The Ibron Laura Rosenberg shows.
Ebro-Laure-Roshenberg, man.
What's happening, man?
Hey, hey, hey, Friday.
The weekend's here.
Yeah, we got a busy day today, man.
We're going to collect a serious interview that you guys will get on Monday,
but you'll be hearing about it later on this afternoon.
Are we not saying who it is because we want to make sure it actually happens, King Lowe?
I don't know.
We just didn't mention who it was.
We can.
I feel like there's never really a purpose to doing it until it's done.
Yeah.
To letting people know what's going to happen.
What's the real upside?
Saying we're supposed to go do something.
That's right.
Okay.
Cool deal.
I'll go along.
Listen, Ebro-Law Rosenberg at Gmail.
I want to shout out to all the friends of the show who send in emails and voice notes.
If you jump over to the Patreon with us immediately following this program, you know,
we'll be covering.
the emails that were sent in.
We have shout to
Kane out there. It was a funny email
we'll get into.
Natalia.
Let's see. Mark.
Did we shout out Mark?
Was that the birthday one you wanted to hit?
Shouting out other big head
people in health.
No, I think we didn't read that in the end.
Really enjoyed the cap chat
from one big dome piece to
another, Peter.
I'm down to three or two holes.
That's why I just wear a flex fit or fitted sitting at about seven and five-eighth, by the way.
Any luck family on a signed shirt or a cap or a mug?
Well, we do have caps, hats.
I haven't seen them yet.
I haven't gotten one.
But if you have a big dome, I'm not quite sure that these dad hats will be for you.
I'm going to find out.
Rosenberg, you're in the big dome piece, right?
That's what he's talking about.
I talked about.
He felt seen.
Hats and hat problems.
Anyway
Really also love the health talk
Made me schedule my endo
Having Barrette's
Espogus and slowly
Progress to a new kidney
Shout to you Mark
Speaking of any
Any hat any drop
Yet Pete for Cheapete
You got a cheap heat hat
I'm working on a cheap heat
Hat drop
Because my man
Quarterman
Who owns Love People Records
Down in the DMV
He bought
He started working on
What's it called
When you
stitch like stitching embroidery embroidery he got two embroidery machines and he's been working on the craft
for the last year oh nice to make his own merch yeah yeah yeah and so he's he's made some caps that are
fires so i think i'm going to go to him and do like some limited obviously you wouldn't want to do
he's not doing 200 hats that would be a major but if you were to do like a run of 21 oh that's
cool but some people really really really want because the big companies they can't do that small
right Laura you can't get that stuff yeah it just takes long that's why like even our hats
they're embroidered it's just taking a while there's they're supposed to start shipping oh because
those hats are embroidered too yeah it just takes longer um but anyway shout to uh mark on that and he also
said four here though four on this particular hat a four i have a live i'm wearing olivia dean merch
today okay what how many holes you have i got four okay you guys are the same don't let me see
but that might be a design different let me see no this is a little snug though oh okay
little snug although maybe you wear it this snug because you have a red you have an indentation
but this fit of hats not good on my head is it no when you put it on it's weird bends up a little
strange no it's fine bro it looks good though this is better though no no that's not better is this
laura is this better or no i mean can't put it out how about let me leave you with this it depends on the
look you're going for i don't know if i don't think you want to go for that look you guys just
have different shaped heads because you guys fall good on you it's not my yeah i'm
not doing this either yeah it's a little tall it's a little tall yeah this is the point the point the point
that's why I don't think that's what you're yeah yeah yeah yeah go for us see heels this is a west side gun
hat we're worth boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom these hats are expensive it's like a
$50 a $100 really I mean with all that embroidery why not yeah that's a little bit better without
that's great that's great that's great isn't so point
If it wasn't I have very few hats now.
It's better.
My dome piece is phasing me out of hats.
I wear some backwards hats here and there.
I think a backwards.
Yeah, that'll go.
I don't know if this is, this has too much stuff on it for me.
I'm not into it.
I'm not into it.
No.
Guys, sometimes you have to accept it.
I've added glasses.
I'm losing hats.
It's fine.
I think you're all right.
You'll figure it out.
And I think you'll be okay.
But shout to Mark.
Laura, he also was able to donate to your fest.
Yes, I know.
Wow.
What a guy.
Mark, thank you.
By the way, Mark, your email just, I mean, it took up half the show just now.
Half of this, you know, little Friday.
That's why people should be on Patreon.
They should be a Patreoni so they get to the full show.
Well, that part.
Or you could just email Ebro-Laura Rosenberg because we would love to shout you out,
birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, loved ones.
We just love your involvement.
And I really love seeing you guys when you send videos and hear from you when you send voice.
You know what we didn't get to this week, Y'Bron.
Diligence 2 is out.
Buster, Jay Dilla.
The album is out.
That's really, really great, man.
I just, if you're the kind of person who complains about rap these days,
and there's an entire busted Dilla album,
all the,
there's like only one beat.
The beat on Spaz is the only,
the middle beat.
No, the first one.
That's the only beat you don't like.
Only beat I don't know.
I'm sorry, sorry,
the only beat that's familiar to me.
Got it.
The first beat on Spaz,
which is Dilla,
is the only Dilla beat that I have heard
previously on the entire album.
Everything else is stuff he had in his stash
that I don't ever recall being on tapes
that were out and about.
Like they're from his own stash.
It's really awesome.
Yo, Wayne sounds incredible on that project.
He sounds clear.
At a time where if you're looking for Wayne
to sound incredible,
sounds incredible on that.
It's dope.
You will really enjoy this album.
Diligence, too.
Yeah.
Oh, by the way, on the Patreon this week, you know, we were talking about, we played some music, the game album.
Remember, you were like, I'm not, okay.
Really sounds great in the car.
Yeah, you gave it the car.
I gave it a car run and I was like that.
I was not in love during our segment on the show, which you could probably, if you're on Patreon, you can just watch my face and it will tell you that.
Yeah, he wasn't feeling it on the show.
But then also some of them beats, I don't even think you would really love that much as a hip-off man.
But what I used to love about game so much is his selection.
Yeah.
I always thought his production was always so good.
I just thought this one sounded a little, a little iffy.
But I'm going to let it play in the car and give it some time.
But yeah, the DeAngelo on the Diligence, too, dope.
T3 is Slum Village, Big Sean, Honey Baby,
Anderson, Luke.
The Duck record is fire, actually.
Watch the Duck is, I mean, I wish they did more music more.
Really good, that's a really good tune.
Got John Battiste and Common on there.
Obviously, they always sound great over Adila beat with Bust.
to what we got in common.
So yeah, just a great,
and you got my dukes on there.
And I'm attempting to do something.
Here's the idea that I had yesterday.
Because I want to do a thing with Busta.
I want to do something around this album with Busta.
Him and I played phone tag a couple days ago,
trying to figure this out.
But I think what it makes more sense,
I thought about having him here.
We've had great conversations with Busta.
Then I thought, now, what I'm going to do is,
I'm going to try to get him on my Shade 45 shows
so we can play music.
But then I'm going to take the all,
conversation if you guys agree with this and put it on this channel.
I like it.
So because I just think Busto, I want to be able to have a conversation where we can
fully play music.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But then I think we can still share it here with the ELR audience.
I like it.
And Shay doesn't, Shea 45 doesn't care what I do with my video content.
You also bring them in for a Patreon.
The Patrionis would love that.
Oh, and the Patreon is can get the whole music.
We give them the whole thing with the music, but on the channel we could at least put
the interview with no music.
I like it.
You know what you're saying?
I like what you're saying.
We could give the whole audio version like we did with the
the the Jay episode I did. We put up a full episode. People enjoyed that. So for now, you can kind
of sneak some music to the Patrione's for now until I'm sure at some point they'll catch up to that
and not let you do that either. Right, right, right, right. All right. So what are some of the videos we
miss? Oh, the Hakeem, the Dream. Hakeem the APEC Dream. Hakeem Jeffries.
He asked for a meeting and I took it to discuss the affordability crisis that exists. Start over again
real quick. If you're in the volume up you broke. Yes. I want to show you how the, pay attention.
You're on your phone.
I'm over this guy.
Okay, real quick, though.
But I'll play along.
The first five words of it annoy me.
Because people, the reason he put this stupid video up
is because it came out that he met with Jared Kushner.
That's right.
And people are offended that right now,
the guy who is basically the architect at this moment of Gaza's destruction
so he can turn it into, you know, house,
upscale apartments.
Beachfront properties.
Yeah.
You meeting with him as the guy who's supposedly going to lead the Democrats if they take over the house, people are pissed about it.
So, Ebro, you talked about like, you often talking about striking the wrong note when people are upset with you about something.
Listen to the first five words how he thinks this is the way to talk to people.
He asked for a meeting and I took it.
Calm down, bro.
Why are you yelling at me because you're an asshole?
The credibility crisis that exists that is not a hoax.
At the same period of time, I shouldn't have to say it, but I am.
No one is going to get a pass.
We're going to hold every single member of the Trump cartel accountable,
beginning on day one.
Why is he wearing this hat?
If you're stealing from the American people, shortchanging the American people,
or screwing over.
the American people, you're going to be held accountable.
We're going to follow the facts, apply the law, and be guided by the Constitution,
beginning on day one.
And hold the, it's enough, honestly.
You guys all have you choked out.
And so I hear what you're saying.
And here's the problem.
You've lost people's trust.
That's why this is an issue.
Correct.
So cool.
Him even saying like, I shouldn't have to.
Yes, you should.
Of course you should have to explain.
Why would you not have to explain?
Why would you think that people right now, when it feels quiet and you guys haven't been saying anything and nobody's been held accountable and we're watching crimes happen, why would we believe that things are going, people are going to be held accountable when they haven't been.
So for us, regular folks, we don't know how long accountability takes.
But I tell you what, we thought you was going to hold them.
accountable in
term one.
We thought you were going to hold the January 6th
was accountable.
Did they?
They tried.
Didn't work?
Bro, they all got out of jail.
Didn't they get bonuses?
They got out of jail and then some had to go back to jail for other crimes.
Yes.
So there's that.
Then you have the,
you guys didn't manage the Supreme Court right.
Going all the way back to Obama and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
You've lost two of three.
Two of the last three you've lost to a reality show host slash liar and by all accounts convicted criminal.
Did you also see what the Democrats did this week? I'm trying to find it.
So that's why I tuned out because it's like, all right, cool story, bro.
Are you talking about the putting in Jared Moskowitz?
Yes, Jared Moskowitz.
Yep.
Who's that?
Yo, Gerimoskowitz is as bad and A-Pak-loving nothing a Democrat as humanly possible.
And they put him in to run what?
So he will be running the Middle East and North Africa subcommittee in Congress.
So they put an A-PAC pawn in charge of the subcommittee in Congress to handle the Middle East.
And then Democrats, of course, this week have been obsessing with Hassan Piker.
What now?
You know, his anti-Semitism.
So the Democrats aren't serious.
We're a few months out from having a chance to like change the world.
Yeah, yeah.
And they're just, they have their heads up their ass.
Would you, so would you be more specific to say democratic leadership?
Correct.
Because there's definitely people within the party.
Plenty.
Plenty.
Who want change and are trying to.
Also, well, do you guys know what the actual rule is?
Why?
Is it just like a foregone conclusion that Hakeem Jeffries would have to
have to be the Speaker of the House?
I don't know how this works or why.
Is it,
Lou, do you know why?
Is it just because he's senior?
Lou, I think it's senior.
I think they all kind of came together, basically.
And this happened a few years ago when Nancy Pelosi stepped down.
Okay.
So basically, he's already the majority, the minority leader of them.
And they had voted him as minority leader.
So it is, unless somebody challenges it, it's seen.
And they've all been pretty together on this for the most part.
He's going to end up being the leader.
I think even Mom Donnie defends it in this week.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, I do think there's also strategy in this, right?
Which is the individual that can bring most people together around an idea, right?
It has the best relationships, deepest relationships.
That's why he has to go hang out with Jared Kushner.
You know what I'm saying?
So there are the people.
I think there is some strategy in that which those of us who want to see things get done and, you know, we're irritated by that.
Look, like you said, Mom Donnie even was like, well, he's lying to our face.
You're lying to us about what the conversation with Kushner was about.
Though the conversation with Jared Kushner was not about affordability.
The conversation with Jared Kushner is about his plans, I'm sure, related to Gaza and the Middle East.
And that's why people don't trust affordability was on Jared Kushner's mind.
I just don't think anyone believes that.
Well, that's a great point because I didn't even, by the way, glossed right over that.
Because I assumed they met about.
No, how came.
Affordability.
No.
That's what.
Hakeem, you are an A-PAC pawn.
Kushner obviously is getting to the money.
And y'all met because of what the messaging should be for the leader of the Democrats in Congress.
That's what y'all meant about.
And y'all met about Kushner making sure that you had the right talking point.
Correct.
It's sorry.
We're not going to believe.
You haven't given us any reason, Hakeem, Jeffries.
You haven't shown any bravery to let us think that you actually sat down and said something.
with your nuts in your hand.
And by the way, why do we have to find out from it just getting out?
Why didn't you come out and say, hey, I went and met with Jared Kush?
Your only commenting of it all is why are you wearing a fitted in front of the project?
And why are you?
To respond.
To respond.
Why were you like, yo, I'm going to put this outfit on and stand right here?
And why do you have an attitude?
And be mad.
And who you mad at?
Why are you yelling at me?

I know people were recently coming at him because he did an interview on NBC News
where he basically say he no longer supports
or co-sponsors, Medicare for all.
That's not what people want to hear.
So guess what?
Guess where you shouldn't be standing
or even visiting if you don't want Medicare for all
in front of projects,
government-funded subsidized housing
with people who actually need that.
And meanwhile, these Democrats are just obsessing over.
They're going on TV
and they're spending their time on TV
talking about Hassan Piker.
That's what they're unifying over,
is their problems with Hassan Piker.
A streamer.
But by the way,
I think that more falls in line with
making sure that they're on message
to, you know, remember,
go back a few months where you saw
a lot of influential people,
influencers being paid
by the government of Israel
to make sure that they put out a certain message
online. And there has been
concern about people who love
Israel and support Israel that they have lost the hearts of young Jews in America and young people
in America full stop. And you know who's the biggest enemy to that? Who's the biggest op to that?
One of them, Hassan Piker. For sure. So that's what that's about. I just am curious when
people talk about whether Hassan Piker is anti-Semitic because of how he feels against Israel,
the thing that's controversial this week was not even controversial. What was it? What happened?
All he said, and, you know, Hassan sometimes says things,
he can say things in a slightly clumsy way.
We're like, it's not a, he doesn't add the little things around it to maybe.
The disclaimers.
The disclaimers that's done on, that's all, he does that on purpose.
Which he kind of told us he does that.
But so basically, but what he said, the juxt, the crux of what he said was just,
Israel and APEC are putting American Jews in danger.
Right.
And he basically sort of suggested, imagine sort of a world where if you continue to try to intentionally conflate Israel and American Jews, imagine a world in which crazy people then take that out on American Jews.
Right. He did it in a way that could have used a little bit more like, you know, that would be horrifying. God forbid.
You know, like he just doesn't do the disclaimers.
But either way.
But his message is something that people like me have been screaming.
Stop conflating Israel and American Jews because you are putting us in danger.
Israel is an international pariah committing war crimes against innocent people.
Stop saying that we're all the same.
It's hard, though, to get people.
My dad wrote a great article in a substack about it this week.
It's hard to get people all of a sudden to not conflate when for 50 years it's been
we are one.
And that's been an intentional message.
Every synagogue with their, you know, Israel flag.
We are one, we are one, we are one.
Now you have a lot of us being like, we are not one.
Please stop.
So he said that and now people are coming after him.
But when people question, why is it always people like Jonathan Greenblatt in the ADL coming
after Hassan Piker questioning whether he hates Jews?
No one looks up quotes from Ben Govier saying Israel should aim to kill 30 or 40 Palestinians
a night and comparing Palestinians to like Varmin who are subhuman.
who are subhuman.
And he's a government official.
He's a government official in Israel.
The ADL doesn't say anything about it.
No one says, no one even condemns that.
We have, Ben-Gavir is a literal terrorist
in the Israeli government,
a literal terrorist in the Israeli government
and no one says anything.
But a Twitch streamer
who simply says,
I think it's dangerous for American Jews,
he's the person we need to worry about.
I just, I can't do it anymore.
And I know I've used the word a lot this time.
Talk about the political football.
Yo, the way that the Democrats and the Republicans are lining up with the Jews,
with the American Jews emotions as their ball of like,
who's the anti-Semite?
Are you the anti-Semite?
Oh, oh, and a lot of people fall for it.
Yeah.
Because you really do.
You have to have your head on a swivel and be paying attention to everything
to really understand who are the good guys and who are the bad guys.
And that's why people slide into the two wings of the same bird thing.
That right.
because they can't tell and it takes a lot of work to tell and then individuals who could
clearly be like yo we are not with that we are not for that we do not support that
they don't because they are with it and they are paid to be with it and that's where people are
like yo who's paying you why are you meeting with jared cusner why do you have a fitted on in
front of the projects and why do we see videos of you saying you don't support these
things that are clearly popular like Medicare for all or supporting things that are clearly
unpopular like just unequivocally giving money to Israel and giving them weapons while they
harm you know um gossens and people who do not have the ability to support themselves and
protect themselves why can you just say you're going to support all the Democrats in the
next in the general why are you specifying being against the democratic
Say it.
Socialists of America.
I was always an audience.
So there's all of that.
So all of that work that we just had to spend time articulating is why people just sign out.
Because most are just kind of like, why is it so hard, bro?
Like I thought we didn't support harming people.
I thought we were a country that had these morals.
And you don't.
You're picking and choosing when I.
our morals should be at play with which groups.
And then you get off into,
oh,
so when it's black and brown people being decimated out here,
nobody has anything to say.
Right.
As soon as they look like whites and Europeans,
everybody's all up in arms
and wants to have a movement about it.
So you slide off into these places.
And that's what people are.
I'm trying to get the exact quote from Mom Donnie
on his backing of Jeffries.
We have the video.
Oh, let's watch the video.
And we had the video.
Here it is.
Hi, Mayor.
Hey, Josie.
So two questions.
I first wanted to just get your reaction to Times reporting on Hakeem Jeffries meeting with Jared Kushner.
I mean, what do you think of Jeffries potentially being speaker in light of this?
And then my second question is it's now two weeks until the first day of school,
and there's still no AI policy.
And principals aren't supposed to buy new tech until there is one.
So can you just give any update to that?
will be coming in the next few days. I know this is a stressful issue for schools.
It is, and it is an issue of immense importance to us in the administration, and it is an
issue that we will be speaking to soon. And to your first question, I continue to support
Congressman Jeffries and his bit to become the leader.
All right. Thank you. Pretty straightforward.
All right. Yeah, I'm curious to hear more on that. But, you know, Mondani's in a, you know,
this is when we're getting into real politics.
Yeah.
This is now the real politics politics.
Yeah.
This is where over the next three years with Mom Dani, you're going to see,
that's where they're going to try to pick him apart on how he plays these things,
which is why I think he, once again, had a great meeting with Donald Trump,
but held his ground on the things that he said about Trump, where he was about fascism.
Of course, Mondani is a man of principle.
And as a man of principle, you can meet with people you vehemently disagree with,
and we can trust that you'll find.
That word.
I was waiting for you to say that word.
The trust part.
trust that he'll find the spots where he goes, cool, let's work on this.
Because I don't mess with you at all here, but we could work on this.
There you go.
I mean, he has to.
I don't trust that Hakeem Jeffries will do that.
Trust.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I don't trust you.
So if, if based on what we knew of Hakeem Jeffries over the last five years, there was built
some trust, and we heard that he was meeting with Kushner, then you would be like, well,
he's, you know, he's earned the benefit of the doubt, the benefit of the doubt, which is
why he's frustrated in the video because he feels clearly like why do I even have to explain
what I'm it's like have you not been paying attention to how you've come up on every time you've
been questioned on anything recently well clearly he's maybe not paying attention or not getting the
memo or they think that you know they're fooling someone because no one's telling him hey you're
losing trust the narrative around you is XYZ because of ABC and so the bombazi and the bombazi and the
And the Bomba Z.
Got me Y.
Right.
Exactly.
Messing with us.
This is straight.
Yeah.
You want to go to Patreonis?
It's time to go to the Patrionies.
Laura, anything else?
Let's do it.
No, I think we got everything we wanted to talk about.
And guys, new episode of ELR News with Kevin Ortega has drops today.
10 a.
10 a.m.
All right.
So there you go.
Shout to here's why Kevin.
So right after the Patrioni, you couldn't take in some ELR news.
There you go.
Listen, the platform.
The ELR platform is populated.
with a lot of great content.
Shes getting there.
We need to start,
you know what we need to start
getting on there?
The validate me trailer.
Is there like a trailer
that comes out every weekend?
Does that go on the ELR platform?
To push over to your own platform?
No, I can.
And we can also just collaborate
on the video.
We can do whatever with them.
Frankly,
we can put them on the channel.
I don't even know.
I'm just trying to make the show good right now.
Do have an episode out this week
with Jen Actor.
So you saw that.
How you?
Thank you.
He's a certified sex addiction counselor
or therapist.
Very interesting.
Okay.
Yeah, we got to keep popular.
this channel, which is more good stuff.
That's right.
That way you just go on there and you're just constantly being like,
yo, more champs.
I don't even leave this channel.
I love this channel.
Matter of fact, I might subscribe.
I might share and I might hit the hype button.
I like this channel so much.
Might even sign up for Patreon.
You might even sign up for a Patreon.
Yes, King.
Well, no, I just want to remind everybody,
but that next week would be a little bit of a lighter week.
So we have an exclusive interview with somebody big.
Oh, that's right.
So a big interview dropping Monday and a Patreon next week.
Guys, we'll get these teasers better, man.
Somebody big is not a tease.
Somebody big, man.
We'll love some tease.
Now, if you were to say, yo, make sure you tune in next week
because we have the conversation with the person we've been trying to get for six months.
The person you can't afford to miss.
But then we're going to go a little quiet after that.
Yeah, that was the really big thing.
