This is a podcast from Rover.
If you're easily offended, keep listening.
We love a challenge.
This is the Clint Meg and Dan podcast.
Take the edge off your mornings with Clint Meg and Dan.
Catch breakfast.
Good morning.
One to nine, full team, full steam.
Oh, yes, I'm back.
Quick little whip around, Dan.
Oh, yes, I'm here.
Meg.
We get present.
Producer Brady.
Present.
Carl.
Uh, present.
Oh, you know, this is the first time we've had everybody in this.
We just didn't have web girl, Bella, who's away for three months in Europe.
Oh, that piss me off.
Who gave her three months off?
I asked for three weeks off once and they said no.
Yeah, I wanted seven weeks off once and I had to take a year leave.
Oh, no, I think you're fine, Cliff, but if you would call it that.
That's right.
Seven weeks off where I walk.
Well, see you later, buddy.
Who's more important, you or Bella?
Clearly.
She is that good.
She is that good.
Good to be here, guys.
It's good to have you back.
How's the wife doing?
She's good now.
She has stopped vomiting.
Yeah, so still not feeling 100%.
I would like to know what kind of husband are you?
So when I was vomiting and throwing up, when I had norovirus,
my husband was like holding the bucket, holding back the hair.
Oh, absolutely not.
Why?
I never understood the holding the hair.
I was trying.
It was because it was my first one and I didn't have, I didn't have my hair back.
So he literally just found a claw clip that my daughter has and pulled it back.
And gave me a bowl because I was in bed crawling to the bathroom.
I contemplated going sleeping in the bathroom.
the lounge because I couldn't deal.
Because you're like, who, who vomiting makes me want of it?
I said to Hannah, I'm like, Hannah, can you vomit quietly?
I need to get up at 4 a.m.
Clint, Megan, Dan.
Oh, my gosh.
Time for a little coffee catch-up before we officially kick the show off.
Morning, Paul. See you, Tex, bro.
I appreciate you, tuning in nice and early, mates.
Good to know you're here, Paul, because if I didn't know your hair, I couldn't do the show.
Yeah, it was.
Until I knew Paul was here.
Yeah, and he's chucked in four emojis, but our computer system doesn't recognize him,
so we just got question marks there, so we'll make them whatever we want.
I'm thinking, the beer.
chairs, palm tree,
sunglass emoji.
I think high fives.
And the high five.
I think the handshake.
I use that quite a bit now,
the handshake emoji.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, that's sad.
He's missing a handshake to someone on the team.
Oh, no, I just check behind the scenes on the other system.
It's just four eggplants, whatever that means.
Oh, okay.
Wow.
Speaking of food,
my wife went to Costco for the first time ever.
How exciting.
Why was the name there with her?
This is huge.
Yeah.
And she was so excited
I saw her set up her tripod
On the kitchen bench
As she was like putting the groceries away
Aren't you her tripod
And I started
I started saying
What are you
What are you filming?
She goes
A lot of people love like Costco content
Costco halls
And I'm like
How do you even know that
You've never been to Costco
If you live anywhere else
It's not Auckland
Because Auckland's the only one that has Costco
To be honest
Yeah
I think there's talk about one going to crush it
but it's like a real cheap bulk buy supermarket, isn't it?
That comes from America.
Yeah, so it feels like it's pretty American.
The food court is what gets people in.
It's $1.99 for a hot dog with onions, mustard, relish, and refillable sodas.
That's like my crypto.
$1.99 for a refillable drink.
So they get you in for like the cheap hot dog and then they get you with $700 worth of groceries.
Yes, so it is a fascination that every time me and my husband go to Costco,
we're like, how is it that we came in for $20 worth of crackers and we leave with like $50?
The only time I've ever been was with Meg and she kept going like turning around and pointing to box up and going like, huh?
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, not really.
Like I've never wanted 75 musli bars.
Now we've got so many like boxes of stuff that we don't have anywhere to put that we're literally like storing it now in the roof of our house.
The one find, she found these grapes and they're like, the size.
of a small apple.
Shut up.
And they're really green.
And it's almost like
they're a meal
almost on their...
The size of a small apple?
No.
I've never eaten them before ever
and they are like a game changer.
They sound genetically engineered
and we'll give you cancer.
Well, mate, I was sound...
No.
What the hell do we talk?
They're not talking about that.
Okay, I'll bring some in tomorrow.
I will do that.
But I was like, babe, no one wants to watch you,
like, unpack your groceries.
It's got to be one of the most boring things ever.
There is no way.
I watched it yesterday.
I started watching the story that Jamie posted.
And I started, I'm like, Jamie, no one cares about what you got from Costco.
But I still watched it all.
You did?
I was hooked.
Yeah.
I was hooked.
Did you see the grapes of size of a small apple?
No, she didn't show them in a wing.
Weird ain't.
That was literally like the jewel in the crown.
I thought of all the things she got, that was the most exciting thing.
There was something interesting, though, about seeing all the savings she got.
But on the, like, the trade-off for the savings is, you're right, the storage.
We're having to store 400 packets of me goring.
You know, like, there's impossible.
Some of it are, yes, you can portion it all up
and put it in the freezer and great, you're saving money.
But there are some things like eggs and stuff
that you're just going to have, we're going to have to just...
Oh, we have a lot of omelets at my house.
A lot of what?
Omelets.
Oh, okay.
Omelette night.
How many omelets would you say you have a week?
Two.
Oh, that's not many at all.
That's so low.
I went under the edge of who right now
instead of having more than two omelets a week.
You really painted that like you're eating at least.
10 a week.
Clint Megan Dan
stinky boo.
A lot of the time we'll say
friend of the show
that's because maybe they've been on
before.
But Hazel Auer Hand
who is at the Commonwealth Games
a genuine friend of the show
that we all DM
she even bought a Clint Megandandand
Retro tea when they were up for sale.
We should have given that to her really
shouldn't we?
She made her buy it.
Well I don't think we knew
that she was buying one.
Yeah.
To be fair.
She was just on her social media
and being like I'm off to training
and we're like
she's wearing a Clint Megan Dan did you?
She represented New Zealand.
We should be giving that to her for free.
And so we got
easy access, I guess, to Hazel when she was at the Olympics.
And we started, what is the word, manifesting her getting a medal at the Olympics
and saying that, you know, when she wears one, how long do you keep it on for and where do you take it?
Do you think you'll wear it every day?
Or do you think you just wear it on like the weekends and stuff when you go out?
If I got a medal, then yes, I would wear it every day.
Of course you would.
Okay, no, that was a little while ago.
and unfortunately she didn't get to stand on the podium.
No.
But she did at the Commonwealth Games.
I know that this is my medal, but it's not just my medal.
You know, it's their medal too.
They put my mum, my dad, my sisters,
they put lots and lots of hours into this.
Didn't just do it for me, for them.
Oh, that's amazing.
That's so cool.
So we manifested that for her and it's come true.
Would you say that we've got a little bit of doing in that as well as her period?
No, I absolutely got zero percent.
I would say if not less.
And we might have distracted her.
She might as well as.
in despite of us.
She did say it was our medal too.
I know that this is my medal, but it's not just my medal.
I know that this is my medal.
I don't think she's like a clip big and dad in there.
So I'm just having a look on her social media.
She is in an elevator not wearing the middle.
Then there's just a lot of like PR shots of her, you know, on the blocks.
She's got it on there.
That's good.
So yeah, she is.
What did she get?
Bronze.
Bronze.
Yeah.
And produce.
goes reached out to her to get her on the show,
but she's got another event coming up,
and I think the time difference means it's a real crappy time to be talking about.
Yeah, she's got the 100 metre fly going on as well,
and also with the time difference, it just makes it too hard.
But we'll get her on probably in the next two days.
It's exciting with the fly,
because I'm pretty sure that's her stroke of choice.
Yeah, butterfly is such a high.
I used to be quite a good swimmer when I was at my youth at high school.
Butterfly's the hardest to do.
It's so difficult on the core,
because you're using, there's no sort of,
you're not giving any arm a break or the legs.
Everything's working at the same time.
Nobody had swum a day before in their life,
they would see that butterfly would be the hardest stroke.
And also, I don't know if there is any stroke
where parts of your body get a break.
Like if you're a professional swim,
I feel like all limbs should be going,
no noise.
freestyle, one arm gets a break.
Because you're going one.
You're scooping the water.
I would have loved to swim.
No, the one underwater is doing the pulling.
Yeah, and the other one's trying to get as quickly as it can.
Yeah, but it's not scooping until the next bit.
Does Dan?
going scoop west, scoop, rest, scoop, rest.
So there is an amount more resting than there is when you're doing butterfly.
So in high school, what was your, what were you an expert at?
Which style?
Oh, I know you want me to say doggy, but Clint.
I thought he might say breaststroke.
Is there a doggy?
No one's doing doggy style at the commonwealth, mate.
Clint, I don't think he was a swimmer.
He was another one of his life.
Oh, I hope Hayesel didn't hear that, or she's never coming on the show.
doggy paddle.
Anyway. Scandal headlines next and
first call on the day if you'd like to do you.
Clint McGahn, Dan's scandal.
Nathan, Nathan, Billion.
So mean.
You've been doing this job so many who's still get nervous?
No, no, literally.
Oh God, I wish you could see behind the same.
Dan and I am chatting.
I'm eating my porridge.
And then Clint is on his phone looking at AI videos.
And he goes, scandal now.
And turns to the mic on.
out of nowhere.
Hey, it's your job.
I didn't go mouthful of porridge.
Nathan.
Let me do my job.
Nathan, Phillyen from Castle and the Rookie,
spoke about how he pretended he was another celebrity
to get out of a ticket.
Is this the Benny Blanket one?
No, it's the...
Jason Baitman one?
Jason Baiton.
That's given him to my ID.
He said, I recognize you're an actor.
I said, yes, I'm actually pretty good.
He said, if you give my wife an autograph,
I'll let you go with the morning.
I said, great.
$8 his phone.
I write.
I said, what's your name?
Lily. I said, to Lily. He said,
Hey, honey, I'm getting you an autograph. All my
love, it's Jason Bavent.
And Betty Blanco has teased us with a song
collab of Selena and Becky.
Which one of them's doing that music? The singing
there. I think that sounds like Selena to me.
Is it? Selina, yeah, yeah. Maybe. Yeah.
I'm not given too much away lyrically.
No.
No. It's a very complex lyric. That one.
Clint, Megan, Dan.
First time caller
I just came to say
Hello
Can you believe we've finally
somehow got Sarah out of the woodwork
Sarah from Timaru
Sarah from Tadu
Sure I would say Tiberu
And we call her Triceratops
That's her nickname
There she is morning Sarah
Morning how are you
Good to talk to you for the very first time
Where have you been all our lives
Yeah
Um
You know just shift work
Oh right
Shift work
What do you do shift work wise
Residential youth workers
Oh wow
Oh god you do some amazing work
Well done
Well you don't know that
You could be a terrible residential youth workers
You've got the same car as me
Which is exciting
A vits
Nice
How's your vits going
Oh they're good cars
Not to 2007
She's still going
Yeah it's at that point now
Where you just go
You know what
I don't think I'll ever sell this
I'll just run it into the ground
and when it stops, that's what I'm going to do.
You know, that's the most, from what I've heard,
that's the most cost-effective way of car ownership.
Buying a car and then running it into the ground,
as long as you're not spending too much money,
keeping it maintained to keep it running.
As soon as it gets to a point where it's got a big bill,
then you get rid of it.
Oh, cool for the new guy.
Just the wafts, you know, is the only maintenance when they get tires sometimes.
Why do you get called triceratops, Sarah?
Little hands?
Obviously, Sarah.
But tricerra.
Somebody sent it to be in,
a chat and said if you're not getting called triceratops at work and your name's Sarah,
what are you doing with your life?
Oh yes, Sarah.
So just to pause there, what did you say, Meg?
Little hands.
Hmm, I think you got a wrong guy on a floor there, my babe.
Yeah, that's a T-Rex.
Oh, three, try.
Yeah, they look like a rhino.
Yes, yes, right, no, big hands.
Yeah, very big, very good.
Oh, it's so good to talk to you, Sarah.
Don't make this the last time, all right?
Well, I'll try not too.
I love the vibe this morning, by the way.
Oh, really?
It's, yeah, very loosey-goosey.
Sorry, yeah.
I do wonder if people like the unstable,
loosey-goosiness, or if it just feels messy and, you know.
Oh, I thought it was just our normal vibe this morning, so, yeah.
You know what I think is because...
No, no, it's good keeping me awake driving home, you know?
Yeah, we haven't had the full team back for a while with just sickness and holidays and stuff,
so maybe that's what it is.
Yeah, we're all just excited to be here.
Good on you, Sarah.
Thanks Sarah for calling.
It was so nice to chat to you
and finally get to, you know,
speak to something that's been listening to us, hopefully, for a wee while.
I love that.
I got a naughty 640 up next.
A family's entire Gmail account is being shut down.
Imagine just no longer having access to any of your emails.
I don't like that.
Just from today onwards and you can never recover any of them.
Anyone that sends you an email from anywhere from today into the future
you'll never receive.
God, that sounds like bliss to me.
Like not having email?
God.
It's because he doesn't do any organisation in his household, Clint.
How many unread emails do you currently have?
Because that'll probably be quite telling.
18,000.
Yes.
There's one.
Clint, Meg and Dan.
It's time to get naughty at 640.
Real public service announcement, I think, to everyone listening
about how your admin life can be tipped upside down.
Very, very quickly.
Especially if you've got a teenage boy.
Oh, dear.
Yeah.
This mum is taken to the...
internet. God, why she's telling everyone
online. Actually, she must be desperate.
But her teenage son
was being a little bit naughty in front of
the Gemini live
camera with himself.
Huh? Oh, no.
What? For who?
But do know.
Do you know if he was just doing
watching himself? Yeah, and didn't
realize it was going out live
or he didn't know
it was live. He's a teenage boy. He knows how to
make a webcam live.
Surely, right?
You can't just accidentally do that.
Who's still rocking a webcam?
I know, so I won't go too much in the detail.
I mean, you can assume what he was up to.
But turns out, the mum has said all of our entire family Google accounts were linked to the tablet that he ended up filming himself on.
Oh, it was on a tablet.
I thought he had one of those home computers.
Yeah, so Google has banned all of the accounts.
Everything gone.
15 years of business.
completely inaccessible.
All my emails, all my documents saved in Google Drive.
Even my website was linked to my Google account.
That's being locked down as well.
We've written to Google, begged for them to reinstate our accounts.
Why would Google care that this boy was having a little...
Well, they've said they shut it down for child protection reasons.
Oh, God.
But also, so she's not worried about her son being exposed on international internet.
She's like, my business.
My Gmail's gone now.
She goes, I don't know.
I'm going to pay my mortgage in three months.
I've literally lost all the records for my accountant.
My whole life is completely effed.
How do you not pay your mortgage because you're emails?
Sounds like a good excuse.
She sounds very bizarre.
She sounds unhinged.
Very unhinged.
She wants to know if there's any legal mechanism
that I can use to get my Google accounts back.
Meanwhile, throwing her son under the bus for anyone that knows her.
I was like, oh, what's Jared been up there?
That sounds like she needed to hear about two-factor authentication.
Yes.
She wasn't a member.
And I think everybody should be doing the two-factor authentication.
I think you've got an F in there somewhere.
Sorry about that.
There's no eff in authentication.
It's going to be my strong suit.
God, it is annoying though.
Like, if I'm on my laptop, it's because I don't have my phone.
And then it's like, can you go and confirm this as you're on your phone?
I'm like, I don't hear my phone.
That's why I'm on my laptop.
Having a shared device, like a tablet or anything like that is a risky business.
Why?
What are you doing?
What are you doing?
No, but I'm just saying, like, back in the day, you know, when computers were a new thing,
we'd all remember this.
like back in the early 2000s,
anybody over the age of 30 will know this.
It was one home computer.
There was always one home computer.
And then every time you go to pick up the phone to call somebody,
you hear that be,
yeah, did get off the internet.
Yeah, my mum would be like,
Dan, I'm calling Cindy,
get off the computer, please.
And I'd be like, I have to exit out of messenger and stuff.
But like, the stuff you used to search up,
I used to search up on that home computer.
In the middle of the lounge, like, what do you mean?
No, we had a no space.
Oh, you would have a no.
We had a no.
It was in like it was in the, like,
it was in the, like,
dining room.
That poor chair, your poor computer chair.
Why is the carpet?
A different colour over here in the knock?
Your poor mum with her two boys and a nook.
You're gross, bro.
God, it wasn't that bad as a carpet.
I imagine the seat would have been weird.
So, Dan, is there a leak?
It's a stinky nook, man.
Clint, Megan Dan.
Mornings, fan, life from the Commonwealth Games, how you, buddy?
Thank you guys. It's such a great honor to be here in Glasgow to witness these incredible athletes who have triumphed over adversary.
They have been doubt a badly behaved hand in life. Some of them have lost limbs, some are blind, but still at the top of their game and fitness level. It's so inspiring.
And despite what you say, Clint, it does prove that disabled people can do anything.
I think you've mistaken
the Commonwealth Games
and the Paralympic Games, Sven.
You've got them around the wrong way.
Oh my goodness me.
I'm so sorry.
This is so embarrassing.
This is so me.
It actually makes a lot of sense, actually,
because I was watching the swimming
and all of the swimmers had both arms and legs.
So I just assumed they were all deaf
or had ADHD or something.
That's my mistake.
We can just move on, Sven.
Honestly, I think we'll move past that,
surely, right? Silly me, silly me. That'll
explain why there was so many paraplegic
car parks outside the stadium.
What have you witnessed so
fast, Ben, that isn't?
Thanks, JJ. I will
say this. If I'm being honest, I was
already in Glasgow visiting a friend
when I heard you guys needed a reporter.
So I thought they may as well kill two
cats with one spade and do both.
So I can tell you that
this is much watered down games.
And some of the sports have been axed from the schedule.
Although don't worry, it's just the boring ones, like road cycling, badminton and cricket.
Yeah, okay.
Okay, well, how is New Zealand going on the medal table, Sven?
Let's get to the things that we want to know about.
You're doing all right. Last time I checked.
Yeah, that's a good question again.
And let me put it this way, Megan.
What would you say is good?
Two sulphur and two bronze.
Would you say that's a good result?
Yeah, I'd say that's a good result.
Okay, well, it's a good result then.
But it's not compared to Australia, who last time I checked at 12 gold medals.
And they are leading the standing.
So if you compare yourselves in New Zealand to Australia,
we have a saying in Sweden that New Zealand is shitting the bed.
But there's still a long way to go.
And as they say, it's not over until the obese woman sings or whatever you say.
So feel free to cross back to me any time you want,
unless that's for a report on the Commonwealth Games.
Because my care levels for this are smaller than a rat's chaff, if I'm honest.
So back to you guys in the studio.
Thank you, Swedish.
Might have caught him on a bad day.
Why do we?
He's not in the language barrier.
I don't think he was really in a bad mood.
I don't think he'll get you, Jay, Jay.
Okay.
Thank you, Sven.
We'll catch you next up, buddy.
Clint McGon-Tan.
Your favorite game on the edge just hits.
Easy money.
Good morning.
It is bang on 7 o'clock.
Your favorite game is back.
Easy Money.
One letter between E and Z.
Hence Easy Money.
30 seconds on the clock.
repeated answers, and you win a thousand bucks.
Jade is playing this morning.
Jade works at Kiwi Bank.
Morning.
Good morning.
Morning, Jade.
You'd be good at maths because you work at the bank.
Yeah, good with money.
You have to be quite good with maths and money.
Mm-hmm.
This is your game.
I hope so.
I worked at Kiwi Bank for a number of years back in the day, Jade, before radio.
Dan actually worked at a bank too.
Yeah, we both work.
We've all worked at banks, Jade.
We've got that in common.
Oh, nice.
Except Meg. Meg hasn't worked at a bank.
But that doesn't matter.
No, I've been to them.
Okay
Oh there you go
We've all right
Jade
We're going to track 30 seconds on the clock
Your time will start
At the end of Meg asking you
Your first question
Let's get your letter
E.
Okay
E for elephant
Okay
All right
Good luck Jade
Okay
Here we go Jade
I'm going to get you to give me
A body part
Ear
A girl's name
Evangeline
An occupation
Edita
An airline
Emeritus
A pop song title
This one?
Earned it?
Something you can drink
A televised event
Man, good answers
Just too slow
Oh no, that was terrible
No, it really wasn't
They were like just a little bit too slow
But they were all correct great answers
Yeah, we've earned it was great
We've had worse
Like, you know, name of chocolate starting with C
And the girls said Kit Kat
So you know, we've had worse
Yeah
You know, definitely we've had shoppers before that
It's like, it's the pressure, isn't it?
Yeah, it is.
It was. It wasn't a panting. I think you did okay.
I think you did good.
Jade.
Well done. I'm really gagging for a winner though.
I really am. I feel like we need one. I feel like we need to up our spirits.
You gagging for a lot of stuff, aren't you, we're going to be.
Should we play again at 8 then?
Okay.
Okay, we'll give you another crack at it.
Let's reconvene in an hour.
Do what you need to do to get yourself prepared for that one at 8.
You may have noticed everybody is getting sick at the moment.
Obviously it has hit R building very much on our show.
but outside of that, I know everybody around me,
family, friends are all sick
with either some sort of flu, virus, COVID,
neurovirus going around.
So I'm going to talk about sickness
and how we can, you know, get better.
The Clint Meg and Dan podcast.
Yeah, we've all been sick
or somebody around us has been sick.
It's been going around.
We're in the middle of winter.
And we were talking yesterday off here,
Clint and I about old wives tales
and things that we can help us get better.
Carl and I do the same thing where we chop up an onion and mix it with honey.
Oh, disgusting.
I do know.
It makes a syrup.
Somebody who will eat a raw onion if they're sick.
And they reckon that'll absolutely put you right in 24 hours,
but I've never given it a go for obvious reasons.
What was it about the old wives that were so good at tails?
I think honestly, if we go, I don't want to go too deep,
but I think we're all witches, women.
And I think that we are all powerful.
And I think men were scared of us back in the day,
and that's why they burned us at the stake.
I don't think they're burning all women at the steak.
But witches, yeah.
Just the crazy ones.
I think there were actually just women who were like doctors and medicinal
and knew a lot about nature.
Do your own research.
Don't just take our word for things.
Yeah, obviously do.
People were using us for research.
There's something wrong.
Producer Brady?
Yeah, I used to just have a hone on some raw garlic when I was feeling crook.
Yeah.
My nanny used to do that too.
Chop it up and put it with hard.
My nana used to say
I guess she's an old wife
because she was married
Although she hated her husband
They slept in separate beds
Anyway that's a different story
But I mean
She used to say
Drink a couple of shots of whiskey
If you started feeling ill
And it kills all the germs within you
I think you just drunk
So you don't realise that yeah
And she was a raging alcoholic
Yeah
Yeah, I was just gonna say the same thing
My grandfather said the same thing
He's like yeah
Just sterilises every
He called it medicine
His little bottle of jack there
Yeah
The thing is he was drinking it
When he wasn't sick
Yeah yeah
Every day was medicine day.
I know people that put onion slices in the bottom of their kids' socks
and then put the socks on and put them into bed and something about toxins.
I've even seen people, is it an onion or a potato at the end of the bed?
Like there's a lot of stuff.
And I think when you're sick and you don't want to be sick,
you've got something important coming up or you have kids and it's never ending.
You'll try anything.
You'll try anything.
I need one person to tell me I put an onion in my kids' sock and she was better the next day.
I'll do it.
The paws on your feet.
Yeah, I've seen stuff.
like that on Instagram. I worry now that my phone's listening
to me, it's going to start serving me all this crap.
Some of it might be legit and you may
stand by it because it works for you.
Why is the most
amazing thing for sickness
an onion and it stinks? Like couldn't they've made it
lavender or something nice smelling?
I feel like there's a big trade off putting onions
in your feet. Your Dan doesn't like even eating
onions. I don't shove them in his sauce. Like I like it
really finely chopped when there's big chunks of onion
and anything I hate it. Also we were all sick. None of us
tried any of this stuff. No, well
Yeah, when I have a cough, I do the onion and the honey and onion thing.
You make a syrup, you make layers of it, and then it makes into a syrup.
Hard to know, because you're also taking all the other stuff that the doc gave you as well,
so then you don't know which one's actually doing it.
It's true, and you've got to be careful with garlic.
I know one time my husband tried to do the world record of as many raw garlic clothes as he could.
He honestly smart like garlic for about a three months.
It like came out of his paws.
It was disgusting.
I'd be interested to hear people's like little remedies.
Okay.
Yeah, where you go, honest to God, give it a go.
Yeah.
And you'll never try anything else.
Yeah.
Like if it's just for a cold, maybe something you've got a like sniffly thing coming on,
you do this thing every time you feel it coming on and it goes.
Yeah.
Straight away, I'd love to hear.
Please.
I just get ViralX from the chemistry warehouse.
See, here's my thing.
I've tried Viral X many times.
Never works for me.
Oh, really?
Nah, never works.
Oh, no.
Hashtag not sponsored?
No, it's definitely not.
Oh, right under the edge.
Everyone gets sick at the moment.
everybody is sick it is
it's one of the bad
winters when it comes to
what's going around
it's been chilly over the last few days
so I wonder whether it is
that the winter's finally hitting quite late in the winter
five degrees in Auckland this morning
oh my god Kiakaha
yeah a lot of people say the best thing you can do
is rest which I think that
it's tough when you've got a job and you've got
kids and stuff like I would love to lie in bed
I would love to
and sleep in and stuff that's what Dan did yesterday I
Yeah, no, I was up looking out.
I wasn't sick.
Now, let's, I want to have it said now.
I wasn't ill.
I was looking after my gorgeous wife Hannah, who was very gravely ill.
Really?
Because I heard she was vomiting, and the sound of her vomiting made you want to vomit, so you went and moved to the sparing.
That's called giving her a space.
All right.
Well, you wouldn't know your, kind of the things that you stand by when it comes to getting sick.
Maybe we can learn something from you.
Someone's checks through.
Now, this sounds like one hell of a concoction, but I believe that it's a good,
way to get healthy.
They said, my family makes cider vinegar,
onion, garlic, cough syrup and honey with two
tablespoons of whiskey in a blender.
Works every time.
Yeah, Danny message saying a shot of apple cider vinegar,
100% kills the bad bacteria.
Oh, my goodness me.
Taylor, what does your dad say to do?
He, every single
time I'm sick, he goes, well, are you taking
a piece of garlic every day? And I said, what do you mean?
He takes a clove of garlic, like a, he will swallow it like a pan
and he will do that every single day and he's never sick.
Oh, so he does it even when he's not sick?
This is like his morning thing.
Yes, like every day.
So he doesn't chew it up so that it's all, he's breathing on everyone every day,
he just swallows the clove hole.
Yeah, I do wonder, I do want to Taylor if he's doing himself a disservice there
because I think swallowing the clove hole will not digest properly
and it'll just come out the other end sort of hole.
So I think he does need to almost mash it.
He's been telling me and he's still not sick.
Yeah, too.
It's work.
If it works, it works.
it works, right?
Not on my guess.
Sometimes they think things like that are such strong
placebos to prove that it works.
Alaya, morning.
Good morning.
What do you swear by when it comes to sickness?
Or is it your boss?
It's not me.
It's my boss, but I've just had a
big lot of sickness myself.
My boss turned around and said,
just drink straight like normal Coca-Cola,
not the no-sugar, not the diet,
normal Coca-Cola.
She said that if it kills
kills the oil stains
in your garage floor,
then it's killing whatever's in your gut.
Oh, man,
I mean, they're totally different things.
I wouldn't say that my gut is the same as a concrete.
This show brought to you by Coca-Cola.
I love that.
Okay, that's something new.
Sebastian's got a good one.
He says, I just wait three to seven days,
and then I'm no longer sick.
Work for me.
Yeah, that is a good one.
He's just not speaking about the sickness in between there.
Someone else regins Vic's vapor rub
I've got the ads wrong.
You know how I used to always rub it on your chest,
and then you just kind of breathe it in,
while you're sleeping. They said they're rubbing on the soles of their feet
and then chuck socks, Willie socks on. Kind of like you were talking about with the onion.
Did you guys used to have molasses when you're a kid or some sort of trickle?
I remember that. My mum had a big tin of it at the bottom of the pantry and she would get a
spoon and me and my brother had to like give a huge spoon. Was it malt? I think it was malt.
Yes. Why? Why did everybody have molts? My mom went through a malt phase as well. I remember
what is the malt phase. What are we eating? Why did we have malt? What was the advert that? What was the
advert that made all our parents by malt in a giant tin? I remember vividly, my mom
going, come down here, boys.
I remember being like, ew, yuck, malt!
I'm going to look that up, so what you happen.
The Clint Meg and Dan podcast.
One of our absolute favorite comedians and just people has generously come back into the country and given us this time.
Joe Damon, ladies and gentlemen.
What's up, man, what's up?
So good to see you, bro.
Good to see you guys.
It's been too long.
You have been flitting back and forth when around the world.
Yeah, been back and forth between here, Australia, America.
Last time I was to see you at your house, I reckon.
You had Joe at your house.
You didn't tell me.
It is outrageous how I haven't heard this story.
That was probably like four years ago, honestly.
He would have been trying to make you his best idea.
It was a man.
Anyone listening is good hair.
He's got badees now. Like the toilet.
Well, you know, like, that's when you've made it.
Yeah, you don't have to wash your ass that it is now.
Damn.
You would know, with you traveling around the world, like, you'll find some countries where
bidet is just the norm. And we just spent
a holiday in Japan. I came back and I was like, I'm never dry wiping again.
Yeah.
It actually is.
It's worth it?
Gang changers.
Yeah.
There's some crazy stats coming out about social media and TikTok have put together
this critical thinking campaign because nearly four in 10 New Zealanders
failed to regularly verify information before we go and share it to others.
So Joe is trying to make sure that we are aware that not everything we see is true
and maybe we're a little bit more careful about what we share in regards to misinformation online.
Even just that fact you said there, Clint, I just believed it straight away.
Yeah, it's actually five and ten.
You just believe to us for.
Turns out actually.
No, yeah, TikTok, they wanted me to come out and speak on.
I guess the messaging around the campaign that they're sort of working on,
which is catch, check and choose.
Yes, what does that mean?
So catch is about sort of catching yourself before you, I guess, get emotionally invested in the
content that you're sort of watching because obviously it's so easy to watch something.
You know, you're taking in all the information and you're kind of not really putting those
filters in because it's like, you know, it's really caught you emotionally.
That's the first part.
The next is checking the sources, checking where the information is actually coming from.
And one of the interesting things they had said was checking what they could get out of sharing that
information with you.
Yeah, they're making money from it.
Is there a connection there?
It's so hard to believe anything these days.
I know we've got some big rules around it in New Zealand about you have to say things that ads or gifted.
Other places around the world don't have that.
So they don't need to say that it's a paid promotion or I'm going to get paid for this.
In fact, the rules from country to country differ so much.
So some of them don't even have to say if it's sponsored or if it's AI.
And then China, they've got strict regulations requiring social media influences to hold verified university degrees or license.
if they're going to speak on a subject and try to tell you about it.
So what could we speak on?
I could speak about broadcasting.
Lawmone.
You've got a degree in lawmine.
No, that's true.
I couldn't even speak about that.
I actually had nothing.
You got nothing.
Places learn how to really hook people into.
All of that.
I think it's even more so than ever.
You have to be more vigilant online.
The third C is choosing whether you engage or whether you walk away.
But always actually taking in.
to account either that decision of like
it is a choice. You don't have to
engage with it just because it's
hooked you in emotionally. You're growing
such a huge following as well. Every time I see
your content, it stands out because you're doing
stuff that other people aren't and
you're having huge success, which is great to
see. There's nothing more frustrating than when you've got a mate
who's really talented and it's just not
happening for them at the level that you
think it should be. You know, doing more stuff overseas
will be a big next part of my journey
so I'm honestly at the moment just really
enjoying like being at home because I think
especially over the next few years
I won't be able to come back as often.
Is that a clue? Do you reckon that's a clue?
Oh, because you'd be so busy.
It'll be so busy doing something.
Yeah, I can't wait.
When will we be finding out what you're doing?
Ended gear stuff?
Yeah, yeah, probably like before the end of the year for sure.
Okay, great.
Oh my God, this is our last interview before he becomes too big and famous.
And then I'll be like, Joe Key to my house, what?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
He's an nice house.
Before the bad days.
Yeah.
Joe Damon.
The Clint Meg and Dan podcast.
And the story Meg's got is going to paint
the people of Dunedin in a very bad light
I fear? Yeah, actually
if you haven't, I mean, it's been
one of the biggest stories of the news, unfortunately
for the past 24 hours, but
if you haven't heard what went
down at Otago Union
Hall, you could hear
maybe from this
chanting when the concert
stopped abruptly with devil's skin
and, yeah.
So you think, either way you think, oh, someone's farted.
So bad, it's cleared the dance floor. I was Clint there.
No. It was the rock and metal
concert. I've got some quotes here. So there was a lot of jumping.
And eventually, someone must have looked down and noticed there was a huge mess of shit on the floor.
Oh, no. It's completely spread all around the mosh pit, like all over the floor.
Oh, dear. It's on people's feet. People are wearing skirts and shitters up their legs. I'm going to have to change it to poo.
And then one girl just went, and vomited on the poo.
Oh, God.
And then this is a disgusting thing ever.
And then everybody starts vomiting.
I then move on to the next part of the article.
She said she saw the turd on the floor and then described it as, and I quote, huge.
It was huge.
Like, massive.
I've never seen one that big before.
I thought it was a man's shoe.
It was so big.
It was unbelievable.
Now, she said the smell was so putrid that people at,
to leave but then they left footprints behind them
so it got spread
she said basically once
it was realised there was a stinking biohazard
on the ground they actually paused the concert for a little
bit and then people go to the
foyer the people were bawling their
eyes out they were hysterical there was
one lady with vomit on her hair
pill in her legs and she was just crying
crying crying
my goodness me
this sounds like
it's a nightmare I'm just reading
the article now let's just for a second
let's pause and just talk
about logistics of doing that on a
mosh pit. How does that happen?
So we're being same, because I don't, you guys
are saying there's no way a guy could have kind of done
it. If a shoe size poo is
premeditated, I think brought in.
I don't think it's premeditated. I agree.
I don't, like brought in a Tupperware container
and tipped out. Do you know what I mean? Like, I don't
think it can happen live on the floor.
No, no. I, like
if it's a big one, it's been sitting there and they've been
holding on. And I think they just,
it could have been a girl and she was wearing a short skirt
and then just,
I think it was a girl.
Well, I don't know.
So you think they've got a skirt on
and maybe they've pulled their undies aside and just let rip?
Yeah, because how else would you guys do it, right?
If you're wearing pants.
So devil's skin didn't continue on.
They wouldn't have been able to.
The concert would have been over.
I think they did for a little bit,
but there was a big space around the area
that was just vomiting feces.
Yeah.
I think it's a rock and roll band.
There's a few things you'd push through.
I don't think feces on the floor.
Yeah.
I mean, you know they're like rock and roll man.
Yeah, but there are exceptions.
They'll be like, yeah.
No, we do have to evaluate.
Can you imagine being the woman that unfortunately
somehow got feces up her leg from somebody
and then it's somebody else vomited in your hair?
Oh, my worst concert ever.
I think let this be a lesson.
If you're going to a concert, go to the toilet before you go.
You know?
We shouldn't have to do what you do with kids now.
Have you been to the bathroom?
Well, I think we're going to have to.
Because it's always these sickos that ruin it for everyone else.
Oh, here we go.
I've got uptight, update.
Security and Daninian police managed to track down a middle-aged man
after he was identified by concert goers who witnessed him shaking the log out of his trouser leg.
Oh, done, done, done.
Clint McG and Dan.
Oh, my gosh.
Your favorite game on the edge just hits.
Easy money.
Here we go, thousand bucks on the line.
If you can give us 10 answers in 30 seconds, starting with the letter me,
gives you no repeated answers.
That's the rule.
And Tracy playing this morning.
hoping to win a thousand bucks.
Morning, Trace.
Good morning.
Tracy, now you've listened to before to this game.
I have.
Do you think you're good at it?
I have.
Well, I was, yep.
I'm going to go with, yeah.
Go to be confident.
Here's the thing, Trace, I see you've got a friend in the background is going to help you.
That is allowed.
My only reservation would be sometimes the time in which it takes to relay the answer to you
and then you to relay it to us really eats into your time.
So see how you go with this strategy.
All right, Tracy, your letter this morning is meant to be.
It's tea for Tracy.
Tea, tea, tea.
Okay, good luck.
All right, your time starts at the end of Meg asking you your first question.
Here we go.
Give me something you wear.
Top.
A colour.
Teal.
A mode of transport.
Train.
Something in the bathroom.
Tell.
A game.
Provial pursuit.
Something related to the ocean.
A realtoral
A sports star
Troy Saville
A reptile
A TV show
This is how I met your mother
Oh time
Tracy
That was incredible
Eight from eight
And Meg was asking you question nine
Your last one
I think you got
What did you just say for a TV show?
This is how I met your mother
Yeah
I think it's just
How I met your mother
So you wouldn't have got that
But you know what
It was the story
It was the sports person that tripped you up.
If you hadn't taken so long to answer that,
you would have been home and host, I reckon.
And then your final question, see if you can get it at least,
Tracy, so you know it would have been an author.
Oh, that's tricky.
Okay, well, you definitely would have blown out.
Yeah.
No, I would have been out.
Okay, well, unless you know that.
Yeah, yeah.
But, Tracy, that's our best one yet.
Oh, no for next time.
Yeah, you're amazing, Tracy.
Wow.
Since we've brought easy money back.
Yeah, well done.
Clint Megadam.
Lesh goal.
Producer Carl's guest quest.
He's like a dog with the bone once you set the timer and say,
Oie, produce Carl, can you get this person on the show?
48 hours probably would be Max.
I reckon.
He's so good, isn't he?
Yeah, yeah.
He can sniff out a guest like that.
Boom.
Yep.
And one minute you're just watching them.
In this case, it's a 12-year-old boy from Oklahoma, Sam.
Watching him mimic incredible bird sounds.
actually 114 different bird calls he can do perfectly.
And next, you're talking to him.
Yeah.
Carl is like one of those beagles you find at the airport.
You know, they're cute ones, but God, don't trust them.
They are snitches.
You're not allowed to touch them.
They are snitches.
Yeah, not allowed to pat him.
No pat.
No pat.
No pat.
So yesterday after the show, he managed to wrangle a Zoom call with Sam.
And he started doing all his bird calls and stuff, but we were like,
what about a New Zealand native bird?
the toi, but he'd never even heard of the toi before.
So we'll pick the chat up with him literally live Googling the sound of a towi to see what it makes to then see if he can mimic it.
I got it in my brain now.
Okay.
Okay.
So you just go and listen to a bird sound, put it in your brain, and then you can instantly mimic it, or do you have to spend days, weeks, months mastering it?
It usually comes out instantly.
Okay, let's hear our New Zealand towi.
That's crazy.
So something is happening in your brain, Sam,
where you just hear a sound,
your brain not only remembers it,
but can just replicate the frequency perfectly.
Does it only work with bird sounds?
No, it works with lots of other sounds.
Do you know the more pork?
The more pork gets in New Zealand, owl?
So good.
I mean, I would be the most annoying friend to have around Sam
because I'd be like, do another one, do another one.
Yeah.
Who is the person in your life that every time you're out and about that, like, go, Sam, do the thing, do the thing.
I think my mom.
Oh, good.
Mom's proud.
Sam, thank you so much for sharing your talent with us.
We think you're amazing.
Can you send us out with the New Zealand Tui one last time?
Yeah.
Okay.
I would say that's your best.
Thank you, Sam.
Bye.
Bye.
Thank you, brother.
Twelve-year-old boy from Oklahoma.
How incredible is his brain?
He was so...
The Tui one, because obviously, I think before we got...
to speak to him, Clint, I was like,
oh, I don't think that's very good when you played us
some of the low quality of the audio.
That to wee one blew my mind.
The fact that you just googled it and then somehow nailed it.
And it's not just, like, there was nuance to that.
You know, like he'd got every little bit of the toy sound.
That's incredible.
Isn't it amazing what the brain can do if it's wired differently?
Not all brains are like that.
Yeah, but that's what I mean, if his brain is obviously wired differently to ours
and then what it's capable of doing.
It's unbelievable.
I love the fact that his mum's the person that's going around telling you one,
and you would if your kid could.
do that. You would as well. It got me
thinking about the one thing
that your mum goes around
telling strangers about you.
Yeah, we were talking about whether
we should do it where you call up and say
oh mum always brags about me or if we give mum's
five minutes to be able to brag about their kids.
And how far back is it that
she's bragging about the thing? Yeah, what do?
You're 40 now but she's like, and Lisa, she
won gold at the
school athletics day,
you know, back in 1989.
1989.
And then, you know, poor Lisa's done nothing good since then.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Something about moms, they.
Maybe you can call us and let us know what your son or daughter has done recently or in the past that you still tell people about.
We want to know if your mum is one of those moms that still goes around telling strangers about that one thing that you did back in the day, or maybe more recently, that she's so proud of.
She needs to tell everyone even if they don't ask.
Oh, mums are great, aren't they like that?
And mum, if you are going around telling everyone about your son or daughter about your son or daughter, about what?
one thing specifically, and you haven't told us yet,
oh, 800 the edge you can.
I mean, God, they shouldn't...
You're welcome.
Yeah, what did your mum brag to other people about Meg?
I mean, I imagine, God, she's got so many things to choose from with you.
You're setting me up.
I think if she would be in a store and the Edge was playing.
Should go listen to that?
Yeah, she, but maybe, I'm not sure.
Don't know if she would bring it up or if she would try to, or I don't know.
I don't know if she would anymore.
I think she would have at the start.
When we used to do Edge TV, maybe if that played in the back.
background but I think it's kind of
lost it shine a little bit.
Mum always tells me I can't juggle.
I can only do three max.
That's the great thing about mums.
They'll brag about anything, even if it's mundane.
But you mustn't be able to do anything else if that's like the peak of the mountain.
Nikita said my mum brags that I have my first class on as in psychology,
but I'm an accountant now.
Hey, but an accountant is still a great job.
Yeah, she's very smart, she's very bright.
Karina is a mum, and you've been bragging about your daughter
and one thing specifically for over a decade now?
Yeah, yeah, she started walking at eight and a half months.
Bloody hell.
She's a super kid.
Yeah, I tell everyone that'll listen.
How old is she now?
She's 11.
But she would have the working age of a 15-year-old.
Yeah, yeah.
Really?
So my 12-year-old walked at 10 months
And I thought that was impressive
But that's so funny though
My daughter was better
Eight and a half months
That's tough though
Because you're like
Just just chill out
And the second when you're like
I don't want you to start running
At eight and a half months
Imagine knowing you peaked though
At eight months
So she's done nothing else now
Like she's 11
I can't live up to it
She's like you
You should really be better
Because you used to walk at eight and a half months
It's got a Shan
Oh 800 the Edge
Morning Sean
Hey
So what do you love bragging about your son?
He's a hip-hop dancer
And he's been
He's got worlds coming up
For the third time this year
So he's been to Portugal
And Australia
And then thankfully this year
Worlds are in Toonga
So lot too this year
Oh that's annoying though
If I'd be like
Toonga, boring
We went to Portugal last year
Yeah true
This year I get to go
Because I can afford to go as well
Oh, that's nice.
Oh, my gosh.
It was so nice to be so proud and I'm just positive to be able to come in this.
Yeah, and that's a genuine, like, great thing to be proud of.
Yeah, unlike this one, my mum brags I have bipolar because it gives her something to gossip about and she loves a good got.
Oh, no, we'll do that tomorrow.
What's your mum gossip going to think about you?
Yeah.
Do that tomorrow.
So good.
Yeah, Sam, by the way, inspired this.
His mum goes around telling everyone that he can mimic bird noises perfectly.
If you missed it, we just had him on.
And he learnt the towi sound during the july sound.
during the chat, he googled it and then
did this.
That's incredible way, and that's not with his
like whistling, that's with his voice box
he's not able to mimic that.
So incredible.
That's like, he needs to be gone like X Factor or something.
He'd get the golden buzzer.
Yeah, true.
I'd give him the golden buzzer for that.
All right.
Oh, apparently we just got our first gold.
Oh, did we?
Yeah, am I like to say there or is there a buzz thing?
Lewis Clebert.
Oh, has he?
Yeah, my mum just messaged me.
We got our first gold.
Doesn't brag about me anymore.
This mum's going to be telling everybody, hasn't she?
I love how your mum's now are Olympic reporter.
Thanks, Whippaith.
We'll cross to word next.
It means 200 metre butterfly.
Way to get it done, Lewis.
Epic mate.
25 past 8.
A-lister list is next.
Clint, Megan Dan.
I'm really excited to watch back the race.
I love seeing women, especially when I know we've won and all the anxiety's gone.
All right, we're doing child stars for A-Lister list this morning.
You need to help us.
decide which celebrities deserve to be right at the top at the A-list party,
and which ones are okay to be in the B, and which ones are more C-list?
It's based on what they haven't yet achieved in their life.
All right, this first one may already explain itself since I'm putting them as a pair.
Mary Kate and Ashley Olson.
Jesus.
Double star power, full house.
Yeah, I'm doing them together.
They are coming as a pair.
Yeah, I think they come as a package deal those two.
Number two is Justin Timberlake.
I don't believe we've done him yet.
He was a child star.
He sat down on the Disney Club.
and number three,
McCauley Colkin.
Oh, God, these are tricky.
Now, I would go to the Olson twins.
They're definitely on A list.
No, I don't think so.
When you say the Olson twins, though,
I think that it holds more power
than Mary Kate and Ashley.
Okay, well, we can say either way,
but yeah, maybe the Olson twins,
but I'm saying them together.
I don't know if they're a C or a B,
but I'd be saying that they're pretty iconic.
I was going to C.
Really? I was leaning towards a C.
I always think about, like,
if they were at a restaurant and I was sitting there,
would you get up and ask for a photo?
If they're walking through the office,
how shocked would we be versus, say, Oprah in the building
versus the Olson?
You're right. I'd be excited because I'm a millennial
and I grew up with them, but I don't know if anybody else would be.
You're wanting both of them in the photo.
If you're just getting Mary Kaye, you're right.
You want to see, don't you?
And I think that's probably why their star is a little brighter
because they've combined their powers,
but I still think the sea list.
So we're saying C for them.
What about Justin Timberlake?
Is he a bona fide A or is he dropped to a B?
I think the name Justin Timberlake is an A.
Yeah.
I think he's probably pretty famous and I don't think there'd be many people worldwide that wouldn't go,
oh yeah, Justin Timberlake, I don't really know his music, but I know he's a singer.
And for a while he crossed into acting as well.
I'm not sure what he's doing with that, but he was dabbling in a different area of expertise.
Then he got a few DUIs and stuff.
But it doesn't necessarily change anything.
Okay, so so far we're saying see Mary Kay National.
Nelson, A, Justin Tim Blake, and then now the bona fide greatest world child actor, sorry, of all time.
McCauley Colkin.
A.
B.
I knew you were going to do that.
Now, the thing is with McCauley Colkin, I think he's the current generation would know home alone.
Everybody does.
But then when you start saying the name McCauley Colkin, I think people, you're starting to lose a few younger people.
McCauley Colkin, like, probably the biggest child star.
Yeah, the biggest.
And he was best friends with the biggest A-lister the world has ever known Michael Jackson.
Oh, who wasn't?
Every 10-year-old was friends with him.
Right.
So all you need to do is call us, 0-800 the edge of text us 3.343.
McColley Coulin, it seems to be the one that we're going back and forth between with B or A.
But if you disagree with the Olson twins or Justin Timbley, please let us know.
My mum couldn't drop me off with Michael Jackson.
We would be mates instantly.
Oh, the text machine is headed.
Here's a angry pet they're yelling at us in Caps lock.
We're looking at the Olson twins, Mary Kaydon and Ashley Olson.
We're saying probably a C.
Justin Timberlake, spinning in an A.
Well, that's where we put him, although there is some people saying that he is a C.
Someone makes a good point saying the police who arrested Justin didn't even know who he was.
He had to keep saying, do you know who I am?
Do you know who I am?
But then I would argue that a professional police officer would just pretend they didn't know.
They were famous.
If I was a police officer and I pulled over, say Meg, for instance,
I'd go, oh God, it's Meg from the radio.
But I wouldn't tell her that I knew.
Yeah, sure.
I'd want her to treat her just the same as everyone else.
A bit of a power play.
And then a lot of discussion as to whether he's an A-lister or a B-lister.
You guys give up?
Oh, yeah, thirsty for more.
McCauley Colkin.
I'm saying A all day.
I'm saying A as well.
Biggest child's day ever.
We're still watching Home Alone every Christmas.
He was best friends with the biggest A-lister of the world who's ever known.
Michael Jackson.
Also, he has somebody texting.
Come into the spotlight a little bit
after, you know, talking about his wife and kids.
Oh, yeah, he's married to Brenda Song from Sweet Life.
But I will say that I think he has skipped a generation now,
the younger kids that are like,
I'd say even some Gen Zs wouldn't know who McCauley Colkin was, is.
And I say he's a bee.
A lot of people agreeing with me on the text machine
saying that he is a bee.
He's not as famous as your Brad Pitt's your Beyonce's.
Jesse agrees.
Morning, Jesse.
Good morning, Tim.
So you think McCauley Colkin is a what?
I got to put him at a B, man.
Like I said, in my text, his own children don't know that he's Kevin McAllister in the movies.
They know that their mother is London Tipton.
Yeah.
True, London Tipton.
Yeah, yeah, Brenda Song.
I love your voice, by the way.
You sounded incredible.
I'll take that.
Where are you from, Jesse?
I am from Florida, but I live in Christchurch.
Oh, beautiful, great place to move to.
Wow, the weather is so different.
Yeah, Christchurch to Florida.
God, it's so different.
All right, so you're saying B for Macaulay.
What about the Olsen Twins?
I think your other are spot on, guys.
I think you do a great job with the others.
McColley has to be B.
It's just, like you said, it's skipped a generation.
Oh, can you call every morning?
Yeah, we love you, Jessica.
Can you get you voice some stuff?
Oh, you can be my alarm.
You know, we're talking about making an alarm.
And Elise, Olsen twins?
Hello.
Yeah, I think they're a B.
Yeah, Rebecca's Texan saying it's a disgrace that they're a C.
so far.
Maybe individually the C
together they'll be.
Maybe that's better.
You need the set.
Yeah.
Cold House was iconic.
Yeah.
But then again,
Full House.
Just like McCauley Colkin.
Yeah, but you know what?
You know what?
With that fact,
yes, Full House was iconic,
but no one's remembering
Bob Saggart, are they?
You know, RAP.P.
But I mean, no one's going on Bob's in.
They had jewelry lines,
perfume lines, makeup lines,
clothing lines,
magazines, yeah, the movies.
All right, Elise, what about McCauley?
I think a C
B
Wow
Wow wow
Wow
God you're harsh
Wow
Okay thanks Ann Elise
Okay
Let's go to Sean
The fact that he is
In the biggest
Christmas movie of all time
I think puts him at a B at least
Yeah
Number one and two
Yeah
So good
Then he went on to Richie Rich
Remember that
Morning Sean
What are your thoughts on McCauley Cole
Can A be your C list my friend
I'm tall
And I think closer to A
Because I mean
My kids do know who he is
By name alone
so yeah
and he has been more relevant
like with his
he's been like he's coming up his life
he's been in the news a lot
in the last year or so
and his life's always promoting
how Brady is so I think he's out there
a lot more
okay so you say A
Danny else says B someone else says that
I
the chat alone
him being at home alone makes him A
but then his actual name
McCauley Colkin puts him at a B
but then again even now you know how the new
Michael Jackson Docko has come out
McCauley's through that as well.
So he's on a relevant Netflix documentary series at the moment.
And with the prosecutor said the jury when McCauley Colkin walked in to testify were starstruck.
Oh, of course they're bloody work.
Yeah, because it's McCauley Colkin.
They thought they were just getting a pleb.
Yeah, but what do you mean?
Of course.
They just go, oh, I've got jury duty and they're like, oh, what is it?
Oh, it's McCauley Colkin.
Of course they're starstruck.
Of course.
And you know what?
Even though he's a bee, I still think that's a good list to be on.
As I said time and time again.
Meg, you've got to tell them all up.
You can't just take into account the calls.
You've got to look at the text in that as well,
and then find an average.
Can I just throw one spanner in the work?
Someone's saying Mary Kate, A, Ashley B.
Yeah.
To Ashley?
It's kind of true.
It's a hunch.
Right.
A list, the list is Justin Timberlake.
A.
Okay.
Mary Kate and Ashley Olson.
B.
Oh, we'll go for the step up.
Together.
Okay.
And McCollie Colkin.
Be.
Yeah, he deserves to be there.
