Justice Department also saying that all states must report any known illegal immigrants to the Homeland Security Department or risk losing federal funding. Justice Department lawyers are outlining a path for the federal government to poll funding for programs that assist low-income residents if states do not aid the Trump administration's mass deportation push. The new legal opinion will not immediately change the day-to-day outlook. of immigration enforcement, government agencies must now determine how to enforce the new interpretation. So this is the latest tool that the Trump administration is having to pull out of their toolbox, so to speak, to ensure that mass deportations continue to happen at a high rate.

When you have to essentially resort to this type of leverage, you know the system's broken. Democrat states, particularly blue cities and jurisdictions, should have no problem reporting this information to the federal government. government. They should have no problem handing over the worst or the worst when they come across them to ICE. But because they have refused to do that, you're now getting the Trump administration essentially or putting them in a position where they got to continue to find different ways to leverage the result that 77 million people voted for, which led to also this explanation. This legal opinion broadens that out and makes the states much more accountable.

DOJ says, quote, when a state chooses to participate in 10, it accepts the obligation to report illegal aliens in the United States. Tax dollars intended to help vulnerable Americans should not previously encourage, perversely encourage, I should say, illegal entry into the United States, but rather should reinforce our laws and our borders. Yeah, so the argument has been the same for quite some time. One side wants to see the laws of our border and immigration system enforce unapologetically. The other side says, well, we don't.

mind that, but we shouldn't be enforcing those same laws with people who are already in the country. And that is the conundrum, folks. If you're already in the country unlawfully, especially if you haven't committed murder, Democrats don't believe you should be deported. Take a look. Our immigrant co-workers, neighbors, friends, and family want to contribute to this country legally. Let them fix legal immigration. Imagine if just 3% of gun sales, were permitted. Many in this room, myself included, would call that gun prohibition. But that's how few immigrants seeking permanent legal status in the United States, through the proper processes, actually get approved in a year. For many, there's no legal way at all. If you make

legal immigration impossible, don't complain about illegal immigration. You created it. You made it illegal. listening to it and you may not be familiar with the laws, you're like, you know what? That makes sense. Let them contribute. Yeah. How can you contribute legally if you're in the country illegally? That doesn't make any sense to me. So there must be a reckoning. But people who are in the country on law. Oh, yeah, that's right. They're subject to deportation. And if they really cared about the laws of our land and they truly want to contribute, they should self-deport. In fact, they should get paid to self-deport and then come back through the correct channels.

But legal immigration is not impossible. Me and you both know that. It's just not to their liking. If they had it their way, they'd grant amnesty across the board. And at that point, what is the purpose of immigration laws if we're not going to enforce them? Good morning. It seemed like you dodged the question about what about the 10 million people are here that are here illegally. We already have laws in place.

They should go. And if you say we need comprehensive, you know, reform, we've needed it for 25 years. Do you think you're going to snap your finger and all of some, boom, it's all going to be done? You're totally avoiding the fact that the Democratic Party that tens of months. millions of people with no money, many of them without any skill steps, and it's definitely hurting the American people a lot more than Trump. And will you get them out of here? Do you think they should be deported or you think they should stay?

Yeah, so good luck trying to deport 10 million people. Okay, so I'm not shocked by his answer because we know that's the attitude of Democrats. They don't believe in deportations. They barely even believe in deporting the worst or the worst. They only say they agree with it. and they only make probably five seconds of their time to say that they agree with it, but 95% of their time is defending people who are in this country unlawfully, especially if they haven't committed a murder.

That's where we're at, folks. And it's unfortunate that the messaging from the Democrat Party and mainstream media has conditioned a lot of Americans out there to be super sensitive to deportations. Imagine if they ran the same coverage during the Obama administration. I think he'd be facing the same level of backlash, but it's a different time. And now what we have are Democrats suggesting that if they gain power again, they will go after Mark Wayne Mullen and anyone affiliated with this mass deportation operation. Take a look.

If you all, the Democrats, retake control of the Senate come November, would you seek the impeachment of Mark Wayne Mullen? Well, I mean, listen, we're going to have to have a full-scale investigation of the illegality at that department. And if a secretary is willfully violating the law, as Mark Wayne Mullen is, then our remedy has to be impeachment. That's a question for the House of Representatives, not the United States Senate. We would try a secretary in an impeachment proceeding. But I don't know what other remedy you have if you have these departments that are totally and completely out of control. Now, the only reason that ICE is still operating is because Republicans, used this process in the United States Senate to keep their budget funded with only Republican

votes. If Democrats take control of the House and the Senate, then we have the power to say to ICE, we're not giving you any money. We control Congress now unless you stop this widespread illegality. So we will have new levers at our disposal to compel ICE to start behaving legally if we do well in November, as I think we will. Okay. CNN is already saying that if the Republicans are underestimated by three points again, like they've been in every single election since 2002, according to what the forecast looks like right now, they could maintain a super majority. But there's literally a lot of time between now and then. Yes, it's 60 days, but there's a lot that can happen within 60 days. So speaking of what could happen within 60 days, let's go to our next update. And this is like when hell freezes over. Abby Phillips, CNN, just exposed Jane.

Taylor Rico for doing this. Tonight is capitalism oppressive? Six years before becoming the Democrat Senate nominee for Texas, State Representative James Tala Rico sure seemed to believe that was true. Young activists have really drawn the link between climate change and white supremacy and capitalism in our country. And I think only ending the ways that all three of those impressive systems work together, are we going to be able to begin the process of dismantling them?

Those remarks which were unearthed by CNN's k-file come from a Sierra Club forum. Tala Rico was participating in back in 2020. But at the time that he's hoping to broaden his appeal, Tala Rico has been forced to walk back his history of progressive politics. A spokesperson for the campaign told CNN the Tala Rico has already acknowledged some of his past comments, quote, missed the mark. And Talariko called them cringy. So he's having the same problem that Abdul El-Sahid has,

that AOC has, that some Democrats who are trying to appear moderate and chalk up their radical positions from the past as woke 1.0. And anybody paying attention or who have been paying attention knows this is a complete joke. But there are people who are very motivated to see the president lose. So of course, the Democrats in their base are going to show out in November for James Tyler Rico, but he's got problems. I'm not too sure he's going to get a lot of black people to show for him as long as Jasmine Crockett continues to go into the news and trash his campaign. Well, what about Ken Paxson? Here's what the president had to say about him.

He was maybe the best attorney, and everybody admits it. He was a great attorney general in Texas, and he's running against Talakripo, and this guy was, he has that name for a reason. He's terrible. He's radical left. Now he says he loves meat. You know what he does? He eats meat, and he goes.

outside and he throws up all over the place. Because in Texas, if you don't eat meat, you're in deep trouble. It's not a good thing not to be able to eat meat. He was wearing a mask six months ago. He had a mask on. When somebody's wearing a mask six months ago, you're in deep trouble, right, Pete?

Yeah, I mean, that's another cultural war that the left lost as far as wearing masks are concerned. Listen, I told you guys, this is a bait-and-switch. Abigail Spanberger is the latest person who's prominent, who did this. She essentially tried to run her campaign as a moderate. Virginians were warned that she is not a moderate.

For whatever reason, went some Sears, in my opinion, did not run the best campaign, did not do enough rallies, did not really go to where people are. And she lost. And she lost to a candidate who lied to her constituents that she'd be a moderate. And now she's a radical. I mean, she's raising taxes on everything. She's crazy. And she's essentially ripped up whatever good that Glenn Yonkin had done for that state.

And anybody in Virginia, I think, would back up exactly what I'm saying. So, will Texas make the same mistake? I don't think so. It's funny to see these videos in Talariko trying to seem so normal. They're all on their best behavior as they go into the general election, right? Oh, they are. You know, he tries to pivot to the center. But, you know, whenever you have a long history of saying absurd things,

because you want to get in with all of the woke crazies. You know, that stuff doesn't go away whenever you run for Texas Senate. Listen, Tala Rico is the craziest candidate the left could have possibly found. This is a guy who would be considered, I think, far left in New York or California, but especially in Texas. And this is a guy who's talking about essentially fundamentally transforming the United States and tearing down institutions like our capitalist system that have created more prosperity,

and more good for millions of people than any other system. Yeah, this whole capitalism becoming the villain has been an effective tactic from the left, especially when younger Americans, and it's because younger Americans have not properly been educated about history, economics, and capitalism. So they take what they are given.

Capitalism is not the villain. The people inside capitalism are villains. No doubt about that. Like your local politicians, policies, and things that obviously backfire on the working class. I mean, we've seen that for decades on end now. But I do find it interesting that CNN has dedicated time

to exposing the flip-flopping of James Tilerico. And here's another example. Progressive language from 2020 is very different from what he's saying now. As he runs statewide in Texas, as you mentioned, this is a very critical Senate race. Now, for some context, this was September 2020. Tali Coel Rico was running for just his second term in the Texas House. and speaking at a climate forum that was hosted by the Austin chapter of the Sierra Club.

As you mentioned, he wasn't just talking about climate change. He actually explicitly thanked these activists for drawing a link between climate change, white supremacy and capitalism. He then referred to all three as oppressive systems, and he talked about beginning the process of dismantling them. Take a listen to him here. I'm so thankful that you asked this question, and also thankful that young activists have really drawn the link between climate change,

and white supremacy and capitalism in our country. And I think only ending the ways that all three of those oppressive systems work together, are we going to be able to begin the process of dismantling them? Now later, Aaron, in that same forum, Taurico then turned to Texas's signature industry. That's oil and gas. Listen to him here. We all know that Texas has been a leader in oil and gas,

but in many ways, that's like being the leader in cassette tapes in the 1980s. That industry is not going to last. And if we want to ensure we have an economy that's going to work for our children and our children's children, we've got to be ahead of the curve. And Texas has to lead instead of follow on this issue. Yeah. So if you're from Texas, please try to make sense of this in the comments section. I'm going to be reading your guys' comments. And I want to get some different thoughts on this because I just don't see it any other way.

Let's move to a couple of updates here that are interesting. One is an embarrassing update for Kamala Harris. She just did an interview with MSDNC this morning. And she had to try to make sense of why Democrats continue to refuse her support, how they continue to refuse her endorsements. In fact, Democrats in red states do not want her campaigning with them. Take a look. Politico reports that you are waiting into some of the midterms and that red state, not blue or purple state, but red state Democrats and states that Donald Trump won are encouraging you to stay away for fear it could impact their races there. Your response to some of that reporting.

Listen, Peter, we need to win, okay? Bottom line, we need to win. I have run locally. I've run for statewide office and obviously nationally. And these candidates know what they need to do to win. And I would expect nothing less. I look forward to being on the trail and helping folks where I can help from. Yeah, so she just had to admit to MNC that, yeah, if people don't want a campaign with me,

and if that's what it's going to take for Democrats to win, then so be it. I mean, her fall from grace, sort of speak, is really an interesting one and should be studied, by the way. I mean, we already know of the public rebuke from the candidate in the state of Alaska that told her not to send out fundraising emails, even told their own constituents not to respond to those fundraising emails. So it's just interesting how she continues to get rebuked. I mean, I guess when you steal $2.5 million of cash from donors, people probably probably, they don't want to have anything to do with you. But according to Politico, there's much more going on here.

Take a look. Politico explains Harris' involvement this way. Harris, like other potential presidential candidates, needs to build a network of friends and favors while staying relevant. She retains a powerful fundraising network that can help down-ticket Democrats, too. But in many parts of the country where she lost, her involvement could be a drag for Democrats, otherwise facing strong political tailwinds in the midterm.

All right, Stephanie, there is a passage of time in which the time passes through that passage. The time has passed, and I think it's time for Kamala Harris to quit. I mean, just stop. You know, I mean, if candidates that are running for the midterbs don't want her campaigning out there for them, that doesn't say much about a 2028 hopeful here for her. Yeah, it appears some of these Democratic candidates would like, to be unburdened by what has been. And the reason there's an issue with a Kamala Harris comeback is that Americans already know the product. Yeah, I couldn't have said it any better, guys.

I mean, when it comes to Kamala Harris, it's as clear as a sunny day, what we are going to get, how is she going to perform, and why she has no business really being involved in politics anymore. I mean, just stay away. You know, it's the same thing with the Bidens, you know, like Jill. I don't want to hear from you. I don't want to hear from your husband. I definitely don't want to hear from your son, you know, because you guys act like it's you against the world.

And really, it's like you guys just need to go away. You guys lied. And you put Kamala Harris in a tough situation, technically, all because your husband couldn't do the right thing. Would it matter most? So, yeah, I don't think there's much to say. in regards to this. But when she was pressed about running in 2028,
