Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey there, folks. Welcome to the program. Five important things that I want to share with you. So maybe I'll tick them off and then I'll begin to share them. Maybe six things. I think the first thing I want to share is that my guest today is Sidney Powell. Ladies and gentlemen, Sydney Powell is my guest. You know, there aren't a lot of real deals out there anymore, to be honest.
Starting point is 00:00:42 but she is one of them, you hypocrites. Okay, that's the first piece of information. So in a few minutes, we're going to Sydney Palace. She's just been given a job in the administration. I can't. That's the greatest news ever. I've been waiting like a year and a half for this.
Starting point is 00:00:57 That's number one. Number two, two days ago, I spent several hours with Dennis Prager. A profound joy and encouragement. I want to tell you about it. Just what a joy to spend time with my beloved, beloved, sweet friend, Dennis. Amazing. I also got a copy of the book, The Book, Revolution, the birth of the greatest nation in the history of the world by Echma, Texas.
Starting point is 00:01:32 I got a copy of it, and I want to show it to you. I am bursting with excitement. I am like a kid. I didn't think I would be. Oh boy, I am so excited. I want to share that. I want to share with you what else I did this weekend. I was at Marlago.
Starting point is 00:01:51 I want to share with you what I watched on TV last night and why I want to talk about what I watch classic film. And then I guess, oh yeah, did I mention I would talk about what I'm doing Wednesday in Washington, D.C., And then I want to talk about our campaign with Christian Solidarity International, which just started. If you go to Eric Metaxus.com, you'll see it. But Chris Heimes, I'm going to start with this Wednesday in Washington, D.C. Okay, folks, if you can get to D.C. this Wednesday, so that's the evening of May 6th,
Starting point is 00:02:34 we are doing a special Socrates in the city event at the Willard Hotel. it's all about Dietrich Bonhofer and the Bonhofer film. If you've not seen the Bonhofer film, for the love of Pete, go to Amazon Prime or wherever you watch films, watch the Bonhofer film. It came out a year and a half ago. I've talked about this endlessly
Starting point is 00:02:57 that the left did everything they could to crush the film, and they did a pretty good job because a lot of you still haven't seen the film, which is crazy, because it's a great, great, great film. Like, it's actually a great film that I, the author of the book,
Starting point is 00:03:14 approve of and love. And so this Wednesday in Washington, D.C., we're having a Socrates and city event. If you can go to the event or if you know anybody in the D.C. area who can get there for this event, this is this Wednesday, February, sorry, February, May 6th,
Starting point is 00:03:36 at the Willard Hotel, this is really it's going to be very special. Now, I haven't even mentioned, we're going to be talking about the Bonhoffer film. Who's we? I am going to be interviewing three of my favorite people on planet Earth. Dr. Ben Carson, he's the only, I want to be clear, he's the only brain surgeon
Starting point is 00:03:56 on the panel. There are three people on the panel. Unfortunately, we could only get one brain surgeon. The other two guests, they're very special, but I just want to be clear, they don't do brain surgeon. surgery figuratively or literally. They just don't do that. And if they put themselves forward as somebody capable of operating on your brain or the brain of a loved one, do not accept it.
Starting point is 00:04:22 Okay? That would be a bad thing on every level. But if Ben Carson says he wants to do surgery, I would take that seriously. So Ben Carson is the only neurosurgeon on the panel. That's this Wednesday in D.C., talking about Bonhofer. the other two panelists. Now again, these are non-brain surgeons, but they're very smart. Neither of them is a rocket scientist, I want to be clear. But the two brilliant guests who are not brain surgeons are Megan Basham, our friend, who's been on this show a million times. What a great hero she is. We love her so much. She's just a great heroic voice at this time. She will be my guest, along with Dr. Ben-Karrison.
Starting point is 00:05:09 And the third guest, the host of the Charlie Kirk Show, our friend Andrew Colvette with TPSA. And I don't say this often enough how I love TPSA and how because of my love for Charlie, who not only did I love Charlie, but when I would see him, I would kind of embarrass him by saying, I love you. And I know he's probably thinking like, Eric, what do you? gay why are you saying that you're making me uncomfortable i'm young man don't say that to me i don't care i would say that to him and um anything i could ever do to help his widow uh erika who as we all know has been insanely attacked if you've opened your ears to these attacks you better stop uh i don't
Starting point is 00:05:55 have time to tell you why but it is so wicked wicked um i know her uh i knew charlie i love charlie i can only imagine what Charlie's thinking right now with all that's going on, right? Well, what would he think? He would want us to support TPUSA, to help TPUSA, which he spent years and years and years creating. He'd want us to help Erica. And so that's what I want to do. So anyway, that's just a- Yeah, and Andrew is, to mention real deals, Andrew is another guy who's a real deal. Like we've known him for many years, and he is about as solid as they come. But this is the thing, when you know these people. And by the way, you sound stuffed up.
Starting point is 00:06:42 You're kind of sick, aren't you, Chris? I am sick, so that's why I'm remote today because I can't afford to get you sick because you have about, oh, I don't know, 24 hours a day of book promotion happening for the next week. Yes, very busy season. Well, actually, I don't want to skip ahead. So let's stick to, I mean, I'm sorry, just the point. So this Wednesday, if you know anybody in D.C. or who can get to D.C. for this Wednesday night, Soxie and City event, go to Soxington City.com.
Starting point is 00:07:08 It's going to be a Bonhofer panel. They will have watched the film, these three August personages, Dr. Ben Carson, Megan Basham, and Andrew Colvitt. And we're going to have a roundtable conversation about Bonhofer, the meaning of faith, martyrdom, the Bonhofer film. So that is this Wednesday. Okay, that's number one. number two did i mention that i may have a copy of the revolution book may i'm emphasizing may fourth
Starting point is 00:07:42 is today and chris hymns you said a nerdy thing a moment ago when i it is today may fourth you said happy star wars day may the fourth be with you may the fourth be with you you sound like sydney brain I know, I know. It's my wife's favorite birthday because it's very punny. People who suffer from this sort of pun syndrome, you know, the dad joke things,
Starting point is 00:08:10 they need to be administered a dose of punicillin. Yeah. That was some dad humor. Trying not to react. Okay. And failing. All right then. Okay.
Starting point is 00:08:25 So, hey, I want to talk about my time with Dennis Prager. I want to talk about what I watched on. last night, The Searchers, John Wayne, John Ford. But let us leap right now to... Oh, actually, before I talk about Dennis Prigger, I think it's valuable for me to say that I was two nights ago at Mar-a-Lago. Starting point is 00:09:18 BetMGEM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario. And the president almost showed up. We were thinking he was going to show up. He didn't show up. and that's why I am sorry that I ever encouraged anybody to vote for Donald Trump. I don't know how I'm going to live with that.
Starting point is 00:09:41 I just don't know because now I'm bitter. No, I bumped into Josh Howerton. He's a pastor in Washington State. I am going to speak at a men's event with him in Washington State in Wenatchee. And now, of course, I'm forgetting the name of the event,
Starting point is 00:10:03 but he was telling me they have this gigantic amphitheater. It is in George, comma, Washington. We've had him on the program to talk about this. He said that the woke people behind, I don't know if it's Ticketmaster or whoever, have been doing everything they can to destroy this event. I want to get him on the program to talk about this. I think we'll get him on the program next week to talk about this.
Starting point is 00:10:32 But he was telling me how they're just not helping to promote the event. And a lot of people haven't even heard about it. It is so wicked, but so classic. Stronger Man Nation, I believe, is the stronger man nation is the event. Stronger Man Nation. Folks, please look it up. And it's Josh McPherson, not Josh Howardton. McPherson, why did I say that?
Starting point is 00:10:56 Well, Josh is another guy when you get on our show. No, I know Josh Howardton. Sorry. McPherson. But so it's, say it again, stronger. Yep. Stronger man. Stronger man nation. Stronger bad nation.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Stronger man nation. Okay, we're going to go to a break. When we come back, I'm going to tell you about my time with Dennis Prager. And I may have a copy of the book for you. Emphasis on May 4th. Folks, before we go, I want to recommend to you, In case you want to do something crazy and beautiful, we are doing another campaign with our friends at CSI. These folks are heroes.
Starting point is 00:11:37 If you want to free a slave, literally, this is what CSI does. Every $250 sets one captive free and puts them into a life of freedom, sets them up. This is important. Help us do this. Go to ericmetaxis.com. Click on the banner. Couldn't be easier. Please go to Ericmataxis.com, click on the banner.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Very important. Hey, the folks, welcome back. Okay, we're a few minutes away from Sydney Powell being on the program. I've got all this Tucker stuff I want to share. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow trying to figure it out. Oh, my gosh. Well, okay, so this weekend, a couple days ago, we were in Florida. and I have for over a year wanted to visit with my friend Dennis Prager.
Starting point is 00:12:27 As most of you know, he is a great hero. He is one of the greatest men I've ever been privileged to know and call friend. I love him with all my heart. And he had a horrifying accident a little bit over a year ago. Fell, horrible spinal injury. He's paralyzed from the, neck down essentially. And I've seen interviews with him and stuff.
Starting point is 00:12:57 He can talk and this, but I never was able to get to where he is. And his sweet wife, amazing wife, Sue and I have been connecting. So finally, Suzanne and I were able to get down to visit with him two days ago. And one of the reasons I love Dennis so much is his sense of humor. I cannot not joke. minute I see him. He's paralyzed, you know, and I walk in. And of course, what's the first thing I say?
Starting point is 00:13:31 Please, don't get up. You could say that to Dennis because Dennis delights in that kind of stupid, insane humor. That's the relationship I have with him. And actually, it's so funny because that backfired once because I was joking with him and Sue. and I guess was Michael Medved, whom I love. He wrote a great book. He wrote many great books, but the American miracle.
Starting point is 00:13:56 But he could not process the harsh, insane humor that Sue Prager and Dennis that we engage in. And he thought I'd said some terrible things or whatever. And Sue and Dennis and I howl about this every time we get together, that Dennis, that we just, we joke about this. But if you're on a different frequency, you'd be like, you can't say that. What are you talking about? So, but that's the joy that I have with Dennis. And we spent several hours together. And it was the takeaway, the really good news is that he's absolutely himself.
Starting point is 00:14:33 And, you know, to be, to go through what he's been through, what they've been through together. And then to see him, he's Dennis. He's exactly the same. Physically, he's not exactly the same. But he's the same. Oh, what a joy. What an encouragement to my heart to be with him. And he, we talked about so much.
Starting point is 00:14:57 I will try to unpack some of it. But one of the things we talked about was what has happened to Tucker and how Tucker is doing evil. I don't know that it's intentional. I think we'll talk about this maybe tomorrow. But he's saying things that are doing great harm to the nation. I don't know that that's intentional, but he is nonetheless, you know,
Starting point is 00:15:24 doing saying and doing things that are really harming the nation. And they are diabolical because they sound right and they confuse and whatever. So we'll be talking about that. But Dennis and I talked about that. We talked about many things. We talked about my book on The Revolution quite a bit. and he part of the great news of our visit with him is that he is even in his situation able to be productive and oh by the way i'm sorry what i forgot to say was that he really frightened me by
Starting point is 00:16:05 saying that he watches this show so i'm scared to death to think that he and sue are watching right now but it's true that when you have a friend that's that bright and i'm amazing the thought of them watching like it's encouraging and frightening it's like don't watch the show i'm not worthy of you watching the show but i just i just love him so much i i when i first saw him um i just had to kiss him on the forehead and uh i kissed him on the way out too there's nothing he could do he's paralyzed i got away with it he couldn't stop you even if he wanted to see i i just listen, I really mean this. I just, I love him so much.
Starting point is 00:16:48 He's a treasure. He's another real deal, real deal. I absolutely love him. And, I mean, we had so much to laugh about and talk about, but what a privilege to call him friend. And he wants to come on the show.
Starting point is 00:17:04 And there's what I was like, you're capable of doing that, really? And it's like, yes, he's got a camera set up and everything there. And so he, did I bring it? I thought I had brought it. he came out with a book a few months ago, and I didn't interview him because I thought, surely he can't be doing interviews.
Starting point is 00:17:20 He can. So I'm going to have him on the show, and you can see for yourself. We're going to go to a break. When we come back, I may show you a copy of Revolution by Eric Mattaxas. Folks, this is important. If Medicare has you confused,
Starting point is 00:17:36 if you've got questions, we understand, and this is why we recommend our friends at Chapter. They're there to help you. to kind of talk you through what might work best for you. This is very important that you get it right. You can call them at 571-421-1-2-5-3. These are our friends at Chapter 571-4-21-1-2-5-3.
Starting point is 00:18:03 Ladies and gentlemen, it's the moment some of us have been waiting for before we get to Sidney Powell. the other day, I have been recording the audio book of my book Revolution. And it's a 600 page book, ladies and gentlemen, but I am thrilled to say I love it. Now, listen, that might sound weird. I put such pressure on myself. You know, I feel like the subject of the book,
Starting point is 00:18:32 American Revolution, is so sacred that to do it justice, I very sincerely, desperately feared that I wouldn't have time to do it justice. It requires years to do the research and to do the writing or whatever, and I had less than two years, and I did, I mean, I basically did very little else
Starting point is 00:18:53 in my life to get it done. But now that I'm reading the audiobook, I am really flipped out excited. There's stuff in here that I forgot that's just so funny and nuts. It's all true. It's got very little to do with me because I'm just telling these stories.
Starting point is 00:19:08 But anyway, last week, the publisher sent me a pre, you know, like they don't have boxes of books to send yet, but sometimes they can send you one to see what it will look like. And then a couple of weeks, maybe this week, I'll get more copies. So if you're watching this program, you're already looking at the book, but you can barely see what it is. Here it is. This is revolution. by Eric Metaxus. It's kind of thick. It's not as thick as I feared.
Starting point is 00:19:46 But physically, and this is very important to me, it just feels and looks like what I had hoped, which is saying a lot because I am a Nazi when it comes to aesthetics. I know that it makes a difference
Starting point is 00:20:00 to whether you'll read a book, how does it look, what is the typeface, whatever, because I get many books that they're difficult to read. The type is too small. or it's a typeface that's weird or the pages are too white
Starting point is 00:20:13 and you know it sort of looks so this book all right now first of all I'm going to show this the inside of the book we didn't know if we could do end papers but by the grace of God we were able to do end papers
Starting point is 00:20:28 so the opener here this is the crossing of the Delaware the actual painting which is giganto is about a quarter of a mile in that direction at the museum of at the Metropolitan Museum
Starting point is 00:20:48 excuse me, I'm stupid. It's gigantic. If you get to New York, go there and goggle at it. But this is that. The last part of the book, the end paper and the back is this is another famous painting. I forgot the author, but this is the painting of the end of the war, the surrender,
Starting point is 00:21:08 Cornwallis's surrender, actually Cornwallis is not pictured because he was so humiliated that he sent his number two Charles O'Hara, was a Benjamin O'Hara, to turn over the sword. That's a whole story and that's in the book. So those are just
Starting point is 00:21:26 the end papers. That's a picture of the author, Eric Pataxus. I think that was taken two and a half, three years ago at a Socrates and City event. But the book is so beautiful. It says 1776, 2026, Supercentennial Edition. So if you want to get, you know, the collector's edition,
Starting point is 00:21:45 I'm just saying this is the Supercentennial Edition. Next year, we're not going to have the Supercentennial Edition. But the book itself is so beautiful that inside the book, I guess I should show this, we have a color, you know, a full color. Can you see this? A full color. insert with crazy.
Starting point is 00:22:10 It's all the crazy stuff that I find funny and weird that I wanted to put in the book. I won't tell you about it, but I can't help tell you about it. But it's just so much. No, no, it is beautiful. No, no, no, I know. But some of it's funny,
Starting point is 00:22:29 and the captions on this stuff are funny. And this is the thing, I'm so excited about the book. I'm so excited about the book that I, yesterday in Florida, in Palm Beach, I was in a parking lot. It was raining lightly. And I could not resist pulling the book out of the car because it's the only copy I have so far.
Starting point is 00:22:50 And reading aloud in the parking lot to a friend of ours, Rachel, and making her listen to the author in the parking lot. Listen to this, Rachel. That's how excited I am about parts of this book that I said, I just, I find it so, So funny. I mean, I find passages. They're just so entertaining that I'm excited to share them. Oh, there's so much. I'll be sharing about this book everywhere I go.
Starting point is 00:23:22 I got a blurb from Andrew Claven raving about the book. Jonathan Turley, the famous law professor, Larry Arne. I mean, these are just the ones that we got in time to put on the book. But it's just exciting. we'll be right back. Folks, do not forget. If you have questions about gold or silver, we recommend, highly recommend,
Starting point is 00:23:46 Genesis Gold. They'll answer your questions. We trust them. We believe in them. And you can find them at metaxis gold IRA.com. Metaxusgoldir. ira. com.
Starting point is 00:24:02 Hey, folks. Welcome back. Before I get to my exciting guest, are you excited? If you're not excited, you're paying no attention. Sidney Powell will be with us in a second. I want to mention to you our campaign with Christian Solidarity International.
Starting point is 00:24:12 This is important. This is an amazing opportunity to free slaves. There's no anachronism, unfortunately, in what I just said. It's happening today. If you go to ericmetaxis.com, you will see the details. This is a big thing that we get to do this, that you get to do this with us. please, please, please jump in. Go to Ericmetaxis.com.
Starting point is 00:24:41 If you want a phone number, I have a phone number, 888, 253, 3522, 888, 253, 3522. Otherwise, go to Ericmetaxis.com. Very important, very, very important. The moment we've all been waiting for, Sydney Powell, God bless you. Welcome to the program. Thrill to have you on today.
Starting point is 00:25:03 Thank you, Eric. God bless you, too. I can't wait for your new book. Oh, my gosh. I was just telling my audience, I'm embarrassed how excited I am about the book. Because, you know, theoretically authors should be excited about their books, but I am just like a child because it was such an effort. And there's so many cool nuggets that now I want to read to everybody who passes by. Like, hey, I want to tell you about this story.
Starting point is 00:25:28 But we won't get into that here. Thank you for mentioning it. Sydney, the other day, I got a piece of great news. I was probably on X, and I read that the president has appointed you to something significant. What is that exactly that he has appointed you to? Well, I hate to tell you this, but it's completely fake news. It's not true. So we're breaking news on this program, ladies and gentlemen, that the news that we've been reporting is fake news.
Starting point is 00:26:02 what in the world? Who would do a thing like that? I don't know. It's happened several times now. I've never seen it before. All right, so it's just made up, but somebody just made it up. Yeah, somebody's doing a lot of wishful thinking, I guess. But, you know, every time I've seen it, I've posted that it's not true.
Starting point is 00:26:24 I didn't see that. So I've been spreading the fake news. Well, look, let's just, we'll cut to the chase anyway here. You have been such a hero when it comes to election integrity and justice, that thing, justice, that elusive, important thing called justice. So I want to talk to you then about the news of the day because it seems that a lot of good, genuinely good news has been coming out that, you know, their indictments, their potential arrested, things are happening.
Starting point is 00:27:00 I don't know if it's Todd Blanche. I don't know what's going on, but good things seem to be happening. News seems to be coming out about the people that work with Fauci, about the lies, the Biden administrations wanting to hide COVID information. All of the corruption that we have known about for years seems more and more to be coming out. Yes, I think the FBI and the administration are getting a lot more of the evidence out to the people. what we really need to see is more indictments and soon, because this is just taken way too long already. I mean, if you go back and think about the Mueller Special Counsel operation, they had massive indictments done within three months of their being formed.
Starting point is 00:27:44 I mean, I'm glad to see things happening now, but I can't encourage them strongly enough to really get after it and prosecute all the crimes that really need to be prosecuted. I mean, there was basically a seditious conspiracy, a real seditious conspiracy against President Trump from the time he rode the escalator down way back when through his until his current administration and probably still ongoing. And that needs to be addressed with law. Well, I guess my question is always the same question. Why wouldn't it be addressed? In other words, who would be, it seems to me that President Trump would be in favor of it being addressed. It seems to me that he would appoint people who would want to address it and make arrests and indictments. And what do you suppose is the problem? I mean, Dan Von Gino seemed to indicate that they found stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:37 And Cash Patel has been very, very clear that we're moving on it. I don't think they're slow walking anything. I think it's been Department of Justice. And ironically enough, it seems that now that Pam is gone, much more is getting done. I mean, this is like, to me, a nightmare that the president would appoint Pam Bondi and that she would have failed to do what she's supposed to do. Can we conclude that that's the case? And if that is the case, how is it possible that President Trump, who's no fool,
Starting point is 00:29:12 would have appointed somebody who would have been less than zealous to do justice for the American people? Well, we have to go back and look at the people around him and who he's relying on for advice. And I think, I don't know Ms. Wiles, but excuse me, she and Pam Bondi, I understand, work together at some sort of firm on K Street or some business together. So they knew each other well. and she was in a position to help get her the spot as Attorney General. And that wasn't a really good choice, in my opinion. I like Pam a lot. She's a nice person.
Starting point is 00:29:53 But it's going to take somebody with steel wavos to get this job done, and she didn't have them. Yeah, that's really disappointing. And so do you have a sense from what's going on with Todd Blanche's initiatives that something is finally happening? Well, it certainly sounds like it. I was pleased to see the indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center. I mean, it's been a criminal organization, in my opinion, for I don't know how long. But I was distressed that no individuals were indicted there. I mean, somebody needs to go to jail for all their shenanigans. And that's not going to be happening either unless they supersede the indictment and charge the individuals who are responsible for it. Well, who is involved in this? I guess I'm, I'm, this is, I don't know the details.
Starting point is 00:30:51 I'm not a lawyer. Who's involved in, in that? I mean, none of us is surprised that the Southern Poverty Law Center is a wicked, wicked, wicked organization. We always know, new, have known this, but the idea that they're doing criminal things, things that are just clearly criminal and that they finally got caught. I mean, that is good news, I have to say. That's great news. It is great news, but there were individuals that have to have been responsible for that. I mean, the Southern Poverty Law Center acts only through its officers and employees.
Starting point is 00:31:28 And I'd like to know who's son, the checks, who made the phone calls to stir the things up that they stirred, who engaged these people to commit acts of violence and troublemaking. and everything else while they're telling their audience and supporters that they're fighting racism, they're stirring it up. I mean, that whole incident in Virginia that led to such a diatribe against Trump for a few things that he said was all stirred up by the Southern Poverty Law Center. I, for one, I have been on their list. I don't know how long as a terrorist or whatever they call me.
Starting point is 00:32:07 Yeah, no, it's, I guess, I'm assuming most people who listen to this program, are awake to where we are. But it seems that there are so many Americans who are not. And I'm not going to mention names like Mike Pence, but there are many people that are still playing patty cake with the devil. They still think, you know, the big name in the Democratic Party is like Dick Gephart or Tip O'Neill or Mike the caucus. They're stuck in a world where we're not battling vicious,
Starting point is 00:32:42 cultural Marxists. You know, so if you don't know whom you're fighting, you know, you just think, oh, well, you know, we'll get through this and we'll be pious and we'll nod and we'll agree with the president when he does things we like.
Starting point is 00:32:58 You know, so a lot of these folks are praising him for the situation in Iran. And I think like, you know what? We don't really need your voices anymore. Like you have failed on every important thing. So now you get one right, but it's the famous line, you know, a broken clock is right twice a day. That's, you know, when folks like Mike Pence or others, Mike Pompeo, or there are a lot of folks that have just been absolutely useless in the war here.
Starting point is 00:33:32 Or worse. Or worse than useless. Or worse. Now, why do you say that if you don't mind? Well, I think, as I understand it, Pompeo had a hand in the intelligence agency's effort to unseat President Trump. And if that's true, that's absolutely appalling and should be addressed along with those 51 members of the intelligence community who signed the letter. And things like that just they knew it was fraudulent. They knew the Hunter Biden laptop was real.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Everybody knew it from the get-go. And they lied about it, and they buried it, and they helped elect a puppet president who wasn't competent to tie his own shoes. They changed the balance of power in the United States of America for evil. And people need to understand this, not just people we're fighting. It is pure evil that we are fighting. I mean, this is really battles of powers and principalities, if there ever was. has one. Well, that's a fact. And that's another thing I keep saying that, that Americans, we're so spoiled that we do not understand evil. We kind of act like, well, no, we've kind of
Starting point is 00:34:49 evolved past evil. It's like, no, ladies and gentlemen, satanic evil, the same evil that would torture your children. That evil evil is alive and we're dealing with it. And I think there are a lot of people, they don't have that as a category.
Starting point is 00:36:14 They kind of act like, well, no, we don't deal with evil. We just deal with, you know, the principled opposition. You know, Tip O'Neill and I, we're going to have drinks, you know, this evening and be able to talk about our differences. We're no longer living in a world where the Democrats are Tip O'Neill. And even then, you know, Tip O'Neill was the smiling, face, but behind it, there have been these wicked forces that haven't been able to do what they have been able to do in recent years, the last five, six years. And you have faced
Starting point is 00:36:47 that personally. Yes, I have been dealing with five years of lawfare against me from every direction, multiple bar associations, multiple lawsuits filed, and it's just gone on and on and on. I'm still in it. I mean, we're getting close to resolving it all, I think, but I'm still in one very large matter in the District of Columbia, a federal case against me. And that's going to take, I mean, it could take up to 10 years, actually, but hopefully it will be resolved sooner than that. Well, the level of misinformation, and the way I deal with it as it's, you know, as I've been attacked, which has nothing compared to here. you, but like I've mostly ignored it because it's just so preposterous. I mean, you see this over and over. They come up with a narrative and, and they just keep repeating it over and over and it's, it's, it is really wicked. It's diabolical because there are tons and tons of people too ignorant to tell the difference and they just believe it. And then they, they move on with that
Starting point is 00:37:58 information, you know, in their, uh, in their mind as though it's true. And so the things, the lies that have been leveled against you, against the great Rudy Giuliani. It's so, it's so wicked. And I think that's maybe part of what I just wanted to say, because you mentioned it earlier, we're dealing against spiritual darkness, folks,
Starting point is 00:38:23 and you should pray for the nation every single day. That's the only way, that's the only way out of this. Sydney, so what do you see happening right now that gives you hope for the nation? Well, I'm interested in seeing what follows from the indictment of Mr. Comey. He was certainly involved in many things.
Starting point is 00:38:44 I don't think they've pressed the most serious charges against him yet. I don't know whether they're going to or not, but he was involved in a lot of things that certainly warrant investigation. And if the evidence leads to it, then prosecution. and the 86-47, I think, is probably the least of them. And I'd like to see the others dealt with. I want to remind people that the Democrats are absolute Marxist communist, and they simply make things up. They literally, they've made up crimes, they've made up fake evidence,
Starting point is 00:39:26 they make up fake news, and all of it, is to disrupt our regular order and cause as many problems for the American people as they can cause. It's just the antithesis of everything they ought to be. And I particularly am disturbed now with our Congress, especially our Senate and leader John Foon, who have refused to get the Save Act passed, because until we have real voter ID, citizen-only voting, and that enforced, along with we really need paper ballots, handmarked, hand counted, we're not going to have real elections in this country. We're going to continue to have people be installed instead of elected. And that needs to be addressed. I mean, we've blown up
Starting point is 00:40:10 Senator Fing and other senators' phone lines, the people that follow defending the Republic have been all over, though, to get this passed, and they're just ignoring us. They know that 80% of the country wants it, and they're not doing it. I find that absolutely reprehensible. Now, from the point of view, like I was talking to a friend of Senator Thune's a couple days ago, very politically savvy. And he was giving me what at the time sounded like a reasonable explanation of why Thune can't do these things. And of course, I can't remember the details because I'm not really familiar with this kind of political thing. But do you simply think that it's a a naked desire to keep power on behalf of folks like Thune,
Starting point is 00:41:04 or do you think that they have persuaded themselves, as Mike Pence did, you know, that they're doing the right thing? What do you think it is? I think it's their self-interest. I think is there self-interested desire for the power and the prophets that come with that power? I can't think of any other reason. I really can't.
Starting point is 00:41:25 Yeah. Well, we'll be right back, folks, Talking to Sidney Powell, this is important stuff. Don't go away. Hi, everyone. If you were injured in an accident, listen up. We have legal professionals
Starting point is 00:42:39 standing by to answer your questions. You can find out if you have a case and how much it's potentially worth. I'm Gina Bellich, along with Super Bowl champ and two-time pro-bowler Vernon Davis. So Vernon, tell everyone watching who should call right now. Well, Gina, if you or someone you know were injured in an accident that was not your fault, give us a call right now. Now, you can find out if you have a case and how much money is potentially worth. Thanks, Vernon. You know, the phones have really been busy. So what kind of calls have we been getting?
Starting point is 00:43:09 We're getting calls about all types of accidents, from car accidents to slipping falls and so many others. So if you were injured in an accident, don't go at it alone. Call for a free case review and find out how much your case is potentially worth. Thanks, Vernon. You heard the man call now to find out how much money you qualify for. Welcome back, folks. We're talking to Sidney, pal. Sydney, you're diffident about sharing some things sometimes, like, for example, your book licensed to lie. When I first had you on this program a number of years ago, we talked about that.
Starting point is 00:43:48 And you just said to me off the air, it is unfortunately extremely relevant. The book Licensed to Lie, which I recommend to my audience who wants to understand what you've been through and what's going on in the government right now. Now, what is that in a nutshell, the book Licensed to Lie? It's the true story of a group of prosecutors who would win at any cost. They made up evidence. They made up crimes. They prosecuted people they knew were innocent. And then they all rose to the highest halls of our government and highest positions.
Starting point is 00:44:25 From deputy director of the FBI, chief of the criminal division of the Department of Justice, President Obama's longest serving White House counsel. I mean, these people went from the Enron Task Force back in 2001. What were the names of the folks that you were just alluding to? Catherine Rumler, who just had to resign from Goldman Sachs because of her Epstein connections. Andrew Weissman, who has been Deputy Director of the FBI on the Mueller Task Force, one of the prosecutors of General Flynn and many other people
Starting point is 00:45:00 win at any cost, anything to win. And of course, I think he's still on MSNBC as a frequent guest, a legal expert. Only when Satan is booked and they can't get Satan, they go to their B list, which is a strong B list. But these folks so far have gotten away with this stuff. I guess is the point.
Starting point is 00:45:27 They have. They definitely have. Nothing's happened to any of them. No bar grievances is nothing. Although actually we filed a bar grievance against Weissman, but it completely bounced, and it was a very serious grievance way back when. And what is license? I'm sorry, what is defending the Republic?
Starting point is 00:45:45 What is that? Defending the Republic is our C4 nonprofit pursuant to which we have defended J6 defendants, worked on protecting people from the COVID mandates. And one of our lawyers now is still working on getting back pay from any military members and reinstatement for their COVID discharges and different abuses they suffered because of the refusal to take the vaccine. And we put out a newsletter that is extremely educational and people really enjoy it. And you need to sign up at defending the report.
Starting point is 00:46:23 public.org and follow me on X at Sidney Powell, the number one. And if I did get appointed to anything, we'll definitely post it there, but I wouldn't expect it. Definitely am not. Right. And so it's Sidney Powell and the numeral one, you said, on X. Yes. Well, so I guess I'm still trying to understand the, we've been on this journey
Starting point is 00:46:54 together. I'm sitting in a chair right now that is signed by Rudy Giuliani. If he never had anything to do, if he had died 20 years ago, he would be one of the greatest heroes in America for what he did
Starting point is 00:47:10 in New York City, what he did getting the mob out of New York City. But when I think back to late 2020, and we knew the election had been stolen and everybody in hell rose up to stop us from talking about it.
Starting point is 00:47:35 And we're still talking about it. We are indeed. And I think we have to keep talking about it until we get our elections safe again. And that's going to take a lot of work, particularly since we can't seem to get the Save Act passed, which is just a first step, not the last step. Well, I think Americans need to, I say this again and again, folks, you got to pray. Like actually pray. Don't say our thoughts and prayers are with you, which is crap.
Starting point is 00:48:06 Actually pray. Actually pray to God. Don't talk about praying to God. Don't say, I pray that it happens, but you actually don't pray. Pray or you're kind of a hypocrite or I don't know what to say. But you have to pray. You have to actually do that. It's like you can't do a push-up in your mind.
Starting point is 00:48:22 You actually have to get down and do the push-up. You have to pray. Pray for the nation. Pray for the nation every single day. Pray for the president every day. We're in a war against evil. And so you don't win that politically. You win that first spiritually and then that translates into the political. Sydney, your book licensed to lie. How many years has that been out now? That's been out 12 years now. And it's still relevant. This is what blows my mind. All of this stuff is still relevant. I want to keep you for another. segment, we're out of time today, but thank you for your time. You're most welcome. Thank you for having me.
