Luxury sales claim based on S&P Global Mobility Canadian New Vehicle Total Registrations for calendar year 2025 for the Cadillac definition of luxury. California just delivered another fatal reminder of sanctuary
Starting point is 00:01:03 city policies. Take a listen. So this morning, police say a woman in California was killed by a man who had stalked her for months and it's now triggering a kind of national debate in a much-needed discussion. The suspect is an undocumented immigrant who took his own life after police tracked him down. DHS is blaming California's sanctuary policies while the woman's grieving family is asking if more could have been done. So the last Californian that I had talked about was Todd Stewart, a man who was retired and suffered a fatal stabbing at the hands of an illegal alien. Guys, that was just about a month ago.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Now we're on to a new one, unfortunately. And of course, this man or this criminal who's now dead entered the country in 2023, was here illegally. And because of St. Tourist City policies, you guys know how the story goes. But what's interesting is what happened after he murdered her. Take a look. 22-year-old Roheet Roheet allegedly shot the Kerr in the parking lot on Hale Avenue. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, Roheet reportedly chased her before shooting her multiple times.
Starting point is 00:02:14 Roheet was later found dead with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on Highway 50, according to the sheriff's office. Now, tonight we are learning the man accused of stalking and killing her entered into the United States illegally. That is, according to the department. Department of Homeland Security. DHS says that she was, that he was arrested by Border Patrol in 2023 and then released. This is why Democrats lose the debate regarding immigration because you cannot excuse fatal outcomes. These are the worst case scenarios of a policy. People actually dying, right? It can't get any worse than that. And they're dying at the hands of people who have no business being here when we have immigration laws that would prevent them from being here.
Starting point is 00:02:57 is within our control. However, if you're a leader in California, you don't see it that way. In fact, you welcome these people because in your mind, you think they're just here to make a better life until one day they wake up and they murder a Todd Stewart or this woman here. Why don't we hear what DHS had to say about this? The DHS gave a statement to CNN that reads in part, this tragedy would have been completely avoided if it weren't for the Biden administration releasing this. killer into our country. Governor Gavin Newsom, his office clapped back with this, telling us, trying to turn a horrific act of stalking and domestic violence into an indictment of California's
Starting point is 00:03:43 sanctuary policies is not supported by the evidence and distract from the real issues this case raises. Oh, excuse me, I thought her dying is the real issue a part of this case, nothing more. And the reason she died is because someone was in their country illegally, and they were protected by your sanctuary city policies, Governor Gavin New Scum. I mean, this guy has just a disgusting way when responding to fatal tragedies like this within a state that he is the governor of. Now, I told you guys, gentle governance. Let's go back to that again. We live in a society today where the offender is the victim, not the actual person who was murdered. Okay.
Starting point is 00:04:23 We even see this with Lindsay Clancy. We see this with Luigi Mangione. right? It's the murderer who becomes the martyr. It's the murderer who's actually the victim here. Not the people that they killed in cold blood. It's fascinating stuff. Now, it's worth noting that undocumented migrants are arrested at a rate of less than half that of native-born Americans for violent and drug-related crimes. Now, Tukura's family on a GoFundMe described her as a caring, loving, selfless, and generous, young woman dead at 38, killed allegedly by a man who had been stalking her for months.
Starting point is 00:05:04 If you want a $3,000 a month payday for life, what would you feel free to do? Maybe take a long weekend, every weekend, or try a bunch of new hobbies. Would you feel free to upgrade and listen ad-free? Don't worry, we get it. And that point that he made is why people are desensitized to these fatal stories of American citizens because they chalk it up to people get murdered every day. Most people are murdered by American citizens. So what difference does it make if someone's being murdered by an illegal alien? And obviously they call these people undocumented migrants because they want to be as soft as they can be
Starting point is 00:06:26 towards these individuals. They don't want to actually hold them accountable. And the best way to do that is to slowly condition the public to see people who are in the country illegally is not as a problem, not as a villain. Even when someone in your neighborhood who is an American citizen is murdered, yes, that's where we are at in the year of 2026. And again, if you need more examples of why, they think this way, look no further to this immigration attorney out of Sacramento who had this reaction. Everybody unfortunately commits crimes, whether they're U.S. citizens, residents, or somebody here without documents. Risa Morris is a Sacramento immigration attorney and says what happened on Tuesday was tragic. But immigration status should not be to blame. So it doesn't really matter what your
Starting point is 00:07:13 status is. In August 2023, the Department of Homeland Security says Rojit, illegally came into the U.S. from India, entering through Arizona. He was arrested by border patrol and released. A DHS spokesperson says this could have been avoided if the Biden administration didn't release him and sanctuary politicians must put an end to reckless policies. So your citizenship status is not to blame. So what is? I mean, it's called cause and effect. So there is blame somewhere, right? Sanctuary city policies rejecting ICE detainer request, a system that does not factor in people's citizenship status to an order in order to make sure that these people are vetted. None of that is that fault did, right? I mean, this is what they want people to believe. Meaning,
Starting point is 00:07:56 they don't believe that consequences are a real thing. Okay, they don't want the American people to get in the mindset of holding their elected representatives accountable, especially when their brothers and sisters are being murdered. They don't want us to actually believe that. But I'm here to tell you, we should believe that. We should demand consequences. We should demand accountability. The people in Sacramento should also be held accountable for this, because this is within our control. Can we actually control every American citizen as it relates to them committing murder. Not necessarily, no, but we can't control who enters this country. We can't control if we're going to deport them or not that is within our control.
Starting point is 00:08:33 So, no, I'm not buying this whatsoever. I want to cap this story off with some chilling details that led to this woman being murdered and something in the end that will leave you shocked. Take a look. The stalking allegedly began back in January. Apparently Roeitt had put an air tag. in Takura's car to track her. At one point, he showed up, had a key to her apartment and got in. On another occasion, he apparently let air out of her car tires, then followed her to work to act the night in shining armor and help to help her. She did have a restraining order against him since May. Okay, so what I want to do right now is take a moment to read this message from today's
Starting point is 00:09:16 sponsor, Alliance Defending Freedom, because a disturbing curriculum is being used in hundreds of schools around the country, and many parents don't even know it. It's called rights, respect, and responsibility, or the three R's. But behind those simple words are lessons with graphic depictions of naked children, requiring young children to name and identify genitales. This isn't a health curriculum, folks. It's extremely explicit sexed material pushed on kids as young as five, and parents who are sounding the alarm on this in one state reported that their school district has been ignoring them. This is why friends at Alliance of Freedom are gathering 100,000 signatures on a petition to get this program thrown out of schools and to protect parents' rights to direct their kids' education. So sign that
Starting point is 00:09:58 petition by scanning the QR code you see here on the screen or texting Darkens to 83848. That is 83848 or visit join ADF.com for slash darkens. And there is, and that is the breakdown in the system, ladies and gentlemen. The fact that she had a active restraining order against someone who was in the country illegally and did not spark the local police to pick up the phone and say, ICE, we have someone who's in our country illegally. We have a approved restraining order against this man. Please come get him out of our community. Guys, this is common sense. This is why Democrats have zero credibility on immigration issues because they can't even do the most basic thing, which is to get someone who has a restraining order out of their community. And I'll just leave it there,
Starting point is 00:10:46 because if I keep going, I'll probably get upset. Next story, I think, actually, will make me upset and probably you as well. So Thomas Massey, who's at the end of his congressional career as we know it, just announced impeachment articles for the following individual. Pursuant to Clause 2A1 of Rule 9, I seek recognition to give notice of my intent to raise a question of the privileges of the House. The form of the resolution is as follows. impeaching Peter Brian Heggseth, Secretary of Defense for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Starting point is 00:11:21 Resolved that Peter Brian Hegsath, Secretary of Defense, also referred to as Secretary of War by the administration, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate. Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America against Peter, Brian, Hegeseth, Secretary of Defense, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors. Article 1, waging war and contravention of the war powers resolution of 1973, Section 2C. So this is where Congress turns into high school all over again, for me personally. Because ultimately, what Thomas Massey is doing here, and his behavior essentially implies that you, the American, you don't understand the action. You don't understand the
Starting point is 00:12:15 laws of our land, meaning what? The secondary war is following orders from the president, the commander-in-chief. So when he says that Pete Hexeth is raging war that violates, you know, the law, so to speak, that's not true whatsoever. That is not true whatsoever, okay? And if he really didn't want people like the president, the commander-in-chief, or the secondary war, to implement war against a foreign nation, then him in Congress would have passed laws long time ago, especially at the Obama administration, to ban any commander-in-chief in the future from doing exactly what we've seen in Iran. They never did that.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Why? Because they all want to use it when it suits them or their party or their interests. So it's a total insult on our intelligence that Thomas Massey is doing here. That's why I just flat out disagree with this. But let's go to Attorney General Todd Blanche and his reaction. Secretary Hig Seth is doing a phenomenal job. And the Secretary of War doesn't just go off and do things. So he follows the law.
Starting point is 00:13:19 And so the DOJ plays a role in that, and we play an active role in making sure the laws you comply with. You called it a war. I disagree with that characterization, as does most of Congress. And so there's been votes on whether it's a war and what to do. And why votes through Congress, which has determined that he's not doing anything wrong and the president's not doing anything wrong should result in articles of impeachment. I guess you'll have to talk to Massey about that. Now, I actually disagree with Todd Blanche there.
Starting point is 00:13:47 This is a war. Let's just call it what it is. Okay, don't insult people's intelligence. It's a war. No doubt about it. Okay, whether it's the 45-year war because Iran has been raging war against America, or we take the route that other people are saying, which is this is President Trump raging war against Iran.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I don't care what it's from. It's a war. And I want you guys to check this out. Thomas Massey never introduced a single article of impeachment against Lloyd Austin for firing service members who refused to take the COVID vaccine. But he does want Pete HECSeth impeach for holding Mark Kelly accountable for telling the military to disobey orders from the president. That is just phenomenal. I'm telling you, this is high school stuff, guys.
Starting point is 00:14:27 High school. But here's another justification for this. Take a look. One thing is for sure, this is probably the most incompetent defense secretary in our nation's history. He has absolutely no idea what he's doing whatsoever. the quickest way we can bring down costs for the American people and get back to some sort of sane foreign policy is for President Trump to end this reckless Iran war now. So these articles of impeachment is more of a tactic to try to force President Trump's hand to end this war. I don't think he's going to do it.
Starting point is 00:15:00 I mean, you think trying to impeach Pete Hexeth, which is not going to be successful, you think that's going to stop President Trump? I mean, if high gas prices has not stopped President Trump, why would this stop? him, if that makes sense. So I don't understand the strategy here, but guys, there's more than one Republican who's buying into this, by the way. Here is the list. There are groming calls for the ouster of the defense secretary, Pete Heggseth, including from within his own party, Republican Senator Tom Tillis, Republican Representative Don Bacon of Nebraska, a Republican representative Thomas Massey, who is now, has introduced a resolution on the House floor to impeach Secretary Hegeseth over unauthorized military actions involving Iran. One of his accusations is that
Starting point is 00:15:46 Hegset has an alleged disregard for civilian protections. Listen, when some of these individuals who are no longer running for re-election, by the way, or have already been primaried out, when you have some of those individuals, those individuals are partyless lists, it kind of makes sense what their incentive is here, right, to essentially buck the administration with a middle finger out the door. And this is their way to continue to be a thorn. in the side of President Trump. Again, will they be successful? I mean, it would be studying that they're more likely to impeach Pete Hackseth
Starting point is 00:16:19 for what they perceived to be high crimes and misdemeanors, but never came close to impeaching Lloyd Austin who went AWOL and kick our soldiers out of the military for not taking the vaccine. I don't buy that whatsoever. You know, the Republicans are basically saying what a lot of people have said, that they're a little frustrated with how Secretary Hakeseth has been reporting to Congress, has been reporting publicly of what the situation is. I think what really, this IG report seems to be in contrast with what the administration
Starting point is 00:16:49 have been putting out that our missile inventories and our, you know, particularly critical missile inventories like Patriots and Thads, were not as low as they are. And that basically lays out very clearly the Patriots are about third of what they were before the war. The Thads, which is at theater high altitude defense system, is about a half of what it was before. We've lost about 30 Reaper drones. Those are pretty expensive drones. It brings up a lot of things.
Starting point is 00:17:12 And also it brought up as a separate thing, the amount of destruction of hundreds of buildings at our basis throughout, basically across the Persian Gulf in the Middle East by Iranian drones and missiles. I think all of this is frustrated Congress to a great deal. And, of course, you have a couple of members of Congress not running for re-election who feel very strongly taking action. So bottom line is we'll see how serious Congress will take these articles of impeachment.
Starting point is 00:17:43 But if anything, this is a precursor to what can come after the midterm election, especially if it swings the Democrats way. Let's go to our final update. And this holdout juror from the Lindsay Clancy case, I told you, this story's going to continue to get insane. His brother is speaking out and how the family has been getting harassed by TikTok extremists. Take a listen. The new report revealing details about the holdout juror and the Lindsay Clancy trial. Earlier this month, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict and the judge declared that mistrial. Remember, she killed her three children. That has never been in doubt. But now another trial. Potentially, Nate Foy is on it. Nate. Hey, Harris, yeah. We're still waiting on word from the Plymouth County DA on plans on how they intend to move forward.
Starting point is 00:18:33 but as you mentioned, the breaking report here is from the New York Post describing this juror as a Haitian Catholic, and the brother of that juror telling the New York Post that his brother's Catholic faith did not cloud his judgment at all in his deliberations in this trial. The brother said the family's life has been turned upside down, saying that they're getting hounded by reporters and true crime fanatics. The brother says, quote, we just had some of them from the New York Post article if you want to pull him back up. Harris. My family cannot leave the house. They are leaving notes at my mother's house. They won't leave us alone and we don't know anything. People have been calling me like crazy. It's crazy. The brother also says that the family didn't even know that he was serving on the jury. So it was all a surprise to them. All right. So let's go through this again. Now we know that he's a Haitian
Starting point is 00:19:24 Catholic. Okay. So technically he's black or a person of color, as Democrats would put it. if that makes sense. I mean, there's too many labels on America for obvious reasons. So that's number one. Number two, why do we even know what he is? Why does the media know this information? Shouldn't the information of jurors who serve is anonymous? I thought that was a thing in the United States of America.
Starting point is 00:19:46 I guess not. And third, what does this say about our society who harasses a juror for making a decision for himself? That is why it's called a jury of your peers. it doesn't mean the entire jury will always agree with each other. When did that, when was that expected exactly? Okay. I think what's missing here, guys, is one word. Accountability.
Starting point is 00:20:12 Take a look. Here to react is DeVorey Darken podcast, our host of the DeVorey Darken show. All right, DeVore, how did a murder trial morph into this ideological campaign now attacking someone because of his skin color and his view of a case that he sat through and heard all the evidence on. Yeah, thank you, Laura, for having me tonight. I think one of the biggest mistakes we're seeing here is our society refusing to accept accountability, particularly in this case. And so when you refuse to accept accountability, you then have to shift your focus to
Starting point is 00:20:48 start blaming some other thing or something else or somebody like this holdout juror. What I found to be fascinating is that he wasn't the only one who actually had some type of hesitation here. He did stick to his guns in the end. But the 11th juror took, I mean, I mean, essentially according to what I've even heard from their mouth, the jurors, that is, he was holding out as well until the very end, but essentially it was coerced. It's straight up intimidation, coercion, and this is disgusting behavior at the highest level. I mean, even if we went with these allegations against that 12 juror and his restraining order and his eviction notice, let's say it's all true. Let's say it's all true.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Why would we know that information as the public when we don't even know that same information for the 11 jurors? And then you have society propping up Lindsay Clancy as if she's a hero. I told you guys about this. Gentle governance making the offender, the murderer, the victim, not the actual people who were murdered, which were her three kids. And then we get into the jurors making their rounds on the media, bashing this juror, and not taking any level of responsibility. They sound selfish to me. And some of them had already made up their mind from the very beginning,
Starting point is 00:22:02 which is a violation of their oath that they take as jurors. So why are they harassing the family again? Especially after the judge made this move. As for where we go from here, Clancy has due. back in court two weeks from today on September 29th for status hearing. And again, we are still waiting on the plans from the Plymouth County DA to retry the case. We'll send it back to you,
Starting point is 00:23:35 Harry. I see a lot of ground for fodder there. I mean, for some debate, your faith, it says, do not kill on the Ten Commandments. This is going to ignite a debate. I mean, listen, if I'm a juror or someone potentially who's been called to be the juror of a potential new trial for Lindsay Clancy, why would I be one? Especially if I believe she's guilty. I wouldn't do it. not based on what we're witnessing in real time here. I mean, there's literally a mob now at this point. It's like BLM all over again. I mean, I'm telling you that the next thing we're going to hear is his house is going to get burned down.
Starting point is 00:24:06 And he'll finally be doxed. We'll finally have photos of him. And then people are really going to attack him. It's sad, sad times, guys, or uncommon times, as I put. Let me get to my takeaway for the overall video. Ladies and gentlemen, California, man, breaks my heart. the American people deserve better and sanctuary city policies
Starting point is 00:24:27 is never going to live up to that standard that's number one number two this is why Thomas Massey was voted out for nonsense like this there's a lot of things he could be doing this should be the least of them trying to impeach Pete Hex-F come on and number three
