In today's video, the Minnesota governor is panicking as he held the press conference today celebrating the prosecutions against fraud that's happening in his state. Gavin Newsom's wife is now under fire. And a new hearing on Capitol Hill regarding St. Territian policy is absolutely exploded. We'll get to all of this in today's video.
Starting point is 00:01:17 But let's start with what's happening in Minnesota. Take a listen. Minnesota Governor Tim Walts has announced a major plan to modernize and centralize the State Department of Human Services. It's part of an effort to crack down on fraud in Minnesota's Medicaid programs. Waltz plans to shift away from what he calls complex, layered administration, managed by a patchwork of counties, managed care organizations and state agencies. He also wants to upgrade Minnesota's Medicaid administration systems,
Starting point is 00:01:48 which he says are grossly outdated. So this particular update is really a funny one because now the governor wants to actually do his job while he's out the door. Okay. Now he wants to reform his systems. He wants to put extra attention on the fraud that's been occurring under his watch. I guess it has to appear like he's doing something about it. Now, ultimately, I think the way he's going about it is wrong.
Starting point is 00:02:11 I don't think a centralized approach is actually, I think that's more vulnerable to fraud, in my opinion. But this is what the governor had to say. Listen to it for yourself. I think Minnesotans have to recognize is you're hearing about fraud in Minnesota because we are prosecuting people. You're going to hear about it in other states. You're going to continue to see it.
Starting point is 00:02:31 But the fix is you don't want to hear about fraud, not because somebody's not prosecuting somebody. You don't want to hear about fraud because you know the safeguards and the systems are in place. And I don't see another, there's not another model. No other state has gone to a more decentralized model. Every other state has moved towards a more centralized model of accountability, and I think that's what makes most sense.
Starting point is 00:02:54 No, governor, we're not hearing about, because you have been prosecuting people. We're hearing about it because you failed to prosecute people. What are you talking about? I mean, where are the prosecutions for the individuals who retaliated against the whistleblowers? Where's the prosecutions for the people that were pushing the buttons in the system allowing the fraud to continue to take place? I mean, those are the prosecutions I want to hear of. I think the criminals will always be caught in the end. I understand that's a minimum. I think the icing on the cake is going after the people who work for the government themselves who allow this to happen under their watch.
Starting point is 00:03:30 Of course they knew about it. But they were not in a position to truly hold these people accountable. So they should be held accountable, including the governor, which is probably why he's not running for re-election. All right, one more comment from him. Here's what he said. Over the past several years, we have taken major moves to combat the fraud, to strengthen oversight, expand investigations, improve audits, upgrade technology, and increase in force. But protecting those programs requires more than just the enforcement.
Starting point is 00:03:57 It's moving back upstream in the prevention model. If that's not the definition of gas sliding, I don't know what is. Okay, he's literally speaking as if, I guess he's assuming in this speech that people are literally stupid. I mean, he makes it sound like this entire time they've been on top of fraud. Yeah, I mean, that's essentially what he wants us to believe. Now, he's not the only person getting caught up in potential fraud. Claims if that's what you want to call it or messiness when it comes to funds. Let's go to Gavin Newsgun's wife.
Starting point is 00:04:29 She's now in the news for the wrong reasons. Listen to this. The wife of California Governor Gavin Newsom has been busy. She reportedly paid herself a massive paycheck while pushing controversial sexuality and gender education in California school system. The New York Post is reporting Siebel Newsom leaned on her powerful husband and his education board to push. preachy flicks about toxic masculinity into classrooms, all while raking in up to $300,000 every single year through her nonprofit, the representation project, and her for-profit outfit Girls Club Entertainment. The report goes on to say Newsom's Board of Education recommended
Starting point is 00:05:13 Siebel Newsom's films in controversial health education guidance in 2019. Shortly after he became governor. That guidance was later adopted by the state education department and sparked some heated debate for its focus on sexuality and gender identity. See, it's fraud all over the place. Whether you're talking Minnesota, you're talking New York, you're talking California. There's no shortage of fraud, but there is a shortage of taking care of the people of these states. I mean, isn't it fascinating that she's getting paid all this money to focus on sexual identity and gender, but what is she doing about our veterans? What is she doing about the housing situation or the electricity prices or the gas prices in California? Nothing. You know why? Because the governor
Starting point is 00:05:59 has done nothing. In fact, in my opinion, he's protected those corporations. They bailed him out, and so he bailed them out. And guess who has to pay the bill, people of California? So I'm not shocked by this. I mean, this is a warm up. I'm sure there's much more reports that go deeper than this. Let's show you this one. Teaching manuals pushed by Newsom's representation project include materials like this. Look at your screen. That's a diagram labeled the gingerbread person used to teach middle schoolers about terms like pansexuality. The revelation comes amid a crisis in California schools, of course. With a recent report card finding 44% of California 11th graders do not meet reading standards. Nearly 70% percent.
Starting point is 00:06:47 percent were below par in math. We've reached out to the governor's office for comment. We're waiting to hear back. They are on a three-hour time difference, so maybe some of them are just waking up to the news that we're covering you. Call us back. So every year around this time, many seniors, 65 years or older, are surprised to learn that their Medicare plan no longer covers the doctors they've been seen.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Then they talk about how confusing Medicare is and how the system is poorly designed by the government, because you know you can't trust them and corrupt because of the insurance company. So what should you do if that is you? Call my friends at Chapter because they are the only national advisor that compares and recommends every Medicare plan and to ensure what, that it fits your exact needs. They'll help people save over $1,100 in their health care costs. They'll help you understand the enrollment process options and find ways to save on your health care.
Starting point is 00:07:43 These guys are not going to push you around and force you to buy a plan you don't want or need. Their support is completely free. So if you're turning 65 sooner or have questions about your Medicare coverage, please call them at 323-431-5200. Again, that number is 3-2-3-4-3-1-5-200. Now, if you're wondering what that number is that she got paid, it was $3.7 million from her own gender stereotypes charity. That's what's going on. Okay. So it's a lack of priorities. It's a lack of focus and purpose. These politicians are more engaged in obviously earning more money for themselves, accumulating more power and influence. It won't care about me and you. All right. So let's go to our next update. And this is regarding what's happening in Iran. But it's been reported that the Iranian regime are now planting minds in the Strait of Hermuz. Now, obviously, that is a problem given crude oil prices that have skyrocketed. Then they came back down. This type of reporting could contribute. to more turbulence in the market, which would obviously be a problem back here.
Starting point is 00:08:46 But you got to hear what the president actually had to say in response to this reporting. Take a list. Meanwhile, there's an alarming report out of CBS News today. U.S. intelligence assets reportedly beginning to see indications that Iran is taking steps to deploy mines in the Strait of Hormuz. Moments ago, as Lucas referenced, President Trump posting on Truth Social. If Iran has put out any mines in the Hormuz Strait and we have no reports of them doing so, we want them removed. immediately. If for any reason, mines were placed and they are not removed forthwith, the military consequences to Iran will be the level never seen before. If, on the other hand, they remove what
Starting point is 00:09:22 may have been placed, it will be a giant step in the right direction. Now, this comes as the U.S. weighs its options for naval escorts in the waterway. A potential, if tasked, to escort, We'll look at the range of options to set the military conditions to be able to do that. And then like we always do with every potential mission, come to the secretary and the president with both what are the resources required, what is the command and control required, and what are the risks, and how do we mitigate those risks? Okay, so the latest update regarding this conflict are a couple of consequences. Number one, we knew once this thing kicked off that there was going to be a process or an issue actually. with the export of crude oil out of that area. That's exactly what has happened up to this point, which obviously triggered the spike of
Starting point is 00:10:13 oil prices, which obviously contributed to high gas prices. But at this point, the crude oil prices are coming down, and I'm sure gas prices will eventually catch up. However, the issue still at hand here is either the, you know, will there be a military escort of these tankers? You know, the president announced that there would be insurance to help some of these companies out. but this is turning into a problem, especially if they're laying minds.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Now, Posing View is on CNN. Here's what they have to say about the idea of a military escort for these oil tankers. Take a listen. Patrick, notably, President Trump promised to potentially provide government-backed insurance and even naval escorts to keep tankers in the strait of Hormuz safe if the conflict continues and perhaps gets worse. I wonder what your reaction to that is, how the oil industry is reading that off. offer. Well, I think there's a lot of risks still associated with even getting an escort from the
Starting point is 00:11:13 military. In fact, that could increase risk by putting a warship nearby and potentially provoking an attack from Iran after all the U.S. attacks on Iran. In addition, you know, looking at shipping insurance rates, that is telling you that the market is backing away and recalculating the risk in life. You know, when you and I have issues, we don't look forward to dealing with insurance. We don't want to risk lemon life. and then the value of our cargo, the value of our ship only to deal with insurance, it's still a lot of risk. And I think nobody is really taking this very seriously,
Starting point is 00:11:47 that military escorts may be promised. It's another thing to execute. We're talking about hundreds of ships, but a lot of this doesn't really change the risk calculation for a lot of the shippers and oil producers, you know, who are at stake here. And that's why we haven't seen much movement on this development. it's not necessarily reducing risk to the amount needed to safely be able to navigate or desire to navigate through the straight of hormones.
Starting point is 00:12:13 So if I am going to translate what he said, whatever the president's trying to do here will not work. It's not helpful. It's not the right solution, although he didn't offer an alternative solution, that is. So it kind of begs the question, well, what else can we do? Because we're in the middle of this conflict. There's no going back. We're all in it.
Starting point is 00:12:33 And they're going to see this through to the end. So in the meantime, what is the best alternative of a military escort? He's right. I mean, that could increase the risk. But isn't there already an all-time risk of traveling in that area to begin with? I mean, and here's the other thing. If what Pete Hex had said earlier today is true, which is their ability to launch airstrikes has significantly declined.
Starting point is 00:12:54 We're talking about the IRGC. And America's ability to launch airstrikes has significantly increased. I mean, it's only a matter of time. I don't even think there is a risk. I mean, maybe I'm wrong. But let's go to, again, the opposite side of this. This is Fox News saying this. Yeah, hey, and brother, we might get a global response now to help lower prices.
Starting point is 00:13:15 The G7 energy ministers are talking about a reserve release of oil around the globe. Now, my sources say that the U.S. and France are leading that push for that. And a quote from the International Energy Agency, International Energy Agency, after that meeting with the G7 minister saying that we discussed all available options, including making the IAE emergency oil stocks available to the market. IAE member countries hold over 1.2 billion barrels of public emergency oil stocks with a further 600 million barrels of industry stock held under government obligation. And that's a global reaction.
Starting point is 00:13:54 The Trump administration is already starting to insure ships that sail through the strait of Hormuz. The energy secretary says the first tanker sailed through this week, the military, he says, is ready to escort tankers, if needed. Now today, a tough message from the White House. Listen. President Trump will not allow rogue Iranian terrorists to stop the freedom of navigation and the free flow of energy. Let me be clear.
Starting point is 00:14:19 It is a good thing to wipe out terrorists who indiscriminately target civilians and attempt to hold the global economy hostage. So, you know, when I take a step back and I observe all these stories, what it started to turn into are these side stories and they represent the consequences of this conflict. Okay. At the end of the day, the overall picture here is the United States of America and Israel have made a committed decision to see this through to the end. And the sooner they get this over with, the sooner things will be great for everybody. However, on the ground, a lot of people say Iran has absolutely adapted to this. They're not going anywhere. They're continuing to fight. Surrender is not even in their mindset. So,
Starting point is 00:15:01 Essentially, they're willing to fight to the death if that is the proper turn to use, which is why this is the new reporting coming out of Tel Aviv. Take a listen. So despite progress being made by the U.S. and Israel, Iran continues showing no signs of surrender. We had an incoming ballistic missile attack here in Tel Aviv in the past hour. And we're seeing reports of two explosions at the Baghdad airport, the military section that houses U.S. forces. the amount of injuries are unclear. As the Pentagon says, 140 U.S. troops have been injured, eight severely on top of the seven who have been killed. But we did see a big offensive as well,
Starting point is 00:15:40 with what Secretary of War Pete Higsette described as the most intense day of airstrikes. U.S. military officials say Iran is adapting on the battlefield, but American forces are adapting quicker. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump told our Trey Yinks that he is not happy with the appointment of Mujtaba Haminae as Iran's next supreme leader. Trump also further justified this campaign, claiming Iran was building another nuclear site after Operation Midnight Hammer, saying, quote, they tried to get away. They haven't moved any of it. That thing was really demolished, but they were starting a new site in a different location, a site that went down deeper, but they were starting a new site in a different location. All right. So bottom line to what's happened up to this point, the commander of Hezbollah, he's been eliminated. That's number one. Number two, there are still reports out there that the new Supreme Leader,
Starting point is 00:16:28 The son of the late Supreme Leader, he's been severely injured. Number three, we've had over 100 soldiers who were injured in some capacity. They did not die. They have actually returned back to duty. Number four, you have this report of mines being placed in this area, which would obviously be an issue. So military escort could be a real thing. But as you heard, the opposing view on that is it could absolutely make things worse.
Starting point is 00:16:52 So a lot of side stories here, but overall, according to the Secretary of War from this morning in that press conference, they're making headway here. All right, let's go to our next update, and this one's a good one. So on Capitol Hill today, there was a hearing regarding sanctuary city policies. Nothing new. But the drama here took place because a guy whose expertise is in immigration studies, by the way, he had some interesting arguments on why what the president is doing is all wrong, and what the Biden administration and Democrats are doing with sanctuary cities is all right. I mean, I think you guys know that's a complete joke, but let's hear it for ourselves. listen. A fight over sanctuary cities and the efforts to end them once and for all. Do you think
Starting point is 00:17:36 it should be a crime to enter the country illegally? I don't know anything about this. I'm here to talk about the budget. You don't have to, look, I'm not a lawyer. You're not to be a lawyer. It's a simple question. Senators from both sides of the aisle, peppering each other and witnesses about the direct effects of sanctuary cities and the impact on local citizens. Let me just end on a comment made by the ranking member talking about secret police. I think that's an outrageous comment. If you don't want to be secret police, don't act like secret police. Democrats argued the Department of Homeland Security is harming more than illegal immigrants. The big lie that what the Trump administration is doing is going after the worst of the worst.
Starting point is 00:18:20 The overwhelming majority of people who are in detention right now by ICE's own admission posed no risk to public safety. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham paying tribute to Stephanie Mentor, a Virginia mother killed at a bus stop last month in Fairfax County. Authorities say her killer, Abdul Jolla, a national from Sierra Leone,
Starting point is 00:18:42 has a record of 30 prior charges. Who was allowed to stay in the county and the rest is history. A young mom is dead. Fox News is told he entered the U.S. illegally in 2012. In 2020, a judge ordered his removal, but immigration officials have trouble getting Sierra Leone to accept its citizen.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Yeah, we've talked about Stephanie Mentor quite a few times. The reporter on the ground there, I think his name is Nick Monach, a great reporter. He'd been on top of that story from day one, so shout out to him. And shout out to the local affiliate news channels out there who actually cover real stories, by the way. But at any rate, Sanctuary City policies, it is absolutely a total contradicting. of public safety. There is no question about that. That's not even a partisan statement. I think the results show it, whether it's cashless bail, whether it's you're not allowing the local police to
Starting point is 00:19:38 hand over criminal legal alien to federal authorities after they have either committed rape or pedophilia or anything of that nature, burglary. I mean, these people should get out of our country ASAP. Now, somebody murdered someone. Maybe it'd be up to the victim to see what they would want to do with this individual. But overall, it should even be a debate when it comes to getting the people out of our country. But unfortunately it is, which takes us to what this individual had to say. Now, his name is David Beyer or David Beer, one way or another. Here's what he had to say. Take a listen. For half a century, the Kato Institute's research has shown that people, whatever their ancestry, background, or birthplace can thrive in a free society. Immigrants come to work
Starting point is 00:20:22 for us and with us to make our lives better. Immigrants have reduced. government deficits by $14.5 trillion over the last 30 years. And yet Congress has not updated the legal immigration system during that entire time. So just 3% of all legal immigrant applicants were approved in 2024. Rather than fix this broken system, the new administration banned half, half of all the legal immigrants who had made it to the end of that process, including spouses and children of U.S. citizens. The fallout from this flawed system is left to our cities to manage. In many areas, one in five residents lives with someone here illegally.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Mass deportation is not an option for these places. is an attack on them. Okay, let me make sure I hear that correctly. So mass deportation is not an option for these individuals who are in the country illegally. It's an attack on them. That's what he wants us to believe. Okay, well, here's the bottom line to it, folks. At the end of the day, if you don't like the law, then you have to change it.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Now, there's definite criticism for Congress here. Now, this guy is not a credible individual. He's just as partisan as the rest of them. Here's Senator John Kennedy catching him on that. Take a listen. Don't you think... Your hyperbolic statements undermine your credibility. What hyperbolic statement did I mean?
Starting point is 00:22:04 You might be tempted to let Taco Bell's new Lux Value menu go to your head. Because 10 indulgences for $5 or less makes you feel fancy. Like you might think you need cloth napkins. Well, you don't. Just use the ones that come in the bag. Don't let the Lux go to your head. On February the 11th, 2006, you posted on Bluski.
Starting point is 00:22:34 Quote my words or your words not mine. The Democrats video telling service members to ignore illegal orders didn't go far enough. They should have also urged them to refuse unethical orders, whether illegal or not. There are many things deemed legal that are still obviously unethical and everyone should hold themselves to this higher law. end quote. Did I read that correctly? I believe you did. Do you disagree with it? You think people should do unethical things in their capacity? On December the 31st of 2025, you posted to in front of what I said. Let me finish my question. I'm sorry. Sir. In front of God and country. You said, quote, they referring to Republicans think they can
Starting point is 00:23:34 control their way into us accepting ethnic cleansing." End quote. Your words not mind. Did I read that correctly? That was in regard to a Department of Homeland Security Post about advocating a hundred million deportations. That is what DHS has tweeted from their own account. A hundred million deportations would be ethnic cleansing. You would be removing one third of the country.
Starting point is 00:24:03 So yes. people within the Department of Homeland Homeland Security. And you don't think this is hyperbolic. Give me 30 more seconds. Yeah. So as you guys can see, this is a man who believed the seditious six didn't go far enough in trying to encourage our service members
Starting point is 00:24:18 from breaking ranks with their chain of command and not following lawful orders just because they may believe in their mind that it's unethical. I mean, who does this guy think he is? That's the first thing. Secondly, if it was up to him, mass amnesty, everyone. That's what they represent.
Starting point is 00:24:33 Now, there is an argument, which has been made actually by the Republicans in the form of a piece of legislation called the Dignity Act, where they actually have a path to citizenship for people who are in the country unlawfully because they've been in the country for more than 10 years. Now, I don't necessarily agree with that, but I reason with what their approach is. What's interesting about Democrats, it's Republicans who introduce that piece of legislation, not Democrats. They have not offered any tangible solution to fix the immigration system. So, yeah, I would argue that he is hyperbolic. All right, let's go to this exchange between him and Lindsey Graham, and the reason why I want to show it to you is because when you noticed the previous administration, if they did deportations, judicial warrants were not required.
Starting point is 00:25:19 But he believed judicial warrants are now required for the Trump administration. Were there people deported inside the United States? Well, I mean, I think it's a little bit unfair to compare people deported at the border versus people in the interior. I think Jessica would agree with this. You don't want to answer a question, that's fine, but don't tell me what's fair and unfair. Bottom line, did he use judicial warrants to deport anybody? When he deported somebody in the interior, did he have a judicial warrant? No.
Starting point is 00:25:48 No. Why? Because it's stupid. Yeah, it is stupid, especially when you think about the latest victim by the name of Stephanie Mentor, or Lake and Riley, or Rachel Moorne. And the list goes on and on and on. In fact, the list is so vast. These are just the names that the media decides to report. on. There's countless names that we have not heard of up to this point, but you know who knows those names? Your local sheriff, your local police officer, they know those names. So if you don't believe me, go ask them. They'll tell you all about it. What's been happening? They've been handicapped from enforcing our laws. That's the problem here. Let me give me an example of what that looks like.
Starting point is 00:26:23 Take a listen. Tragically, sanctuary policies are unleashing devastating consequences for the American people, particularly those that live in those jurisdictions. In California, again, the birthplace of the sanctuary movement, local politicians released 4,641 criminal aliens from local jails in 2025, rather than handing them over to ICE for removal. Those criminals included aliens that had committed homicide, assault, sexual predatory offenses, and burglary. And just weeks ago, as the chairman indicated in Fairfax County, just miles from where we are today, a criminal illegal alien with more than 30, arrest fatally stabbed a woman in the neck. In that county, Fairfax County, has been a sanctuary for almost a decade, and this is the tragic result. So me and you both know that not every
Starting point is 00:27:16 single illegal alien is committing crimes, but there is a percentage that is, and it's a percentage that is too much, okay? But according to Democrats, no, that's not really an issue. In fact, this man was arguing that even criminal illegal aliens, because they're not arrested by the police are actually not contributing to crime rates. Take a listen. A mountain, literally a mountain of research proves that immigrants and reasonable limits on participation with ICE do not increase crime rates. Immigrants, even illegal immigrants, are half as likely to be incarcerated for crimes in the United States. According to DHS, only about three percent of illegal immigrants have any criminal convictions.
Starting point is 00:28:03 immigrants reduce crime rates, which means you're less likely to be a victim of a crime. Now, regarding crime rates, we know that the numbers have been manipulated for quite some time, especially for these larger cities that are governed by Democrats. I mean, there's a few cases already on the books, like the D.C. mayor and her police chief and her lieutenant, who were essentially fudging the numbers. They had to settle a lawsuit because another lieutenant blew the whistle on that and was fired over it. So, yeah, I'm not buying the crime rates argument, especially when I hear this from the CIS director, Jessica Vaughn, who had this to say. Take a listen.
Starting point is 00:28:42 The individual jails that released the most were Santa Clara County, California, Cook County, Illinois, and Fairfax County, Virginia. In 2024 alone, the Fairfax County Sheriff declined to honor 744 detainers for criminals that she had in custody. That's more than two a day. Some of these are gang members with long rap sheets who get arrested over and over, costing county taxpayers untold sums in repeated crimes, prosecution, and incarceration. Others are child predators and sex offenders. And so the crime numbers are not going to show that because the local DA or the judicial system is not convicting them, right? They're not even picking up the case. They just release them back onto the street.
Starting point is 00:29:30 So it's a terrible argument to make, and that's one you're going to continue to hear from Democrats because they love illegal aliens. Now, let's get your guys' thoughts in the comments section below to these updates today, whether we're talking about Gavin Newsom's wife, Tim Wall's panicking again, the update in Iran, or this particular hearing regarding state-to-state policies. I want to hear it all. Give me your thoughts and everything you've got in the comment section below. All right. So in our next video, which is a very funny one, sitting was caught sympathizing with the terror suspects who were behind the IEDs that were planted. but malfunction in front of Mayor Zoram Mondani's house. I mean, you guys have to see the reporting on this,
Starting point is 00:30:06 and they're continuing to find more IEDs. You guys missed on that update more? Click on the video because it's coming up right now.
