So what is going on in California. Yesterday, ICE officials were fired upon by rioters during an ICE raid. This morning, the mayor issued an executive directive looking to ban ICE officials from doing business in her city. And a federal judge is planning to issue an injunction against ICE. All of these stories we're going to get into in this video, show you what both sides are saying, give you the facts, and of course, the bottom line. Fox News Alert, we're following a massive clash. shaping up outside of LA. Federal agents shutting down an illegal cannabis farm

staffed by migrants, but hordes of resistors showed up to fight. Agents had to deploy tear gas to clear the road. The standoff has been going on for hours, and feds had to resupply federal agents who were boxed in. The U.S. Marshals were called in for backup, and they've arrested a handful of agitators.

One of the protesters was found to be carrying a gun. so far at least three people have been hospitalized. ICE needs more manpower. The big beautiful bill will give it to them, but in the meantime, these agents are out on an island. All right, bottom line up front, three facts you need to be aware of as it pertains to this story. Number one, this was not a peach form, this is not an almond form, and this definitely was not a strawberry form. This was a cannabis form. Glass House, which owns the land, has a state license for cultivating cannabis.

That's fact number one. Fact number two, at least 10 individuals were under the age of 18, considered to be minors and were working on that form. That's fact number two. Fact number three, ICE had a criminal warrant. They had the supporting documentation, the legal authorization, and the congressional authority that's been given to them to go in there, detain, and deport illegal migrants. So that's fact number three.

Now that you know that, we'll start getting into the opinion, starting with what Fox News had to say, about this story. Take a look. Hundreds of protesters swarmed the marijuana farm in Southern California as federal immigration agents were carrying out a search warrant there. The U.S. attorney warned these protesters not to interfere or they would be charged with a federal offense. But a local news helicopter captured the moment that one of those protesters appeared to fire a weapon at the officers.

The U.S. attorney says now, FBI has issued a $50,000 award for information leading to the conviction of an unknown subject who appeared to fire a pistol at federal law enforcement officers near Cameroa. California Governor Gavin Newsom tried to politicize this moment. He posted kids running from tear gas crying on the phone because their mother was just taken from the fields. Trump calls me news scum, but he's the real scum. The CBP commissioner, Rodney Scott, replied to that with this. Here's some breaking news. Ten juveniles were found at this marijuana facility. All illegal aliens, eight of them unaccompanied, it's now under investigation for child labor violations. This is Newsom's California.

And before I show you that, take a look at what Libs of TikTok says. So just to be clear, the Democratic Party is now the party of illegal alien children being used for labor at weed forums. Did I get that right? Yes, you got that right. And so this brings me to what Gavin Newsom had a say in response to Libs of TikTok after they posted the video, showing the individual shooting at ICE agents. Would it newsome say in response? Of course I condemn any assault on law enforcement U.S. poster.

Now, do January 6th. See, it's all political theater for this guy. Now, let's circle back on these children that were found on the weed form. Take a look. We're learning this morning that 10 people under the age of 18 were found at that farm, eight of them unaccompanied. And so now the Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott says, This is also turning into a child labor violations case.

A spokesman for Homeland Security said that they were conducting criminal warrants at Glasshouse Farms. There's a marijuana facility. They had two different locations, and there were raids happening at both of those locations. And then what happened is protesters quickly descended upon those farms when word got out. This lasted for hours. There were people who were well into the night being taken away, detained. We don't know at this hour how many people. have been arrested.

Okay, so it's already enough that you have illegal aliens working on this weed form. And then it's a whole other thing that children are also working on this form. And then you have this report from Data Republican on X who says, allegedly, that this company, Glass House forms was the marijuana growing operation that got ready yesterday. They had a class action lawsuit filed against them for failing to pay wages and failing to provide breaks. But, Tom, it strikes me. unbelievable that the Democrats are not on board. When you look at this raid, there were 10 juveniles that were legally brought across the border.

You and I covered this under the Biden administration. I was down in Texas. We encountered a 8, 10-year-old, 12-year-olds coming across with just a name and an address and a phone number on their necks, the cartel ruthlessly sending them across. And yet now we know that 10 of them, eight of which were unaccompanied minors, working illegally in a marijuana farm and your agents go in and rescue them essentially. And yet there is violent resistance to that. Does that upset you?

It's certainly obsessed me. And like I said, you know, the work men and women of ICE are doing, it's incredible. Look, we're looking for over 300,000 missing children. We've already found 10,000. Have you heard that anywhere? No, the media is simply not covering it. And look, this should be a nonpartisan issue. Arresting public safety threats and national security threats,

everybody brought the same page on that. Rescuing children, I mean, it should be a nonpartisan issue. Everybody should be in lockstep on that. The only thing I can think of, Griff, if they hate President Trump more than they love their community. They hate President Trump more than they want, you know, safe communities. There's just no other excuse why this is not, why this has become a partisan issue to take public safety threats off the street. Yeah, see, this is the question that Americans truly,

really need to come to grips with. And really, it's only half of the country, in my opinion, is that if you don't want criminal illegal aliens in the country, why would you want non-criminal illegal aliens in the country? People who did not come through the border the right way. Why would you not want them deported? Oh, that's right. Because you believe in amnesty. The problem is when you think that way, you're now thinking like the people who run these sanctuary cities, which we know crime is an issue. which we know actually enables the criminals to hide out in those areas and are truly not benefiting the local economy.

But, I mean, that is more of a boring point that needs to be made. And no one's wanting to hear that, of course, from the left. Now, here's the president echoing the same thing that Tom Homan just said. You know, something that you should have that you haven't reported, as you know, 300,000 children are missing, right? 300,000 under Biden. We've already gotten back 10,000 of those children, and we have a lot more plan to come back. We're getting it back by the 1,000, but 300,000, and as of this morning, over 10,000, we've gotten back.

See, the fundamental sticking point here politically is that one side wants to follow the law because it hasn't been followed, and the other side wants to change the law or actually. like the law doesn't exist because of compassion. And at the end of the day, when you're having to govern almost 400 million people in a country, you've got to go the more conservative route because we know the liberal route is not good for our country. It just isn't. You just cannot have a free-for-all. You just cannot allow people to skip the line and you cannot reward people who do not follow our laws. That's what Democrats are asking for. And so if we let that happen, then what is the point of having rules? What is the point of having laws? I know there are exceptions. I know amendments exist, right? I know people deserve second chances, and there's

a time in place for all that. Now, of course, there were people on the ground protesters that were speaking out against this. So let me show you their side of things. Take a look. They started throwing pepper balls, tear gas, smoke, everything, just trying to disperse us because they're scared. They know that we're going to push back against it. We're not letting ICE agents in. We're not letting ICE agents out. We've been trying to block in since we're not giving them what they want. What we've really seen here is horrific.

It shouldn't be this way. It is vulgar. It's un-American. This is not what we are about here. Really, this is exactly what you guys are about. Because if we look at the video footage of when the ICE officials were leaving, the protesters are throwing rocks at them. I mean, in some cases, they broke the vehicle.

glass. They should be prosecuted. I don't understand for the life of me why Americans think fighting physically and looking to hurt federal authorities, law enforcement officials, is the solution. It actually makes the problem even worse. We talk about this all the time if we exercise some intelligence here. If people want change, the change happens in Congress first, not in the streets like this. But as I always say, what difference does it make when you still have the mayor of Los Angeles speaking like this about ICE agents. Take a look. And, uh, and I think the idea that we should accept this, people being snatched off the street by mask men and claimed clothes with vest on that it looks like they got from, uh, Amazon, carrying guns and, and pulling people

aside, no warrants, arresting them, detaining them. We don't know where they go. All right. Now, in a perfect world, the mayor would take a page from Eric Adams, and she would make a deal with the Department of Homeland Security with the Trump administration, and that would actually allow her to be a more effective mayor and actually protect the people who deserve to be protected, in her opinion. But she is an extremist. She wants to protect all illegal aliens, even if they're criminals, even if they're employing children to do labor, even if they are a part of gangs.

She wants to protect all of them, because it's about undermining President Trump, as you guys know. And a great example of how much to ruling to undermine the President of the United States. L.A. Mayor Karen Bass did sue the Trump administration, and she was able to locate a federal judge who was appointed by former President Obama to rule in her favor. And now we have an injunction that's been handed down blocking ICE officials from pretty much doing their job in Los Angeles County. Tickalo. That hearing is underway in the federal courthouse behind us as I speak to you right now. and I can tell you, Fox News has learned that the federal judge in this case has issued a tentative

decision that goes against the Trump administration. That's according to our sources who have reviewed that initial tentative ruling. Now, Fox has told that federal judge, Mamay Awusi, mensa Fringpong, a Biden appointing, has written a tentative order that will potentially block the Trump administration, DHS, from carrying out some of the most controversial parts of its immigration sweeps here in the L.A. area. In particular, DHS will be blocked from conducting stops of suspected illegal immigrants unless the agent has a reasonable suspicion that there is a violation of immigration law. Additionally, the Trump administration will be blocked from relying on race, Spanish speaking, location, and type of work when making

immigration arrest. Now, so at this point, we're waiting for that judge to issue the final order. Again, a lot of people said this is exactly what she's going to do, but we have not seen the official order or the documents. But let's just get real. These lower court judges, they've been ruling against the president since day one. So no shocker there. And what's also not a shocker is Mayor Karen Bass just held a press conference. She plans to sign her own executive order that will ban ICE officials from conducting business in her city unless they hand over their intelligence about who, when, where, why, and how when it comes to their ICE operation. It's just a complete joke. Take a look. I am here today to sign an executive directive, and I just want to

point out the irony for a minute, that there is a need for me to have an executive directive to help our city understand how to protect itself from our federal government. Just let that sink in for a minute. So the executive directive that I will be signing in a few minutes is to help the city family, to help the city workforce, to help the city departments and all of the general managers essentially develop preparedness plans that have specific protocols and that help city workers know how to address immigration officials should they approach a city department. Well, given that announcement, you don't have to be a legal scholar to know this is going nowhere. A city directive never supersedes federal authority, okay?

That is the bottom line as clear as day. Now, again, they have to do something because they're operating from this whole narrative that they have to fight back against the federal government instead of working with the federal government. There's a difference in the mindset and the decision-making. So, of course, the decisions that she's going to make, the rhetoric that's going to come from her, is not really going to be rooted in sound constitutional thinking. it's going to be rooted in this radical extremist behavior that you're continuing to see

from Democrats, especially in Los Angeles. And it's just a sad state of affairs because force negates. They keep trying to force the federal government into not doing the job that they're elected to do. This is what people want, deportations. In fact, here is Fox News reminding people of that. A clear majority of Americans support deporting illegal immigrants. Latest number from Fox is at 56%. latest number from New York Times at 54, Marquette 56, and Wall Street Journal 53.

When you just listened to the reporting that we heard there, about 10 kids working in one of these pot stores, and you've got a Democratic congressman out there, said, salute Carbohol, I believe is how you say it, says it's deplorable, it's overkill, it's ridiculous, this was a bunch of crap. His words, his quote, where do you see this going if this is the early stages of it all? I think there's let's start with a hypocrisy at the top you look at Gavin Newsome where is the statement from the governor of California coming out and condemning child forced labor because that is exactly what the ice agents found and ice agents are doing their job they're out there to take people out that are doing bad things these people are doing bad things to children they were working these children around marijuana there should be outrage there it shouldn't be political it should be we all condemn it, whether you're a Democrat or Republican. Yes, we all should be able

to condemn it, but there's only one problem and it comes down to an individual who's a part of this conversation and that is President Trump. For some reason, whether it's for good or bad, President Trump just has a certain impact on half of the country. They don't care if he saves

a thousand babies out of a burning building. They will still hate this man all the way to their grave. And they literally hate him. Not you know what I just don't care for him or I just disagree with his way of doing things or I'm not too keen on his personality no they hate him they hate him so much they have mental health issues because of him so in a perfect world where logic is truly applied and there's some level of

emotional intelligence yeah I would agree we would all be able to condemn this but my guess is you're not going to hear that from the governor why because he put out a tweet saying look at the kids and mothers running from tear gas. Well, if you are attacking agents and you are trying to kill them, and if you look at these videos, it's pretty clear you're trying to kill them, you're throwing these massive rocks or car, you have weapons being used, you have to defend yourself if you're in law enforcement. Look at what you're watching on the screen right now. This is what the Democratic Party has done to law enforcement. They have tried to turn them in the villains. There is no rhetoric that's being pulled back from the left. They're referring to them.

is basically Nazis. They're saying this is something we saw in Europe during World War II. They're saying they're the Gestapo. And it's coming from the highest levels of the Democratic Party's leadership, whether it's the majority leader and minority leader in the House or the Senate. And no one is condemning this, including the governor in California. They created this. This is what they decided to do to stand up to Donald Trump.

And again, they also don't respect the American people. You go back to the poll you just gave. The American people voted. for this. They want it. They're standing behind the president. They want law and order. And the left wants anarchy. And they want apparently dead ice agents. They have no problem with it. Well, listen, there's no question that this is exactly what people voted for, majority of Americans. But when Joe Rogan comes out and starts slamming the president of the United States, obviously it catches a lot of people's attention, which is now to be reported that he had a

private dinner with the president to push the idea of amnesty. Because according to Joe Rogan, if you cross the border illegally, we shouldn't be focused on deporting you. If you've been in the country for 20 years and you still don't have your papers, we should not be focused on deporting you. And that's where the amnesty argument is starting to come from. See, the amnesty, they just announced, I think Joe Rogan came back and had dinner with President Trump. He's a huge amnesty guy.

All those guys are now that huge amnesty guy. All the billionaires. Huge amnesty guys. That whole honesty thing kicked up last week. And trust me, they're back, and the lobbyists are going to come back and call it something else. But it's amnesty. Can't happen. Mass deportations now.

Amnesty never. There's a lot of people talking in here, Department of Labor, Department of Agriculture, Department of Homeland Security, talking about options. Nothing's been settled. And I'm not going to get ahead of president. Whatever president decides, it's his decision. But we're nowhere near that. I can tell you one thing, though, one thing I'm reading in the media that's not true. there will be no amnesty.

Thanks a lot. Yeah, so there it is. You heard it from Tom Holman. Ultimately, the president will make the decision on it, and he's already stated that amnesty is not on the table. But that doesn't mean it couldn't happen in the future. But understand this, which is probably more important. Why would we give amnesty to people who did not follow the law?

Why would we give amnesty to people who skipped the line? What makes them more special than the people who did it right? That's why every poll that you review, where it's immigrants who got their citizenship legally, they are the toughest on this issue. They do not want to see these people who are undocumented or hear illegally, get amnesty whatsoever.

They are totally against that. And that's on the main point of the pathway to citizenship argument, okay? But what about the argument in regards to these riots that are continuing to happen? What about the argument in regards to individuals thinking that they can just assault federal authorities and get away with it?

I mean, I don't understand. why the police is putting up with that. They need to shut that down immediately or it's going to turn into that whole George Ford Black Lives Matter moment all over again. It really is shaping to do that, which is why Jesse Waters said this last night

about this. Ice has to go harder, Emily. I'm not advocating for police brutality, but you can't have a tug of war with a bicycle against Trantifa. It makes ice look weak and it makes Trantifa look strong. the minute they start resisting and obstructing

you have to arrest these people you have to put them like this hands behind the back headlock need of the back get them down on the ground and get them the heck out of there these little standoffs these little skirmishes only empower Trantifa they need back up

I don't know if it's the Marines I don't know if it's locals marshals whoever they need to get the BBB big beautiful bill, I think doubles or almost triples these agents, manpower, and this cannot come soon enough. Now, the thing about America, it's easy to not have gratitude in our country because most people live in a bubble. They've never been outside the country. They have no frame of reference or anything to compare our country to. So they think what President Trump is doing as it pertains to these mass deportations is outrageous. But don't get it twisted. If we went to another country

and crossed the border illegally, in some cases, we would be. shot dead on site. That's number one. Number two, we would never get due process, okay? We'd be thrown into prison immediately. And so most people are being led to believe that what the Trump administration is doing and these ICE raids are illegal, they're wrong, and they shouldn't be happening. But they have a misunderstanding of the law. They have a misunderstanding of where the blame really lies, which is with Congress. And they definitely have a misunderstanding of what other countries are doing, which would give them a bigger picture to look at and exercise some common sense or discernment at the minimum.
