Starting point is 00:00:00 Main Tree Media is again suffering another defeat after they were fact-checked by themselves regarding the latest ice shooting in New York City. Listen to this. Tensions are rising in New York City after ICE officers shot and wounded a man that they say tried to run them over with his car during an immigration enforcement operation. NYPD released this body cam footage showing its officers responding to the scene yesterday. Local officials say there was a five-year-olds in the car at the time of the shooting. thankfully the five-year-old's okay. Today, the Homeland Security Secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen, said agents were not aware of the child's presence. Just moments ago, NYPD released this video. It shows the initial moments that ICE agents approach the man's vehicle before the shooting.
Starting point is 00:00:41 An agent wearing plane clothes goes up to the car with a firearm. As the vehicle begins to reverse, the agent then starts punching a window on the driver's side of the car as the vehicle begins to pull away. It appears that the vehicle could have then hit a black car driving by at the same time, though it's not clear if the black car is an ice vehicle. Now, notice what they're now reporting. This is CNN, by the way.
Starting point is 00:01:04 Okay? They were all up in arms about this shooting. They were covering as if ice agents are just out there walking up to vehicles and shooting people. Now they're saying in that footage that you just saw, he was evading arrests. That's number one. Okay. Number two, he had hit a vehicle where there was an ice vehicle or not, but he hit another vehicle after evading. arrest. In the video footage, you can clearly see that the ICE agent is trying to apprehend this
Starting point is 00:01:32 individual and he continues to evade arrests. But that's not even the shocker. Watch how the reporter on the ground tells the truth about what happened here. But we have learned more about the man who was at the center of this. He has been identified as Oscar Belgal, 28 years old, from the Dominican Republic. And we know that he was on ISIS radar. He has a criminal history. They say he was associated with a gang and he was the target of an operation into an investigation over the shooting of a customs and border protection agent. They had also previously tried to apprehend him in September, but he evaded law enforcement then, which brings us to Thursday when they carried out this operation. So you mean to tell me they had already attempted to arrest him before. He
Starting point is 00:02:16 evaded their arrest. He was arrested by NYPD. They had released them back into the streets. The ICE detainer request was not honored. That's what you. telling me, and he had felony offenses and convictions, not white collar stuff, violent stuff. This is the problem in America, folks. A lot of people do not want to admit the truth about mass deportation operations. Notice how the media ran with the five-year-old boy in the car, as if ICE agents knew that beforehand. They do that because they don't want the American people to know the American people to know
Starting point is 00:02:56 the truth about when you have people in this country illegal who have committed crimes and been convicted but still released back onto the streets, they don't want the American people to see the hypocrisy in that. But we'll show you. Let's go to Bondani because here was his public statement last night. And the pretext of ICE is in their words to keep this country safe. How is it keeping anyone safe to have, as you just heard from the police commissioner, individuals wearing construction vests in masks with long guns, residents have no idea if these are law enforcement agents or if they are simply attacking someone on the street. And when it comes to ICE, it begs the question, what's the difference? There is no explanation for this.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Well, the same question could be directed at the mayor. How are you saying that you want to keep streets safe if you're not honoring ICE detainer requests? How are you saying that you want to keep streets safe that when you guys do arrest a criminal illegal alien, that is the NYPD, you don't tell ICE about this individual knowing that when the justice system gets their hands on this criminal, they're going to release them back into the streets and then they're going to commit another crime. But I thought you wanted to keep people safe. See, the same logic, the same standards should be applied to the arguments that they're making. But of course, they would require them to look in the mirror. Instead of looking in the mirror, this is what the point.
Starting point is 00:04:22 politicians are deciding to do. New Yorkers are protesting in the streets after an ICE agent shot and wounded a 28-year-old father in his car in a residential neighborhood with his 5-year-old in the back seat. Officers were wearing face masks. This keeps happening since last year, ICE agents have fired during more than a dozen vehicle stops, killing at least four people and wounding others. In Minneapolis this year, federal agents, shot and killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
Starting point is 00:04:56 No child should have to sit and watch while officers opened fire on his father. House Democrats have a duty when we take the majority. Get ICE agents off our street. Keep them away from our children. Abolish ICE. And there it is. So in one hand, they want the worst of the worst deported,
Starting point is 00:05:18 but they want to abolish the agency that would be responsible for, deporting these people. So that's a problem. Secondly, House Democrats, note, your responsibility at this point should be making sure ICE is busy by telling Sanctuary City individuals
Starting point is 00:05:36 to hand over these criminals as soon as they arrest them. But because you guys refuse to do that, it forces ICE to go on to or go into the neighborhood on their own accord in their own way on their own schedule and without notice. because the local police department, they are not allowed to communicate what I. So why would they know of a targeted operation?
Starting point is 00:06:00 Yeah, see, that's what House Democrats should be focused on. Now that you've heard what the left has to say, let's hear what the administration had to say. This is Mark Wayne Mullen earlier today. When the mayor uses language like he used last night, yet he's silent when his own officer gets stabbed. By the way, those two individuals, from the Dominican Republic too,
Starting point is 00:06:23 just to make the connection. He's silent on that, but yet he throws a, as I would say in Oklahoma, a ringtale fit about this criminal. It's hypocrisy. It's not actually truthful. It's all about show and tell.
Starting point is 00:06:42 It's political theater. And he knows it. And hopefully the public knows it. Let's talk about cowshee.com. It's the prediction market. where you can trade on essentially anything, especially in our country. And what's cool right now is if you use my promo code or scan the QR code you see here on the screen, they'll give you $25 on your first $25.
Starting point is 00:07:06 What did you guys see here on the screen is an example? Michigan Senate winner, which currently has Abdul Elsa Head. Listen, I am not buying that number whatsoever, okay? But these are the current odds right now, 68% for him, 32% for Mike Rogers. You can get out of politics if you're done with that. Go to culture. You can check out sports, crypto, commodities, climate, economics, etc. A lot of other things that you could trade.
Starting point is 00:07:29 So go to casheat.com for slash R4 slash devourier scanning care of code. You get $25 on your first $25 that you trade. Well, I would argue the public is only going to know it by listening to alternative media sources like podcasts like mine or doing their own research. because they're not going to get it from the internet, and they're definitely not going to get it from their local cable news channel or mainstream media besides Fox News, it ain't going to happen.
Starting point is 00:07:58 And that's the unfortunate part. Now, what's interesting about what happened after the shooting went down was this two-hour phone call between Mayor Mondani and the president and Mark Wayne Mullen, and let's just say Mondani didn't get his way. In fact, he threw a fit. The fact that they wanted to release
Starting point is 00:08:15 this in the original back on the streets, is absurd. President Trump was very cordial. He was very nice. He said, listen, NYPD is, they're the finest. If you guys want to take custody of him, then we'll be happy to give you custody of him why the investigation is going. But keep in mind, this guy's on probation for, let me explain what he's on probation for, four robbery charges, two charges of felony assault, felony larceny, assault, weapons assault, weapons possession of misdemeanor larceny, possession of stolen property, and two felony charges of dangerous drugs all in three years, and that's how long he's been in the country. And the president's like, he's got probation violations. New York PD can obviously pick him up, hold him.
Starting point is 00:08:59 If you're willing to do that, we'll release him to your custody, to which the mayor refused to do that. They said they wanted him fully released and back on the streets, and we can't do that. President Trump said we were going to go after the worst, the worst, and restore law and order, even when these sanctuary politicians won't. So while it was a long conversation, it wasn't very productive, even though President Trump tried his best to... You know, what's interesting is people who are victims of criminal legal aliens. You won't hear them complaining.
Starting point is 00:09:27 You're not going to hear them saying, oh, President Trump, why are you targeting this illegal alien who committed this crime against my friend, my family member, or myself? You'll never hear that from a victim. But what you will hear is this loud, crying session regarding ICE from people who really don't care about public safety and the way they want people to believe that they do. It's one of the piquest hypocritical things you'll ever see in politics. It's really fascinating. But again, even if ICE is able to do their job,
Starting point is 00:10:02 even if the police were allowed to do their job by collaborating with federal authorities, you still have to figure out why the Attorney General of New York said something like this. The vast majority of individuals who unfortunately are apprehended by ICE have not engaged in any criminal activity. They are not the worst of the worst. What we need to do is reform ICE. What we need to do is be more compassionate. What we need to do is recognize the dignity of immigrants. What we need to do is remember our parents who were once immigrants and recognize that we have a responsibility and that immigration contributes to our economy
Starting point is 00:10:39 and to our state. She's actually correct towards the end there that immigration does contribute to our economy and just so we're clear legal immigration does that, not illegal, especially criminal illegal immigration does not help our society
Starting point is 00:10:57 whatsoever, especially from a public safety point of view, which is why this story is even a thing at this point. I mean, if he was originally arrested and actually convicted and sent to prison, we may not actually be talking about him. Or the last time that he was, you know, being apprehended by ICE or attempted to be apprehended by ICE and he did not evade arrest, we wouldn't be talking about him. But we're only talking about this individual because he's in the country on lawfully.
Starting point is 00:11:23 He had committed crimes already. And St. George City policies cares more about defending him than defending the life and the value and the rights of his victims. Oscar put his child at risk when he chose to accelerate, hit two federal vehicles, and also weaponize the vehicle and moved towards an accelerator rate towards officers that were trying to apprehending. We understood this was going to be a contentious arrest, and we had taken all the precautions we could. We had both ends of the block, blocked off. You know, they talk about the streets being wide open. That isn't accurate. We had worked our best to try to get as many people away before we actually went towards the individual.
Starting point is 00:12:13 Now, it's the public street, so there was some people on the street, but we did our best to de-escalated. He's the one that escalated it. But, you know, this should have never happened if NYPD was allowed to keep him in custody because of the sanctuary politicians that run New York City now, they were leased him back on the streets and this is what took place. You know, in the end, we already know what the solution is to this. Sanctuary city policies need to go away.
Starting point is 00:12:40 And when the local police department comes across someone who is a criminal and in their database, it shows that they're in the country unlawfully, they should be able to pick the phone up and contact ICE. It's that simple. And if they would do more of that,
Starting point is 00:12:53 I think you'd see less of these targeted operations. I mean, the purpose of a targeted operation is they're trying to find this person. they now have intelligence that they have located this individual, and now they're going to target them in order to actually apprehend them. Kind of makes sense to me, but they only have to do this on their own terms, because again, the local leaders do not want to play a ball. And the people who have to pay the price for it happens to be the local community,
Starting point is 00:13:19 and that's the unfortunate part about it all. It could easily be avoided. But this is politics, ladies and gentlemen, and logic has no place a lot of times. Common sense has no place a lot of. of times. And sanctuary city policies is definitely not common sense and definitely not logical. It doesn't matter what city you go to. If sanctuary city policies is something that they wears a badge of honor, you should probably watch your back and you should probably understand that this is not a safe city or a safe city to live in. So you guys give me your reaction in the
Starting point is 00:13:54 comment section below. What do you make of the fact that even the media fact check themselves had to admit the truth that goes counter to what they wanted. What did you make him on Donnie as he continues to double down on these recent outrageous statements, whether it is about October 7th or about this ice shooting. He just doesn't care at this point. I wonder if it's really going to work out for him or not. But share your thoughts about that. And if you're getting value from our channel overall, like, share, and subscribe.
