of California. This time, it's with the following. Hey, John, federal investigators conducted citywide arrest across L.A. today. They say fraudsters were stealing from the poor. In total, they received over 130 million taxpayer dollars meant for the homeless, and at least $18 million went to a home in Greece, a vacation in Tahiti, even building a one million. dollar nightclub here in Los Angeles. We were on site as federal agents arrested one of the alleged fraudsters. A woman described as the middleman accused of receiving kickbacks for creating ghost clients, fake clients for another fraudster Alexander Sufer, who operated homeless organizations, one called abundant blessings, that received tens of millions of dollars in homeless

funding. Fox was at Sufer's luxury, L.A. home earlier this year as his range rover was being towed by the feds. first arrested. Somebody tells me you're probably not shocked by this story, but the interesting insight for me is the fact that the mayor just stepped down from the housing agency that was also plagued with fraud. So I guess we're not shocked at the other fraudulent schemes in regards to homelessness, particularly in Los Angeles County. This is just another blow to Democrats. And the moral high ground, they believe that they hold regarding homelessness and how policies in America should be implemented in order to fix homelessness. But I think we're not. But I think

What they're really doing is draining the pockets of the American taxpayer. It was just announced moments ago he pled guilty to fraud charges. Now, Suefer claimed he was providing daily healthy meals to the homeless, but the Fed said during an inspection of one of his fraudulent facilities, he did have more than canned beans and ramen noodles. Today we spoke with HUD Secretary Turner about fraud in California and across the United States. One dollar's too much. Any dollar stolen.

It's stolen from the United States. American people and that's too much and it'll no longer be it'll no longer be tolerated in this country. Now another alleged fraudster arrested this morning is Michael Young. He allegedly used $670,000 for a trip to Tahiti, remodeling a vintage Impala and spent hundreds of thousands on a nightclub here in Los Angeles. Now notable today that there were no California Democrats present when these charges. were announced many members of the Trump administration, also local and federal prosecutors here, they say they welcome working across the aisle.

Well, of course, Democrats wouldn't show up to an announcement like this because cracking down on fraud is not the top of their priority list. I mean, just look at all the programs that were created under COVID. They never shut them off. They never investigated the fraudsters. And the only reason why they're having to stop it now is because they've essentially run out of money. So, you know, they have to, you know, cut it off somehow. And when you're talking about innocent people and people who truly need resources,

people who are really trying to get off homelessness, how does this fraud actually help them do that? And how does this fraud story prove that Mayor Karen Bass is the right person for the job? Well, in my opinion, it doesn't. Let's go to Secretary Turner, as he had this to say. L.A. is called, they say the city of angels. but there's nothing angelic about bribery, about stealing money from taxpayers, about lying, about serving our nation's most vulnerable citizens. And while these frosters have lined their pockets, American people have been dying in our streets.

The homeless overdose death, the death rate in L.A. is 46 times the national average. And I want everybody to let that sink in. Forty-six times the national. the national average, homeless overdoses, death to men and women on our streets. Since 2020, there have been 75,000 homeless-related fires in L.A. Every time Los Angeles to shower known fraudsters with taxpayer money, they're literally playing with fire in the streets of Los Angeles. The very streets that should be safe for families. streets they should have thriving businesses, the same streets they should offer opportunity

and not death to our homeless brothers and sisters in L.A. You know, it's fascinating when you hear people complain about government spending, but I wonder if those same people are complaining about government fraud. I mean, just imagine how much fraud is happening in the United States of America, just in California alone, even in Minnesota. And those are just numbers we know publicly because the Attorney General, office has been able to actually prosecute people and make the investigation public. But I can't imagine what the number truly is.

And I would argue that if we're really serious about cutting down government spending and our debt and making sure people get the resources they deserve, cracking down on fraud would be at the top of that priority list. All right, let's go to our next update, which happened last night as Abdul's one-man debate turned into a disaster. Take a look at this. Let me just answer your question directly. I will take every statement on its own terms. There are many, many things that he has said, that I disagree with, that I have disavowed, whether it was his ridiculous comments about 9-11 or his more recent comments about Jewish Americans. I just think it's important for us to stop playing

this game wherein you take a whole individual and pretend like they are the worst thing they've ever said. I remember back in 2020 where we talked about how caustic that cancel culture was. In fact, it was Republicans themselves, the very same people who want to make this race about a streamer in California who said exactly that. But we have to believe in our democratic process. We have to believe that we can talk about individual things that people have said on their own term. So if we judge people based on the statements that they've said on their own terms, Abdul, you, sir, are anti-American. You hate NFL football. He thinks it's rooted in white supremacy. This is a man who clearly stated that he didn't want to comment on the late Supreme Leader of Iran

being assassinated by President Trump because he had people in his coalition or his constituents that sympathize with the late Supreme Leader. So, yeah, this is a man who also believes he understands black people because his lineage is originating from Africa. I mean, this is his words, not mine. Abdul, we don't even have to look at Hamas Biker. Just look at your statements. Now you want to make your whole campaign about.

the issues. You weren't making your campaign about the issues leading up to the primary, and now you think you can switch and get away with it. It's not going to happen. It's not going to happen whatsoever. All right, let's go to this one. This is the moderator asking him about his affiliation with the DSA and whether or not he supports their positions. I've done more to provide more people health care or eliminate their medical debt than most doctors have done in their practice career. If I would be elected into the U.S. Senate, I'd be the first Democratic doctor elected to the U.S. Senate since 1969. I'd be the first Democratic doctor elected to the U.S. Senate. Did I hear that correctly? I'm going to replay that.

Okay. Let me play that again. Because last time I checked, the physician that's actually in the Senate would be Bill Cassidy. Backchecked me on that. But I believe that is an actual doctor who practices. Okay. Let's replay this. You need diverse skill sets that we bring to the table.

If I would be elected to the U.S. Senate, I'd be the first Democratic doctor elected to the U.S. Senate since 1969. This is like stolen baller, but in the medical industry. Okay? Hey, bro, we know you're not a doctor. Okay? Now, you can have a Ph.D. And you can rise to the level of being recognized as a doctor from an educational standpoint. But you're not a doctor in the sense that, hey, go to a duel if you want to get your health checked out, right?

That's not who he is. He doesn't have his own practice. He never has. He's never held a medical license, as we said repeatedly already. This is ridiculous. But this is the heat that should come on, Abdul. Don't lie about your record. We can disagree politically.

Have no problem with that. But once you start lying about your credentials, you have no business running for Congress. All right, let's go to the woke mob. And unfortunately, they're showing their true colors once again. MacLamor, who is screaming free Palestine talking points, ended up meeting this fate as a result. Take a look. Tonight, more fallout over Ed Shearin's Loop Tour with a thinking out loud singer supporting acts now withdrawing.

In protest of McElmore being dropped from the tour after comments like this. They're not paying for political messages. And what I find to be interesting from the woke mob is they believe that it's appropriate for people to spew their political talking points when that's not what the show is about. And I'll give you one primary example. Are you tuning into my show? because I talk about Monday night football, you'd start thinking, hey, man, this saying about Monday night football, DeVore, get back to the news. That's exactly what you would say.

Unfortunately, they don't hold the same standard. But there's more. Take a look. Hey, if Ed Sheeran comes on the radio while you're driving along, are you changing the channels? I am. You are? Yeah. Why is that?

I think that what we've seen, especially, it's not just what has happened with the acts. and not just in removing McElmore from the lineup, but when you see what Robert Kraft did to line up all of the stadiums to censor speech in that one specific way, it's become clear that this is not just about one music artist or two music artists, but this is about how just a handful of stadium owners

and the elite can prevent an entire massive issue. Now, I know you guys don't like to hear from AOC, but I wanted you to make sure you understood their position. Here's what my reaction would be to that. Step number one, there should always be a contract in place that if you're going to come on tour, no politics. I think most fans would agree to that, right? If you're going to perform and people are going to pay tickets to come to this event,

no political statements, please. Okay? Just zero tolerance on that. Step two. MacLamore can issue whatever political statements that he wants. It doesn't mean he's going to get canceled for it. And I hold the same standard for Nikki Monash. Clearly, she's been a part of administrations or this administration's some of their campaigns. I haven't really cared for them. Okay. I don't really care to hear from Nikki Minaj on political issues. She's a musician. She should stick to that. And if these

individuals like McLemore or even Nikki Minaj, I'm being objectively fair here, if they want to inject themselves into politics, they shall launch their own political podcasts or actually make regular rounds on political podcasts. But don't take politics in your worldview and inject it in the arena of music. That's not what people are there for. But I'm not too sure. Everybody agrees with me on that. I mean, maybe I'm missing something. But let's go to outnumbered earlier on Fox News. Here was their point of view. And AOC appears to have some confusion. or anger towards how Robert Kraft could make this decision. But Trace, look at this.

This is from the Kraft Group. Gillette Stadium is the only privately funded NFL Stadium with 100% of the facility land and parking costs paid for privately and 100% of the infrastructure costs reimbursed to the public by the stadium. Robert Kraft can make whatever decision Robert Kraft wants to make. And if you asked Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez again, say, you know, I missed that. I'm sorry. You made a statement out, Robert Kraft.

Can you give me some context on that? What exactly did he do? She would give you the exact same statement that she just gave that because that's exactly what she was told. Or that's how much she was brushed up on this whole thing. The best, the big ticket point in this whole thing is what Kaylee said. The bottom line is if you vote for Abdul El-Said, don't tell me in four years, you didn't know that he said this and this. He didn't know he was going here. If you hire McElmore to go on your tour and you're Ed Shearin, like Kaylee said,

don't tell me you didn't know that this was going to happen because he's been saying this for a year. and years and years. Yeah, that's a phenomenal point. And I think that's a fair standard. You know, again, I hold this perception on everything across the board, no matter somebody's political affiliation. I just don't think politics should be at the center of everything. I don't think it should be the introduction of everything.

I don't think politics should come up most of the time. If I'm going to a concert, especially at Jolait Stadium, I'm not there to hear political views. If I'm going to an NBA game, if I'm going to an NFL game, or I want to listen to my favorite artist, I don't want to hear about politics, and it's the same standard we hold for Hollywood. But unfortunately, our country has made a fatal mistake in doing this. This is why some people like Dr. Godside calls it suicidal empathy, as they continue to push

these messages in the name of empathy. And what they're doing is getting away from what makes them great to begin with. McLemore is not great because he's screaming free Palestine. No, he's great because from a literal. his point of view and some of his music, uh, is great talent as a rapper. That's how people know him. And no matter how many times he screams free Palestine, um, that's not going to change anything. And I'm not telling him, don't speak up for what you believe in. But that's not who you truly are, man. I, I mean, this is the whole Colin Kaepernick situation all over again. Um,

and I just think we should be very consistent in this. And, um, I guess I'll leave it there. because if I keep going, I'll probably get a little upset. This is going to continue to play out in California as Governor Gabon Newsom continues to go everywhere, but actually run his state. So no shocker there.
