All right. Welcome back, everybody. Well, I already kind of had a pre podcast because we spent so much time talking before. So I could do a big old intro here. Most of you guys know my guest on site. He is a five-time international bestselling author. But listen, we're boys. We're not going to get all that. We don't need to. You'll hear from the conversations. But this is my good friend and well, well-known peptide expert and expert on so many other things. Jay Campbell.
Dylan, what's up, brother? It's such an honor to be here.
man, this is a long time coming.
You know, and I were talking back in Olympia last year,
and we're like, do we got to do this?
And, you know, it's not your fault.
It's definitely my man.
I've been traveling so much internationally and just been all over the place.
And I've really, this is literally, bro, no exaggeration the first time that I've been home
for more than seven days in three and a half months.
So it's just been a whirlwind with the launch of Bio-Longevity Lab.
So anyway, it's an honor to be here, thrilled, humbled, privilege.
Let's rock this.
No, and I know, because I can tell by how much more I've been talking to you lately.
I knew, man, and we both had a lot going on.
I'm just going to say a couple things that I'm going to get into the questions with you,
just so the audience knows.
So, I mean, most people that listen to me know, I started doing this in like 2011.
So I've been doing it a very long time.
And, man, I have so many different experts and people that know everything and do this and do that.
And look, I was one of those assholes, too, you know, when I was younger.
I thought I knew everything.
But what I can tell you is this.
I've met a lot of really smart people.
I've let a lot of people that are really full of it and a lot of people that just regurgitate stuff.
And when I met, I told you right when I met you, I said, where have you been in my whole life?
I ever met you and why did I take me this long to meet somebody that I was so much like?
But in actuality, and I don't give, I don't say this lightly, trust me, because it's hard for me to compliment because I just, I think people do it too easily.
You have some of the best content. And I'm not just talking like video content. I'm talking.
and yours is amazing, but I'm talking, I've went through and sifted through and looked at what
you write and what you teach, your protocols, your books, your methodologies, and the genuineness
in which you come across. And that's why I love you so much. It's a combination of everything,
but I just want everybody to know, like when I met you, I immediately told my wife,
and I still told her this morning. Your wife's amazing, by the way.
Thank you. I was like, man, I just love, I just love Jay. So I just want this, the backstory and people
to know, like, how much respect and how much I just admire what you do and actually look at it and go,
okay, I can learn from him because I don't have a lot of people that I do that with, but you're
one of the people that I learned from and I, I don't steal from, but I definitely add to the knowledge
bank.
So first off, man, I receive that and I'm humbled and honored.
And trust me, I'm very grateful.
And as I always say, when I received something, I reflected back to you, I feel the same
way about you.
I've known about you for a long time.
It's just, it's a weird thing.
sometimes this space where like, you know, people just kind of let people roll and do other things.
And I know you've done an amazing job.
I mean, you're even before me, dude.
I mean, I like to say I'm an OG.
I started my podcast in 2000, the same time Rogan started his podcast.
And I've been, you said it.
I mean, I've been out there just banging the drum, making content, writing books, posting articles online.
Many of which, as you know, just like you have been shadow man and suppressed and blocked.
And, you know, this earth doesn't want the truth, bro.
you know that people prefer to be lied to so the kind of stuff that we put out is always cutting edge
it's always tip of the sphere but at the same time it's so gray because we're so far ahead of the
mainstream that like they they block it you know it's suppressed and if it's not blocked and
suppressed it's just a lot of people don't understand it and so you know how it is with human nature
like if they don't understand it they usually ridicule it or shame it or whatever it is so like i really
am grateful that i've been able to really essentially withstand the test of time and
And just gradually and methodically, I like that word that you used already, just build an audience
and build a following.
And as you know, like you do, we're the same.
I mean, like, we're not for everyone, bro.
No.
Like, we're very authentic and very unfiltered and we tell people like it is.
And if you're somebody that doesn't like to hear what it's like or how it is or the
true, I'll just call it the truth, then you don't like us.
You know, so I've made my share of enemies out there.
But like, like I said, man, I have just as much, the deepest, utmost respect for you.
And I've been waiting to do this podcast for a long time because I know you know your stuff.
And like I said, I'm really, really honestly proud of you the way you've gone about building your brand because you've done an incredible job.
And you are an OG.
So, you know, this is a meeting of two really awesome collective minds.
So I know this podcast is going to be awesome.
I appreciate it, man, so much.
And I should have prefaced that before we started.
We are not going to tell you what you want to hear.
We're going to tell you what you need to hear.
And that's the only way that people that actually care about you go about it.
As you and I have said to each other many times now, the average, because let's just be honest, because you and I are just straight shooters, the average person in our space is an absolute scam artist.
Yeah.
And they lie to your face and lie to you and act like, like you said, regurgitators.
They, you know, they listen to somebody else's podcast or read somebody else's book and they go out there and they start talking about shit.
And nowhere is it more obvious today than peptides.
Right.
Because everybody acts like they're a peptide expert now.
It's absolutely insane.
There's like women and men who are literally like been using peptides for six months now coaching people.
Yeah.
Gosh, dang, man.
It's the truth.
The TikTok experts, the webmds that are everywhere that just read an article and obviously know everything.
I mean, it's just, it's insane.
It really is, dude.
It makes it difficult on us.
And then there's just people that just, so here, listen to this.
I just put up a short.
It was a 60 second short.
And I just,
because methylame blue is so popular, right?
Just make a quick rundown to what it is.
And I get a comment like five minutes that it goes,
I see you gave it into the affiliate code gods.
And I wrote back and I said,
could you tell me where the code is that I left or what?
There's no picture of any product.
It's just me sitting here like this.
And I'm like, what?
But that's how jaded people are from all.
That was the point.
And he's saying that.
People are jaded from all.
all of the people that are scamming and doing all this.
I'm looking at the street code.
What? What are you talking about?
It's crazy because people like me and you, truthfully,
just all we can really do is create content
and then not go down the path and read it
because we'll get sucked into the vortex of just insanity.
I know. I don't, you know what?
I don't read.
I like to respond to comments because I believe that you should help.
100%.
For those that are deserving of a response, definitely.
Yeah.
But if you say something to me now,
Like I tell my wife, if I wake up in the morning, I'm thinking about your comment, I got my own issues that I got to do.
You know what I mean?
Like, I'm only 43, but I've been getting it for 15 years.
Like, man, you can literally say anything to me you want.
And I literally don't care because I have a life, a sweet life and like, you know, I don't care.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, so, okay, let's start with how you start.
because everybody's story kind of crazy or something happened or something along the way.
Why, first of all, you started a podcast so early that I would have never dreamed of at the time.
So, like, what's your trajectory?
What's your path?
Like, who was Jay before all of this?
So, dude, Jay was the oldest of nine kids, former college basketball player, you know, got kicked in the testicles at 29,
still playing in competitive men's league in, like, a men's league in Los Angeles, open men's league in Los Angeles,
you know, got checked out of the game.
About six, seven weeks later, started to the game.
feeling run down had no idea what was going on. Now, I took care of myself, but I was not using
performance enhancement. I was not doing anything other than maybe like some rip fuel and stuff.
And I went to my doctor. At the time I was working as a sales rep for the Los Angeles Times in
Southern California. I lived actually in South Pasadena. And as you and I know, there's no coincidence
as only synchronicities. This guy recommended me to a world-class endocrinologist not by the name
of Dr. Raymond Scruggs. And he measured my testosterone because he was like,
you're only 29 years old, you shouldn't be this run down.
And I had a testosterone level of 240 or something on all those lines.
I don't remember it's a long time ago now.
But, you know, geriatric levels.
And he said, look, I can put you on therapeutic testosterone.
And I can have you right as rain in seven, eight weeks.
And at that point, you can decide whether you want to come off of it or stay on it or whatever.
So anyway, I went home, asked my fiance at the time, who's long gone now.
Shout out to Kelly.
You know, I said to her, hey, are you cool?
If I do this, I explained to her pros and cons.
She was like, yeah, you know, we didn't have any kids at the time.
So she was like, yeah, let's do it.
And so sure enough, he sent me the shots.
It was therapeutic testosterone, like 60, 70 milligrams of shot, three shots a week.
And I started taking it.
And he was exactly right.
Like seven or eight weeks later, I felt like a new man.
I mean, I was literally private pile, reborn and get hard.
And I went to see him.
I went to see him.
And he was like, okay, I'm going to take you off.
And I was like, whoa, I'm not coming up this.
Like, this is life changing.
So at that point, I just became this like, you know, voracious student.
of testosterone, hormones, you know, underground performance enhancement.
Peptides was like three or four years later when Ippermrelin came into the seed.
And so I just became this like super student.
And at that time, Dylan, you remember it was everything on the internet was first off,
the internet then was curated.
It was only people like me and you.
There were no fucking retards on the internet.
It was really smart people sharing awesome information and nobody used their real name.
You remember those days.
We all had handles.
Right.
So it's like I learned from amazing, super smart.
smart bros and chicks who were really just down this path of like, you know, biohacking themselves,
you know, real OG biohackers. And so I learned about PEPTADs. I learned about therapeutic hormones.
About 11 years past and a lot of my people in my inner circle were just like, hey, dude, you know so
much about therapeutic hormones, you need to write a book on this. And obviously I had a very
impressive physique. And so whenever people would ask me, by the way, you know, you look great. What do you
do? I'd say, oh, I use therapeutic testosterone. And at that point in time, this is like in the mid-2000s,
you know, people, mid to late 2000s, people would look at you, would be like, steroids.
I know.
Or they would be like, wow, that's fascinating.
Tell me more.
And so the fascinating tell me more people kind of won out.
And eventually I decided to write a book.
This is going, I'm fast forwarding now to about 14 years later to 2012.
And I reached out to Rick Collins, who's a friend of both of us.
And I said, hey, Rick, like, and he didn't know me from Matt.
I mean, I was a nobody.
I was at that time, my wife and I owned a residential real estate team still in Southern California.
We were modestly successful.
But, you know, I had written a white paper because I'd known so much about testosterone.
And I said it to him in an email.
And the guy, you know, being Rick, he's such an amazing guy.
He didn't know me and didn't have to.
But he responded right away.
And I asked him, I said, what would happen if somebody like me who's not a non-medically licensed person would write a book on therapeutic testosterone?
What would be the risks?
And so he emailed me back.
And first off, he said, hey, you're white paper because I had a physician paper.
It was like six or seven pages.
It's really good.
This is impressive.
He says, but I got to be honest with you.
you know, there's a chance that you could get in trouble if a senator decided to go after you
and looked into you and found out that you were using, you know, underground testosterone or whatever,
then, you know, it could be a case against you. So he kind of scared me, but it was just typical
legal talk. At the same time, I set the same white paper to Nelson Virgil, who is the author
of testosterone a man's guide, and then Rick, not Rick, but Bill Luella, the guy that wrote the
antibiotic steroid handbooks, never heard from Bill until years later, but about four months later,
And by the way, I shut it down as soon as Rick said what he said, Nelson Virgil sent an email to me.
And he was actually in his native country of Venezuela.
And it was the middle of the night.
And he said, I don't know who you are, but your paper is amazing.
I want to talk to you.
You need to put this book into the world.
And I still, I mean, I always tell the story because I remember where I was with my wife.
It was like the changing moment of my life.
We were coming back from a listing appointment.
And the email came in.
It was like 9.30 in the morning.
We had an early morning listing appointment.
It was from him.
And I said, holy shit.
Nelson Vergo wants to talk to me.
And she's like, who's Nelson Virgil? She didn't know, you know.
And I'm like, well, just when we get home, I'll call him and, you know, we'll talk to him.
And so anyway, I called him and he was like, hey, I really want you to write this book.
I can help you. I can coach you.
Don't worry about Rick.
He's just being an overprotective attorney, blah, blah, blah.
And so he helped me and basically helped me write the book.
And it was the first book came out a year later.
It was called the definitive TRT manual.
It blew up on Amazon.
It was, you know, international bestseller.
Did really well.
A lot of people used it, especially doctors.
And I had some doctors that coached me, you know, and gave me a lot of, obviously, insight in, you know, certain things about, you know, lab ranges and stuff like that.
And it just made the book much more scientific and medical and clinically.
But it did really, really well.
And, you know, to fast forward a very long story from there, I started making rounds at, like, medical conferences.
I started eventually getting, like, becoming a guest lecturer or guest presenter.
And then I wrote a bunch of other books, dude.
And then, you know, the internet blew up, I think, in like 2017, 2018.
I started my podcast.
I left this off.
I did launch a website in 2014 called TRT Nation.
Not TRT Nation.
TRT Revolution.
I'm thinking of T.
I'm thinking of T Nation, but TRT Revolution.
Eventually we changed the domain to TOT because it was TRT testosterone replacement therapy
to testosterone and optimization therapy.
And very shortly within two years, the website was getting like 18 to 17 to 19,000 people
visiting a month.
It was like the number one site online.
for testosterone information.
And so I decided when that was happening to also launch a podcast.
And that was, again, like, I want to say it launched an early 2015 or late 2014.
I can't remember.
I'm sure I could go back on my website and find out.
But it was a good 10-year run.
And eventually, I went to Peru in 2019 right before COVID.
And I had a transformational experience.
I didn't do plant medicine or anything, even though I've done that a lot of times in my life.
I didn't do that.
I just had this amazing experience with my wife and two other two other people, another couple that
went with us from our real estate team. And I just decided to grow on the way back that I was going
to change the brand from TOT revolution to J-Camp, you know, because I was like at that point,
I'm like, you know what? I'm so much more than just this testosterone guy. There's way more about
me and I don't want to be pigeonholed into testosterone. And a lot of people that were, you know,
in my circles, you know, some of the people that work for me technologically were like,
dude, you're insane. You've got this huge brand that you're building, you know, you're
the TRT guy. Everybody knows you for that. You can't do that. You're going to jump the shark.
But I was very adamant because of my spiritual nature and also what happened to me in Peru.
I was like, you know what? I don't give a fuck. If I lose those people, then it was meant to be.
But I'm more than this TRT guy. And so very truthfully, everything I imagined happened and more
people found me because of the spiritual stuff. I started talking about raising your vibration
and getting into consciousness and all that stuff. And that just like really, really amplified.
And then, you know, in 2003, a bunch of people, it was really in middle of 2022 during COVID.
A lot of people are like, dude, you know so much about peptides.
You got to write a book about peptides.
And I was like, oh, no.
Peptides is great market, underground.
You know, I don't want to put that shit out there.
You know, I don't want people to know that I know that much about it.
But eventually the people that were smarter than me won out.
And I wrote the book.
And it came out in the end of January of 2023.
And, bro, honestly, as you know, that was the time where people were looking for healing from the Vax.
Yeah.
And it was just in the right place at the right time on Amazon.
I already had a big name because of my previous books.
And it just exploded.
And so all these people started reaching out to me about peptides.
And, you know, the last two years have just been a gigantic whirlwind.
You know, I made a ton of courses.
You know, I partnered with Hunter Williams who you've met.
He's a great guy.
And we've just blown up into the consciousness, you know.
And honestly, I really wish I could say it's my content is that good.
And it's not bad, but it's just right place, right time.
You know, it was just all those people are.
looking for another form of healing and peptides represented it to them.
Well, I mean, you're being a little humble there because your content is super legit.
I mean, it's one of the only ones that I really trust to go to for my own personal when I'm kind of
yeah, I mean, you know, we've got to learn from each other too.
And it's hell.
100%.
We've got that.
You know, I didn't know that you played college basketball.
I also did as well.
Now, I got-
often, man, where did you play?
Division three.
It's this little school here called Simpson and then N.
I at Grandview, but I broke my back twice, like vertebra.
Well, that's awesome, dude.
I played NAA, too, and then it eventually became Division 2.
So I was at Georgia Southwestern in America's Georgia.
We went to the NAA final four two years in a row when I was there.
Is it, yeah.
Were you a point guard or two?
Two, two.
You just think me.
Yeah, that was a hybrid.
That's awesome.
The injury accumulation, I finally just, I just don't play anymore because I'm so.
Dude, I was the same way, dude.
My ankles were so bad.
True story, I stopped playing after my senior year.
Well, middle of my senior year, I said, fuck it.
I literally went to my coach and I was like, dude, can I just at least keep my scholarship?
And he was like, yeah, you busted your ass for four years here.
Yes.
So I didn't play.
And I never picked up a basketball again for six years.
And this is a true story.
I was literally walking on Venice Beach.
This is, it's like right out of a Woody Harrell, you know, white man can't jump.
Yeah.
I played there.
I was with my buddy and these two chicks that we were just kind of like pursuing.
And somebody on the street, you know, on the pickup court, the ball.
just rolled over to me.
And I just like picked it up and I was going to fling it back to him.
And I was like, you know what?
I'm still in good shape.
I mean, I was obviously training and stuff like that.
I was like, you know what?
I just threw it up and bounced it up and just went and got it and like, bam, and dunked it.
And all the, you know, all the brothers that were right there were like, damn, we should
pick that fool up.
You know what I mean?
Like it was, it was kind of hilarious.
But I was like, oh, fuck, I got to start playing basketball again because I could still jump.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I shot of basketball, dribbled a basketball, did shit for six years.
And so, like, I got the fever again.
And then I started playing in pickup leagues.
I met some dudes.
That day, I met one guy that day.
And he got me involved in some men's leagues and stuff like that.
And then, honestly, bro, like, once I got on testosterone, I played another four years.
But like you, you know, the injuries, dude.
No.
And you got to worry about the other people.
It's not you.
It's the other people.
100%.
100%.
Low bro in you, taking your legs out.
Yeah, dude.
You know what?
It's just, dude, how do people, how do guys like us keep playing in their 40s?
It's insane.
What are they doing?
I'm happy to do the 80, 90 minutes of cardio a day that I do.
100%, dude.
100%.
The wife's asking me, we're going to play pickleball tonight.
She wants to play so bad.
I was a tennis player, and she's intent on getting smoke.
So I'm just getting.
That's awesome, dude.
That's totally awesome.
Yeah, pickle balls like all the rage.
But, dude, I still see guys all the time that are in their 40s playing basketball.
And then before you know it, they're literally getting the lamb in neck divies in their back, bro.
I'll tell you a quick, quick story.
And I've kind of gotten into it.
this with you, but I haven't. So I got into a lot of trouble when I was younger. And when I went to
prison, I was there. And when I first got sent to the actual, actual prison, right? I had no
news and they just give you steel toe boots. And mind you, I had been locked up for a while before.
So I hadn't cut my hair. So I had really long ass hair. That's awesome. And I'm in there.
And I walked in. I got these steel toe boots on no like jeans, because that's all I had right
when I got there. And the saving grace I had right when I went there was I went straight to the basketball
court. I had, like I said, I played in steel toe boots. People were called me Gasol when I walked
on it because I got traded to the Lakers and I had the same kind of hair. And I just went in there and
started just running people. Straight ball and that's awesome. He's just played in college.
What state was that? Iowa. Wow. Yeah. And that right off the jump, I got in good with everybody.
Everybody was wanting me to play. And that just made it was like, I don't want to say it was smooth.
I like nothing like that. No, when you're in the hole or when you're incarcerated.
nothing is smooth.
It just went a lot easier for me after that.
Awesome.
How long are you in the hold, because I've been incarcerated too, but I was never in prison.
I was only in jail in Vegas for six days, and I was there.
As you know, everybody's in for something they didn't do.
Yeah, right.
I know.
Well, I'll tell you this, I had a 15-year sentence, and I did two.
Wow.
Yeah.
And, yeah, so I did two, and it was too, too many.
But, yeah, it and I had five years parole, perfect behavior that let me all.
up in one and so I did ended up doing three I guess you could say three but that's awesome man
taught you the greatest lesson right I mean about life I just started from scratch at 30 years old
living in my mom's basement 13 years ago with nothing with yeah a little ass TV that I bought
at sears when I got out that's awesome man that's when I started that so that's how I got into all
of this and that's when I learned about the forums and I started making the videos and
that's awesome man I had to start from scratch
And that's, you know, it's where we're at.
What happened to you?
We just pop for like bust selling drugs or some shit like that?
I was a fashion model after I got hurt with basketball.
And I started traveling.
And all I did was like modeling Europe and everything.
And then I started partying all over the world.
And I couldn't keep up with the lifestyle, man.
And I was starting to sell cocaine.
Yeah.
And that's like guys like us is always is the way.
Usually it's like a gateway.
You know, you get into something.
And then all of a sudden you're like, I can't keep up.
And I got a hustle.
And the hustle is like selling.
And then you can't.
get popped in your dog your toast and it was you know i've got every last thing i deserved i don't
got anybody to blame but sure sure i wouldn't have met my wife i got sent to maui that's where i got
broke because my parents had moved there that's awesome man meet her i don't do what i'm doing now
no exactly dude everything that happens to us in life happens to us for a reason and the truth
is is that we can either look at the opportunity for growth and evolution or we can
stagnate and attach to the negative pain of the association.
And that's,
and that's,
I'm not talking about this all the time.
That's 85% of humanity.
They're down here in this red root chakra.
It's not my fault with a victim mindset,
you know,
it's like they don't take ownership for everything.
I mean, dude,
I literally,
my 15 year old daughter,
I have 17 and 15 and then I raised a 28 year old,
26 year old and a 23 year old.
And I tell all of them that everything in life is their fault.
Yeah.
And my wife,
hates me using that term because it's a negative term, but I like that term because they will
associate that they are personally responsible and accountable for everything that happens to them.
Even the shit that doesn't quote unquote is caused by them. They're still responsible.
What are you going to do? Figure it out. That's right. That's why I can't stand like,
and I don't, we're not going to do politics at all. I'm just going to make one point. All built
in excuses where it's something about your gender, something about your race or something. So then
You can't ever get criticized.
You can't ever get critiqued.
And then you've built an excuse for simply being inadequate at what you do.
That's right.
What I mean?
Right.
100%.
As soon as you criticize somebody, it's got to be because of this, this, or this.
That's exactly right, dude.
There's no accountability.
And for me, there's no respectability because you don't have any for yourself or anybody else.
That's why I was to say 100%.
You're 100%.
I agree.
I mean, I don't agree.
I know you're right.
I mean, 100%.
And I will say that our society.
society is going south fast now because kids literally as you know everything is a comparison culture
it's all social media they look at the screens they listen to the screens they let the screens
lie to them and then they compare themselves to somebody else on the screen and you and i both know
that everything they see on the screens have if it's not a half truth it's a full lie exactly so it's like
if that's what you're modeling your life off of you're in real trouble it's true i mean the best you and i
can do right now is going 4K because you're seeing us who we are.
We can't fake these things.
Yeah, dude.
Yeah, I mean, I'll take my glasses off and this is what I look like.
But I mean, like, yeah, dude, I mean, it's true.
It's 100% true.
You know, on Instagram, every single kid under the age of 20 is using filters and AI in themselves
and doing all kinds of insane shit.
And it's just building this fraudulent, fake world.
Yeah.
Nobody knows who really anybody is, dude.
I know. I know. It's wild. Okay, so check this out. I'm going to run this by you and we'll talk about the evolution of, let's talk about the evolution of like research chemicals type of.
Yeah. That's an awesome conversation. Yeah. So, okay, when I got started, this was 2011. It wanted me to start making videos on steroids, which at the time, I just get on a prison. So I was like, whoa, no, I didn't. So I made sure legally it was okay to talk about it. So I start doing that for them.
And then they come to me like a month into things and are like, okay, we want you to start looking at these.
And it was a research chemical company and it was doing SARMs and peptides.
Which one was it?
Which company was it?
Dude, I can't.
It had a shamrock on it.
It was in England.
It was overseas.
And it's awesome, dude.
I probably know what it was.
I've seen a lot of them.
The first one that was really big in America was Southern Research Company.
Do you remember Southern Research Company?
I remember, oh, man, there was another one.
It was called peptides, but they had the best S4 I've ever used in my life.
But anyway, okay, so I got fascinated immediately with SARMs.
Now, at the time, the only SARMs you could buy, MK2866 and S4, and then MK 67 is not a SARM.
No, it's not.
It's a small molecule.
Yeah, but it was sold as a SARM, but the only places that had, it were like two places that had it was like $500 a bottle.
By the way, now I'm selling it as a peptide.
It's not a peptide either.
Exactly.
And that's what's funny about all of this.
Right.
So I run those and what they did to me, after I ran them, I dedicated all my studies to that.
And I admittedly like I studied the peptides, but at the time, there was like seven or eight peptides.
Yeah, there was nothing out.
There was Ippermerellin, GHRP 264, and some other bullshit, you know, growth hormone and agonist peptides, which you and I both know were garbage because they just blasted cortisol, blasted prolactin.
maybe you got an hour of
in heightened GH but as you know those things
would just make you hungry and you would raid the
refrigerator and fucking fall down
face plant because you were so
hit with cortisol ravaging your body
it's true I ran
melanotan too and I lived in Maui
and it was the worst experience in my life
you were literally an umpalumpa
dude I was so embarrassed to
leave my house
because I got so dark so fast
you know I mean
because I was my whole life was
go to work and then go to the beach because I couldn't do anything else. I was on parole.
When I started running that, first of all, it made me throw up every night no matter with the
dog. Horrible shit, dude. Every single night. And I'm talking within 30 seconds. And so that was a
bad experience. But then that was it. Right. So I mean, there was now there's thousands of peptides,
but at the time, it was under 10. Yeah, exactly. And so we've evolved now and evolved and evolved and evolved.
So when you started and looking into it to what it is now, I mean, I don't think a lot of people when they look at a catalog have a fraction of a clue of what they're looking at.
No, they don't do.
There's a few group of people like, you know, in our biohacking and doctors that are naturopathic doctors.
But generally, even if you go to a clinic, now what do you get?
CJC1295.
Cerer Allen.
And everybody in their mom knows about BPC and E.
Exactly.
And TB 500.
Yeah. And wants to act like an expert on it.
Well, let's talk about where it's evolved.
Like, let's talk about how, like, we're talking about mitochondria health,
about Alzheimer's and things like that.
And some of the things that you found that are, like, amazing to you and some of the things that are BS to you.
I'm curious.
Yeah, no, it's a great question.
I mean, let me give you a little context, too, because, like, I remember going to A4M in 2014.
And that was when Taylor made had their first ever booth.
And, you know, Taylor Made was the big compound pharmacy from Prestonville or Nicholsville,
one of those places in Kentucky.
And I just remember it was my first year there.
Actually, it was my second year there because I started in 2013.
So like I said, this will be my 13th year in a row there.
But it was the second year that I went.
And I was with all these famous doctors and the owner of Empower Pharmacy, who's a good friend
of mine, Sean Norian.
And we're looking at this Taylor Made booth.
And they've got all those peptides, this novel peptides that you were talking about.
like nobody even knew what they were right like they had probably a list of 40 peptides in their
boobs and again this is in 2014 and like you said maybe eight to 10 were known and even the ones
that were known were like niche people like us you know like fringe fuckers like us that knew
about peptides and sarbs and so i remember just looking at these guys thinking holy shit they got
the biggest bowls because they're just giant medical conference with all these quote unquote
illegal gray market peptides and they had some sarms out there too and i was just like wow
they're going to get shut down. And I just remember talking to all those doctors thinking, man,
this is going to be their last hurrah.
Right.
And then fast forward nine years or eight years later, and they blew up the world and they changed
the medical and the clinical space because they were the ones that brought the fucking
peptides to the mainstream. But to your question, peptides now is really truly evolved.
And what I mean by that is, like you were saying, is like you've got all these amazing
neutropic peptides. You've got these, you know, the real rage now is obviously mitochondrial
optimizing or mitochondrial stimulating peptides. You've got SS31. You got MOTC. You've even got
stuff that's coming. You've got the memetics like SLU P-P-P-332, which is a very powerful mitochondrial
optimizer. Obviously, you've got urolithin A, which is a small molecule. By the way,
Sloop is a small molecule too, but they're sold as peptides. So it's just getting really, really complex
because it's harder for people, I think, to understand, like, how do I stack a GHI? I,
mispeptide with a mitochondrial ophthalmising peptide or you know when do i use this peptide versus this
peptide and Dylan you know what's happening is like there's so much information and a lot of again the
signal the noise ratio is the noise is way higher than the signal there's too many cop you know complete idiots
you know moms housewives dads who've used peptides for six months claiming their experts coaching
you know nothing and they know nothing like you said i mean it's like half of the internet now but
most people, because of the overwhelmed,
they hear about peptides from their aunt's brother's, uncle, sister's cousin,
and they want to use them, and they start reading about them,
and maybe they find my book,
or maybe they find Seeds book,
or there's some other books that are on Amazon now that are pretty good,
and they start reading them,
and then they just get this mindset of like,
I want to do all.
I want to do the brain.
I want to heal.
I want to get rid of my fat belly.
You know, I want a bigger dick.
I mean, it's just, it's nonstop.
how insane it is and it's like these people want to use 10 to 11 peptides at once dude
I know for 10 or 11 different things and it's like no man and so like you know my message my
mission today is like when somebody asks me first of all I don't do any individual one-on-one
coaching anymore because I just it's a time waste you know I mean everything is scalable for me
but the reality is if they email me and it's a really good question I'm going to respond to them
I mean I get like you I get a lot of messages but most people today are just so caught up
me overwhel. That they don't really even know where to start. And it's the same shit of where to
start when you were doing this in 2011 and I was doing this in 2013. And it's like, first off,
what are your labs tell you, right? Like, do you have a hormonal deficiency? If you have a
hormonal deficiency, I don't give a fuck what you do from a peptide SARM or fucking small molecule
standpoint, you're not going to get the same results as somebody who's hormonally optimized.
So I'm always telling people like, start with the basics.
You know, are you living insulin control?
You know, are you regulating your carbohydrate consumption and remaining metabolic and flexible?
Are you lifting weights and doing cardiovascular exercise?
Are you sleeping six to seven hours a night, right?
Like, those are all the foundational principles.
And if people are not doing that, who gives you shit what you and I tell them about
psalms or peptides or fucking hormones?
They're not going to get any kind of results.
You've got to have the basics dialed in.
And I just think that because there's so many amateurs, bro,
telling people about peptides who don't even know anything about them other than what they regurgitate or hear
from people like me and you. They literally think they're magic bullets. And they think they can just start
taking these things willy-nilly and get results and none of them ever do. And then they come out into
the marketplace and they say Jay Campbell's a scammer or Dylan McGilley's a scammer or blah blah is a scammer.
And it's like, dude, you don't even have the basics. And so that to me is the problem. Whereas
15 years ago when you and I first started doing this, you didn't have this problem.
Because people listened.
They followed regular instructions.
They exercised.
They trained.
They ate right.
They slept right.
They weren't listening to Instagram or fucking Andrew Huberman or like you said, some TikTok scammer.
Right.
And it was just an easier place to be for people to learn and pick up knowledge from smart people.
And now, again, dude, you said it earlier.
Like the average 20-year-old kid, man or woman, how do they know where to get their information?
dude. Yeah, it's terrible. It's terrible. It's impossible to sift through. It, it, and,
and people do fake reviews. They do. I mean, you know, I've, I've done this for several
different research companies that have hired me to help them fix their problems. And one of the
things that, that you see, and you know this, go attempt to do like an SEO search and you type in,
and now Google's kind of modified things, but there would be companies that put out like 25
freaking press releases that are all fake.
and that rank at the top saying that they're insane.
And so when people go search, they think they see that.
And you know, it's not just SARMs and peptides companies.
This is done.
It implies that everything I look up for Christmas or something that I look up.
It's fake everywhere.
But people don't know to read the fine print at the bottom of where it came from.
It says it's from men's fitness, but it's not from men's fitness.
It's so hard for young people to find real information.
And so it's like.
Guys like you and me, we have to continue to put our videos out.
We have to continue to educate.
And all we can do is just hope that the smart people, because again, the dumb people won't find us.
They're not going to get there.
They're going to break down before they get there.
I mean, dude, I've been saying this literally since I started educating people on peptides since 2022.
And I literally said this, and I believe this.
And I know I'm sure you're going to agree with me.
If you do not have 100 to 105 IQ, you should not use peptides.
Seriously, you're not going to be able to reconstitute.
you and me cannot teach you no matter what we give you whether it's a peptide calculator
or hand instructions we make a video for you we even god forbid call you on the phone or do a fucking
face time call with you if you're not smart enough to understand the basic math required to
reconstitute a peptide you can't use a peptide no and that's not a disc that's just no it's not
a this dude it's just the truth yeah it's just a fact and look we all got to learn we all had to learn
but it didn't take it course it did how do you learn you learn by injecting yourself exactly but if you
can't follow a simple calculator or five numbers and then look at it but that's the problem is you and i
we talk about this whenever we see each other up society is getting dumber and dumber and dumber and bro we all
know why it is it's not people's fault i mean of course it's their fault because they don't learn but it's this
yeah this exactly people literally this is this is the information imagine being a
an 18-year-old kid and saying, Siri, Google, Alexa,
blank, tell me the answer.
And then the screen lies to them, and they do no research.
They use no critical thinking or discernment.
Bro, imagine this.
We were talking about this this weekend.
It was me and Chris and Dom.
Dude, the young kids, they don't even think.
Dude, how many times do you say I to respond to our questions, dude?
You get people that'll argue on the go, well, Google it.
We'll Google it.
And I'm like, what?
What?
People, this is insane, Dylan.
Half the people that you and I talk to on a day and day outpaces right now
don't even think to respond to us.
They use AI.
I know.
I know.
And I can tell when it's being used.
You think about how insane the world is that people cannot even use their brain
to think a response to you and me.
They literally, and remember, the screen does it for them.
I know.
Because before they can even think,
it pops down and says, use AI to respond or AI response.
It's insane, bro.
What do you think this is doing to people's brains?
When I was in school, the best thing that we ever had was a general calculator.
Exactly.
To actually calculate it.
You had to do work.
And we thought we were cheating doing that.
I'm talking to standard calculator.
Like a graphing.
Think of me, dude.
When I was in college, we didn't even have computers.
I had to go to the card catalog in the library, have a lady go to the doy, go to the
Dewey Decimal System and check out a book.
But see, but here's the thing, dude.
And again, this is not a diss, like you said, for young people,
because they could become way smarter than us if they put their minds to it.
But they're all so fucking lazy.
I know.
They don't do any work because they allow the screen to do the work for them.
And you and I both know the screen fucking lies to them.
All the time.
Can you imagine?
Can you imagine, like, so I delivered food in high school and there was like no
GPS or nothing.
So, like,
Can you imagine that you didn't have a cell phone either when you were already?
Like, what did you do?
We used the Thomas guide to get around.
You had your Mavs.
There was no navigation.
You had to use a Thomas guide.
I literally, when I was in Italy modeling, I walked around with a math, like a regular
ass.
100%.
And we fought the lines and like, look, you know where it went, and that's how we figured it out.
I know the Thomas Guide in California, and I used the mountains as my geoposition.
The mountains were usually north. The ocean was always west and you could figure everything out from that. But dude, these kids today, if, I mean, dude, we could go on all day. We should probably talk about some biohacking stuff. But I mean, society is broken because these kids do not know how to learn.
No, I know.
Well, let's do this.
Tell me this, because I am very curious about this because, you know, there's so many different benefits now with peptides.
I think that, too, and I wanted to point this out, one of the reasons the peptides didn't take on way back was because they didn't give bodybuilders enough size or like, no.
You know, that was always the argument with SARMs was like, oh, they don't do what Devaldo, what Winstrel does.
Right, right.
Now that it's so prevalent.
And then this makes it way more mainstream.
Because when you start talking about body building and stare at some, dude, you're talking about a niche group of bros.
Exactly.
Right.
But peptides are literally for everybody.
Exactly.
So what is, I'm curious, what is some of your, like, let's say your top three right now, like your current favorite favorites for whatever the purpose.
I don't care what the purpose is.
Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, for sure.
So, I mean, like, so right now, like most people in America, not us, of course, but the average person in America has a.
fucking fat loss or a metabolic issue.
They have insulin resistance.
So the GLP1 peptides, and the three primary ones that most people know about, really most
people know about Cymaglutide, which is obviously Wagovi, and they know about Tursapitai,
which is Manjaro or Zepound, stage one versus stage two GLPs.
Now, these are foundationally, fundamentally life-altering peptides, not just because they help
people with weight loss.
They change brain patterning.
You know, they eliminate cravings.
they eliminate alcoholism, they eliminate obsessive compulsive disorders.
Dude, they eliminate food noise.
Right.
The problem with them is that the average doctor who prescribes them is a quack
and doesn't understand their use other than that they give them a high dose.
So what I always say in pharma versus research, we start high and go higher, right?
Because we want to line the pockets of pharma.
We want to line the pockets of the physician.
Whereas in research, we teach people to start low and go slow.
So there's like a huge divergence of like doing.
this right and doing this effectively versus doing this for health and longevity. And so if you're
going to use a gLP, which again is probably the number one using peptide right now for most people,
you have to use a microdose, you have to start low, go slow, assess your tolerance,
figure out which one of those three. And I didn't mention red at a trutide and I'll get to that
in a second. But you have to figure out what your dose is and stay low for a while and then clearly
live the lifestyle. Now, 90% of people who use these gLP pepestine,
are not living the lifestyle. And they're still getting weight loss because obviously they stop
eating because of the appetite suppression is so effective. And then as you and I both know, four to six
weeks later, they have absolute hell repay. They got thyroid damage. Their metabolism slows down.
They lose their hair. They get Wagobe face, Wigovie neck, Wagovi ass, all the shit that you hear about
with the muscle wasting. And all of it's true. But all of that could be avoided if they were counseled
initially how to do this right and how to do this right is using a microdose eating enough protein
right lifting weights and doing cardiovascular training living insulin controlled and sleeping at night
and again dude the average person it's tough to sleep you and i have sleep problems there's so much
fucking wifi and emf and dirty you know frequencies and you know contaminated food contaminated air
contaminated food water i mean it's everywhere but the average person on a glp is not being
counseled correctly. So a lot of negative press, you know, a lot of the celebrity doctors go on
and say they're horrible and they're bad for you. I mean, I saw Ben Pocleski talking about how GLP's
raised resting heart rate and fat people. And you know what? They do. But guess what? A fat person
shouldn't be fat. So it's like if you want to lose weight, then your resting heart rate does have to go
up. I mean, how the fuck are you not going to lose weight? I mean, I love Ben and I've been on his podcast many
times and we're fucking close friends, but I saw his video tonight and I'm like, Ben,
like, what are you talking about? Like, it's not unhealthy for a resting heart rate and an obese
person to go up. They have to lose weight. There's only one way they're going to lose weight and
you've got to accelerate their heart rate and GLPs help them do that. But you can't expect their
heart rate to stay where it was when they're fat slabs, when they're using a GLP and improving,
increasing their movement patterning. So, I mean, there's just so much nonsense, bro, about
GLPs, but that's my favorite needle mover right now for most people. Now, I want to mention Red
at True Tide because Red of True Tide is not FDA approved, as you know, but it's massively all over
the place in the research community. We're now calling it GLP3 because Eli Lilly is coming after the
people selling it because it's still not FDA approved. But anyway, GLP3 is by far the most profound
drug, and this is a strong opinion, but obviously I can support it with science. It's the most
profound drug in the history of medicine, probably since Pennsylvania. Because it has a
has this incredible ability to slow down, excuse me, to increase resting metabolic rate,
to suppress appetite, to increase brown, adiapose tissue, white fat formation, and also do,
it improves insulin sensitivity and nutrient repartitioning. So if you clean up your act,
live insulin controlled, eat enough protein, eat clean carbs, lift weights, you're going to be shredded.
It's like, there's no way, regardless of your genetics, that you can't lean out and massively
change your body composition. So again, you've got to follow the leader and follow the right
things to do from a protocol standpoint, but it's a profound drug. The other two drugs are two
top peptides that I would say that I'm using now and that I really like is one of them is SS31.
And SS31 is really an amplifier peptide. It's literally one of the most powerful mitochondrial
optimizing peptides in existence. It's actually dirt cheap comparatively to some of these other
peptides, like the GOPs are three to four times as expensive. But it does so many great things.
And let me explain, like, if you're on therapeutic testosterone, if you're using an insulin,
you know, memetic like metformin or dihydroberin or any of those things, it literally improves
the signaling pathways and optimizes, enhances the signaling pathways to make those drugs better, right?
So, for example, your antigen receptor sensitivity and density improves using SS31.
It's insane.
So you can use a lesser dose of testosterone, or even if you're using like a mild anabolic, like Primo or Anavar,
or any of the other things, you can use a much lower dosage because the SS31 is amplifying
the signals at the mitochondrial level. So it's insane. So that drug is a drug that everyone who is
living to be opt or looking or living to be optimized should be on pretty regularly. Again,
it's also improving mitochondrial spin. So it's not something that you want to be on year round.
But, you know, if you want to take like a three or four month cycle and then wean off of it,
you can. But that's an amazing drug. And then I would say probably like,
One of my favorites always is melanotan 1.
And melanotan 1, besides obviously being a very mild, you know, tanning agent enhances consciousness.
Because when you take a microdose of it, it's improving a melanin cortoid receptor complex formation in your skin.
And that's like literally, dude, like melanin is a gateway molecule to life.
And when you're taking a mild dose of it and you're going out into the sun in the morning and sun gazing or sitting in nature and, you know,
grounding your body, man, that accelerates that.
So that's one of those peptides.
If you use just a tiny, tiny microdose a couple times a week,
it will get you into that silent, still headspace a lot faster.
Now, I could talk about obviously a ton more.
Obviously, everybody knows about BPC and TD5 healing.
You know, the big thing which we should talk about now is obviously my company sells
these is bioregulators from Russia.
And the bioregulators are massive because they're oral capsules,
you know, kind of like SARMs.
and so there's very little barrier to entry.
Because, bro, you and I both know, we joke about this,
but 80% of people will still not inject themselves.
They're still afraid.
I know.
So they're not, that barrier of entry will never be crossed by 80% of society
because they're inferior.
You know, oh, God, I can't inject them.
As you know, one time you inject, it's like brushing your teeth.
You keep doing it.
There's no pain.
It's simple.
It's a tiny microdermic needle.
And by the way, now, like all the rage in the peptide space is medical grade pens,
which you and I were talking about this weekend.
If you have a pen, you can inject yourself in your face.
I know.
you know, with a little four-m-m-needles, right?
And you can, in any acquies-based peptide goes through it.
So we're on, we really are on the verge of a true golden age with peptide use,
small molecule use.
But again, dude, 20% of society will take advantage of it.
The rest of it will be down here because they'll be afraid of it.
They'll be waiting for like allopathic medicine to give it its stamp of approval.
And it'll probably never come.
Yeah.
I take repatha.
So, I mean, I have an injector that I have to take.
It's very simple.
So, okay, I've got it.
I want to touch on a couple of things that you talked about.
We'll go, let me do SS31 real quick because then we're going to go deeper on the GLP side.
And then I want to talk about NAD plus after this.
But so on the, well, let's do the red of truth type one first, actually.
So I got a question for you.
I was having this discussion last night.
I want to know what you think about this.
So I feel personally now with, and we'll call it GLP3, that'll be easier.
And I agree.
I feel like that because semi-glutide came first and it's clearly the worst of the three
for a multitude reasons, there's more side effects.
There's more side effects.
There's all less fat loss.
And I find it to be the most problematic.
I feel like at this point, and I've seen on research sales sides from things I've analyzed,
that it's just going tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick.
And obviously with Trezepotide, you get everybody, everybody's looking for GLP3 because it's becoming less easy to find.
I feel like, I feel like semi-glutide is just going to be insignificant after a while.
Well, I agree 100%.
When I talk to people and, you know, I still do a little bit of coaching, scalable coaching
with doctors and clinics and stuff like that.
I tell them you should not even have this in your practice.
It's fucking worthless.
Because there's nothing but side effects.
It is the one GLP peptide that slows gastric motility, or I should say it slows gastric emptying
and damages gastric motility in fat people.
Because here's the, here's one of the things.
This is a great, like, new, not, I shouldn't say new age, but this is a new finding.
And I know you understand, and a lot of your audience will probably understand this,
but a lot of people don't.
A lot of people who do GLPs are carnivores and keto bros and keto hos, carnivore hos and
keto bro, right?
So it's like, in their mind, they can't eat carbohydrates because they're carbophobic, as you
know, right?
Which is a farce, because we need carbohydrates, especially if you're trying to build muscle,
especially if you're trying to refuel glycogen.
And look, I get going low carb and I get, you know, being metabolically flexible.
And if you, every now and then, if you're a faster and I'm obviously a faster,
I think you're a faster too.
You know, you become, you get rid of senescent cells and you have autophagy and hormesis
and all these things.
And they're all great.
But at the end of the day, saying like zero carb carnivore, zero carb keto over time,
retardant insulin metabolism, and fucks you up.
There's nobody in this planet.
Paul Saladino, you know, came clean.
He stopped being a carnivore.
He said this was a horrible mistake.
Anybody who's doing this stop doing this, all the bros that were in the original ketogenic
bros have all come clean.
And they're like, look, man, you can't go longer than three or four days, keto.
Your body has to have carbohydrates.
You have to do a refeed, right?
So like the smart people today know that you got to have carbohydrates in your diet.
Well, here's the thing that we just found out.
A lot of people using sema glutide are fucking carnivore keto people.
So think about this.
it already shuts down your appetite and slows gastric emptying,
bro, they're not even eating carbs.
So that protein is sitting there
and it's not going through their digestive tract on top of sema.
On top of terz appetite, if we want to throw that in there too.
So all of the problems that people have,
which are gallbladder-related, thyroid disease-related,
gastric motility and gastric emptying issues,
all are people who are not eating carbs.
So here is the big win.
it's like if you're going to use TERS, RETA or SEMA, and I agree with you,
Seema should be thrown to the toilet.
There's nobody that should be using SEMA unless you're in the fourth world and you can't
get TERS or RETA and it's available because, dude, I swear to God, it's literally now being sold
in pills of Mexico.
Yeah, I know.
Right?
Yeah.
So it's available.
But the bottom line is you're 100% right.
You should be avoided.
But if you're using a DLP 3 or a 2, or a 1, and you're not eating carbs, you're asking for
trouble. So again, and when people hear that, they're like, yeah, but carbs may be fat. No, dude,
you combining seed oils with shitty box food stuff carbs is what's making you fat.
Wrong. Dude, nobody ever got fat from eating yams, from eating clear potatoes, from eating
white rice or brown rice or literally, you know, greens. Nobody gets fat from eating that, bro.
It's the combination of seed oils and GMO foodstuffs and shitty carbs.
that makes people fat.
So it's like a phobia.
Like they think if they eat carbs,
they're going to get fat,
but it's so not true.
And again,
dude, bodybuilders have proved this
for fucking 75 years.
Yeah.
You can eat 600 grams of carbs a day
as long as you're eating clean carbs
and your movement.
You know, you're doing 60 minutes
to 70 minutes of cardio,
two sessions.
You're lifting weights.
I mean, it's just,
people have gotten to a point
where they're so sedentary
and they're so inflamed
and they're so insulin resistant
and they're sick.
Let's just face it.
They're sick.
that they think that they can't eat carbs.
And so they just go on pure protein diets, pure meat diets,
and they just can't digest the food, dude.
There's nothing to digest the food.
The protein, as you know, is not going to go through
if you don't have some ruffage of carbs to push it through.
Right.
So that's what's happening, dude.
Yeah.
You tend to go a little bit lower carb,
but I also know how important they are.
It's like you said, it's the quality of the ones you're taking it.
Dude, everyone should go low carb-carb.
I'm totally carb conscious,
and I'm totally about insulin-living,
or insulin-controlled living.
But it's like you said, you got to eat carbs.
The best was Charles Polklin, right?
Charles Polklin, his comment was you get your carbs when you deserve them.
And that's literally post-workout, pre-workout, peri-workout, or after a major activity.
If you're not active, you cannot be eating carbs and shoveling carbs in your pie hole all day
because, of course, you're going to have insulin overproduction, you're going to get fat.
But if you don't eat carbs, that means you're not eating any vegetables, any fruit, like nothing.
It's, dude, I'm telling you, there are so many people walking around in American society that think carbs make people fat.
And they avoid all carbs.
And they eat nothing but bacon.
They eat nothing but cheese.
They eat nothing but like fucking, what do you call it?
Cheeseburgers.
And they just can't digest the food.
And dude, the other thing is I've seen people that have their gallbladder removed doing these things.
It's like, Jesus Christ, you can't even break down to emulsify the fats, motherfucker.
You can't be taking these with a gallbladder removed.
You know, you can get up to 100 carbs so fast in the blink of an eye just by simply eating
some of the things I mentioned and you got them.
It's not like you have to pound them all day.
If you lift weights and do cardio like we both do, and you eat 300 to 400 grams of white rice
every day and not, you know, eat it at 1030 at night and go to bed at 1045, you cannot.
Your body will digest that food.
These people are brainwashed.
Like I said, it's the combination of eating pizza.
and sugary drinks and other GMO food like cereal or God knows what,
and then combining it with the clean carbs that makes people fat.
It's never the clean carbs that God designed our bodies to handle clean carbs.
And it's also like people don't understand timing, like what you have foods with,
how you eat them in the order you eat them.
When you eat good fats with proteins and carbs, you're going to be just fine.
100%.
Dude, do you realize this?
I literally played this game with my daughters last night.
Tom was here with his wife and four kids, and we were joking about how ignorant the average person is about human nutrition.
My daughter is a 16-year-old.
She actually is just 17 now.
She's using Red of True Tide.
She's a genius.
She's a 4.4 GPA.
She's an all AP advance, blah, blah, blah.
I asked her point blank to her face, how many calories in a carb, how many calories in a fat, how many calories of protein?
She just looked at me at no fucking idea.
Then I asked my 15-year-old daughter, and she's like, what?
And then my wife, she's like, you know what, at their age, I didn't know that either.
And I'm like, exactly.
If you want to destroy a society, you keep them ignorant about human nutrition.
Yes.
If you, so like, for instance, if I was to go to it, and I can tell you, so I'm, like, if I look at mine, I know I'm like 45% fat, 40% protein, 15% carb.
Because I know how to multiply nine grams of fat, you know.
So, if I'm taking 100 grams of fat, we take it by 9, I got 900.
Okay.
It's very simple.
They don't understand the difficulty.
And you get four and four from protein and carbs.
It's basic.
Dude,
have you ever seen that Johnny Carson episode?
And Jimmy Kimmel's done it.
All the late night people have done it.
But if you asked 100 people on the street in America,
and it doesn't matter what walk of life they come from,
white collar, blue collar, no collar.
And say, tell me the difference between a carb, protein, and a fat,
not one out of 100.
You wouldn't get one out of 100.
You could explain to you.
I mean, think of it.
about what that means for our society when you and I know the strongest drug in the world is food.
I know. I know. That's how you control a society. That's how you enslave a society of humans and
keep them in this red root chakra in victim mindset because they don't literally know how to eat to fuel
their life. They go from one insulin burst to another, bro. Yeah. And feel like shit, emotional.
Dog shit. It's insane. Now, obviously, the GOPs are helping at this. The GLPs are eroding fast food margins of the fast food companies, right? They're all the owners of the fast food companies are complaining about GLPs and how effective they are because they're making people not want to eat shitty food, you know, chemically induced food. But at the end of the day, it's still the consumer. It's the end user. It's the people that are watching our shows and listening to us. It's up to them to learn the difference between a carbohydrate, a fat, and a protein. And like you said, how to add.
nine units for a fat, four for a carb, four for a protein.
Okay, figure it out, what do you need?
You have genetics different than Jay Campbell and different than Jell and Jell and Jemelli.
What do you need?
But then when you don't understand those basic things, you can't figure anything out.
Everything, I'm data-driven, like everything I do is data.
Go get a CGM, continuous glucose monitor.
Corrid.
Turn your app, eat some food, and then go look at it and say,
oh, shit, that spiked my insulin or my glucose.
Exactly.
That was a bad idea.
Now, let's take that same thing.
If we want to eat it, maybe it's a high carb.
Let's throw a healthy fat in there, right?
Let's throw an avocado in there or something.
Now let's see what happened.
Okay, it's still bad.
Okay, don't eat it.
You know what I mean?
It's like, you're right, dude.
We have tools to make it easy.
But again, people are just so afraid and so dumbed down from not understanding the basics.
I mean, that blew my mind yesterday because I think of my daughter is a brilliant person,
but she still, she has no idea about nutrition.
They don't teach them.
Well, we're on to know.
Well, we're on the topic.
I made like a really drastic change.
And after the Olympia, I have been under-eating forever.
Like, I'm a nutritionist, and I was so convoluted about fats, like my whole life.
Even though I tell people all the time how the importance, anyway, I was eating, you're going to look at me like, dude, what is wrong with you?
I was eating like 15 grams of fat a day, and it was basically peanut butter, and that was basically it.
So I made this drastic change and I'm eating about 125 grams of fat now.
So I mean, that's over what X, a thousand percent higher.
And proteins about 250 grams, 270 when I can.
And then probably got leaner once you started eating more fat.
This cut since when I was using.
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
I'm eating.
I went from 15, 1600 calories a day to almost 27.
Yeah.
And I have lost weight.
Yeah, again, dude, it's just proof that all of us are being misled and lied to by nutritional
authorities, by the types of food we eat, the phobias that we have.
I mean, I'll be honest with you.
Like, I used to have a phobia of carbs.
Yeah.
And I used to think if I ate too many carbs, I get fat.
You know, I believed into the media bullshit, you know, the whole, you know, if it fits
your mac.
I mean, dude, it's a whole nonsense.
You just said it.
If you eat clean food.
And here's the rule.
if God didn't make it, you probably shouldn't fucking eat it.
That's true, dude.
Think about it.
I mean, if you lived your life by that rule,
you would be clean and healthy and lean and trim.
And dude, let's face it.
We haven't even said this on the show,
but it's the truth.
The leaner you are, the longer you will live.
That is statistically proven fact.
The same ethos is if you're lean, it means you're muscular.
Yeah.
So it doesn't mean your giant jack bodybuilder muscular.
It means your long, lean, live, and fucking functional.
Those are the people that live the longest.
Big bodybuilders don't live the longest because they have massive nutritional needs
and their body create so much, you know, like a late at products, AKGs,
that eventually that shit just leads to senescent cells and grain and damaging the telemeters.
So you want to be some muscular.
You want to look like you and I, dude.
You want to be 200 pounds, 190, depending on your height, muscular and lean, and you will live
into your 80s and 90s.
If you're not, you're going to die in your 60s or 70s of some sort of disease.
It's all created by inflammation and too much body fat.
It's true.
That's how people die, bro.
It's due to body fat around the internal organs.
But it's easy to get confused with eating fats and I'm thinking they make you fat because
that we were led to bleeding carbs because it's sugar and it burst your insulin.
Yes, dude.
Yeah, you just understand.
Like, I cook everything and grass-fed butter now.
Same thing, dude.
It's like a joy to eat the shit, you know, and I was sitting here eating 30 servings of vegetables a day and eggs and oatmeal, and that was it for years.
Of course, bro.
That's like the bodybuilding staple, but then you're not getting enough healthy fat.
I know, dude.
It's a crazy world, dude.
Like, I say this all the time.
I mean, we get food, you know, from nutrition solutions.
Shout out to Chris Cavalini.
And there's other nutrition solutions.
I mean, nutrition companies that, you know, make your grass-fed meals and wild cod, sustainable stuff.
And I get it from there.
And I live for those.
I mean, when I was overseas for seven weeks with Monica, dude, like we were dying trying to get clean food.
Good luck.
You can't get any fucking clean food.
I mean, you can eat fish and good vegetables because they don't have any of the chemicals,
but good luck getting protein overseas.
They don't have a lot of protein.
That's why all the people in Europe are malnourished and small and thin.
I know.
It's, dude, it's absolutely insane.
The fact that most people don't know about it or understand it or even consider to think about it or learn about it is that's what we have to do this and talk about it.
And this is actually, I know we intended to talk more about peptides this whole episode, but where we went is going to be more helpful than anything.
It is, dude.
There were a lot of bombs.
I'll just tell you this, dude, because I know you're going to get to the gym.
We'll wrap up.
But like, I got to talk to you about the NAD too.
Yeah, for sure.
You can ask me.
But I would just say this.
Like, if you're modern-day society today, you're somewhere between the ages of 30 and 60,
and you're watching this podcast, the number one thing you should do is get your blood work done,
right? And you've got labs that you recommend, and I got labs I recommend,
and they're everywhere on every fucking street corner.
And if you don't even know how to read your labs, you can just go to private MD labs or direct labs
or discounted labs or any of these places and just pick adult male hormone panel,
adult female hormone panel, right?
Get them back.
if you don't have a doctor to go to, go on YouTube, go on Jay Campbell or Dylan Jameli's
channels and just find how you can look at your panels. And honestly, they don't even need that
to grow because nowadays, like the panels are read to you when you get it back by AI. It'll tell
you your risk markers, right? So that's number one. Number two, if you have a hormone deficiency,
find a doctor that can get you optimized. It's as simple as that. There's no hiding from it.
When you're hormonally optimized versus not, it's the difference between night and day,
right, you and I both know, dude, when you're not on hormones or not hormonally optimized,
you feel like absolute dog shit.
You can't win in our contaminated society.
From that, you can start looking at peptides.
And obviously, we'll talk about NED in a second.
You know, NAD is great.
And by the way, NAD is a peptide that fat people and insulin dysregulated,
metabolicly dysregulated people don't have.
They have none.
They have absolutely none.
So all of those people have to look at optimizing their NAD plus levels.
but, you know, the movers are going to be a GLP,
and obviously I'm either a two or three GLP.
And if you can get both, go for the third.
You need a GH-Agonus peptide.
So that's going to either be Tessa or Ippa.
Those are the two best, for sure.
And then you want a mitochondrial amplifier.
So if you're fat, MOTC is better than SS31.
If you're like me or you or closer to mirror you, S.S.31 is going to be good.
And then obviously, you use other peptides for issues that are critical, right?
So if you have a healing issue, BPC TB 500, if you have a brain injury, you know, cerebralicin,
salank, stehexa, those kind of things. And then, of course, we can get into, you know, the NAD pluses of the world and some other stuff that will,
again, for critical injuries like VIP or SS31 or Phimus and Alpha 1 for immunomodulation. But, you know,
those are your heavy hitters, man. So I want to point out one thing on the blood work you pointed out to.
I would urge everybody to do the panel that Jay recommended, but make sure.
please, I urge you at least once, get a, I don't care about your LDL, your HDL and
triglyceride so much as I do your comprehensive panel. I want an LP little A in April.
Yes, yes. You could, if had I known about my LP little A 20 years ago to Tesper, I could
have saved myself a lot of agony I'm going through right now to find that I had an issue that I can't
control just because your diet's good and your training. Yes. I mean, you're in the clear.
No, it's not. And that's a good point, dude, that you would say that. And of course,
Like if you go, I mean, I'll just give a shameless plug.
If you go to Jay Campbell at Private MD Labs forward slash Jayyc, I have four levels.
I have basic if you have no money.
I have intermediate if you're, you know, doing okay.
And then you have advanced and elite.
And advanced in elite is for people that really want to go to the deepest dive under the hood and really understand.
And both my advance and elite panels do everything from lipids, small particles, and all of that stuff is critically important because obviously you're right.
If you have small particle risks and a lot of people, it's genetic, you can easily modulate those through diet.
You can easily modulate those through supplementation.
But people really should know about that.
And bro, you're right.
It's never too early.
People ask me nowadays, and I say if you're 20 fucking one, you should know what your testosterone level is.
Because that's how bad it is out there.
And with the LP Little A, like parents, you need to check your kids when they're younger.
Because they should do it.
Everybody should start their labs when they're 20.
years old. That's the age of consent. I don't care who you are. It's 150 bucks for a basic panel at
private MD Labs. If you can't afford it at 21, your parents damn can, and you should do it.
And then literally, like you said, once a year, if you start getting on hormones, it's probably twice a year until you really understand what's going on.
And then once you get to a place of like, hey, I understand this, then you should do at least every two years a very deep dive under the hood and looking at your small particles and your inflammatory markers and all that stuff.
Yeah, it's all. And, you know, we're going to do a part two anyway, so we'll get into the lab aspect of things and go down panels and explain them.
For sure. I love that.
So, okay, here's my question to you. And I talked to Dr. Yer to Betsy about this because I didn't have as good of a background on it, admittedly.
So she was really against the use of NAD Plus and pretty much looking and advising and guiding me towards M&N and one M or NMN. I'm sorry.
Yep, NMN.
going on it. And so I want, because, you know, NAD plus is the freaking craze with everybody does it.
Just like Ozmpic, when they don't know what they're doing, they don't know what they're taking.
And now there's 75 different supplements for NAD patches, shots. It's insane, bro. It's a cottage market now.
I want to know your thoughts that the precursors or the NED plus itself, like, what is the difference here?
What should people be doing or looking at? And how are they being misled?
Dude, it's a great question.
And if we want to end on it, it's a perfect way to end.
You know, I want to get you to the gym and we can do a part two, whatever.
And obviously, we're bringing you on.
Me and Hunter are going to bring you on this Sunday night on FOLH live.
And we'll just go deep down the rabbitel and answer questions.
We'll have so many people watching.
But, dude, NAD is a scam.
And let me tell you what I mean by that.
Thank you.
Okay.
The average person in America is fat and inflamed.
The statistics, don't lie.
2023 is what we have to go by right now.
This is insane, bro.
71% of adult males in the West.
And the West is Canada, the United States and Mexico over the age of 40 are obese by the by the BMI.
71% over the age of 40.
It's like all adult male and females is like 48% is obese.
So we're literally flipping a coin.
You're literally one foot in the grave, right?
Because as soon as you get obese markers, you're on fast track.
back to death. You're going to live 15 to 14 to 16 years shorter than someone who's not obese.
Those are the statistical facts, the mortality rates. So if you're fat, you don't even produce
NAD. So like you, I mean, again, NAD plus NAD markers, NAD production, this is all the result
of healthy mitochondria. If you do not have healthy mitochondria, which, hello, if you're mortally
obese, you don't have functioning mitochondria. You have no energy to do shit. Your hormones are broken.
You're inflamed. You're carrying way too much visceral body fat. I always tell people this, and I learn this
from one of my mentors. This is a true story. Visceral body fat, which is that, you know, gut fat, the fat that
surrounds our organs, bro, it's more inflammatory than carousy. So imagine when you're inflamed and fat with this
visceral fat, this hard congealed fat around your midsection or anywhere in your body, you just have a
cytokine storm brewing in your body 24-7. So I always tell people, be very gracious and loving and
compassionate with obese people because they literally are in a firestorm 24-7. They suffer 24 hours a day,
seven days a week because their body is a human cytokine storm. So give compassion in your heart for
these people, but they don't make an AD. So if you give those people a patch, an infusion, an IV,
they're going to have all this energy for about three to six hours until whatever it was that gave him the energy runs out because their body is not their mitochondria don't fire like you're in my mitochondria right so it's not really doing anything but the reason the guys are selling it or selling it and making money is because the fat people that take it the inflame people the metabolively dysregulated people they feel it because for that short four to six
hours, they feel like you and I, bro, and they're like, oh, fuck, I can go to the gym and try.
It's absolutely insane. There are two supplements on the market that are amazing. The one is
NAD Regen. It's made by a company called Biostat Labs. And you should absolutely, if you want,
I'll connect you with the owners of that company. You should promote it because you will crush with
them. That's Adam Geith and that's Chris's cousin. They're in the UK. I've been promoting that company
for three years. That product is amazing. I take it every single morning. It's the only natural
natural NAD plus slash precursor supplement that's proven in scientific studies to actually improve
NAD. Now again, people like you and I, we already have high levels of NAD because our mitochondria
are firing and are pretty optimized. That doesn't mean that we can't be helped a little bit with
certain supplements and precursors. NMN is okay, but is NMN going to help your mitochondria like
timelines uralithinae? Fuck no. No. No. It's not going to. So,
So I'm not a big NMN guy.
I am an NAD region guy.
There are some other NAD region, or I'm sorry, NAD plus stimulants, not stimulants,
but basically enhancers coming into the market.
Dr. Xi, the Chinese guy, he's got a powder.
And I forget what it's called.
It's NAD something, but you can go find it's just Dr. Xi online.
And he is like the only guy in the world that actually has the test for NAD levels in your blood,
and it's $3,600.
It's insane.
right he did the test on me because i always told him i'm like look man i've done the patches my wife
and i did the nad patches for two months and i won't say the company that sent them to me but it's the
biggest company in the world that sells the patches and they do really well and i love the odors
but i never felt anything and so i always suspected that i just have i'm optimized i have high levels
of nad naturally and i don't feel shit from them so anyway i had a podcast with she this is like three
years ago and he did the test on me dude i scored off the charts he's like jay you have the
of the highest levels I've ever seen, you know. So I was like, well, no shit, motherfucker,
because I never feel an AD. You know, and my wife, my wife, you know, when she was taking him,
she was like, well, you know, I think I feel something. I'm always like, okay, you think you feel
something. You either do or you don't, right? No. But I never felt anything, dude. So my whole
story on NED is very simple. Like, if you're fat, inflamed, metabolically disregulated, and your
hope is that you're not hope, but your plan is to lose it. And you're actually doing the things
necessary it's probably not a bad idea to use a patch no every other day to
help you with exercise but if you're healthy and your insulin you know optimized
and you're like us and you're already you know pretty muscular and pretty
lean they're worthless they're absolutely worthless don't take a patch don't
take an IV don't do anything now that's not to say if you go on a fucking
hike to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro you know that you can't come down and
get an IV with glutathione and then AD plus right because of course
course that's going to repop your cells and refill things up that have been depleted.
But as far as taking it as like a regular day product, no.
And honestly, dude, NAD Regen, you can take 90 days of that supplement for 60 bucks.
Really?
Yeah, or 80 bucks or whatever it is because they're always running deals.
And honestly, I take it every single morning.
It's literally in my supplement container and I take two capsules every single morning.
And I've been taking it for three years and it's a really good supplement.
And maybe it increases my NED levels.
Maybe it doesn't.
it's not really that noticeable, but I know that in clinical research, it shows that it helps.
It helps with a lot of different precursors.
But as far as like NAD injections, you know, peptide NAD, again, I would leave that for people
that are super metabolically dysregulated and need a push and need energy when they train
because they don't, again, they don't have mitochondria that work, dude.
There's a reason that fat people, and again, I have no condemnation or judgment.
My mom was morbidly obese the last 30 years of her life.
God rest her soul.
And she'd never exercise and took care of herself.
And so I've seen people that are suffering.
And I know what it's like for people that suffer.
And I have a lot of compassion for people that are obese.
But they don't have energy, bro.
Like when we say, get off your fat ass and go exercise, you know, as a tongue-and-cheek thing,
they don't even have the energy to do it because their mitochondria don't work.
that's how bad it is.
So it's like if you want to give them a patch or give them an injection or give them something,
you know, outside of it, you know, she's powder or something like that.
I'm all for it.
But you've got to understand that unless you're doing things to change your life and to lose the weight,
which obviously is so much harder, you know, you got to get them on hormones too because they have no hormones.
Then they might be something that they can use in conjunction with their lifestyle changes and modulation.
But they're just, they're gimmicks.
They're just like, it's like, dude, it's like, dude, it's like,
like lighting a Roman candle and getting energy in a dysregulated person or obese person
that can go for two or three hours. And then, of course, the wick burns out and they don't have
any left because their mitochondria aren't working. Well, that's why I wanted your opinion so much.
When she said it to me, I was like, I value what she said to the highest. So I started to look into it a
lot more. Then you're like, oh, shit. Yeah. I was like, okay. Well, that makes sense. But she doesn't,
she doesn't have a lot of obese. I mean, she's, you know, in a very high.
level clinic and fucking Boulder, you know. And so she doesn't have a lot of fat people coming to her.
She's got very fit people, you know, for the most part, I'm sure she gets some insulin dependent,
or insulin disregulated people. But for the most part, she's getting a lot of athletes,
people like us who are coming to maximize their performance. And so she's not going to talk
about that, but she's 100% right because I've listened to her talk about it before.
And dude, it's just another way in the biohacking community to sell people something they don't
need. Oh shit. And she told me, she goes, well, I'm going to tell you what, I'm probably not going to
tell you what you like want to hear and i was like no i do i do want to hear it if it's you know if this
is what it is i never tell anybody to use nad plus i don't i don't i don't you know we sell it of course
i don't recommend it to anybody unless you're severely compromised metabolically or like i said
obese and you really are fixated on getting it off because sometimes the first 90 days when you're
obese you need every ounce of help you can get yeah a patch you know might get you through a workout
or might get you through a cardiovascular morning work,
cardiovascular exercise in the morning and a workout in the afternoon.
Yeah, there's exceptions to things always.
You know, we're talking generals here.
You know, it's a hard truth for some people that they're just, right?
You know, so, hey, we've been duped before, too.
We're just a lot harder to dupe now.
Dude, I've been duped so many times.
I mean, you just told us you were duped about eating fat.
I was duped about eating carbs.
I thought I couldn't eat carbs.
Yeah. But people like us are the ones that learn right away we can teach you and say, hey, we've lucked this up so we're not going to let you do the same.
Exactly. Yeah. And honestly, dude, the truth is, and I tell people this all the time, like, we don't ever make mistakes. Everything that we do, whether we label it as negative, is a learning opportunity. It's up for us to grow and evolve through it. And again, if you stagnate and label something as negative, like a divorce or a job loss or somebody,
dying, a family dying, a pet death, whatever.
That's on you, man.
You're labeling it negative.
There's always a good effort behind it.
Remember what I told you today in a text?
And I always use this in my life.
Everything is happening divinely, as is intended always and in all ways.
Our resistance is futile.
God has got this or God has got you.
If you live by that precept, you will never be in resistance.
Because you know that it's up to you to create.
it flow.
And when you're not in flow, it's your resistance to whatever it is that's happening.
100%.
I agree.
100%.
Some of the stuff you would think is common sense, but it's not, you know, to everybody.
So it's good that we're talking about it and putting it out there.
But it's, I mean, I could literally, next time I'm going to block two and a half hours for
us.
We can roll.
But you know what, man, this is, that's why we're going to actually have to have probably
brief this is going to be a series if you're down for it. Of course, bro. I will talk to you about
anywhere. It'll be insane. We can go deep down the rabbit hole, whatever you want to talk about, man.
We can go down to hormones and the SARMs channel. There's so much to talk about, you know,
how do we get somebody as muscular and as lean as possible in today's day and age? Because there's
now technology. I mean, dude, think about this. When you and I came into this deal, like to get on stage,
to get stage ready, you had to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.
And now you don't have to do any of that.
You can literally use GOPs and exotic fucking mitochondrial stimulating and optimizing agents,
and you don't have to fucking die at all and come and pee-le.
That's how insane the biochemical world that we live in now is you just have to understand
how to master it.
And, you know, there's people that I'm learning for and I'm getting up there now too.
And there's ways to let get people on stage in their lowest body fat without it.
even having the diet.
It's insane.
You know what I mean?
I mean, sure, you have to change your diet and eat less and go to a u-coloric,
but you don't have to like starve yourself and do two hours of cardio a day.
There's none of that anymore.
No, I've learned that the hard way.
I still do the high amounts of cardio, but really it's because I'm used to it and I love
doing it.
I love cardio too, bro.
And by the way, dude, anybody who says that cardio is not necessary doesn't understand
longevity because the heart.
benefits from cardio.
Yeah.
And if you don't strengthen the heart,
you can be lean and functional and even shredded,
but if your heart is not improving as you get older,
you're dying.
100%.
Even on my two non-cardio days,
I still do a 30-minute walk outside.
Of course.
You know,
get out in the morning and do something.
You should always at least be moving and doing something.
And just like Stan Effering says,
Stan Effering says,
just get out and do 10-minute fucking walks, man.
I maybe go extreme because I do like 90 minutes five days a week,
but it's like elliptical work and it's steady state.
I like to be in that.
I'm the same way, dude.
I've done 90 minutes of cardio today.
I did a 40 minute session this morning,
a 40 minute session in the afternoon.
And then before you and I jumped on,
I did 30 minutes while I was talking on the phone to somebody.
Yeah, hell yeah.
But again, nobody can tell me that steady state cardio is not important for your fucking genes.
It's important for your mitochondria.
It's important for everything.
and all these people that argue about not doing cardio are just retarded.
It's because they wouldn't like to do it and they can't do it.
And then they make excuses.
You're right.
You're right.
It's all because they just can't do it.
You're right.
And you and I both know, dude, that if you're not doing cardio by the time you're 50, you're fucking fat.
I don't give a shit who you are.
I don't care how dieting and modulated your food intake is.
If you're not doing cardio, you're soft.
Your metabolism slows down.
You can have the greatest genetics.
can be white, black, Japanese Samoan, it doesn't fucking matter.
Your metabolism slows down.
You don't have synovial fluid in your joint capsules.
You have to do cardio.
And you have to do what you just said.
You have to do steady state because steady state is what burns free fatty acids at rest.
Yeah.
Everybody wants to do the hit cardio because it's like Tedbent's long.
Totally ineffective.
Totally ineffective.
Totally ineffective.
You know, it's over the greatest peace of mind I have a day as the two times I'm either
walking outside when I do prayers or I'm doing cardio and I actually got
to take to myself for a few minutes.
Bro, I do all my reading.
Yeah.
That's what I always have done too.
My mom would always say,
how the hell are you doing that?
You know,
because I'm going,
I'm clipping.
Yeah,
well,
I mean,
some people learn,
they process and retain information in motion.
Yeah,
100%.
Yeah,
dude,
we're so similar.
It's so crazy.
But I'm like you,
dude,
I would fight people to the death
over the cardio thing.
Whenever people attack me
and say,
you don't need cardio,
and I'm fit,
and I'm 63 years old.
I'm like you're one fucking step away from the grave.
You need to do a fucking heart murmur test.
You probably are about to die.
I don't even argue anymore.
I say, you do you.
Then I'll do you, bro.
I don't either, but I just think in my mind, I'm like, okay, bro.
Go for it, man.
Like some people, it's not even worth the argument, man.
I'll make the content if you like it, cool, if you don't cool, too, you know.
Exactly, my homie.
Totally.
So, dude, absolute pleasure.
I can't wait until Sunday.
Can't wait to record another part.
I mean, just all of it, man.
This was really fun for me.
Yeah, dude, I appreciate you, man.
So anybody who's watching this, if you want to get more from me,
you can find me on social media at Jay Campbell 333.
And then I also have a vanity domain on my website.
It's jcampbell.com forward slash free books.
And we give away every book that I've ever written.
So I think there's like eight PDFs on the site right now.
And then there's also like links to some of my best podcasts with people.
But as you know, dude,
I'm like you, man, I'm very, very generous.
If somebody emails me and says, hey, can you send me this?
I send it to you.
And if I don't send it to you right away, somebody on my team does.
So, man, I'm just humbled, dude, that this was such an amazing show.
We talked about a lot of great stuff.
We covered a lot of ground.
I can't wait to talk to you on Sunday night and return to favor.
Oh, I'm stoked, man.
I'll link everything down below.

So that way you'll know what's coming.
So thank you, my bro.
You got it, man.
All right, everybody.
Well, that wraps up an epic.
So stay tuned for plenty more to come.
