Hey, the folks, welcome on the program.
Today is Friday, September 25th in the year of Our Lord, 2006.
My guest right now is known to you.
He's a friend of the program, as they say.
What does that mean?
a friend of the program, also a friend of mine.
Rod D. Martin. Rod, welcome back.
Great to be here.
Well, listen, I want to go over the news of the day.
A lot of stuff has been happening in the news,
and we're fortunate to have you today
to help us talk about the news of the day.
First thing I want to say to my audience,
maybe I've said it before,
your book. Your book is coming out.
I'm so excited about the book
that not only did I write the forward to the book,
I am publishing the book.
Our publishing imprint Odysseus books,
which published my book on the American Revolution,
is publishing your book,
which is coming out in days,
and I want people to pre-order it.
Ladies and gentlemen,
trust me on this one.
It's called Trump's New World Reorder,
dismantling the deep state
and ending post-war globalist rule.
What you do, Rod,
and I want my audience to understand this,
you explain to everyone what exactly Trump is doing because Donald Trump famously doesn't want to tell us what he's doing.
He just wants to do it and he wants to play this game, which is genius.
It's the art of the deal by not really explaining himself, confusing, bamboozling, buffaloing his enemies and the people that he's trying to do these deals with.
It's so brilliant.
but it's nice for those of us who like this president to kind of know what it is he's doing.
And you, my friend, do that in your substack on this program.
But in this book, you do it all.
You explain the whole thing.
Again, it's called Trump's New World Reorder, Dismantling the Deep State and ending post-war globalist rule.
So you explain in the book what this president is so masterfully doing.
And it will encourage you, folks, because we need to understand what the president is.
is doing. Because I think even if we don't want to hear the mainstream media, it leaks in and we buy,
you know, five or ten percent of the lies and the negativity. On the contrary, we need to know
really what is going on. So the book is Trump's New World Reorder by Rod Martin. And I exhort you
to go to Amazon and pre-order your copy today. Please, folks, do it. You'll do it eventually.
I'm telling you. This book explains everything. Forgive me for embarrassing you, Rod. I'm just
obviously very excited about the book, thrilled that you've written it, and that we're going to get it out
really shortly. And the pre-orders matter, which is why I say that over and over because it's true.
But I do want to talk to you about other news of the day. Where should we start, unless you have any
comments you want to make about your book? Well, just one point on the book. You know, lest anybody
misunderstand. This isn't just a list of Trump's accomplishments. Now, we could actually do a book
length list of Trump's accomplishments, that actually would be quite feasible. But that's actually
not the point. The point is that this is highly consequential that we really are overturning a global
order that has existed since Franklin Delano Roosevelt, both at home and abroad. At home,
an unelected, unaccountable, and frankly, unfairable deep state that really runs everything.
You've got one president, you've got 5,000 political appointees, and you had, when Trump took office
again, it's much lower now, 2.8 million civilian employees out there making policy every day.
And they're all Democrats. So you have de facto one-party rule because, again, these guys aren't accountable.
they aren't elected, and they can't be fired.
So Trump has just taken a meat axe to that.
He's gone to the Supreme Court with a brilliant litigation strategy
that has resulted in the restoration of actual constitutional presidential
presidential power under Article 2, Section 1.
That makes elections matter again.
Also, globally, we have been tied down like Gulliver,
by so many lilliputians, by this multilateral order that was created in the aftermath of World War II.
And Trump is reorienting that to serve the interests of the American people in some really fundamental ways that change everything.
I mean, you're not talking about, oh, well, this is cool. I kind of like that.
No, you're talking about a new order, or as I've called it, a new world reorder, because it is completely.
different from what has gone before, and it is going to serve not just the interests of the
American people, although it will put them first. It's going to serve the interests of the whole
world. Again, this is why I'm so excited about this book, because most people don't understand
the depth of what this president is pulling off. It is unbelievable stuff, and you just do such a
masterful job of explaining it in this book that I, as I said, not only was I eager to write the
forward, I was eager to publish the book. That's how important this is. This is important to the
midterms, folks. It's very important to the midterms, which is why I hope you'll pre-order a copy of
Trump's New World Reorder by Rod Martin. Rod, I can't say enough about the book, so I will just,
I'll try to shut up, but I will not succeed for long. It's very exciting. Congratulations.
It actually, the book looks good.
It's a good photo of the president.
Again, congratulations.
I'm one of the few people's actually seen copies of the book, pre-order.
I mean, pre, you know, the publishing world gives you a couple of copies for the author.
I was there the day we received them for your book.
So just excited and congratulations.
But I should pivot, of course, to talk about the news of the day.
But there's a lot of news of the day.
Where do we begin?
President she, he's not even the president.
He's not even the president, whatever he is in China.
This communist dictator, which he is, has been feted at the White House.
Again, Trump playing the art of the deal, keeping his enemies close.
What do you think is going on?
What shall we take away?
Well, you raise a really great point right there.
We are hearing a lot of criticism on Capitol Hill.
First, you know, from the Democrats, which is just annoying.
he's supposedly Russia's puppet.
Now he's supposedly cheese puppet.
I mean, come on, guys.
You've already run this play a few times.
But on the Republican side,
you've got some guys who are making some very good points
about the abominable human rights record
of this communist dictatorship
that has murdered 65 million of its own people
before we even get to the forced abortion
Holocaust under the one child policy.
So it's an evil regime.
It does terrible things all over the world.
And yet, you actually have to deal with it.
And here's the thing.
First of all, this is a major nuclear power that has tripled its nuclear weapons in the last
six years.
It is on track to at least double from there.
That is a massively destabilizing event that the American public.
he's largely oblivious to, and I spend a lot of time on at rodmartin.org.
Moreover, and by the way, also in the book, we actually cover a lot of that development in the book.
The truth is, this is a country that we rely on for rare earth elements without which a modern
economy cannot run, how prior administrations allowed that to happen, not just Obama or Biden,
but going all the way back to Jimmy Carter, how we allowed ourselves to be in a position where
92% of our rare earth elements have to come from a foreign enemy is just beyond me.
And then also, we're critically dependent on them for pharmaceuticals and lots of other things.
And that's all changing.
This president has made that change, but the change hasn't completely taken effect.
The other side of that coin, because we don't want to be.
want to overstate the American dependency. The Chinese are critically dependent on imported energy,
and the U.S. Navy makes it possible for them to get it. They are the world's largest energy
importer, which we used to be. Now, we're the world's largest energy producer, which is wonderful.
They're actually beginning to buy some of their energy from us. That's a good thing. You don't
normally attack your suppliers. So in general, there's a dance that we're locked in, that neither
side can really get out of. We control the choke points through which all their trade flows.
We control the first island chain. We're not going away. And this president is making sure that they
are contained sufficiently that hopefully you get to the point you got under Reagan with the Soviet
Union where the whole thing just collapses from within. And I think we could see that in the next 10 to 15
years at worst. This country is in deep, deep trouble. Again, one more point on that. We've got an
article up, a deep dive this morning at rodmartin.org called China's demographic collapse is
snowballing, talking about how their economy is imploding before our eyes and why they are
critically dependent on the U.S. consumer market. So you're right. Trump is, Trump is a Trump is
aware that you don't make peace with your friends, you make peace with your enemies. So he's treating
Chi very well in Washington as Chi treated him in Beijing in May. And that is good and right and hopefully
will result in a more peaceful world. Well, I mean, I was going to say that when we think of the
horror, it's almost inconceivable, the horror of the Biden quote-unquote presidency, the auto-pen presidency.
you know, you talk about cozying up to dictators.
I mean, look, we have to repeat the basics.
The left so despises this president that they don't care if their criticisms of him are true.
Any shot they can take, they will take.
So when he does anything with somebody like the head of China or Kim Jong-un or anybody,
they say he's cozying up to dictators, it is, it is, it is, it is,
and you need to understand how stupid it is, is absolutely stupid.
Let me say this.
If anybody should be afraid of this meeting, it should be President Xi of China.
If you spend any time around Donald Trump, the man is no fool.
And he's doing things.
I say the same thing about Mom Dani.
Like people say, oh, he's making Mom Dani look good.
Yeah, if you don't understand what's going on, that's how you take it.
But Trump knows exactly what he's doing.
He's brilliant.
And I just, I'm amazed at how people take these cheap shots at him,
as though he doesn't care about any of this stuff.
We always hear politics is the art of the possible.
He is doing all kinds of things behind the scenes.
And I just, I can't say how grateful I am.
Grateful I am to God that President Trump is the president of the United States right now
at this crucial time, how many other presidents have kicked the can down the road. We're in this mess.
I thank God that President Trump is here to fix it or to come as close to fixing it as as humanly possible at this point.
What else would you want to talk about? You've written about so much. You want to talk about Netanyahu's speech? Where should we go?
It's really been quite a week. I've just been cranking stuff out this week.
And Netanyahu's speech was amazing, as was Javier Malize, as was President Trump's.
Actually, you had a triple header there.
And these guys got up and told the UN the truth, which is so rare at the UN.
And what's even more rare, it turns out, more than I would have imagined.
did you know that the president is the only head of state in history to make a speech
focused on religious liberty at the UN General Assembly?
It's absolutely amazing.
And, you know, all these decades.
And so you have some really, really great things happening there.
Mike Walts is doing an incredible job as our UN ambassador.
I'm publishing an article on that by my friend Fred Fly.
who was chief of staff of the National Security Council a few years ago.
We'll put that out tomorrow at rodmartin.org.
And the fact is we're getting real reforms.
It's slow. It's imperfect.
The UN is not really reformable,
but you can reform key aspects of it.
And this president has cut us out of a lot of these truly,
just irredeemable international bodies
that have become hostage, if not active subsidiaries of everybody from Hamas to the Communist Party of China.
So we're seeing some real progress on that front.
And again, you know, you hear people complain that, well, he's meeting with our enemies.
Well, okay, I'm old enough to remember Ronald Reagan.
And for the first five years of the Reagan administration, the president didn't meet with any Soviet leader.
And it was just nonstop criticism.
This guy's a warmonger.
He hates the world.
And he's going to burn it all down and we're all going to die.
Okay.
So what really happened?
Brezhnev died in 82.
Then Andropov died 11 months later.
Then Cherianco died nine months after that.
Then you finally get Gorbachev in 85.
And in 85, Reagan met with Gorbachev in Geneva.
And then we got this exact same criticism.
He's cozying up to the Soviet dictator.
So it's just the same as always.
The media has no intention of telling you the truth.
And if you're getting your information from these people, you have only yourself to blame.

Well, and there are always enough dumb people to be an audience for this garbage from the left wing.
media. They wouldn't be spewing this nonsense if there weren't people earnestly believing it
or other people, naive people, believing a little bit of it or taking it in. And I think we're all
susceptible to that, which is why we have to speak the truth over and over and over again.
The left does nothing but snipe at this president. The left does nothing but criticize what
we do as a nation under this president. You know, you have to be careful. You have to be careful.
what you let your eyes and ears see and hear.
If you dare ever to look at the New York Times,
and I hope you don't, folks,
but it's just a nonstop drumbeat of negativity.
Any negative thing they can rake up,
I have to say it's, it is astonishing.
There was a time when the New York Times was left wing,
but they were still basically doing journalism
from a left wing perspective.
They are now 100% advocacy for,
anything anti-Trump.
It's no longer journalism.
Now, that's, I'm just mentioning the New York Times,
but there are many other outlets.
CNN is the same thing.
And you know, Rod, it is funny, too,
that when the president banned some of these outlets
from the press, the White House press room,
again, they start saying, oh, he's an authoritarian.
He's not ending journalism in America.
No, he isn't.
You can't come into the press room.
But it's, I have to say, we are living in exciting times because we have a president,
we've never had this before, who's daring to do all the stuff you're not supposed to do,
who has the guts to do it.
It's just extraordinary.
And he's rattling the cages of the left in a way that I think, you know, is appropriate.
And it's encouraging to see him do that fearlessly, absolutely fearlessly.
Well, and look, this president,
gives more access to hostile media than any president in American history.
He is constantly giving interviews to people who hate him.
It is non-stop.
And you compare that to Joe Biden, who went nearly an entire year without even having a press
conference, and the difference is just off the chart.
And it's worse than that.
Obama and Biden were bugging the phones of reporters and, you know, doing all kinds of
anti- First Amendment things to them.
And they all just rolled over and said that was great because they loved those people.
They loved the Democratic Party.
They love the cause of the revolution.
And they're never, ever going to give us a fair shake.
Again, if you're still taking your information from these people, you have only yourself
to blame.
This has been obvious for a long, long time.
And the truth is, it's very, very difficult to find anything.
remotely resembling journalism today.
You still can find it sometimes overseas.
One of the most refreshing things about living in England when I was a student at Cambridge
was that the British media actually just told you who they were.
If you want kind of the Tory viewpoint, you read the telegraph.
If you want the socialist viewpoint, you read the Guardian.
And you've got different flavors in between.
In America, they've always pretended they were objective.
Guess what, guys, nobody is objective.
Nobody is ever objective.
You cannot be.
You aren't God.
You aren't able to have the kind of neutrality that you're pretending you have.
So it's better when these outlets just say who they are.
And that's actually one of the healthiest things that's happened in the U.S. media since Trump came on the scene.
they're telling you who they are.
They're really not hiding it anymore.
And that's healthier, I think, for society.
It just means that we have to work harder to get our message out.
They're never going to give us a fair shake.
They're not even going to pretend to.
So we've got to be out there telling the truth.
And we is not just you and me, Eric.
It's every single person watching this show.
We all, in a republic, must take responsibility.
as citizens for our neighbors and for our futures.
That is what it means to be free.
And if we don't do those things, we will not remain free.
Well said.
Well said.
I'm talking to Rod Martin, the author of a brand new book.
You must get it.
You must pre-order it.
Trump's New World Reorder.
Trump's New World Reorder,
dismantling the deep state and ending post-war globalist rule.
Again, I can't say how happy I am that this book is finally coming out.
It's very important, especially before the midterms, that people understand what this president
is doing and what is at stake.
Everything's at stake, folks.
The West is at stake.
This president, he learned so much during his four years in the wilderness, so to speak,
and he's bringing it.
But it's big stuff to pull this off.
This is dismantling what has existed for decades.
It takes finesse.
It takes art. It takes courage. All right, I'm talking to Rod Martin. Rod, what else can we discuss news of the day? There is so much I don't want to lead you. Oh, there really has been. And one of the most obvious, we should get to Greenland in just a second. But I want to stress something that people may have missed. We have new data showing that the U.S. violent crime rate is at its lowest point in 126.
years? That's unbelievable. And we have the biggest one-year drop in history. Murder is down 18.1% in a year.
That is husbands and fathers and mothers and children who are alive who wouldn't have been.
That's an incredible thing because the president sent the National Guard into Washington, D.C.
President sent the National Guard into Memphis, where the murder rate is now down over 30% in a year.
This is extraordinary stuff.
The people who are blackpilling on our side, oh, Trump hasn't gotten anything done.
Are you kidding?
I mean, lowest violent crime rate in 126 years.
I don't know how you top that.
What would you even do?
Except, you know, the border where, you know, illegal crossings are down 99.9%
and we've got 3 million fewer illegal aliens in the country in less than 18 months and on and on and on.
So I do want to get that out there.
The Memphis numbers just came out yesterday.
It's just amazing.
And so that's important to say.
But the biggest news of this week, actually the biggest news of this week.
We spent a lot of time on China, but the biggest news of the week is Greenland,
because Greenland is some of the most strategic real estate on the planet that will only increase as we use the Arctic trade routes more and more.
A lot of people actually still believe, I don't know how, in global warming.
Even Bill Gates doesn't really believe in it anymore.
So there you go.
But what I do believe in is all the new icebreakers China has just built.
all the new icebreakers we are in the process of building, all the new icebreakers the Russians have,
and the fact that that Northern Sea route actually takes 20 days from China to Europe versus 40 days around the Cape of Good Hope.
So, I'm sorry, yes, Cape of Good Hope.
So these things matter.
They are happening.
And Greenland controls the access.
It's also essential to missile defense for the United States.
the president has committed us to Golden Dome. That's happening. It's also vital for a lot of
critical resources that only the United States has the ability to exploit. So we're the only ones with
the tech, not to mention the money. Okay, so what happened? The president has negotiated a deal
that effectively makes Greenland a perpetual protectorate of the United States. There's hardly any other way
to say it. It is perpetual in duration. The old deal was tied to the existence of NATO. If NATO goes
away, this deal still stands. If Greenland is independent of Denmark, this deal still stands.
If Denmark becomes Denmarkistan, this deal still stands. And it's not just permanent basing rights.
It's not just expanded basing rights. Get this. It's an absolute veto possessed only.
by the United States on any foreign basing and any foreign investment in the island.
This is a monumental win, and it achieves a key part of one of our essential, long-term,
geopolitical imperatives as the United States, which is to secure the approaches to North America.
We have to keep the seas around North America free, or we don't even know.
have a country. And what the president has achieved here is historic. So of course, up to the moment
he achieved it, everybody was saying, he's crazy. That'll never happen. And then the minute he got
the deal signed this week, they're all saying, this deal isn't any different from the one he already
had. Well, both of them are raw. Well, listen, I think at rodmartin.org, you published how this deal
is different from what we had before in a chart.
But, I mean, there's so much in what you just said.
First of all, ladies and gentlemen, in case, you know, you're scoring at home, this president,
let's, we have to go back.
He was vilified, called crazy over and over and over in the most strident terms for his approach
with Greenland a few months ago.
Okay?
Fast forward to now.
Do you get it?
Do you understand why he does what he does?
because it works, because it works dramatically,
because it works in our favor, your favor and my favor.
Why don't we trust this president?
I think he has proved that he knows what he's doing.
He knows how to negotiate.
He's written at least one book on the subject.
It's amazing to me that people still don't get that rod,
that even again and again and again,
the results are like this, just wild success.
I mean, we have the head of Greenland gushing,
publicly. It's like five minutes ago they were just wringing their hands and freaking out.
They are now gushing publicly over the deal that they never wanted to make. I mean,
I have to ask you, how did Trump do this? And it was, what did he offer them? Why was,
why do you suppose there was initial resistance to these efforts and now suddenly not just acceptance,
but celebration? Well, the biggest thing is what we saw with the EU trade deal, which is initial
bluster. They have to show that they're strong and they're standing up to Washington. Okay. But eventually
reality sets in. And this is the thing that conservatives have to start wrapping their brains around
better. We are driven by our fears, not just conservatives, Americans generally, but conservatives are
susceptible to. We are driven more by our fears than by our reason far too often. We look at China and we see
all the terrible things they could do to us, and we need to see that, and we need to take that
seriously, but we forget all the leverage we have on them. We look at China on trade, and
same thing for the EU, and we see all the terrible things that could happen if they block us
from getting such and such, and we forget that they're completely dependent on the U.S. consumer
market. The Chinese economy completely implodes in a matter of weeks without the U.S. consumer market
faster than that if we just block the straight of Malacca. So they have vulnerabilities too.
Remember, the other side has problems too. And Trump gets it. Trump knows that we're 4% of the
world's population, but 26% of the world's economy. Can you imagine the level of productivity that
represents, particularly compared to all those other countries that aren't.
That's extraordinary.
It means that we have disproportionate power in all of these negotiations if we have a
clear-sighted president who understands it and uses it.
So with Denmark and Greenland in particular, Denmark is just horrified by all this.
You know, it's unthinkable that someone could buy an island.
wait, Denmark sold us the Virgin Islands in 1917.
It's not unthinkable.
But Trump didn't even want to buy it, really.
I mean, that would have been a fine outcome.
That's okay.
What Trump wanted was to avoid the Diego Garcia problem.
Diego Garcia being our most important base in the Indian Ocean,
it's in the Chagos Islands,
and Kyr-Starmor, who is an ally, theoretically,
a NATO ally trying to give the island away to a Chinese client stage.
Okay, we can't work with that.
That's insane.
So perpetuity matters.
You know, alliances shift, all kinds of borders shift.
You know what?
Doesn't shift?
Physical geography.
Greenland is going to matter to the United States literally forever, so long as there is a
United States, and it is essential that we secure it. So Trump looked at Diego Garcia,
and I was pleased to see this week, Andy Burnham is apparently going to kill that stupid deal.
But he looked at that and he said, no, no, no, no, no. We're not going to play that game
with Denmark, and we're going to secure the Greenlanders a chance to actually obtain their
independence. This deal gives Greenland's security that it would otherwise have to pay for,
and I'm sorry, 57,000 people cannot pay to defend an island the size of a Louisiana
purchase. It's just not going to happen. So the team on the ground has been fantastic. There
have been in intense negotiations since January. That was led in part by Governor Landry of Louisiana.
It was led in part by my friend Kenny Howery, who is our ambassador to Denmark and just doing a fantastic job.
I know Carla Sands, who was our ambassador to Denmark, has been involved in that.
These are incredible people.
They did a fantastic job, and it's just like you said.
At the end of the day, we get to the signing ceremony, and the Greenland delegation and the Danish delegation are all smiles.
I mean, they were more than all smiles.
I mean, I was amazed, actually.
I thought, who are these people?
Are these the same people that were losing their minds a few months ago?
It's just comedy.
It's absolute comedy.
It's entertaining with a happy ending.
It's amazing.
I want to ask you about so much.
I have to ask you again about the midterms.
What is your sense of what we're looking at in the midterms?
Well, we've got our work cut out for us, but we shouldn't give up.
And there are two sides to that.
The first one is all the people who think, and by this, I'm speaking in large part of the Iranian regime, all these people who think that they're going to manipulate the midterms and we're going to get Trump.
First of all, Mark Carney, we aren't a parliamentary system.
Maybe you miss that detail there, buddy.
So, no, if the Democrats take over, they're going to harass Trump for the next two years.
But the president has made his plans based on the assumption we would lose the midterms
because the president's party always loses the midterms, always.
And we knew that our majorities were razor-thens.
So there's a decent chance we could lose one or both houses.
He's known that since 2021.
I mean, this isn't news.
So on the one side, don't worry about Trump.
Trump is going to execute on his strategy one way or the other, and Mark Carney and the Ayatollah are just going to have to live with it.
So there's that. But on our side, we're in this. This is a real fight. It's still winnable. We may be underdogs, but we can win this.
If you look race by race in the Senate, I think we've got at least a shot of actually going up. We could actually end up with one more
Senator net, and certainly the quality of some of those senators is going to be a lot higher
because of things Donald Trump did in the primary.
On the House side, the Democrats would have to win two-thirds of the highly contested races
to be able to win the majority.
That doesn't sound real.
That doesn't sound right.
And the polling I'm seeing, you know, you've got all the normal junk polls by which I
mean the major mainstream polls that always oversample.
Democrats at this point in every race and then start making it look more even toward the end
so that they still have credibility after the election. You have a certain amount of that.
But if you look at better pollsters, the truth of the matter is we're making some real progress.
Mike Rogers is up now over Abdul El-Said in Michigan. We've got a really serious race. No one
expected in Minnesota. I think we could win that sentencing. I think Sununu is a winner in New Hampshire.
Can't guarantee it. Can't promise it, but I think he's going to win. I think Susan Collins pulls it out.
Ashley Moody is up by 10 or 11 points here in Florida. Tala Rico, his pastor denies the resurrection.
This is a candidate who believes that beef is murder in Texas.
Are you kidding?
He wants transgender sports.
Now he's pretending he doesn't.
I don't think this sells,
and I know Elon Musk is going to spend $50 to $200 million to beat Tala Rico.
So I'm not overly concerned about that race.
I think we're going to lose in North Carolina if Mike Watley doesn't get his act together.
We've got a couple of other states that are a little bit touch and go.
But I think on net, again, maybe we lose one or two seats, but we could actually end up with 54.
Well, I have to say, I don't really know how these things work.
I don't know how effectively President Trump will be able to govern if he doesn't have the House.
But you're saying that somehow he expects or he's prepared.
to lose the house and still be able effectively to govern.
Yeah, I mean, you get the NDAA passed this fall.
You're in good shape on the shipbuilding program.
You're in good shape on Golden Dome.
Not perfect, but good.
We locked in a bunch of stuff with the one big beautiful bill.
And people just do not understand how important that legislation really was.
they got fear-mongered by the CBO on deficits.
Look, tax cuts grow the economy with the result that you collect more tax revenue
with the result that deficits go down.
And that's been true every single time Republicans have cut taxes since the creation of the CBO in 1974,
and the CBO has lied about it every single time, while looking at things like
Obamacare and saying that it would be deficit neutral when in reality it ballooned the deficit.
And they don't correct themselves later. They don't ever say they're sorry. No, they always lie for the
Democrats and they always lie about the Republicans. And the one big beautiful bill was signature
legislation for a reason. It took care of a lot of the tools that Trump is going to need in that
last two years if the Democrats win the House. And they might. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm
predicting that they won't, I just don't think they have to. I think we can go out and talk to our
friends and drag them to the polls in what is unquestionably a turnout election. This is not likely to be a
wave year. This is likely to be a relatively low turnout election in which the people who actually put
the most other people in their cars and drive them to a polling place are going to win. We could
flip just or rather I should say we could add just a thousand voters over the baseline in about 20
house seats and we win the house without any problem at all so so this is about us this is not about
well I wish the president would say blah blah blah the president's talking his head off I don't want to
hear that stuff that's that's ridiculous I need to be talking you need to be talking and Joe Schmoe
down the street needs to be talking about the lowest crime rate in 126 years and the absolute
ceiling of the border and trade deals on Trump's terms with economies representing two-thirds of the
global economy in the span of just a year. Every one of those trade deals was never supposed to happen,
and they all have. They are all law. We have so many accomplishments. We don't have time to talk about them,
I produced a top 25 list, and there were so many that I needed to produce a top 25 more list,
and I need to do a third one.
It just doesn't stop.
So our own enemy is us.
We actually have to do the work of talking to our friends and taking them to the polls.
And if we do, we are in clear sailing.
Well, I mean, this brings up a couple of things.
First of all, when you talk about all this good news, when you talk about the lowest,
violent crime in over 100 years. I just want to say, ladies and gentlemen, our problem is the media,
because the media, you will notice, they're not touting this great accomplishment. They are political
activists. They do not believe in telling the truth if it could hurt them politically. And I say
them, the left. The Democrats and the mainstream media are one and the same. The mainstream media,
they're political activists. They refuse to report on anything positive. So there's tons of good
news and tons of great news that this president has accomplished great things for you and me
and our children and our grandchildren. But the mainstream media will not give it oxygen.
They refuse to do that. So it falls to you and to me to put this news out there.
You can do it on social media. You can do it over the backyard fence.
But it really is important because as we've been talking here, this is a low turnout election.
Historically, these are very low turnout elections.
If we can mobilize people who love this country to get out and vote, that's the issue.
That is the issue.
And I, you know, Rod, you know this.
But, I mean, I wrote my Revolution book because I thought we need to be inspired to be who we were.
We've kind of, we kind of act like, well, what can I do?
Ladies and gentlemen, you can do what you can do.
And if you don't do what you can do, that's the difference.
So you have to do the little thing that you can do,
sharing these things on social media,
sharing this program on social media,
sharing getting Rod's book, Trump's New World Reorder,
sharing it with your family, with your friends.
There's so much good news,
but the mainstream media, they just refuse to tell anybody.
And there's so many people they just vapidly turn on CNN and they take in the negativity and they believe most of it.
It really is, that's the tough part is that the information wars in this country, we are really dealing with a left that has completely captured the mainstream media.
But now we know it and we need to inoculate ourselves.
Don't watch any of that stuff.
It'll only confuse you.
Rod, we've just got a couple of minutes left.
Any final thoughts?
Well, I want to thank you for your support with the book.
I do think it's important.
I wouldn't have wasted all that time writing it if I didn't.
I think it's important that we understand the shape of things to come.
This is actually one of those epical moments in which you're actually changing the basic fundamental rules on which the world works.
And Macron was at the U.N. the other day, decrying.
you know, the return to the law of the jungle,
I thought Marco Rubio did a brilliant job of just smacking him down.
That's not what this is.
What this is is actually really simple.
Every government of every nation on earth owes its first duty to the people who pay for it,
the people who have to bleed for it, the people who have to die for it.
Their first duty is not to some Eurocrat in Brussels.
Their first duty is not to the elites that show up at,
Davos. Their first duty is to protect the interests of their own people. Not everybody has to protect
America. We have to protect our people. They have to protect theirs. And then second, we're paying for
global security. If there is any security on earth, whether it is the freedom of the seas or anything
else you want to talk about, the U.S. taxpayer is paying for it. That is a gift to the world,
not an entirely disinterested gift, but a gift to the world, and it is better that America
lead the order that it has been made responsible for. And that's exactly the president's position.
I think Marco Rubio is an incredible, incredible spokesman for it, and I think that we're going to
see greater and greater things to come. This is not something that changes the next two years.
this is something that changes the next 80 or 100.
That's what's happening.
That's the point.
We are living through an earthquake.
We haven't seen anything like this in a very, very, very, very long time.
President Trump knows what he's doing.
You talk about it in your book, Trump's New World Reorder.
We're out of time.
Rod Martin, always a happy thing to have you on this program.
Thank you, my friend.
And congratulations again on the new book, Trump's New World Reorder.
God bless you.
Thank you.
