Starting point is 00:00:00 In communities across Canada, hourly Amazon employees can grow their skills and their paycheck by enrolling in free skills training programs for in-demand fields. Learn more at aboutamazon.ca. The illegal alien who was shot by ICE in Austin, Texas, just got some bad news. Listen to this. Federal prosecutors charging Wilburne Garcest Perez with assaulting a federal officer as well as resisting arrest. Now, he's the Venezuelan National who was shot by an. ICE officer earlier this month during a traffic stop out of North Austin. Now, according to a newly released sworn affidavit today, the 28-year-old was first pulled over by ICE officers,
Starting point is 00:00:41 identifying him as having an existing order for deportation. Now, a criminal complaint states Grossez Perez ignored the officer's commands to exit his car, and then he took off. It states as he tried to drive off, the driver's side mirror hit one of the officers in the torso. So, It also details a brief car chase that ensued before that officer shot into the car hitting Gerses Perez in his back. See, we have a big problem in our country as it relates to these deportations. We have individuals, particularly illegal aliens, who their first reaction to being pulled over is to flee.
Starting point is 00:01:18 They are being instructed to do so. They're being encouraged to do so. They're being educated on how to evade arrest. So that's issue number one. Issue number two, people who are in law enforcement, particularly on the legal side, right, of our justice system is also enabling this behavior. In fact, they're going out into the public and acting as if these people are extremely innocent, if that is the proper term. And I'll show you what I mean. Listen to the attorney. Instead of pursuing him or talking to him in a nonviolent
Starting point is 00:01:49 way, two agents went out on the road, rammed him with their car, shot him in the back, pulled him out of the vehicle while he was still bleeding, pressured the doctors to discharge him from the hospital within four hours, did not give him pain medication for nine, now going on 10 days. And rather than defend what their actions in a habeas hearing, they have issued a surprise criminal complaint and transferred him to another city, forcing us to defend him in this criminal case. This is gamesmanship on the part of DHS, and they are playing with my client's life. Notice she conveniently left out what her client did before all that went down. He fled the scene. He almost ran over an ice agent. You see the photos on the screen. They were
Starting point is 00:02:31 wearing their body cameras. So I don't think that's going to fly in court for her. That's number one. Number two, they didn't rip him out of the vehicle. They were actually very gentle and made sure that he was given the care that he needed. We had already talked about that because that's what the video put it shows. And what's interesting, she's also crying about gainsmanship. That's exactly what sanctuary city policies are. They're looking to game the system, they're looking to stop DHS at every single turn, whether it is ICE, border patrol, or these investigations regarding immigration fraud, Sanctuary City is a hotbed for people who are looking to evade our immigration law. So sorry, I don't feel sorry for you. I don't
Starting point is 00:03:13 care about your complaints, but it's not going to stop the media from doing something similar. Listen to this. Right now at the White House, President Trump is marking Hispanic Heritage Month. But since Trump took office last January, at least two dozen people told, total have been shot by federal immigration agents. Six have died, according to a New York Times count, including Renee Good and Alex Pready in Minnesota, and four Latino men, Rubin, Ray Martinez, Silverio, Villgas, Gonzalez, Lorenzo Salgado Arajo, and Johan Sebastian Doran Guerrero. If you want a $3,000 a month payday for life, what would you feel free to do?

Starting point is 00:04:13 And that's what the media will continue to do, which is to distract their audience from all of the facts. They only want to focus on one fact. It is true. According to those names that she rambled off there, six of them have been shot by ice. That is true. It's also true that the number is somewhere up into the 50s, possibly 58, are the total number of illegal aliens in ICE custody who have died either because they were killed or they were sick or whatever. Okay. But notice they don't tell you the numbers of American citizens who've been killed, robbed, assaulted, defraud it, right, at the hands of illegal aliens. Notice they don't leave any energy towards that because it would clearly diminish what they're trying to communicate.
Starting point is 00:05:01 And the whole propaganda machine wants the American people to see illegal aliens as not a problem. Okay? They want ICE to be the villain and they want people to believe that ICE is a problem. But all ICE is really doing is enforcing the law. He's set to appear in court tomorrow afternoon in San Antonio, Texas. That will focus, we're told, on his immigration status. after a judge temporarily halted his deportation just last week, if convicted. According to the DOJ, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Starting point is 00:05:32 So imagine that. Not only did he attempt to evade arrest, he almost ran over an ICE agent. Now he potentially could be spending 20 years in our American prison system where the taxpayer has to fund him being housed in our prison instead of him just complying with orders and getting deported. It makes no sense in the end. I'm sure you guys agree to that. Let's go to our next update, and this is a huge blow to Zora Mandani, the mayor of New York City, because the judge who presided over the lawsuit against him in this second home tax that he rolled out, he has told the mayor that he's going to have to do the following.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Listen to this. This ruling deals a major blow to the Momdani administration. Staten Island Judge Wayne Ozzie ruling today that the city officials botched the rollout to the Pieter tax and says the city now has to start over. In the ruling, Justice Ozzie sided with the homeowners who, the lawsuits on two separate issues. First, the judge agreed that the city caused mass confusion when it sent out more than 17,000 notices informing homeowners that they could be subject to this new pieter tax. The judge ordered that all these past notices be canceled and says the Mondani administration must now send out new notices that are more carefully tailored.
Starting point is 00:06:46 Second, the judge also agreed that the online list of nearly one million properties that the city published could be considered harassment and called it just lazy. You see, that's why you judge things based on the results. And the results show that Mayor Mondani, because he's inexperienced, in my opinion, or the people he's put in his cabinet, that is, they rushed through this. They actually didn't think this through. They didn't have a clear plan. And they slapped a lot of names on that list that they had no business putting on there. And now they got to face the consequences, which is literally you need to start over. So all that energy, all that time, all that focus, all that money, for what? They have to start over again. It's because they don't know what they're doing.
Starting point is 00:07:30 You mean to tell me you can't identify if this is going to be one of your biggest campaign promises to talks to rich? You don't know exactly who the rich is? I find it interesting that they don't have this information or they do have it. They just, again, fail to execute properly. So I'm happy that the judge issued this ruling. Justice Ozzie said that the mom, administration has to take down this list and publish a new one that only includes the names of homeowners who are actually subject to this tax. Randy Mastro, who represents these homeowners, weighs in. So the city should just do it right. Sometimes city administration screw up. This one's a whopper. And that's what a judge is now found. So do it over again and do it right,
Starting point is 00:08:15 Mondani administration. Now the mayor's office says they are appealing, which should temporarily halt this ruling saying, quote, today's decision is wrong and we will invoke a stay of the injunction. With the stay, we will continue implementing the surcharge fairly, efficiently, and in full compliance with the law, as we have done since day one. New York City is a city for the many, not a tax haven for the wealthy few. All right. Now, before we continue, I'd love to share a message from our sponsor today chapter. If you guys don't mind, this is our independent Medicare advisor. So if you're turning 65 or helping somebody who is, please listen to the following. People are working, providing for their family.
Starting point is 00:08:56 They do not have time they become a Medicare expert on top of all of that, and nobody should have to. Take Nova, for example. She signed up a year ago. Every month since, an extra $40 comes out. Nobody told her why. When she asked, they said it's because she didn't sign up when she was supposed to. Her words, by the way, quote, I'm being punished for that. So she called my friends at chapter, the only Medicare advisors that compare every plan nationwide. In minutes, they told her exactly what the extra cost was and sent her the form for a program that would help her pay it. So call chapter today, 323, 23, 431, 5200. Again, that number is 323, 431, 5200. Get it right the first time. Well, I would argue what he's doing for the few is really destroying their way of life in New York City.
Starting point is 00:09:41 I mean, if you look at housing costs, you now look at his attack on bodegas. You look at his unwillingness to support the NYPD from a public safety point of view. If you look at how he's treated Jewish New Yorkers, I mean, he's not really doing anything good except the things that his base wants him to do, which are destructive. So it's great that he'll be starting over here. It's bad that they're still this stubborn and can't acknowledge that they messed up here. Innocent people were put on that list that had no business been on that list. We have to understand that. They didn't even have a second home, but their information was made public.
Starting point is 00:10:19 And given what we've seen with the CEO of United Healthcare, who's the next wealthy person to be gunned down in broad daylight by some radical? You know, it just doesn't make any sense. And even on Fox Business this morning, what I heard here in this next clip, I think, sums it up. Mayor Mandami was, I think, was rather smug rolling out his tax the rich campaign. Do you think this ruling was a dose of much-needed reality? Yes. And by the way, let's just tie this tax the rich campaign and the Pietater tax to affordability. What's happened, Stuart, is anybody with a brain now isn't going to buy if they're non-resident in New York City? What's happened? Rents have gone up 10%. What did Mamdani run on mainly, his main thing, bringing rents down? So, of course, anyone with an economics understanding was going to understand that that is exactly the expected outcome from what he has done. It is unbelievable. By the way, the next step in his campaign against wealthy people, targeting CEOs, how stupid can you get?
Starting point is 00:11:22 New York is already losing residents. They're losing businesses. So he's going to go after and humiliate one CEO after another. Are those CEOs going to expand in New York? Is anyone in his right mind going to bring a new business to New York? No. And by the way, the financial capital of the world, which historically has been New York, we are bleeding financial jobs to Texas. right now. In many ways, in many companies have more employees in Texas than they do in New York. There is nothing about this that makes sense and there's nothing about this that helps the average New Yorker. And how do we know what she said to be true? Because the average New Yorker has not improved economically under Zoroamandani. The rental prices are up. Crime is still an issue. Illegal immigration is still an issue. And so there's a lot of work to be done there. And I don't think being the mayor of New York City is the easiest job in the world. It might be actually the hardest,
Starting point is 00:12:17 which is why he shouldn't be so partisan and he should be getting with President Trump more often and probably copying some ideas from him. But that's just me. Let's go to some positive news. I want this story to be injected in my veins on a daily basis because what the Secretary of War Pete Hexeth just announced today, I think will make you proud of our military. Listen to this. Today at my direction, we are announcing the career. creation of autonomous warfare command, or auto-warcom. A new four-star combatant command with service-like authorities built to scale autonomous and robotic capabilities across the joint force
Starting point is 00:12:57 in the fastest peacetime shift in modern military history. Drone warfare supercharged by SI-enabled targeting is the biggest battlefield revolution in generations. You already know that. Yet when I was sworn in the Department of Defense, there was scant urgency in this domain. That changed as soon as we took the helm. We immediately launched the drone dominance program to cut through red tape and move authorities out of the Pentagon and place it with commands. We established task force 401, led by Army Brigadier General Matt Ross, a phenomenal leader.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Now the leading counter drone unit across the entire government. All right, number one, if you're wanting to understand the significance of this announcement, think of this from the military's point of view. We have a bad habit of using yesterday's tactics on the future's wars, if that makes sense. So, for example, Vietnam was a disaster in the beginning because we were using what we learned from World War II in that conflict. But it didn't apply. The terrain was different. the enemy was different, the timing was different, the soldiers were different.
Starting point is 00:14:11 The technology was different, but we still were using something in the past that didn't make sense anymore to fight the enemy, and we were unsuccessful. This announcement shows that we're looking to get ahead of that finally. The enemy, our adversaries, even people in Ukraine, for an example, they're already on-throne warfare at this point. So where is America in that process? That's why it makes total sense what's happening here. and why it is so significant. The other thing that was significant from what the Secretary of War had to say today is, as I said, something that makes me proud of the military.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Listen to this. Should be training, readiness, accountability, discipline, and lethality. And when you pursue those things, you don't have to walk on eggshells. No more social engineering, no more weaponized IG policies. The complainers, the ideologues, and the poor performers are no longer in the driver's seat. no more silly PowerPoint trainings or drag queen shows. No more diversity quotas. No more gender pronouns.
Starting point is 00:15:15 No more identity months. Only the warrior ethos. And I know you feel it because I've been to your units and met with your troops. It has transformed entire formations as it was intended to do. But it's worth saying again so that the fake news understands it. We are no longer the woke department or the weak department. Simple translation of that. No fatties, no trannies, no beerdos, no weirdos, no wimps, no radicals.
Starting point is 00:15:51 Just warriors. Just tough, ready, committed troops. The war department, as you know, is colorblind, gender neutral, and merit-based. Or as the president likes to say, he, central. Casting. I want central casting. The ideological clowns are out. The patriotic cowboys are in with testosterone testing on top. All right. That last comment from him is definitely going to make the liberals scream.
Starting point is 00:16:26 We should be, this should be the ad for the military. Just run that particular statement over and over and over again. And I think they will continue to break recruiting numbers for our fighting force. Guys, when I served 13 years in the Army, I'm telling you this is exactly what we've always wanted. Too bad we didn't get it when I was there. But this is exactly what we had always wanted the military to be. Get away from the woke stuff. Get away from the virtue signaling.
Starting point is 00:16:55 Get away from problems that really don't exist. And let's focus on why we're here, right? To not only be ready to fight, to defend, to serve this nation. but to be able to dominate and annihilate any enemy who dares to cross our nation. I think that's what the mission should always be about. But the problem is when you get too many generals and then you get people in Congress, and then you get these movements that, you know, they make up problems that don't exist. They think there are victims in the military, like if you're LGBTQ or you're gay or whatever
Starting point is 00:17:28 and that all these policies need to change. or they say that the standards are too tough, we need to soften them up. All of that would only hurt the military in the end, which is why the recruiting numbers were bad. So it totally makes sense. I'm happy to continue to hear this. This is why I always say I honestly believe Pete Hackseth was the best. Cabinet Pitt, no offense to everybody else, but it's exactly what the military needed. But there's more.
Starting point is 00:17:53 The fourth announcement is the next great American base. We haven't built a new base in this country in 40 years. that ends now. President Trump is a builder, and this project is about doing something bold, beautiful, and world-class for the great Americans who wear our nation's uniform. We're calling on every governor in the country
Starting point is 00:18:16 and adjutant general, every tag, across this great republic, to step up to the plate and bring us their best sales pitch. If your state wants the honor of hosting 15,000 to 25,000 of America's great troops, show us why and how you're going to do it. Cutting through the red tape, offering up the land, and rolling out the red carpet for our military families.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Now, this is not going to be a soulless government installation. We will plan out and chart out a dynamic, self-sustaining power projection platform. We're talking hundreds of thousands of acres with organic power generation, modern air defenses, and cutting edge technology. Think a fortress. Just as importantly, we are restoring pride and standards to how our troops live. In line with the president's executive order on beautiful civic architecture, this base will be a proud fortress of our republic built with timeless classical architecture. Where some see heroes and other see egos, Bloomberg sees the era of billionaire athletes.
Starting point is 00:19:27 A fad to some, the future of. of money to others. We see crypto's trillion dollar swings. The end of jobs or the end of human struggle. We see the endless funds fueling the AI hype. While others follow the noise,
Starting point is 00:19:44 we follow the money. Learn more at Bloomberg.com. Well, whatever governor is smart enough to cut a deal with the administration, hopefully they hop on that as soon as possible because usually the economy would benefit locally from a military.
Starting point is 00:20:00 base, especially of the size that he's talking about. I would imagine it would probably be 20,000 troops, something like that, which means a division size. That's a lot of people. And that's just soldiers. What about civilians? What about services? Support things of that nature. It's going to bring a lot of jobs. So we'll see which governor hops on it. And if Congress will, well, I don't know if they will be a part of the approval process, but let's just assume that they are. Will they even approve it, will they vote on it? We'll see about that. But hopefully this is something that happens. Listen, my big takeaway from today's video is that this administration continues to do things that are positive. Unfortunately, it gets overshadowed because of what's happening in Iran.
Starting point is 00:20:45 You have a mainstream media who refuses to cover anything positive. In fact, even when they cover something negative, they don't tell the full truth, if at all. And so Americans have to essentially rely on potentially watching people like me or or other alternative sources to get their news. So it's just a shame. And that's why the first story we talked about with the illegal alien and this idea that he needs sympathy is a complete joke.
Starting point is 00:21:11 All of the facts of the case contradict the coverage of that particular story. Let me know your thoughts in the comments section below.
