The Trump administration has quietly outmaneuvered both Democrats and the Supreme Court.
This is in regards to the stunning announcement from the Attorney General just now.
Obrigo Garcia is back in our country.
He's in handcuffs and he's facing human smuggling charges in Tennessee.
Now, there is a twist that isn't good for the administration.
I'm going to get into it.
But first, let's hear the announcement from the Attorney General and I'll give you my opinion.
Take a listen.
On May 21st, a grand jury in the Middle District of Tennessee returned to C.E.
yield indictment charging Abrago Garcia with alien smuggling and conspiracy to commit alien
smuggling in violation of Title V.C. 1324. We want to thank President Buckele for agreeing to return
Abrago Garcia to the United States. Our government presented El Salvador with an arrest
warrant, and they agreed to return him to our country. The grand jury found that over the past
nine years of Rego Garcia has played a significant role in an alien smuggling ring.
They found this was his full-time job, not a contractor. He was a smuggler of humans and children
and women. He made over a hundred trips the grand jury found smuggling people throughout our country,
MS-13 members, violent gang terrorist organization members throughout our country.
Now, if you're Democrats, of course, you might be celebrating this because he gets to come back home,
but unfortunately, he'll be in handcuffs, and it sounds like he's going to be serving in an American
prison. Now, if you're on the right and you support this administration, I have to imagine this
frustrates you. Why is that? Well, let me break it down for you. Why are we spending money to not
only bring him back, but to put him into a courtroom, to convict him, then have him serve in
an American prison, and then deport him back to his home country. You know who pays for that?
Me and you. Now, here is the Attorney General confirming that key point. Take a listen.
Is this resolved that issue in terms of his deportation? And should this be seen in any way as
complying with the judges order to return him to the U.S. and the Supreme Court ruling that the U.S.
there's a big difference between what the state of play was before the indictment and after the
indictment and so the reason why he is back and was returned was because it was an arrest warrant
which was presented to the government in El Salvador so so there's a big difference there
as far as whether it makes the ongoing litigation in Maryland mood
I would think so, but we don't know about this.
You know, he just landed today.
Jake, Cibos.
I just want to confirm what you said earlier
that you're intending to prosecute him
and keep him in an American prison
if he's found guilty, and then would remove him
after his sentence is over.
Correct.
Yes, he will be prosecuted in our country,
sentenced in our country, if convicted,
and then returned after completion of his sentence.
Okay, there she is confirming that very point.
And I suppose if you're on the left, the way you'll see this is that the Trump administration is able to satisfy SCOTUS's ruling and save face at the same time, meaning they won't lose the argument here that he should have been deported and that judges should not be usurping the president of the United States.
And no district court judge has any authority to impact that.
But again, I have to go back to the point, in my opinion, to the taxpayer, this is a loss.
And this contradicts exactly what President Trump ran on, which is to get illegal aliens.
If he's everything AG Bondi says he is, then he has no business being in our prisons and being in our country.
That's my own personal opinion.
Now, I'm not an attorney.
I don't work for the Department of Justice.
So maybe this is the best solution for them moving forward.
Now, it's important to note here that this investigation, these federal charges, did not really get put into motion until April.
That was weeks after he was deported and after the government admitted that he was mistakenly deported.
So this federal investigation started when he was already in El Salvador.
Of course, this is a mechanism to bring him back to the United States where he will land shortly.
We are told by sources that an indictment could be unsealed as soon as today where we will see these federal charges.
But again, it's worth pointing out, too, that it's unlikely that this criminal investigation wouldn't have started if it wasn't for that judge in Maryland and that civil case saying that the telling the government, ordering the government to bring Kilmar-Abrego-Garcia back to the United States.
We remember that went to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court agreed with the district judge here and said that he must come back.
But again, it's important to point out this is separate litigation.
That's the civil case.
He is now facing criminal charges here in the United States.
And so that's what you're going to continue to hear from media outlets that lean.
left, is they're going to say the timing of this is suspicious. The Trump administration is trying
to save face here. And even this case with the Supreme Court, that's separate than this criminal
case. So where do we go from here? Well, I told you guys, this is a ridiculous announcement.
That's my own personal opinion. But listen, if this is the best we can do as it pertains to
delivering justice in regards to his crimes, then I guess we'll have to take it, right?
Now, let's go to our next story.
Now, since we're on this subject of illegal aliens, let's go to our next story.
And this is about Democrats continuing to rage against ICE agents for wearing masks.
Now, this comes from the same party who was obsessed about wearing masks during COVID when the science didn't even back that up.
Now, here's Mayor Rue losing it on ICE agents yesterday.
Take a listen.
I don't know of any police department that routinely wears masks.
We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks.
NSC 131 routinely wears masks.
Mayor, just to clarify, are you comparing ICE?
You said to NSC-131, a neo-Nazi group.
Are you comparing them to a neo-Nazi group?
What I said is that Boston Police and no police department that I know of at the local level
routinely wears masks.
Okay, so before we even react to what she had to say there, please,

So clearly she refused to answer the question there. And we know how Democrats feel about ICE officials. We know that. We also know how they feel about law enforcement. This is the same party that wanted to defund the police. So why should we be shocked at the way that they're treating ICE agents? I mean, these people are literally disrupting them when they're seeking to.
to actually apprehend or detain or arrest illegal aliens,
even when they go into courthouses.
Take a look at this clip.
Wait a minute, Jesus.
Get off.
You guys are, I'm strutting a federal arrest.
Get on the ground, Bruce.
Get back.
Get back.
Oh, get back.
Back up.
Back up.
Back up.
Back up.
Stop fighting.
He's not right.
Stop.
Stop.
Stop resisting.
Stop resisting.
Hey, arrest is, hey.
Get the fuck back.
Get back.
Get the fuck back.
Back.
Back up.
Back up.
Back up.
Back up.
Now what you're seeing there is a migrant who has been targeted for deportation.
He was in the NYC federal courthouse.
They dropped the charges against them because he was actually being prosecuted for another crime.
And ICE officials were working.
ICE officials were waiting for him. And the activists on the ground were trying to stop the
ICE officials from apprehending him. This is what this country has come to, where American citizens
are preventing ICE officials from deporting illegal aliens. Just wrestle with that in your
mind. And I think a part of it is this rhetoric that continues to come from Democrats. Take a listen.
as well on this timely and critical hearing on the Trump administration's cruel and lawless anti-immigrant agenda.
And thank you to all the witnesses for being here today.
As we confront this dangerous authoritarian moment, we must reaffirm our commitment to a basic principle,
that every person in our country is entitled to due process under the law, regardless of immigration status.
So we continue to go back and forth on this debate about the due process.
And again, I'm going to say it very clearly here.
Do illegal aliens or undocumented migrants, do they deserve due process?
Absolutely.
But the question is to what degree the due process for an illegal alien is different for an American citizen?
Everybody knows that.
Okay.
I think I've made my point clear.
Now, here is Speaker Johnson reacting to Democrats' demands in regards to ISIS.
agents wearing masks. Take a listen.
From the people who mandated mask wearing for years in America, it's absurd, they need
to back off of ice and respect our agents and stop protesting against them.
You're okay with these agents sort of not identifying themselves when they're arresting
migrants?
Why?
So that they can target them?
So they can put their names and faces online and docks them?
That's what these activists do.
Now, what Speaker Johnson is saying there is true.
I mean, this is the type of world we live in today.
politics is violent at this point. If you put out people's personal information, there's always
some unhinged lunatic that will go to their house and cause trouble. And that could lead to someone
getting hurt. No question. But in this situation, we're talking about a law enforcement official
who's also deporting illegal aliens tied to MS-13 or the cartel. That means their family could
potentially be murdered. And the other cold, hard reality here is when an American citizen sees
an undocumented migrant or an illegal alien being deported, it doesn't look good, it doesn't feel good
to the average human being because their feelings start to take over, emotions, compassion.
And that doesn't mean they're wrong for filling the way that they do.
But if somebody committed a crime, should they be held accountable or not?
And if the accountability is deportation, then you've got to remind yourself of that.
Now, here is another perspective from the right on this particular issue coming from Todd Lyons himself.
Take a listen.
And we know the public rhetoric around ICE agents.
Has it manifested in some real threats to any individual agents?
Yeah, it has, well.
You know, for myself included, other memberships of the leadership team, we've all had the threats.
Constant emails.
I mean, just after the press conference yesterday on the flight back to do your show today back to D.C.,
just my inbox was just flooded with.
people, just hate mail. You know, there was the one agent out of the Boston field office that
his photo was plastered all over the place compared to him to some neo-Nazi group out of Arizona
saying that he wasn't even a law enforcement officer, right? All these officers are great people,
these agents are great people. I know a lot of their families close. You know, they get specific
threats online. And what the media and a lot of elected officials don't realize is their
rhetoric, what they're saying is so dangerous and so hurtful of ICE agents. We just,
an operation in Los Angeles with the help of the Secret Service to make an arrest of someone
that took photos of ICE agents, found their information online, their home addresses, and posted
them on telephone polls all over the city. That is an ICE agents or ICE officers' family's home
address should not be public record for someone to show up in the middle of the night.
And that's the problem with politics is you would think that things that are logically true
or that makes sense would matter. It doesn't. People are emotional. They don't care.
about the dangers of ICE officials getting docked. They don't see that as a problem for them.
Even if one of the ICE officials was murdered or their family was murdered, people still wouldn't
have empathy. Because we know that to be true because they didn't really have any empathy for
Lincoln Riley and Rachel Mooran and all the other names that are never mentioned, just like they
didn't have any empathy for the 13 service members who lost their lives. This is who the left is
in our country, unfortunately. So yes, on the left, you have people who have all the empathy for
illegal aliens and none for American citizens. And then on the right, you have people who are
exercising the rule of law. And every now and then, are they going to make a mistake? Absolutely.
And when they do, what does mainstream media do? They blow it up into something that it's not.
So that is the bottom line to this story. And now we can get your guys' reaction in the comments
section below. First, Japan, Bonnie, and this announcement about Obrigo Garcia being back into our
country, if convicted, will serve his time in our prison, which costs taxpayer money, and then he will
be deported back to his home country. And then secondly, what do you think about this entire reaction
for Mayeroux and Democrats still looking to Doc's ICE agents? Let me know your guys' thoughts about all
of that in the comment section below. Now, it's no secret that Elon Musk and President Trump had a feud
yesterday. If you missed out on that drama and my take on exactly what went down and what it
means moving forward, all you have to do is click on that video because it's coming up right now.
