Starting point is 00:00:00 Big update from the president today as he has officially asked the Supreme Court to allow him to block mailing ballots before the midterm elections. This is sparking obviously a major meltdown from the media and definitely people who lean left. But what is the truth and what are the facts? We're going to talk about in the video. Let's start with what the president said earlier at a rally. You read recently in New Jersey where tremendous numbers of people who found out that they were on the voter rolls totally illegally. And that's all over the country. That's nothing compared to what's going on in California and Minnesota and so many other states.
Starting point is 00:00:37 And hopefully there will be no mail-in ballots. Mail-in ballots are inherently corrupt except for illness, disability, military deployment, or travel. If you're in the military, you're far away, absolutely. If you have to go someplace, absolutely. But mail-in ballots have proven to be a disaster. We're the only country in the world that in this four. does them. Now, let's get into this order a little bit more as it calls on the Postal Service to restrict the delivery of mail-in ballots in states that don't hand over a list of eligible
Starting point is 00:01:10 voters understand something. According to the presidential address that happened a week or so ago from the president, he stated at least 250,000 people that they could find, not from blue states, by the way, because they wouldn't hand over their voter rolls, that they could find that were non-citizens registered to vote. In New Jersey alone, 400 of them actually participated in the election. So what is it around the country? That's a good question. And if you're not going to hand over this information, you are obstructing election integrity. It also directs the Homeland Security Department and SSA to create a list of verified absentee voters, which the Postal Service would refer to when delivering ballots and threatens to withhold federal funds to
Starting point is 00:01:53 states that don't comply with the order. This is the president in the White House essentially doing whatever they can to at least live up to some type of election integrity. The Senate has yet to pass the Save America Act. It seems like they're not going to be able to depend on them to do the right thing. And so this is what the president is doing. Let's go to CNN's legal analysts. And I don't think he's on board with this. Take a listen. Yeah. And that's legally relevant. First of all, the courts have made clear time and again that you are not supposed to mess with the rules around elections if we get too close to elections. And now we are really close to elections. And in fact, one of the arguments, really the only argument the Justice Department even made to defend this thing
Starting point is 00:02:33 is to say, well, it's premature because DHS and the Postal Service haven't even done what they're supposed to do yet. But the response to that is, yeah, that's exactly why you need to block this, because it's going to create chaos, because here we are three or so months before the election, because we're in a status right now where half the states are opposing this and half the states want to do it. And that's why the challengers say the courts need to come in and block this. How likely is it do you think that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear this appeal as opposed to refusing to hear it and let the appeals court verdict stand? Yeah, so the Supreme Court is out of session now, but they are still considering cases on what we sometimes call the emergency
Starting point is 00:03:12 docket or the shadow docket. It takes five of the nine justices to intervene in a case off of the emergency docket. No matter what the Supreme Court does, they're going to be involved. Because if they turn this case down, then the lower court, the court of appeals ruling, stands, which blocks this executive order. That's option one. Option two, if the court decides to get involved, then they might agree. They might agree that this is causing chaos and against the Constitution, or they might overturn it. They might say, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:03:41 You can try to move forward with this. But if that's the case, Jake, then we're going to have chaos as a practical matter. You know, that's one point of view, which I'm not going to sit here and debate with him over it. it could lead to chaos. One could make the argument, we already have chaos, but based on how elections are operated already, I mean, if you're not even going to hand over your voter rolls to tell us exactly who's registered to vote, I would call that chaotic. I would call that an obstruction of election integrity. I mean, think about this. The party who says that the elections are secure are refusing to turn over their voter rolls. What does that tell you exactly?
Starting point is 00:04:17 I think you know exactly what it tells you. But it's not going to stop their pundits from going on CNN and saying this about the president. If you are China or Russia and you want to weaken American democracy, you, I mean, you've hit the gold mine. He's doing their job. He's doing their job. But it's the president of the United States who has done more to damage Americans' faith and their elections than anybody on the planet.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Putin couldn't buy this. That is an incredible statement. He's tried to buy this on Facebook and he's probably bought these ads on Facebook, but like Putin couldn't buy this level of influence. But no ad on Facebook. Yeah, okay, is an ad on Facebook. No, this is the president. And everyone around him.
Starting point is 00:04:51 adding to this. And it has real pragmatic, deleterious effects down ballot, right? In many ways. If you're a voter in Georgia, a Republican voter in Arizona, and you're being told this election's going to be rigged, maybe you stay home. Yeah, so I don't agree with her on that. I think Republican voters will absolutely show up and vote for the party
Starting point is 00:05:13 because they understand what the alternative is. And the alternative is, as I say often, as bad shit craziness from the Democrat Party, no doubt about it. And I would actually argue, as I stated earlier, it's just peak hypocrisy. This is a party who complained about Russia, Russia, Russia in 2016. Then they brought it up again in 2020. Now that the president is bringing it up, they don't want to have anything to do with it. That's a separate issue from mailing ballots, by the way.
Starting point is 00:05:42 I'm just showing you what's going on. But on that point of mail-in ballots, I mean, listen, there is always going to be trade-off. So if they can get this done now, the tradeoff will be, this is too close to the midterm elections, it may cause some havoc. That's true. I don't see anything wrong with that as far as that idea being true. But then think of the other tradeoff if we do nothing. I mean, ask Los Angeles, I suppose. To terminate the filibuster, everybody called John Thune at the Senate.
Starting point is 00:06:14 He's the leader of the Republican Party and tell him to get this stuff approved. terminate the filibuster to approve everything. Because the Democrats are going to do it. The Democrats are going to terminate the filibuster as soon as they have a chance. And then they're going to approve Puerto Rico and D.C. as a state. They've got four more senators. They're going to get up with 12 more congressmen. They're going to get like 40 electoral votes.
Starting point is 00:06:46 If they are allowed to do that, by that time I'll be sitting home. and I'm not a big crier. I don't think you want to see me cry, you know? There are some people they do very well when they cry, but you don't want to see me cry, but I may be crying when I... I'll be sitting home and I'll say I told them
Starting point is 00:07:05 they got to really terminate the filibuster, get everything approved right away. Because you're going to have a stoppage. You're going to have a stoppage in September. The Democrats won't approve everything. They become deranged, like deranged Jack Smith. Remember that deranged? Well, he's not wrong.
Starting point is 00:07:21 wrong. And if I had to put my money on it, Democrats are going to do exactly what they've been signaling for quite some time. So, you know, I don't think asking for voter ID is really an issue here. I mean, the American people definitely agree with me. But Congress has a bad habit. I'm not doing something that is a 90-10 issue with the American people and they do things that are a 10 to 90 issue, if that makes sense. All right, I think it's time to get into our sanity report of today. Speaking of craziness, where we react to clips about. American culture, clips that are viral on the internet, and give them a grade. Where we start first is someone who says, I'm a liberal who hated Charlie Kirk, and now
Starting point is 00:08:00 they have a different perception of him. I used to be a liberal, and I hated Charlie Kirk. I never actually watched any of his debates or anything like that. I just saw all the clickbait and the most horrible things. Until recently, when I went to YouTube and I started watching some of his debates, you know the full clip not just that little part where he says something horrible and i realized that i am a fucking monster because he never said anything unhateful or untoward or disrespectful all he was was a man of opinions and he disagreed straight up yeah that's exactly what he did
Starting point is 00:08:47 uh that's why we um have the charley kirk mug on the desk here as a careful reminder of what excellence looks like when debating your ideas. So she gets an A plus for thinking for herself, actually going and doing the research, even if she did not support him in the end. But she basically watched the videos and said, you know what? I still don't agree with his politics, but I definitely disagree with how he was characterized. That still is an A plus in my book. Critical thinking, folks. Let's go to Hollywood. Oh, man. Miss Hathaway. Now, She's got some screws loose because she gets onto this stage about human rights and has this to say.
Starting point is 00:09:31 With the exception of being a cisgender male, everything about how I was born has put me at the current center of a damaging and widely accepted myth. That myth is that gayness orbits around straightness, transgender orbits around cisgender. and that all races orbit around whiteness. And it is a myth that keeps money and power in the hands of the few instead of being invested in the lives of the free. Let's just pause right there. It's the other way around, actually.
Starting point is 00:10:09 The money is being sourced and conserved with people who buy into this stuff. Hollywood's been doing it already. So I don't know where she's going with that. Secondly, you know, it's so, interesting that you see these actors and actresses out of Hollywood speak on culture and politics. And the reason why they do that is because they don't have to suffer any consequences.
Starting point is 00:10:31 They are removed from what the average Joe actually goes through on a daily basis. They can't practically understand based on their livelihood at this point or their lifestyle at this point. They just can't. You know, this is not a human rights violation or crisis on our hands. The crisis is a mental health one. people in America or across the world believe they are not what they are born to be. That is a crisis.
Starting point is 00:10:56 That is a mental health crisis. You're either a man or a woman. All right. F minus, if that didn't make it clear. Let's go to our next one. So this, I don't know if the terms would be correct, washed up rapper or old school rapper. Call them whatever you want, Willie D. He's recently slammed Officer Tatum.
Starting point is 00:11:19 Okay. So Brandon Tatum goes out there. He interviews all these people. He gets ahead of the case because he sees that Ben Crump and all these other race hustlers are already saying this black kid was murdered. And they have no facts to back that up. Anyway, so Willie D. comes out and he has this to say about Brandon Tatum. Officer Tatum constantly regurgitates white supremacist talking points.
Starting point is 00:11:41 If you close your eyes and just heard him talk, heard him talk, you would think he's absolutely some red name. out in Alabama or Mississippi somewhere. This dude is a cancer to the black community. He's actually a cancer to American society. Um, no. What's a cancer to American society, as I said earlier, are two groups. One group are white progressive liberal women who are radical. They hate white men. They weaponize skin color for their own savior guilt complex, call it whatever you want. And they create policies that are inherently racist. They are a cancerous group. And the ghetto part of black culture is a cancer's group as well. Forty-two percent abortion rate don't believe in marriage. They kill each other. They don't believe in authority. They really contribute nothing to our society.
Starting point is 00:12:34 I would argue those two groups are cancerous. And the people who defend those groups like Willie D here, he's just as bad as they are because he can't even call them out for who they really are. sad. So Willie D, he obviously gets an F-minus. And this whole talking point about white supremacy, that's a low IQ point. These are not talking points originating from white supremacy. These are talking points originating from truth. If you think truth is white supremacy, then you might as well pack your bags up and get the hell out of this country. Let's go to our last one here. So Sophie Cunningham, as you guys know, recently came out, delivered a common sense take regarding men playing in girls sports, which shouldn't exist.
Starting point is 00:13:19 And I think everybody agrees with that. Anyways, so now these raging liberals are burning her WMBA jersey as a reaction. Let's hear it. Jersey used to represent someone I respected as an athlete. Today it represents something I can't support anymore. Sports have the power to bring people together. But when someone uses their platform to demonize or marginalize an already vulnerable community, I have to decide where I stand. So today I'm not burning a person. I'm burning my
Starting point is 00:13:49 support. As a trans woman, I've spent years fighting just to exist authentically. I won't spend a dollar or another minute or another ounce of energy supporting people who contribute to making that fight harder. Okay. It's funny how she says, or he says, or whatever he is, it's a dude, actually. it's funny how he says that he's been fighting to live an authentic life. I mean, what's more authentic than being the gender you were assigned at birth? I don't know. Secondly, I don't know why we have a problem in America where we have to announce our problems with people. Like, I don't like what you said, so I'm going to unfollow you. I don't like what she said, so I'm going to burn her jersey and recorded and then put up a message on social media. Who are you exactly? I don't care about how you feel. man. What are you accomplishing there? You're just accomplishing, really on my behalf, confirmation that you're mentally in a crisis, okay? You got some screws loose. If you're going to take the time out as an adult and burn a sports jersey, that's high school stuff. Sad, F-minus. No question.
Starting point is 00:15:01 This person's not even in charge of their mental faculties, that's why. So share your reaction in the comments section below to the sanity report of today.
