Just don't call in a podcast.
The Ebro-Lora Rosenberg Show.
The Ebro-Lara Rosenberg show, mostly Laura and Rosenberg.
You know what I mean?
Trying to hang in.
I'm trying to keep up, man.
These guys are on a roll.
What's happening?
Rosenberg is incognito and it's some sort of...
What is that, Laura?
Some sort of...
Uh, he's in a room.
Is that a room?
Is it a full room?
It looks narrow.
It looks more like a storage facility.
By the way, it is borderline narrow as a storage facility.
But it is just a room that is basically doubling as a storage facility.
Got it.
Okay, these things happen.
But it's a room.
It's a room.
Listen, what you're saying is very common.
Were you, I mean, yeah.
Listen, they can't make fun of you for being in a kitchen with a laundry room and a kitchen all the same time this time.
Facts.
No, they can just say that your house looks like a storage room.
Now they're just going to be like Rosenberg is at a Manhattan, what is it, Manhattan
Storage.
I'm in Manhattan mini storage as we speak.
Laura, how was your weekend?
It was good.
It was good.
I had my ambassador graduation for the Envision Foundation yesterday.
Shout to the Ambassador Foundation.
No, not Ambassador Foundation.
Ambassador Foundation.
So I do a mentorship program that kicks off in January and it wraps up this month.
So it's really, it was really cool.
I spent my Sunday in festivities.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it was cool.
Yeah, I love Invigion Fest, man.
I'm so proud of you guys for keeping that going during the tough time, too.
Thank you.
Yo, man, I heard, you know, there was a number of activations around New York City this weekend,
like, was it CultureCon, and there was something else going on.
And people, you know, shout to CultureCon and everybody who plans those things as well.
And Kevin Ortega Rojas, who was one of the speakers there.
Oh, he was?
Did not know that, but shout to our guy.
But similar to what you articulated with organizations,
or companies not being able to activate close to culture and things like that.
I heard some people who work on CultureCon were expressing similar.
Even that event, which is more of a commerce-facing event,
but because it's tied to culture, because it's tied to black and brown and streetwear and these other things,
some of the similar challenges.
So all of you, all of y'all are creating.
space for you know black folks and cultural uh things are dealing with those headwinds so big up to
everybody doing it man it's going to be listen i it feels like it may be over or at least subside soon
you know the way the uh the the midterms are playing out and the way you see the uh the conservatives
and the right scrambling grasping at straws yes lou you look like you want to say something
well here's my thing
yeah, they're scrambling.
The Democrats might win and they might win big.
My thought process over the weekend, though,
as I was watching some of this happened,
was do you think they're going to seat these people?
Like, this is not going to happen without drama.
So if the Democrats win big,
do you think they're going to do something
to not even seat these people?
We shall see.
We shall see, Louis, because you never know.
I was listening to the Daily,
and they were talking about Democrats sweeping the midterms.
But one thing they did bring up
is that the Democrats are doing,
pretty good in the red states,
but not in the blue states.
Like Maine, like Susan Collins is,
is completely, basically, like, on top of whatever the Democratic.
Is Maine a blue state?
But, you know.
Is Susan Collins a Democrat?
We don't know.
But I was, even me and producer group were discussing it.
Like, I hope they just don't neglect the blue states.
Like, you still got to do the work.
You still got a campaign.
You got to do it.
You have to do it.
Well, simultaneously, I don't know if you guys care,
but are you paying attention
of what's going on in Latin America and South America?
Which country?
All of them.
Where you have a significant number of conservatives,
Trump supported, Netanyahu supported,
politicians who have taken leadership in what?
Colombia.
Brazil, I believe.
Well, no, Brazil is in a runoff.
But you have Bolsonaro's son, you know, battling it out with the president there, Lula,
who's trying to get his fourth term, who's super progressive and wanting to represent the,
you know, environmental things.
Yes, Rosenberg.
No, I didn't even realize that they were already back in election.
I didn't realize that Lula could lose to Bolsonaro's son.
It's, you know, Brazil is like the U.S.
It's crazy.
It's just ping ponging back and forth.
Well, listen, I believe it's destabilizing.
destabilization and money coming from, you know, conservatives and the big tech bros
trying to take over South America where they think they could probably, you know, really
take control of governments down there.
There's this clip I found.
Play clip one.
Brazil's own intelligence agencies just issued an internal alert warning that the U.S.
is running a psychological operation against the Brazilian elections on Sunday.
And Brazilian federal investigators believe it is being directly coordinated.
by the White House and collusion with the candidacy of Flavio Bolsonaro, which aims at a new coup attempt against progressive incumbent President Lula, according to reporting by forum.
Brazil's federal police and intelligence agency have reportedly circulated warnings through their internal communication network,
describing an active U.S. operation to manipulate the first round of elections on October 4th.
The trigger was the U.S. Embassy in Brazil's sudden suspension of all in-person services on Friday,
citing unspecified security concerns, along with the Canadian, British and Australian Embassy's announcing restrictions.
The Brazilian intelligence read that closure as the opening move of a coordinated effort to generate fear and tension in the days immediately before the vote.
A federal police source cited by forum described it as hybrid warfare and laid out the operation's intended effect.
Manufacture enough of a climate of insecurity that voters either shift away from Lula or stay home entirely,
driving abstention high enough to deny a first-round victory for Lula.
The intelligence services believe the operation is designed to disadvantage Lula, who leads polling ahead of Bolsonaro,
whose father, former President Jer Bolsanaro, is himself convicted for his failed coup attempt following Brazil's 2022 elections.
Brazilian intelligence has internally named the suspected operation Brother Sam 2,
referencing the 1964 U.S. intervention in which Washington moved an aircraft carrier toward Brazil's coastline
to support the military coup against progressive Zhao Gulart, installing a 21-year brutal military dictatorship.
The U.S. footprint in this election extends further.
The Guardian reported this week that the Trump administration has allocated one more.
million dollars through the State Department's Human Rights and Democracy Fund to Brazilians explicitly
tasked with attacking and undermining Brazil's Supreme Federal Court.
Eduardo Bolsonaro, brother of the candidate, holds direct access to the State Department in Washington
and is described in intelligence assessments as the principal interlocutor between the Bolsonaro campaign
and the Trump administration.
Ten days before the vote, META disabled all of Lula's campaign advertising across its platforms
without offering any explanation.
Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America, holds rare earth mineral resources,
reserves that Washington has explicitly identified as strategically important in its competition with China.
And the outcome of this election will shape the region's political direction well beyond its borders.
It's going down.
And that last few lines there where they talk about those rare earth minerals that the U.S. wants as we compete with China.
You know, always pay attention to the money, man.
Always, always.
So we'll see what happens with Brazil in the next few days.
Yeah, man.
Now, it's important to note that Brazil also jailed the former president for the coup attempt.
Here in the United States, January 6th was handled a bit differently.
Oh, yeah.
So far.
A bit.
They were rewarded.
They were rewarded.
A slight difference here in the United States and how we handle coup attempts and attempts to overturn elections.
So it's very interesting.
Does any a couple questions for you, Rosenberg.
Do does anybody believe that they'll get this $5,000 from Trump if the, if the Republicans continue to control the House and the Senate?
Anybody on this program?
I don't know. I said the S&L made a funny joke about that in the opening of this week's episode.
They did a Trump sketch where all the politicians were all the Republicans were sending messages to the audience to try to get him to vote.
vote and Trump comes out last and he's like and I'm giving you $5,000 and it's not bribery because
everybody knows I have no intention of paying you.
Doesn't that kind of sum it up like but I don't know if anyone actually believes he's
going to pay that money but the the I know you're not ever Ebro surprised by the boldness
anymore but the boldness these days.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
The guaranteeing money if you go vote.
The last week during football,
airing a crazy pro-Trump commercial all day during NFL Sunday.
And at the end, it says paid for by the U.S. government,
just in your face.
You have that commercial, Bascom?
I haven't seen this.
I haven't seen the commercial.
I heard people.
I saw people talking about, but I didn't see it.
It's wild.
This is the final battle.
With you at my side, we will demise.
the deep state. We will expel the war mongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists.
We will cast out the communists, Marxist, and fascists. We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country.
We will route the fake news media and we will liberate America from these villains once and for all.
It should be paid for by your tax dollars.
No, it is. Down at the bottom. As we should say. It's at the bottom.
You guys, U.S. anything paid for by the money.
the U.S. government is paid for by your tax dollars.
Always remember that.
Yo, it's crazy too.
In that commercial, the first thing that struck me was,
every accusation is a confession.
Every adjective he used to call out the fascists.
Yeah, I know.
I'm like, you all are the fascists.
You, what are we talking about?
the war mongers who is that the war mongers and the fascists that's you bruh that's your man
quomo it's a great job they they by the way sidebar i got to say this we was on a call
rosammerg and i last week and we had to listen to the entire quomo interview really damn good
you. No, listen, bro, we were a good morning show, man.
I don't care what nobody says. You'll never convince me.
Yo, this is hot 97 on VH1. Damn good show. You'll never convince me otherwise.
Ebro in the morning with Laura Stuyles and Rosenberg is a fucking awesome morning.
You'll never convince me otherwise. You know, that Cuomo interview?
It's aggressive.
It deserves an award.
Now it was it was that was like lean in must hear radio you're like yo are they just going at
quamma but not even though we were having a constructive combo and then bro started to
true no I agree it was a legitimate combo but it was also intense and very raw like it you just didn't
hear it was the realest convo the guy had the whole time yeah and it's his team's fault but not
preparing him well look I
you know, we could blame whoever hung up the phone,
thought it was a bad idea for it to continue.
It would have actually been a great idea for it to continue.
Yeah.
For his own legacy.
If you missed that, it's somewhere on the internet.
Somewhere.
But anyway, so nobody believes in the 5K that Trump's going to give us
because there's this clip that Isaiah Martin posted.
He's been on our show before.
and I think this is one of the best kind of
look at it from 30,000 feet
what Trump is talking about
while Isaiah Marlin basically is like
why are you waiting until after election
y'all control everything right now
if you're serious
Republicans win the House of Representatives
and the Senate I'm going to give
all adult citizens in the United States of America
five thousand dollars
hey Donald
why don't you just
just do it now. You control the House, the Senate, and by the looks of where you are, the White House,
why don't you just do it now? That's how low IQ all this stuff is. If he wanted to, he has the
ability to do it now. And we pump massive amounts of money through tariffs and record-setting
economic success, but Democrat policies won't allow this to happen. How can you,
you blame the Democrats, when you literally run the whole government. You even control the Supreme
Court. In fact, the opposite is going to take place. They're going to raise your taxes and they're
going to destroy our country and certainly destroy our economy. You just talked about tariffs,
but who pays a tariff? A tariff is an import tax. You just raised our taxes a different way.
you literally are the one that raised our taxes.
The Democrats win, much like $1,000 in your pocket.
Well, let's see, Donald, under your watch,
health care premiums up 26%.
Energy bills are up 13%.
Farm bankruptcies are up 47%.
Diesel prices are at all-time highs,
and gas prices are literally more than $1.30 more
than what it was when you took office.
What was that about economic success?
By the way, you still owe us a doge tech,
a tariff check, an ACA refund check,
and now this new check, that's now $13,000 for every single person in America that you owe us.
Donald, why don't you just run us our money if you actually wanted to do this?
Because the reality is that he has absolutely no plans to.
It's yet another distraction of the fact that he destroyed our economy with his stupid policy.
Yeah.
That's probably the most that I could see was the most direct counter to this.
latest Don Con.
Because that's what it is.
It's a hustle.
And by the way, they're going to, I hate to call people who would fall for this low IQ.
I really don't think that's constructive.
But you're dumb as hell if you actually think, because think about it, you're for $5,000,
let's just hypothetically say you're going to get this money.
based on what you've seen over the last 10 years,
is that $5,000 worth it?
Right.
Truly, what you've seen
with regard to the amount of money
that has gone out the back door with this administration.
And you're just never going to get it.
That's it.
It's just a lie.
You're never going to get it.
And I know most people don't think
that this is affecting their bottom line,
the amount of money that Trump's family's been able to make,
the lack of regulation across a number of,
of financial sectors,
the war,
you know,
the military operations
and wars going on.
I know you don't actually
believe that this is affecting you.
But long term,
it is thrashing us.
Also,
where would they get this money?
From us.
It's our money, man.
How many people would get it?
Every adult.
Think about it.
What's that number?
I don't know.
What's the number?
Like a trillion?
Wait, he changed it.
It's now every person.
He changed it this weekend.
Not just every adult.
Every person, every U.S. citizen.
So 350 million people will get $5,000.
All right.
$5,000, yeah.
Times $350 million.
It's going to give me a number.
I won't even know how to read.
Let's see.
1-75 and then there's so many zeros,
I don't even know what number this is.
That's what it would cost us.
So not going to happen, but nonetheless, all of this is because you don't actually have.
And this is also an important thing too, and we'll get to the rundown.
And I want to ask you guys this other thing, if you believe it or not.
They're not actually talking about policy.
So there was a time.
Remember that the Democrats, the critique was, hey, you can't just run on the fact that you're not as bad.
as Trump. Remember, that was a critique against the Democrats.
Still is. A couple years ago, still is.
Where it's like, hey, we need more substance than just, hey, this guy's bad, so vote for us.
The Republican, or at least Trump anyway, is essentially that now.
Hey, they're bad. So keep supporting me.
That's all they got. Because he had groceries. Remember, he had groceries.
He was running on gas prices. No new wars.
Drain the swamp.
What were the other?
Trade this.
I'll build the wall.
All of that, by the way, he's failed on.
All of it.
So now it's, hey, they're fascists.
Their war mongers.
As they're being fascists and creating wars.
Yes.
Yeah, I can't.
And when you see like people, like when you have independent reporters,
interviewing these people and they're like yeah but you know he knows what he's doing he's just
gonna fix it hey these people are gone guys this is a cult like it is a straight up cult well so i was in
london all last week they weren't really taking the uh uh what was the airline was it
habu dhabi air oh fly dubai fly dubai fly dubai yeah most of the stories that i saw there were
questioning the validity of this flight.
All of the stories I saw, Ebro.
Well, this morning I'm driving in on 1010 wins.
They're still talking about who the pilot was,
you know, how long this pilot was a pilot,
you know, the fact that he acted alone.
So there's still some factions here in the United States
that are trying to legitimize this story
as something that should be taken serious.
Are you guys seeing anything different?
No, I saw a lot of airline employees saying like, yo,
when you read the facts, the quote-unquote facts,
they're like, it's not possible.
They were like, none of this is possible.
Something about them, like the cockpit situation,
like you can't just, I guess after 9-11, they like, it's impossible.
Well, no, they said, but no, but they said after a dude got stabbed up,
he was able to lean back and unlock the door.
And then a plumber came in and landed the flight.
A plumber.
Yeah, a guy who never flown a plane before was able to land a commercial flight.
Oh, and also while it was nose diving for 17,000 feet,
none of the oxygen masks dropped down on the videos that were shown.
The other passengers were walking around the cabin like they were going to help.
Bro, I can't.
Then I saw a celebration with a giant speaker.
Did you see that?
I was like, how to get a giant speaker in there?
I don't know much about this airline, so I've never been on it.
I don't even know how the pilot would have got a knife into how.
So many questions.
But I did see a story yesterday that the Brazilian, Brazilian, Israeli agencies were like firing back and forth blame at each other for not, for not accounting for this pilot.
Because usually they basically would know who anybody who flies regularly over Israel is.
That's how on top of it they generally are.
And so you believe that this incident happened.
Or that it happened?
Not that it happened, excuse me, that it was not planned.
It wasn't an inside job.
I don't, I certainly don't trust whatever the, I don't take it face value whatever Netanyahu's saying, that's for sure.
However, here's the obvious part of the show where I get hated on by our entire chat.
I also don't go with what the internet ran with, which was I couldn't find a story that wasn't just pointing out that it was fake.
So we're living in such a crazed time where by the time I even was looking into it, I didn't see anything on my timeline about it being real.
It was all that it was only fake.
In Toronto, every arrival is a statement and nothing says it better than this.

So I don't buy that either.
So I'm still waiting.
The word fake, I think, is so.
No, there were lots of video going around.
Something happened on an airline.
Something happened on an airline.
So I think that.
Now, whether what they're saying happened happened, I think that's the question.
Right.
And how it happened.
Say again.
And who actually did it?
And did it really fly, did it drop 17,000 feet?
Is that a real thing?
Because most of the CNN or are we getting?
hear from the passengers?
How many passengers can you get to be a part of something?
Well, if, I mean, if it's, if it's staged, you could get all the passengers.
If it's a completely staged flight.
Well, but wouldn't we be able to find that out, too?
This isn't a flight that usually, they filled an entire flight with actors, essentially.
Yeah, that's where it would have to have been.
I would imagine we'd figure that out, too.
Yeah, that's where it would have to have been.
But you'd be expecting the UAE.
Israel and wherever they landed, where did they land?
And somewhere north Saudi Arabia, I believe so.
They would all have to be in code.
Listen, I don't know what happened.
It's a bizarro story.
The fact that the guy was then with BB 10 minutes later with his bloody sock.
Nah.
I'm saying no.
Like what?
The bloody sock?
No, it was like the Red Sox game.
It was like Kurt Schilling.
Nah.
The bloody sock.
Yo, the speaker celebration.
Fuck out of here.
None of the luggage.
The video that I saw was like, come on.
Yo, there was a video I saw literally and they were like a guy had a drink sitting on his thing.
The drink didn't spill.
It's all suspect.
It's so weird.
And the part that makes me a non-believer in any of it is how close it is to an election.
Well, that's the main thing.
Or many elections, by the way.
Many elections are going on.
We just talked about the Lulu, Bolsonaro, Brazil.
You got Israel in the middle of an election.
The United States is midterms.
These are all situations that would behoove Israel
and the United States for them to go conservative.
It's way too convenient for me to just take it at face value.
way too convenient
how was um before we get to the rundown
how was the how was the week last week
what did I miss I saw something about
Rosenberg and Yankees tickets
do you want to talk about it
Rosenberg you want to talk about it now
you want to wait time to the rundown
no I mean it's very basic it was a very
unfortunate situation
you want hit yourself with the button up front
at the end of the story
you're whatever your preference
boat oh it's a double
okay
congratulations you played yourself
Because I shared with the group, you know, that we were very excited to go to the Yankee games,
sitting legend seats, have the whole thing.
Hey, maybe I'll run into Paul Simon.
Oh, who knows?
Wow.
Whoa.
Whoa.
Whoa.
Legend seats?
Yeah.
This is, this is major.
No, no.
Congratulations.
You missed a good game.
I don't care about a good game.
You know me.
I only care about legend seats.
Yeah.
And, and then all of a sudden we're like, where are the tickets?
Why are the tickets?
not here.
And this was all happening during Don Honan Rosenberg.
And Don said, what if the tickets were for the wrong day?
And that's why they're not there anymore.
And I was like, nah, because we asked for the right day.
And then we looked, and they were for Tuesday.
This was on Wednesday.
Congratulations.
You played yourself.
Yeah, it wasn't a great, it wasn't a great moment.
But guys, the great national nightmare is over.
We will be back in the building this Wednesday.
We're back, baby.
suppose this you play yourself
well shout to the Yankees and the Yankees faithful
sweeping uh the red side by the way
uh louis y'all were really back to your old selves on saturday though
that was uh that was rough that was rough that was rough
the one hit we got and he got thrown out a third a catcher by the way
at least he was only caught by six feet
it was bad he said he was only caught by six feet
Yeah, like his decision to go to third was insane.
No, no, that's what Louis just said too.
He's like, yeah, why is a catcher trying to take third?
Dang.
What are we doing?
But they're back at it tonight.
I do want to say, I appreciate after the sweep of the Red Sox.
I really appreciate the Yankees faithful going full turn up like Knicks fans.
I do appreciate them trying to bring the energy like what the Knicks fans were bringing during the, you know, the run to the,
to the chip.
I do appreciate it.
It didn't hit the same
just because I don't really believe
y'all are that excited about a sweep
that early in the playoffs,
but I'm into it.
Yeah, they tried, though.
I thought so, too.
It went viral.
It went viral.
It went viral?
Yeah, I saw it.
I mean, I saw it.
And I wouldn't say that I'm a part
of the Yankees algorithm.
So, you know, it seemed like it was getting pick up.
So I'll take it.
Good for you guys, man.
Now, since we're in sports, Lord,
guess what I did this weekend?
What?
Or yesterday.
What?
I watched football.
Wow.
Like Rio football?
I watched the end of the Giants game,
which was the last six minutes or whatever.
Okay.
And then I watched the first half,
the first half of the first quarter of the Raiders Chiefs game,
and then I watched the end the last five minutes of the Raiders Chiefs game.
So when made you do this?
Uh, time.
Okay.
I was post-cycling, hanging out with Salasi, and turned the TV on and was stretching on the floor after cycling and had football on.
And she was okay with it.
She didn't ask for Paul Patrol.
She didn't ask for Miss Rachel.
She didn't ask for what's the other thing she asked for?
I don't know.
Peppa peep.
Oh, Blueie.
Bluey.
Booy.
Booe.
Booe.
Boey. Bluey.
Bluey, blippy.
Peppa.
Yo, Ebro.
I know.
You can't just say like she didn't ask for Ms.
Rachel like you have to tell everyone who you had the pleasure of talking to
Miss Rachel well yeah I had an interview on Apple Music with Miss Rachel because her
and mr. Aaron put out the finalized kind of versions of the songs so the songs
that we've been hearing on Miss Rachel for the last six years since it's been a
thing have been kind of karaoke-esque right right versions of songs that Mr. Aaron
kind of just put together they went and added to some of the songs
added more instrumentation to the songs kind of formatted the songs mixed the songs made them something
that you can find hop little oneies hop hop hop all the things now i'm so happy with is a slapper
nah i'm so happy i'm so happy as a heater and i um but anyway it's available on apple music but yeah
i had to sit down with her mr erin um so cool last week or a week before last it just came out last week
And then, yeah, she had a full,
I posted a video of her getting down on her knees with Salasi.
So Jazz never asked to go to anything.
Never.
I understand, Jeff.
I told her a possibility.
It wasn't even confirmed that I might get to sit down with Ms. Rachel.
She was like, I'm stopping everything, and we will be there.
I was like, well, I don't even know if it's happening.
well she was like how whenever you find out let me know yeah I didn't find out for sure until the day
before so so five o'clock the night before it's supposed to happen I'm like they say miss Rachel's
coming tomorrow she was like we'll be there done we were messaging and she was like this is like
the time you went to Sesame Street I said I know jazz no I know this is insane it was big it was big um
but anyway Salasi brought her miss Rachel dog so cool and met Miss Rachel
So cool.
Your family picture is pretty fire, bro.
And Ms. Rachel got down and jazz filmed the whole thing.
Ms. Rachel got down on her knees and was like singing with Salasi.
By the way, you got to know, Ms. Rachel is really this person.
She's not faking it.
No, no, no, no.
And even in the interview when you see me talking to her on Apple Music,
like she's really an advocate for children.
Like in her brain, she doesn't even know what's controversial.
She's not processing.
Like she's like, I don't even.
She's right.
I don't know why I'm controversial.
I didn't set out to be controversial.
I didn't set out to cause any problems.
I just thought loving children was something that was everything.
Everybody did that.
You know, who wants children in war zones?
It seems like not that hot a take.
She didn't really think she was going out on a limb with this one, gay.
Right, right, right.
And Mr. Aaron.
you know, they met at church.
Okay.
So they met at church 10 years ago.
He's, you know, a Broadway, he's worked on many Broadway shows as a musician and decided, you know, when they started posting videos because they were making music for their son.
I don't know if you guys know the story.
Their son is on the spectrum, their oldest son.
And they started posting videos for that reason in the pandemic.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
And it took off.
Yeah.
Man, when we were on lockdown, Kenza was,
because Kenza was born during COVID.
So it was all Ms. Rachel.
Yeah, Ms. Rachel was rocking.
I remember the real, real old school episodes.
I'm going to call them old school
because they were like still bootleggy.
No, relative to now, they do look pretty boot.
They're so bootlegers.
But I think that was the appeal.
Yeah.
Was that it felt like you were getting a video
from somebody that you knew.
You know what I mean?
it felt very personal.
Yo, and then she...
New season, though.
Yeah, new season on the way.
Wait, it dropped it out.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm late.
When it just dropped this week...
New season out, four episodes.
On Netflix.
On Netflix. It's the compilations of the other ones.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.
Well, there you go.
Miss Rachel.
So maybe this week for Family Friday.
I'll bring that video back up.
Yeah, that'll be dope.
We should do that.
But, yo, I definitely saw influencers on
of Instagram
burning that Miss Rachel
they're like, yo, we're going to get Miss Rachel on the charts.
We want Miss Rachel top
five competing with Drake's new releases this week.
How did it do in the end?
I don't know. I haven't looked at the numbers.
I have no idea.
But I'm sure it did great, you know.
And by the way...
You had to at least done pretty well.
Yeah, and by the way, like, you know,
I think the way people have always
interacted with Miss Rachel generally
is through YouTube.
So, you know, getting people to now bounce over the streaming services and just use it in the car or, you know, play it in the house when they.
But that's the appeal, you know, especially for, I know in our household, it's like, you know, okay, all right.
We had a little time watching TV.
Let's just listen to some music, right?
And play and color and try to do other things other than just have the TV on.
You got Miss Rachel just on in the crib.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I did that a lot.
producer griff gave me this
this toy called the tony's
yeah oh yeah i love that we had that too
the speaker where you can just put a little character
and it plays all the soundtrack it's pretty cool
so we did that for a long time
you know about that rosamberg miss rachel tony's pop
the miss rachel tony's pop oh you got the tony's
yeah of course we have the tony's we love the tones
crazy although although ebro the blueie tony's
are a real scam why
they only sell the blueie tony's in like a three-pats
that ends up being like 50 bucks.
Oh.
No, Bluey is going for it, guys.
Bluey is going for it.
Yeah, they're cleaning up that bluey.
Movie comes out next year.
Movie next year?
And the movie.
Yep.
Esa told me she was dressing up as Bluey
for Halloween this year.
To Halloween costume.
That's cute.
I like that.
Yeah, I like that too.
I wasn't mad.
I was trying to get the whole family to dress.
What did you say?
Like to have fun with Salasi?
No.
She's going out
She's 12
She lets go hang out with her friend
Wow
Issa's like I want to go hang out with my girls
And we're dressing up as blue
She's like yeah cute
But I got my own friends
I'm out here trying to get the family photo together
It's not it's falling apart
Oh man
Issa got friends in the schedule
I'm trying to get the family photo together
Yeah
It's tough
But I'm not gonna force it
I'm gonna catch the moments as I can
Yeah that's all you can do
That's all you can do
Laura, you ready for the rundown?
Let's do it.
Laura got the rundown, turn that up.
Screen's on glow when she pulled up.
Headlines heavy, but we still cut up.
Light still flashing.
We don't slow up.
So Chris Rock has been trending.
He had an interview with the New York Times.
But this particular part about regret has been moving around.
Shout to our friend, Def Not Ann.
He's the one who put me on, but check out the video.
White people believe every accusation is a,
conviction. I grew up 619 to K the Street,
between Howard and Saratoga. If you go on your phone and punch up Roger Logan
exonerated, a guy named Roger Logan, who I grew up with, who was very,
he was one of my best friends brothers, went to jail for 19 years for a murder he didn't commit.
And here's a weird thing. Yeah. His brother used to plead with me to pay for a
for Roger and I never did it. I always had like a no lawyer thing because a lawyer is like an open-ended thing like I'll pay your mortgage I'll put whatever I'll there's a bunch of shit I've paid for education all sorts of shit I always stay out of lawyers because it's so open-ended and I'm I'm still it's still fucks with me I was like I had the means to help him and I didn't and I don't know if we could have got him out or not but still so all that to say is
I'm black.
Black men get accused of shit
they didn't do all the time.
Every day in the paper
we let black men out of jail
who go, whoops.
Who, that black guy just did 30 years.
Too bad.
So the controversy is what?
A lot of people are like, dude,
with your fame and money,
you definitely could have helped him.
And then other people are like,
yeah, he is not,
why do people think that he has to do these things?
And then, you know, lawyers kind of like,
a lawyer can go on, those lawyer fees can add up.
No, lawyer retainers, especially for something like that,
I would assume, I have no idea, I've never dealt with that,
could go on for who knows how long.
Right.
I mean, look, is there a world where Chris could have said,
look, I got five on it?
That's what I'm saying.
You're going to get a little 25K and be like,
I can contribute towards it.
But also, it was his friend's brother.
It wasn't his friend.
Yeah.
There's that side of it, too, where it's like,
yo, that's your brother.
I love you all, but would you say Rose Mark?
You know how long Chris Rock had money and had people asking him to do stuff?
And like there's a very good chance that was not the only lawyer ask he's gotten.
And so he was like, yeah, that's one thing I don't do.
I can't judge that man for not doing that.
I'm not really, but I also think.
Thank you, internet.
We knew you would.
But I also think the three of us can relate because we've been asked financially to do things by people who aren't financially.
capable and have had to make the decision on whether or not we want to be on the hook for that.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah.
I don't think most people are financially in a situation.
And so I think the comments and the blowback Chris is getting on the Internet about this is from people who have never financially been in that situation.
More than likely have been in a situation where they needed help from somebody who had it and that person didn't have it or didn't want to help.
But Chris was like, look, I help with a mortgage.
Education.
I help with education.
It was just like these legal fees that just can go open-ended.
Because anybody that's watched lawyers, lawyers, especially what dealing with the,
what's it, the prison system?
Yeah.
Bro, this takes years.
Bro, you paying a retainer for what?
What are we talking about?
And by the way.
And by the way.
Uh-huh.
You're not getting it back.
That could take years and years and you're not winning any money.
At the end, you're hoping to win freedom.
So that's money you know you're.
just spending. And as you pointed out, it's not even his friend. It's his friend's brother.
Like, it would be a dope thing if he said he did it. But I guess my thing is I respect hearing
someone be vulnerable about the fact that the fact that he didn't do it still messes with him.
And by the way, he didn't get no love for that. Like no, by the way, the guy's out of prison now.
Yeah. Chris is like, yo, I still feel like shit. Yep.
he could have left that out he bro
the story didn't need it
he didn't have to tell the part that he
that he failed him he didn't have to say that part
so you know look he owned it and he feels like shit
and people are gonna you know pile on
and look I get it man it's tough
people with money if you have a couple of dollars
in your pocket and you can relate
you'll never do enough to make everybody happy
yeah I just
you might keep trying
you'll always fall short
with somebody
if they feel like you got it.
Yeah.
Until you ain't got it no more.
And then everybody's like,
yo, B, what happened?
You fell off.
You're like, yo, yeah,
I took care of everyone else.
And now I got nothing.
And the people that I took care of,
they ain't got nothing left either.
So now we're in this together.
So now, yeah, here I am.
Um, oh, well,
tap you on the back and go,
I mean, you did the right thing.
Yeah, sure.
In other news, Kid Rock is speaking out about Eminem's feature on his upcoming album.
So according to Complex, they confirm via a representative from Eminem's camp that, you know,
that the track is actually real.
Because remember a lot of people are like, is this real?
Yeah, because we didn't think Marshall would be in the same space as Kid Rock where they are in their lives right now.
Full stop.
A quote from Kid Rock, he says, I'm proud of the guests who joined me, especially my old friend Eminem.
His verse speaks to something we've talked about that really needs to be heard.
We differ politically and on other things, but we've stayed friends through it all.
We hope that it sets an example for people who've lost friends or stopped talking to family because they think differently.
Yeah.
I guess.
I mean, the whole like think differently.
It's not, guys, it's not like we're arguing about toppings on a pizza.
It's people's lives being destroyed.
Like laws being, you know, change.
Women are dying.
Like, kids are in concentration camps, basically.
Like, people are being kidnapped, raped.
Like, black women have lost jobs at an astronomical rate.
Like, we could just keep going on and on and on.
So, to me, it's not about just think different.
It's not about who does or does not like pineapple on their pizza.
That's a big one too, Willie.
We're not arguing about whether or not the Giants got lucky at the end of the game Sunday night.
But I do, I would like to hear it first, and then I would like to hear from Eminem's people at some point about when this happened.
I am curious about all these things.
Yeah, because you think it happened a long time ago.
This is like an old song that he had in the finish.
Listen, the fact that he came out and said that this is our example, blah, blah, blah.
But I also don't trust Kid Rock.
So it could be a joint that got done.
And Kid Rock is pointing a lot of attention to it and saying what the intention of the song was and blah, blah, blah.
And we haven't heard yet from Eminem.
So I'm just, I'm curious because M has really, I mean, remember Eminem is the guy who said,
if you're upset by what I'm saying about Trump, F you, I don't want you as a fan.
Yes.
Yes.
I mean, he was like, so that's also why I'm going to give Eminem here the time because he has been about as bold as anyone on these things.
So I'd like to hear it and see what it is first.
Yeah.
But it is weird.
Now, all I want to say is Marshall, if you are approving verses or doing verses and creating music in 2026 and beyond, there are a lot of other great hip hop acts that I would love to see you stand next to.
That would be great for your legacy.
Kid Rock is not one of them.
Not even a half of one of one.
No, he's not a third.
He's nothing.
He's been a terrible music maker forever.
That's my biggest quam in the whole thing.
I mean, listen, all summer long is a guilty pleasure, okay?
You don't know about that.
You know about that.
You're right.
It's not good music.
Wait, excuse me, Grim?
You know what, Bob with the Bach?
Bro, there's not a Kinrock song that I have ever enjoyed.
Ever.
Really?
You haven't listened to a picture with Cheryl Crow then.
You can't have it.
Sorry, I haven't.
And by the way, I would be happy to be proven wrong.
Like somebody plays a kid rock song and be like, oh, that's okay.
Would you be happy or would you be kind of annoyed, frankly?
You'd be like, yeah.
Maybe you just say I'm okay being proven wrong.
Yeah, okay, all right, that's fair.
It's fair.
But yeah, listen, it doesn't sound good.
I am curious to hear what the full story is.
Guys, let's not forget, he's just Beyonce before, Kid Rock.
All right.
Let's just remember, folks.
Let's remember.
In other news, it's being reported that a California appeals court ruled last week
that they would allow a lower court to order discovery in Jay-Z's lawsuit against Tony Busby
and reconsider its prior ruling based on new evidence.
Remember, the girl recanted basically her entire story.
So if this, you know, should the court do that?
deem it appropriate. Previously,
court authorities ruled that Jay-Z could
not sue Tony Busby again after
a court dismissed his lawsuit over defamation
and extortion last year.
So this is going to open it up to like a
possibility for him to be able to do this again.
So we was talking about lawyers and
money before
and having money to pay lawyers
to do things.
Hove just got lawyers.
You know what I'm saying? So
F around if you want to F around. He's trying to
Listen, I respect it.
I wish I had bread like that.
I got a situation right now
where I would happily drag somebody into oblivion
for how far you want to go
and how long you want to go.
Oh, man, that must feel great.
It's so true.
Because this, like, obviously this person has nothing,
but what they did was so bad and so messed up
and led to so many people saying,
see, see, and actually coming for Jay, that as big as he is,
oh, he's got time for it.
Oh, forever.
Yep.
Well, by the way, this person might, we don't know this person's mental health, right?
So, right?
So I would assume that something like this happens, someone makes a claim, a lawyer is going
to take on a case.
There's going to be evidence.
There's going to be some sort of, and then a lawyer would say, hey, you got a case here
or you don't have a case here, right?
The Tony Busby types of the world are just out here rabble.
rousing, whether they have a case or not, to hopefully get someone to settle so that they could get
a bag.
He's known for that.
That's what he's known for.
So it is extortion, in my opinion, where you don't have evidence, there isn't an actual case,
and you're still creating all of this noise to try to shake somebody down.
Or the scenarios where you owe somebody money, you know you owe them money, you know you owe them money,
and instead of paying them, you just sit on your hands
and then they have to go hire a lawyer
or get a union to come get the money
that you owe them.
Right.
And then you can file bankruptcy
and do all these other shenanigans to not pay people.
Man, I wish I had Jay-Z money, man.
Man.
Nah, son.
So you don't have money to invest?
Not in lawyers.
Like Chris Rock said.
It's open-ended, man.
It's like, and by the way, you could be throwing away millions just for integrity.
You know what I mean?
Just for, you know, your brand.
You may not get the money back, but when you got money like Hove, it's worth it.
And when you got money, when you got money like me, it's like, bruh.
Not to hit.
I got to, you know, I need more space.
I got to invest in real estate.
I got a, you know, toddler turning into a.
A small kid who needs more space
And the house needs more space
And the Easter needs more,
and we need more space.
You think Jay-Z has a different list of needs.
Yeah.
That's a take right there.
You're stepping out.
I need a new tire on my car.
I got my car today and the tire keeps going low.
Oh, man.
Can't be throwing money at lawyers.
That's the rundown, guys.
Thank you.
Thank you, Lord.
Got the run down, turn that up.
Screen's on glow when she pulled up.
Headlines.
heavy but we still cut up light still flashing we don't slow up
wait um can we play video 12 please it's so ridiculous let's play video 12
el saide farts in public
wait what oh it's just a photo okay watch this look how desperate they are guys
They have nothing else.
Yo, they have nothing else.
So my first reaction to this when Laura sent it the other day,
it was like, yo, this is really what they're doing.
My first reaction was El-Said is like a gym rat.
Like he's like in the gym.
He's a lifter.
The most public farting people I've ever been around are weightlifters.
So you believe this is possibly true.
Yes.
Well, weight lifters are at, and y'all in the chat,
I don't know if you know people who stay in the gym
lifting heavy weight, they stay farting, bro.
But what do you mean?
They fart in the gym or just randomly.
No, they fart while they're pushing, you know,
three plates or doing squats or whatever the workout is.
It's like, oh, there's another one.
I just squatting 425, had to get that one out.
Yeah.
This case is so, and this case it's so stupid.
but guys they're so desperate to do to say anything negative about him well that's not negative
i just got i got to tell you that's very human it's natural it's very human that the guy
abdl is out here you know letting them rip listen it is natural and he and he also shows he's
honest he's not holding back well i think the other part of the weightlifters too like
fart and griff i don't know if this is true or not but is it like like
like high protein diets and like like when they eat like the asparagus and protein and broccoli
and all this creates a lot of gas is that a thing and the protein shakes are gassy part of it
i guess yeah it's just weights abdul said out here letting them fly hilarious
chattries letting them rip rosembourg have you are you uh we've talked about this on shows before
um and i'll come to you next laura are you guys open
openly farting in your relationship?
Are you guys an open fart relationship?
I, I, you know, oh, no.
Open.
I, Natalie would say I am.
I would say I try my best.
You know what I mean?
All right.
Laura, open fart relationship?
I mean, I've had an accident, but I'm not just like.
Written.
Yeah, I'm not doing that.
Now, the accident that you had, you called it out.
Yes, and we were cracking up.
Okay.
Yeah.
But he doesn't care.
He'll just go.
He thinks it's funny all the time.
So he's going to fart in your face.
He thinks it's funny.
Fought games.
Fart game.
He's playing fire.
Put my finger and all that.
Yeah, we're not an open fart household.
But I've asked Jazz if she hears me fart, she says yes.
It's very hard.
Ebro, apartments make it hard, bro.
Yeah, because I go in the morning, like, in the morning for some reason,
when I'm taking that first piss, there's always one I'm ready to rip right then.
And it echoes in the bathroom.
And the door's closed.
and I'm hoping she's sleek because I'm up early,
but I think she hears that one.
Jazz, can you confirm or deny?
So, man, you're not an open fart household.
Are you, like, stepping away if you have to-
Absolutely.
Yeah, just like, get up.
I will get up and go away.
One of the things that, and by the way,
I'm doing it because I want her to do it, right?
Like, I'm doing it because I want to keep the sexy.
I don't want to, it's not,
and I'm not big on double standards.
I don't think dudes should be out here openly farting,
but then expecting your girl to be some, like,
perfect little angel and she runs
and she doesn't fart, she poots.
That's right. Your girl takes shit,
she takes dumps and she farts. It happens.
But we don't talk about it.
We don't need to talk about it. We don't need to talk about it.
We don't need to talk about it. We don't need to.
Wait, but Bascom, why did you ask the question,
Bascom?
Oh, because you lost all the sexy in my household.
So everyone's letting it go.
Oh, we're letting it go.
Nah.
Wow.
You got, there's too many animals in your house for all that far.
And by the way, apparently you're not letting the sexy go.
because the kids keep coming.
I guess it's working out.
That's all part of the sexy.
You know, that is your sexy.
Asking the ambi.
That's right.
All the noise and all the smells.
Oh, my God.
Yo, Ebro, you need to go back and hear Patreon from Friday.
Okay.
Tell me what.
Tell me what.
Give me a tease.
Give me a tease.
Why are you doing this?
The tease for tomorrow is we went back to Bascom to ask how his diet plans are working.
Oh.
And his cheat days are, no wonder there's flatulence issues in the house.
Let me just say that.
Got it.
So you need to hear about what the cheat day looks like.
He's getting engorged on those cheat days is what you say.
Yeah, it's a lot.
We'll tell you tomorrow.
But I actually have a guru today.
Oh, we do.
Let's get it.
The gurus are all.
Shot for the gurus.
Rose and Bird.
All right.
You know you are a beautiful queen.
Ebro.
Don't ever play yourself.
You're not a guru.
All right.
The original gurus at gmail.com.
The original gurus at gmail.com.
Your destination for clarity.
Iber burn the sage.
The gurus unite.
To fight for what's right.
Who's out there, Rosenberg?
Who's writing to us?
Laura, so many are in need of help from the gurus,
and we give it to them whenever we can.
The original gurus at gmail.com.
the emails have started flowing again
and it's feeling good
today we hear from a
special friend of the program
Hey ELR
Danny from the stop here
Long story short back in 2021
I started reacting to the Joe button podcast
because I was genuinely a big fan
Some of my first videos took off
And before I knew it I was getting great views
Making Real Money on YouTube
And even being mentioned by some of the
people I'd been listening to for years.
Okay.
As the channel grew, I started hosting
Twitter spaces and connecting with more people
online. A few guys
started coming around who seemed
genuinely interested in content creation
and what I was building.
Over time, though, some of those relationships went left.
They started their own channels.
And from my perspective, some of the
fallouts with me became content
they could use to build their own audience.
What started as creator drama
has now gotten much more serious.
I've received threats of harm
and really, really mean things are being said.
Sad face.
At this point, it has me thinking about something bigger than my situation.
How do you tell the difference between people who are genuinely interested in you and your career
versus people who see your success as a ladder for themselves?
And as a creator starts becoming more successful,
how do you build relationships and collaborate with people without becoming overly guarded or suspicious of everyone who comes around?
I'd love to hear how you guys have navigated that.
Thanks, Danny from the stop.
Danny, real quick, Rosenberg, before we move forward,
can you go back to the line about threats of harm again?
He said, what started out as creator drama has now gotten much more serious.
I've received threats of harm and really, really mean things are being said.
And this is all, I'm assuming across social media.
It's all in kind of the social media.
Not in like one-on-one settings or group settings in real life.
It's all on.
Well, these are people that he, that he knew in some way.
So I'm guessing it could be email or text.
Who knows?
Okay.
Because these aren't complete strangers.
These are people who somehow.
Well, I think we've all in our journey worked with or come across people who are,
once things get pressurized or more intense or the stakes are higher,
we have seen mental health issues in individual.
100%.
So we've all seen that, right?
Rosembourg,
you've seen people kind of unravel when the stakes get higher and the man gets higher.
The spotlight gets brighter.
So that's kind of, you know, I think that probably can happen in any industry.
Being able to identify whether someone is trustworthy or not or someone you should align with or not,
you probably want to just see what their other work they've accomplished.
Their accomplishments already are, right?
Because a lot of times when people have already had a series of accomplishments or a series of time in something, they have good relationships.
People speak highly of them.
You know, those are kind of the people you want to align with once you elevate to the next stage of your hustle.
But just know that it could happen with anybody.
even somebody that other people feel like,
oh, they're trustworthy, they've been good to me,
and it could backfire on you.
So there's no real way to, you know,
there's no guarantee that you're not going to end up with a psycho
or someone who just has ill will or feels jealous.
Or is a scumbag full stop?
All of the above.
And not everybody gets along with everybody else.
Yeah.
So just because you have some other comrades that, you know,
had good experiences with an individual
doesn't mean that you, sir, are going to have
a good experience with that same individual.
Yeah.
And you might see things as,
oh my God, this could be cool.
Like we can make this into something.
More content, like you mentioned.
But they could be taking it serious
and they could really want to harm you,
which is wild.
But yeah, it's hard to read.
You don't necessarily know
what anyone's intentions are at first.
I mean, it's weird.
The content creation world is weird
because you need to collab to grow.
So we were able to avoid a certain level of having even make those decisions because we weren't,
even though we were content creators, it wasn't what paid our bills.
Whereas when you're trying to grow a channel, linking with people is important.
And people do turn on people.
People do get weird.
People do get jealous.
I just think you have to go into each one of those relationships understanding you're both,
honestly, you may like each other.
You may think each other's cool, but everyone's trying to.
gain professionally from the situation, you kind of have to go into that understanding it and being
honest with yourself about it. And you also have to be honest with yourself. If you're making
content that antagonizes people, that also has consequences. You know what I mean? Because
everybody wants to antagonize on the internet for clicks and I've seen a lot of those go bad. So you
have to also think about the content that you're producing. I do think we're entering a time and
This is for Danny, us, and everyone else.
I do think when we're entering a time where what Laura just articulated,
that kind of like rage, baity, click baity, content for this.
And that's the end of the execution is just to get those clicks.
I feel like that's starting to subside and people are looking for credible, consistent sources,
which is more of a marathon, which not everyone's ready for.
because to get, you know, to get your numbers up, get your subscribers up, get your, you know, get all that going so you can get advertising, which is going to, you know, pay a lot of things beyond, you know, if you can use Patreon subscribers or you can sell merch, which we've been fortunate to do a decent job at both.
You can sustain yourself without every day or every week looking to do something outrageous to get attention, right?
But it takes a lot of time.
And Danny, I think you're doing, I think you built some relationships, man.
And so it seems.
And you just have to stay consistent.
And make sure you're doing it for reasons that are fulfilling to you.
I think that's another piece.
Yeah.
I don't socialize with people and connect with people who have the same, I guess, professional perspective that you have, whatever that is.
Some people that go with a slow grow and having, um,
you know, a good moral compass and doing things for the right reason
and doing it because they love a thing.
Some people want to go fast, get paid, and get out.
And that may not be a thing.
And going fast, get paid, and getting out and selling the thing
and hustling and jumping from platform to platform
and show to show.
Like, I can tell you, that's never been my thing.
Like, I prefer for better or for worse,
to be around people who are okay, you know, pacing themselves and growing.
It's harder.
It's definitely harder, though.
So hopefully that helps.
Yeah.
Hopefully that helps, Danny.
So say the gurus.
So say the gurus.
Hey.
Listen, man, we hopefully are doing a great job.
It seems like we are.
Y'all keep coming back.
Getting on for an hour and eight every day.
Sharing some info, some laughs.
And, you know, doing it again tomorrow.
So you can go on about your day knowing what's going on out here, a little bit.
Yeah.
Tell a friend and tell a friend that we are here.
And we have some special conversations planned this week.
So tell a friend and tell a friend to tune in.
Anything political?
Some good stuff.
All right.
Some good stuff.
Are we keeping these things secret?
Yeah, I wasn't sure.
Maybe.
I just like to get, you know, just in case of a cancellation.
You know what I mean?
You never know.
That's fair.
That's fair.
You never know.
Just the case there's a cancellation.
True, true.
What did you say, Luke?
Let's keep the air freshener around just in case.
Keep the air freshener around.
Yeah, facts.
Keep the door open.
The flatulence may fly this week.
Libro Lauren Rosenberg.
See y'all tomorrow.
Bye, guys.
Don't call in a pot.
