Starting point is 00:00:28 So let's go to Grand Platner, because here's the first. the problem. All right? We already know his campaign's over. D&C's pulling funding from him. Multiple Democrats have come out and demanded him to drop out. There's no secret about that. But the story today,
Starting point is 00:00:46 for some people, it just doesn't matter in the end because they have to win at all costs. Disgusting time in politics where we decide what we're willing to morally accept based on the jersey you're wearing. And if you are one of those people that was willing to plug your nose,
Starting point is 00:01:02 you're the problem. Well, then I'm the problem. Because I was one of those people, and I said it, if I lived in Maine, I would have plugged my nose, and I would have voted for him anyway. I think that we are in a time of existential crisis in this country. I think Republicans fall in line.
Starting point is 00:01:17 They don't fall in love. Democrats want to fall in love and not fall in line. You know, the Republican Party, the bar is so very low. I can't. What is this got to do with the Republican Party? I'm not understanding. So you're saying you're willing to vote. vote for an alleged rapist, right? I want to be clear with my words, all right? According to the victim,
Starting point is 00:01:39 he raped her. So you're willing to still vote for that guy? I mean, you won't even demand the Democrat Party to just find a better replacement. You can't even do that. I mean, guys, this is what desperation will do to you, right? This is what tribalism will do to you. It blinds you from having some type of moral compass, which this isn't hard to condemn, by the way. A Nazi tattoo is not hard to condemn. They definitely condemned the hell out of Pete Hexeth and the tattoo he had. And that tattoo he had wasn't even a Nazi tattoo. But they couldn't do it for this man. Believe, I cannot believe that they want to try to assume the moral high ground. No one's assuming the moral high ground. This has nothing to do with moral high ground. This has to do with the difference
Starting point is 00:02:28 between right and wrong. This has to do with decency. This has to do with being an actual leader and exercising common sense. You know, you can miss me with all that, especially when you have Pete Hexef, who was confirmed by the Senate in 2025 as the head, as a cabinet member, as the defense secretary, when he had one drinking allegations, his sister-in-law, his sister-in-law submitted a sworn affidavit describing his drinking problem. And in order to get confirmed, he pledged he wouldn't drink on the job. Number two, he had a tattoo controversy, not one, but two tattoo controversies. One was a Dei's Volt tattoo, which is used by white nationalist groups.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Two, he has a Jerusalem cross tattoo, which has been interpreted as an extremist symbol. Who interprets that? You do? She's the one that says that's what it is, right? Okay. And finally, in 2017, a woman claimed he had sexually assaulted her after a conference. She reported that assault immediately. She had a sexual assault examination. And in 2020, and he says it was a consensual encounter.
Starting point is 00:03:40 And in 2020, he paid her $50,000 to settle the claim. Yet, yet the republic. Why not condemn them all? Yes, I condemn them all. I condemned them all. I condemned. I condemned Matt Gates. The Republicans confirmed him. Well, I'm a Republican right here condemning anyone who's been credibly.
Starting point is 00:03:54 Yeah. So according to Sonny Holston. you know, two wrongs absolutely make a right. Even if I went with all of her claims and I said, yep, these are all of the sins of Pete Hexef. Does that still justify voting for Grand Platner? I mean, this is where you lose the plot, right? You can't have it both ways. You can't say one side is wrong, so I'm going to go do it wrong. No, it's either wrong or right. Which one is it exactly? I'm talking about the Republican Party as a whole. So would you be comfortable, they are the Epstein,
Starting point is 00:04:24 They are the Epstein file protection party. You'd be comfortable still voting for Grand Platner if you lived in Maine. Can I just say one thing? You're not going to take the moral high group. Yeah, they had to step in and save Sonny because she, I don't know who in their right mind would want to double down on supporting Grand Platner. I mean, he not only has just one, two, three, four sexual assault allegations. Four. Not one.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Four. So, I mean, what is there to truly defend at this point? Which actually takes this to someone else who's in hot water because they also, in a sense, defended Grand Platner by attacking the victim. According to Marjorie Taylor Green in a since deleted post on X, she said that the victim was essentially claiming rape for a political agenda. And out of all people, Sonny Hosten is the one who confronted her over. it. Let's take a look at this right now.
Starting point is 00:05:25 Let me ask you this because yesterday on X in a now deleted post, you accused Plattner's accuser of doing, quote, rape for politics, end quote, stating that she had consensual sex with him years ago. No, I didn't accuse. I said, I said women should report rape. Right. Early on. You know why? We want to get these rapists off the street.
Starting point is 00:05:46 Early on in the tweet, and I'll tell you, I'm a former sex. The only reason this show still exists for me. Okay. Is when I need a good laugh at stupidity. All right. Sonny Hosen, who's clearly a racist in my opinion based on the language that she uses, is the one confronting Marjorie Taylor Green over her level of derangement syndrome, by the way. I mean, Marjorie Taylor Green is so deranged today. She's on the wrong side of this entire conversation.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Isn't that interesting? I know you hate the president. I know you had a falling out with him. I know you believe you're America first. You probably still have some people. people who support you. I have no issues with that. But when you're on the wrong side of a victim sitting down for an interview at CNN and laying out in clear detail how Bram Platner raped her, and you come out with a post that you ended up having to delete, I think you lost a plot there.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Crime's prosecutor, as they were trying to, yeah, but you're missing out of me. I wish you'd put my, if you put my deleted tree up. I think we have it. We have it. Put it up. Please. Oh, we'll get it. Okay. Well, listen to it was. Well, they look for it. But I I just want to make sure my words aren't twisting around. Can someone bring my phone out to me? You don't have your phone? Since when do you not have your phone? Yes.
Starting point is 00:07:02 Well, what I recall, because I do have the post, but it has now been deleted. You did say that women should report early, and I will tell you as a former sex crimes prosecutor. Here we go. Because I wasn't accusing her. Your exact quote, your exact was, if you were raped or sexually assaulted, reported immediately. Don't wait for years later until the man runs for office. to go to news outlets to tell your story. Right there.
Starting point is 00:07:27 Does she have the same reaction to the woman who waited almost 40 years to expose Caesar Chavez as a rapist? What does she have to say about that? You see, this is what happens when you're so tribal. You lack all common sense. This is an example of like, sit this one out if you have nothing nice to say. Okay, Graham Platner deserves the heat that he is getting. He asked for it essentially.
Starting point is 00:07:51 He lied about his record. He lied about his history. He said there was nothing there. There is something there. His team tried to bury what was there. And some of it has come out. Not all of it has come out, by the way. So keep that in your mind.
Starting point is 00:08:04 And she has this dumb look on her face as if she didn't do anything wrong. Okay. And if you had consensual sex with him years ago, don't turn it into rape for politics with conflicting stories. Those are three. No, those are three separate pieces of it. I do worry separate. I do want to get to it. That's not all.
Starting point is 00:08:21 So can you answer my question? Why did you post that? I posted that because I support women who have been raped or sexually assaulted. And I want them to have justice. Doesn't sound like you believe that based on what you wrote. I mean, if you really believe that, why would the first sentence of the statement be about criticizing her for waiting? Wouldn't you probably say that for the last part of your statement or maybe you hide it in the middle somewhere? This woman is a complete joke.
Starting point is 00:08:48 Maybe don't go on to the view right now. Like, just stop making media appearances. I mean, I'm just saying. They've had consensual sex before. Then secondly, don't wait until they're running for office. We need to know early on. She was warning the public. I was warning the public.
Starting point is 00:09:02 No, but this woman is warning. I'm saying the public needs to be worn because rapists need to be, they need to be convicted. Yeah, so she made a full of herself, just to say the least. But I want to be clear. I've shown you how stupid Sony Hosten is by still wanting to vote for Grand Platner. I just showed you how stupid Marjor Taylor Green is and how she reacted, but that's not even the worst of it. I want to show you the people who funded Grand Platner, who found Grand Platner as a candidate, and had him vetted originally by a firm. Find Grand Platner.
Starting point is 00:09:39 Well, so, I mean, we went through thousands and thousands of prospects. Then, you know, Leanne pulled up this video of this guy with an oyster farm. My name is Graham Platner, and I live in Sullivan, Maine, the owner of Frenchman Bay Oyster Company. And then she pulled up his FEC history and saw, you know, the money he'd given to Bernie Sanders and, you know, some other people. That was enough information to know that we had the best prospect. Why is he talking like that? Can he just talk like a regular human being? What is going on with this guy?
Starting point is 00:10:11 We'd maybe ever seen. How did you go about vetting him? And why did you? We paid, yeah, we paid a nice firm, a whole chunk of money. and got some stuff back. Did the vetting process turn up the text? Some stuff back? Some, like what exactly?
Starting point is 00:10:28 Rape allegations, masturbating, you know, insulting veterans. Like, that wasn't enough for you? Do that became so controversial? No. The Reddit posts? Did that turn up in the vetting process? Oh, my. The firm sent us a thing, and it had some of the posts,
Starting point is 00:10:52 but it didn't have all of that. So you got scammed out of your money, man. Right? I mean, I like to believe it probably cost to them at least six figures, right? Let's just assume that. It had to have cost of them that amount of money. Yeah, if I paid somebody six figures to give me dirt on someone I'm looking to support, you better give it to give all of it, right?
Starting point is 00:11:22 All of it. Like don't you guys remember the TV show, House, House of, cards. And essentially, Kevin Spacey, his plan to finally assume the presidency is to run a candidate that he has no intention of actually winning for governor, right? This is a man who's an alcoholic, right? I forget his name, but he's bald. He brings him this guy who's responsible for vetting people, right? And he vets the crap out of this guy. He vets him so badly that he literally makes him quit, right? If I pay someone six figures to vet a guy, you better vet him so much that he wants to quit.
Starting point is 00:11:56 Because that's how you know whether or not he's serious. Doesn't seem like that happened here. They must have got scammed. How did you think your way through the fact that he had posted these things on social media? I said none of this will or should stop him from becoming a U.S. Senator. Really? Wow. But I guarantee this guy right here pisses on himself when the president decides to speak on something or the president drops a true social post that's distasteful.
Starting point is 00:12:25 right or anything in the president's past that they don't like i'm sure he's just crying all over himself uh in regards to all of that but as it pertains to grand platiner screw all that because we have to be trump and again this is what happens when you're too desperate you do things that are morally bankrupt and it always comes back to bite you in the ass isn't that interesting that's why we know god is at work here because even though this stuff is insane clearly he should have never been running to begin with. They vet it. They went through a thousand candidates and that's the guy they settled on. You mean to tell me that's the best you can find in the state of Maine? I'm not from Maine. I've never been to Maine, but I like to believe there's some great people in Maine, okay? Even people I
Starting point is 00:13:09 probably will disagree with. I know they're not as bad as Grant Platner. Come on now. So clearly, those aren't the people you should be using to vet people, by the way. All right. I mean, what else what else is there to say about this so now let me take you to this final clip this is morning joe mika who is getting essentially upset and grilling the reporter who exposed uh this sexual allegation against grand platner she almost has this attitude if if like she's offended they ran this story let's watch this now what was the piece of evidence or pieces of evidence that made you sure of this story? Yeah, I mean, long before he was a political candidate, long before much of the country knew
Starting point is 00:13:57 his name. Jenny and her telling had confided in a number of people. We saw screenshots that she shared of messages relaying this account to others. We viewed an email response from her therapist to her, acknowledging that they had talked about this. Those are the things I said, but those are, what is the actual, is there, between her and him, evidence of a crime because he's being... What do you mean evidence of a crime?
Starting point is 00:14:26 She's the one that's alleging. He raped her. I mean, what do you mean evidence of a crime? This isn't a hearing or a criminal case or even a civil suit. Like, why would Mika have this attitude about a woman who's come forward and told her story? She's not the only one. I mean, this man is plagued with sexual assault claims.
Starting point is 00:14:44 He's another Eric Swalwell, sort of speak. And that's unfortunate to say because, as I said, said earlier, this is the best that they can come up with. And let me just throw this in there, just so we're all clear. Please, Grant Platner, do not drop out of your race. Democrats, please, do not replace him. Run him in the midterm election, please. He's being accused of rape. So what is the, what put this over the edge? Because he says he didn't, and he has people on his side who say he didn't. She says he did, and there are people, but not, there's, I'm trying, what's the through line?
Starting point is 00:15:21 What ties this together and gives you the evidence to bring the story to the point of publishable? Yeah, you know, we interviewed her, you know, three separate times. Her story stayed consistent across those. I'm sorry, I don't want to hear anymore. She sounds as if she's the editor of the, uh, the outlet that put that story out, essentially, like she's the one who is applying the standard of what should be released. And obviously, she's working for a network who really doesn't have an editorial standard, in my opinion, as far as it pertains to what they release, which is why they were not the network to interview any of the victims. Anyone who was critical of Graham Platner has not actually appeared on MSDNC.
Starting point is 00:16:03 So, you know, it's no shocker. This is her attitude. But bottom line to this entire story, Grand Platter has not officially dropped out of the race. He still has a little bit of time. The Democrat Party, they also have a little bit of time. essentially by the end of this month. We are going to know one way or another. Is he going to move forward or is he dropping out? That remains to be seen. But what we do know is essentially his campaign is dead. Why? Because the Democrat Party is no longer funding it. Polls have already
Starting point is 00:16:31 reacted to these stories. You know, Susan Collins, she's increased her likelihood of winning by 20 percent. And he continues to deny all allegations. And at least he has some people defending him, I guess, in the media, whether that's Sonny Austin, Marjorie Taylor Green, and Mika on Morning Joe. Who would have thought those were his defenders? Can you let me know what you think about all of this?
Starting point is 00:16:56 I'm going to show.
