It's an old FCC rule that applies only to radio and broadcast television, not cable or streaming, that says if a show has a candidate on during an election, they have to have all that candidate's opponents on as well. On January 21st of this year, a letter was released by FCC chairman and smug bowling pin Brendan Carr. In this letter, Carr said he was thinking about dropping the exception for talking about talking about shows because he said some of them were motivated by partisan purposes. Let's just call this what it is. Donald Trump's administration wants to silence anyone who says anything bad about Trump on TV because all Trump does is watch TV. And they also have some new things technology-wise that they can do to try to get things going the right direction. But it was just very positive to see him in that place. And got to spend time with his daughter and my daughter. Bro, bro, this thing is, we're sitting, they, they want us to be sick, bro. Like everyone, the business. It's profit. It's profit.

The profit of us being sick. The fact that we have to play this game of what's the right age to get your colonoscopy based on how much the hospitals charge and what the insurance companies are willing to spend. Yes. So it's like, well, is it 40 or 45 or 50? It's like, well, I'll tell you what I hear. To me, it sounds like based on what, we're saying it should probably be like 35.

Right. So we're not, let's find the exact moment, but they don't want to do that because that means more colonoscopies and more money being spent. And, you know, the hospitals, because they're not innocent in this either, they got to say that it costs like $15,000 to stick something up your bunghole and take a look. No, I mean, listen, when I, based on what I know about bungholes, some of y'all, it might cost $25,000. Based on what you're going on back then.

No, but it's ridiculous. Like I was telling my, my girl who lives in France, right? I was telling her how when I was, when I was pregnant, I gave birth. Right. I was like, so how much of this is my bill? She was like, probably like 10%. I still, I was like, blah. I know. And you're still like, oh my God, because other places they're not paying $10,000 to have a baby. Yes, but to your point, $100,000 to give birth, guys. Yeah.

And not only that, they won't pay for us to get the colonoscopies. And they're going to fight to see if we could get. as late as humanly possible so you can't be saved if you do find something. Meanwhile, they're also going to allow more poisons in our food than any other country on planet Earth. That's what enrages me about this whole maha BS. Well, but that's also you saw at the, they had a hearing a few weeks back and it was, you know, the heads of, you know, CVS and this and that and whatever. They own the banks. They own the insurance companies. They own the pharmacy.

They own the stores. They own the food. It's all the big farmer owns you. food, man. Bayer, Monsanto's, same company. Same people spraying pesticides on your food and owning the land that your food is growing on is the stuff, are the people giving you the things that you need when you get sick? Bro, it's... I see how people lose it. Yeah.

I really do, because we are literally being, it's that, it's that great. This is how people, when you know stuff like this is true, that is how you can really end up sitting on the internet being like, so are they really eating kids out here? Yeah. But if you're Europe right now and you see what's going on in the United States, why wouldn't you start a campaign to attract the best and the brightest from America to want to move to Europe? Today, February 17th, Mayor Mumdani held a press conference where he was going to talk about his preliminary budget for the next fiscal year. At this press conference, he had to address head-on the fact that Mayor Eric Adams before him left him with a $12 billion budget gap and deficit. Err was repeatedly found that the Adams administration had underestimated expenses for police overtime and housing vouchers just to name two areas. As a matter of fact, that Eric Adams administration was so bad at budgeting that the citizens' budget commission said no previous administration had engaged in under-budgeting to the extent that the Adams administration did. And at this press conference, Mayor Mumdani laid out two paths to be able to fix the fucking problem. He specifically says that Path 1 is his goal, where he wants to increase the personal income taxes on New Yorkers earning more than $1 million and corporate taxes on the most profitable corporations. Essentially standing 10 toes down on what he said he wanted to do the minute he started running for mayor. Taxing the ultra fucking wealthy.

But he was also honest in laying out a second path, which he labels our last resort. And that last resort is raising property taxes. As a matter of fact, Zoran, what happens if you can't do Path 1, which is your essential goal on taxing the rich? We do not go down the first path. The city will be forced down a second, more harmful path. We would have to raise property taxes. The options of the second path are the options of last resort. Did I hear that right?

Did you say it was the last resort? I'm going to need you to clear that up for me. Say that one more time? I want to be first very clear. When we are speaking about property taxes, that is a tool of very last resort. Well, last resort or not, it's... Well, no, it's scary. for people. I think, listen, before you jump to the last resort, I think this is a learning opportunity

for everyone tuned in, okay? Start with under budget Adams. I know. Okay? Because that's why do you under budget? the budget was good to go. And if you were paying attention at the time, the cop troller and others were saying the budget is not okay. Yes. Like people have been saying this. So Montaani comes in and off the rip, he says we have a $12 billion budget gap. Hockel then, just the other day said,

I'm going to give you guys a billion dollars to help out. Well, that's one, 12th of what we... Mom Dani also said that they went through the budget. They're going through with a fine-tooth comb, and they found some savings. So now the gap, the last I heard, was down to $5 billion. Oh, that's pretty good. That's pretty good.

And he said he's got a whole committee, and they're going through line by line by line by line, every detail they can find to figure out how to close this $5 billion gap. But remember for Mom Donnie to be able to increase taxes on the ultra wealthy, whose support does he need? The governor? Hockel. Hockel used to have someone running against her in her next campaign for governor,

Antonio Delgado. He recently pulled out of the race. He was more progressive. He was more working families party, also aligned with Mom Dani wanting to tax the ultra wealthy. But Mom Dany and Hockel. got cozy. They're trying to work together. And he, I think, didn't feel like he has a path forward now that Hockel and Mom Dani are moving together because he wasn't going to be able to move with

Mom Dani. So he was like, I don't really see a path forward. I saw his Twitter post. So the question now is, is Kathy Hokel actually going to support Mom Dani and raising taxes on the ultra wealthy? And why would she? Because she doesn't have to. Nobody's running against her in the primary. And she said she wasn't going to do it before. Right. So Mom Dany's, He's in a bit of a quagmire right. Bro. A pickle. So let's see how this works out.

But it's toxic and negative and mean and you get in the house, you feel uncomfortable walking in the house. You'd rather be toxic and miserable together than maybe upbeat and happy separate. And children feel everything and see everything. And I think people underestimate how smart children are. They feel it. Bro, I see it to happen. And also, she's six now. Yes.

If they wait till she's 10. Even harder. Now it's worse. So now you got to wait longer. Not going to do it at 14. Well, now you just waited around from birth till 18 years old. And you think that's going to really have a good impact on this child rather than just have a healthy divorce where you guys made an affirmative decision.

I'm a firm believer that you should teach children to not stay in situations where they're unhappy. And so when they see adults staying in situations where they're unhappy, I think you could potentially be showing them something that you, you don't want to show them, right? Now, they might have the personality where they're like, I'm never going to do what my parents did. I'm out. As soon as something's not benefiting me

or it's harming me in some way physically or emotionally, I'm bouncing. But they might not. They might emulate it by accident. Exactly. So, I don't know. I mean, listen, I don't think that they should stay together. It's obvious.

It's not working out. It's not a healthy environment. And it also sounds like the girl is saying to her brother and law like, hey, help me. This isn't good. Like, I don't want to be here. It's not good. Like, she's not being, the part about getting jealous of his relationship with the kids was a little add-on that feels complicated and stupid.

But in terms of, like, the relationship, she seems like she knows it's not good for him. She doesn't want to be a part of this. Like, I think you're, I think you got to try to just impart to him that there's a better place, a better way to do this. The kid piece and her being jealous of his relationship with his kids is likely rooted in her unhappiness. and pain that she's going through, being stuck in this scenario and the other things that they've been through, right? And so the daughter might be gravitating to the dad

because the dad's trying to be upbeat and positive and having fun while the mom is just so on the outset, the kids like, you know, mom's whack, B, I don't want to hang out with her. It's a six-year-old. They don't know no difference other than who's having the most fun. Right. That's it.

And also the fact that they tried couples therapy, marriage counseling, and she refused to go back. she's not ready to face her reality. Or she doesn't want it anymore. She wants to change her reality. Like she wants out. I don't like this. I don't want to be here.

But it's not brave enough to do it. So I would encourage your brother to at least explore if there are other options because there is a way that this could be much better. And the school district, they can find another house in the school district. There are ways they can make it all work if they want to. But I would just encourage him that it's not positive. Staying together, you're not going to win some award at the end because you guys stayed together. Unless y'all want to try to stay together and be happy and really make it work, which it sounds like that ship has sailed.
