In today's video, crime is exploding in the state of Virginia after an 18-year-old illegal
aliens started groping a 13-year-old in a high school.
Secondly, Joe Kent just resigned from the Trump administration causing a big stir.
And then what's going on with RTSA agents?
Are they ever going to get paid or not?
Much more on that as well.
But let's hear what's happening in the state of Virginia might just break your heart.
Take a listen.
Virginia sanctuary policies once again in focus.
This is going to outrage you.
So buckle up.
after an illegal immigrant is accused of groping girls at a Fairfax high school.
Now, officials say he's an 18-year-old man from El Salvador who entered the country illegally under the Biden administration.
But this story has deeper layers, and Alexandria Hoff is in D.C. with more.
Hi, Alex.
Hi, Dana.
Yeah. Parents say that this suspect was a stranger to the girls he assaulted.
He would come up behind them in crowded halls, they say, and reach between their legs moving up to their backside.
The suspect, Israel Flores Ortiz enrolled as a junior at Fairfax High School.
About a dozen victims have come forward saying that this has been taking place all school year long,
but that nothing was done until March 5th.
When Fairfax City Police confirmed they were notified, writing in part, the case was investigated,
and charges were obtained for nine counts of assault and battery on March 6.
He's currently being held without bond.
Now, Homeland Security officials, though, were calling on Fairfax County to honor an ICE detainer
and not release Ortiz back into the community, adding,
unfortunately, Governor Abigail Spanberger ended cooperation with ICE and is citing
with criminal illegal aliens over American citizens.
Governor Spamberger's office has not responded to multiple requests for comment,
but concerns over release follow a series of high-profile cases of illegal immigrants,
particularly in Fairfax County, being set free despite violent criminal records.
The fact that they allow illegal alien to even enrolled in the high school, that's flag number one.
Flag number two, how many people did it actually take to finally get this criminal suspended from the school?
radical policies equals danger, not success, not safety, right?
I mean, I can't imagine what these parents are feeling like.
Now listen, just so you guys are clear, my kids wouldn't be at that school to begin with.
There's no way they're going to public school.
This ain't public school from 30 years ago, folks, or 50 years ago.
This is public school today where it's all about indoctrinating.
It's no longer about educating or developing.
Some teachers would say, no, DeVore, you don't get it.
We are developing them.
Really?
Sounds like a lot of them are not being developed.
A lot of them are being programmed to walk out of high school and protest ICE deportations.
Doesn't sound like development to me.
Let's go to this clip here.
This is a Fairfax County mom who went on to Fox
news and you heard a little bit of it, but let's play the actual rest of it.
The parents were not alerted about what happened with these students until several weeks
later and until the parents started complaining to the school. Is that correct?
It's true and it's really shocking because my son attends in middle school where there was
racist language use, which is undoubtedly a problem, but we were notified immediately when that happened.
And in this case, sexual assault, the school principal waited two weeks to alert the community
and that was only after pressure from the parents.
Really, Rachel, I think this entire horrifying situation
is the direct consequence of policy
with really dysfunctional priorities,
and that's to shield illegal adult immigrants
adult illegal immigrants
at the expense of children's safety,
even in their public schools.
So let me explain this to our viewers a little bit more clearly.
And illegal can come into or register into the public schools
with zero documentation.
Is that correct?
That's absolutely the case.
So we don't know how old they are.
They could be 25 and just look young.
That's right.
In the school policy, the district policy,
is that they can attend Fairfax County Public Schools
at the taxpayer's expense until they are 22 years old.
So even if they look, I mean, if they look 22 and maybe not even then,
they're not seeking their documentation because by definition,
this is by design, they're undocumented.
So we have no idea how old a lot of them.
Again, I said it at the beginning of this video.
You got people bitching about Israel and this whole conflict in Iran
and that the president has betrayed us.
And so we should vote Democrat.
Shut the hell up.
Why don't you focus on your local elections and prevent shit like this from happening?
I wonder how many of those people are actually showing up at the school board meetings
screaming about this.
This seems to be impacting our communities much more than what the president's doing right now.
Now that may be for good or worse, but at the end of the day, this is another example.
And the parents have power.
They want you to believe you don't, obviously.
And that's why a lot of doom and gloom in Armageddon language, what does it do to people?
It obviously deflates them.
They become unmotivated to get involved, so they don't say anything.
What type of society is hesitant to talk about sexual assault on teenagers, but is really in the scream about ice age?
This is Israel Flores Ortiz. He is 19 years old, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador,
who's currently enrolled at Fairfax High School as a junior. Now, in the last year, he has
been reported to have sexually assaulted high school girls as young as age 13 12 times. In this
latest report, he has been charged with nine of them. And yet, the school knew all this time and
kept it from parents. Ortiz entered in 2024 under the Biden administration, and he has now
sexually assaulted nine to 12 girls who are teenagers who were ignored by the school.
The school did not inform parents about this until months later.
But Steve Descano, now again, Steve Descano needs to be a household name.
He is the Fairfax prosecutor who seems to want to do everything he can to help criminals
and illegal immigrants at the expense of his own taxpaying constituents.
But Steve Descano's office first acknowledged that these sexual assaults have been happening all year.
also pushed to have him released from jail. At the same time, Fairfax County Sheriff has said
she will not comply with an ICE detainer. ICE has asked Fairfax County to hand him over to them
so he could be deported. He is now a serial teenager sexual assailant, and the Fairfax
County leadership does not want him deported.

continues to fail us. The FBI has been warning us about a
type of real estate fraud known as title theft. And your equity is the target. Here's how it works.
A criminal will forge your signature on a single document, file it at your local county, because they can
get a fake notary stamp too, by the way. And like that, on the record, they own your home now.
They're using your home ownership to take out loans against your equity or even sell your property
right under your nose. And you won't even know about it until you possibly may get foreclosure
or collection notices in the mail.

So this sets up this big debate legally where this governor is trying to argue that these ICE agents need to go to a federal judge, okay, to get a judicial warrant just to actually arrest these people.
Essentially what she's saying as an immigration judge doesn't mean anything.
They don't even exist.
Well, obviously that contradicts everything that's happened since Bill Clinton, by the way.
So I don't think that's going to fly.
But that's what she is demanding.
And what she's doing in the process of that is putting innocent lives in danger.
She is slowing up the system.
She's handicapping local police.
She's not putting these people in a position to keep the community safe.
That's the bottom line to it.
Now, she can spin it and say, well, no, I'm protecting the community because ICE agents who are a mask are terrorizing our communities.
I don't hear many ICE agents sexually assaulting 13-year-olds.
I don't hear ICE agents raping and murdering people every single day.
I don't hear ICE agents running people off the road because they can't even read the damn
road signs and killing families and fatal accidents.
I don't hear ICE agents illegally voting in our elections.
What are we talking about here?
There's no question.
I don't care if it's 1%, 5%, 50%.
This is something that our country can avoid by just deposition.
There's a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault.
It was all perpetrated by a single individual who is a stranger to the girls.
He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs.
It was not just a butt smack or a butt grab.
It was a groping of a private area.
And it had been occurring for several months.
And what do you think about this being charged as an assault,
not sexual assault.
Do you have thoughts on that?
Very frustrating
because I feel like this seems like a crime
of someone that will escalate
if they are not, if it's not handled properly.
You know what they're talking about.
We've been seeing this with the coverage of Iran.
We saw it with the coverage of New York City
and these Islamic terrorists who tried to take out
anti-Muslim protesters.
We've been seeing it with illegal aliens.
They literally, what is it,
wash down or water down the meanings of words, right? I'll give you an example. Here's the article
itself. I'll read it to you. It says, principal, the principal of the school, sent a letter to parents
on March 12th informing them of a student's arrest for inappropriately touching other students and
describe the incident as a suspect, quote, touching students' buttocks while they were transitioning
in the hallways. Parents said that the wording minimized the allegations and only came
after families to men an explanation. No, the guy was sexually a
assaulting the children.
Why is it so hard for our elected leaders to just call it what it is?
It's like they have to sit there and say, all right, how can we write this in the most sympathetic way to the criminal?
I mean, what's going on here?
All right. So now we can go to our next update for today.
This is the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent.
He has officially resigned from his position.
Just so you guys understand, this is the same man who was fired by Pete Hexon.
Seth, the Secretary of War for leaking classified information to the media.
And so this is causing another distraction for the president, of course, where he actually
responded to this resignation.
We will get to that.
But let's first hear the summary of it.
Take a listen.
And we have breaking news.
Top counterterrorism official Joe Kent has resigned over President Trump's war with Iran.
The director of the National Counterterrorism Center posted on social media saying, quote,
Iran posed no imminent threat to the U.S.
He also says, it's clear we started this war due to pressure.
from Israel. Let's bring on White House correspondent Karen Travers for more on that senior
Pentagon reporter Louis Martinez and ABC's Patrick Reble in Doha, Qatar as well. Hi to you all. So,
Louis, how significant is this resignation? It's very significant I am because this is a senior
U.S. counterterrorism official, a top intelligence official in the administration. And he has been a
very strong supporter of President Trump for quite some time. He's former Green Beret, former CIA.
His wife actually was killed in a terror attack in Manbidge, Syria, eight years ago. And so,
So he heads the organization that would determine whether there is a terrorist threat to the United States.
And the fact that he says there was no imminent threat is very significant because one of the justifications that the Trump administration has used is saying that there was an imminent threat being posed by Iran towards the United States.
Now, they haven't specified exactly what they meant, but one of the things that they've pointed to is the nuclear threat that Iran was on the verge of creating a nuclear weapon based off of their 400 kilograms of enriched uranium.
Public questions come to mind after this resignation would be one. What classifies as an imminent
threat to the United States of America? Who actually comes up with that conclusion and who approves
it ultimately? I think that is a question worthy of asking. Secondly, based on that answer,
I guess the next question would be, does the president have the authority to decide what is an
imminent threat to the United States of America? And can he execute a particular orders in reaction
to that threat? According to history, the answer is yes. Number three, whether you think this whole
thing is a sham or not, don't you think it would probably be a good use of our time to actually
root for this mission to be a success so it could be over as quickly as possible? I don't know.
Let's go to a couple of statements, one from Caroline Levitt and a reporter about this entire
situation. I'll read it to you. Here's the first one. A senior administration official tells
Fox. Joe Kent was a known leaker. He was cut out Potus intelligence briefings months ago.
The White House told you and I and Tulsi Gabbard he should be fired for suspected leaks,
but she never did. He has not been part of any Iran planning discussions or briefings at all.
Okay. So maybe it's true. Maybe it's not. Who knows, right?
Caroline Levitt, who her main job is to obviously defend the president. She writes this lengthy post saying
exactly what any White House press secretary would say.
But she says there are many false claims in this letter, but let me address one specifically
that, quote, Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, end quote.
It's the same false claim that Democrats and some of the liberal media have been repeating
over and over.
Your director of national counterterrorism, Joe Kent, he just resigned today.
He said he can't support your conflict with Iran.
What's your reaction to that?
And did you talk?
Well, I read his say, and I always thought he was a nice guy, but I always thought he was a nice guy.
but I always thought he was weak on security, very weak on security.
I didn't know him well, but I thought it seemed like a pretty nice guy.
But when I read a statement, I realized that it's a good thing that he's out
because he said that Iran was not a threat.
Iran was a threat.
Every country realized what a threat Iran was.
The question is whether or not they wanted to do something about it.
And many people, many of the greatest military scholars are saying for years that president should have taken out Iran because they wanted a nuclear weapon.
They were, if we didn't do the attack, or if I'll go a step further, if I didn't terminate the Iran nuclear deal given to us, one of the worst deals ever made by Barack Hussein Obama.
Remember when they said Boeing 757s over there?
Loaded with cash.
And then she goes on to explain about the story of how they had.
those ballistic missiles that they were going to use to take out military assets.
And so they wanted to pull the trigger first, essentially.
And there's that.
So it's a pretty spicy letter.
I mean, he says it verbatim.
After much reflection, I've decided to resign from my position.
Effective today, I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran.
Iran posed no imminent threat.
And it's clear that we started this war due to pressure from, here we go.
my anti-Israel folks, Israel and its powerful American lobby.
Now, let's really think about this for a second.
Let's say it is true.
This whole thing is manufactured.
Iran was no close to having a nuclear weapon.
It's all lies.
Okay, what do we do about it then?
The train has left the station, so what do we do about it?
I think the only thing you could do at this point
is root for whatever the mission is to be successful.
successful. And Joe Ken has always been a controversial figure. He was a veteran of the Army Special
Forces, and he really represented that sort of non-interventionist wing of the MAGA movement.
And also to say, to allege it publicly that essentially the U.S. was goaded into this war
because of the Israel lobby. That is a huge statement. It's a controversial statement.
There are people, there are MAGISBORs who have made that allegation. Of course,
it said that essentially Israel jam the Trump administration into doing this, because Israel
was going to attack. And Donald Trump even made some statements that made people think that that could
have been a possibility. He later walked them back. Trump officials have said, look, this is a joint
operation with Israel. They are hand in glove. They are together with the same strategic objectives
here. But to have Joe Kent walk away and publicly essentially accuse Israel of drawing the United
States into a war and to proclaim that there's no imminent threat. And he sees all the intelligence,
by the way. That is a huge, huge deal. That's why I said, we live in a world where
damned if you do, damned if you don't.
If you don't do anything and the people of Iran could continue to live under tyranny.
Essentially, their military will kill them whenever they want, silence them whenever they want, kill off any level of resistance.
I mean, think about it.
That's a country where anti-ice protesters would never exist.
If they did exist, they'd be murdered.
and when that country crosses the line, which is they're looking to build up their nuclear capability,
doesn't mean they're going to build a weapon yet, but they want to have the ability to be able to build one.
What do you do then?
Still nothing?
I think sometimes in life, and then I'm going to really wrap this up, I think what happens is people don't understand that when you're in a leadership position,
sometimes your only options are bad choices.
There is no good choice.
I'm on the gang of aid.
I got all the briefings.
We all understood there was clearly an imminent threat
that Iran was very close to the enrichment of nuclear capability,
and they were building missiles at a pace that no one in the region could keep up with.
They were far outpacing our allies and friends and us in our defense capability
because we had personnel installations, members of the armed services,
and civilians in the region.
Iran was building up ballistic missiles at such a rapid pace, and we knew that their plan was to fire them upon Americans.
The commander chief and his administration had a very difficult decision to make.
I don't know where Joe Kent is getting his information, but he wasn't in those briefings, clearly,
because the Secretary of State, the Secretary of War and everyone, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Kane,
they had exquisite intelligence that we understood that this was a serious moment for us.
Had the President waited, I am personally convinced.
that we would have mass casualties of Americans, service members, and others,
and our installations would have been dramatically damaged.
And so we had to, the president felt that he had to strike first to prevent those mass casualties.
That's a summary.
I can't tell you the classified part, but that's the summary that's made public and it's accurate.
All right.
So, again, who do you believe, right?
That's what it's come down to.
I mean, you have extreme points of view on this conflict.
I don't think there's any common ground at this point between them both.
And so the bottom line is I think the best way or the best approach here is just judge the results, judge the outcomes.
I think that's where we start.
Now, speaking of results, let's go to this next update.
Now you have TSA officers coming out and warning that if this entire shutdown does not get fixed over the next couple of weeks, airports will shut down.
Take a list.
We're doing absolutely everything we can.
And we have a national deployment office force, and we've fully depleted that.
So at this point, we're fully stretched.
And so, frankly, there's not much else we can do.
As the weeks continue, if this continues, it's not hyperbole to suggest that we may have to
quite literally shut down airports, particularly smaller ones if callout rates go up.
And we can't, a lot of these officers can't afford to come in.
I talked to one officer this week.
She's a single mother, and she has a special needs child, and she can't afford to pay for
special need child's childcare. So again, we're, I believe it's frankly unconscionable that we have
Senate Democrats that are playing, you know, they're holding our folks financial livelihood hostage
over political games, political partisanship. So we really need to get back to normal order.
I mean, you guys know my approach on this since day one as this has continued to become an
issue. I think I could actually finally add on to another solution here is solution number one,
is government shutdown should be illegal. Solution number two is TSA,
officers should strike. And solution number three is they should just shut down airports then.
Because again, you're not going to get the attention of Congress until something drastically takes
place. And the last thing you'd want that drastic situation to be is a potential fatal accident
with an aircraft. Nobody wants that. So let's avoid that and just shut down the actual airport.
Now, some people say, well, TSA officers are not allowed to strike. Listen, if every officer actually
did it at the same time, the federal government can't do anything about it. Okay, Congress
would absolutely go back in session, pass something, and fund that agency immediately.
No doubt about it.
Let's go to another TSA officer earlier today on CNN.
This is not me questioning how you do your job, but given these constraints, is security going to be affected by this?
Listen, let me say this.
You know, TSA has some of the best equipment in the world.
But in order to properly utilize it, you have to have people, physical people,
there manning the machines.
So yes, we will continue doing our job and maintaining the safety controls.
But when, you know, on a given day, and I just use this as an analogy, I mean, on a given
day, if I have 100 people on a checkpoint working, but today only have 35, I mean,
we're still going to do what we do, but it absolutely impacts how many people we process in
a given time span.
So it's going to have a direct impact that way.
But we do have the best equipment in the world to be able to screen and look for things that are prohibited to go on airlines.
Now, I guess before TSA officers would even consider closing the airport or striking, which again, I know for some people, they say they're not allowed to do that.
Well, I think Congress should not be allowed to refuse to pay them.
But okay, fine.
What's going to happen first is enough of them calling out.
And that's exactly what that TSA officer was talking about.
I mean, if enough people called out, I mean, what options do I really have?
Well, the actual callout rate has been increasing.
Take a listen.
Because as this shutdown drags on, we're seeing more and more TSA workers call out,
which is causing problems at some of our nation's busiest airports.
Officers missed their first full paycheck on Friday.
And as a result, the callout rate for TSA officers was 10.19% on Sunday.
That's compared to the normal paychecks.
2% before the shutdown. And so far, 366 DHS officers have quit looking for employment that actually
pays. Others are turning to side work like Uber or Instacart. And in some cases, they are giving
blood to afford gas to drive into work. With less staff, there are less security lanes open.
That is why in Austin, they are recommending travelers get to the airport two and a half hours
early. In Atlanta, three hours early. That's... I just keep going to
back to it. I think it's the only way to get the attention of Congress and get them to do the
right thing, which they have been hesitant to do for quite some time. And I think it just continues
to get worse. And I'm not too sure what the solution would be, except for the American people
to stun Congress and do something that Congress does not expect them to do, which is one,
vote them out of office, and two, shut down the airports. I mean, at that point, everybody's
going to be looking at Congress, right? All right. Why don't we
go to this next clip because I think this is
it just sums it up. Why I think
Congress still is not filling the heat.
Here is one of the representatives of Democrats
who continues to double down on not funding
DHS because he wants to get
his way with ICE. We are at war
with Iran right now and clearly
the Iranians are trying to do everything they
can to cause us pain
and kill Americans. There's
indications they've ordered sleep or sell attacks.
There's been four Islamic terror attacks
in two weeks and Democrats
have shut down DHS and won't pay
TSA because they don't like ice wearing masks.
That a good play?
We want to pay TSA.
We actually put a bill for it to pay TSA3 employees
You want DHS shut down.
You want DHS shut down.
No, we put forward a measure to actually fund DHS.
Come on on.
All we said is we want ice tactics to change.
And the Republicans voted that down.
They voted it down in the Senate and the House.
Oh, you can't, you cannot sit here and tell me that Democrats
who bragged that they were shutting down DHS
and defunding DHS now when it funded.
Come on.
We're not bragging. We want DHS. We want TSA. We want all these agencies. I have employees of these folks in my district. I want nothing more than for them to be able to get paid. If you want nothing more than why not put through a clean bill to reopen DHS and pay everybody. We have put we have, we have made very clear what we want out of this DHS funding. Right. You're holding your own constituents. You're holding your own constituents. Hold on. Let me just ask the question. You're holding your own constituents hostage. Oh, no, that's not true. I mean, the reality is you just told me it was.
No, no, the reality is what we want is very clear.
And even Republicans, some Republicans want them, but their leadership will let us.
You got Dulles Airport.
You got Dulles Airport in Spring Break Travelers.
People are going to be waiting in three and four hour lines.
It's worth it because you don't like ice wearing masks.
No, I want them funded.
That's very clear.
And I may very clear also said that on shutdowns.
We should be paying federal workers.
We shouldn't be making federal workers pawns in this.
But going back to the original point.
Yeah, I mean, that sums it up because here's the problem.
now that Democrats are finally publicly saying they want a fund TSA.
The problem is if you look back in the rearview mirror and listen to their rhetoric two weeks ago,
they didn't want a fund TSA.
They didn't want to fund anything.
They said, don't give another dollar to DHS.
We have clips showing a few of them saying that DHS is a lawless agency.
DHS, not ICE, DHS.
So in the beginning, it was all good.
Don't fund DHS.
Now they realize, oh, yeah, we got to fix our rhetoric on that.
So they switched up their message.
That's what's going on here.
Here's Leader Thune making that same point.
Watch.
The Trump administration took a number of steps on its own, I might add, to reform immigration enforcement.
And on top of that, the White House made two substantial and serious offers to Democrats to legislate reforms,
the most recent of which was sent more than two weeks ago.
The Democrats couldn't even be bothered to respond to the White House's latest offer until late last night.
18 days, Mr. President.
18 days for Democrats to even bother replying.
So bottom line is this should not be a partisan issue.
Federal workers should not be used as pawns to get what they want politically, these parties, that is.
and the government shutdown rolls on.
Innocent people continue to get hurt in the process,
just like what happened in the state of Virginia.
Radical elected representatives making decisions
that put public safety at the bottom on the list of their priorities.
So having said all that,
please give me your thoughts in the comments section below,
to Virginia, to Joe Kent resigning,
and to TSA agents still filling the pain here of this shutdown.
Give me your thoughts, everything you got in the comment section below.
All right, next video involves the president officially established,
the task force to root out fraud in our country.
And JD Vance is the guy leading it up.
