Starting point is 00:00:01 Hey, it's your ceiling vent, so I'm dripping. Could be the rain, could be the upstairs bathroom. Yikes. You could hire the guy your neighbor recommended, but I'm pretty sure that's just his cousin. Do we know if he's licensed, or does he just stone a ladder? Listen to your home. Go with Thumbtack. Upload a photo or voice note, and we'll diagnose your project and match you with the right pro for the job.
Starting point is 00:00:27 Thumbtack, we know homes. Hire the right pro today. Father's dead. You killed you. They think that I'm shining. I'm Pete Rose, and I only go to Gold's Gym, this one specifically. Rumors that his penis is broke. And show up where the Taco Bar was. His brain just fucking exploded.
Starting point is 00:00:45 River of cheese. You've been drinking any gnome juice? No, officer. My dad had a fart chair. Hey, cover me. I'm going to just say 20... What a bun. Me?
Starting point is 00:01:00 2017. Who cares? You know it's about breadfarb. Oh, wait. You're listening to the dollar. I caught it. I caught it. Now you get it. Now you fucking get it.
Starting point is 00:01:13 By the way. She's on the other shoe. Hello, I've turduckin shoes. Put a sandal on my moccasin. Yeah. All the All Things Comedy Network. This is an American history podcast where each week, or really the last week, for probably a little while, I, Gareth Reynolds,
Starting point is 00:01:35 a lover of wine in the office, romanticizer of a scandalous quarterback when he played for my team. Guy who rubbed the genie bottle that brought Luke into our world reads a story from American history
Starting point is 00:01:54 to my lover's lover. Dave Anthony, how do you make that so long? Like the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, you're just a, you're a, you're a, you're a, you have word diarrhea. I'm wildly successful. 20, 20, 2017, who gives a shit. Okay. So, uh, Brett Farve is retired for real.
Starting point is 00:02:23 Finally. Which means, Dave, he's on the hunt for new projects. Um, one investment was, uh, squar. S-Q-O-R. But why? It was a... Well, this is... Dave, Dave.
Starting point is 00:02:36 This shit always drives me crazy. Dave, then you're going to have a real tough time with part three. Because I completely agree. You got the money. Go. You don't need anything. He has a sprawling ranch. Whereas dogs are not getting eaten.
Starting point is 00:02:52 I cannot emphasize this enough. Lake. Land. Dogs. A couple of cats. Chair. Glory Hall. Maybe a doc.
Starting point is 00:03:06 Lubricant. Maybe a dock into the lake. Fireplace. But you're sitting. Kites. You're sitting. There's kites. Nobody knows.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Surgeon willing to try to put other people's legs and arms on you. So you become what's known as the manapillar. The ability to have endless scratch-offs. Children. that are not yours that you can pretend are yours for about an hour so you could feel what it's like to be a dad and then they go. A weed store. The Devante Adams Taco Bell deal where you go into your living area and there's a Taco
Starting point is 00:03:45 bell with employees. Speaking of employees, slaves a la the Temple of Doom. I'm talking about the Kalimah! Ramshiba, Aramshiba, Aramshaba, Aramshaba, Aramshaba. We really need to get back to just chile, chair, dogs, cats. That's it. That's the whole.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Scientists willing to take other people's heads and put them on you so that you can sort of look like some sort of hydrod. You're island of Dr. Morrowing in a way that everybody is uncomfortable. Gills. Why would? Gills. Edible coral. Anyway, we're on the same team and the same page.
Starting point is 00:04:30 And we're one person, huh? Like chocolate? Chocolate? Chocol? Coral? Do you swim down and take a bite? Yes. Okay, I'm listening.
Starting point is 00:04:40 Crunchy. Like, what do we call it? Nuget. Okay, so one investment was squar, SQ-O-R, a sort of sports social media that Farrv said was changing how people talk about sports online. Quote, I think it's sort of a snowball effect.
Starting point is 00:04:55 It's taken off way faster than we had, I guess, dreamed of. dreamed it would have. And athletes, not just notable faces, but athletes from all over the world in sports, I didn't know exist that have signed up on score. However, the company was all bullshit. They implanted users and made it seem like it was a hit. Farmed in mind lending his undeserved credibility to anyone who would make him money. So he was just, uh, uh, did he actually invest a lot in? Or was he just promoting it? No, he's investing in things. And what he's doing is he's putting himself out there as an investor saying these things are effective and working.
Starting point is 00:05:33 But did it make money? No. He's not doing good investments. Okay. But, I mean, you're seeing a guy who also endlessly advertised. Yeah. There was nothing he wouldn't advertise. I mean, I remember when he was doing the nose trimmer advertising, I was like, he's like, my nostrils and never had less hair in him.
Starting point is 00:05:50 Like, he was gladly doing everything. Score! Yeah, he's like, score. I mean, listen to this fucking quote. Remember, it's so funny to know that it's all bullshit. I think it's a sort of snowball effect. It's taken off way faster than we could have dreamed it would have. Man, we are squaring like crazy.
Starting point is 00:06:06 And athletes, not just know your notable faces, but athletes from all over the world of sports, I didn't know existed have signed up on squar. I didn't know these people were alive, and now they're squaring. And it's all a lie. On squar, we are combining football and squirrels. It's so funny. Finally, squar.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Football with squirrels. We're throwing squirrels. We're catching squirrels. We're running with squirrels. My whole issue with the NFL was there's not enough squirrels. Squares changed the game. Squares now making squirrels for football. And I tell you what, when you find a man who can catch a squirrel and run 30 yards,
Starting point is 00:06:48 you've seen a game right there. You allow him to send you a picture of his cock and taint. Jen. Jen. Hey, Brett, let's do another take. Stop saying her name at the end of all of this. Okay, okay, I'll do it one more time. All right, so here we go.
Starting point is 00:07:03 And remember, squar, the snowball effect. Go ahead. Squore is something you will enjoy mighty fiercely, and man, we like it a lot, and it's coming at you just like a dick pick. Okay. Jen. All right, look.
Starting point is 00:07:19 We can cut around it. Great work, Brett. Throw me a squirrel. By the way, your nose hairs look at a little long. That company That company went away And now there's no way To get hair out of your nose
Starting point is 00:07:32 Okay So yeah So he You know the company was all bullshit all that He sought new projects He soon got into business All right you're gonna need to hear this dude Okay
Starting point is 00:07:43 Oh no I was looking up score To see if it was anything I don't think There's nothing I'm trying to find something We should buy it It's bad It's actually a website now
Starting point is 00:07:53 That's hilarious He saw it new projects. He soon got into business with Jacob Van Lendingham from the FSU Department of Biomedical Sciences. Jacob had maybe, just maybe, come up with a cure for concussions, or I guess the repercussions of concussions, or the repercussions. And he and Brett Fav went into business together. Can I come up with the name? Yeah. Unconcution. Whoa. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:08:29 It was called Previcus. What? Sorry. Unconcussion is so much better. It's way better. It's way better, but far as a ball. But again, you want to make it, any of these things, do you want to make it sound like a Greek warrior?
Starting point is 00:08:43 This is, yeah, because this is on a level of Theranos. Well, we'll see about that, my friend. It sounds like it is. Now, look, concussions aren't a joke for Prevacus, was. After a concussion was thought to have been sustained, a weird straw device was put in your nose, and a drug would spray into your brain to prevent damage to your axons, which release neurotransmitters and killing the neurons. Previcus changed that. So it's magic dust. It's magic spray dust. It's magic spray dust. It's very dust. If you told me this in a meeting,
Starting point is 00:09:19 I would laugh at you because it's fucking crazy. Then you hate science, my friend. So for the, Previcus video. So here you go, Dave. Suck this. Previcus has designed a nasal therapeutic which easily crosses into the brain. Once in the brain, the compound works through gene amplification to reduce the inflammation and swelling at the two sites of contusion. This action reduces headache, improves memory, prevents balance impairment, and prevents potential life-threatening
Starting point is 00:09:48 increases in brain pressure. That was it. It's actually longer, to be fair. I don't know, but that's so dumb. It's longer, but it's really... It's really... It's really... It's just a nonsense cure that's not...
Starting point is 00:10:00 There's no fucking way. No. All bullshit. 100% bullshit. All bullshit. And, you know, but he's a great spokesperson for it. Remember, he said he'd had thousands of concussion. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:15 I would buy a squirrel game more than I would that. Okay. So, like they said. It shoots the spray into your brain, and it amplifies your brain to reduce the swelling. Again, it's all BS. But that was the premise. Farve like it enough. Thought he could sell it.
Starting point is 00:10:34 So he invested $250K. So he'll go in on anything that he thinks he can sell. He is a business man. No matter how dumb it is. He's just like, I can get people in on this. And he probably thought, look, I'm a big NFL star. I can talk to all my NFL guys. I can go to the teams and convince me this.
Starting point is 00:10:56 Fucking, I don't even get in, exactly. Yeah. Kurt Warner, he's like wrangling his dudes into this. Yeah. And they are going like, Previcus sounds amazing, all this stuff. So far- It doesn't. Where's the testing?
Starting point is 00:11:10 It doesn't. It sounds amazing. Of course it does. It's not real. So Farg did a press store for the drug. Quote, one of the first questions I asked Jake when we met four years ago was, is this a product that can help me? Unfortunately, it won't.
Starting point is 00:11:22 But something has to be done in the concussion world and not just obviously with football, which is where most of the attention is focused. To have a product on playgrounds, on the sidelines, in a gym, and in a household that could stop brain swelling in its tracks, nothing short of amazing. We need to treat concussions, and we need to treat concussions now. They had never finished a clinical trial, but they thought by pretending it was a miracle, it would cause the FDA to fast track it and improve it. Now, you got to remember this was before RFK was invented.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Yeah, but that's also, like, that's, I mean, they did fake OxyContin, like, so they, they do bullshit. Montereil. This is my favorite. Just please, one more time, indulge me. To have a product on the playground is a great line. Imagine grabbing a five-year-old thinking he's got a concussion, laying him down on the wood chips, putting a hose in his nose and being like, this will be fine later. You don't have CTE. Ah, PTSD now.
Starting point is 00:12:25 Honestly. It's six on this hand. I, I, but they, but is Narcan out now? Because it sounds like they saw Narcan in there. Like, this is an idea. Narcan, Narcan was like, let's do that, but it affects stuff. So Farve wasn't just thinking about his own investments in Mississippi. He was thinking about Mississippi as a whole.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Yes. He said, quote, Mississippi made me who I am. Now it's my turn to give back to the place that gave me so much, end quote. That's what he said publicly. Called a Mississippi orang. Instead, though, Farrv was about to be heavily, heavily implicated in the largest public fraud case in the state of Mississippi's history. Don't you fucking say it. You got some bad news coming your way.
Starting point is 00:13:07 God damn it. His first opportunity to give back. Yes. Was his daughter's college. I feel uncomfortable. Which just so happened to be his alma mater, Southern Miss. Braley Fav was entering as a freshman in 2017 to play volleyball. Favd didn't love the facilities.
Starting point is 00:13:24 He wanted to help. He said, quote, these young women deserve the same quality facilities as the football and basketball teams. This is about creating equal opportunities for female athletes of building something that Southern Miss can be proud of for generations. Could you? So Farr, Dave, said he's going to take care of it. He wants to provide it.
Starting point is 00:13:44 He will help build it and find the investment to make it happen. Could you imagine having Brett Favre as your dad with, all the fucking dick-picked shit. It's like having Clinton as your dad. I think there has to be some sort of completely... I mean, you know, look at Elon's daughter. Handling it fucking great. You know?
Starting point is 00:14:07 Like, no, I think you have to... You have to be able to have either some level of full separate... Like, honestly, I'm not trying to be fucking crazy. but it's like being a Zionist you're just kind of like hey I'm gonna drink this Kool-Aid until there's none left because I can't fucking process reality
Starting point is 00:14:30 yeah it'd be pretty hard to process that and you can only imagine with the stuff that we know about far how much like how many times he actually caught cheating what that we don't even know about with his ma that again it's anecdotal and it was like a little harder for me to drum up like
Starting point is 00:14:48 but there are so many things about him cheating on her endlessly. Like when he was drinking and fucking on biking. Dude, he was like, he was like, he was in like Milwaukee bars like literally like be like show us your pussy like shit like that. Well, that's just going to a bar. That's just, that's, that's,
Starting point is 00:15:07 that's Wisconsin bar etiquette. And he had a plan, Dave, though costly. It was to be a 46,000 square foot facility with training areas, meeting spaces, offices, competition courts, and locker rooms. The total cost of Farr's daughter's volleyball facility, $7 million. So my feeling on this is that he's trying to buy back his daughter's affection and respect. I have no insight into that, but...
Starting point is 00:15:41 Because this is a dumb man's way to do it. I also think, well, you know, this is funny. He's a feminist in this one, too. The women deserve... Yeah, of course he is. Like when I think of feminism, like one of the top names. The women deserve great Wi-Fi and I can get all their numbers and be on a group text or I can send some stuff that Breilies on. The way we strengthen the women is to show them all our dicks and talk to them with our asses.
Starting point is 00:16:10 That honestly is something I had not even thought of that to what you're saying. It's also, it's like these young women deserve. It's like, bro. He's totally trying to. You're a big young woman guy now. Yeah. Well, how many, how many kids does he have? He has, I think, two, maybe three.
Starting point is 00:16:28 Are they both girls? Yes. Okay, so that's super fucking... That is super fucking complicated. That is just super complicated. Okay, so the facility is $7 million. Now, at that time, Mississippi had been granted TAMF funds. Sure.
Starting point is 00:16:44 Which were temporary assistant for needy families. Yeah. This was the Clintonian evolution of welfare. It was less about giving people money to eat and live and more about getting people to work for welfare benefits. The states were now granted the money to divvy out the welfare as they saw fit. What could go wrong? It's eugenics.
Starting point is 00:17:03 Mississippi was granted $96 million through TAMF, which made sense. It is and was our poorest state. Phil Bryant was the Republican governor in 2012 to 2020, and he was a big football fan. Fuck yeah, he was. And obviously, a big, Brett Farf in.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Actually, he had awarded Farv the governor's award for outstanding service to the people. They formed a friendship. Yeah. So Farve, Texas buddy. By the way, what is his, what is, what did he do for the people up until this point? Who? Well, he was given an award. Farve, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:37 For helping the people. What had he done for the people? Service to the people, yeah. Right. So what was his service to the people? Squar. Squar was big. Squire was big.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Squire was big. Again, and I can't have a, I can't emphasize. Remember J's before Wrangler? I cannot emphasize this enough. He actually, what far did it turns out at the longroom was he spread his butt cheeks and he just sort of talked through him. And that's funny.
Starting point is 00:18:01 When squore went under, there were thousands of squirrels they did not know what to do with. And he gave them all to girls. You've, and I'm going to be honest. That's a fact. I'm going to be honest. You've lost me. And I was on board for a lot. I don't even know where we are.
Starting point is 00:18:20 They had to, they had to farm squirrels to get ready for squar. So what are they? So then they had, then they went under and they had just farms of squirrels. So they had to, and so they gave one to each, each one was paired up,
Starting point is 00:18:33 was paired up with an orphaned girl. Okay. Now you've added stuff to what you said. And then, I would rather not hear more, but okay. Well, okay, so each girl then traveled across the country where there's squirrel.
Starting point is 00:18:48 By herself. For what? It's a contest. For what, what is the, what is, well, whoever got to Seattle first got to have a dad. Oh my God. You've become, I've watched you D evolve. That, you know what, Fox would do that show.
Starting point is 00:19:06 Yeah, for 100%. All right. So one of them gets a dad if they get to Seattle with their breadfire squirrel. It's called squar. Squarve. Squarve. So Farve Texas buddy, Governor Phil Bryant on April 20th, 2017. Shout out 420.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Quote, Deanna and I are building a volleyball facility on campus, and I need your influence somehow to get donations and or sponsorships. What do you have all the, what are you talking about? Buckle the fuck up. He has all the influence. He's Brett Favre.
Starting point is 00:19:35 The fuck up. Governor Bryant replies, quote, All in. One thing I know how to do is raise money, end quote. It's the governor. Let me just say, Will Clark is the best thing Mississippi ever created. What is he?
Starting point is 00:19:47 He's a baseball player. Governor Bryant had to be careful. So he hooked far up with some people that could help. John Davis, who was the head of the Mississippi Department of Human Services, love him. Which was in charge of TAMF. And Nancy knew who ran the MCEC, Mississippi Community Education Center, a charity organization. So Nancy was given millions as a conduit in TAMF.
Starting point is 00:20:10 She would use her charitable ties to help distribute it as she saw fit. But again, this is building volleyball court. and a volleyball thing. So it has nothing to do with Pampfant money. No. It's,
Starting point is 00:20:29 he should be going to private people who he should fucking know although he's probably all, he's probably a burnt bridges with score. But you, but you know the reality is that he should just fucking pay for it. Yes.
Starting point is 00:20:40 He has bottomless amounts of money at this point. He's, he's fucking 50. Yeah. Like, yeah, just pay for it and put your name on it. But yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:48 It's the Brett Farves. center for girls jumping up and down. But again, but again, the pattern, Brett Farrf thinks that he can get away with everything. On the football field, he can get away with throwing these passes. He can get away with pretending to retire, not retiring. Sending dick picks. He can get away with, like, going to other teams. He can get away with sending dick picks.
Starting point is 00:21:09 He can get away with soliciting people. Hold on. You cannot throw in the middle of all this. He can get away with going to other teams. Oh my God. I'm not saying. Dave, I want to be clear.
Starting point is 00:21:26 I want to be clear. I want to be clear. You spurned little lover. I want to be clear. I'm saying it's levels. And that was the step that loved him. That's not even wrong. It is wrong.
Starting point is 00:21:43 It is not. You get to go play where you want. All right, Goodell. I can't believe. This is amazing. Oh, fuck. That's so good. Now, shockingly, for a very religious person who followed the teaching of Jesus,
Starting point is 00:22:09 Nancy would barely give any money to those in need. She would dole out the cash to think she wanted to versus helping needy families. Thanks Bill Clinton for putting her in that position. Did you, did you, I mean, I'm sure you heard this story. We probably talked about it. but when this, when this woman decided to just call a bunch of churches in Texas to ask to, and she had a bit, a crying baby in the background. And she got like a recording of a baby.
Starting point is 00:22:33 Fake. Yeah, fake record for a baby crying. And she goes, I have, I desperately need, uh, food for my baby, uh, infant formula. And every single Christian church said no. She called like over 30. And then she immediately called, uh, Muslim mosques. And they all, I mean, they said, Yes, even like, can we drive it over?
Starting point is 00:22:54 Yeah. And it's like, yeah, because the Christians in America are just fucking the opposite of what it's supposed to be. But I would definitely say that that is not, that is. Not all Christians. Not all Christians. No, no, it's a southern white, Midwest white. What you hear those messages as well is probably some also sense of identification with being
Starting point is 00:23:15 underclass. Yes. That if you're in a mosque, you feel a level of that. that because I do think that the the more that you the more that you get into the way that truly the Republicans have co-opted
Starting point is 00:23:30 religion for their own benefit they have like contorted the Jesus thing to a place where you're just like what are you doing? No in their in their mind Jesus is like how do we make money? Like it's just crazy. Jesus was like the whitest guy ever and he was like let's fucking go where it's like Jesus won white and he was like what do you need? Everything? Let's go.
Starting point is 00:23:46 Yeah. But they're just like Jesus was a he loved trickle down. Here's the thing about Jesus. He thought when you bought property next to a beach, your property line extends 100 feet out into the water. Nobody can walk on the beach in front of your house. Now that's Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:24:06 Jesus was a NIMBY. Thank you. For good reason. Thank you. Jesus was known to, Jesus built a wall. It's unbelievable wall. And he wanted to keep everybody out. Jesus hated immigrants.
Starting point is 00:24:22 What they don't talk about is the last supper was $500 a plate. $500. Okay. And that's why I'm asking you for a thousand. Not a lot of people are talking about how Noah's Ark had on the back puss hound. Okay. Pus hound. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:41 Because Jesus. He parted as a pink seat. Okay. Jesus would hammer away. Jesus. Oh. So. So, Nancy's TAMF money went to fitness boot camps and Christian ministries.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I can't. I can't. And firms she wanted to help. She was spending fucking TAMF money on fitness camps. Shut up. She was also the owner of some private schools. So $700,000 went to those. She bought three cars for her and her family.
Starting point is 00:25:10 She paid for her son, Jess, to have $250,000 a year to be consultant. She was corrupt and frivolous. And you know what else she was? a graduate of the University of Southern Miss. So when its most famous alumnus came a knocking, Nancy came a listening. On July 16th, 2017, Brett Farv met with Nancy knew, and on the 18th, Nancy texts Brett, quote,
Starting point is 00:25:36 great to talk you through this. And Farv says, quote, Lockwise, Nancy, very much a pleasure to meet you guys. Here's a picture of my dick. Just so you know I'm serious. Every third text is a boom. Then John Davis texts Nancy and says, that Governor Bryant is quote
Starting point is 00:25:52 loving what we were doing. On July 17... It is so fucking like what she's already doing with the money is like executor. Like I am like the money is for people
Starting point is 00:26:07 having a hard fucking time. In Mississippi. In the poorest fucking state. It is, but this is just pure racism. It's all of it. Yeah. And it's also, it also shows you the,
Starting point is 00:26:20 insular nature of this because how that you buy like there there's a lot of stuff she did um there's an incredible book called mississippi swindle and there's tons of this stuff in there the i couldn't even get into the ted de biazzi brett de biazzi wrestler stuff but it all starts there they're sending these wrestlers to rehab facilities to help people like learn they're going there because they're drug problems they're going to new orleans on these trips. They're spent, they're like in two weeks in five star hotels. She is, she, there's a running back of Southern Miss who she felt like was wronged, bought him a house.
Starting point is 00:27:00 And on the check, I think she made it out to cash. Oh my God. This is coming out of this. So it's like the, the level of brashness that she is just kind of like dumb and dumbering the money is the entire campaign that has been waged now for decades against big government was just a way for all these crept fucks to privatize the end flow of money so instead of going through government departments to then build and create infrastructure and help people it goes into some fuckhead like this pocket Clinton that's it that that's all it was for I really have had my eyes open so much not that I was a Bill Clinton fan but the the Reagan escalation under Clinton is showing.
Starting point is 00:27:51 It's insane. It's like Reagan would be jacking off. Yeah. Because it was, it was slowly how you removed welfare. Obviously, you know, it's kind of paid for play shit here. But this idea,
Starting point is 00:28:04 and it was like framed as this, look, we as the big old federal government, we don't know what's helping people. So we're going to give it to this like, fuck, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:12 Yeah. So this lady gets it. And then she gets to fucking, yeah. There you go. She's fucking crazy. She's pushing. Thank God the people who need it.
Starting point is 00:28:19 Don't have it. Yeah. She's flow-rided right now in the strip clip. So on July 17th, Fav and Bryant exchanged text, Farv, quote, I'm not sure how we can help get this facility built for V-Ball, but you are the governor and on our side, and that's a good thing. Actually, a great thing. Bryant says back, quote, we can do that.
Starting point is 00:28:41 Just get me some numbers and I'll find a way. So the TAMF money will go to the university, and they can just build it. Again, Mississippi is our poorest state. July 26th, 2017. But just think about like a university and what it actually needs, particularly in a place like Mississippi,
Starting point is 00:29:00 all the fucking needs it has to help students in a million different ways. And you're like, what about volleyball center? I mean, literally the dumbest shit ever. July 26, 2017, Farrv hits a snag when the athletic director at USM tells Farv he is, quote, very leery of accepting such a large grant. Yes. Oh shit.
Starting point is 00:29:22 Farv tells us to Nancy and says, quote, got me very uneasy. On July 29th, Farv gets creative and tells Nancy a way to give his money is, quote, a PSA is one option that could be done quick and easy to put it together. I could record a few radio spots here initially. Whatever compensation could go to USM, end quote. So he's going to. try to get the public on his side to strongarm the university into making them take the money? He's basically trying to launder money in a few different ways because the USM director is a little and easy.
Starting point is 00:29:59 So he's saying, why don't you just pay Brett Farr of Enterprises money for me to do like a couple of fucking little radio spot speeches, whatever? And then I'll get that money. I'll do these fucking things. and then I'll have that money, and Brett Farrf Enterprises will donate that money to USM. He's really just trying to avoid paying because he's a piece of shit. On July 29th, Farrv gets creative. Oh, sorry.
Starting point is 00:30:25 Nancy knew like this and said, quote, yes, the first phase could be $500,000, and after September, we can renew, end quote. Her son, Zach was set to draw up the deal. Favv... Zach makes $250,000, but right. Far than has the balls to say, quote, biggest concern is time commitment, and quote.
Starting point is 00:30:45 But Nancy assures him it will be easy, quote, a few things here and there. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, stop. I know. Stop fucking talking. So he is swindling money from the government and taking it away from poor people and he's worried about how much a couple of PSAs
Starting point is 00:31:02 will cost him in time? Correct. Here's the deal. We, as dollb listeners, usually talk about people from the past. This man is alive. We can't... No.
Starting point is 00:31:21 You can't say that. We can't... We can hurt him badly. It's called a bounty, and you're not allowed to do that. We get pickup trucks. Six of them. We get... We pack them full of us.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Uses. We get heavy objects, bats. Things of that nature. You're not allowed to say this, though. We drive down to Mississippi. Here's what we do. No, no. Here's what we do. Here's what we do. No, I'm going to do the Democratic version.
Starting point is 00:31:50 We don't buy Wrangler jeans anymore. And we get to where he is. No. And we all hit his dick. It's going to be hard to find. Over and over and over again. Until he hasn't any. We're close.
Starting point is 00:32:08 We're close. Because what we saw in those pictures is, and again, I'm just going to talk you know, game film. I think he was he was trying to get his penis hard enough that it didn't look hard
Starting point is 00:32:20 but big enough. It's the in between. He's like, this is what it's like when it's just laying around. Imagine. Yeah, yeah. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:32:28 Yep. Okay, so Nancy, okay, so on August 3rd, Fav sends the funniest text to send considering I'm about to read it from public record.
Starting point is 00:32:38 Quote, if you were to pay me, is there any way the media can find out where it came from and how much, end quote. Nancy assured him. Nancy assured him, quote.
Starting point is 00:32:47 No, we never had that information publicized. I understand you being uneasy about that, though. Okay. So, guys, you're getting government money. They're going to be able to track it if they actually look into it. What do you? Hope they don't. What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:33:05 August 4th, Nancy texts, quote, wow, Jeddust just got off the phone with Phil Bryant. He is on board with us. We will get this deal done. Farve replies. Awesome. I needed to hear that for sure. November 2nd, Nancy Tex-Farv, quote,
Starting point is 00:33:19 I saw the governor last night. It's all going to work out, end quote. Farve replies, quote, I'm ready, end quote. Then November 6th and December 4th, the university has paid two payments of $2.5 million. Nancy and Brett wanted to thank Governor Bryant for all the poor people's money that had gone to the volleyball center that they would never be able to visit.
Starting point is 00:33:40 So they told them some good news. The volleyball center, they told Phil Bryant, would be called the Dewey Phillip Bryant Center for Excellence at the University of Southern Mississippi. There was, I don't know the doing part. Dewey Phillips? That sounds familiar. He's got to be a Mississippi guy. I mean, anyone named Dewey is. Yeah. I mean, really, it's your conscience saying, do we really want to do this?
Starting point is 00:34:09 Dewey Phillips. Dewey Phillips was an American discipline. jockey from Memphis, Tennessee. No fucking way. Note is the W.H.BQ. Radio show, red, hot, and blue. He was a pioneering American disc jockey, helping popularize the genre in radio airplay.
Starting point is 00:34:28 That's really weird. I don't know what's... That's right now from him, because he was one of the two first, like, big disc jockeys. So there was worry that this could be seen as wrong by the public. Wait, why? Or some law agencies in the state. The solution was...
Starting point is 00:34:42 simple. They added the words quote, wellness center to the building's name and that changed help. So Phil Bryant, Phil Bryant finds out that they want to do this and he's like, no, you can't fucking do that. That's crazy. And so then they go okay, and Phil Bryant
Starting point is 00:34:58 sends an email. It's basically like he sends like a PDF and he's like, you've got to change some of the wording of this. And basically, if it's a wellness center, it makes more sense to put TANF funds towards it because then it looks like it's actually a public service versus what the fuck it actually is. But, but yeah, but just
Starting point is 00:35:14 looks that way, but it's not going to be. It's just like, well, it's volleyball wellness. It's fucking volleyball. Wellness center. It's also like at a college. I can't go to it. No. Hey, I'm here for the wellness center.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Again, six pickup trucks. Yeah. Armed. Stop. We can get there. Wrangler. On December 27th, Farrve receives a $500,000 cash payment from MCEC. He texts Nancy New, quote, Nancy, Santa came today and dropped some money off.
Starting point is 00:35:44 Thank you. My goodness, thank you. We need to set up the promo for you soon. You're way too kind. I got to point out. I literally think he uses the wrong your every time. Are you serious? I'm not kidding.
Starting point is 00:35:58 And not on that. No, he's not being like, he just doesn't get it. He's no fucking clue. He's just a dumb. Nancy tells him after the holidays he can do the work. Quote, if we asked you to do something and you can't, it's okay. We will get it all worked out. While Governor Bryant was turkey hunting,
Starting point is 00:36:16 Farrve texted him the idea of, quote, prison industry possibly as a builder, end quote, for the lockers. Wait. Instead, Brian connected far as the cabinet guy and said, quote, I will pay for the work. Stop it. What? He's pitching.
Starting point is 00:36:33 Is he saying? He's pitching. That he's going to bring in prisoners to build the... No, no, no. What is he saying? He's suggesting the governor helps him bring in prison. He can't do it. Like how fucking evil?
Starting point is 00:36:46 Like how? Like he's getting, he's getting, he's in the middle of a scam. He's going to get a bunch of money. And he's like, hey, what if people work for free? Hey, wait, hold on. I got an idea. Slaves. What about slaves?
Starting point is 00:37:00 Hey, I have $150 million. What if I have slaves do it for free? Literally. For a volleyball game fucking center. For a volleyball center. For a volleyball. Dave. I can't.
Starting point is 00:37:16 I've known about this one forever. I mean, I have a long stand-up joke about Brett Farv, about all this shit. But as I got, like I said, Shad White wrote this book called Mississippi Swindle. And when you actually peel through this, it's... Well, it's so dumb. It's not only so dumb, it's so evil. And it's so enormously evil. It's like two...
Starting point is 00:37:44 to be involved with these people like it's welfare money it's welfare fucking money i mean that's going to help people eat and it's like you give it to this fucking 68 year old white woman who is corrupt and you go dude what do you think is right but again she doesn't want to feed the poor she especially doesn't want to feed the poor black people because she thinks well they could just be working to the point we always talk about it's a class issue And yes, most of the people who are in the class struggle are black. In Mississippi. In Mississippi, especially.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Okay. So, okay. So, but Phil Bryant, right, here's the prison labor pitch. And he just goes, I'll pay for it. Like, we'll do it 13. So Farth was super excited about getting it done. Farth texted Bryant, quote, it's third and long and we need you to make it happen.
Starting point is 00:38:38 And Brian wrote back, I will open a hole. May 28th. Whoa, whoa, whoa, we're talking about making it happen. We're not getting into the, oh, okay, sorry. I took that the wrong way. Again, you're talking to Brett Farv, so when you say open a hole, I'm thinking, I've opened a lot of holes, not on the field, you know what I mean? Yeah, it's fine. Okay, because press.
Starting point is 00:39:00 We're getting sexually harassed by somebody. Okay. Luke. Okay. So, May 2018, Nancy Tex-Farv, quote, I'm making some progress on our money needs. End quote. The next day, she texts, good news.
Starting point is 00:39:16 I have a little money for our project. $500,000. Do you want me to send to the athletic department or your foundation? The money went to Farrv Enterprises. In June 2018, he gets that money plus another $100,000 for a total of $600,000. So we now have $500 million for the volleyball stadium and $1.1 million to Fav directly. Was that enough? No.
Starting point is 00:39:38 He doesn't need it. Because, Dave. December 18th, December 2018, Previcus becomes a part for all of us. Finally. On the 20th. God damn it. Finally, we can sniff her way out of CTE. On the 20th, Barb Tech's Van Landingham, his partner, the guy from FSU, quote, text Nancy and include me if you want and basically ask her if she can help with investors, grants, or any other way possible.
Starting point is 00:40:05 Wait. She has strong connections and gave me $5 million for V-Ball. facility via grant money. Offer her whatever you feel like, end quote. And what he's saying is stocks. What? So now he... Super pay for money.
Starting point is 00:40:21 Even though he's gotten all of these football guys to invest in Previcus. Well, it's even outside of the football guys. He's got the $5 million that went directly to Southern Miss. He's got the $1.1 million that he was given directly to FIRE of Enterprises that he's putting in it. So it's 6.1. Now he's getting Previcus. involved. And his plan here as well is to get TAMP money for Pervicus? Yes.
Starting point is 00:40:44 Camp money for Pervicus and then he takes the Previcus money that he can and he puts that towards the volleyball stadium. And the yeah, of course. And and what he's offering her are stocks. So he's offering her and personally she gets stocks and even though the money is coming from Tamp and Phil Bryant. Both of them are getting big stock portfolios from Prevecis. Okay. So we'll get in a second. Okay. So soon after, quote, Farrf text, did you and Nancy discuss shares and commission, Jacob Van Lendingham?
Starting point is 00:41:17 Quote, we did briefly. She was all about it, graceful in saying she loved the cause and how much it could help kids. She has four grandkids. Farv, quote, I believe if it's possible, she and John Davis would use federal grant money
Starting point is 00:41:30 for Previcus, Farv replied. On January 2nd, they all met at Farv's house. Nancy, her two corrupt sons, Jacob Van Landingham, John Davis, and Farv. They were going to start to offer shares in Previcus for investment money from again our poorest state, Mississippi, the poor people's money. After that meeting, Van Landingham texted Nancy, quote, would 50K work for now? Of course, that's shares. Van Landingham to Farve, quote, Nancy did get approval now to take 50K in shares from Previcus.
Starting point is 00:42:03 I gave her the good shares. That won't cost her or have any tax requirement, end quote, Jacob Vanden Lamber. wrote. Farve wrote back. Now that's awesome. The next day, Van Lendingham, text Favre, and the governor quote, Governor, we had a great meeting with Nancy and John Davis. We are excited to be working together.
Starting point is 00:42:21 Thanks. Bryant responds. Very good. That's fucking Governor responding very good. It's fucking insane. So keep in mind, though, because this will come back. Keep in mind. Explicitly grant money. He has a meeting with Nancy New.
Starting point is 00:42:37 He's texting Nancy knew who one of two things he either knows that she is in charge of the TAMF distribution right or he knows that she is working with the

Individual results may vary based on a survey of Hymns customers. See Hymns.com for full details. So, uh, anyway, so Farrv now goes out there and he starts promoting this unproven drug to hype it up and make more money.
Starting point is 00:50:37 Okay, so this is this is Fav and Jacob Van Lendingham on Fox Business News with, what's her name, Bartorama? I want to point out very quickly, my favorite part of this clip is when Brett Fav nods.
Starting point is 00:50:54 He really looks like he has no place being there. He has no place being there, but every now and then, he's like, that's exactly. When we looked under the bigger microscoper. Doc here, but we don't know a great deal but but what what's important is that we treat it when it happens and and that's why we're here yeah thank you for being here and for opening this conversation up doctor can you tell us more about the names nasal spray that
Starting point is 00:51:17 you've developed how it works yeah sure can thank you the key is to try to get the drug into the brain to the target organ obviously as fast as possible but to have a drug that can be used for about 14 days as the sort of symptoms of concussion wax and wane. Make sure that we're treating it through the period of time where it's sort of rearing its ugly head. And therefore we don't end up with future problems like post-concussion syndrome or post-traumatic stress disorder.
Starting point is 00:51:50 And ultimately now there's a lot of talk about CTE out there where we're seeing a lot of early stage dementia, potentially from repeated blows to the head. So the way the drug works is you give it nasally, you can give it on the field of play, the battlefield and the ambulance on the way to the hospital, whatever it may be. But right there, the athletic trainer can give it to the football player, and it can go to work immediately because by giving it nasally,
Starting point is 00:52:16 you can get a lot of the drug real quick directly into the brain. And at that point, it diffuses equally throughout all regions of the brain within about 30 minutes. But the key to the drug really is it works sort of like three different drugs in one, because this drug diffuses into your brain cells. And those brain cells are, you know, very stressed out after the concussion. And it stimulates the DNA to produce three separate products that are beneficial to try to reduce these concussion symptoms. One is it increases anti-inflammatory effects. Number two, it increases the expression of a water channel, which pumps fluid off of the brain,
Starting point is 00:53:00 gets it back into your circulation, stops the swelling. And third, and probably most important, is it's a very powerful antioxidant. So it prevents that oxidative stress that occurs because right when you have that concussion, there is a reduction in blood flow. Yeah. And we really want to get that restored as quickly as possible because if you're not getting blood to the brain, oxidative stress is building up, and that's really causing more damage to the brain following the concussion.
Starting point is 00:53:29 I mean, over the years, we've learned more about this. And I know the mapping of the genome 20, 25 years ago at this point, has set us up. You ever been in, like, a pitch meeting where you are starting to, like, listen to someone else on your team of people? Yes. And you're starting to go, you're trying to talk yourself out of what you said. Yeah, yeah. Well, you watch Van Lendingham here, who, again, probably is, you know, a huge piece of shit and a moron. he's definitely like stop because he does say the NFL should bring it in and start using it in preseason for clinical trials.
Starting point is 00:54:06 That's what he says. Yeah, I heard it. How clinical trials work, obviously, is you do clinical trials in the public and just see how it fucking goes. Okay, so January 14th, Farv is on a high and he texts Van Lendingham, quote, this all works out. we need to buy her and John Davis and surprise them with a vehicle. I thought for John Davis maybe we could get him a raptor.
Starting point is 00:54:37 Farve texted Van Lendingham quote, call me crazy, but my goal is to take home 20 million when it's all said and done, end quote. This is so e-spowning down. Totally, totally, totally. January 19th, $1.7 million is agreed to be paid
Starting point is 00:54:55 to Previcus from Zach New, That's Nancy's son. Oh, my God. This money is to secure the future testing of the drug in Mississippi. And again, the company that he works for is just taking TAMF money and giving it out. Well, yeah. That's it? No, I mean, well, they are clearly they have some other money, but it's like a laundering scheme.
Starting point is 00:55:16 So wait, so this money is to secure the future testing of the drug in Mississippi. Which is like. Well, they have to do it in Mississippi. They're arguing it's a job creator. That spring, the money moves and is actually 1.85. So she sent 2.1 million total in-tamp welfare money to Previcus from Mississippi, again, our poorest state. So Farrve texted John Davis, quote, John, thank you very much.
Starting point is 00:55:44 I'm very proud to call you a friend. Have a wonderful blessed day. Farv, quote, Nancy has been awesome to me and has paid me $4.5 million for a $7 million facility. end quote. Why would you put that? This guy should put Previcus in his phone. That's just really amazing. But Dave.
Starting point is 00:56:05 He should have talked to the mafia before he did this shit. Dave, then tragedy hits. No. Tragedy hits. Things have been going so fucking good. Yeah, this is fucking great. We're happy. Everyone's winning. This is awesome.
Starting point is 00:56:19 Everyone's happy. Yes. It's awesome. There's literally no reason for this to go wrong. This is awesome. there's not one person who's not happy with how this is going down we were on such a low with squar score i wouldn't say a low we we needed score to get to previcus okay but it was a tough time it was tough it was tough i mean you look at the scoreboard we were down all the squirrels but then
Starting point is 00:56:45 tragedy hits the project with inclusion of the beach volleyball court requires another 1.07 million well wait i know who has that Brett farf he got four million No, he got $4 million. No, he didn't. No, sorry. Not to be a piece of shit. He got $1.1. Oh, he got $1.1.
Starting point is 00:57:08 The Southern Miss got $5 million. Oh, and who? Revecch's got like $2.1. How much is needed? I mean, it's seven was what we started with, but you can't find sand cheap. How much is needed now? We started $7 million, but it's going up a little bit, but it's going to find.
Starting point is 00:57:25 How much extra is needed? What do we need right now? about eight it's going to be a little over eight so we need uh another one million you said uh yeah basically and how much did breck get again brett personally 1.1 well far of enterprise it's not bret person okay so do you see what point i'm trying to make far's getting screwed no that far as the little guy and i'm not just talking about his weenie that's not the part i'm i'm saying he has the exact amount of money. He texts Nancy on May 15, 2019. Quote, I asked the college for an update on what is owed is over today. One million, 70,000 is owed. Of course, you can help out again, end quote. Nancy says
Starting point is 00:58:09 the number isn't too bad. That number goes up to $1.8 million, May 30th, 2019. Favtex again, quote, still confident. You can cover the 1.8 number, question mark, then to Van Landingham, quote, and she said it was all going to be taken care of until this morning. Suddenly she said, I don't think I can do it anymore. So now I'm looking at a big payout. By the way, he doesn't even know what payouts are. He's looking at a big bill. Payouts when you get paid.
Starting point is 00:58:36 You've been getting paid. This is a bribe. You've been getting payouts. This is a bill. I am looking at a big payout. Congratulations. I don't understand why. The sudden vibe shift from Nancy and Governor Bryant was because of Shad White, who I mentioned
Starting point is 00:58:49 earlier, a Mississippi State Auditor who had finally been investigating all of them. Thank you. He covers it all in his great book, Mississippi Swindle. Also, we should deft mention the work of Anne Wolfe who won a Pulitzer Prize for her coverage of all of this in the
Starting point is 00:59:04 Mississippi Times. I don't have it, but it'll be at the end with... I don't think there's a Mississippi paper. Anyways, Brett's getting to Mississippi paper. Anyways, our group of bandits now know that Chad White and his team are coming to them. Allegedly. February so okay I'll get into a second February 6th Fav wrote to Brian quote governor have you spoken to Tate so Brian's now out he's not getting the clue that when the money shut off something might be wrong he's just plowing forward as if he's just going to throw out of this it's worse okay yes all that but this is this is this is him now throwing interceptions so Phil Bryant is now no longer governor and now um now um uh
Starting point is 00:59:48 Tate is the new governor. Oh, my God. He can't do it anymore. So, but he's a Republican. So there's a whole lot of like, I mean, look, fucking Phil Bryant is caught up in this. There's a whole thing, again, I can't, like, it's a thousand text messages. But Phil Bryant is starting to text people at the auditor office now, distancing, maybe not the auditor office, but he's starting to text people who are investigating him.
Starting point is 01:00:11 And he's starting to be like, this Brett Farr's a loose cannon. What does he keep asking for? And Farrick keeps hitting up, like, are we close? And Bryant's being like, whatever. whatever. He's like trying to, he knows he's fucked, but he just can't, you know, exactly say it to him. He knows he being watched. He knows all this shit. So Governor Tate is now governor and Governor Taint is the new governor, so he can't be like, yeah, let's keep this going. So Brett Favreve is kind of on an island. He's fucked. But he doesn't know that. He's not picking up on the signals
Starting point is 01:00:37 because February 6th, he texts Bryant, quote, governor, have you spoken to Tate? He said it was going to, he said he was going to get with his team and figure something out. Brian just sent Farve link to the article that read, quote, largest public embezzlement scheme in Mississippi history uncovered. Farve said he knew about the news. Speaking of news, wait, he knew about it?
Starting point is 01:01:01 Yeah, he's like aware of it. Does he not think he's in trouble? No. Why would he? This motherfucker gets away with everything. Yeah, but he's... No, he... He's...
Starting point is 01:01:13 It would be one thing, again, to write a wax-sealed letter on horse back to Governor Bryant, but he's like, can we close this up? He's like, bro, bro, bro, bro, bro, bro, bro, bro. It's like showing up to Epson Island now. Hey, we get it.
Starting point is 01:01:32 It's Elon. Is the party still going close to now? I brought the mask. I brought the mask. Farve said he knew about the news. Speaking of news, he texted Nancy to see how she was and say he was sorry. She said, quote, thanks, Brett. That means a lot.
Starting point is 01:01:47 I'm okay. just politics and people. We are trying to stay above it all. We're trying to stay above all the foolishness, and we will. Too much good stuff to get done. I am concerned, though, that I might not be able to assist you in August as we had planned. No more texting. Ah, except to Van Landingham.
Starting point is 01:02:05 Her or him. Brett. Brett to Van Landingham. Quote, I still owe 1.2 for V-ball complex on campus and not sure if Nancy and John could keep covering for him. What in the fuck is wrong with this guy? Out of his mind. Does CTE also make you dumber?
Starting point is 01:02:20 Yes. Yes. Okay. Without question. It is full brain deterioration in whatever way. Because this is like spectacular. This guy got red. This, a fat, remember, I think I probably got a thousand concussions.
Starting point is 01:02:32 Right. Yeah. Yeah. Lost in all of this is that time that the whole ordeal came to an end. Farve was now a little more hyped on a pre-V-pro aloe MD cream. Thanks to the TAMF funds, this cream. this cream got made and promoted too. What?
Starting point is 01:02:50 It never got far, despite Favre and the company, again, this is Previcus. Oh, it's a Previcus product? Previcus is evolving. It's a sweet cream? I couldn't tell necessarily if it was after or before,
Starting point is 01:03:00 but I'm pretty sure it was after. And so Previcus is spending a lot of money on animal testing on this new cream. Sometimes you got to rub a cream on a sea lion. Well, during animal testing, it ended up killing a half a dozen beagles. Is that a lot?
Starting point is 01:03:14 Farv denied knowing any of that. How does a cream kill Beagles. Concussion. Quote, there is no way Brett didn't know about this going, there was no way Brett didn't know about what was going to happen with the testing, said the source
Starting point is 01:03:29 who spoke to FOS on condition of anonymity because of an ongoing investigation into how the welfare money was used. Quote, the testing was done because Brett thought he was going to make millions off the cream and they wanted to give it legitimacy
Starting point is 01:03:45 through the test. He was walked through every step of the process. The first dog test took place at a Missouri lab cost, and it was less than $40,000 according to details by the FOS. The theory behind Previpro was that it would be applied to the neck before the athlete competed in the sport. What? And it would fucking poor move itself to the brain
Starting point is 01:04:11 and control the inflammation that it would accompany the brain injury. two animal studies were conducted along with a test on youth flag football players all of which took place in 2019 they're testing it at the exact same time they put it on the beagles that died I guess they put the cream maybe they just put a ton on the beagles or they like shot it into its eyes or something
Starting point is 01:04:34 like the beagles died I don't know how you're killing a beagle with fucking cream it's crazy it's crazy it's just like death cream it's death cream but I mean look in this country we're doing a lot of beagle testing. I know. It should be done on prisoners.
Starting point is 01:04:51 Yeah. That should say yeah. We really need to set up camps where if you're a rich person, you get convicted of a crime, we do testing on you. You know what, Dave, I'll be honest. I've heard a lot of pitches of what we're supposed to do with the rich. And I think you might have just actually solved it. The rich are now going to be there to test the drugs and the things that will undo the damage they've done to us and the environment. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:05:14 the psyches. Yeah, there we go. So we will, sorry, Elon, you're now going to be, we're going to test hemorrhoid creams on your mouth. So is this done under the guise of it's bringing jobs to Mississippi? Or is it done under the guise of this is a health thing for? All the previcus money laundering was done under the guise, I think, of this is a job creator. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:42 That's how you get to do everything in this country. I don't think of Foxconn. Well, that's what they're doing with data centers, even though they're doing great jobs. It's literally a thing manned by robots in their luck, but it's going to create a job. You know what a job? You know what would be a great job creator
Starting point is 01:05:53 destroying data centers and AI? That'd be a fucking boom. Okay, so to be clear, FAR was given $1.1 million in speaking fees, address fees, ad fees. By the way. From Nancy? From, yes.
Starting point is 01:06:06 He never did him. Speak? He did like one or two. Well, he did say how much of time he's going to take. He's very busy. He's retired and he's got a lot of. bullshit and beagles to kill. $5 million for the volleyball facility straight up.
Starting point is 01:06:20 And now Previcus, in which Farva is a big investor, $2.1 million. So Nancy and her sons pled guilty in the case, and the case currently is unresolved, but they are paying back some of the money. Wait, it's unresolved? Yes. Fuck, here's the... I believe so. I might be wrong.
Starting point is 01:06:36 Yes, pay back to money, but you're also going to fucking jail. But I mentioned this in a minute, so it'll be redundant. But let's bring it up. What Chad White points out in his book, which I guess is kind of insinuated through this level of theft, is that you don't recoup. This is a $77 million scandal. You don't recoup. Did you say $77? The TAMP misspending funds is a $77 million scandal.
Starting point is 01:07:00 There was $96 million, I believe, total. Just Mississippi? Just Mississippi. Our poor estate, it got a shitload of money. So what he points out is that you are not going to recoup this money. No, you're not. You're not getting the 77 million back. No, but...
Starting point is 01:07:18 You're fining people. You're trying to get like whatever. But the thing is, is like, okay, and this will never happen. But the just thing is like... So China would execute them. Yes. We're never going to do that. But it really should be like, you partook in this crime.
Starting point is 01:07:37 Your penalty is seizure of all of your property, regardless of how much it is. you should have to for, if capitalism is all about keeping property and land and, and, and if it's a meritocracy, then it should be now you're stripped of everything. Brett Favre should be the poorest person in Mississippi. Yes. Based on merit. Yes. And you know how, you know how that U.N. woman has had her, she can't get a job. They froze her bank accounts.
Starting point is 01:08:06 She can't get a credit card. Like they just, they just froze her out of the financial system. That's what should happen to the people like this. Everyone's afraid of this, you know, the social credit score stuff. And again, I mean, it's obviously like this shit's crazy. We're in a crazy era, all this stuff. We should have a, it should be an empathy credit score. And your empathy score should be actually, it should be what we look at instead of the stock market.
Starting point is 01:08:31 And we should see which countries are leading in empathy. And these are the places that should be rewarded with fucking whatever you want to call it, funds or whatever we're doing. to make the world a better place because they are leading the world in sympathy, understanding, feeling connected, and feeling that love is everything. And like you've said to me before,
Starting point is 01:08:50 a pitch I'll never get over if we return the lands to indigenous cultures, I think we would have a lot better shot than living in the world of whiteness that we now live in. And I'll fucking care if these fucking,
Starting point is 01:09:03 the, uh, kill Tony people say, oh, this is pandering or whatever. This is reality. We are living in a situation where greed, and bullshit makes you the biggest and the best. When you look at Sam Altman, you look at Elon Musk, you look at Brett Favre,
Starting point is 01:09:18 you go, evil and greed is funding winning in this version. So the idea that you're sitting on a mountain dying because you're defending capitalism, because name a better system while you don't have fucking health care or water you can drink, you are a fucking moron. Yeah, moron. So. And yet I will keep defending it to my dying. And you love it.
Starting point is 01:09:38 I love it. So, okay, so, and to be clear, I don't, I think I, so, Fav, when he first gets busted, he calls Shad White, basically. He calls the auditor's office and he's basically like, hey, look, this is all bullshit, but why don't I pay back the money? I feel bad about it. He's the guy doing the investigate, oh, he's trying to, oh, okay. He's trying to save face and he's basically like, I'll pay it back. Like, I didn't know. I'll pay back 600, totally. He's paying back to 600,000, all this stuff. And he ends up paying back some of it. And Shad White, is like, I'm not going to have direct contact with you,
Starting point is 01:10:11 but yeah, I'll take some of it, whatever. But Farv won't pay back all of it. So Farv won't pay back the tax or the interest. Oh, my God, dude. Okay, on what he's done. And maybe the fine. So anyway, so Nancy and her sons pled guilty, whatever. And when they plead guilty,
Starting point is 01:10:29 the case is unresolved, whatever. They're paying the money back. On the day that she pled guilty, Farrf texted her, quote, The Anna and I want you to know that we're thinking about you and praying that all is well. amazing Farve State silent
Starting point is 01:10:42 I want to know Deanna's deal Bro The shit The shit she is We're talking about David Miscavage's shit I mean it's like
Starting point is 01:10:52 It's like Cheryl Heinstein's 100 Like she's She was a big Um Like celebrity in Wisconsin Adjacent to Parv She was always by his side All this she stood by and by everything
Starting point is 01:11:06 When she had breast cancer it was huge. It was like Wisconsin people were like donating to it was like they we again I mean all bullshit just how we love politicians or whatever but we were all like the Farves. So yeah it's really weird to be like what is your deal? Yeah what is your deal? It has to be into it a little bit. Has to be. Um so farv stayed silent but eventually spoke up quote on the scandal. I've been unjustly smeared in the media. I've done nothing wrong and it is past time that I set the record straight. No one ever told me, and I did not know that funds that were designated for welfare recipients were going to the university or me. I tried to help my alma mater, USM, a public Mississippi State University, raise funds for a wellness center.
Starting point is 01:11:50 My goal was, and always will be, to improve the athletic facilities at my university. So in that, he's saying he has no clue. That is the defense, but as you heard over and over again in those texts, this is, Farrf did know that it was wrong and that was shady. And come on. He knew he paid back some of the money when the story first broke, but he still owed interest and tax on some of it. And as of 2026, the civil repayment suit against Farr's still active. Farv's former Trump lawyer has delayed, obfuscated, and threatened to keep the case going glacially. $828,000 represents less than 1% of Brett Farve's worth. Less than 1%. So the media took note of this story And many, many found it to be as awful as it should be viewed as
Starting point is 01:12:39 Pat McAfee condemned it And Shannon Sharp said, quote He stole money from people that really needed that money He is taking from the undeserved You've got to be a sorry mofo to steal from the lowest of the low Farrth sued both of them Oh my God Pat apologized on his show
Starting point is 01:12:55 And Shannon let the case go to court where it was thrown out Farrve also sued Chad White He was the head of the investigation That case also might know her fucking God. The stadium was built and is great. And the Eagles, bro, the Eagles are crushing it. All right.
Starting point is 01:13:13 We're bringing it in for a landing, Dave. Please. You ready? He made $140 million in salary during 20 years in the league. Probably $250 total with all endorsements. Yeah. In many ways, Brett Farve will remind you of Trump, which is probably why he is a big Trump fan.
Starting point is 01:13:31 He has endorsed him multiple times. and said Trump, quote, had the country in a better place, end quote. Well, Farrve had it all and never got snagged in too many legal issues. His family and his siblings were not so lucky. His brother Scott was involved in a car crash where his friend died. Scott was drunk at the time and went to court. He was found guilty and should have been sentenced to 15 years. But for some reason, Dave, the judge gave him one year of house arrest.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Oh, my God. But even that proved too much for Scott, who broke house arrest to go out on a family holiday fishing trip. He was caught and sentenced to the original 15 years. Wait, wait, wait, no, stop, stop, stop. When you're on house arrest, as far as I know, you're not supposed to fish. No, there's a, there's a loophole for fishing. No.
Starting point is 01:14:17 And that's the only loophole. It's not like work or whatever. It's you can fish whenever you want. I really, I'm Mississippi, maybe. I'm never, but maybe. No, that's everywhere. You can fit. It's definitely not everywhere.
Starting point is 01:14:28 No, in L.A. County, you can fish in the L.A. River. You can fish if you're on. The L.A. River is prison for fish. If you are listening right now and you are at home and you are by law to remain in your home with one of the ankle at things, you can
Starting point is 01:14:44 go fishing. You're out of line. Just trust me on this. You're way out of line. I'm a lawyer. So he was caught and sentenced to the original 15 years he served under a year and he eventually got pardoned by a governor. Oh no! Wait, Tate or is a different state? No, same state, different governor.
Starting point is 01:15:00 I can't remember who it was. Brett's sister Brandy was involved in a drive-by shooting and also meth cooking. What the fuck? In 2011, she was, quote, charged with possession of two or more ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamine and generating hazardous materials. She was later released after posting a $40,000 bond. Okay, I didn't put this in there, but this neighbor comes over to where they're cooking meth and knocks on the door. He's like, something smells funny. And the guy who's in charge goes, we're making pork chops.
Starting point is 01:15:27 This guy's like, horse chops are a little betty. Out of a Fedron. This is a great example of why he's a fucking piece of shit. Like, you take care of your peeps. You got 100 mil. Yeah. Well, look. I'm imagining he didn't help anybody out.
Starting point is 01:15:45 No, he definitely had influence over his brother's case. No, but I just mean like they might not, they might be helped out of not being in those situations if they have a more comfortable life. Yes. Because often, you know, being in a difficult situation. leads you to lives of crime just because of poverty and the stress and everything else? I don't disagree at all. I mean, I don't fully know, but I mean, I definitely think like, you know, he, yeah, I mean, he, these, none of them should have been struggling, but I mean, I actually
Starting point is 01:16:18 don't know, but, um, okay, uh, but it's older brother. Did you ever think that maybe Brett killed his dad or? No. Come on. The possibility. Everything's on the table now. Um, in 2004, Favre was called to the Waits and Means Committee to discuss the scandal in Mississippi. Well, but, okay, this is where, this is one of the things that I want Democrats
Starting point is 01:16:41 to take over Congress and prosecute right far. Go ahead. But that's all that. He's not going to be prosecuted by Republicans. No. Maybe a Democrat will. But no, no, no Republicans are going to do anything. Well, at the, at the thing, I mean, it's, it's Republican.
Starting point is 01:16:57 I mean, it's what you'd expect. Yeah. Republicans are like, I've been down now in a lot of races But I never had to do what you had to do It's like literally like that the whole time And they're just what Kyle Kalinsky would call a hot stone massage They are just endlessly like sort of
Starting point is 01:17:12 How many Super Bowls did he win? One So he's just barely ahead of Marino Yeah But winning one You only need to win one No You only one no
Starting point is 01:17:24 You're just not It's just not It's not all this with one It's just fucking not It's not I'm anti-Bred Farr. I know, I know, but I'm saying it's literally not all this with one, two, it's just not. It shows you the, I mean, look, there's no Super Bowls that justify this.
Starting point is 01:17:43 There's not. No, I'm not, but I'm saying the acting like people are great when they've just had one champion, I'm sorry, I just do not, I just think, when you get to multiples, I'm like, yeah, you're, You know, we talk about a general strike. if people just stop watching the NFL 100% we would completely shut down everything we would have so much power
Starting point is 01:18:05 if we said the NFL sports but the NFL is the district it's the circus and we can barely afford the circus now but it really is and but they're like I mean I think the Dodgers are the greatest symbol of this right now
Starting point is 01:18:22 because because you have this massive Latino fan base and motherfuckers making money off of put I think he finally sold off but making money off of fucking ICE detention centers donating to ICE you're not doing all this shit and they're still just like yay team
Starting point is 01:18:43 and you're like what's your fucking cutoff when do when do we just go because you're right there's actually so many different places we could just go hey we're all going to pull out of this one thing and kill it's not even get it's not looking in the streets phenomenal Doing what France was phenomenal. But not watching the NFL would be so much more effective. We didn't watch the NFL and use Amazon for two weeks.
Starting point is 01:19:04 Yeah. For two weeks. I know you're right. The whole thing would just be like. They would be like, what the fuck? They'd be shitting. If they had 10,000 viewers. They lose their fucking mind.
Starting point is 01:19:12 Lose their rights. Even if just conservatives watch the NFL, they would be fucked. Never forget. Godell is the son of a senator. The dollop is brought to you by Quince. And it's a hot stone massage, like Kyle Cleans could say.
Starting point is 01:20:47 He made himself the victim and revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's. Sadly, I also lost an investment in a company that I believed is developing a breakthrough concussion drug, I thought would help others. And I'm sure you'll understand why it's too late for me, because I've recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's, what I've said. A few days ago, this is literally last week, a few weeks ago now, a few days ago, a cameo made the rounds that showed Favre deteriorating quite badly. Hello, everyone.
Starting point is 01:21:17 It's Brett Farr, former Packer. Speaking of Packers, I want to congratulate and thank the Collective O, Packers, Mexico for bringing Packer fans together nationwide. I want to invite everyone to the official photo shoot on September 13th at 12 p.m. at Palacio del Balas Artiz in Mexico City. By the way, Mexico City is a beautiful city. And then after that, you can go to the kickoff watch parties.
Starting point is 01:21:54 Yeah, good. No, if he is not going to face justice, then I want it slow and terrible. That's how I want it. You're talking about empathy. I got none for this shit. But there are people who would probably say, like, look, maybe Bradfair is just not a good reader. Maybe he doesn't know how to do cameos. No, that's a fucked up, dude.
Starting point is 01:22:15 I've seen him talk before. I can prove it. Because on cameo, he has been more eloquent at times. Hey, Gareth. I understand you're a huge Packers fan from Wisconsin, but you live in L.A. now and have a tattoo, Packer logo tattooed on your arm. You're legit.
Starting point is 01:22:41 Anyway, your friend Charlotte wanted me to wish you a very happy Milwaukee day. Didn't know there was one. But I've heard of old Milwaukee day. Not really. Tell Jose the cat. I said hello and enjoy L.A. And go pack up. Take care of my man.
Starting point is 01:23:10 Be safe. What is really crazy to me is... That I still feel good when I see it. We could probably do cameo. Oh, yeah. But there. Yeah, why is he? Not going to charity.
Starting point is 01:23:25 To me, yeah, I mean, maybe for charity, but. No, but I'm saying his is not going to charity. No, that's what I mean. Like, but we, we've talked about it. We've been like, ah, it just seems like, it just, while people might want to do it, it still just seems like, eh, kind of gross and weird. I mean, look, we might do it at some. Look, we're on YouTube.
Starting point is 01:23:43 It's like, we're all in the South Pole. We don't, we don't need it. No. Like, when you see, you might see us doing at some point, because maybe things aren't going that well anymore. This motherfucker has $100 million. Well, and again, it's not going to charity. It's not going to charity.
Starting point is 01:23:58 We know that. It's not going to charity. It's not going to charity. Why, like... So it does show you, though. But I know so many people are doing this. It shows you, again, we've hit it a lot, but capitalism is the issue. Brett Farr grew up extremely poor.
Starting point is 01:24:14 He had one bathroom. He had a bayou where his dogs got to eat. He had nothing. He had nothing. Very little. he got dosed with what money makes him feel like to the point where at the end of his career, he stole money from the people who needed it around him, just like his family would have needed
Starting point is 01:24:32 if there were tant funds back then. He stole it. He used it. He lied about it, and he stole a fucking cameo. Look, I'll be honest. How long ago was that? The one I just got?
Starting point is 01:24:43 The one you... Ten years. Ten years, yeah. Yeah, no, he looks very different now. But again, look, there's no way, like you said, there's no way he's not fucked up from CTE. from getting that many concussions. He's really fucked up.
Starting point is 01:24:55 Yeah. And that's Parkinson's real bad. No doubt. And this is him or McMahon that got like driven into the ground? McMahon. McMahon. Who's McMahon? It is sad to see someone hurting, someone in pain, clearly sick,
Starting point is 01:25:07 especially after giving people a career of sports highlights. But that still should not let us lose sight with clear facts that over and over again, Brett Farve did that to other people. The women whom he were harassed, looking for sex, the careers he ruined, the poor people who never got a break or help because he and others siphoned their money so that they could have more. This is the thing that Shad White covers so well in his book. This money isn't recouped and it isn't given to those who it was meant for.
Starting point is 01:25:35 They don't get it back. They just, it's gone. And Mississippi stays the same. Or maybe this is all put a little more succinctly when it's said by Jen Sturger, who released this comment after the Parkinson's diagnosis. Quote, PSA, please don't send me link. to it. I've seen it. I can read. I don't wish bad things on anyone,
Starting point is 01:25:55 but I know karma never forgets an address. Imagine being diagnosed with such a terrible disease and not having the resources to fight it because some Hall of Fame quarterback stole it. But you know where you should go? The Wellness Center at Mississippi
Starting point is 01:26:10 Southern Minnesota Minnesota Miss. Get a fucking volleyball. Yeah, no, Jen's a real one. She's fucking, I'm very impressed with her. But yeah, he's I don't care that he is suffering from Parkinson's. And again, if he is not going to be able,
Starting point is 01:26:29 going to be made to face justice, then this is, as she kind of put it, this is justice. This is a form of justice for him. It's karmic. But I will say, the last week or so, and when we are recording this,
Starting point is 01:26:45 the outpouring of sympathy for Brett Favre is pretty enormous. people feel terrible for Brett Farr, people think he's suffering and it's sad and people... They're wrong. Not enough people know about this. No, they don't. And isn't that the problem?
Starting point is 01:27:02 I mean, he did do it and got away with it in a time when it is like an avalanche of that. But fucking Biden was in charge. Well, I will say not to fucking defend Biden, the Shad White stuff, Biden has a has more of a you know they're more there definitely is a more constrictive nature to when Biden is in office versus Trump obviously it's not enough. No, it's not. But this is when you have a high profile case in which someone does this much just blatant.
Starting point is 01:27:49 fucking crime, you have to prosecute it and you have to go at them fucking hard. When it's a high profile, you have to. And this was 2022 when Nancy New went to court. So Fav by the time Biden was out, he should have been in jail or had to deal with whatever settlement or whatever. Farv is extremely Trump. I mean, he's super Trump-coded. you know, sport sport is not only a distraction from like our general world,
Starting point is 01:28:24 it is a distraction from the crimes and misgivings of those who play it and those who give us those moments. I mean... People are forgiving of the worst fucking things. I am a... Listen, the reason why when we start this, you're going, oh my God, you're a fucking homer is because this guy was my fucking childhood.
Starting point is 01:28:41 I mean, I remember the game Brett Farf came in and I genuinely was like in love with him. I really do remember his going away press conference, and I was fucking crying. I remember the game that Joe Montana came in. Yeah. So you remember these people. They imprint on you, and sports gives you this. It's even now with like streaming and all that stuff, sports is the only live event.
Starting point is 01:29:02 It's like there's still something about it that's just different. But the NFL has absolutely no standard for taking people out of the fun. When Ray Rice punched his wife on camera, the NFL, people need to remember this. I do. The NFL saw the tape and they didn't do anything. Anything. I mean, they might have suspended him for a minute. I can't remember exactly.
Starting point is 01:29:24 It was a very small slap on the hand. They gave him a light suspension. Then the video got released publicly. Yeah. And the NFL banned him. Yeah. And he was never signed by another. I don't think it was a lifetime ban.
Starting point is 01:29:35 But because he hit his fucking wife so fucking hard, the NFL saw it, was okay with it. He was allowed to continue playing. When it went public, then his career was over. Yeah. So the NFL has no problem, people who hit women, fucking abused children. Well, Deshaun. DeShon Watson. That was the year I banned.
Starting point is 01:29:58 That was the year I boycott it. I mean, the guy, settlements for rape with 23 fucking, again, masseuses. 24, I believe. 24. And then he's fucking playing for the Cleveland Browns. The beauty is he's been horrible ever since. So, I don't know, it's. You get, you just.
Starting point is 01:30:16 get to especially with like everyone gets to get away with crimes in america it's clearly just a place where you get to do crimes but the sports guys are a level above it's fucking gross like mike tyson it's dude it's there's an endless list and i don't know and for me i hated brett farv when this started and by the end of it i'm just like what do you hate the nfl i've always hated the nfl and it's like it's like my drug dealer Okay, sources. Let me point out real quick. The Mississippi Today, that's the reporting by Anna Wolf. She won a Pulitzer Prize. An awesome writer. Mississippi Swindle, Shad White, also huge in this last episode. Starting point is 01:31:48 The thing is, he just takes a licking and keeps on ticking. You know what I mean? Yeah. He takes a licking and keeps on dicking. I mean, he is a special, special fella. Boy, I have really fascinated by his wife. Yeah. Anyway, there you go.
Starting point is 01:32:04 Yeah, that was terrible. Everything's bad. Okay, people are right. Now we're done with the show. So people are saying, give us butt, Dave. I'm not giving you butt. link at the camera for the chat Oh my God

Starting point is 01:32:52 Zach did it. Compare Dix when you get back. Like, so he's... Luke is asking you to talk out of your butt like Ace Ventura. Is that possible? No. Like, that was never on the table. That's off the table. That's a no.
Starting point is 01:33:07 Why would that ever be on the fucking table? That's off the table. 100%. Have people met me? Yeah, I met you a bunch of times. I met you in 99. This mouse doesn't work, Luke. There's a lot. There's a lot of ladies saying, I give us, but, Dave.
