did like a two-year investigation.
Essentially, there was a company in his district.
He fought to get tariffs passed that would save this company, which is fine.
You're supposed to protect your constituent.
but as soon as he found out the tariffs were going to pass, he went and loaded up on the stock.
And literally the day after he found out, there's no way it's a coincidence.
And the next day, it gets reported in the stock goes up and he made a bunch of money.
Whole investigation, they interviewed the man's stockbroker.
They pulled emails, text messages, like dead to rights, sitting U.S. congressman, caught insider trading.
And at the conclusion of this 30-some-odd-page ethics committee investigation, they found that he should divest from the stock.
Like, that's what they said.
you need to sell the style and don't do this again.
Like, didn't even get a fine.
And that's when I catch somebody, right?
So there's just no consequences.
And when there's no consequences, bad actors act poorly.
And we're seeing this at the highest levels of government
and then the lowest levels of society.
It's not going to stop anytime soon.
And we can be angry about it and, you know, get red in the face
or you can do something to benefit yourself.
And I know that sounds.
selfish. I don't mean to encourage people to commit fraud and steal from the government and take your fellow Americans tax dollars.
But the trading they do, the stocks they're buying. Listen, they're going to go up either way.
Whether you buy it or Senator, whoever buys it or does it, it doesn't matter.
It's not like when you make money in the market, you're taking it from someone else.
It's not how it works. So as sad as the state is, my advice is, look, at least use something to your advantage.
And you can see what stocks they buy.
you can see when they buy them, you can follow along.
And we've done extremely well just doing that for the last nine years straight.
The CEO of Kalshi set this on the record.
Insider trading actually makes the markets more efficient.
Isn't that crazy?
I don't want to dump on Trump, right?
I voted for the guy three times.
But I think you have to, if you can't sit here and say,
listen, I like this guy, but I don't agree with what he did right there.
then we have a problem. That's where we're getting.
And look what, now he didn't do that. I shouldn't put it on Trump, but it's his company, Trump Media.
They own Truth Social.
Truth Social's losing money sold API access to Trump's posts and other, like the top 10, whatever, but it's Trump's Post.
Wall Street banks are paying $100,000 a month to get his tweets, his truth, whatever he calls them,
one second before they go public.
that's how powerful him talking about a company, right?
And they're openly selling this.
Again, Trump's not running the day-to-day.
I'm not putting this on the president's door to doubt, but the people running his company.
No, look, this is the most viable thing we have, it's information.
And that's the case in the market, anything you know you can profit off of.
And if you look at the returns, the stock returns of Congress, Democrat, Republican, old, young, all of them,
they're double what the market does.
Some of these guys made 70, 80, 100% inside of a year.
And they're not professionals.
They're not sitting on a Bloomberg terminal, Manhattan high rise.
They're buying stocks and their fidelity app in between committee meetings.
So how are they doing?
There's just no possible way they're this good unless they're cheating.
So it's, you know, it is what it is.
But it's out there.
You might as well follow it.
You know, it's public record.
Yeah.
I mean, them having access.
that is definitely, I think what you're pointing at is that this is something we can't stop in the
moment because the only people who can stop it is Congress. And usually what's been happening
over the past decade is one chamber will pass it, but the other won't. You know, like,
for example, the House, I think it was like three weeks ago, they passed the law to ban
stock training for members of Congress. But the Senate has not even touched it. And they probably
won't. So anyways, the point is that knowing we can't control it, but what we can't control
is how we could take that information for ourselves and essentially find ways to make better
choices with our investing. And the reason why I say that is because, I don't know if this
kind of makes sense for you, in your experience, does collecting this information, does it come
easy for the average person out there, or is there a way to go about it? Well, I think that's why
most people don't do it. Like we all know
Congress is using
inside information to trade, but there's
what do you look for? What do you follow? So that's why we have
these free training events. It's like the good
ones are obvious, right? Four members
of a defense committee that
set the DOD budget just bought this little
obscure defense stock or the CEO
and half the C-suite of some little
pharmaceutical startup just piled their
whole salary into the stock the week before
the drug trial results are coming out, right? It's obvious.
But to your point, yeah,
I mean, look, I'm trying to find a silver
lining to this stuff because listen I spent years tracking it just being angry about it didn't get me
anywhere and the fact is if they really wanted to ban insider trading they could sit together in
one afternoon draft a bill sign it and it would be the law of the land forever they've never done
it every time they do what they always do and they don't want a bill pass they go out in front of the
news and say we shouldn't be insider trading these dirty Republicans or these dirty Democrats we're
going to pass this bill and then they attach something to you
it that there's no way the other side is going to sign off on. And they do, this should be illegal,
but it's the same thing they do with the budget crisis and also. Okay, we'll pass your budget.
If you give us a, you know, $100 billion to build the wall. Well, if you give free Medicare
to all these illegals or whatever, right? They don't need to bundle up a bunch of stuff.
This is their full-time job. Okay. Put one bill in front of them. They've never done it.
In 30 years, they've never done it. The president of the United States has admitted as a
problem. Elon Musk has admitted as a problem. Half of Congress has admitted as a problem. I've told
everyone that'll listen to it's a problem. Everyone knows they're not passing it because that's their
honeyhole. That's how they make money. How do you think they're all leaving with 10, 20, 30 million
dollars? It's not a duffel bag full of cash. It's a stock tip. It's a nice piece of information.
It's 100 grand that turned into 10 million. And they're just not going to give that up unless the
consequence is losing their seat, some kind of jail time, which we know is never going to happen,
or they're not going to get reelected. And Nancy Pelosi for 13, 15 years, set the example. It was on
CNBC. It was everywhere. Everyone knew she was doing it. They elected her cycle after cycle.
Yeah. And so the precedent has been set, and they have no motivation to take away their own benefit.
Yeah, I finally have the numbers for people. Last year, when the government took a stake,
the public price, that is, it was $24.
Oh, $24, man.
And the high was in June at $1.24, I think it was.
Another example is MU, which is micron.
Micron, yeah.
Yeah, Micron, thank you.
105 last year.
It's at 949 currently.
I think it got up to, what, 1255?
Navidia.
Yeah.
I'm not too sure Navigia probably was a heads up,
but, you know, a lot of people actually became millionaires over that one, because that stock was low for a very long time.
And Sandisk is another one that just came out of nowhere.
Anyways, I'm just giving people examples of like some of this information, I think, in my opinion, has actually become a little bit easier.
But how do you actually take this information and make the right choices?
And so I guess a better question for you.
You said you spent years documenting this stuff and waiting for consequences.
that never came. So what did you start doing instead? Like how do you take all this information,
I suppose? And yeah. So it's, yeah, I know. I see what you're saying. Yeah, because there's a lot of
them, right? You got all the, every stock trade of every member of Congress, every trade of every CEO,
every CFO. How do you know what to look for? So that's why we started doing these training
events. But essentially it's just a filtering process. And what you'll find, I mean,
there's 4,000 insider trades insiders by executives every day, right? You're not going to look at all of them.
So what is it that these stocks, your intels, your microns, your sand discs, the little, you know, $2 pharmaceutical stock that quadrupled?
What do they all have in common?
And what we started to find is there are markers that tend to show up again and again.
So one of those, if a bunch of people at the company are buying, not one, not, you know, I bought up 20 grand, half the C-suite, hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars in one.
some of these people, as I said, are just better at it than other.
You know, some executive, there's the Pelosi's of the world and there's the, you know,
others that aren't as great.
And so if they've got a track record, they're consistently very good.
They're not shy about using information.
You want to follow them.
On the inside of a company, if we look for people who never buy and suddenly are.
So if you've got a stock where the C-suite, you know, they might buy, you know, once a year,
once every couple of years and 12 of them bought last week,
They might know something, you know.
And so that's what we show people how to do is take all this,
filter it down, and then just research those three or four.
Just look for a handful of obvious ones.
And, you know, what we tend to find is the risk-reward ratio just phenomenal.
Well, I think it's a better way than, you know,
filling down and out about Ilhan Omar because we know the chances of her being held accountable
as I started off with, you know, Tim Walls and even what's happening in California.
And it's good work from Nick Shirley.
And I still want that to happen.
But, you know, I ended up getting to a point, Ross, where I just get so frustrated.
So then I just start focusing on what I can do, which is part of the reason why you're on the show today.
Okay, so guys, go to insider trades with devori.com.
The link is below this video or just scan the QR code you see on the screen and register.
It's completely free.
up getting a free insider stock pick report just for registering Thursday, August 20th at 3 p.m.
Eastern time. Again, that's Thursday, August 20th at 3 p.m. Eastern time. This is the one training
you cannot miss this year. A link and everything else is below this video. Parting thoughts,
Ross. Well, no, I think you wrapped it up perfectly. I've never been to AA, but I always hear
that sign. What is the mantra they say? God grant me to serenity to change the things I can and the
wisdom to know the difference, whatever the heck it is. That's kind of like this, right? They're not
asking me my opinion. There's nothing I can do to get Congress as a collective body to grow a
conscience and stop trading stocks on inside information. So I'm going to use this to make a couple
of blocks to send my kids to private school and I'm not going to lose a minute to sleep over it.
Absolutely. Absolutely. Well, Ross, I appreciate your time. And yep, sign up for his training,
guys.
