Tech companies in America who have been abusing our immigration system just suffered a major blow after this announcement. Let me make one final point before I turn it over to Keith. This is a fundamental insult to the American worker and to the American way of life. We cannot allow visa programs that were designed to ensure that American corporations had access to the best and the brightest to use them to undercut the wages of American workers. Now, it's one thing if you want to bring in a person like Elon Musk, I think 99% of American citizens, look at somebody like Elon Musk or Lisa Sue, the CEO of A&B, and they say, obviously, if that person wants to come in and build something great in the United States of America, we support that. But if you're bringing in an accountant who's making $40,000 a year and you use that foreign indentured servant making $40,000 a year to replace an American worker who is making $70,000 a year, you're not bringing in a genius to build a great American corporation. You were committing fraud against the American people
Starting point is 00:01:31 and against this visa program. It has to stop. All right, bottom line up front, this is positive news. This is one of the big campaign demands from voters for this current administration, even for the president, in regards to cracking down on immigration fraud, the abuse of the system. And this program has clearly been abused. Now, let me give you a couple of examples just so we're clear about why this is so important. Number one, the law currently does not require companies to choose an American citizen over a foreigner. Okay, that's clear. The law also does not require to ensure that who they're choosing is someone who is an Elon Musk. It does not require that. So although the president has signed an executive voter regarding this, although the task force
Starting point is 00:02:18 has essentially come out, meaning actually the Department of Labor, has actually come out and made the policy that they're banning corporations from using H-1B visas, it's actually not going to have a permanent change until Congress gets involved, which is why the best president had this to say. And thanks to the work of this task force, and again, the empowerment of the President of the President of the United States, we are doing something to stop it. I, again, would encourage Congress to reform this program. It is very clear that it's not working the way that it should,
Starting point is 00:02:49 but we have tools in the administration to make this program work better for the American people. A lot more we could do if Congress was willing to play ball. And again, we extend an invitation to both Democrats and Republicans. If you want the H-1B visa program to stop being used to defraud the American taxpayer and to undercut the wages of American workers, get to work and we will help you. But we're going to do everything that we can in the interim to ensure the program works as it was designed to work. And that's why a lot of people out there are actually calling for the administration to pretty much freeze H-1B visas as a whole. Now, here's the positive side to this, okay?
Starting point is 00:03:28 Because when a policy like this is getting, when there's a crackdown on it, there has to be some type of side effect, right? And here's the side effect that Americans should be paying attention to in Plano, Texas, as an example, which is clearly in the Dallas area, is experiencing a housing market downturn and expects a spike in foreclosures. as the decline in H-1B visas affect hotbeds of Indian migration. Now, I have nothing against people from India, for the record, but this is a side effect of the administration's policies regarding H-1B visas. So for all the people screaming that the president isn't doing anything, he's failed on all his promises, these are real world results. If you do the math for every worker that Microsoft lays off,
Starting point is 00:04:12 they're replacing that worker with one and a half foreign indentured servants. In other words, Trump administration trying to keep those jobs, those employees, American citizens, to work at these tech giants. No response yet from Microsoft. It's very early. This was just announced. I was doing some of the data crunching a few moments ago. It's unknown exactly how many Visa cardholders work for Microsoft, but it's an estimated 10 to 15,000 Microsoft employees are under this program. So a significant hit.
Starting point is 00:04:41 All right. So Microsoft did respond in a statement, as you guys can see here. Bottom line is they're saying we haven't been doing anything wrong. In fact, the administration has it wrong. They chatted out some numbers here by saying, for example, the approximate 6,000 H1BVs applications we submitted in the last fiscal year, 80% were to extend or change the status of an existing Microsoft employee. These were not to hire new people.
Starting point is 00:05:09 The remaining filings for new employees were for individuals already legally in the United States who decided to come work for us. That's not even a point. No one cares about that. What we care about is cracking down on H-1B visa program, meaning we should not be seeing people who are getting hired, and I'll show you guys an example of this. Let me give you a great example of this.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Clark at Atlanta University, which is a private Methodist historically black research university in Atlanta, Georgia, say that five times fast. It's an HBCU, okay? And I'll even show you their website here, as you guys can see. All right. So this university hired an H-1B visa last month, or in August, that is. They are paying this individual $52,000 per year for the next three years.
Starting point is 00:05:58 You're telling me that there was no one on that campus who could have been hired for that position. Oh, that's right, because the law doesn't require them to do so. And that's the problem, ladies and gentlemen. If your visa was recently revoked and you're completely shocked and blindsided by the whole matter, you're not alone. Just recently, the U.S. State Department made a sweeping blanket revocation of visas for individuals who came into the United States and somehow got in contact with law enforcement. For some of you, it might even be possible for you to seek another application for the visa. Don't give up. Don't be too alarmed by this, but get some good legal help about.
Starting point is 00:06:41 how you could possibly submit another application and convince the U.S. Embassy to give you another chance. Now, this crackdown will continue to have consequences, ramifications, side effects that causes some type of disruption. That disruption could be positive to certain groups of our population. So for an example, if you're somewhere in Plano, Texas, the home prices, the rental prices could actually drop even further as the, supply for housing will probably go up because these individuals are either having to leave, they can no longer make those payments. That is a disruption. Now, obviously, I'm making it sound very simple, but it technically is that simple. I mean, when you combine the H-1B visa scam with a legal immigration, yeah, there's issues with our system, and it doesn't benefit the American
Starting point is 00:07:36 citizen. Now, we should have legal immigration. I want more Elon Musk here, right? In fact, I would make the argument that there's a lot of people who are not from this country that are much more productive in our society than people who are born here. Those things are true. But let me go back to my main point. If you're offering up a job that pays $52,000 a year, that shouldn't be going to a foreign individual. That should be going to an American citizen. And I could be wrong on that, but that's just the way that I see it. All right, let's go to our next update. And I think maybe some of you guys have already seen this stuff, which is kind of interesting. And we talked about it a little bit yesterday, which is Mondani.
Starting point is 00:08:16 He is facing backlash from both sides of the debate regarding October 7th. Let me just show you an example of that. And Mike, we knew when Mayor Mondani issued his October 7th statement this morning, it would create a political firestorm among pockets of the Jewish community. But when he stepped into Union Square tonight for this vigil, he made enemies with some on the other side as well. There was tension and there was confrontation. Not in attendance tonight, civility and dialogue,
Starting point is 00:08:58 a show of solidarity and resilience to honor the more than 1,200 Israeli civilians who were massacred three years ago today and to remember their pain, drowned out by hostility. Adept to the IDF! Had that to the IDF! Mayor and Mamdani even met with chance of traitor and sellout and showered with relentless, unforgiving jeers. The progressive wing of the Democratic Party, the mayor, public advocate Jamani Williams,
Starting point is 00:09:33 and former city comptroller Bradlander, excoricated by their own political base for their attempts at unity. with their attempts at unity. So maybe you guys have already heard about this, but it is a disturbing update. A curriculum is being used in hundreds of schools around the country, and many parents don't even know it. It's called rights, respect, and responsibility sounds good on the surface. But behind those simple words are lessons with graphic depictions of naked children, requiring young children as young as young as five to name and identify genitalious.
Starting point is 00:10:04 And parents who are sounding the alarm on this are getting ignored. by their school district. This is why our friends at Alliance defending freedom are gathering 100,000 signatures on a petition to get this program kicked out of schools and to protect parents' rights to direct their kids' education. So sign that petition by texting Darken to 83848. That is 83848 or visit join ADF.com for slash darken.
Starting point is 00:10:31 I'm not surprised by the backlash that Mondani is receiving because, again, the statement was a miscalation and unforced error on his behalf for someone who is, as I stated yesterday, is politically talent as he is, that was a total mess. And then he's not only dealing with that, but now he's dealing with the fact that his own base is upset with him because he's not radical enough. I mean, this is the problem with politics. I mean, when you radicalize your base, oh, you run on radical issues, and then when it's
Starting point is 00:11:00 time to really flex those muscles and show how radical you are as a leader and you don't do that, yeah, they end up turning on you. exactly what's happening here. How do you feel about being called a traitor? And do you feel misunderstood? You know, I was proud to attend last night's vigil as I did last year to listen to testimonies from family members of those who were killed on October 7th and those who've been killed in the three years since.
Starting point is 00:11:34 And all of whom united in a vision for peace and an end to the genocide in Gaza. And when we're speaking of that genocide, we're speaking of one that has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians in the last three years. As for those protesting me, I am the mayor of New York City, and this is what I signed up for. But again, as I stated yesterday, this was a missed opportunity for him to truly unified New York. Now, one can make the argument by him attending the vigil. That's exactly what he's trying to do, especially the individuals that he was attending this event with. I mean, you could make that argument,
Starting point is 00:12:12 but the problem is you could show up to this event. You could throw some money at the, you know, anti-or-or-they-hate-cimes in New York City to stop people from attacking Jews. The damage has already been done, right? And so it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Now, let's go to Jim Jordan, because here was his reaction. Well, this moral equivalency argument is ridiculous. I mean, Hamas is a terrorist organization that attacked Israel.
Starting point is 00:12:39 And somehow, he even used the term genocide for what Israel is doing in defending their nation and defending their people. That is just ridiculous. So this is how radical they become. They try to say it's not Israel is definitive. Israel's our ally, democratically elected representatives there. How different can that be from Hamas, for goodness sakes? And that also highlights the other disagreement because people can't argue against Israel retaliating because of October 7.
Starting point is 00:13:09 They argue that the retaliation is outrageous. It's excessive. It's too aggressive. That is one of the big debates that I see happening on the internet. But what's interesting here for all of the fans of Mondani, who essentially got upset with him last night, you know what he was doing after the visual? He was dining at a Palestinian restaurant. Yeah, so I guess the question at this point, how much will this impact, I guess the election moving forward? I guess the election moving forward,
Starting point is 00:14:33 Mondani's, you know, political leverage or influence. I'm not too sure it really will. I mean, maybe Jewish voters and some of these states that have these close races, maybe, maybe, but we'll, I guess, let the numbers do the talking on that. Let's go to our next update, and this is breaking news, and I bet this is going to piss some people off. So the Secretary of War Pete Hexath has confirmed that the firing, squad, which will be executed on December 3rd, will be streamed live. Listen to this.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Senior Pentagon officials say a firing squad execution of Fort Hood shooter Ndao Malik Hassan will be live streamed. This comes after War Secretary Pete Hegsa said the execution would be public. Secretary Hegsaith says it will take place at Fort Hood on December 3rd. Hassan was convicted of killing 13 people and injuring 32 others in a shooting at the military. base in 2009. Monday, a Pentagon spokesman said President Trump had approved the execution. So here's his mugshot in case you guys have forgotten what he looks like. According to some people, he's a Palestinian. Don't know if that's really relevant to the
Starting point is 00:15:50 situation. But really the problem is, is that people are going to freak out that this is going to take place. And not only is it going to take place this execution, but it's going to be public. And I'm really, I can't wait to see the backlash to that. I mean, this is something that hasn't happened in quite some time, right? All right, here's more of what Hexeth had to say. Listen to this. Execution by firing squad. Army Major betrays his country. Radical Islamist kills a bunch of Americans at Fort Hood. Of course, we're going to do it at Fort Hood. We're going to do it on a Thursday. We're going to do it at 1 o'clock, which is when he did it. And it's going to be soldiers with rifles executing the firing squad.
Starting point is 00:16:31 since World War II since we've done that. Well, I kind of like the mentality we had in World War II, which was win, which was, I understand when the enemy attacks you, you need to stand your ground. So it was radical Islamist terror attack. Remember what Obama called it? Workplace violence? I mean, that's what we're up against. That's the worldview we're up against, is workplace violence. CVE. We know what it is. It was a radical Islamist attack in uniform, inside the ranks. And so he's going to get a firing squad of soldiers, as it should be. And we'll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it's public, because people need to understand that this is a, there's serious consequence for these types of things.
Starting point is 00:17:08 Do you, has Major Hassan made any final request, reached out to the president, anything like that to your knowledge? Don't care. But what do you guys make of this announcement? Do you think it's the right one? I don't actually have a problem with it. I think that this is within the bounds of the U.S. Constitution. I think states have the ability to decide how they're going to execute death penalties, sort of speak.
Starting point is 00:17:33 How does that look like, whether it's lethal injection, firing squad, all of those things still exist today. Do they happen every single day? No. In fact, this whole thing went down in 2009, and now we're in 2026. I mean, that's how long it's actually taking to finally execute this guy. But I'm telling you, they'll be accused of wanting to kill people, essentially. That's probably be part of the backlash, as we've seen with Chris Cuomo, who accused Christians in Tennessee, wanting to kill people because of the failed lethal injection of the woman who was on death row. Okay. So be prepared for that.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Now, my takeaway from this entire video, which I'd love to hear yours, is a simple one. The federal government should stop allowing corporations to take advantage or leave American citizens out to dry. That's when they should step in. The market should be competitive. The market should naturally operate. But the only time the government should step in is when corporations are clearly abusing a federal program and they're doing it at the expense of American citizens. So it's good that they're cracking down on this program and the abuse. Maybe in the future, this program could actually be used and could be implemented appropriately. I've went over some of the things that I like to see, which is don't. hire anybody for $52,000. You should be hiring people for $300,000 or more. That clearly weeds out entry-level jobs, in my opinion. That's one way to get it done. Also, the situation with Mondani is no shocker, but it is interesting to see how his own base is turning on him because of his reaction last night on the October 7 visual.
