And tonight's New York governor debate, let's just say it didn't go very well for Kathy Hockel.
Watch this.
And also this.
New York State now has the lowest crime rates it's had in modern history.
Now, we're not done yet.
And you're going to hear a lot of, well, a lot of different opinions here this evening.
And I want you to judge it this way.
So she was struggling to get her opening state.
out there without fumbling over her words.
And what's interesting as we go through this,
you're going to find it very easily to see why she's one of the worst governors
in the entire country.
Not because she's a woman.
Not because she believes black people don't know what a computer is.
It's because when it really mattered most for her to truly stand up to someone like Mondani
and to make sure that the safety of New Yorkers were really considered,
she buckled.
Okay?
she couldn't do the right thing and her opponent in this debate exposed her left and right.
Here's the first example of that.
Responding.
You haven't heard.
U.S. News and World reports says I have the safest county in America.
So I back law enforcement and I back the laws of both our federal government and our state government.
And I give our law enforcement professionals the tools they need to keep us safe.
But you say you spent $4 billion on law enforcement.
Well, you spend $8 billion on a legal mileage.
and gave them more benefits than New Yorkers get.
How does that make any sense?
So her opponent, Bruce Blakeman, hits it right on the nail.
He's Nassau County, I believe, an executive there.
Now, I actually, I'll be honest with you guys, haven't really heard of the guy.
Okay.
Now, I've been following a lot of these debates, and so this is why he came across my desk,
and that's why we're talking about him tonight.
Is he going to become the next governor of New York?
Probably not.
And that's what's wrong with politics.
Okay.
That's the thing that breaks my heart because what he is saying is factually true.
This is a governor that allowed Eric Adams to give what was it, $10,000 on a debit card to illegal aliens and house them in luxury hotels.
That went on when she was in charge.
How does that make sense exactly?
So, Governor Hockel, under your sanctuary policies, a 14-year-old girl was raped recently here in New York State.
by an illegal migrant.
Four Arandiquot residents were killed recently by an illegal migrant.
Two of those victims were children under the age of five.
Two Nassau County women in their 30s were killed by an illegal migrant because of your sanctuary
policies.
Will you apologize to that 14-year-old girl whose life is forever changed and her family
and the families of those who are killed?
the ones that'll never get to sit in another Thanksgiving dinner,
never be able to open their presidents under their Christmas tree.
Will you apologize to them,
and will you please return Sheridan Gorman's parents' calls
to talk to you about your sanctuary policy?
You know, any crime is heartbreaking.
There's a family left with a huge hole in their heart.
And I abhor all crimes,
regardless of the perpetrator.
Victims deserve our sympathy.
They deserve our compassion.
And that's why I've laser focused on making New York so much more safer than it had been before.
Yeah.
That was her response.
No apology whatsoever.
Just the robotic blanket can statement or answer to his question.
It really isn't that hard, Kathy Hockel, to just say, I do apologize.
I'm the governor of this state.
Anybody who dies in this state, I should.
share some level of responsibility for it, even if I'm not directly at fault for it. I mean,
come on, be a leader. But this is the thing about politics. There is no room for logic or humility,
right? There's no room for common sense, not with people like her. And the interesting part about it is
I think more politicians would be much more successful if they actually exercise those principles.
But for someone like her, who clearly can't even condemn criminals within New York, like the guy who was shot
by ICE who had robbed New Yorkers before and invaded ICE before.
Matter of fact, if the NYPD had arrested him and handed him over, then ICE would have never
been in that neighborhood.
So when she complains about ICE putting people's lives in jeopardy, they don't even have to
be there in the first place if you guys would do your job and get rid of Sanctuary City
policies.
But you know what Kathy Hokko's focused on?
She's focused on this.

I think in his non-answer, he refused to condemn what ICE did.
So he basically says in the state of New York he'd be fine if ICE agents shoot into cars, shoot guns into vehicles, not knowing who's inside, and could have killed a five-year-old child.
If that doesn't shock the conscience of everybody, and it should shock his conscience as well, that he says that's okay, that's how ICE is supposed to do it, I'll tell you what, I oversee over five-year-old child.
I oversee over 500
policing agencies in the state of New York
over half a million arrests every year
that's not how you conduct yourself
ICE is out of control it's out of control
in Nassau County
Yeah so they're still stuck on the five year old boy
Even though the five year old boy was not shot
Nothing happened to him
The only reason why this boy was even in danger
Because of his father's sins
Okay his father is in the country legally
His father committed robbery was convicted
Is a cold hard criminal has a rap sheet
already escaped ICE once before, knew he was going to be targeted again.
What did you think was going to happen?
So is that ICE's fault or is that the fault of the father?
Again, this is what the left loves to do.
They make the criminal the actual victim when they're not a victim, okay?
The criminal is a criminal and deserves to be held accountable.
And when ICE goes into the neighborhood to catch this criminal, they shouldn't even have to do it to begin with because the NYPD should have already caught them and handing them over.
It's really that simple.
One plus one equals two.
This is why people like Kathy Hokel continue to speak as if we're stupid.
Listen to what she had to say here.
Does New York sanctuary policy amount to a cancellation at times of valid deportation orders
provided an immigrant lays low and doesn't commit a violent crime?
And are you comfortable with that reality?
Even New York City has 170 crimes, serious crimes where they will work with ICE agents to remove people.
That is a fact all across the state of New York.
We always work with law enforcement to remove people.
who are committing crimes.
Okay, there's so much there, but I first want to go to cowshee.com.
Scan the card code you see at the bottom.
They're going to give you $25 on your first $25 if you decide to trade on their platform.
Reason why I'm bringing this up is because if you want to trade on elections, politics, sports,
culture, crypto, commodities, climate, economics, it's all here for your liking.
According to Kalshi, New York governor, winner, she's at 93.9%.
So that's why I said, my heart breaks for New Yorkers.
I know not all of them are insane like Kathy Hockel, but this is where they're at.
And again, if you guys want to check out cosh.com, scan the QR code that you see at the bottom of your screen.
Well, if that was a fact, Governor, Bruce Blakeman would have never had to get up on that stage
and tell the story of the four individuals or the four New Yorkers that were killed by illegal aliens.
We wouldn't have had the shooting that happened the other day, right?
We wouldn't have these other violent acts by legal aliens in New York City.
these people would be gone. But of course, she thinks people are literally that stupid. And that's
why it's always good to hear that some people, especially people who've served in the NYPD,
continue to speak out against her nonsense. Listen to this. This is a travesty to say to least. And this is
something that's a byproduct of the failed immigration policies of the Biden administration.
The borders were not secure. So as a result of not having secure borders, we had criminals of this
magnitude that came in the cities, which are sanctuary cities like New York, and committed horrific
offenses. These individuals had been arrested in the past, but we operate or we function as a
catch and release stream here in the city of New York where we arrest criminals and we let them
out. In the past, under the Bloomberg administration, we had a contingent of federal officers
on Rikers Island, which is our local prison, which actually looked into these individuals that were
arrested that were here illegally and focused on the deportation process. We fast forward to
former mayor Bill de Blasio. He removed the federal government's component of ICE on Rikers Island,
and then it got to the point whereas they came into our city. There were no repercussions.
The criminals understood that they can commit whatever crime they wanted to in the city of
New York without being punished. And we see it manifesting in this particular situation we're
discussing today.
I mean, it's truly disgusting stuff. It really is. You would think of the United States of America, we would disagree. But we wouldn't disagree to a point where we're literally putting people's lives in danger. That's exactly what's happening with sanctuary city policies. There's actually no positive benefit. There's no data point or any type of statistic to prove that sanctuary city policies will improve public safety. It's only made it tougher, especially when you include the fact that 10 to 15 million
illegal aliens came into our country. None of them were vetted. So there has to be a certain
percentage of those individuals who are actually looking to commit cold hard crimes. And that's why
we continue to see that play out. Let's go to our next update tonight. And this is actually a town
hall hosted by News Nation. We're shifting gears to midterm election talk here. And what's fascinating
is Andrew COVID and Steve Bannon, both were a guest on this town hall. And I like how they
essentially told the brutal truth to Chris Cuomo.
Let's start with the poll.
These numbers are just in,
they're exclusive to News Nation and DGHQ today.
And first, really important,
the analysts always talk about it.
It's what they call the generic ballot.
This is advantage Democrats.
Do you prefer a Republican or a Democrat?
The Dems are plus seven in this particular poll,
49, 42.
It means they could have a big night
on election night, three weeks from tonight,
and it's consistent with most of the other polling
we've seen on this, like a high single digit advantage. Most voters at this point, as we get closer,
are relatively firm in their choices who they're voting for, right? You would expect that. Yet
nearly half in this poll are at least open to hearing more about the candidates that are out there.
Now, this is why I want to cover this particular story, because I believe we're already being
bombarded by campaign ads. I'm sure if you're watching sports or TV, you probably have seen them by now.
Two, you've been bombarded by poll after poll after poll that continues to show that it's supposed to be a blue tsunami.
There's a reason why those polls are the way that they are.
Three, you're seeing the president go across the country.
He's supposed to make at least 25 more stops.
So he's out there, all right?
There's a lot of data points I want to cover and give you the proper education to how you should be looking at the midterm election.
And what Andrew had to tell Chris Cuomo, I think, is one of the most important.
important data points that we should be looking at. Watch this. And I'm with Steve on this,
Steve Bannon. You know, you general election, you're going to have 50 to 60 million fewer people
vote in this election. You saw this in the Thomas Massey race, for example. Young people love
Thomas Massey. They love Thomas Massey. But they stayed at home. It was basic, exactly,
65 and overs who put that over the top. It's a base turnout election. Who are the most likely
people to turn out? It's going to be Gen Xers. It's going to be boomer one, boomer two.
So, you know, Trump is the guy for that cohort.
So let's break it down.
Since 1946, 18 out of 20 midterm elections, the new president that came in, the opposite party, won at least one chamber of Congress.
Okay?
Meaning they're either going to win the Senate or they're going to win the House.
All right.
That happens, what, 94% of the time.
Okay, the only two exceptions were Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
In both of those scenarios, their approval ratings were in the same.
60s. Okay. That hasn't happened except those particular times. All right. So clearly President
Trump's approval rating is not in the 60 today. All right. So that's number one. Number two,
the reason why they lose at least one chamber is because it's a referendum on the current
administration. Independence, that is. Don't believe the president is doing enough or hasn't done
enough or the messaging hasn't resonated with them. And so they vote opposite. It's almost a check
on the current administration, i.e. a constitutional republic, all right, checks and balances. So this is why
that continues to happen. However, enters what I would argue, a few data points that I find to be
interesting versus these other previous midterm elections. Republicans have outregistered the Democrat
Party since 2024. They've outfundraised the Democratic Party. They've outspent the Democratic Party.
They've updated their congressional maps. And this midterm election, as far as the Republican
inside is concern is definitely going to be, as you heard, boomers, gen X, and low propensity voters.
And who is the one politician in D.C. who's phenomenal at bringing those people out to vote?
That would be President Trump. Nothing on here is written. We have no idea what's going to happen.
Okay? This a midterm election electorate is very different than a general election.
Roughly 100 million people will vote versus 155 or 160. This is a little.
all about the time for debate and argument and persuasion, that is over. This is a very simple game now,
very tough and very hard to turn out your voters, to turn out the MAGA votes, low propensity MAGA
voters, which are always key, and also some make America healthy again voters. If we do that,
if we do our job, we're going to hold serve in the House at 21-18, and I believe that we're
going to hold the Senate with 51 or 52 votes. And I think you can see it coming together right now.
I think we've gone through the worst of this kind of talk about a blue tsunami or blue wave.
I think the polling is just irrelevant.
If you're counting on the polling, you know, you should talk to President Hillary Clinton or President Kamala Harris.
This is all about a simple, tough game.
You've got to go dig those votes out of your base and low propensity voters that you can get to a midterm.
And I think the Republican Party right now in the MAGA movement is very focused.
on this. So after interviewing myself so many people in regards to this, some of the, you know,
so for example, I interviewed a few people. All right. Now, I had the pleasure of interviewed a few people
that are actually in campaigns responsible for grassroots. They all said the same message.
None of it actually has to do with Gen Z, younger voters in regards to the GOP. Yes, they may be
upset. But that's not going to be the reason why if Republicans get smacked, for an example, because that's
what Democrats want us to believe.
That's not going to be the reason why.
It's going to be the Republicans' failure to turn out their base,
meaning President Trump's failure.
President Trump is going to make 25 or more stops between now and the November 4th election.
And what's interesting, he's even in, he was just in Alaska today, okay?
Vice President J.D. Vance was in Tyler, Texas, today.
They're going to keep showing up, okay?
And what's interesting is they're going to show up way more than your Barack Obama's of the world,
you're Hillary Clinton's of the world.
So if you're the Republican Party, right,
you kind of have a lot of things going for you.
Now, the only thing you probably don't have going for you,
which is really two things,
is the Iran War and high gas prices.
Those are really the only two things that are really on you,
why people are upset.
But outside of that, a lot of things have gone the Republicans' way.
Now, again, will it end up being where they win both the House and the Senate?
I don't think so. I think history will repeat itself, meaning one chamber will go to Democrats,
and more than likely, the Senate is the chamber that Republicans will maintain. But it doesn't
stop Chris Coleman and Stephen A. Smith from saying this. And that's the thing. When he goes out there,
and he's saying, put me on a ballot because they're going to put me on the ballot anyway.
He's talking to his base. He damn sure ain't talking to independence. He ain't talking to anybody
close to the center. He's talking to his base because nobody else is going to buy that. They're looking
at what he says. Comparable, you know, comparing that to what he is actually done. And sometimes
putting a face on it, regardless of what the details may indicate, the average voter out there don't
have time to get into the minutiae of things. It's a feeling. It's a gut instinct. It's them looking
at you and the kind of imagery you put forth. And when they see him talking to people who are of
his ilk, millionaires, billionaires, and stuff like that, instead of the common people at the
kitchen table, they're saying, you have forgotten about us. And that has a lot of, and that has
It's not a problem he had before, but he damn sure has that problem now.
And I think it's definitely going to cost him in the House, and it might cost him a couple of seats in the Senate.
You might not take control of the Senate if you're the, if you're the dams, but you can make it tighter and incredibly uncomfortable for the president in the last two years in office.
Well, for Stephen A. Smith, I understand his perspective.
I just don't think it's really relevant.
I don't think that the president turned his back on his voters.
We've gone through the accomplishments of this administration and the failures.
I've given this administration an objective C plus.
I think that's a fair grade.
Could be a B minus if we weren't in a war.
Okay.
Could be a D if the war turns into a disaster where we get no concessions.
That's where we're at right now.
So I just find it interesting that on one hand, they keep framing as if he's forgotten
and everything. But on the other hand, they don't want to admit how the border is secured,
how he sent federal resources into cities to the point where they sued the administration over
this. Okay, how he's cracked down on fentanyl. He's gone after DEI. He went after the Department
of Education, went after universities, right? He even challenged birthright citizenship,
got the Supreme Court to actually rule on that. End it, temporary protected status for reals
this time. Okay. I mean, let's not.
act like he hasn't done anything. And then let's get into the Trump accounts, which no one's going
to fill the benefit of that until 20 years from now. Yeah, I think history 20 years from now will
probably say, yeah, that was probably one of the most consequential policies that he had during his
administration. So anyways, I wanted to show you guys this because these are the talking points you're
going to continue to hear. And ultimately, what you should be looking for is what are the
turnout numbers? That's going to tell the story. Not the polls. Not the polls. Not the
on mainstream media, okay, not these one-off voters who claim they're not going to vote for
Trump all of a sudden. No, it's the voter turnout. Now, if you need a reminder about the tactics that
mainstream media is going to use as it relates to voters who are giving their opinion in front of a
camera, listen to this. If Talleyico wins here and Texas elects a Democrat to the U.S.
Senate, it's probably a decent chance that Democrats win the Senate majority. Is that a
That's something you would like to see?
Absolutely.
To send a message to Trump?
Well, to send a message and to try to get Congress back doing their job.
They've had ample opportunities to step in and say, no, you cannot start that war.
That's our responsibility to make that decision.
You can't just go off and do it on your own.
You know, you don't have the authority to tear down the east wing of the White House and build your ballroom.
You know, I...

Now, CNN wanted us to believe that that is a lifelong republic.
and that lifelong Republican is going to vote for James Taylor Rico because of the Iran War
and the White House ballroom.
I'm sorry, I just don't buy that whatsoever.
I find it hard to truly believe that.
But maybe I'm wrong.
I just wanted you guys to see.
These are the clips that are going to keep on coming, all right?
And again, it's not even his ballroom, okay?
When that ballroom is finished, he's going to be gone.
and he won't even really be able to benefit from it.
The other presidents will.
And of course, I'm never going to give his credit as a result of that.
But at any rate, why don't you guys share your thoughts in the comments section below to both of these stories?
What did you make of Kathy Hokel's performance during her debate?
I thought it was an utter disaster.
Too bad, Blake isn't really going to win.
It's just a reality of the politics in New York at the moment, similar to California.
I do hope Steve Hilton does win.
But, yeah, I think we know where that's going.
