Breaking update regarding the president and Marker Rubio, they both spoke to the media earlier today and provided clarity on what actually led up to executing these airstrikes on Iran.
Now, obviously, this comes as Democrats continue to claim that what the president is doing is illegal, but what happens when we actually look at the law?
What does it particularly say?
Well, we'll show you that in this video, but let's first start with what the president just said.
Take a listen.
What's the worst case scenario that you have planned for in Iran?
Well, I don't know if there's a worst case.
We have them very much beaten militarily from the military standpoint.
They're still lobbying some missiles at some point.
They won't even be able to do that because we're hitting all of their carriers.
We're hitting all of their missile stock.
You know, they built up all these missiles over the last few years.
They had a lot of them.
They've shot a lot of them, and we're knocking out a lot.
I guess the worst case would be we do this,
and then somebody takes over who's as bad as the previous,
person, right? That could happen. We don't want that to happen. It would probably be the worst.
You go through this. And then in five years, you realize you put somebody in who was no better.
So we'd like to see somebody in there that's going to bring it back for the people.
And we'll see what happens with the people.
You have someone in mind right now, because you've said all the people you have in mind have been taken out.
Well, most of the people we had in mind are dead. So, you know, we had some in mind from that group that is dead.
dead. And now we have another group. They may be dead also based on reports. So I guess you
have a third wave coming in. Pretty sure we're not going to know anybody. But we have, I mean,
Venezuela was so incredible. Okay. I think the president made it very clear there,
where he is on the issue of Iran, they have been so effective in killing essentially the top brass.
even the people they had already, or even the person they had already decided to replace the
Supreme Leader, he's been killed. The building that is used to, that they were using to place a vote
in order to elect their new Supreme Leader, that building was actually essentially blown to pieces.
So it's interesting as time goes on how that's exactly going to happen, meaning the transition
of things. But one thing is for sure, Democrats are continuing to show up on mainstream media
and argue what the president is doing here is unauthorized.
Take a listen.
Any president can take self-defense,
but to wage offensive war,
the framers of the Constitution were absolutely plain.
It's been understood since 1787.
You've got to come to Congress.
That doesn't mean every president has,
and it certainly doesn't mean that every Congress has guarded that prerogative.
And I've always pledged that I would.
Right, right.
Okay.
But it's almost a moot point.
he's at least has probably 60 days under certain provisions to carry things out.
And if we did go your route, Senator, what's happened over the past three days is impossible.
It could never happen.
Even informing Congress at times about certain raids or actions that have to be done.
That's not, in the real world, it's not possible.
So in the real world, but it's just going to be a good.
Okay, so number one, according to the senator there, Tim Kane, he believes that the law requires the president to contact Congress when executing targeted strikes.
Number one, that's not what the law says, but they want to continue to push that narrative.
Here's the second thing, just so you guys are clear about this as well, which I find this to be a fun fact.
It's right here on the screen.
The last time Congress formally declared war was during World War II, with the final declarations issued against Bulgaria, Hungary,
Bulgaria and Romania on June 5th, 1942. Prior to that, declarations were made against Japan on
December 8th, 1941, followed by Germany and Italy on December 11th, 1941. Congress has not
formally declared war since 1942. So what were we doing between then and now? Well, it's actually
called, there's a particular term for it. It says authorizations for use of military force or
executive action, which is exactly what the president is doing.
If it's impossible, down the road, you'll look back and say, this was a transformative move, the world is a better place, Iran is, the Middle East is a better place.
So many, and I'm not saying it'll get there.
There's a long, probably be a long road in years, and it could get messy.
It could be Iraq.
I'm not saying it.
But will you look back on it and say that took a lot of courage for the president to do that, and it was the right thing?
Could that ever happen?
Let me just underline the fact that I made an argument about the Constitution, and you said it was a moot point.
I don't believe that.
I don't believe the Constitution is a minor matter or a moot point.
I said it's already happened, and he's got 60 days, and I don't think.
No, if the war powers resolution passes, hostility stop.
That's what the law says.
And I'm asking every senator to do what you should ask them to do.
Go on the record and declare, are you for this?
against this. Essentially, if you read between the lines, Democrats like Tim Kaine there, they're
seeking to handicap the president and his constitutional authority. That's exactly what's happening.
And it's not a shocker because we've seen what they have done under the Biden administration or
what they did, including what they're currently doing right now at the local level, where they're
handicapping local law enforcement. They don't want them collaborating with ICE. They don't want them
actually arresting criminals, et cetera. Okay. For some reason in their makeup, they don't
believe in enforcing law only if you want to talk about when they do is when it's against
their own political opponents now let's go back to the president here's what he also had to say
take a listen president if Israel forced your hand to launch these stress against Iran did that
in the United States into this war no I might have forced their hands you see we were having
negotiations with these lunatics and it was my opinion that they were going to attack first
they were going to attack if we didn't do it they were
going to attack first. I felt strongly about that. And we have great negotiators, great people,
people that do this very successfully, and have done it all their lives very successful. And based
on the way the negotiation was going, I think they were going to attack first. And a big, big factor in
this world and future factor is what we're doing right now with Iran. If we don't stop them or
if we didn't stop them or if we didn't start, they've been decimated.
But if we didn't do what we're doing right now, you would have had a nuclear war and they would
have taken out many countries because, you know what, they're sick people.
They're mentally ill sick people.
They're angry.
They're crazy.
They're sick.
I mean, everything he's saying there is correct, especially if you actually start looking
up the research regarding Iran, how that country is governed, the IRGC, what they actually do and
what they've done, especially over the past 40 years.
Yeah, he's dead on about that.
But you know who also is sick and crazy?
Ungrateful American citizens who have the audacity to say things like this on social media.
Take a listen.
And literally, if you have any part to play in the American military industrial complex, literally fuck you.
I hope you never make it home.
I'm so serious.
So for my homeowners out there, you need to listen to this.
The FBI has been warning about a type of real estate fraud on the rise called title theft,
and your equity is the target.
What does that mean exactly?
Well, criminals can forge your signature on a single document,
use a fake notary stamp, and file it with your local county.
And just like that, they now own your home on the record.
Using your home ownership, they can take out loans against your equity
or even sell your property and you won't know it until foreclosure or collection notices start
showing up in the mail.
That's why our show is partnered with Home Title Lock, so you can protect your equity and find out
today if you're already a victim.

from a place of ignorance. Unfortunately, she's been programmed to see the world the way that
she sees in it. And unfortunately, it does not match up with reality. I would never wish someone to
die in a war and not come home. I mean, that's pretty sick, if you ask me. But she's not the only one.
I mean, this is the mindset of liberals online today. Okay. They hate the military industrial complex so
much that they're willing to, I guess, suggest the idea that our veterans should not come home.
I mean, that's just insane. And number two, nobody's really going to condemn this type of behavior
on the left, just so we're all clear. Now, let's go to Marco Rubio on a more substantive note.
here he is taking more questions.
Okay, as you guys know, he did the press conference yesterday right after he breathed Congress,
and now they're following up with him, but things got heated pretty quickly.
Take a list.
Yesterday, you told us that Israel was going to strike Iran, and that that's why we needed to get involved.
Today, the president said that Iran was going to get.
Yeah, your statement is false.
So that's not what I was asked very specific.
Were you there yesterday?
Yes, I asked the question.
Okay.
Were you the one that?
Because somebody asked me a question.
Did we go in because of Israel?
And I said, you were asking me, that follow up.
And I said, no, I told you this had to happen anyway.
The president made a decision, and the decision he made was that Iran was not going to be allowed to hide behind its ballistic missile program,
that Iran was not going to be allowed to hide behind its ability to conduct these attacks.
That decision had been made.
The president systematically made a decision to systematically destroy this terroristic capability that they had, and we carried that out.
I was very clear on that answer.
This was a question of timing of why this had to happen as a joint operation, not the question of the intent.
once the president made a decision that negotiations were not going to work,
that they were playing us on the negotiations,
and that this was a threat that was untenable,
the decision was made to strike them.
That's what I said yesterday,
and you guys need to play it.
If you're going to play these statements,
you need to play the whole statement,
not clip it to reach a narrative that you want to do, all right?
Okay, let me break down exactly what's happening right now,
because this is turning into a new talking point,
that America only executed these airstracts
because Israel made us do it,
that we only made the decision based on Israeli intelligence.
That's it.
We didn't make it on our own.
We didn't decide on our own.
All of this is happening because of Israel.
They're misrepresenting what Marco Rubio stated yesterday,
which led to this next clip where he essentially tried to set the media straight on this fact.
Take a look.
No, but you're going to read the whole statement.
Your quote is about we knew that there was going to be an Israeli action.
We knew that would precipitate attack.
Yeah, I know, I understand.
But listen.
All right, let me understand it.
But I had a very specific question from that gentleman, right?
And the president said, but the president said that,
Hold on one second.
I asked the very force Israeli.
Okay, but let me answer, because this is my press conference.
Sure.
Okay.
You asked me, I was asked a very specific question.
So you guys can misrepresent it,
but I was asked this very specific question yesterday.
The bottom line is this.
The president determined we were not going to get hit first.
It's that simple, guys.
We are not going to put Americans troops in harm's way.
If you tell the President of the United States
that if we don't go first,
we're going to have more people killed and more people injured,
the president's going to go first.
The president's going to go first. That's what he did. That's what the president will always do.
He will always put the safety and security or men and women and uniform and of all Americans before anything else.
He's always going to do that. And that's what he did here. In addition to that, I would argue, that this threat from Iran, they are hiding behind these missiles and hiding behind these drones.
They wanted to reach a point where you couldn't touch them and then they could do whatever the hell they wanted with their nuclear program.
And there is no way in the world that this terroristic regime was going to get nuclear weapons, not under Donald Trump's watch.
The U.S. attack, that's going to do with Israel.
It's not going to do with Israel.
All right, let me update you on the new talking point.
So you kind of understand what you're experiencing here.
Number one, they are starting to argue they, meaning left-leaning individuals,
that Iran did not pose an imminent threat to America.
So the president executing these airstrikes, it's illegal.
He should have never did it.
Number two, as you just heard from that exchange with Marco Rubio,
we only did this because of Israel, and that's the bottom line to it.
Obviously, the opposite to that is, no, we had intelligence that Iran was going to strike American soldiers our military bases, and we were going to strike them before that happens.
And number two, in some people's mind, this is well overdue.
This should have happened decades ago in an effort to truly eradicate the Iranian government as we know it.
Now, let's go to this debate between Scott Jennings and Abby Phillips, because I think it sums it all up.
Take a listen.
If bombs dropping on the nuclear program and destroying them last year didn't help move forward those objectives of deterring the regime, why do we think that suddenly this is going to do the same thing?
Because the people who weren't deterred are now dead. That's number one. Number two.
But this is Iran. Those people are dead, but there are other people. They've got plenty of people.
They've got plenty of people. I agree with you on that.
Plenty of a it all of...
There's seven layers deep on that guy.
We are 72 hours into this.
You're making a good case for this.
There's no indication, as we sit here tonight,
that there have been any political changes in Iran.
So my question is, if bombs dropping a year ago didn't change it,
what is the rationale for thinking that bombs dropping today
are going to change the actual political dynamics on the ground in Iran?
Well, look, you're asking a broad question about justification
and what we intend to do with these guys over the long term.
The justification is, A, we had a huge problem with the ballistic missiles,
and we did believe that if Israel, according to the Secretary of State,
attacked, and they intended to attack, that our bases were going to be targeted.
They were not willing to absorb that attack, so we attacked.
That is what the Secretary of State has said.
You can agree with it, disagree with it, but that is the justification.
That's number one.
Number two, it has been...
Well, look, I think it's pretty...
I think it's pretty obvious that the Iranians are not shy about firing ballistic missiles across the region.
I was in Israel last summer.
I watched many of them in the sky above my head.
Are you for this invasion or not?
You seem to be dancing around the question.
I had to pause it right there because if you notice the language he used, invasion.
This isn't an invasion.
Okay, this is a targeted campaign in collaboration with Israel, of course.
overall, as you guys continue to see, one side is seeking to undermine the president, his authority,
and his decision-making. They don't believe he was authorized to do this. They don't believe Iran is a
threat, even though history has shown. Hillary Clinton thought Iran was a threat to the point where
she says that she became president. She'd attack Iran. We know how Obama fell to about Iran. We know
how Biden felt about Iran. But as soon as President Trump finally puts his mouth on the line and actually
does what he says he's going to do, which is instead of talking about it, let's actually make
something happen here.
Now everybody's losing their mind.
Isn't that interesting?
Now, on a more important point that I think is profound, this is new reporting technically
breaking news, Saudi Arabia is actually considering joining America and Israel in these targeted
strikes.
Take a listen.
Place military and diplomatic sources in the region tell me Saudi Arabia is very close to allowing
its air force to strike targets inside Iran after facing unprecedented and missile and drone
attacks on its civilians, including incoming missiles today targeting Daman, its fifth largest city.
Quote, the next 24 hours is going to be intense, I'm told. A line has been crossed. A well-placed
official in the Gulf tells me.
So bottom line, it's very clear what the White House believes here. Number one, we had to strike first
because Iran was about to strike our military bases, potentially killing our American soldiers.
Number two, Democrats are not buying that rhetoric. They believe the president is unauthorized in
what he's doing.
It's illegal.
You know, he needs to go to Congress, et cetera.
Number three, the law says otherwise.
He doesn't need to go to Congress.
We have not declared war since 1942, as I showed you.
And so it's just interesting what's all playing out here.
But hopefully, this brings more clarity to you about where we're at in this entire process.
So why don't you give me your thoughts and what do you think about all of this in the comment section below?
All right.
Now, late last night, the Supreme Court handed Gavin Newsom a terrible loss.
They have ruled in favor of parents over the state.
government who believed that if a child wanted to transition, the teachers were not allowed and
were not required, actually, to tell parents that their children were deciding to do that.
Well, obviously, the Supreme Court thinks otherwise.
If you guys missed out on that update and more, click on it because it's coming up right now.
