All right. So in breaking news, Tosie Gabbard just confirmed what we've already known.
Obama was behind the Russia hoax.
Also, Pam Bondi has filed a motion to unseal grand jury testimony in the Jeffrey Epstein case.
And the Wall Street Journal humiliates themselves with another fake news story against the president.
We get into all of this in this video, and I'm going to give you the bottom line.
the bottom line. The documents that you're referencing that I released, declassified and released spells
out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people
in our country directly at leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior most
national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan,
James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision
to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting
the will of the American people, who in November of 2016,
delivered a historic victory to President Trump,
defeating Hillary Clinton.
And President Obama and his team,
their goal was to essentially not accept
the decision of the American people,
and to use this manufactured, politicized intelligence
as a means to enact what would become essentially
a years long coup against President Trump. Okay, so if you have been a Trump supporter,
a conservative, and you voted for him in 2016, more than likely this is no shocker to you,
because this is exactly what you've known all along. But now Tulsi Gabbard has finally done
what we've been asking the federal
government to do, which is the right thing, declassify this information and prove that
the conspiracy theories are not just theories, they are actual facts. And this is just bad
news for Obama. Now, will he actually be prosecuted? I'm not too sure. I don't really see that
happening. But this is some damning information if this is all indeed true.
Now you reference this, this president's daily brief document that was drafted for President
Obama in early December that reaffirmed what the intelligence community professionals,
as you say, have had been assessing for the previous six months leading up to the election,
which was that Russia neither had the intent nor capability to essentially hack the outcome of the U.S.
election. As you said, President Obama's political appointees pulled that document before it could
be published, and it has not been published until we released it today. And the very next day after
they pulled that document, President Obama called the National Security Council
cabinet meeting to discuss how Russia interfered with the election again this
is the first this is December 9th right Trump had already won correct this is
the December 9th meeting that came that's exactly right the December 9th meeting. That's exactly right. The December 9th meeting, we declassified and released what they call the summary of
conclusions from that meeting.
Then DNI James Clapper took the lead on what President Obama wanted done, and which was
essentially create a document that tells us not if but how Russia
interfered with the election now
We're gonna use ground news to kind of look at the facts
And really point out something interesting about this announcement and the interesting thing about this announcement is only one side of the political
Spectrum is talking about it. You guessed it the right so if you want to follow on just go to ground news forward slash to board
Now when you go to ground news, they'll always show you this score
which political side is talking about the story.
So you guys can see on the screen, 87 percent of media outlets that lean right.
They're covering this.
A small percentage that lean left are barely covering this.
In other words, Democrats don't want to touch this because this looks bad for them.
President Obama delivered the conclusion that he wanted the intelligence community to reach
and directed them to find and essentially create and manufacture the intelligence to
support the conclusion that President Obama wanted to deliver to the American people.
Once that document was drafted, the deep state
kicked into gear and did what they usually do.
They started leaking this classified information
out to their friends at the Washington Post
and others who are working hand in glove
with the deep state to lay the groundwork
for the assessment that they eventually released
that served as the basis once again
for this years long coup with the goal of trying to subvert the American people's will
and usurp President Trump from being able to deliver on the mandate that the American
people gave to him when they chose to elect him as President of the United States.
So as I mentioned, only one side of the political spectrum is going to be talking about this.
That's point number one.
Point number two, the question that needs to be answered is what took
them so long to make this announcement? Now, a lot of people, because again, they're still talking
about Jeffrey Epstein, they believe the timing of this announcement is to distract everyone
to start focusing on this. I'm not too sure I buy that right now, because this is credible
information that should have been released long time ago, but pretty much validates a lot of conservatives, a lot of
Trump supporters and how they felt about the media and the government and how they were
treating President Trump.
So the reason why I can say all that is because I use a tool like Grand News.
When I see that only one side is talking about this, oh, that tells me everything I need
to know. And it's all about thinking for yourself and doing your own research. So if you
want to use this tool for yourself, all you have to do is go to ground.news4 slash Devorey or you
can download the mobile app. Just use promo code Devorey and it's going to give you access to
everything that I showed you in this video, including 40% off the vantage point. Hey Jesse,
great to be with you. First of all, it's very big news.
It's great to see this coming from the ODNI
from Tulsi Gabbard.
She's already released a huge amount of documents
that people are aware of around JFK.
This is a huge tranche of documents
that they've declassified and released to the public.
And what they showed, Jesse, is exactly what you said,
that they knew early on that there was no hacking
of election machines,
that was very clear to them. And so then they had to, but they wanted to keep using the word
hacking, almost certainly to be misleading, to mislead the public. I mean, I myself remember
hearing about hacking of the elections, and I thought they were talking about the voting machines.
They were just using that metaphorically, but they got the Washington Post and other mainstream news media outlets to talk about that. I
think in that way and what they were really referring to was the release of
Hillary Clinton's emails totally unrelated to what was happening on
Election Day. They were just talking about you know what was in in Clinton and
Podesta's emails didn't have anything to do with hacking election machines. Just
hitting the bottom line is this is another instance where you see the Democrats having
projected what they were doing on to Donald Trump.
Obama, the Obama administration was undermining public confidence in the elections, deliberately
undermining confidence in the elections, and then accusing the Trump campaign of doing
the very same thing.
And that is the bottom line to this particular story from Tulsi Gabbard.
It confirms that not only were conservatives correct, as I stated earlier, that Democrats
are exactly what they accuse the other side of being.
And that really sums up the history so far of Democrats in the past five years and who
they've ultimately become at this point.
And my hope is that
independents and people who are Democrats, they pay attention to the
story that your leaders are not telling you the truth. That even though you may
disagree with President Trump's politics or you hate his personality, that doesn't
mean he was working with Russia to steal the election away from Hillary Clinton.
Let's get real here.
Now there was this announcement and then there was another announcement today that
Pam Bondi has filed a motion to unseal the grand jury notes from the Jeffrey Epstein
case. Let's hear more on that.
Speaking of fighting, President Trump is fighting on this Epstein story.
His DOJ has filed a motion to unseal grand jury transcripts.
Given the public interest in the investigative work conducted by the Department of Justice
and Federal Bureau of Investigation into Epstein, the Department of Justice moves the court
to seal the underlying grand jury transcripts in United States v. Epstein, subject to appropriate
redactions of victim-related and other personnel identifying
information.
This is a pretty rare move for Maine DOJ to make this move tonight.
I mean, it just happened right before the show.
Yeah, no, it's a symbolic, more than symbolic, it's a substantive move to show that there's
nothing to hide.
The tweets, the truth social posts from the president sounded awfully defensive over the past week.
This is a move to show, hey, there's nothing here.
You can look at it.
Look at everything in the grand jury transcripts.
Now, there's a lot more in the files
at the base of the party, the people who
are yelling the loudest about releasing everything
related to Jeffrey Epstein want to see.
So I don't think this is going to fully quiet them down.
But I will say this has been with the Wall Street Journal
story that came out yesterday, and this becoming more of a partisan issue Democrats are making it an issue
So it's becoming more partisan Trump is actually I think move past
I think the worst of the situation and I think if if there's a moment that he can kind of take a breath
This could be the time. Okay, so just a couple of points number one. It leads us to the question
Are these files that are going to get released in
regards to the grand jury testimony? Is this enough? And I'm of the opinion it's not, and not
because I want more, but because that's only a small fraction of everything that's out there.
Okay. Point number two, what about the timing of all this? Does this announcement and move by the DOJ,
will it satisfy the people in the base who want more?
I would say the answer's gonna be no.
And point number three,
even if the Department of Justice releases everything,
everything they have on Jeffrey Epstein,
it still won't be enough because there's much more on him,
especially when you're talking about the NSA, the CIA.
I'm sure they have information on him, but we'll never see that stuff.
Outside of the world of grand jury testimony, what also could shed light on other people who got away with crimes that weren't charged?
Yeah, Jake, Donald Trump's instruction is highly qualified.
Like you said, pertinent.
That leaves a lot of wiggle room.
But even just within the actual files, grand jury testimony, the actual transcript of
live witnesses who went into a grand jury and testified is going to be a minuscule fraction
of the entire file.
It would not include phone records, flight records, video surveillance, anything that you seized
by a search warrant, anything you got by a wiretap, bank records, financial records.
In fact, Jake, most witness testimony is not even grand jury testimony.
It is far more common for witnesses to testify to prosecutors and FBI agents outside of the
grand jury.
And if I can, just to set the stage for what Paul is looking at here,
the other big qualifier is the judge has to sign off.
And if you look at the rule, ordinarily grand jury information is secret.
And the rule, it's called Rule 6E, lists out certain areas where the judge can make exceptions.
I don't know that any of those exceptions will apply.
And I imagine the document Paul is looking at is DOJ trying to argue that some of those exceptions apply.
I guess we'll see if it's a stretcher if they have a decent argument.
Okay, so the bottom line to this story, there's not much here.
Okay.
I don't think there's much to say until these testimonies are released, people review them
and we'll see what we have.
Pam Bondi is the one who jacked it up.
She's the one that over promised,
under delivered. But in the end, at this point, if you're going to talk about Jeffrey Epstein,
White House, Pam Bondi, please give us something we've never seen before. I think that'd be a great
starting place, especially for people who really want to see every little thing about this case.
I'm more about the justice for the victims. I don't really care about files so much. And so that's just the way that I see it. Now,
let's get to this whole Wall Street Journal situation because I told you it's more fake
news. It's another embarrassment of what went wrong with legacy outlets and how they really
killed their entire credibility for one person. That is President Trump. I want you to hear the story that they released
earlier this morning.
Take a look.
This is what it allegedly said.
Donald, we have certain things in common, Jeffrey.
Jeffrey, yes, we do come to think of it.
Donald, enigmas never age.
Have you noticed that?
Jeffrey, as a matter of fact,
it was clear to me the last time I saw you.
Donald, a pal is a wonderful thing.
Happy birthday and may every day be another wonderful secret.
Now, again, I just want to be clear.
This is an imagined conversation, allegedly written in a birthday message by Donald Trump
between the two of them.
Now let me just read to you the president's denial.
The Wall Street Journal printed a fake letter,
supposedly to Epstein.
These are not my words, not the way I talk.
Also, I don't draw pictures.
I told Rupert Murdoch it was a scam,
that he shouldn't print this fake story, but he did,
and now I'm gonna sue his ass off.
And that of his third rate newspaper, as he likes to sign these days.
Thank you for your attention to this matter exclamation point.
DJT. Okay. So I know that was painful for Dana Bash because she knows he's correct.
Let me ask you guys a question. How can a media outlet, okay, people who claim to be about reporting the news, reporting the facts,
run a story about the President of the United States writing a birthday letter
to this child sex trafficker, rapist, call him whatever you want, and you don't even
have a copy of the letter? How does that work exactly? Like in what world does
that meet the ethical standards of journalism?
And that's why people don't listen to these individuals anymore, these companies, these organizations.
That's why the ratings are going down over and over again, because they keep selling their soul in order to undermine the President of the United States.
It's such a frustrating thing.
Now, let's hear a little bit more on this lawsuit
that President Trump plans to file.
I also thought this quote from the journal story
really stood out.
Trump said to the journal as he threatened to sue,
he said, quote, I'm gonna sue the Wall Street Journal
just like I sued everyone else.
That suggested to me a president who is emboldened,
feeling empowered by the settlements
from Paramount and Disney and Metta
and maybe a looming settlement
with Google.
He feels like he can go and throw his weight around
and threaten these lawsuits and in some cases
prevail through settlements.
So ultimately this is all a power struggle.
Who has the power?
Do the media moguls or does the American president?
And as you said, this is not happening in a vacuum, right?
The Colbert story, the Wall Street Journal story,
the defunding of PBS and NPR.
It's all about trusted sources of information, as well as, let's face it, entertainment in
the case of Colbert, and whether there's a diversity of opinion and news on the American
airwaves and in the American media.
Well, news flash, there isn't.
That's why these people got sued.
I mean, think about it for a second.
Majority of the media outlets 90%
of them lean left. What are we talking about here? And when I say 90% I'm
talking about the major outlets okay the ones that have been around for 50 years
they lean left NPR leans left PBS leans left. I mean we go on and on and on. Here's
a great example of this. When's the last time you saw a conservative author, conservative commentator on ABC News?
I mean, I can find countless examples of how biased they are.
And I know you know that, so I'm not trying to insult your intelligence.
But this guy, he is a complete joke.
It's not about throwing your weight around.
It's about the fact that these people need to be held accountable, and now accountability
has come to town.
That's where we're at right now.
It's coming full circle.
Now in regards to the allegation of President Trump writing this and, you know, doodling
a picture on this letter, allegedly, here is Michael Cohen, out of all people who definitely
hates President Trump at this point, defending the president when it comes to this story.
Take a look.
What was your take?
I agreed with him.
I have never not once in again over 13 years of being by the man's side.
I have never once seen him doodle.
I never saw him draw a picture.
In fact, I would be very shocked if Donald Trump actually can doodle.
It's just not his thing. And the language using words like enigma,
that's not a Donald Trump word. I mean, he certainly knows what the word is,
but it's not a word that he uses. I found the whole thing just to be odd.
Now I wouldn't be shocked if somebody had turned around and reached out to the office and said, hey, look, we're putting together a birthday book for Jeffrey.
Can Donald doodle something on there?
And these are the words that we want you to use in some doodle.
He then gave it to an assistant.
Many of his assistants were not just good artists, but fabulous artists.
And so that's probably what happened at the worst.
Now chances are I don't know the answer.
And that's the whole problem with this entire story.
Yeah, that is the problem.
And that's why I want to show you guys that clip.
And it's coming from someone who has no reason to support the president whatsoever, has no
reason to defend him.
But clearly when you look at the facts of the case in regards to this entire story,
this is a complete hoax, fake news at its best.
But this is the problem in our country and why Wall Street Journal, they need to be called
out for this.
Again, we're talking about the standards of journalism.
How can you write a story about a birthday letter
and you don't have a copy of the letter?
And if you do have a copy of the letter,
did you confirm that it is the president's handwriting?
Isn't that fascinating that they can do this?
This is really why we do this show,
because I want you guys to be able to think for yourself,
and I'm tired of Americans getting caught up in
Propaganda all day long, especially with outlets doing things like this
So that brings me to your opinion in the comment section below to this entire video
Listen, I'm a little heated because Wall Street Journal. I mean, they're just pathetic. But what do you guys think about that exactly?
Give me your reaction in comment section below. Let's not forget what Tulsi Gabbard uncovered, which is huge.
We already knew that to be the truth, but now that it's being made public, she declassified
the documents to prove what she is saying is true.
Give me your thoughts about that.
And then let's not forget this entire Jeffrey Epstein annoyance and the fact that Pam Bondi
is now filing a motion to have the grand jury unseal
the testimony.
I don't really think it's going to go anywhere.
In my opinion, I think there are much more things that we should be focusing on at this
point.
I think President Trump has made his position very clear where he stands.
And at the end of the day, we are where we are.
So give me your thoughts about all of that in the comments section below.
Now speaking of President Trump, he signed an historic bill earlier today.
This is in regards to stable coins, a part of cryptocurrency that definitely warrants your
attention and also another devastating poll for Democrats. We get into both of these stories and
more. So if you guys want to check out that video, all you have to do is click on it because it's coming up right now.
