Starting point is 00:00:00 Real Canadian Superstore has everything you need this back-to-school season. Save on lunchbox savers like Ziggy's sliced deli-meat products for always $375. And get Life Brand Pure Vita shampoo or conditioner for $8 each. At Real Canadian Superstore, when you're ready, we're ready, with a whole world and more. Just don't call in a podcast. The cameras were rolling, but we weren't talking. They couldn't hear the audio. Were they complaining?
Starting point is 00:00:30 Because I thought people would have been like, all right, watching us get it together. And they're like, we don't like this. We don't like this. I think they liked, like, a week ago, I was vacuuming. They enjoyed seeing me vacuum. Lou, what's been the consensus with the camera on, no audio? The hell is going on? Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:00:49 So, you know, you kind of just see a bunch of people talking with no sound. So you're like, yo, it's broken. It's not working. Right. Like, if there was like a lower third or like a little, like people, lower Oldsburg. Coming soon. Or, you know, coming on. You think that should happen?
Starting point is 00:01:05 I mean, it can. But what I did, I just don't leave it as long anymore. Maybe there's a countdown to going live or something. To let people know that this is not our official show just yet. I was just wondering because my lady absolutely was like, did you guys have the cameras on on purpose? She like just caught it for the first time the other day. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:28 She was like, was that on purpose? Because the audio wasn't working. hilarious ladies and gentlemen we kick off the week ebro and laura rozenberg on a good vacay with the fam yeah he shut it down down the countdown on for rosembourg though to see how long he will go before he sends us a video about something while on vacay he sent us a video already yeah he did last night no stop it the drake mad no no no no i'm and i'm yes he definitely sent content i mean a video of him to be on the program. Oh, okay, let's see.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Let's see how long. I'll give it by Wednesday. Lou says Wednesday. Okay, I'm right, all right. Listen, this weekend, I was not really on social media a lot. Weekends I tend to fade. Don't really spend a lot of time because I'm running around doing stuff. Issa had a football tournament down in PA.
Starting point is 00:02:23 We'll play some videos of that on Family Friday this week because she got busy on Let's go. Yeah. She turned on her birthday was going for like eight touchdowns. Oh my goodness. Only got seven. Only got seven. But she got she got three pick sixes.
Starting point is 00:02:45 I don't know what that is, but yes. An interception and a touchdown. She got busy, bro. No, busy. She got busy. I got the videos too. So she got busy on that. And then what was Sunday?
Starting point is 00:02:58 Sunday I was riding. But yeah. Anyway, Laura, I don't know about you, but sometimes I just get off social media because it's stupid. Yes. And so everything I'm saying is stupid. And you have it in the rundown, I think. Oh, no, you don't. No, you don't.
Starting point is 00:03:13 So we can go to this to kick it off and we can just move on from this for the week. All right. Ex-NBA players say they're declaring for the WNBA. As soon as I saw Enis Cantor sitting at a desk saying he was declaring for the WNBA, I immediately was like, yeah. Yeah. Because we are 12 to 14 weeks away from the midterms.
Starting point is 00:03:42 You guys are trying to get this transgender athlete conversation going again? Of course. Like if you think about the timing of it, like, it's like, oh, boom. Let's get it going. Just in time for the midterms to get everybody all riled up who's ridiculous enough. to think that this is an actual issue. The obsession with the transgender community is wild, being that they're less than what,
Starting point is 00:04:09 1%? Yes. Less than 1. Yeah, of the whole entire population. But point, like 0.00, like 100th of a percent in athlete. It's a non-issue. So then you have these losers,
Starting point is 00:04:29 Royce White and Enos Cantor. who want to declare for the WNBA. The first letter is women. Are they saying they're women? Let me see. Right now, I'm just having a blast in my feminine era. I never thought that I was a woman. What's on his lapel?
Starting point is 00:04:49 I've always trusted the science. I thought I was a man my entire life. But, you know, after further review, you know, strong look at my personal preferences. It would appear that I am indeed sometimes identifying as a transgender woman And I think it's only fair I get a chance to play with some of my queens here in the twilight of my career. See is LaPelle. That's how you know this is a political hustle.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Exactly what you're saying, Roy. Stop this. I'm not watching this stupid shit. Just sort of. Turn this dumb shit off. You're a goof. You're a clown. That's clown behavior, bro.
Starting point is 00:05:22 It's all a distraction. Man, leave people alone, bro. You're a paid actor. Somebody paid you to do this. And it's super unsurienced. But it's just like, why do y'all keep picking on marginalized people, man? I do not. Why are y'all bothering people, man?
Starting point is 00:05:41 I have a daughter who plays sports, okay? I am nowhere, shape, or form concerned about a transgender athlete potentially entering into women's sports. I'm not worried about it. It's not a thing. But they need something to sensationalize right now, Ebro. Nobody was talking about it for a minute. Let's bring it back. let's you know continue the conversation that's ooh the boogie ban is back because you know the transgender
Starting point is 00:06:09 community is a hot like a hot no it's a political hustle it's not a hot topic for them it's not they're making it a hot topic that's my point nobody's talking about this casually without these sort of moments in news it's not coming up I know it's not not and and so I wanted to just move that aside now What I would also like to see, though, is I would like to see Royce White get out there and play with Asia Wilson and get cooked. Your old ass will get cooked.
Starting point is 00:06:48 You will get cooked, sir, by these girls out there. They're trying anything, though, guys. Because they see, I don't know if you guys have noticed, but like a lot of independent journalists just kind of like interviewing former Trumpers and their regret. I see more and more, and I think they're definitely shook. They're going to do anything they can to put their dirty hands into the midterms
Starting point is 00:07:13 and try to shake things up. Mom Donnie was on Sirius XM. Shout to Clay Kane. I love this conversation right here. Go to clip seven. Seeing a lot of examples of what it can look like to have that focus on the working person. People who understand that affordability isn't just something you say. It's something you have to deliver.
Starting point is 00:07:35 and that in doing this, we're not running away from the Democratic Party. We're going back to what the party used to be. You think about FDR and LaGuardia. You think about the New Deal. That's what the Democratic Party once was. That's what it could be again. And if we want to win, I think that's what we have to be. So let's focus on things that are actually helping people's pockets, man.
Starting point is 00:08:03 not transgender athletes there will be a lot of distractions for the next 12 to 14 weeks to try to not actually talk about policy um what is the name of this park down on the Rio Grande
Starting point is 00:08:18 in Texas did you guys see this story that they were plowing through this natural habitat uh over and there was protesters down in Texas as they plow through this natural habitat claiming it's some border policy to put up a wall they have they're plowing the way i heard it because i didn't read i just heard it this morning was they were plowing through uh displacing thousands
Starting point is 00:08:46 of animals tearing up this natural habitat tearing up all these trees and brush and all of this stuff along the rio grande river uh to prepare for some sort of border installation but the border installation hasn't even been determined what they want to do like Is it a wall? Is it barricades? They don't even know what they're doing, but they're tearing up the habitat. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:09:09 Okay. And, you know, as we have wildfires all over the place, as we have all of these other environmental things taking place, great. So you're just tearing up the habitat without an actual plan, claiming it's something around border control. So there's a lot of things going on right now that actually matter. Usher being a clone.
Starting point is 00:09:32 I was at the concert on Friday. We'll talk about it later. All right. That's coming up in the rundown. What else you got? What else you got? Well, in the rundown, yes. We'll discuss the whole usher thing.
Starting point is 00:09:42 Listen, we got to talk about Drake's live stream. That went down over the weekend. And, you know, some sad news when it comes to Joe Biden. But we'll cover all of that. But can I tell you something that's been on my mind lately? Of course. And I brought this up to you guys earlier. There is a trial that's going on, the trial of Lindsay Clancy.
Starting point is 00:09:59 It's currently happening right now in Plinith, Massachusetts. So the focus is because she murdered her three children on January 24, 2023. The children were five, three, and eight months old. She's 35 years old and she faces three counts of first degree murder. She's pleading not guilty. So what's happening, this case is so complicated because this woman was suffering from postpartum psychosis. So reporter Megan Kunev, who became popular when she was covering.
Starting point is 00:10:32 the Tory Lane situation. So she's been covering in. That's how it got on my radar. And now that I've been paying attention to some of the interviews, to some of the ways that people are breaking down this story, Ebro, it is such the system failed this woman.
Starting point is 00:10:49 And this is- Because she was reaching out for help to people. When I tell you how much she was reaching out, I am not okay. Doctor after doctor, she tried to check herself and into a mental institution, you know, she, mind you, she's going through all this postpartum psychosis and they're just like, just because they asked her like, oh, do you want to harm yourself? And she's like, I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:11:13 They're like, okay, you don't have to be here. You can go. And when they break down the amount of medications they were pumping this woman with without checking what the other doctor was giving her, it is enough to like, professionals are paying attention and they were like, this is a failure. This woman was asking for help. And the reason to me, this case is so important is because, hey, we talked about it on this program,
Starting point is 00:11:39 how postpartum isn't talked about enough, researched enough. But postpartum is just one. There's so many levels. There's postpartum anxiety, postpartum psychosis. And psychosis is like you're literally hearing things and seeing things. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:54 And then on top of that, you're supposed to be in charge of taking care of these three children? Well, and postpartum manifests itself. I think what you're saying in many different ways, it's kind of a catch-all term for things that can happen both physically and mentally. Yes. And emotionally after birth. Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:12 And I invite you guys to just take a look at it. Look up the case, Lindsay Clancy, because it is just a failure on our medical system, medical professionals. How? Because I would understand if it's, you know, when you think of like a mother murdering her children, jail, obviously, right? But I believe this woman needs to be in a mental institution for the rest of her life Because she did murder her three children But we cannot look away
Starting point is 00:12:39 We cannot look away because the way every single physician Every single person that was in her life Like the woman did all the right things Kept asking for more help I'm not okay I'm not sleeping you she was sleeping like two hours a day Hallucinating well I got news for you Even if you're not postpartum and you're only sleeping two hours a day Guess what you can be a racket
Starting point is 00:13:00 So imagine going through postpartum and doing that. Yeah, it is such a heavy case, but it's important because it's getting people to talk about postpartum. Well, I hope, I hope, there she is. Oh, man, it is so heartbreaking. Well, unfortunately, I don't believe currently we live in an empathetic society. I don't believe we live in a society where generally speaking the way, especially at the government. Now, I can't, our local communities, you know,
Starting point is 00:13:35 local governments, I would like to believe that we're beginning to elect officials and people are in place to try to be a little bit more empathetic, but our insurance companies aren't. Absolutely not. The people who would pay for, you know, the medication or subsidize the medication,
Starting point is 00:13:55 subsidize the health care, they're not empathetic at all, right? They're out to make money. And so I think ultimately you have a situation where what she needed, and I, you know, this is Massachusetts. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I don't know what that, what those state institutions are like.
Starting point is 00:14:13 Same. I don't either. And that's where this case will come down to. Yeah. Were they following policy? Yeah. Were they doing? And so to your, I think what you're saying, Laura, is maybe they will make adjustments
Starting point is 00:14:26 to policy. I hope so. Because it takes a horrific incident unfortunately. People are our systems aren't proactive. Right. It takes a horrific incident sometimes to change things. Yeah. And by the way,
Starting point is 00:14:38 because I see the chat being like you can't defend her. She's guilty, right, of killing her children. I'm not saying that she's not guilty of killing her children. I'm just saying that when you really go deep and break down every step she took to get help, she was failed. It's not like she was just all of a sudden one day decided to do it.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Because when you, all the interviews, everyone's like, you, she was an amazing mother. She loved her children. Like, not only from close friends, but like teachers and caretakers and everyone. And it just, and all I'm saying is that you need to pay attention because, like, to your point, it takes a horrible situation for people to finally open their eyes and dig a little deeper.
Starting point is 00:15:15 Well, in the chat, chat's a reflection of society, right? Where you have individuals who have never been either A, dealt with postpartum full stop or dealt with a serious psychological. case of it. Yeah. Yeah. Right? So they're not going to be empathetic at all, especially talking about killing children. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, we'll watch this case, pay attention to see where it goes.
Starting point is 00:15:43 Let's go to clip five. Shout to Dr. Abdul out in Michigan. He got motion, won the election or the primary election for Democratic nominee for Senate in Michigan. It's been a big story. You know, because they were trying to call him a Democratic socialist. He says he's not. Yeah, he says he's not. But because he's a Muslim. Yo, the Islamophobia out there is wild. Yeah, let's listen to Tim Scott.
Starting point is 00:16:20 You're telling you early attack ads against him. You're using his full name in these attack cats, which has gotten some attention. Abdul Rahman Muhammad al-Said. He goes by Abdul-El-Said. Are you trying to say hint-hint-in to voters? He's Muslim? Not at all.
Starting point is 00:16:32 What we're saying to him? What we're only saying to voters is a simple thing. He says he's the most dangerous candidate you can find. He's right. We should trust his words, not ours. But why not just use his name, Abdul Al-Sayy. Which he goes by. Well, listen, I go by Timothy Jean.
Starting point is 00:16:50 And so I can call that all the time. No, you don't. Here's what I know that question. It's about what he stands for. And we're going to focus and bring attention to the fact that not only is he sympathetic for Amas, Not only does they run around with Hassan Piker, someone who said that Americans deserve 9-11, he should be held account for exactly where he stands and what he's for. Not Hassan Piker.
Starting point is 00:17:21 You're a coon, Tim Scott. Sorry. I think that's pretty, everybody pretty much agrees with that sentiment, unfortunately. I hate to be the one to break it to you if you haven't heard it. but um it's it's Abdul Arachman el-sayyid and so um but he doesn't even go by that and they did they used to do that to Barack Obama too Barack Hussein yeah they still do Obama yeah they love doing that and he was like he's a Muslim hint hit if Abdul el-Said wasn't enough yo amazing.
Starting point is 00:18:01 844, ELR, ELR 3. We're running an experiment right now because Griff's not here. Yes, producer Griff is on vacation. King Lou has to man the phones. He's nervous. So I want you guys to blow up the phone lines right. Lou, you got to get over there.
Starting point is 00:18:17 They're probably calling. 844. You're not going to go over there? Louie, you got to try. Yo, Lou, why you won't get to the phones, man? What's your problem? Because he don't want to best it up. Okay, let's just try.
Starting point is 00:18:31 Lou, what are you so? busy typing all day anyway at the at the laptop oh notes you're doing notes and chatting to the people got it all right let's see 844 ELR ELR 3 let's see we can get some calls on the way um I just wanted to say hello to you guys and say happy Monday now we were talking about mom stuff aOC opening up about freezing her eggs I saw that I didn't get a chance to check it out because I had a busy weekend but I think this is fantastic I think just being open about your process. And I see more women online documenting their process and how many women are like, oh my God, I feel seen. Thank God, I'm not the only one going through it. It's tough. People just
Starting point is 00:19:12 say it like it's whatever, but it's like continuous cycles of like hormone injections. And I heard it's pretty painful, but it's something a lot of women are trying to do earlier in life if they don't plan to have any children right away. Yeah. And that doesn't, I'm not going to say guarantees, but it helps have like healthier and stronger eggs for the future. Got to have a plan Yeah Gotta have a plan Especially if you put profession
Starting point is 00:19:37 You know women unfortunately Unlike men You know Have to plan a lot more Around everything by the way I was just explaining This to one of my nephews Over the weekend
Starting point is 00:19:48 He was talking about his girlfriend Tripp and I was like Do you make plans? What are? Like do you and when you make plans Do you keep the plan? Yeah He was like well
Starting point is 00:19:57 I was like Ah Yo that is like He's 26 Okay okay Okay, okay. He's like just figuring it out. But most dudes don't figure that out about making plans and keeping plans.
Starting point is 00:20:12 Because that's like the biggest thing with women. Because A, it makes them feel like a priority. Yes. You made a plan, you kept a plan. I'm a priority in your life. I like you. Yeah. But also preparation for you guys is key.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Yeah. Especially if you're trying to have a special night out. You know what I'm saying? You want to make sure to the, garden is nice and tended to. Okay, all right. I'm just saying women like to plan these kind of things. Yes, planning is a thing.
Starting point is 00:20:39 But especially when it comes to something as serious as freezing eggs. Yeah. Unfortunately, like we don't have the luxury of just waiting until whenever we do. Well, I was trying to walk the fellas through all the steps of why women are better planners than men is because they have to pay attention to cycles and schedules and timing and everything. Everything, everything, everything since teenage years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:00 You know what I mean? So everything is. Hair, hair plan, you know what I mean? Getting your hair done. Like I said, your cycle, and then you fast forward that. I didn't know until, you know, damn, I was in my 40s that they was telling y'all in your early 30s, like when y'all go to get a checkup. Yes. Really in your 20s.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Because you have to do it early in life. Like, if you plan to freeze your eggs, you have to do it around that time. Yeah, but even they're talking to you guys about like, you. You know, being like, quote unquote, geriatric at like 32. No, at 30, I believe in 35, you're considered geriatric or in high risk. Yeah. And do all women know this? Is this common knowledge?
Starting point is 00:21:46 I don't know, but the women around me that I have spoken to because they were like, I'm geriatric at 35? Yes, yes. It's a term that they use because, you know, the older you get, the, um, the egg quality, diminishes little by little. Of course, everyone's different. Everyone's makeup is different. But yeah, that's the term.
Starting point is 00:22:07 That's the general kind of. Well, and I think most dudes, unless you're paying attention young, most dudes ain't hearing these conversations and have always, my whole life wondered why women was stressing at 32. Yeah. What are we? What's your plan? What are we?
Starting point is 00:22:24 What lady, chill? When in reality, it's like, you have to figure out. They're going through that. And they're like, yo, if you're taking me serious, I need to know. Yeah. But I see a lot of women that are not in relationships to kind of just prioritizing themselves. And if you, because it's expensive, you bro. So, and medical's not covering it.
Starting point is 00:22:43 No. You're very lucky if you work for a company that does. Oh, really? Very. And they might cover one round. Oh. Because it's not always effective, you know? It can happen if you're lucky, but.
Starting point is 00:22:55 Now, teachers, I think teachers, y'all got good coverage. I think teachers get coverage. I wonder if it just depends on the state or the city. I don't know. Maybe you guys can enlighten me and let me know. 844, ELR, ELR 3. We're talking about freezing eggs this morning on ELR. Real Canadian Superstore has everything you need this back-to-school season.
Starting point is 00:23:14 Save on lunchbox savers like Ziggy's sliced deli-mee products for always $375. And get life brand pure vita shampoo or conditioner for $8 each. Starting point is 00:23:38 Jacob Allurdy. There are people out there? They need our help. Josh Bruland. Shoot first. And inquire afterwards. Margaret Quali. Okay, tough guy.
Starting point is 00:23:47 And Guy Pearce. Arm up. The Dog Stars, directed by Ridley Scott. In theaters, August 28th. Get tickets now. Let's see what AOC was saying on clip nine don't be weird about this
Starting point is 00:24:02 even though I know all of you won't be okay that wasn't so bad okay I thought she was gonna say something I didn't know we was just gonna watch the actual act I thought she was gone and by the way that's like a light shot I think they increase as you go
Starting point is 00:24:39 because let me tell you the one I'm only repeating this because I've talked about it on the show before because the shot that I gave Natalie Rosenberg's wife But that wasn't for freezing eggs though Yeah this was like later on when she was already You know they were already pregnant But it was or trying to be pregnant
Starting point is 00:24:56 I don't remember but that needle well I was like I looked at it I was okay I could do this free Yeah it's it's very scary Here's the OC talking about her political future Let's see what she's talking about it Almost out of time to get to your future I'm sure you saw the poll in New Hampshire that had you as the leading
Starting point is 00:25:18 candidate, leading choice for Democrats. First of, are you going to run for president? I mean, I'm focused on winning the midterms. I'm running for Congress right now. But, I mean, do you see this as something I know you said you're open to it? Is it a realistic possibility for you?
Starting point is 00:25:38 I haven't, well, I haven't ruled out the possibility and I'm very humbled to the tremendous amount of support out there. I think that we have a responsibility to remain focused on the midterms and not on our individual aspirations or plans. And running for Senate against Chuck Schumer, is that also something that's possible? I mean, I think that
Starting point is 00:26:00 anything is possible at this juncture. Well, she didn't say no to that. She didn't say no to president either. She kind of paused and laughed. I mean, she did say, I'm trying to room for Congress. Right. You know, I think she's focused. She's like, I got work to do right here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:17 I feel like she's like, I'm not there yet. But, you know, I could see her doing it in a couple years. Listen, I'm supportive. She's done great. She's done great work. Why not? We actually have people who are a complete shit show doing it. So what are we talking about here?
Starting point is 00:26:31 Hello. Complete and utter shit show. Now we're in this Iran situation. Just really quick before we get to the rundown with Laura Stap. Go to 20 real quick because Rosemirc sent this over yesterday. As they try to figure out a way out of Iran, Netanyahu rejects Trump's plan for disarming Hamas. Wow. That's right.
Starting point is 00:27:03 The Great Board of Peace. I wonder why. I wonder why Netanyahu doesn't want to figure out a solution to stop the violence. Maybe because he's always wanted violence. There's never not been. eight time. Man. Wait, Lou, how to go on the phones?
Starting point is 00:27:23 Oh, man. If you're calling right now, Lou has not figured this out. Hey, we're working on it. We're working on it. Wait, can you even log in? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You logged in.
Starting point is 00:27:34 But the phones, no. Okay. Stop putting him in a depression. He's working on it. The name in Yahoo thing didn't surprise me. Well, because he knows if the violence stops, They're going to try to put them in jail. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:53 Reson, you all right over there, my guy? Yo, these guys fall apart. No, let me. Yo, don't put your liquid next to the equipment, man. You're going to short circuit the whole situation. Empty. It's empty. It was nuts.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Pause. Hey, yo. Hey, yo. Let's get to the rundown. Laura Stapp. Let's do it. Let's do it. Turn that up.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Screen's on glow when she pulls up. Headlines heavy, but we still cut up. Life still feels. Before I jump straight into entertainment, I want to say a big thank you. First of all, to my team for supporting me through Envision Fest. Yes. We just wrapped it up. We had a fantastic weekend, and so many Fats came up to me from the tickets they won.
Starting point is 00:28:35 Nice. It was so nice to meet all of you and your families. It was so cool to just get all the feedback from everyone. So it was really really dope. What was some of the feedback? No, just some of them were like I didn't, a lot of them said, I knew it was going to be fun. I just didn't think it was going to be like this.
Starting point is 00:28:51 Okay. So a lot of positive feedback. So they thought you was running a rag tag operation. They showed up. That joint was fire. They're like, oh. They're like, I know what I was getting myself into, but I'm here. And I'm having a great time.
Starting point is 00:29:07 No, so I just wanted to show everyone a lot of love. We had, I had Flo Millie as our keynote speaker on Saturday and JT on Sunday. And the girls had a fantastic time. a lot of great conversations, great activations. Shout to Flo Millie and JT, man. Yeah, a lot of good energy. Foot Locker was our title sponsor, and they did an amazing pitch competition.
Starting point is 00:29:29 People walked away with grants, so it was super cool. So they got money on the site? Yes, yes, yes. I like it. And we even did a couple of giveaways. People downloaded the app to listen to the Ibrilora Rosenberg Essential podcast.
Starting point is 00:29:43 Okay, all right, all right, all right. We gifted people some $50 music gift cards. It was good. It was a lot of giveaways, a lot of fun. It was a cool weekend. So I just wanted to shout everybody out. So because I was so busy during the weekend, I wasn't online like everybody else. But I guess on Saturday, Drake hosted a wild viral live stream on kick and partnership with stick to celebrate, I guess, the betting platform's birthday, right?
Starting point is 00:30:10 Yeah, that's his big endeavor, questionable endeavor. So it turned into like a 20 to one day. dating show. But isn't that a thing already? The 20V1 dating show thing? Yeah. Yeah. He's done it before, right?
Starting point is 00:30:26 I think this is the second time he's done it. But that was interesting. It was interesting to see. There was one clip. I don't know if you sent it where he was sitting down with this goth batty. And then I guess she asked him to like bark.
Starting point is 00:30:40 And it went viral. But watch this clip. What do we? Just give me like one. Would you bark for me? Wait, wait, stop the clip. That's not the clip that was sent over, bro. Not with the not like us behind it.
Starting point is 00:30:59 That was the clip. No, that's not the one Rosenberg sent over, bro. But this one... You're being messy, bro. No, that was the clip that I got. You being messy, bro. That was the clip I got. No, y'all being purposefully messy, bro.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Stop doing that, bro. No, you're doing that, bro. No, y'all doing that, bro. Nobody... The one I saw in our chat did not have him with the... the not like us behind it. But this one was moving to though, just because it's funny.
Starting point is 00:31:22 Yeah, because they put the not like us behind it. Yes, yes, yes, yes. But anyway, it was full of wild things like that. He did a bunch of, like, giveaways. I think he handed over
Starting point is 00:31:30 like a million dollars in prizes and cash and burking bags. I saw a thing where he had a women's, like, uh, honor women thing. And he gave away,
Starting point is 00:31:40 it was like out of castle or something. And he had like a bunch of ladies there and they was all getting these gift boxes of, you know, bags and treats and all the things. Yeah. Yes.
Starting point is 00:31:53 It was a huge giveaway. So there was this part that I saw moving around that he addressed like certain refutes warning his opponents that his pen isn't dry. So careful with that reply. So everybody was like, Oh, I appreciate all the love. I appreciate the last few months.
Starting point is 00:32:13 It's been incredible for me, you know. I dropped three on that head top. these guys are dropping albums it's like hello and goodbye you know i'm saying and careful with that reply because the pen is in dry i'm just letting you know that's what i'm on by the way let me pop it um yes double chrome bracelets okay cardi that your grandma would wear hello don't even want to say the price tag um diamond cross on the jeans like it's just really i don't know how to explain it other than i'm having bro you don't have to explain how much money you have disjuncture um i guess my question
Starting point is 00:32:46 is who is he speaking to. I guess anybody who was thinking of mentioning his name or coming at him. Who would that be? I mean, bro. The people who want, no, I'm being serious. The people who already wanted to come after him went after him. You know what I'm saying? Like it already happened.
Starting point is 00:33:04 What, what? I thought we all had said the battles were over and we were moving on to enjoy music. I thought this was already discussed. Am I, did I miss something? I mean, after he dropped his albums, that's right, thought we were. Well, even before that, when he dropped Nokia and the party next door joined where he was like, yo, you know, I'm off that. And then we got this new album where clearly he's not off that.
Starting point is 00:33:29 He still wanted to address some things, which is his prerogative. But yeah, who's he speaking to? Who are these individuals that would want to go at him still? It might be more rocky, too, because I think he mentioned that people dropping albums. So that was for Rocky. And nobody's talking about it. And Rocky did just talk about him. Yeah, he did just talk about him with Jason Lee, right?
Starting point is 00:33:51 About a knuckle, them fighting or something. A bare knuckle fight. Could be. In other news, I saw you at the Usher concert. I was there on Friday. How was it? Me and the lady, me and jazz pulled up. It was phenomenal.
Starting point is 00:34:04 I had a great time. Then I walk in the day and I see you want to cover some ridiculousness. But go ahead. So there was clips that were going around But online and people were just like, you know, that's not a shirt, like that he used like a step double. But what is that based on? So people were just like, it doesn't look like them. Do we have clips?
Starting point is 00:34:39 Did he take off his loss to turn the performances? I don't know. And maybe it's the facial hair? That's what I said. I changed the fias. I think it was because people were like that. It was not him. I started looking at him.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I'm like, wait, does he look different? But I think he looks the same. I saw him before he went on stage. He was there. I mean, now, I guess, I guess between that and going, you know, maybe, but no, I'm not buying that. And by the way, that mic was on. Those mic, yo, Chris Brown's mic was on. Usher's mic was on.
Starting point is 00:35:37 Them dudes was up there singing and dancing and putting in that work. So, you know, and, you know, Friday night, it was a big. downpour to it like 7 p.m. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I was like, are we just going to sit in the car until this is over? Well, yeah, what did you guys do? Well, we were on the way. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:02 When the downpour happened. By the time we get there, it's already like 815 because we kind of delayed our, we wanted, I wanted to go earlier. But traffic getting in was crazy. Of course. You know, luckily I had, you know, connects and access, so I slid in through the back, but, and the rain was done by it.
Starting point is 00:36:24 So, but it was rocking. They started a little bit late. Okay. You know, because of rain. Because I think that the rule is for every lightning hit, they got to wait 30 minutes. Makes sense. Right?
Starting point is 00:36:39 So, like, lightning, 30 minutes. So if you see lightning like three times, That's an hour and a half. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just, I mean, listen, it's for people's safety. Yeah, nah, you don't want people getting struck by lightning as they stand in an outdoor facility. Surrounded by metal, by the way. Bro.
Starting point is 00:36:58 And people might joke and be like, yeah, right? No, no, it's happened before. Nah, people would be getting clapped out here by that lightning. I think it was like a festival in Germany. Look it up. It's happened before. It's horrible. No, you will get.
Starting point is 00:37:11 Yeah, I remember back in the day, we had to cancel like a certain portion of summer jam one time because that lightning was rocked. It's well documented. It's popping. You can go look at me trying to manage a weather situation while still trying to get Lil Wayne on stage. Yeah. It's classic.
Starting point is 00:37:27 What was that? 2016? With me. That was like 10 years ago. Yeah. So, all right, super dope. All the clips that I saw from the show looked in. No, it was a great show.
Starting point is 00:37:39 That usher Chris Brown and what I really, look, I enjoy both of them thoroughly. And the talent is through the rule. What I really enjoyed was seeing how different they are as artists. Right? Like, because it's the, you know,
Starting point is 00:37:53 it's the Raymond and Brown, the R&B tour. And, you know, you just think of, you know, R&B and the songs you hear. But the way they present the songs,
Starting point is 00:38:04 the way they perform, they're just very different as artists. How did they do it? Just, did they take turns? Yeah, so it was like Usher went, then Chris went,
Starting point is 00:38:13 then they went together. Then they, you know, and then they alternate. Like it was like a whole thing. It was well, very, listen, that tour is very well done. Amazing. You know, the one I saw on Friday was so well done.
Starting point is 00:38:26 That's fire. Yeah. That's fire. In sad news, Hunter Biden just had a recent interview with the BBC where he said that former President Joe Biden is living in pain as he battles cancer. Yeah. He said, look, it hasn't stopped him from doing his thing, but the cancer has definitely spread.
Starting point is 00:38:45 It's gotten into his ball. and further, so super painful and very debilitating in many respects. But he says overall he's in good spirits and doing his thing. Yeah, that's tough. What was Joe 82? He was diagnosed in May 2025 that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. 83. That's when they told us about the cancer, by the way.
Starting point is 00:39:11 Yeah. You know, because obviously I don't think they wanted to bring that up while he was in Right, right, right, right. But you know how they, they found it? It was a routine prostate exam. That's how they found it. You know, we always talk about that, going to the doctor, getting checked out at every age, you never know.
Starting point is 00:39:27 Yeah. We all kicked the can, man. I still gotta get that colonoscopy. Need to just schedule that. Yeah, yeah. You know, every time I'm like, yeah, I'm a schedule it this month. The months gets, I let the month, and this is my fault, I let the months get filled up.
Starting point is 00:39:44 filled up with all different types of appointments. Yeah, you got to just schedule it ahead of time and make it a priority. Because we go ahead and prioritize everything else, but bro, it's your health. You got to do it. Well, you know, in my, you know, like I'm already scheduled out until December right now. I'm having another knee surgery, November 10th. Another one? You're on my other leg.
Starting point is 00:40:13 Join that arthritis don't go away. And the question is, like, could I not do it? Absolutely. But then why would I wait until the knee gets really, really bad? And then it messes up my hip. Of course. And then it messes up other things. But that arthritis starts to set in.
Starting point is 00:40:28 And then you start taking Advil. And then you're, you know, trying to, like, do an edible at night. So the pain goes away while you're sleeping. Or when you're driving, it starts to tighten up. And you're dealing with all of this discomfort. Of course, of course. So you could get in there early and get it, get it tightened up if you have the option. Because I know a lot of people deal with, like, different knee and hip pain.
Starting point is 00:40:52 Yo, I know people who have had hip surgery and partial hip replacement and partial knee back in three to four weeks. Damn. That's very impressive. What? What? That's very important. Yo, when I had one on my left leg, which my left leg was torn, just shit. all the bone and cartilage gone.
Starting point is 00:41:18 I was back on the bike like, you know, slow-mo, eight weeks. Yeah, I was very impressed on how quickly you kind of snap back. Yeah, I was back outside in 12. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So with my right one, which is nowhere near where my left one was, I'd be back quick.
Starting point is 00:41:37 They say I'm on crutches for like a week. The second week of you're in rehab, the third week you're getting stitches and all that out, doing rehab. Is it a similar surgery? Same exact. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:41:48 So you've been never. Same exact. All right. But yeah, that's in November. Then I got to do Mad London travel in September back and forth to London.
Starting point is 00:41:58 A shout to my lady said my shirt was fitting good today. She's trying to holler at the kid. You know what I'm saying? She was like, hey, that shirt fit in the day. All right. I got to figure out what brandness is.
Starting point is 00:42:10 Y'all going to see more of these. Oh my God. Anyway, that's the rundown, guys. Yeah. Laura got the run down, turn that up. Screen's on glow when she pulled up. Headlines heavy, but we still cut up. Life still flashing, we don't slow up.
Starting point is 00:42:27 So it was circulating on the internet, I guess, Monday, the trial for Keith D. And the, he's been charged with murdering Tupac, or excuse me, organizing the murder of Tupac. Now that Keith D thing, didn't that all start with a Vlad TV interview? And he did. And a book. Didn't he do a book? And the book is part of the trial. The book is being used against him in the trial.
Starting point is 00:42:59 Oh my God, bro. Listen, I'm happy that they're trying to still solve this, but for Keith D. Congratulations. You plagued yourself. Big time. Yeah, it says he was blaming his co-author for inserting false information. Big time. That is not what you want.
Starting point is 00:43:16 Now, Laura, did you follow this Katie Miller, Eric Swalwell story over the weekend? I did not. I did not. Katie Miller is the wife and mother of Stephen Miller's children. Stephen Miller, the neo-Nazi racist who's like the Trump lackey at the White House, who basically is, they claim, is the mastermind behind a lot of the anti-immigration and border policy and ICE and all of the things that we're seeing in the streets.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Yeah. They're married. Um, let's go. What's clip 19 here, Rassan? Katie Miller has been caught with Eric fucking Swalwell. Eric Mugger with Eric Swalwell. Katie Miller with Eric Swalwell. I do not suggest to you in any way that I'm perfect or that I'm a saint.
Starting point is 00:44:00 Eric Swalwell, who would literally fuck a bag of Doritos. He would drug a bag of Doritos if he found it on the street and fuck it. That's the man she chose to be the cucktress too. And Stephen Miller was the recipient of the cuck. And I just think that's so beautiful. I think it's so beautiful that they've been married since 2018. She was pregnant literally all of last year. Katie Miller gave birth in June,
Starting point is 00:44:24 meaning she's been pregnant for like nine, 10 months prior to that. Like, why have I been more nauseous this pregnancy? Why have I had more eczema this pregnancy? Without question. It's because it's more of my husband's genetic makeup than mine in this baby. Too happy and giddy to be doing any sort of math right now. Katie Miller was found with Eric Mother.
Starting point is 00:44:41 Ballwell. I moved at the committee's subpoena. House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security, advisor, Stephen Miller. It is a great time to be alive. Yes, Stephen Miller. He got what he'd always had coming for him. And so did Kate Miller. Let me tell you this. The most brilliant person that I've met in my lifetime is your husband. He's, he's just, he's scary, smart. Go ahead. So nice. Well, thank God my kids have those genetics. So I want to throw it back to April 10th, 2026. As somebody who normally doesn't believe all women, great way to start, Katie Miller.
Starting point is 00:45:17 I believe her. And the many lined up before her. Eric Swalwell's behavior was the worst kept secret on Capitol Hill. And I'm positive. She was not the only intern. Katie Miller, were you also an intern when you had formal relationships with Eric Swalwell? You know these people? Mess. Well, now Eric Swalwell is a Democrat, Stephen Miller, a Republican. Eric Swalwell just was going to run for, wasn't he going to run for governor of California? Wasn't that the deal? And then he got multiple allegations that had to step aside.
Starting point is 00:45:54 In Toronto, every arrival is a statement. And nothing says it better than this. Cadillac Optic was the number one selling luxury EV in Canada for 2025. Starting point is 00:46:21 for calendar year 2025 for the Cadillac definition of luxury. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know if you saw this, Ibron, because I don't know if we talked about it on the show, but did you see the new director of the CDC? No. So it's a woman, Dr. Erica Schwartz, I believe. I believe that's her name. There you go.
Starting point is 00:46:41 There it is. Look at what her... Abortion surveillance will be a critical focus. Look at what her critical focus is. Abortion surveillance is absolutely critical component of what the CDC is currently doing. I also want to make sure that certain states are not conflating emergency services and hiding abortions in that emergency services case definition. There is no evidence that states are purposefully misclassifying abortion care
Starting point is 00:47:09 when reporting statistics to the CDC. The implication that certain states are hiding abortion services behind the label of emergency care services particularly egregious, given that women have died or nearly died after physicians denied them miscarriage care due to state-level abortion bans. Yo, these people are disgusting, bro. Yeah. And the fact that they continue to deny the amount of women that are being hurt that are being, killed, basically. There are so many stories of women wanting children,
Starting point is 00:47:49 having complications and pregnancies, needing to get abortion care that are so scary. So scary, and they're just acting like none of it exists. I'm looking up her past. There was a woman who, oh my God, so sad she lost her pregnancy, but she needs to get care. The fetus was no longer living in her body,
Starting point is 00:48:15 just like nothing we can do so you are just going to let this woman die and they're like yep it's an abortion it's sick guys and this is an attack on women's health like i have and they're obsessed with it so they're going to go after states that are still trying to protect women's health but i just thought it was super interesting that they got a woman to lead this and a black woman oh they love putting a black finding a conservative black face to throw at us. Yeah, man. But she's put in the work. From what I read, I don't know much about these things,
Starting point is 00:48:53 but definitely put in some of the military works. She went to Brown University. She was in the eight-year program in liberal medication, education. Uniform Services University of the Health Sciences in 2000. She's a jurist doctor from the University of Maryland. So, you know. Abortion surveillance.
Starting point is 00:49:25 So, you know, as you read on about this abortion surveillance, the headline will get you going. But really what they're doing is monitoring, making sure people aren't hiding the services that they're giving people. Now, for us who want people to have these options and these services, we're like, why are you monitoring this at all? but there are states where they pass laws where they're not supposed to be doing this. Yeah. So they're putting her in play to say, we're going to go to those states and make sure that these individuals, these states or these doctors in these states,
Starting point is 00:50:04 aren't lying and saying that these are emergency abortions. But what's going to happen, and we've seen this happen, you're going to have medical professionals against politicians who have their own agenda. Of course. And at the end, what does that mean that women will die? Yeah. Now, maybe this woman, Erica Schwartz, will stand in the way. I don't have faith in that.
Starting point is 00:50:33 I do not. I wouldn't either. But, you know, this is why voting matters. We talk about it a lot on this show. Voting matters because this woman wouldn't be in this position or even having to do this. if we had elected individuals at the state and the federal level who were interested in protecting women's right to choose. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:58 But that's not what, I mean, look, the Supreme Court, many people in Congress, and obviously the president who is, you know, an empty suit, the president is on the Gryft mission trying to get money. so he's going to endorse whatever the individual's giving him money want to have him endorsed. They've been working on getting this abortion thing situated the way it is now for 30 plus years. They've been working on the Supreme Court the way it is aligned right now since Nixon. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:44 So they pump a lot of money into these young individuals. a lot of the Supreme Court justices that were just put on have been groomed since they're in their 20s, 30s, young judges. Yeah, and you know, there's supposed to be a separation of church and state, but right now more than ever, people are, everything is veil under their religious beliefs, whether you believe it or not. Yeah, man.
Starting point is 00:52:17 Look up the Federalist Society, A prominent organization for conservative and libertarian lawyers and law students that plays a major networking and vetting role in identifying judicial nominees. The Heritage Foundation, you guys heard about it. That's Project 2025. They move in concert together, step by step. So pay attention, people. Pay attention. Let's get to the gurus, man.
Starting point is 00:52:51 Hey, yo, it's time for the gurus. Rosenberg. All right. You know you are a beautiful queen. Ebro, don't ever play yourself. You're not a guru. The original gurus at gmail.com. The original gurus at gmail.com.
Starting point is 00:53:09 That's where you email us. For the gurus, unite. It's a fight for what's right. Ebro, burn the stage. All right? Let's get into it. Zen, Zen, Zen. Dear gurus, I'm a male 30 married.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Found myself in a bit of a pickle. We wanted some advice. Okay. I'm currently happily married to my wife, but I'm having a hard time cutting things off with my former flame. The situation as a whole could be talked about in the validate me discourse, but I figured I'd start here. This former flame and I have kept in touch
Starting point is 00:53:48 since leaving their state. we're very close and since moving, I helped them from time to time with expenses. And it's now been a few years. And what was once a once in a while type thing, it turned into me paying for phone bill every month and occasionally the power. And they're about, you know, 10 years older than myself
Starting point is 00:54:12 and in a better career position at the moment. But gurus, I want to know your thoughts. How can I try to encourage them to want more for themselves. And at the same time, take them off dependence of me. I honestly did it mind at first. I was making decent money
Starting point is 00:54:33 and I didn't mind helping out a friend, but I'm married now. And I have to start focusing on what is best for my wife and myself. My validate me level of concern is that I will find a way to see them when there's an opportunity. Unfortunately, I'm not ready to quit double dipping.
Starting point is 00:54:54 Maybe from the bond we share with each other, from back in the day at a certain time. I'm not sure what it is, but I'd love to keep talking to them and even if we stop the romance. My worry is that if I totally cut them off financially, they will take it as I no longer care about them. This is messy.
Starting point is 00:55:12 That's not my intention. And I also feel responsible if anything were to happen to them, as I know it's been very tough to be on your own in today's world. Thank you for taking the time and I hope to hear it one day. Bro, you gotta stop cheating, bro. What is happening? His concern is cutting off the person that he's been seeing from time to time financially.
Starting point is 00:55:34 I personally think that he also is scared of cutting them off financially because he's scared he's going to get blown up. Congratulations, you plagued yourself. You got yourself into this message. Congratulations, you plagued yourself. Nah, bro. Congratulations. He's not even saying, like, he wants to just cut the whole thing off. Congratulations, you played yourself.
Starting point is 00:55:56 He would like to possibly still be friends. Congratulations, you plagued yourself. I cannot. Sir, you're a mess. And what's his question? Let's just joke. What's the question? Let me see.
Starting point is 00:56:10 No, his question is like, how do I cut them off financially and still keep the friendship? Congratulations, you played yourself. Fuck out of here. Oh, I can't. I can't. Sir, this is, this is not going to end while. L-L-J, cool, Jay. If you were serious about your wife,
Starting point is 00:56:38 you would cut the whole thing off and move on. This is messy, and just because, you know, you're tired of pain. And you still want to be friends with this person. You know that's not going to be a friendship. I think your real problem here. here, sir, and you said it, which is you have other priorities. You acknowledge that you have other priorities in your life, which is your family.
Starting point is 00:57:07 That's the end of the thought. And so tighten up and own it. Congratulations. You plagued yourself. Or are you just going to exist in this space forever until it unravels and blows up in your face? And it will. It always does. So that's all I got for you, bro.
Starting point is 00:57:32 There's no, listen. I, bro, if you, whatever you're doing out here in the world, if you don't have your family prioritized and you out here having side quests, bro. Congratulations, you plagued yourself. That's the whole thing, man. And then when it blows up, you're going to be like,
Starting point is 00:57:55 oh, my God, was this worth it? Was my side piece worth it? side piece worth it you know the fact that you're giving money to people and doing all of this extra work is like I can't my and maybe look I was um I was a a serial monogamy person for a long time because I knew I wasn't serious you know what I'm saying like I wasn't serious so I didn't even I get in a relationship and be like the same for me I don't know I'm not doing this A lot of dudes get in a relationship because that's the only way they're going to get some tail. You know, I was fortunate to be able to maneuver without being serious.
Starting point is 00:58:40 You know what I'm saying? I didn't have to be in a relationship to figure out extracurricular activities. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? So there's individuals out here that that's, and some people just want their cake and eat it too. Like they really do care about somebody, but they want to be on their side quest. And they're not. And they're not prioritizing.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Unfortunately, sir, now you've gone off into the deep end and played yourself because you didn't think this through. I don't know how old you are, but br- He's 30. Yeah, so you made serious, serious error that hopefully you can unravel and move on and not go down this road again. But there's a lot of people who believe once you're a cheater, always a cheater. Maybe this needs to blow up in your face and you need the ramification so you can really understand how bad you effed up. Yeah, man. And the fact that you got kids, they got kids? I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:59:33 I don't think so. He said he had a family though. He said he had his wife and a family. Definitely married. Yeah, definitely married. But even if, bro, even if you stop and you still want to be friends with this person? Why you want to be friends, bro?
Starting point is 00:59:46 It's not going to worry. Friends, why you want to be friends? Your relationship was never based on a friendship. So it's not going to work. Yeah, but why do people need to be friends, bro? Everybody wants to, can we still be friends? Yeah, it's not going to work, bro. Was we friends?
Starting point is 01:00:03 Or I was giving you money. And some dick. Yeah, that's it. And some good times. Who wasn't friends? He just wants that door open just in case. But yeah, you gotta get your ish together, bam. This ain't, this ain't the way.
Starting point is 01:00:20 Either cut it off completely or else. Congratulations. You played yourself. All of that. Listen, man, we got some guests popping in this week. Vic Mentza on the program. Rob Markman pulling up, Jasmine, the Jasmine brand pulling up. They're going to sit in on the show, too, is the plan.
Starting point is 01:00:48 That's what I heard anyway. We'll see if it actually comes together. King Lou, you never figured out the phones? Huh? No. You got to come close to the mic. I can't hear you. Your voice isn't.
