Starting point is 00:00:59 Hey, are the shark circling? Aren't they always? Blood in the water. Ladies and gentlemen, Ebro Laura Rosenberg's show, back for another one. Thanks for tuning in live. Remember, we got plans. One of those plans is for you to subscribe and share and tell a friend and tune in to us live every day at 8 a.m. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Another plan we got. Another plan we got today is Laura Stiles' Rundown, which we're going to get to. Yes. Another plan we got is the OGs. That's right. The original Google. Roo's on deck today. We back.
Starting point is 00:01:36 I'm excited about this. No, no, no. We got plans. We got big players. The original gurus that included guru who was originally never there. Well, and that new guru wore a sweater to fit the
Starting point is 00:01:51 to fit the whole piece. Oh, my, Joe, Rosenberg, he's on his Mr. Rogers. Yeah, you know what I mean? These are the people in your neighborhood. Yeah. He cares. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:01 I dressed up for the occasion. I respect this. I like it. I like it. Cozy idiot. Yeah, no, no, no. It's the old man, cozyness. This is what they're going to get now.
Starting point is 00:02:10 You know what I'm saying? Glasses, cardigans. That's where it's at. Oh, God. I mean? So now, boys and girls, Rosenberg, get the button ready. Oh, the God.
Starting point is 00:02:22 Let's get right to it. An American citizen. A mother, a wife, shot and killed in Minneapolis. by ICE agents. The reason I'm saying hit the button is because first and foremost, if you think that this woman and her family
Starting point is 00:02:42 are going to see justice, congratulations, you plagued yourself. You have the president of the United States already coming out, aligning with the Department of Homeland Security Director Christy Knoam, basically saying this woman used her car as a weapon. And it was an act of domestic terrorism,
Starting point is 00:03:04 I believe was the... Yeah. And here's the other part. This is why voting matters. You don't even have a Department of Justice that would explore this independently. You don't have a Supreme Court. And here's the other piece.
Starting point is 00:03:28 This is very important. As protests across the nation break out last night because of the killing of this mother, Renee Nicole Good Renee Nicole Good Thank you for that Rosenberg This is what they want In 2026
Starting point is 00:03:48 They want to ratchet this ice thing up a notch They want these federal agents This basically this terrorist group On behalf of the federal government To antagonize everybody So that the streets become unsafe We have to remember this detail Because the midterms are
Starting point is 00:04:08 coming. Chaos. That's what they want. They want chaos. You want any reason to have tanks on the streets like it is beyond. And this is and this is a message. This is a message, guys. I truly believe that they want people scared. Scared of speaking up. Absolutely. Scared of a posting talking about it. They want people scared. Yes. Well, people have been aggressively. Remember people have been fighting back against ice. you will see videos of people aggressively pushing back against ice
Starting point is 00:04:42 and trying to protect their neighbors. And so now they have an example for you to see of how it can go down. Because we can get into all the logistics and the arguments being made for why it happened. But the fact of the matter is, this woman at the time at which she was murdered did not have to be shot in the head.
Starting point is 00:05:03 There's no version of it in which she did. And Rosenberg, and afterwards, did you see the videos of ICE not allowing a doctor who was just asking, please let me check her pulse? And they were like, no, we have our own EMS coming. And they were like, you killed my effing neighbor. Like, let me check her pulse. And no, they wouldn't allow any help. Now, the internet's going crazy, Laura Stals and Rosenberg. Obviously, Stephen A. Smith got up there to do his dance.
Starting point is 00:05:32 I can't, guys. Got up there to do his dance. to fall in line for that big bag. I've been telling you guys for weeks about these guys doing this dance for this money, man. Am I? Now, do you understand what I'm talking about now? Can we play?
Starting point is 00:05:46 When I say doing the dance. But I didn't, I didn't think the clip that you sent was as bad as you're making, as this makes it out to be. I don't know. No, no, no. It's, the clip wasn't as bad. It wasn't that bad in the sense that, yes, Stephen A tried to provide some nuance.
Starting point is 00:06:02 Right? He tried to say the guy, the officer, won't be convicted. Do you want to hear it? I have it here. Do you want to hear it? Yeah, let's have a listen. I saw the video on numerous occasions. And seeing what transpired,
Starting point is 00:06:17 from a lawful perspective, as it pertains to a law enforcement official, don't expect him to be prosecuted. He was completely justified. From a humanitarian perspective, however, why did you have to do that? if you could move out the way, that means you could have shot the tires. That means you could have got her a few feet away after you shot the tires.
Starting point is 00:06:46 And if you were unsuccessful in doing that, you could have got it down the road. You didn't have to do that. She wasn't driving down the road coming at you 90 miles an hour. She was parked in the middle of the street. And rather than get out the car, she wrongfully tried to drive all. and wrongfully disregarded law enforcement official, which is exactly what ICE is. And as a result,
Starting point is 00:07:22 lost her life because of it. So if you were to take just the end part, I see why one would be really bothered by it. But when you watch it as a whole, I don't, I think he's giving a pretty factual breakdown of what happened. I don't think he's saying, like he,
Starting point is 00:07:37 the humanitarian, the humanitarian part was right. Stephen A is not a lawyer. Well, neither are we. Right? I didn't say the law. I didn't get up here and quote the law. But he is correct that you know there's no world in which they would say that that officer wasn't in danger.
Starting point is 00:07:56 We've seen enough of these to know. No, we know what they're saying. And we saw a video. And we saw a video. And we also saw that officer shoot three times. Completely. Which is not just one time. Three times.
Starting point is 00:08:11 100%. And shot in the passenger window. I don't think any of this is not what he's saying, though. That's what I'm all I'm saying. What he's saying is that it will be argued that it's justified and it will look enough like it is. But you didn't have to do that. That to me is what the situation was. It's wrong.
Starting point is 00:08:32 It's 100% wrong. Listen, Stephen A, like I said, is doing the dance. I didn't see it in that clip. I don't think I'm doing the dance. I think that's actually how Stephen A is. I think Stephen A actually sees things this way. You've known him longer than I have. I never knew a version of him
Starting point is 00:08:55 where he was like super progressive politically. Oh, I'm not saying he's being, I'm not even, it's not even about politics. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about his political alignment when I say doing the dance. I'm saying towing the line the way that the establishment wants you to tow the line.
Starting point is 00:09:14 I don't know. Don't you think the establishment would want you to be even further off than that? And wouldn't even want you to say from a humanitarian standpoint, why did you do that? I don't think they'd want him to say that. I'm just being honest. I don't. I don't think that's what you're seeing. Anyone who's towing the line saying, they're not questioning the officers doing it. They're going, he was justified. You shouldn't have driven. That's all I'm saying. So you giving Stephen A pass is what you're saying. I just don't view Stephen A the way you do. I don't. I disagree with his politics.
Starting point is 00:09:47 I don't like what he says. I believe he means. it. I don't think it's a dance. I believe it's a dance because they wanted, like I've told Stephen A to his face and even Rosenberg, we haven't even talked about this publicly. I forgot it to bring it up. Stephen A share, Stephen A and I and Rosenberg shared a text. Stephen A's in his feelings offended because I said he was doing the dance. Oh, I didn't know that. Absolutely. Am I characterizing it right, Rosenberg? Yeah, I don't think he was pleased. He disagrees with your assessment. I think that's fair. They want, they want a black man up there, towing the line for them, capitulating for them. That's what they want. Wait, what on earth is happening? Laura, is that? Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:35 That's Brooklyn. It's action. It's action in the streets. This is why we got plans, man. This is why we got plans. The streets of New York all up in the show. This is what Laura's house just sounds like on a regular. Listen, I, I hear, I hear.
Starting point is 00:10:55 hear your argument and I see people say it about Stephen A. I saw the clip of Joy Reed, Joy talking about Stephen A. I understand all the reasons people have a lot of things to say about Stephen A. Like I said, I don't like the political views he often espouses. I'm just saying as someone who's interacted with him a good amount over the last five years. I just believe this to be him. Like, I don't know if we could trust you anymore, Rosenberg. Oh my God. Go ahead. Why? I mean, it doesn't make the views much better.
Starting point is 00:11:29 I saw you on yesterday's show, you had the D on your chest. The D for Disney. That's right. I mean, listen, I've beefed with Stephen A before. I've gotten into it with him before. He has. I don't mind. I don't mind getting into it with him.
Starting point is 00:11:44 I legitimately don't agree with you. Like, I believe interviewing and standing next to all these people, like your Ben Shapiro's and your Tommy Lorenz. And you're Sean Hannity. No, no, no, but hear me out. When you're a hip-hop first person and you want to go interview every one of these people, that to me is doing a dance. When you're Stephen A, who is never, so he's a sports first person.
Starting point is 00:12:09 Who's been transitioning to politics? Who's transitioning to politics because they need a guy to do the dance. I just, but he's doing it indie. Who's he doing the dance for? He's not even doing it for Disney. The Stephen A. Smith show is his own property. In fact, if I'm, I don't, the last thing I want to do is speak incorrectly about a Disney contract situation. But if I was Disney, they signed a big deal with them and then he started doing an indie podcast.
Starting point is 00:12:35 I don't think that was in their plans. Listen, I understand why I'd sound like a show. So I sound like a show. But I think he actually believes these things and I just don't happen to like a lot of the views he has. But that clip and what he said right there. But he definitely doesn't like me saying he's doing the dance, which honestly is why I keep saying it. because you're a back man. He's such a troll.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Because you're a troll. That's really my only aim here. He's antagonize him even more. Well, because you don't like his views. No, no, no, no. Because I really, really have had a great relationship with him for a long time. And I enjoy the fact that he's upset with me right now. And like you said, it's not.
Starting point is 00:13:18 No, Laura, it was awkward. Laura, the text chain. Oh, God. Laura, this is Stephen A. First of all, he's he's been good to me. Sure. No, he's been good to our show. Yeah, but I, but I've also been good to him.
Starting point is 00:13:32 But I work there. Listen, I don't give a damn. He's the most powerful talent at Disney. Wait, wait, I want to hear about this. Laura, Laura, he's the most powerful talent at the company. Him and Jimmy Kimmel maybe, okay? And he's texting Ebro clearly, you know, unhappy with what Eber. bro I had to say. And Ebro
Starting point is 00:13:54 just goes back at him and keeps saying it over and over again. And Laura, I pulled a straight up Homer Simpson. No, he slid in the bush. He didn't say nothing. No. Can I tell you the truth? Because I'm honest. I texted him on the side and told him exactly what I'm telling you right now. I said, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:12 I said, Stephen, I don't agree with Ebro. I don't. I said I don't. I said I don't. It's the truth though. I said I don't agree with it in a group chat. Because I didn't want to even be a part of it. It was so awkward, bro. You were not backing off. Yo, Ebro is really turning up to temperature to.
Starting point is 00:14:30 You know, because, listen. His casual shots where he's like, No, no, no, no, listen. It was vacation, bro. Listen. He lost the job. Why are you doing this? No, listen, bro.
Starting point is 00:14:41 People watch our shows, man. And you can hit me with the button. Hit me with the button. Okay. Well, I got to get back to that button. Where's the Leboton? It's frozen. The sound of me.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Congratulations. You play yourself. I want everyone to remember. I got plans, man. I want everyone to try. We fix it in sound effects. I want everyone to remember Shardie. We got F out of here coming back.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Yes. Congratulations. You play yourself. Yes. Well, listen. People watch our show, you were saying? People watch the show and I am, I don't know how you guys feel about it, but I think I'm being diplomatic when I'm on our show often, as often as possible.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Sometimes. As often as I possibly can handle. privately, I am way worse than I am on the year. Oh, absolutely. Now, when it's a business meeting, a corporate environment, I don't engage. No. You straight sellout. You just handle the business.
Starting point is 00:15:35 No, no, there's just nothing. I'm here for work. I'm here to get the bag. All right. But if y'all want to get busy, if we want to get, and I've said this in meetings, are we doing this right now? Let me know. What's the context for that, please?
Starting point is 00:15:50 Meaning like, are we about to engage? No, like someone starts to flirt with a political idea or act like it's smooth or act like there's two sides to this or act like it's not racially motive. Are we doing this right now? If not, move on. Let's not do it. Move on. This is not what you want to do with me here. Right?
Starting point is 00:16:12 Because remember, in a business environment, you brought it up. I didn't bring it up. And listen. I'm keeping it professional. But anyway, I say all that to say that in the text message. Mm-hmm. I'm not backing off, bro. You know what time it is, man.
Starting point is 00:16:29 Yo, you know what time it is. Stop acting like you haven't soft-shoed and done a dance to get to the bag. That's not a personal attack. Even me, even me being in a meeting and saying, are we doing this right now in a meeting in a meeting to make sure I'm being professional? is doing a dance.
Starting point is 00:16:52 People, you sometimes say really inflammatory things, and then you say, I don't see why it's personal. No, no, no, meaning, no, no, meaning, no, meaning, I get, no, no, meaning, I'm not saying he's the only one. Sure, sure, but you, did you say that? Did you say that? Did you say, we all do the dance sometimes? You didn't say that.
Starting point is 00:17:10 I don't know. I said it, no, no, no. I said it on the air that day. I said it on the air that day or the next day. Well, yeah, of course, you know, people never see the extra part where you maybe add nuance to it. Well, oh, well. Be mad, Stephen A. All I know is whatever you want. By the way, all I know
Starting point is 00:17:26 is this, for people in the chat who have something to say about me, and Ebro just calling me a ho. Sorry. Sorry, then that's my dance. Because I'm going to, I am not getting into it with the most powerful person in my company because of something Ebro said, you could get the F out of here. Not happening. Sorry, and I didn't even say it because I don't believe it. I've gotten y'all in enough trouble.
Starting point is 00:17:46 Laura's unemployed. Yeah. It's unemployed. So can you respect my, can you respect my move now? I'm handling what I have to handle. It's okay, Rosembourg. It is okay. I got a baby at home, all right?
Starting point is 00:18:00 No, listen, I've gotten, listen, we out here in the wild now. Oh, God. I'm not kidding. I backed up like Homer. The old, the old plantation about to launch a new, a new show. Yes. Yes. And by the way, it should be documented.
Starting point is 00:18:16 We are being nice. We know exactly what. they're launching and we're not talking about it because we love the people that they're hopefully or that we think they're bringing in we want it to be successful well i can speak for myself yes yeah yeah absolutely yeah no we want that they chopped our family and have you think we we we don't we don't want to wish them well now they separated the slaves they're going to throwback bro you go they're going to they broke up the family yes the kids over here yes they said mom and dad over there this is This is ice.
Starting point is 00:18:48 This is ice. This is I. Rosenberg, when I last night I was at the Barclay Center, a lot of love. I told Iber A, first time being introduced to Laura Stalsh from the Ibro, Laura Rosenberg show. Oh man, we got a big introduction. I was like, yes. Not got a lot of love.
Starting point is 00:19:03 I may need a drop of Laura's laugh just there. Go ahead. One of the things that really that two people came up to me like, man, so they broke you all up? Yeah. I said, yes, yes. They're like, are you guys still friends? I'm like, of course we are, bro. we still love them.
Starting point is 00:19:19 It hurts my heart. I miss Cass so much. And shoddy. And Juanita. Well, no. And, wow. They want to eat her. No, that's so great.
Starting point is 00:19:29 But yes, they broke us up. No, I bro plantation. When I bro just said that. So it's so funny, you said that. I almost reached out to someone when I heard about the situation. Uh-huh. I almost texted them and said, yo, I heard you got to gig at the plantation station.
Starting point is 00:19:46 That's right. And it kicked, I didn't say that, but it kicked into my, I haven't thought about that phrase in so long. And I don't know where it originates for you, but for me, when I was in college radio and I was working at the big urban station, all my underground friends would be like, yo, have fun at the plantation station. It was the only way they referred to the big corporation. Yeah, that's how you refer to the big corporations. That's the plantation, man. We clock in. They're monitoring you.
Starting point is 00:20:14 You know what I mean? They can break you up. They can send you off. They can sell you off. It's a plantation, bro. That's what you're signing up for. And by the way, and you better do that dance. Full circle back to the day.
Starting point is 00:20:26 You better do that dance. Well, we didn't do it right. We didn't do the dance right. Yo, my knees was hurting. I wasn't, my feet wasn't moving fast enough anymore. It got rid of me. I can't do a jig. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:20:36 We were like, F y'all. We're sitting down. Right, Rosebrook? No, no. We're sitting down. Listen, hit the button, though. Hit the button. Congratulations.
Starting point is 00:20:47 You played yourself. I want to reiterate it. If you allow what's going on outside to get you off your square right now, you're playing yourself. It's hard. I know. I know. I know we want to hit the streets.
Starting point is 00:21:03 I know we want justice right now for Renee. I know. But we have to think long term. If we're going to get this thing back on the rails, we have to think long term. I think I would like to hear, I don't think we have the Minneapolis mayor who was saying, ICE, get the F out of our city. But what we do have is someone I follow, and I encourage all of you to follow. He is the mayor of Chicago.
Starting point is 00:21:39 Let's have a listen. Good evening, Chicago. I would like to take a moment to address the tragic loss of life today in Minneapolis. The video that many of us have seen of ICE officers fatally shooting a woman at point-blank range is deeply disturbing and unfortunately all too similar to incidents that have transpired here in Chicago. No community deserves to be subjected to the terror that stemming from this president's use of ICE has his personal militarized force. At the start of their operation in Chicago, an ICE agent killed a father. Savario Villegas Gonzalez, under very similar conditions in his car right after dropping his children off at school, and just as they tried to do today in Minnesota, the Trump administration lied about what happened and spewed misinformation in an attempt to distort the public's understanding. There was no accountability for that killing, nor was there any accountability when another legal observer in Chicago was shot five times.
Starting point is 00:22:45 It is incidents like these that demonstrate why we have pushed back against reckless and racist, militarized immigration enforcement in Chicago. When we have rogue, masked federal agents killing people on our streets, we are all less safe. In Chicago, we saw these same agents indiscriminately raid apartment buildings, tear gas schoolchildren, and violate the fundamental rights of countless Chicagoans. Chicago stands in solidarity with Minneapolis. I am praying for the family of the victim, for Mayor Fry, and for the people of your city. I implore you to come together in this moment. The point of this operation of ice raids
Starting point is 00:23:31 and of this president's reveric is to divide us and to dehumanize our neighbors. Do not let them change the part of your soul that sees a fellow human being when you look at your neighbor. We will get through it. this. And to my fellow Chicagoans, we will continue to stand together and hold the Trump administration
Starting point is 00:23:52 accountable and to protect our communities from the abuses of the Trump administration. Thank you. A bit more, even though I appreciate the anger of the Minneapolis mayor, I appreciated that stance and that tone in this moment
Starting point is 00:24:11 a bit more. Had you seen that, Rosenberg? Yeah, first time for me too. And I thought Tim Walls had a sort of similar tone. Yeah. I really like Tim Walls yesterday. Like let's not, this is not the time for us to fall apart and play into their game
Starting point is 00:24:28 because we know what they're trying to do. Correct. Correct. Tim Walls has asked for the National Guard in Minneapolis at this time, which I think is a power play on his behalf, right?
Starting point is 00:24:44 Because that takes the ability for Donald Trump, at least the way the way I read it online for people covering it, news sources. That takes the power away from Donald Trump to be able to move a military force into Minneapolis and take credit for it. I think it's interesting that this whole thing has ended up in Minneapolis.
Starting point is 00:25:07 I was texting this to yesterday, bro. I think it's interesting this whole thing is blown up in Minneapolis and that this is a focal point for the right because I think it's as foul as it is, and I don't want the Somali people to be used as a pawn, obviously. I think it's actually an opportunity for Tim Walz to, like, fight back, who I think is a really potentially an important player for the opposition. Well, now, remember, Tim Walls has stepped aside in his gubernatorial campaign
Starting point is 00:25:38 and reports say it's because he was worried for his family safety. Remember how harsh they were with his son? and his wife and just his whole family, he said he's not running for governor. So that means he does that mean he has, you think he's over with any sort of aspiration to move forward? I don't know if that means that, but I know he's not running for governor. And I know that the Republicans believe that they can turn. I mean, listen, they were trying to destabilize the state of New York until hit the button when I say this name. Elise, Elise Stefanik stepped aside in her gubernatorial campaign.
Starting point is 00:26:13 Congratulations. you play yourself. And so they have their eyes on trying to convert, you know, the populace of these states, Minneapolis, New York State, Pennsylvania. I mean, they even tried to make a play. You know, we just went through the election in New Jersey, but Mikey Cheryl got that gig. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:26:32 They're always trying to destabilize. So they bullied Tim essentially out of wanting to even do this anymore? Yes. Yeah. He was scared. Scared for the safety of his family. Pretty much. Hit the button.
Starting point is 00:26:47 Congratulations. You plagued yourself. And so many comments, and rightfully so, because we're programmed to believe that we live in a land of laws and we live in a land where people can find justice and we live in a land where there's like, you know, the sense that we have a moral compass. But I just want to hit the button, man.
Starting point is 00:27:11 We are not. Congratulations. You plagued yourself. We are not that place. Yeah, are there moments where we see that we have potential? I believe so. But can you honestly look at the United States of America right this second as we talk about taking Greenland? And yesterday, just all of discussion that Donald Trump is running Venezuela. Oh, by the way, the word is that.
Starting point is 00:27:47 some 30 billion barrels of oil have just been like are headed back to the United States that the United States just took. But remember, we claim that that's ours. That's our claim. Because oil corporations from the United States built that infrastructure. So we're, no, nobody I don't believe is talking about how the president of the United States speaks basically on behalf of corporations. You guys don't find that peculiar?
Starting point is 00:28:25 That he uses the term we and us when speaking on behalf of corporations and he's an elected official. It's, no, because I told you the one thing about, the one thing I got to give it up to him on, when they do gangster ish, they don't even hide it.
Starting point is 00:28:39 No. No. At all. They telegraph. It is what it is. And they're like, guess what? The sheep that love us,
Starting point is 00:28:46 they don't even understand. that what we're saying shows were not for them. And the people who only care about money. They're here for it. They're loving it. And the people who hate us hate us anyway. That's right. So, oh, well.
Starting point is 00:29:02 Now, listen, the Republicans operate like a football team with a great running back and a great offensive line. We're good. Oh, you know we're running the ball. We're going that way. We're running it right down your throat. And you're not going to stop us. And then the best part is when the Democrats ever do anything,
Starting point is 00:29:20 They stop and are like, you guys are mean. He said that yesterday. He was a member, we had, we didn't play it yesterday, but there was audio of Trump saying we can't lose the midterms. Because if we lose the midterms, they're going to find a reason to impeach me. We can't lose the midterms or they're going to impeach me when, in fact, Biden should have been impeached a hundred times. Oh, God. But the Democrats are meaner than us. They're so mean.
Starting point is 00:29:47 You know, can you imagine of all the things that they lie about? Saying the Democrats are meaner than the Republicans. You're gone too far. Congratulations. You plagued yourself. That's where we need the F out of here button. Sorry, Laura. You're right.
Starting point is 00:29:59 That's what we need to F out of your button. We do, we do. But you saw that video of Steve Bannon. I think it was like a turning point USA, pretty much saying like, I'm going to go to jail. Oh, yeah, absolutely. Some of us are going to go to jail. Me, possibly me.
Starting point is 00:30:11 Like, they know it. No, it's next level. What a time, guys. What a time to be at. You can email Ebro, Laura, Rosenberg at Gmail if you would like to be a part of Freedom Friday Friday Freedom
Starting point is 00:30:26 Excuse me Friday Freedom Congratulations you plagued yourself And matter of fact today is the last day to get your emails in Because tomorrow is Friday so send your emails now To email and voice notes and voice Yeah we need some voice notes man And make sure you put Friday Freedom in the subject line Because that same email is currently being used for the gurus
Starting point is 00:30:45 No it's not No it's not wait what's our guru oh no that's right we have original gurus at gmail.com. Wow, that's right, man. You know, today we're flirting with. We're up or up over 2850. Today's a day. When if you tell a friend and tell a friend, we could touch 3,000 concurrent for the first time. 3,000 people at the same time. I mean, now, how, how have the numbers for these shows been doing, Rosenberg? You're a numbers watcher. In my, in my observance. Okay. This has been the numbers to start out this early with a new thing and a new channel and be live on YouTube at a really, you know, a pretty early time to be live on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:31:32 To have been just like, you know, out of the gate, our average when I look is 2,500 concurrence. I think that's a fantastic start. I really could now. And if we somehow like today and tomorrow we're touching three, I'd consider that to be astounding. Because I assumed we'd sit kind of in that initial number for a while. you know as we watch this thing grow but yeah i feel very good people are still discovering us i still get people saying like where can i watch you send them the links so i think that the telephone the telephone situation is really working for us well so now can we talk about patreon here why not
Starting point is 00:32:06 a thing we can do why not i love talking about the show on the show um so ladies and gentlemen if you're if you're watching right now um and you're not familiar with Patreon, please get familiar. It may become the only way that we can bring back White-ish Wednesday. White-ass Wednesday. White-ass Wednesday. How about whiteness Wednesday?
Starting point is 00:32:29 I don't like that as much. I don't like it either. You're like, but white ass. I don't want to talk about white-ass. No, I don't, that's not a thing I'm into. No, but she means ass in the adverb way. I think white-ass Wednesday is better than whiteness? Yeah, I don't like White-Nus Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:32:46 You know, like Whiteness? Yeah. You know, whiteness Wednesday. You guys can title it whatever. I'm running with whiteness Wednesday because I can't make you guys squirm. Yeah. But at any rate, we figure out, we have to figure out with the audience, A, is that something that you're willing to subscribe for?
Starting point is 00:33:06 Yeah, that's something you want. Because that's not really our area of expertise asking you all to subscribe to a thing and pay money on a monthly basis. That's not our deal. our deal moving forward just heads up. There will be advertising in this program. Well, we certainly hope so. I can't imagine anyone be mad about us having.
Starting point is 00:33:30 So periodically, they have to know that we might just break into commercials. Yeah, I might have. Like, it might just be all of a sudden Laura Stiles starts talking about, I don't know. Whatever. Not tide pods or something. Rosenberg is promoting, you know, hot dogs at Wegmans or something. Listen, all of these things. All of these things exist across.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Oh, wow, we're up over 2,900, kids. And our family knows and they understand that we're trying to keep these lights on. So they're with us. Well, but there's another piece of that. When an advertiser joins our community, we need you all to engage with said advertiser. Right. So now you want them to go buy things, what you're saying. Well, for that, hopefully it's an advertiser, hopefully it's something they need.
Starting point is 00:34:13 It's useful. We want to, we, we are, what we're trying to do is make sure that, We have advertisers that understand what you guys are looking for and need. And so it's a, it's a, would that be a, a symbiotic relationship? That's right. That's right. It works together. Listen, even if they don't end up going out and buying everything to engage, as Ibrose saying, you know what I mean? Visit their sites.
Starting point is 00:34:35 Check out what they're doing, you know. But now, one step at a time. Now, back to the Patreon thing. I think that's where we can plug in the merch. Laura Stiles is our director of merch. for Ebro Laura Rosenberg show. So all of your merch requests, send them to Laura Stiles. And I think we plug the merch thing into the Patreon.
Starting point is 00:34:57 You mean like, you mean subscribers get merch? Yes. Yeah. Oh, I like this. That's cute. Laura, I'm going to tell you this right now, though. If Ebro has his druthers, our Patreon will end up costing us money. We will lose.
Starting point is 00:35:10 I know. I ran it by Rosenberg. Yeah, no, no. I ran it by Rosenberg yesterday. I was like, yo, you think we could charge 25 cents? Like, 25 cents. I'm like, you know, I don't want people to have to spend money. It's rough out here, man.
Starting point is 00:35:24 And then he's like cheap, though, you know, maybe like $4. But Laura, if you do it cheap and your man wants to have contests where we give away the money. We're doing cash giveaways. Cash giveaways and giveaway merch. We lost money. Shirts have to be shit. Trust me, I have lost money on merch before. I know how to go.
Starting point is 00:35:43 I know. Listen, listen, listen, I was on the phone. I was on the phone with Chance the rapper last night. He said he's going to be in town for the T.O. Fimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson fight. That's interesting. Okay. At the garden that's coming up. I didn't know Chance was a big fight guy.
Starting point is 00:36:01 I mean, he's out here for it. I don't know what he's doing involved in it. But nonetheless, I was like, bro, can we give away some tickets? You got to plug on some tickets. You know, I'm ready to give people something. I'm an old radio head. You mean fight. You mean fight tickets? Fight tickets, chance you want to do a concert. Let me know.
Starting point is 00:36:21 Yeah. And tickets, tickets you'll actually receive. Whoa, shots. No, listen, is that even a shot, though? Because, like, if you listened to our show previously, you would hear people call up and on the air say, I never received my tickets. And we're like, uh, that's never usually our department.
Starting point is 00:36:40 There's literally a department for that. And it's not ours, but it puts us in a super. awkward place. Listen, we don't, listen, we don't currently have a department either. So before we start taking a shot, no, Griff would be our ticket department. He's got you. Very reliable. Griff, will you, Griff says yes. He will run giveaway department. Yes, and I'll help him. But so we have Griffin and I have gone to bat for our people. We have a merch director, Laura Stiles. We have a giveaway and and prize department producer Griff. That's right. He said he will be at the post office making it happen yes yes I mean this is coming together this listen I told
Starting point is 00:37:21 you all we had plans well I think we I think we should also ask the people and and maybe they could send emails because it's hard to see it the chats packed and moving fast as we push towards 3,000 live okay I would I would love to know what other things you would like would make you want to subscribe for Patreon like whitish Wednesday was the most obvious to us because of the music component we can't do it on YouTube so it's like boom perfect let's do it on Patreon But what else is there that maybe you would want us to do that would excite you that you'd like to see on Patreon? Email us, Ebro Laura Rosenberg at gmail.com.
Starting point is 00:37:54 I'd like to know. I like this. It feels like we're building the show with our thoughts. That's right. You like that? You like that? I do. I do.
Starting point is 00:38:01 Okay. All right. And Laura, speaking of doing wonderful things, and I know we have your, the rundown coming up in a second here. Thank you for taking my wife last night to your big noche de la Bonocesto or whatever. it was called. Noce Latina. The Noce Latina at the Barclays. My wife had a great time.
Starting point is 00:38:21 And we had a fabulous time. She came home in such a great mood. She was so happy. She needed to get out. We, yo, we moved. Ebro, you'd be proud. I moved. I moved heaven and earth to make sure that she was able to go out.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Even though it required her leaving in the middle of my afternoon show. The things that needed to happen happened. And she went out. She had a night on the town. She said Laura killed it. had a great old time. Now, Laura, now Laura, I need a reenactment. I know, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:38:52 And that's, man. I don't have my script with me right now. Oh, man, just off the go, make it up. What do you got? It was like, I was just like, you know, bienvenidos a Noche Latina for Los Brooklyn Nets. Yay, there she is. All she, that's all you said, all you said was welcome.
Starting point is 00:39:08 No, no, no, no. Welcome to the game. Then I had to do everybody's, like, titles, and it just got a little crazy. but yo the love we got though guys is so amazing seriously yesterday i was like so many people like giving me hugs be like i'm glad you guys are back we're tuned in we're locked in i it just made me super happy and it made me so happy and we're over 3,000 folks we are over 3,000 people locked in at the same damn time now Rosenberg griff is saying here you did ebro and
Starting point is 00:39:39 Rosenberg in different positions pause i don't know what that means what is griff talking about. I don't know. I know. I don't know. Bro and Rosenberg different positions. Laura did an, what is he talking about? You did. I don't know. Maybe he's talking about in the announcement. Oh, like Ebro playing center. Like you could do a version of it. Like, like you could, like could you could like could you. Hey Griff with the button. Yeah. No, that one understood what that meant. And it was. Congratulations. You played yourself. All right. It's time on the ebro Laura Rosenberg show to get to the rundown. Do you have the music? with Laura Stav
Starting point is 00:40:15 And this music cracks me up And the ELR band There we go, the ELR band Now I like it, that's groovy It's groovy That's a groovy intro is fired off That's a funky groove right there No, that's a funky groove
Starting point is 00:40:36 The run down with Laura Stavs, what you got? All right, guys, so I don't know if you saw this, but Ray J was rushed to the hospital He's in the hospital right now in Las Vegas with a severe case of pneumonia and heart issues. Damn. Now, they're saying as of this morning, I check he's still in the hospital.
Starting point is 00:40:54 But it's not the first time that Ray J has faced issues with pneumonia. I believe during COVID in 2021, he had non-COVID pneumonia, which was potentially and reportedly life-threatening at the time. So he's been here before. So right now they're saying that, you know, he's getting all like the proper treatment to like help him out. Though I did see, but right before we started the show,
Starting point is 00:41:18 I did see a clip of him in the hospital. I don't know if it was his mom that was with him. But guys, why don't they have to film everything? Well, I was just going to ask Laura Stals. You know what I mean? I accused Ray J. With the whole gun and baby incident, remember when he got arrested? I was like, you know, this is all algorithm hustling.
Starting point is 00:41:36 Yes. And at the time you guys were like, I don't think so. This is tacky, it's classless, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, look, everything you're saying is true. however it is algorithm hustling. And first I want to stand to Ray J because I consider him a colleague in the game and we have a good relationship.
Starting point is 00:41:52 His mom, his sister, the whole clan over there. So I want to get well soon, first and foremost. But secondarily, my question was going to be Laura Stouse. Were they streaming live? Were they hustling the algorithm? Did they use this for content? I definitely saw the videos content. I want to echo the same sentiment.
Starting point is 00:42:12 I love Ray J. I haven't seen him in a long time, but I always enjoyed Ray J. Hope he's doing well. However, much like I said about Stefan Diggs the other day, when you have now heard someone's name around nonsense over and over, the second Laura tells me there's a news story, I'm like, all right, what is it? What Zeus special is this going to be?
Starting point is 00:42:33 You know what I mean? So I hope that I'm right at this point, and I hope that it's for content and that he's doing just fine. And now why did you have to slander Zeus there? It felt like Shane. I don't know. I don't know. Listen,
Starting point is 00:42:47 Zeus may end up being a partner, a collaborator, or an advertisement. Well, guess what? Well, guess what? As we learned yesterday from my DJ Vlad's story, when that happens,
Starting point is 00:42:55 I'll sing a different tune and it'll be fine. Oh, God. No, no, no. Is there a world? Because Rosenberg, I know you had aspirations of shooting films, movies, late night TV.
Starting point is 00:43:05 If Zeus came to you and said, we want you to be our late night TV host and we'll give you X amount of dollars, whatever that is. Are you taking the gig? Is it going to be like fully produced and money is going to be spent to make it? They give you a budget. It goes through your production company.
Starting point is 00:43:25 Okay, okay. But it's enough of a budget to make a real show? I'm assuming so. If I was given enough money to be able to make a show that I'd want to make, you mean what I mind using their airwaves? No, sure. And their marketing machine? I don't like, yeah, I guess because I don't know their marketing machine.
Starting point is 00:43:43 doesn't really hit me like that. I don't tap enough blue face content. All right, so here we go. He'll be Zooszenberg. He's in there. I'm just going to say, let me hear the announcement. How would you open the show, Rosenberg? Let me hear it.
Starting point is 00:43:54 On the Zeus network. Ybrough, why are you trying to ask everyone on the show today to do their announcement for? I know. I need that F. out of here button. I don't, I need. Please. I know. I don't have the FAA.
Starting point is 00:44:05 Please. All right. I got, wait. I got something that was a special request from the Bocicchicetos, okay? Yeah. This hit the, please subscribe to Iber Laura Rosenberg on IG, hit a follow. Smash it and join our broadcast channel.
Starting point is 00:44:21 And my girls, my girls, little DMs. Are we going to talk about this Chris Red situation? So this is the lowdown. This ain't the rundown. The rundown is when Laura, you know, tries to stay above board and be professional. The lowdown is when it gets spicy and messy. I'm going to give you an intro, Laura.
Starting point is 00:44:40 I'm going to give Laura an intro for that. All right. When we go to the rundown, we should do it like this. You mean the lowdown. Load down. Hello. Welcome to the lowdown with Laura Stiles. Oh, we're going to hell.
Starting point is 00:44:53 Oh, we're going to hell. That's it, Laura. That's what you got. That's your interview. Thank you very much, Rose and Burke. Now, okay, so comedian Chris Rudd was in tears on Instagram this week. Finally breaking his silence on dating his ex-co-worker slash friend Keenan Thompson's ex-wife.
Starting point is 00:45:16 He basically started explaining that the relationship started when she showed up for him during a rough time in his life. He admitted taking pills. And he... And selling pills and said he said he was selling... I was just going to get to that.
Starting point is 00:45:32 And he says that he was dealing with pill issues and also dealing pills to his poll workers. I was like, we don't need to be throwing everybody under the bus here, but okay. He was like, don't worry. I'm not going to air you out. He's no longer there. No, he hasn't been there for a couple years.
Starting point is 00:45:47 But yeah, man, yo, the video, he was so nervous. He was so nervous. Well, he was nervous and sad, and I think that's what made him nervous, right? Like, when someone knows they're on the verge of tears, and you could tell he was trying to hold this kind of like macho, cool factor at the same time that makes people nervous. I, you know, the first thing that my girlfriend said, he used to get slapped.
Starting point is 00:46:11 Well, there's a couple things to cover here. We've never discussed this, right? And we've had... Well, and I want to say I'm biased. I'm very close to Keenan. And so I can't really... I can't really have a unbiased take. Well, listen, I would say I'm biased too.
Starting point is 00:46:24 I wouldn't go as far as I'm very close, but I certainly have a lovely relationship with them, and I know him better than I know Chris. We've had Chris on the show. I like Chris, but I certainly know Keenan better. That being said, you have to understand. They weren't just on SNL together. Keenan made him the best friend on Keenan's sitcom on NBC.
Starting point is 00:46:43 That's right. After he got released, right? I think it was maybe right at the same time when he left SNL, right around that time. So he had him as his best friend on the show. He played his brother, his manager, and best friend. So obviously they were very close. And now, you know, at some point in time, he ends up in a serious relationship with Kenan's ex. Now, none of us know ex-wife, who he has children with.
Starting point is 00:47:10 Now, none of us know the exact order of things. claims, Chris read in the video says, from a timing standpoint, there was no scheming. It wasn't like that. Their relationship was already over all of those things. As someone who is divorced, I can tell you right now that it has been six years since I've been divorced from my ex-wife. We barely communicate. If I started hooking up with her, you'd have a problem.
Starting point is 00:47:42 Bra. Come on. There is no feelings whatsoever. I root for her to find love and happiness. Not with one of my friends. Right. There's just no, unfortunately, and he said in the video, he's like, I ended up deciding to choose love.
Starting point is 00:48:00 Bro. Well, now, so boom. Bro. And that's why my friend said he needs to get slapped. Right. Well, okay, so I'm going to throw a couple things out here. first one. Is there a world where
Starting point is 00:48:15 Kenan's ex did this on purpose? To get back at Keenan. Is there a world? Of course there's a world. We don't know. Set that aside. Possibility, okay. Is there a world where this Chris Red person
Starting point is 00:48:31 who's talking about pills? I don't know. What pills was it? What was his pills situation? He didn't specify. Yeah, he didn't specify. Was he an addict? Is this person an addict? that literally was making bad decisions and is a bad decision maker as an addict. And very possible.
Starting point is 00:48:51 I'm just, listen, and I'm not trying to give him a pass and act like he shouldn't get slapped or there shouldn't be B for it's wrong or none of that. Just trying to throw in the fact that this is, you know, this is effed up all the way around. It's not the first time or the last time that it will happen in the human existence. distance. Correct. Oh, and by the way, it also should be added while you're saying that. And the biggest nastiness is the ex-wife in the situation. That's what I wanted. Yeah, exactly. You can't ever remove that. The person who is the person is the person who is the most nasty. Because in the video that you guys shared with me of Chris Redd, he talked about her reaching out to
Starting point is 00:49:32 him to help him get to his appointments to help him stay focused. She was actively reaching out to him. Yeah. And then he even said, and I'll paraphrase, something to affect that I never even felt love like this before. This is a damaged human being, an addict on top of that.
Starting point is 00:49:59 Yeah, yeah. So it seems. Someone who was probably without a gig, also, being taking advantage of. Yeah, but I'm not dismissing. Like he has responsibility. For sure. You're presenting a world in which it could be that.
Starting point is 00:50:18 Yes. Yeah, I'm just presenting a world. And her. And her. They're both very responsible. And they both didn't give a damn about Keenan's feelings. Right. Let's just, let's just call it what it is to.
Starting point is 00:50:30 Why now with the video? Like people who know, no. How long has it been, Roosevelt? Years. Years. Like, I wonder what, we don't know. Obviously, I don't want to, I don't think Chris, had malicious intent here, but I just wonder what was going on that he felt today is the day
Starting point is 00:50:47 when I need to like blow this up further. Like I... Griff says he says it's a part of his New Year's resolution to jump on Instagram and and pour salt in Keenan's womb. Congratulations. You play yourself. Transparency. You don't owe anybody other than Keenan.
Starting point is 00:51:09 Anything. And it's already over. And it's, and that's already done. Guys, a lot of people did not know about this. That's the thing. It's bigger now. He made it bigger. He made it bigger.
Starting point is 00:51:19 He made it louder. He needs 2027 to come in the worst way. Now, according to whoever your friend was, Laura Stouse, would they say he need to be slapped? Yes. Now he needs his asswood. No. They both do.
Starting point is 00:51:34 They both do. He needs his asswood. This is grounds for asswomen. I know why Keen to be in a gym all the time. He gearing up. No. Good for him. Don't say that.
Starting point is 00:51:45 No. No. He's got for that. Yo, Keena, hands and feet. No, no. Listen, it's been a long time. Maybe Keenan doesn't give a rat's ass anymore. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:51:53 Nah, I'm not buying it, bro. It doesn't matter. Why are you bringing this dog? Yeah, even if he's past that and Keenan's moved on, it's still effed up. Like, and I, you know, I do feel, and here's the other thing. When you decide to, quote, choose love in a situation like this. And Chris Red isn't the first person to be in a spot like this. People make bad decisions over Vajajah and P all the time.
Starting point is 00:52:19 It's a tale as old as time. And claim it's love. Or whatever. But here you have to own this though. When you make that decision, you got to just, you wanted it that bad that now you got to just live with the consequences and move in silence. That's how it is. That's what the choice is. You chose that and live with that.
Starting point is 00:52:39 That's great. start your whole life there, and that means it was worth it to take all that comes with it. But airing this out, for what? I just don't understand. It feels like a huge miscalculation to have sat down in front of your own camera. It wasn't like TMZ caught you on a date. I know. I know.
Starting point is 00:52:57 Congratulations. You played yourself. It's a great opportunity. You can email the original gurus at gmail.com if you would like to be blessed, correct. and covered in the love of the gurus. It's time for the original gurus on the Ebro, Laura Rosenberg show. All right.
Starting point is 00:53:21 Breathe in, breathe in. Oh, that's pretty good. Zen, zen, zen. The original gurus. It's time for the gurus. Oh. The original gurus at gmail.com. The original gurus at gmail.com.
Starting point is 00:53:36 That's where you email us. Now, Rosenberg, who's out there? writing to us. Who wants some saving. You go fix your card again and get comfortable. I'm cozy. They call me, listen, I'm the cozy guru. It's going to be interesting to see, Laura,
Starting point is 00:53:56 now that Ebro's a guru as of today. And if people are just late, you weren't around yesterday, Ebro is officially a guru now. It's going to be interesting to see if his approach is any different. So far, I'll say this. It doesn't seem like it. Well, and you also have to be honest, it's crumbs.
Starting point is 00:54:10 I'm the garbage guru. That's not true. You guys ran out of personnel. The family got divided on the plantation, and you guys needed, you know, you just needed someone. So it's really charity. Let's be honest. You guys to clean up, man.
Starting point is 00:54:26 Someone played dirty work by Steely Dan. He's coming in. He's doing the dirty work. All right. Send your emails today. The original gurus at gmail.com. The original gurus at gmail.com. Burn the sage.
Starting point is 00:54:40 breathe in breathe out you may need to use that this season with the sickness that's been sticking around everybody you might need to use um i got one of those machines what's it called the fancy netty pot machine navage oh yeah yeah yeah you might need a navage i just have the bottle i just do the squeeze i can't basically navage is a nasal passage massager for you know rich people who are too above just using a straight netty pot that's what it is honestly the netty pot just seems scary to me every time i see pictures like people do it I'm like, that doesn't look fun. The machine looks scary to me. The machine's scary too. No, by the way, it doesn't just look scary. Feels scary. I'm like, this can't be good. This does not.
Starting point is 00:55:19 It feels like I'm drowning. Anyways, I'm able to breathe a little bit now. The original gurus at gmail.com. Dear original gurus, first I want to say, how proud I am of you all for transitioning so quickly to live streaming on YouTube. I honestly cannot deal with the morning show at the station anymore. I probably shouldn't blame Shawnee, but it's starting. to feel like he's an op.
Starting point is 00:55:42 Anyways, let me get to one. No, no, no, wait. Sidebar, it should be noted. I was alerted yesterday that Shawnee Culture has been coming up with games and segments. And his voice is crystal clear. Oh, no, crystal clear.
Starting point is 00:55:56 And it goes up an hour early for work. What? No, an hour early, or they just made him start coming in an hour earlier? I don't think he's still there an hour early. Guys, guys, producer Griff might faint, okay? No, no, no. Griff was begging Shani to be at 610 in the morning, 615.
Starting point is 00:56:16 He would show up at 635, 640. And he's now there at what time? He's there at 5, 5.30. This is crazy. Do it. Definition of doing the dance. Oh, my God. Oh, man, you put on your tap shoes, Shani coach. No, that's not.
Starting point is 00:56:33 Ah, tap dancing. But he's been, but from what I hear. Trying to save the gig. Bram, bram, bra. Dun, da, da, da, da, da. You're a bad, no, you're a bad, no, you're a bad. You're a bad guy. Oh, you're a terrible guy.
Starting point is 00:56:52 I can't. Yeah, you're a terrible guy. I can't. Because for the record, yeah, all of a sudden, all the, all the drops are working. Yo, all the drops are working. No, stop. Getting everything on time. Not a technical issue inside.
Starting point is 00:57:08 It's nice and clear. You guys are terrible. You guys are terrible. I don't. I want to say, just like Stephen A. Smith, no, just like Stephen A. Smith, I do not agree with Ebro's assessment. Second time today, I want to differentiate myself. I don't see it that way. All right, let's focus.
Starting point is 00:57:27 Let's focus. Okay, here we go. Let me get to this evening. All right. My best friend and I haven't spoken in two years. We've been friends for 25 years. She's the godmother to my children and is even named in my will. There was no falling out.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Two years ago, she lost her dog and ended a relationship with a man she had been dating for about a year. After that, she went mostly silent. I would call or text her to check in and make sure she was okay, but her responses were always short, and she'd say there wasn't much to update on. I'm married, have two kids, started my family at 24 and have a career. I know she wants a family of her own. She was pressuring the man she was dating to have children, even though he was clear from the beginning that he never wanted kids.
Starting point is 00:58:11 I respect that he was honest up front, but I think she hoped he would change his mind. When he didn't, the relationship ended. She's also said that she deleted some of our mutual friends from social media because she didn't want to see their lives. That felt strange to me. Over time, I started to wonder if, because I have the quote unquote life she wants, she may not want to be my friend anymore. Throughout these two years, I've continued to check in, but it's never felt the same. I've never been boastful or critical as a friend. I've always been supportive.
Starting point is 00:58:41 When she talked about going the sperm donor route, I told her I would be there for it no matter what. At this point, I feel like I'm exhausted from trying to be her friend alone. I feel guilty about letting go of a friendship with so much history, but if she showed up tomorrow wanting to be best friends again, I'd feel fake because I don't understand her actions or the distance. I'd really appreciate your advice on how to move forward, sincerely a faithful friend of the show.
Starting point is 00:59:09 Tough situation. Yeah. One thing that stuck out really quickly, and this is for everybody, guys, if a person tells you what they want in a relationship, if they tell you they don't want kids, don't say yes and then hope they change their mind.
Starting point is 00:59:23 They are telling you off the top how they feel. That is a huge mistake. And I've seen this happen so many times where people are clear. I don't want any kids. And they get together, They're like, well, I want kids. And he's like, I told you I didn't want any kids.
Starting point is 00:59:38 Or she told you, I told you I didn't want any kids. So number one, I think that's a big red flag for people. Yeah, yeah. That's a bit of a side note, but like just don't do it. Yeah, yeah. I agree. And I also don't think that this person should like dim down her life. Do you understand what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:59:53 Just because you're living the quote unquote life that you, that she wants, I don't think that she should feel guilty about it. Well, well, but remember, the woman, her friend is not. saying anything to her like that. She's just sort of been distant and fading. And this woman is tired of being the one who makes the effort, which I fully understand. Hey, ladies, she don't want to be your friend no more, bro.
Starting point is 01:00:17 So I would say before Ebro, the guru Ebro jumps right into, hey, lady. That's cozy garbage guru to you, sir. Cozy garbage guru, the CGG, before he says that, I would say it sounds like you care a lot about this. So I just think that if you want to move on and you want to stop doing it, I think you should say something. I think you should send a message of some sort being like, hey, I've been trying for two years and this friendship now just makes me feel terrible. It feels like you don't want to be my friend. And I've really been putting an effort.
Starting point is 01:00:52 I'd like to be wrong. I wish this was an equal mutual friendship like it used to be. But I'm going to stop trying. I just think for your own clarity, so it's not hanging out over your head. You know what I'm saying, Laura? And your own closure. Yes. And you're giving her an opportunity.
Starting point is 01:01:08 Because at that point, she could be like, wow, I'm really effing up or she could just let you walk away. It's in her court. You could also, you could also do nothing. Yeah, but it's going to be like lingering, Ebro. Well, no, no, because we don't know over what period of time, do we? Did she articulate over what period of time she's been reaching out? Yeah, the last two years. So for the last two years, there's been.
Starting point is 01:01:32 been zero correspondence or just not the same type of correspondence. Not the same type. Not the same type. And see, that's different, right? Because the woman, she said when she started the email that the woman went through something. And so her correspondence and how she's managing this particular friendship and connection has shifted.
Starting point is 01:01:55 And maybe the person emailing us is being too goddamn demanding. But I think that if she is clear with her friend, like Rosamberg's a pro. You're needy lady. No, I don't see it that way. This is why I'm- Laura, I'm immediately having regrets with our decision. Why?
Starting point is 01:02:16 You can't attack the people who come to the guru. Where is that written? Right out the guru, you know, policies. This is like Marjorie Taylor Green. Man gets in the office, wants to rewrite the whole thing now. He wants to look up the books. Where can I change this? Now, show me the documents.
Starting point is 01:02:33 Release the file. Release the file. Oh, God. I'm with you, Rosenberg. I think you should just send a clear message. I love you. I care about you. I've been trying for the past two years.
Starting point is 01:02:42 This is exhausting. Do you still want to continue to try to be friends? Because I feel like I'm getting the short end of the steak. And let's just see what she says. Listen, she could say like, hey, I need space right now. And then you just have to respect that. Or she can just. I hope she says, you're too needy, lady.
Starting point is 01:02:59 But if she does, there's your answer. There you go. And that's an answer for her to back off. Boom. I think we got a message. Send the message, get some clarity. So say the guru's at and guru. Hey, wait, is that the only beat we have the whole show?
Starting point is 01:03:18 It's the happy up. And then hit the other beat after that so we can do the dance. No, the dance you hit was crazy. I never seen that before. The funky groove. That was just so nuts. Oh, my God. All right, take us out.
Starting point is 01:03:33 Shout out to everybody on the chat. We love you. Thank you. Subscribe. Go to Apple or Spotify. Give us five stars. Hopefully Apple, though. Let's keep it 100. Go to Apple. And mostly, tell a friend and tell a friend.
