Starting point is 00:00:00 This is a podcast from Rover. This is the Overtinkers podcast. Yeah, it looks like Dan got something for us. He said he did. Well, no, here's the thing. Don't put me on the spot like this, Megan. Dan turned around and he was like, he goes, guys, guys, there's going to be a hell of an only
Starting point is 00:00:17 Overthinkers podcast today. I got something real good. I was just, this is actually a funny thing because I was. Hell, crack funny as well. Look, no, I was looking for something for prep today for the radio show, which we do put a lot of prep into. one not so much. But hey, we muddle through it, don't we? And there was something that came up that was kind of like a list of things which are genuinely defendable arguments that I was like,
Starting point is 00:00:43 ah, those are interesting. We wouldn't probably use them, but they're interesting to debate. Okay. So I'm just going to go through them and you relate them to, I guess, your life. And they're just very, on face value, very simple questions, but they tell you a lot about yourself. Okay. Okay. Fun. Meg, I'll ask you the first one. Is it acceptable to eat the last biscuit in the biscuit like packet without asking your spouse who also likes said biscuits? Because I would say I would eat it and not even think twice.
Starting point is 00:01:15 If it's in the pantry, you went there first, it's yours. If it's sitting on the table, because that's more of a communal. Does anyone else want that? But why not ask? Every time you've got to make, does anyone else want that last, whatever it is? when have you ever had you have to be in like class A dick to be like oh yeah
Starting point is 00:01:33 actually I was I was I do want that yeah thank you I've done that before No yeah With close people I have definitely where like I've gone I actually wanted it Can I have it because I didn't have one
Starting point is 00:01:43 Oh if you haven't have one So say for Clinton instance Clint's had three biscuits I've had none of them And then I can see him go for the last one I'm going no that's mine I was saving that No
Starting point is 00:01:52 You can't save it in the middle I would always think about the other person I would normally It depends. If they're my favourite biscuits, it's mine. If my husband genuinely loves the biscuits, I'm always leaving it for him, and I'm saying, I'll let you the last biscuit.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Always, always, always. Maybe that's a burnt toast theory with mum's. Maybe it is a mum thing. I don't know. Have you got your shirt up, your hand up inside your shirt? Has the aircon gone colder? No, I think you're having some sort of stroke or something. Sorry, I'm freezing.
Starting point is 00:02:20 They're just random, random questions as well. So not, oh, here's Carl. There's one biscuit here. He's always thinking about the content. Oh, one biscuit left. see who eats it by the end of the pot. Oh, Meg's got it. No, no, I'm looking at it. It's not one of the good ones. It hasn't got sugar on top. And in this case, it's a radio
Starting point is 00:02:32 thing. I don't know what's happened to that last biscuit. Anybody could have done something to it. No, I know. Clint, that was, I was about the same line. It looks still crispy. Okay, next one up. Okay, this is a question. Can you remove your underwear without taking your pants off? Yeah. Pending on the pants.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Let's see if Meg can do it. She's about, oh my God, she's about to try. I reckon I could. Okay, off you go. Yeah, I'm wearing baggy pants. Yeah, I could. Yeah. Okay, she's taking... Oh my God, she's taking her undies off. This is the video.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Here you go, here you go, Bradley. Here's your video for the day. Meek taking her undies off without taking her pants up. Here we go, it's off. We'll show them, pull them up. I want to see proof. No, it's still be on one leg. Yeah, it's on this leg.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Yeah, yeah, well, yeah. I pull them, I want to stay the proof. That's like me being like, I can do a back flip. See, look. Wait, how am I going to get the back on? I didn't know. You had to go to the toilet, I guess. Oh, no, that's the extra points.
Starting point is 00:03:20 For extra points we can get them back on. this is incredible. If you could do this. You do it when you're trying to get your boxes off when you're getting changed into boardies. Oh my gosh, you're doing... That was incredibly quick.
Starting point is 00:03:33 So now you're a commander. Someone down to row. Are you going to tell your husband? Hey, babe, on my way home. Can we all just give me a standing ovation? That was like from the moment I asked the question to having a knickers off. That was a really quick.
Starting point is 00:03:47 Wow. That's your skill that you can just whip your knicks up real quick. So that was literally, I timed it and I gave you, it took me 10 seconds to start the timer. It was one minute 14. I could have done it quicker. Oh, no, I could have done it faster. Remember when we did that thing where we tried to see how quickly we could undress? We were like, whing, we could get all our clothes off in like three seconds.
Starting point is 00:04:08 I'm upset about that. I absolutely could have gone faster, but I was a little bit like, should I do it? Well, let's see if Clint can beat one minute 14. Oh, no, because I've got camo pants on that are got a tight cord at the bottom, so I won't be able to get them off. a tight cord at the bottom. Oh, I see like they're really tight cuffed at the bottom. Yeah, so I won't be...
Starting point is 00:04:25 I couldn't do it in his pants. I think it depends on the pants. I'd be able to beat it because I've got pants on, so there's no point. I mean, shorts. Go on. Okay. Oh, no one wants to see. Three, two, one.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Hold on, hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Okay, here we go. They're off. Go. One. Six. There they go. Is this long?
Starting point is 00:04:49 I could, I reckon it could be a few seconds. How long have I got? Probably five, four. Three. I'm going to the bathroom putting the back on, I'm going to come and do it faster. Oh, piss off! How long will it take me? This is like brother-sister rivalry.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Oh, me, he just let me have a win. I bet I could put the back on. Okay. Okay, why don't you work out how to get yours back on? When Mead comes back, we'll go. You're doing it at the same time. Okay, okay. Because I don't know what the time is that you've just done for her to be.
Starting point is 00:05:18 So I can definitely do it quicker. Yeah, and then it's fair. Why am I puffed? How unfit am I? Yeah, I'm unsure why you're puffed? Yeah. I... That's really good.
Starting point is 00:05:27 I think I can put them back on. Hey, and also, nice work, mate. Got her knickers off. Yeah, right? Yeah, right. What a trick matters. I'm taking that trick straight back to my house. I know. Hey, babe, do you reckon you can beat me in like a knickers off?
Starting point is 00:05:44 Yeah. High five. Oh, no, are you in touching your bloody? Yeah. Goodness knows. Touching that massive honker of yours? Trust me, mate, it wasn't touched. I don't even think my undies have touched it.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Sorry, Operation, how'd you get hands around to junk without touching it? About the... Hey, should I cheat and just put them on one leg? Yes, yes. Yes, oh my God, yes. She will... She'll go... Okay, so we're going to keep the secret.
Starting point is 00:06:06 No one tell her. Okay, everybody listening right now? You're still going to make it look like... Don't take them off so quick that it's obvious. No, no, no. No, no. No, no. Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:06:14 Now, Sam, don't you dear. Yeah, because that's the problem. We've got a bloody snitch in the booth because girls... You know what? Have you... If you break the boy code, that trumps the girl code. Yeah. Yeah, come on, Sam, we're boys.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Yeah, we're boys. Yeah, okay, good, yeah. And if you do, you're dead. Yeah, and you get to see what it's like. You get to experience what it's like dog and the girls. You know? Yeah, you've been dog and the girls quite a little before, quite a while, I mean, you can. I will say this, though, Sam, if you do, I will end your career.
Starting point is 00:06:46 I've ended other people's careers before. You remember producer Nipia who used to work here? Oh, wow. Over at mine. Remember producer Brock? Have you heard a little no in person called Sharon Casey? No, I'm just joking. Now you're all worried.
Starting point is 00:07:05 J.J. Feeney. Okay, I'm responsible. You got them back on? They're back on. Okay, I'm going to get some race music because Dan has put his back on. And you know what's fear? I didn't take my pants off to put my back on, did you? Do you know what's fear is that you've both had a practice run at taking them off?
Starting point is 00:07:22 Are we doing it at the same time? Yeah, it'll be same time because I don't know what the... A head to head situation. So wait, what are you doing? Shoes off. I'm doing shoes off. Shoes off and headphones off. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Okay, I've got the race music. How can you get a flattery angle, please? Yep, got it. No. Fuck. Okay. Wait, we're our hands. Oh, yeah, hands up.
Starting point is 00:07:41 Okay, wait for the music to drop. Let me rearrange the backup. Okay. Okay. Okay. Hold on. Five, four, three, two, one. Action.
Starting point is 00:07:55 I need to see it. I need to see it. Damn it! Just bet you. Oh, well, there we go. Hey, also, mate, good job. I'm getting Meg's knickers off twice in 10 minutes. Oh, it's the first time I've ever done it.
Starting point is 00:08:20 Overtinkers. Okay, anyway. All right, back to it. Today on the Overthinkers podcast. We're overthinking. Okay, what else have you got, Dan? They can't have been while you brought to the table. Dan has throws his undies.
Starting point is 00:08:34 He's thrown his undies in my face probably three times, I reckon, in the last, like, four months. Yeah, anyway. He's got some weird fetish. Okay, next one. Next, do you want more? Good game, Dan. Okay, next one. You know what I should do next time...
Starting point is 00:08:49 I'm going to hold this pair of scissors. Next time Dan throws his undercut him cutting a horn is gusset. Got it. Get it. Cut them. Cut them. Yeah. That's right.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Why did you say it? Okay, last one. Well, let's do a couple more. Are you a scruncher or a folder when it comes to toilet paper? Half and half. I've always been a folder my entire life, but since the bidet, because all the clean-ups there, I find the scrunch is a better drying method. And so I've turned into a scruncher in the last few months.
Starting point is 00:09:17 I agree. I've always been a scruncher. Because I feel like you can get more gap between your hand and the anus. if you have a scrunch. Someone's cutting that out of context. But you know what I mean? Like you're putting more space between you and you. There's volume there.
Starting point is 00:09:36 There's volume because you can do a bit of bunch of scrunch. So we're all saying scrunching now. Yeah, scrunchy fold. It's like a half half. Yeah, the bidet sort of changed my method. Yeah. Take your time, mate. No, I'm just looking for the best ones.
Starting point is 00:09:51 There's so many. There's so many. Is it worse? This is a good one. If you're having guests over, do you prefer them to be five minutes early or five minutes late? Late. I always show up a little bit late, especially when going to someone's house. I'm not, I don't want to be, A, I don't want to be the first one there and then having to make awkward conversation with the Randalls.
Starting point is 00:10:09 They're your friends. And or B, I don't also want to get them on and, like, turn up surprise and they're still getting ready, you know? I changed my decision. I want them to arrive five minutes early. Your wife doesn't. But I want them to arrive five minutes late for my wife because otherwise she literally will work right up until the time that she said and she doesn't want to be doing a make-up
Starting point is 00:10:28 or sorting things out when people arrive and she gets really flustered so when people arrive that stresses her out. Why do you want people to turn up five minutes early? Because I'm always ready for them. I'm ready to hang. Like you said we're going to hang at two. Yeah, but I said I'd be there at two. Like why? Yeah, but if you get there five minutes before, oh, I wasn't expecting you until too.
Starting point is 00:10:46 Oh, really? That's interesting. That's a different perspective because I always turn up a little bit later just so I give them that little bit of extra time to prepare. Producal? Not true. Clint because we always turn up a bit late and it's happened twice.
Starting point is 00:10:59 First time I thought, oh yeah, fair enough. We turned up and then you were still finishing the lawns for 10 minutes and you explained you had this thing where you can't not finish the lawns until we've got over. If I started a job, I'm not putting the lawnmower away and setting up another day to finish it. And then I was like, oh yeah, fair enough. That's this thing, cool, just ever once. We turned up another time and then you were doing your lawns again. It was like, well, you were 15 minutes late to your own thing.
Starting point is 00:11:22 Yeah, I get carried away because if I'm going to do it, I've got to do all the edging, and then I can do the leaf blowing. Okay, I don't need to hear about that. Don't look good. Love an edge. I was trying to get it all nice for producer Carl. It was lovely. Do you share with your partner, there's another partner-based one,
Starting point is 00:11:37 do you share your internet passwords with them? So internet banking, passwords for everything. Like, do they know your passwords? Yeah, all of them. Really? Yeah. Okay. Do you not?
Starting point is 00:11:48 Yeah. No, we have separate internet banking. Because we both have our own accounts with other, you know, certain things. So Hannah has her own savings I have my own savings And we have the joint savings And she has no access to it No
Starting point is 00:11:59 I have access to everything So you can So you can look how much your wife's got saved Yeah Really Do you want me have a look Yeah let's see how much Jamie, be honest
Starting point is 00:12:08 How much is Jamie got saved And Meg, you tell me How much Guy's got saved Guy's got saved Yeah Like money he's got saved In his account So you can see his account
Starting point is 00:12:16 Well you're the same as me then I can see all of mine I can't see one of his Because he has an open account That he bought my ring with which I think still open. He didn't be bought it like a years ago?
Starting point is 00:12:26 Yeah, six. He still got it. I agree. $1,563. Damn, must be nice. All the money to, so if you left her and were a real asshole and were like, I'm taking everything, all she'd have to her name was
Starting point is 00:12:37 1,000. Oh no, that's her, like, personal account that I don't have my name on that has nothing to do with me. Otherwise, and I can still access her account. I can still transfer money out of it because I know the password. But that is her account. Wow. God, you could take her for all she's worth.
Starting point is 00:12:51 Well, I would have no idea what guy has, like in his little account without me. Why are you calling in a little account? He could have thousands of money. I know he could actually, Dan. I haven't thought about that. My wife's still got like pocket money each week. Whereas when my money would come in,
Starting point is 00:13:05 I would transfer a couple hundred bucks a week just into her account for like, I don't know, spending it. It's been happening since we were really young and she wasn't working. Now she's working, but she still gets the pocket money. And I see that and I was like, what do you spend that on?
Starting point is 00:13:18 She goes, oh, it's just groceries and stuff. Okay, last one. This one's more mainly for me, guess, how quickly can you get your bra off? Yeah, okay. What's a fast time? Dan, show me the question. No, no, I'm not showing you any good because you'll steal the things.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Yeah, okay. And the 30 seconds is the record. It says if it's under a minute. You're really good. Okay, okay, ready? I could do it in... No, no, what am I doing? No.
Starting point is 00:13:42 No, the record is 30 seconds. Okay, ready? No. And... I reckon you do it in a minute. We won't look. I started counting wrong. I was like, three, six.
Starting point is 00:13:51 I don't know what I was doing. Hold on. Three, three. Two, one. We haven't seen it? No, straight off. There you go, you're welcome, I've got her undies off.
Starting point is 00:14:04 He's wearing no underwear. He's going home, commandos. You owe me a hundred bucks. I bet Dan couldn't get both your top and your knickers off in the podcast. No, that's the next question. How hard is it to get your pants off?
Starting point is 00:14:22 How complete? See you later. And I'm supposed to be the cream. Overthinkers Rover Music, radio, podcasts
