Take a listen. We begin with breaking news. The Supreme Court is clearing the way for President Trump to move forward with key portions of his executive order involving mail-in. voting. ABC's senior Washington reporter, Devin Dwyer, has more on the court's decision. Andrew, this was a six to three decision by the Supreme Court with the conservative justices voting in President Trump's favor to allow him now to begin to implement some key portions

of that March 26 executive order that imposed some new regulations around mail-in voting in the United States just now ahead of the November elections. So this leads us with some important questions to answer in today's video. How much of a big win is this for President Trump regarding election integrity in our country? And why is this a big loss for Democrats who keep claiming our elections are secure? But every single week, we have a new story that comes out showing how vulnerable our elections are, especially at the local level. But look no further to CNN's own legal analysts who had been it live on TV that this is a big win for President Trump. Well, we'll be on definitely a big win for the Trump administration.

So this goes back to an executive order that the president issued in March, which essentially does two overarching things. The order tells DHS, first of all, to assemble these state citizenship lists pulled from a variety of database, which can be used to identify who in each state is a citizen and therefore entitled to vote. And then the order instructs the postal service to only deliver mail and ballots to or from those approved addresses. Now, a bunch of states challenged that. they said this infringes on our constitutional right as the states to run our own election. This is essentially interference from the federal executive branch. Yeah.

And that point that he made right there is the crux of the argument that the federal government has no business telling the states how to operate their elections. According to the law, it is written in that way. But the excuses that they came up with as far as why the federal government was wrong in this way, the Supreme Court just wasn't going to buy it. And by the way, what do you guys think is similar in this particular executive order that you see with the Save America Act? Let me tell you what's similar. Common sense. It's common sense that Americans would want to make sure that ballots are being mailed to addresses of people who are properly registered to vote. I mean, that's like voter ID all over again.

The opinion that just came down sides with the Trump administration. It's essentially a six to three opinion with the six conservatives. in the procurium majority, and then the three liberals dissenting. And the gist of the opinion here is there's no harm that has been demonstrated so far. In other words, the majority says, well, the states put together this string of hypothetical harms that might happen. This might disenfranchise voters or this might cause people to be wrongly excluded, but the Supreme Court says none of that has actually happened yet. And therefore, this suit is essentially premature. and the court says the states don't have standing at this point.

They've not suffered some sort of concrete injury, and therefore the ruling goes in favor of the Trump administration for now. Two in five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. We may finally get a ruling from the Supreme Court on the merits. But more importantly, do you support mail-in ballot? Do you support people voting by mail? Answer the

question in the comment section. Now, it's no secret Democrats love it. Even some Republicans love it. Historically, Republicans have loved it. So what changed exactly? Well, let's listen to Sher Michael Singleton on CNN because he makes the case for why Republicans should want. mail-in voting. This is definitely a win for the president, but we know that historically mail-in voting has been popular with both Democrats and Republicans. So longer term, does this actually hurt Republicans' chances? You know, this is a bit vague. I read through the decision in terms of the mandates from the United States Postal Service. I read through the notion that some states will have to provide these lists. I wish they would have made a ruling one way or another

on this. I think this is going to confuse a lot of people, unfortunately. If you look at the current iteration of my party, we do teeter more older and more rural. And so as a strategist and Chuck in and listen to all this very well, you're constantly thinking about maximizing your turnout, particularly in an environment where there are very few competitive races. Keep in mind, a couple years ago, many Republicans advocated for mail-in-balloting because we were looking at the projections of our voters. They were getting older.

They live in far places. We wanted to make sure that those people had an opportunity to participate. And so I view this a little differently from the president. I would encourage him to strongly reconsider this because on the other side, their voters are younger. There's an enthusiasm gap as well. And those folks appear to be willing to turn out in higher numbers. Yeah, you see, this actually, in my opinion, goes to the debate in regards to should everyone be allowed to vote anyway? It's a phenomenal question.

Should we have more restrictions on voting? Should people be forced to take a test? You know, I kind of feel like we're trying to make sure everybody is comfortable so that they can vote, but at the expense of what would make the election system secure. Is that a fair point to make? I think that's fair. Mail in ballots is paper. Mail and ballots is verified signatures.

And I spent the primary in Alaska during the Alaska primary. And guess how all those folks up there, mainly Republicans vote by mail. Guess how all of our military votes by mail. We don't need this confusion. days before these things are supposed to go out. And it's literally days. We're going to start sending out these ballots to our military overseas in the coming weeks. We don't need this kind of confusion just because somebody's hurt because they got their

butt whooped in an election and they want to say there's election fraud when there was not any. Well, that I definitely pushed back on everything he just said because there is fraud. There's no doubt about that. The question is, is there enough fraud that swayed prior elections? I think we can all debate that until we're blue in the face. The mail-in ballots is, it obviously includes disabled, military, things of that nature. The president has said that publicly, so that's not what he's looking to do. I just wish they'd be more accurate in their criticisms, and I want to make sure you guys have the correct information.

At any rate, what do you guys think from this ruling from the Supreme Court? And do you think this is the proper approach in order to secure our election system? All right. Next story involves Abdul-Sahid. He decided to do an interview on Fox News with Jesse Waters. Wait till you see what happened to him. Sex changes for minors. Do you support that?

Look, you know, I remember having great conversations with my conservative friends about right to try legislation. The idea that the government shouldn't tell you what kind of health care you should have. I just think the government shouldn't tell you what kind of health care you should have. And if you're a minor, it's between you, your doctor and kids. Now, if you disagree with that, if you disagree with that, if you disagree that, if you disagree that health care decisions need to be made by a doctor and their parents and a patient, then I just think we agree to disagree. But, you know, you want to put government inside a clinic or a hospital selectively. I am. So you think it's okay for a parent to slashes kids stiggling off? You think that's okay.

I mean, do you, so do you really want to have this conversation? Are you circumcised? Yeah, but I mean, that's a personal question. Okay. Doctor. You probably should want to move on. You probably should want to move on. A circumcision's different than castration. I think it's a problem. You saw how he had to close his eyes because I think he didn't want to imagine it or something like that. I mean, this guy is clearly, he was clearly unprepared for this interview because it is a legitimate question. Do you support cutting off the body parts of kids?

Is this the most pressing issue at the kitchen table for the average American? No, but it is a litmus test for someone who, who's going to be in charge of creating laws in our land or in our country, that is. And if they can't pass that litmus test, just like when they can't define what a woman is, they probably have no business serving in Congress. It's a problem that you think that you get to decide what happens between a parent, a doctor, and a patient. And I'm just saying that, yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid's dingling.

So if you really want to bring that up, you can, I just think you guys are really selective about how you want to talk about these things. Abdul, Michigan's not going for that. That is sick stuff. boys playing in girls sports. I'm not advocating anything. I'm just saying. What about that? So the question, so again, like, Jesse, you have not asked me one time about the issues

that people actually care about in Michigan. Yeah, well, actually, he ends up asking him questions that people in Michigan do care about, and I'll show you a few of those clips coming up. But I will say this. It's not about the government trying to legislate people's health care and making decisions on their behalf. One can argue that is the current system right now. For an example, if I don't.

get health care. I can be penalized. What type of government does that exactly? I thought it was my choice. I thought I get to make the call. Oh, yeah, that's right. Let's not even get into vaccine mennates and all this other stuff. But anyways, let's move on. This is Jesse Waters, essentially leaving Abdul speechless after he asked them this question. About losing their health care with their job. Well, give me the total number. While you're out here trying to talk about the broader national budget, I'm a lot more interested in the everyday budgets that Michiganers are thinking about. And that's exactly the budget that Donald Trump and Mike Rogers are blowing up right now. I just don't see why you're so on the side of the billionaires, Jesse, rather than on the side of everyday Michiganers.

No, because I don't want you guys to blow the country up. Do you know how much the federal budget is now? No, neither do I. Here's exactly the federal budget. You guys want to write, Pete Heckseth. And don't answer the question. Do you know what the federal budget is? No, no, no, no. I just want to talk about this. Look, you want to talk about budgets. I'm happy to do that. The guy who used to work on your channel, I think he was like the sixth host on the five. He wanted to raise our military budget to $1.5 trillion. And you don't seem to be upset about that.

What? So we could fight a war we don't know how to get out of to raise our gas prices, $5 a gallon? That doesn't make sense to me, Jesse. You want to talk about the things that we actually suspend on. I have a feeling that's health care and child care. You don't even know how much money the government spends every year. Do you know? Look, the question, Jesse, to me is I know what Michigan are spending.

It's $7 trillion a year. Of course he doesn't know, Jesse. These guys don't know much of anything. But what they do know is what they need to say in front of a camera in order to get votes. And that's the problem with the American people. Will some of them fall victim to this bait and switch that the DSA is running on people? We know the Democrat Party is entertaining it. We know they're in a middle of a civil war over it.

We know that the DSA could care less about Hakeem, Jeffries, and Chuck Schumer. Is that what this country is going to do? Hand over our future to radicals like Abdul El Sahid. I mean, that doesn't make sense to me. Oh, yeah, that's right. as the show is called, I'm giving you guys common sense commentary

during these uncommon times. And your plan to take over the healthcare system is for trillion. And here's the problem with it. So to exactly your point, do you know what?

I'm not very good at math. I don't think you're very good at math either, but go ahead. Clearly, but clearly, clearly, clearly, clearly you don't. And you don't seem to care. But I don't think most Americans want to spend that much money

on military escapades so that the folks stranded on the USS Abraham Lincoln can't even get a sausage for breakfast. I just think that we could do a lot better with our money, Jesse, and I think that's where you and I tend to disagree. Okay, well, just a few things. Number one, soldiers are not stranded on the USS Abraham Lincoln, which is already on its way back to America at left last week. It takes about 45 weeks to make it back stateside.

So, Abdul, please do your research when you speak on the military. Secondly, I actually do agree. 1.5 trillion is a lot of money when you can't pass a notch. it. But did you know it's only number sixth on the list? The top line items happen to already be health care, just so we're clear, and Social Security. Again, Abdul wouldn't know that because the staff doesn't look at the numbers clearly and he's not educated on it either. Final clip for you. Here is Abdul freaking out over the possibility that Sharia law could get banned in the United States of America. What? The issue that people are worried about is not that somehow somebody's

going to come to push Sharia law on them. The issue in Michigan is people are worried about how they're going to afford their gas. The issue in Michigan is, how am I going to see a doctor when I get sick. How am I going to keep my job? You're out here. I agree with you. Well, you use these words that sound really foreign. I agree with you. To avoid actually having to talk about the issues that everyday people like to talk about. Now look, Mike Rogers is the guy I'm running against for you. I know you've had him on your show. Maybe he answers questions. I have it. I've actually never had a lot. But look, you have it. So he's ducking your show too because he's ducking. Look, can we all agree? I haven't. I haven't. I'm going to have a debate. Yeah, I told you guys.

He was truly unprepared. I mean, he didn't even know. whether or not his opponent was actually on Jesse Waters. You think his staff would have already confirmed that, right? So Abdul was caught off guard plenty of times during this interview saying things that are not factually true. They're blatantly false. He doesn't care. He just rolled right past them.

And the reality is he is part of a political party that believes that the government needs to step in on everything wrong with the country and create a program that's going to cost us more money and the way they're going to pay it is by taxing the wealthy, but we know how that works. It trickles down. They'll fund these programs. The programs obviously won't work. And then when it all goes to shit, you know who they're going to blame? Yeah, President Trump.

All right. Let's go to the second major win for the Trump administration today. This time, we're talking about immigration. Listen to what happened in the state of Virginia today. Ice carrying out one of the biggest enforcement operations ever, arresting more than 1,300 illegal immigrants across Virginia and Maryland and just. two weeks, many of them dangerous criminals. Our correspondent, Alexandria Hoff, has the lead us on all this for us. Hello, Alex. Hi, Sandra. These actions were carried out quietly from the first to the

14th of this month, so a brief amount of time there. And it's being called not only one of the largest, but the most successful operation in agency history. Tettled Operation Safe Community, it focused on the D.C. suburbs of Virginia and Maryland, two states that don't necessarily always admit to having sanctuary policies, but certainly have them in practice. The video that you're seeing has been obtained exclusively by Fox News showing individuals running from officers and resisting arrest. Over 1,300 individuals in this country illegal, as you mentioned, were arrested as part of this operation. And according to what sources told our Bill Malusian, 400 of those now in custody had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges for crimes, including murder, attempted

murder, rape, and kidnapping. And see, that's my question for people who criticize the administration. You know, if we got to catch 400 of the worst of the worst, but in order to do so, we're going to come across about 600 people who may not actually have any criminal convictions, but they're in the country unlawfully. They're going to have to get deported. I mean, what, you want us to ignore them? Absolutely not. I mean, 77 million people voted for mass deportation.

What do you think mass deportation is? Are we really going to be selective here? No, if you're in the country unlawfully, you have to go. And for all the people screaming about wanting socialism because costs are too high, you should be clapping your hands right now. Among those arrested, you have Ignor Wilfred Huizzo Moran, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, who has a warrant for murder out of Richmond, Virginia.

Also, A A Cian-L-Pierre, a Haitian national with a criminal history, according to DHS, of attempted murder and two counts of assault. And Estella Reyes-Funez, who originated from Honduras, with convictions that include felony hit and run and arrests for making a threat to bomb, burn, or assault a family member, according to DHS.

Now, those are just several examples. All will remain in ICE custody pending removal procedure. So based on everything we've heard up to this point, this is a big win for DHS, particularly ICE, because, again, this is what 77 million people want. But you're only going to hear stuff like this on Fox News and Newsbacks. They'll focus on the worst of the worst. But if you go over to CNN, you know what they focus on?

Stories that are emotional. Take a listen. Another ICE detention that has gone viral, a father and young son who were detained on the way to a soccer match in Texas on August 16th. The five-year-old boy identified by his family as Liam Tadeo appears to be crying as he tried to hold the hand of his handcuffed father, Victor Martinez-Nieto, from Mexico, being escorted to an unmarked vehicle. VHS said parents have a choice if they want to be removed with their children, or eyes will place the children with a safe person the parent designates.

And Liam should be starting kindergarten this week. But instead, he's sitting in a trailer prison right now in Dilley, Texas. The Trump administration is looking to increase the speed of its deportations and is casting a wider net about who can be arrested. That includes meeting the administration's goal of around 2,000 arrests every day. Now, how misleading was that coverage from CNN? The five-year-old boy was detained. No, he wasn't.

And his father was detaining because his father is the one who has custody over him. ICE was nice enough to have the five-year-old boy tag along. Oh, I'm sorry, did you want them to just leave the five-year-old boy on the side of the road? That would really be a story, right? You just can't win. And by the way, this is nothing in comparison to what the deporter-in-chief, also known as Barack Obama did, as it relates to family separation. But again, the media does not want to relitigate that. And here's the other thing, by the way.

It is the parents' responsibility to do right by their family. So if you're in this country unlawfully, two in five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. You're risking it for your family and for yourself. I don't understand why people, after everything they've seen up to this point, why are you still in this country? We will pay you to leave. And then if we pay you to leave, that means you can come back and do it the right way. You refuse to do that. and we catch you, there is no coming back.
