Okay, this is another stunning blow to Gavin Newsom in the state of
California. The Supreme Court just ruled in favor of parents. They should have the ability to be
notified when their child is at school and decides to transition to another gender. I know it's
common sense. But people like Gavin Newsom wanted to ban parents from being notified of that.
So why don't we hear exactly what the Supreme Court had to say about all of this? Take a listen.
We're getting some breaking news out of the U.S. Supreme Court. Let's go right to CNN's Joan
Biscupic. Joan, we're talking about two cases here. Let's start with the first one involving transgender
students.
That's right, Jake. And these have just come in, and both were decided by the conservative supermajority prevailing over the dissents of the court's three liberals.
The first involves a California education policy that prevents teachers from informing parents about a student's gender expression.
If a middle schooler, for example, and there were middle schoolers at issue in this case, want to transition and use different gender pronouns, the school,
policy there in California was that parents could not be told.
All right, let's just think about this for a second.
The governor and the state legislator believe that parents should not be notified for something
this big.
So when a child says, you know what, I think I'm going to identify as a carrot today, and I don't
want you calling me by my name that I was given at birth, yeah, I think we need to notify
your parents, right?
But this is the interesting thing about California.
They like the past laws that essentially removes the parents' ability from having any say-so
when it comes to the development of their child or just being notified on matters like this.
Let's continue.
Today, the Supreme Court temporarily blocked that policy from being in effect as it goes to parents who had challenged it,
saying that no, parents, the state had said it was intended to project, project,
protect trans minors from rejection and abuse at home.
Supreme Court didn't buy it at this point.
And as I say, it's over the dissent of three liberals.
So number one, this is why I've always said that we need to continue to push to have a
conservative court.
Conservatism, it's in the name.
We're trying to conserve common sense here.
Okay.
And almost in all of these ruins, except a couple where it was truly bipartisan, it's always been
kind of six three.
And again, it, it,
just shows how, in my opinion, liberals cannot be trusted to make common sense decisions,
especially when we're talking about children, especially since most of them can't even tell you
what a woman is and support the idea that boys can play in girls' sports, I'm so thankful that
we do have justices on that court that are conservative. Now, if you need a little bit more
information because sometimes you get into the weeds like me, I love this breakdown on exactly
what sparked this lawsuit and why we ended up where we are today. Take a listen.
The Department of Education says California violated the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
Thank you for joining us at 10. I'm Cecil Hannibal. The so-called FERPA Act is a federal law allowing parents to access their child's education records.
The Department's Student Privacy Policy Office says the state violated the act when it passed AB 1955.
The law banned school policies that force staff to tell parents if their child identifies by a different gender.
The office says the law illegally forces districts to withhold information from parents.
Now the office says California can resolve its violations by complying to these orders.
Number one, notify all superintendents that genders support plans or other documentation related to a student are considered education records.
Number two, publicize that there is no unofficial records, exemptions to FERPA and violations can end in a loss of federal money.
Number three, they say this in state in writing that the state will allow law enforcement to enforce FERPA regarding gender identity.
The state must also add FERPA training for teachers and other certified employees.
We reached out to the state superintendent of public education, Tony Thurman.
We have not heard back yet, but his office did address these concerns back in April when the administration initially opening the investigation into AB 1955.
The letter stated that the law does not prohibit sharing information with parents.
prohibits policies that require parental notification.
As soon as the language starts to say that they would withhold information from parents,
you lost me there.
So again, this is a stunning blow to Gavin Newsom and the radical left progressives that are
running that state into the ground.
I think a lot of people, for the most part, don't really care about politics.
But once you start playing around with children, now you have their attention.
And that's exactly what's been happening over the past decade,
whether it's vaccines, whether it's, you know, puberty blockers, mutilation, boys playing in girl sports.
Now you're trying to hijack parental rights.
And including books that they're allowing in the library and some of these stuff in the curriculum, whether it's CRT or transgender bull.
Yeah.
Now you have parents' attention.
That's exactly what's happened.
And so I'm glad the Supreme Court did the right thing here.
So I think it's good to hear from Steve Hilton.
He's running for governor for the state of California.
his reaction. Take a list.

So just while I've been doing a town hall as part of our California tour, I think Glen County,
just heard this news from the Supreme Court. Common sense moving forward on this issue of parental
notification. Of course parents should be told about major things affecting their children. The fact that
we even having this conversation shows you how far gone things have gotten in California with
this far-left ideology is exactly the same about biological boys in girls sports. People just look at
all this and think what is going on? What is going on? Well,
What's going on now is that sanity is returning.
And when I'm governor, sanity will be fully returned.
And all of this far left nonsense will be gone.
So every year around this time, many seniors 65 years are older are surprised to learn that their Medicare plan no longer covers the doctors they've been seen.
Then they talk about how confusing Medicare is and how the system is poorly designed by the government, because you know you can't trust them and corrupt because of the.

by the way. I'm really looking forward to that, including his opponent as well.
But I don't have high hopes for California. Okay. I just think there are too many
left-leaning individuals who are going to show up and vote,
and they supersede the amount of Republicans, in my opinion.
But I could be wrong, and I want to be wrong, okay?
But at any rate, why don't we go to the governor?
Because here's his press conference from earlier today,
and he wasn't talking about this ruling, obviously, because of the timing.
No, he was continuing to obsess over President Trump
and the strikes that took place in Iran.
So here's what the governor had to say about all of that.
Take a list.
Before service members died today, and Donald Trump spent more time
talking about his ballroom than he did about the loss of those lies.
Review the tape.
Spend more time talking about the curtains and his ballroom than into the four service members that died because of his operation
in his declaration of war without congressional consent.
He still has not articulated clear vision of what the end game is, period, full stop.
There's no war powers act that's been exercised.
I'm glad Congress is doing its job.
this week. Energy prices are up across the globe. Oil prices are up. Gas prices are going up
every $10 increase in a barrel is roughly 24 cents per gallon that you'll be paying more because
of Trump's war. Unfunded war as he's cutting food stamps because he says he can't find money
as he's cutting taxes to the most well-heeled and well-off that didn't even ask for those tax cuts
as he's cutting Medicaid programs and people are struggling with affordability
after he quite literally doubles down on stupid,
meaning the existing policies of this administration at the State of the Union
offering no new strategies and no pivot from an economy that's slowing down
with the worst job growth since 2013.
Inflation that is now going back up,
the only saving grace was gas prices and now they're spiking up.
The markets are down.
Crypto has collapsed.
All right. This guy's a true comedian, if you ask me.
Electricity, gas, and cost of living.
They've been high even before the president decide to run for re-election, by the way.
But he won't admit that.
It's easy for someone like Gavin Newsom to blame the president because he's got nothing else.
You don't have to be a political expert to see what he's done to California.
Choose your topic. He's done damage.
You've got a number of Iranian vest.
that were directly impacted, oil tankers. We've got, again, Gulf allies that are almost universally being attacked and under assault, safe places like the UAE, under attack, under assault.
It's now a proxy war that's extended in Lebanon and Hezbollah. You saw the actions there and the deaths, likely retaliation. So now we have the prospect of a regional war. And so, yes, we are specifically to your question and give you a little bit of background and insight.
had extensive conversations over the weekend,
gaming out worst case scenarios
as it relates to access of imports
as it relates to the ongoing issues around refineries
as it relates to past.
Okay, I just stop
because, you know, he goes into the same thing
as it relates to this, as it relates to that,
and he ends up saying a bunch of nothing.
Okay, at the end of the day,
he's trying to blame the president
for why gas prices are spiking in California.
news flash, as I said earlier, they already were high.
Anybody with an honest bone in their body would know that.
But no one's going to confront the governor in regards to that claim while he's doing that press conference,
which happens to be on homelessness, by the way.
He's touting a new program to combat what he's failed to do essentially for the past decade or so.
This is a guy who promised back in 2008 that he would fix homelessness.
He's only made it worse.
and he'll do the same thing if he becomes president one day.
They continue to have this same resume, which is,
we are going to promise the world,
we're going to promise we're going to fix X, Y, or Z.
And then when we get into the office, we do the polar opposite.
That's exactly who Gavin Newsom is.
So let's get your guys' thoughts in the comments section below to this ruling
from the Supreme Court, 6'3.
Given the power back to the parents,
they should be notified if their children decides to, I don't know,
switch up their gender one day because the teachers in the school
and maybe the curriculum or,
the library or social media has been feeding them a bunch of negative ideas about who they really are.
Yeah, I think parents should be notified on that. So let me know if you guys agree with that.
And what did you make up Gavin Newsom's response today at his homelessness press conference?
Give me your thoughts and everything you got in the comment section below.
All right, let's go to our next video. And this is really breaking news.
The deposition video for Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton has been released.
And one thing is for sure, Hillary Clinton lost her mind emotionally.
